2024.05.19 23:04 ad0ntn0 CONSTANT CRASHES - "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION(0xC0000005)"
o7 Citizens,
Since 3.23 dropped I get constant crashes and I am at my (limited) wits end. I had these exeption access violation errors in 3.22.1 as well, but back then limiting the p-core-multiplier of my cpu to 52 solved the issue. (See this post:

But now, no matter what I try, the game crashes after somtimes 2h or sometimes 5 min or even less, but it ALWAYS crashes. I hadn't changed anything on my PC, it just started to happen again with 3.23.
here's the latest crash log:

| We know Elira Pendora hasn't streamed, started streaming recently, and just streamed her "Nijisanji 3.0 Brushup" after almost 4 months. That had me wonder the time spans between Brushup announcements and the actual Brushup streams. - The 3.0 Brushups listed begin from January 31st 2024 and tweeted from @/Nijisanji_World.
- Listed dates are in EST, so the dates you see may differ slightly due to time zones. The slight variation in dates doesn't matter as much as the timespan between Brushup Announcement and Brushup Stream.
- Time Span is calculated from the Brushup Announcement to the Brushup Stream, including day of stream

2024.05.19 23:03 Smooth-jazzy I just found out I’m gay and I’m about to get married
I’m about to get married to a man but I am gay: Tw sex
For context, I’m 23-24 and Ive been with this person let’s call him Dan for going on 5 years
I’ve always thought I was asexual or had a very low sex drive because I was never very interested in intimacy with a man. Tried it time and time again and it just never worked for me. I love Dan with ALL my heart and he’s one of the most special people in my life. So much so I agreed to marry him.
Though I’ve felt very sexually frustrated and oft times find myself masturbating every chance I can get alone. (This sounds bad but once every second day)
I’m transgender (mtf)
While in school I was very flamboyant and oft times referred to as the gay kid though I wasn’t thinking about anything sexual at the time and really I just took on the identity as a gay man to mask the fact that I wanted to transition.
Well for years I had that identity I started to believe I liked men. Come 6 years into transition and about to get married and I’ve recently discovered I have major sexual feelings towards females in a way I’ve never really felt because I felt as though I couldn’t explore that side of me.
Now I feel locked into this Marrage because I love Dan and I don’t want to leave the life we have created. This has become an impossible situation.
I told Dan about these feelings and we talked it out but we’re both unsure what to do.

