I'm truly at a loss, I've had multiple absolutely nonsensical experiences with Support over the last two weeks. I'm convinced my tickets are not being read and being responded to with templates/by a bot.
My latest grievance: I got a forced logout and PW reset, probably because I tried playing on my phone. The PW reset email doesn't work, okay, fine. I'll send a ticket, no problem. Nope! Denied access because I couldn't send a ticket from the original email I created the account from in childhood, even though I literally purchased a large amount of NC directly before being locked out and can tell them what I spent it on. I even had video footage of the lockout happening in real time, because I was screen recording (I was that excited to make my new NC UCs on my side account!). None of this was looked at; the ticket was shut down and I was told the "info didn't match the account." Did not receive specification on what info. My email has been changed for about 8 years; I still have the email Neopets sent me when I changed it from the OG to my current one. There is nothing valuable on the account, just normal-named pets, no NP or items. And now NC I can't use.
I'm having another account issue where I cannot be helped because I have no access to the original email as well. My other open ticket concerns a very old account, so it's more understandable. But being permanently locked out of something I was just using, and have no problem using for 8 years? Why can't they see that it's me? I don't understand why we were ever allowed to change email addresses if our current email address is not respected.
I am left concerned that I should abandon all accounts where I don't have original email access. This would mean getting rid of almost everything, and I don't know how to navigate that safely with the Neopass minefield. Even when Neopass is deemed safe to use, I am scared to hook up accounts to it that lack the original email access. I'm baffled, frazzled, flustered, about to give up on this site. Am I just really late to the party in learning that we shouldn't use old accounts without OG emails anymore?
Moreover, are other people really struggling to receive coherent answers from Support right now? I am terrified to spend any more money here if I can't receive specific responses to Support inquiries. Right now, it feels like there's no chance of any of my issues being resolved.

Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well while reading this post.
I am currently trying to join a game I had been invited to that has been running for around 2 years irl. The PCs are level 11 and are soon to hit twelve. There is a lot of lore for this game, but their current predicament is that they're trying to have an audience with Lord Neverwinter and to do so, they gotta kill some giants. Unfortunately for the party of 4 (Phantom Rogue, Life Cleric, Lore Bard, Divination Wizard), they are in DIRE need of a tank. So I started making one. Had some issues with communication with the DM but, with the help of some other friends of mine, I finally decided on making a Reborn Cavalier Fighter. However, when I finally have the chance to communicate with the DM about my ideas for a character, a lot of complications arise.
A bit more than a couple of hours ago, I write to the DM on Discord to check if they had time to talk about the character since our game was the very next day and I had next to nothing to work with. DM is a very busy person, but says we can talk around the end of the day. I affirm that notion and let them know what my plan for my character was. At this point, it was my understanding that the party still had some problems with the Red Wizards of Thay and were investigating some magical shenanigans. The wizard and rogue specifically had backstory ties that only served to further their hatred for the group. Thus, I decided to make a Cavalier Fighter who had a wizard lover while he was alive and died protecting his lover. He waited for his lover to join him in the afterlife for a while, but when Mystra showed up instead of the and explained the situation, he wanted to go back to find out what happened to his husband. Thus, he became a Reborn with the goal of finding his husband's grave, learning that the Red Wizards purged it and stole his soul, and joining the party in their hatred towards them.
The issue with this backstory, from my understanding of the DMs perspective, was that it took too much away from the actual story at hand. This is when I found out that the party wouldn't interact with the Red Wizards any more and were headed in a direction that I wouldn't be able to really know about. Instead, the DM proposed that I be a reborn giant soul that was brought back from a time travel accident gone wrong and I would now act as an information giver for the party. I did not want to lose out on the story I crafted since I felt very attached to the concept of love thriving even after death, but when I tried to ask how the DM would have rathered I build my character's story, the offers that were given had very little substance for me to build an actual character off of.
To me, it felt like I was being asked to build an NPC that would give the party information and fight with the party but not have any emotional ties of their own to the story. The end of our discussion came from them saying "maybe take a step back, think about it one more time from a clean slate. It doesn't need to be a whole detailed thing. Just a template you can work from with some basic motivations, ideals, and flaws." I feel like I just wasted a bunch of time and effort trying to make an emotionally driven and persuasive character fir the party to feel attached to, just to be told to make a template character with some pre-generated personality traits. I believe it is in my best interest to leave the game but maybe I am being too harsh on the DM and misconstruing their words. Maybe I'm too attached to the character concept I made and should learn how to compromise more, even if it feels like the reasons the character would work well are being gutted. What do you all think? I don't think I can make a proper decision without being influenced by my emotions.

TLDR
I made a backstory that the DM doesn't believe would work for his world. DM then strongly suggests that I either make changes that I feel would gut my character and turn them into a glorified NPC or make a new NPC from scratch. Prologue
Hello and welcome to my post. I will subdivide this into two large parts. One will cover my thoughts, feelings, my hopes and dreams...While the other will tell you the specifics of how I pass the time, what topics interest me, what passions do I posses. I believe that at the end of this leap into my inner world, you dear reader, will have all the necessary information to judge whether we are compatible or not.
Part I
I am writing this in the hopes of finding something that I lack. Lately I have had this feeling, this tinge of melancholy within the dephts of my being, this yearning to find a kindred spirit, another Soul, much like mine, to form a bond with. Perhaps Loneliness is the right word for what is bothering me, but to use it seems to carry with it a connotation of ungratefulness. Ungratefulness for the people that I do have in my life, although none of them, of course, have the connection to me that I seek here.
I have found it increasingly necessary to seek in this Life a sort of purity of thought. What I mean is, I have began to undestand what ideas and concepts are ultimately compatible with my inner most Self, ergo what guidelines I have to follow to feel the most whole. Naturally I have likewise realised what I cannot add to my Self and what I will henceforth reject with all the power that I posses.
With this new context in mind, I now follow on the path of self improvement. I will now begin to mold my Self into my perfected idea of how the Self should be. This is certainly a significant undertaking, one that will not be easy to follow through on but one that I ultimately have to do. To me such context is essential. It is akin to a Guiding Star shining in the night. I will follow this Star for without it I am lost in the vast Darkness.
Looking back at my life, it was suboptimal, especially if one compares the way it molded me to how I will now mold myself. I suppose I must look on with a hint of regret at all that time which one might consider to be lost. Still... I try to stave off such decisively negative interpretations, after all, I have ultimately came to these conclusions. That means that somewhere along the line I had to have picked up on enough of such ideas for them to become so cemented in my consciousness. Well, either that or I was always like this, but in that case I can at least thank my life up to this point for not being able to supress such manifestations of my inner most Self.
To add to the topic of my life, I must admit that not all the battles have yet been won, not all the Demons vanquished, not every Mountain climbed. I want you to keep such things in mind when deciding whether or not to approach me. Many will shy away, I undestand that much, but the pursuit of true Companionship is just another such battle. Having said all that I do believe that being able to overcome hurdles together carries with it a certain appeal. That is to say, what's the fun in joining once the Game is already over?
I don't shy away from such challenges, perhaps to a fault. Certain troubles that I faced in the past carry with them a long shadow over my current health and well being. Still, I intend to change little in this regard other than the proficiency with which I will clash the current of my Will against the cliffs of Life.
Part II
In this part of my post I will tell you about my interests and hobbies, I will try to be thorough, commonality in this regard is rather important to build a relationship
History. I have had an interest in history for almost a decade now, it started back in school and developed from there. Well, now that I think about it one could argue that it started even earlier in my life as I liked watching the odd historic documentary or film aired on television but it wasn't regular back then, I never actively sought it out. I am mostly interested in European history in the period between the 18th-20th century but I sometimes branch out to other time periods and other parts of the world. I watch various channels related to history and read articles and sometimes books. I have recently got a few books on the German revolution of 1848/1849 and a historical magazine on the Thirty Years' War. Besides that I try to visit museums sometimes.