2024.05.19 23:02 buddhajuju Some stats on farming the Termite King gold card
Before anyone points out that "Gold cards are optional, you don't have to get them, if you're not having fun playing the game you should stop." Yes, thank you for this profound insight, agreed and noted. That said, after an hour of farming the Waft Emitter for Termite King gold cards, here's some baseline numbers to get a rough estimate of how much time you'll likely need to invest to get the card:
1 Hour resulted in 108 reload attempts. 27 of these attempts yielded a Termite King immediately spawning. The King actually spawns in about 60% of full raid attempts, but if he doesn't spawn immediately then you need to kill other termites and wait for him to appear, which will hurt your numbers in the long run. So, with a baseline of 27 kills/hour, here's a table showing the time it would take to farm the card:
Hours | King Kills | Probability |
1 | 27 | 23.77% |
2 | 54 | 41.88% |
3 | 81 | 55.70% |
4 | 108 | 66.22% |
5 | 135 | 74.25% |
6 | 162 | 80.37% |
7 | 189 | 85.04% |
8 | 216 | 88.59% |
9 | 243 | 91.30% |
10 | 270 | 93.37% |
11 | 297 | 94.95% |
12 | 324 | 96.15% |
Now, looking at the chart, you might think "every hour I have a roughly 25% chance to get the card? Ehh, that's not great, but it's not terrible, I can mange that". Oof...
Because of the nature of independent sampling, every hour of effort you put into farming yields a diminished
additional likelihood that the
total number of Termite King kills will have yielded the card, e.g. farming for 11 hours straight would give you a 94.95% chance of getting the card, but adding an hour on top of that would only increase your likelihood of finding the card by 1.2%. I know on its face the math seems simple, "Oh every kill is a 1% chance to get the card, that's rough but it's manageable". But you have to appreciate that there's about a 5% chance that you could be spending longer than 11 straight mind-numbing hours (without interruptions) of reloading your saves, for ONLY this card. Save-scumming will yield virtually ZERO tangible results in your save file other than this one gold card. There's even a 1% chance that you could be spending 17 straight hours farming this card. And I don't even want to think about what these numbers look like if you're farming the Termite King from his natural spawn point, even with a pre-spawn save established.
This is absurd. 5% is a Fluffy Dandelion Tuft. 1% is a Suspicious Ice Cap. These are not impossible scenarios.
The 1% drop chance is really unacceptable with a maximum kill rate of 27/hour. I can kill Black Ox Beetles, Green Stink Bugs, Black Widows, and Moths at a rate much, much higher than this, and those all share the same 1% drop rate.
This issue is often overlooked because 50% of people will get the card in 2-3 hours, 75% of people can get it in about 5 hours. The truth is, even amongst the small group of players crazy enough to get every gold card, most people don't end up in this situation.
But some of them do. And the fact that this is even a possibility is an extreme oversight by the developers. Players who go for these Gold Cards are the players
who love the game. They're not going for it because it's just a thing to do, they're going for it because they've enjoyed this game enough to the point that they're actively trying to 100% and explore/achieve every aspect the game has to offer. To cut them short like this with 1 card alone (all other cards are not even remotely on the same timescale to farm) is a real disservice to the most hardcore fan base, especially considering the card may drop for somebody who wasn't even looking to get it on their first kill.
Here are some easy suggestions to mitigate or completely remove the issue:
1) Give the Termite King a sub-1000 rage threshold to spawn in a Waft Raid. This way, even though it's far less time-efficient, at least you wouldn't be forced to save scum between each attempt and you could accumulate kills/resources between each run, while removing some of the tedium of repeating identical run attempts over and over. You could even go crazy and allow for the possibility of *gasp* more than 1 Termite King appearing during a raid! Utterly insane, I know...
2) Put a hard-cap on the number of kills needed to obtain a gold card. If you killed 200 of an enemy, I don't care how unlucky you are, you've
earned that card. You shouldn't need to potentially dedicate so many hours of your very real time, in your very real life, to accommodate a digital RNG algorithm that just isn't landing for you. At least then you could
feel like you're working toward a goal, rather than nebulously wandering around for an achievement that is about as likely to come in 20 seconds as it is 20 hours.
3) Increase the chances of the Termite King dropping a gold card. This would have a negligible effect on the bottom-floor range of how long it would take to get the card, but it would have a
profound effect on the potential upper-range of time you might be spending to find it.
The point of a 1% drop rate is to make players feel a sense of accomplishment, or luck, or special status in their save file, to invoke positive feelings about the time you've spent playing the game and the tangible rewards you can point out to demonstrate such. But in the case of this particular enemy, it's completely inapplicable.
TLDR: I think the least the developers could do is make some sort of small change to say "Hey, we see you playing, and we want to reward you for spending that time playing our game" rather than just "Hey, it's a 1% chance, and that's about all the thought we care to put into it, your time be damned."

2024.05.19 23:00 Beneficial-Owl6467 28D Found one that fits! Looking fore more :-)
Measurements: 28, 27, 26, 30, 32, 31.5
After many tries, I finally found a bra that maybe fits! It's the b'tempt'd Future Foundations t-shirt bra in 28D. the cups are close to perfect (slightly wide but close enough and I fill them out without quadding), the band is good (slightly stretchier than I would prefer, but seems to pretty much stay put), the straps feel good. The only discomfort is at the gore, not sure why it's digging in. If I fold a tissue and put it under the gore, that seems to solve it. Thoughts? I tentatively plan to keep it pending the gore issue, and while I love the fit, it's pretty boring, which is why it took me so long to try it. So I'm looking for similar fits but ~cuter~. I was the first one to add this size to Bratabase so I don't have much to go on over there.
Throughout this process, I've continuously been learning more about my shape. I started out thinking I was shallow, wide-set, and FOB, but I've slowly realized that I'm at least somewhat projected, mid-set (2 fingers between breast tissue when supported...I mistook lack of inner fullness as being wide-set), and I actually have tall roots with more of an even top/bottom fullness. On the outside, I have breast tissue until about an inch in front of my resting arm, not sure if that means in terms of horizontal root width. Maybe average or narrow? I don't have much fullness at the nipple, so a somewhat conical shape.
I've started gravitating towards plunge styles since I can rarely fill out the inner parts of a fuller-cup bra. I also have to stay away from anything closed on top due to the tall roots.
The Freya Offbeat Side Support almost fits me (after sizing up one cup size to 28DD), but it's wrinkling a little in the middle of the cup. With the 28D it was wrinkling horribly because the side panel was cutting right through the middle of my tissue and I'm thinking the 28DD might still be doing that a little bit as well. I have some tissue on the outside that's not being captured by the cup. I'm surprised that it's close, though, since the gore is pretty tall and I read that's it's pretty closed on top (I do get slight wrinkling at the top as well, maybe that's why). Is it worth trying the 28E?
Tango II Plunge in 28D was terrible. Not sure if it's just way too big in the cup or too closed on top or what but I could pinch about an inch of fabric in the middle after scoop/swoop.
I also tried the Panache Black Ardour in 28D and 28DD. The DD fit better but neither was great, mostly due to gore discomfort and some gaping, especially right next to the gore. The straps are also comically wide-set, which adds to the gaping problem because I have to pull them in to keep them from falling off my shoulders, which then pushes the cups into a weird shape. If I perch the straps on the edges of my shoulders, cups look fine. I'm thinking I should have sized up in the band for that one since it seems to run small, but I'm not sure I'll try it again due to the wide strap issue. It has pretty lace so I'm sad it didn't work.
Recommendations? TIA!