Literature. Especially old novels. I like to immerse myself in the Worlds of these books, I tend to read them while listening to thematically fitting music and take my time with them. One time you are following a troubled Youth in his quest for spiritual understanding of the world, another you see the aged and decrepit Doctor gambling his very Soul on the promises of abtaining satisfaction in earthy pleasures, then again your olfaction notices the most pleasant scent known to man even as the one eminating it has the appearance of a revolting Frog. These and many other stories open up to you once you decide to set foot into the literary World.
Languages. I know three, with one being a bit rusty. I am currently working intently on strengthening it. I believe that if I continue to apply myself in this regard then I should be able to finally conquer it. What language am I working on? Well, if you were to stack all the major works in it they would be as tall as a house... It is fun to go through different works in multiple languages, the same goes for film, games and such.
Games. I recently played Cyberpunk 2077. Well as recently as I played any major story centric game. Now that the dust has settled and the bugs mostly removed...It's not that bad. The main questline at least. Besides that I tried Fallout 76 (Very average, I'm dissapointed with what they made the "RPG" system) and I might give Deus Ex Manking Divided another spin (since it's somewhat similar to Cyberpunk when it comes to its aesthetics). Dark Souls is one of my favorite series, I still haven't beaten Elden Ring though. When it came out I wasn't in the right mindset to invest a hundred hours into it, with all those bosses and difficult locations. I think I'll only consider playing it if I am streaming it to someone. I am generally interested in either streaming games or having the person I am talking to stream them to me. To be specific I mean streaming to a single person while being on call. Besides that I'm a big fan of Paradox strategy games, especially Europa Universalis IV and Heats of Iron IV, I tend to only play single player since I find multiplayer with many people to be rather stressful but on the other hand I have nothing against a co-op game. I'm not the best player though, despite the ammount of hours I have in them. Another great game I would mention would be Dragon's Dogma. A very underrated RPG. I recently beat it again and it was an atmospheric and interesting experience. It is one of those games that feel like they have an endless ammount of depth and constant new secrets to discover.
Anime and Manga. In recent times my interest in them has waned but I still watch the occasional series here and there. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners (Which I found to be rather mediocre) and the very good first season from the new arc of Bleach. Some of my favourite series include: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note, Fate;Zero, Psycho Pass, Code Geass and Attack on Titan. I wouldn't mind if you were to introduce me to some new series, maybe based on the ones I mentioned. My favourite Manga is Berserk which I still follow, althought I am still not certain on the direction that the new author is taking. I suppose it really is a matter of contention whether a somewhat (or considerably warped) vision is better than an unfinished work. One could argue that a few novels remain unfinished and possess a macabre appeal to them as such.
Music. Classical music has a very special place in my heart. A few of my favourite pieces would be: Clair de Lune, Nocturne Op. 9 No.2, Devil's Trill Sonata, Danse Macabre, Valse Sentimentale, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92: II. Alegreto (by Beethoven) and Suite from Swan Lake, Op. 20a: I. Scene. Moderato. There are more but these ones always invoke something in me when I listen to them. Besides Classical I also enjoy listening to Synthwave, old Western pop and J-pop, both modern and from the 20th century.
Esotericism. I am interested in things spiritual, mystical, magical and esoteric. I have read religios texts, magical grimoires, introductions to various schools of thought. It is interesting to me.
Epilogue
Hopefully I was able to cast the spotlight upon my inner World in a clear and unequivocal manner. I feel the need to add to the aforementioned that I am rather introverted, which means that I tend to dislike large social gatherings. I managed to condition myself to be able to endure the presense of large groups of people but it isn't something that I would seek out in most cases. Besides that I am neurodivergent and suffer from certain issues with mental health. I have to take medication to keep myself under control. They work well enough but certain days are harder than others. I respect the struggle that others have with mental health but in the context of a relationship I have my limits, no one with BDP for instance. I am also not looking for anything casual. I understand than one cannot demand depth and meaning from a conversation with an absolute stranger, that is akin to trying to build a sand castle right before the waves strike but I ask at least that you enter with a mindset that this might become something of significance. I also do want to say that I am completely Monogamous. My preference? The sickly, pale, intellectual who watches rain droplets slide down the window in Autumn. Lastly, if I enjoy the company of a person I tend to not want to let them go.