This was my first marathon. I've run two half marathons in the past and decided to take the plunge. I went with Pfitzinger 12 week up to 55mpw plan. I had to modify the schedule a bit, but never fell short of the weekly required mileage. I actually averaged 5-10 miles more per week than the plan called for whether that was the right or wrong decision I don't know, but I felt recovered from each week. The plan called for two 20 mile runs, but I opted for an additional 21 mile run instead of the 17. I did the midweek long runs too, but there were some tempo runs that I would consider on the long side that I ended up breaking into two separate workouts for a total of running six times a week. This was mostly because I have kids and couldn't get the time to do more than 2 long runs per week.
The race was an hour away and I've had some bad experiences from day of packet pickups so I opted to pick up the day before which allowed me to "sleep in" on race day. I actually slept really well the night before, I don't know how, but it worked out. I ate an english muffin with peanut butter and a coffee. Drank 12oz Gatorade on way to the race.
Fueling: I trained with SiS isotonic gel. Brought 8 gels for the marathon, but only used 6 (3caff/3reg). I took the gels at 30 minute intervals, I know some have mentioned every 20 minutes, but that would have messed me up. After six I felt a bit queazy so opted to skip the last gel. They had GU Brew at the hydration stations, but I've never tried it so went with water the whole way. Also used salt stick tabs. Gear: Saucony Pro 3, Injinji toe socks (my favorite purchase and godsend after many blisters), Rabbit Speedsters, Flip Belt. Race: This was an out and back marathon. Miles 1-14: I would consider this a smaller race with only 800 participants, 180 in the marathon. Race went out in waves with the marathon first. They grouped us in target times and the gun went off. Immediately the whole front of the pack were out with the lone guy targeting a sub 2:20 time. After about a minute I looked at my watch and dialed it way back. My plan going into this race was to bank early milage below marathon pace and gut out the finish so I settled on a 7:30ish pace early on. I found a guy in the local runners club and ended up chatting with him for the first 4 miles or so to avoid getting caught up going to fast again. In the taper week leading up to the marathon I did something to the tendon on the front of my ankle and rested it the best I could, but knew it would flair up on race day and it did at mile 6. I pushed through and it ended up subsiding or I just forgot about it by the half marathon point. Miles 14-17: This was billed to me as a flat course, but that was not the case. There was a 2.5 to 3 mile continuous up hill climb. With it being an out and back I knew this was coming and planned to dial back my splits to conserve energy, ended up running those 3 miles at 7:50 which was still below my target marathon pace. 17-26: after the long hill I settled in to a slower pace going over 8:00 for the first time in the race, I did my best to keep it close to marathon pace for as long as I could, but the wheels started to come off at mile 24 in which I ran a 9:09! This was the hardest mile I have ever run in my life. I trained without music, but brought headphones as a motivational boost for the tail end of the race, but of course they crapped out and I was left with my thoughts. As I passed fellow marathoners walking down the stretch I wasn't sure I could do this and questioned my choices, but was able to finish out the race in the end.
This was the best part of the race. It was awesome to have family cheering for me at the finish line and a moment I will cherish for all time. I don't normally drink, but the race purchase came with a free tech shirt and beer so I said what the heck. Definitely the best beer I ever had! I already know that I want to try this marathon thing again in the future. Definitely made some mistakes I can improve upon and want to pick a more destination type marathon, but overall I am over the moon with my results. A huge thank you to this community for the amazing tips and tricks you have shared with me. Thanks for reading.