I have been trying to get this mod to work for the past 6 hours. Ive read every guide I could find and Ive attempted SFTP (although there isn’t exactly a specific SFTP guide for RV Interiors). Ive created a spawn location, added the mod ID, etc. literally tried it all. I rent a Bisect server for PZ and no matter what it doesn’t seem to work. When I go in game I open my trailer and I get the generic “Map isn’t loaded” text that forces me back to the vehicle. The surrounding area is black when I am sent there and receive that. I haven’t explored any of the map other than where Ive spawned. Please if you know how to add this mod to a rent-a-server let me know how I can make this mod work.

Hello Sky players! I need your opinion on my experience, because I'm not sure if I should keep playing or not.
I went into this game completely blind - the only thing I knew was that it has stunning visuals. I decided to try it when it was made available on Steam, and I've played the early access version. Now, the graphics really are stunning - it's really fun to fly around and watch the beautiful landscapes and creatures appear in my sight.

However, there were some parts of the game that made my Sky experience less enjoyable. They are:
- Bugs: I'm aware this is Early Access and these will most likely be fixed as time passes - but some are really annoying. Sky is multiplayer and it's nice to see others fly out and about, but not when it forces me to watch their cutscenes every single time they're triggered. That, and players can solve puzzles I haven't unlocked yet, which makes it more difficult to enjoy the story at my own pace.
- Controls: the camera constantly autofocuses on things. It's giving me headaches, so hopefully this is also something that will get fixed. We also cannot rebind keyboard controls, and the Friends menu is confusing to me.
- Players activating cutscenes/puzzles: if the camera autofocusing didn't make it difficult enough to travel through the worlds of Sky, other players triggering cutscenes that the game forced me to watch did. When I got to the mountain to climb to get to the Eye of Eden, some players triggered the "opening door" cutscene at the end of the path and my character couldn't move, so I got hit by falling rocks, losing Light - this is just one of the many times it happened.
- Microtransactions: there's lots of things you can only get with real money. I was disappointed when I found out that even in the Cinnamoroll event, I could only get two objects from the shop with in-game currency. All the rest has to be paid for with real money (unless I missed something, because I could barely tell where the event shop was).
- Customization options: now this is something I was really hoping I could enjoy - I love customizing characters, I could spend hours doing that. I saw some Sky players with really cool skins, and wanted to see what I could do. When I started the game, however, I only had three hair options to choose from - I couldn't even change the color of my cape. This really disappointed me, since I was hoping I could at least get some basic customizing options. I have to go around collecting light and doing quests to get one cape colour.
- Quests: I've finished the main story, and now all I do every day is do daily quests and interact with NPCs. Daily quests feel too long to complete (unless there's a way to get to the top of the Vault of Knowledge that I'm not aware of); I've spoken to an NPC who told me to go help a spirit and showed me the location once, then never showed it again. That spirit's lost forever, since my Light won't find them either.
- Lack of previews: there's a lot of grinding to do to get one new item, and if I have no preview of what it will look like on my character, I can't be sure that I'll like it. Colored capes, for example - or the new Cinnamoroll coffee cup ornament. I didn't know it was something my character would put on their head, I thought it was an item to put in my nest. There was no indication that it would be an ornament for my character (that or I'm dumb and didn't see it, but as a new player, I understand few things about this game).
- Lack of info/directions: I understand that Sky is a game that offers a world to explore, but when my only guide is my "light" and I have no idea what's happening, I can't enjoy the story as much. The lack of explanation as to what was happening in the Eye of Eden was particularly annoying; I went around giving Light to fallen ones and trying not to die, but eventually ended up dying anyways since I couldn't reach the place my Light was guiding me to. Then came a few cutscenes, and sitting through minutes-long cutscenes of birds flying and happy music when I didn't understand anything wasn't entertaining. That this is only my opinion, tough - I'm aware that some people enjoy stories that give more space to the player's interpretation.
