Hi I just wanna share my LDR story cuz I can't really judge clearly right now without being biased. I'm already attached to him given na naka abot na kami ng 4years and my mind seems to justify him. We broke up last May 5 lang.
Anyways, I'm 23F, filipino and he's 23M, indian.

So, we met on a MMORPG last summer of 2020. We started talking on DC and I usually don't get interested to ppl I met online but his attack was kinda different. He asked about my GPA and I was like wow concern sa grado baka matino. Ganern. Online classes are still on going that time so we usually talk more at night. And it wasn't just some small talks but quality talks. About life ganern, interests and views on different things. We don't usually agree but we both talk so deeply about it kaya nagkasundo.
Fast forward, ako talaga ang unang naattached. And I already know that time (which was only months after we first talked) na wala kaming patutunguhan. He wasn't that attached to the point of considering me on his future. But still, I didn't mind. Wala pa din naman akong plano sumabak sa relationship irl. NBSB pero may mga manliligaw. So ayun, nagpatuloy sa kalandian habang nanonotice ko na na medyo may katotohanan na sa mga "I love you" nya. We've been so wholesome na rin. Been into different kind of games like Dragon Raja, 8ball, COC, at halos lahat na yata ng games sa play store na subukan na. Hindi naman ako gamer tbh ML lang talaga yung game na nilalaro ko tyaka yung MMORPG na yun. But anyways to make the story short, sa 4 years na yun marami na ring away. Let's say every year may pinag aawayan talaga. He was talking to girls on DC even tho it wasn't that malicious but still. We started there tooš iyan yung issue sa let's say 2-3 yrs ig. Pero di naman sobrang dami mga like 2 months lng out of 12. Then last year, he greeted his ex of 2yrs a happy birthday. Tbh nung unang year wala lang sa akin. On our 2nd year when I found out, I told him to stop cuz I didn't like it. Last year was kinda diff cuz he greeted her a belated birthday mga atiiih. Belated hahahaha the care to greet even though it was alrdy late di ba. So nag away ulit. Ilang beses na rin sya nag ask ng chances sa 4yrs na Yan. Like super sincere to the point na hindi ka niya tatantanan ng message mapa DC, tele, WhatsApp or insta. Ilang beses na rin sya umiyak dahil sa situation namin like sa LDR, to say sorry, dahil sa different beliefs and all. I told him that we should wait until 26 to decide if pwede na iuwi sa kasalan hahaha ganun kalala ang love and patience ko mga bhiee. He agreed too cuz by that time, we will be mature enough to decide considering na di pa sya secured sa job that time. And to conclude kasi napahaba na, for me, our love was real and very wholesome I might not show it through this forum but yeah, it was. But the thing is, last 1st week of May I kinda tested him saying that, "this is probably the lowest point of my life" cuz currently we're having some financial problem cuz of hospitalization and he knew it. But guess what, he ignored that msg. I told him goodnight right after kasi mukhang Wala talaga syang plano mag reply and guess what, he replied. "Sorry Im kinda busy, you can sleep tho" okay I understand. Busy sya. But girl diba? Am I wrong tho? Did I just assume stuffs? Pero I decided to end it right after. I deleted my msged abt that lowest point shi and he innocently asked if I want to explain why I was breaking up with him. And I told him no need. Cuz bakit pa? I've had my answer. And si kuya sabi niya, I kinda know why and it's rlly hard that I can't do anything about it. Pero why not console me? Pero mali ba ako? I need your wisdom masyado nang biased utak ko. So ayun wala na talaga. Kala ko mabilis lang mag move on since online lang pero iba rin talaga pag naattached na haha. Was I wrong tho or did I saved myself. Anyways, graduation na nxt year so focus nlang muna sa studies ngayon.

However, I was awakened when he returned at 5 am, smelling of alcohol, and attempting to cuddle me.
I immediately jumped up and began asking where the hell he was all night. He explained that he lost track of time and his phone while out and assumed everything was fine after our earlier conversation. He says after the game they came back to his bosses house. Frustrated and tired, I questioned why he didn't just call to let me know about the delay. He claimed he thought I was asleep, disregarding the assurance he gave me earlier that he wouldn't be late, which caused me to worry and stay up in the first place. We argued all the way until 8am and I ended up just taking the kids to SeaWorld by myself and left him behind.
Despite his apologies and assurances these past couple days, I finding it really difficult to move past feeling disrespected. Being under the influence isn't an excuse to vanish without a word and dismiss it as unintentional when confronted. I'm struggling to find a way to forgive or even believe his story. Am I overreacting?

The Gloam Eyed Queen is the thread that stitches together much of the unspoken lore. We begin in the lord of chaos ending, where we meet the Queen herself. The word 'gloam' means twilight. The dusky time when the sun sets, and stars start to appear. Gloam. Eyed. The Gloam Eyed Queen Now, this character that we see and hear. She sounds like Melina. She looks like a bizzaro wartime version of Melina. But is she Melina? No dear reader, she is not. The Gloam eyed Queen is not Melina. Visually Melina has a brown right eye, a sealed shut left eye, and brown hair. The image we see of the GeQ is markedly different. A milky right eye, twilight in the left, and much darker hair with...whisps of silvegrey. Importantly, the Melina who helps the tarnished is only a remanat of the spirit of Melina. 'Burned and bodiless'. Ageless. Unchanging in death. The GeQ is not Melina with a makeover, she is a different person. The GeQ is a Numen. Born in another land and migrated to the Lands Between (like Marika, but we'll get to that). Melina explicitly states she was 'born at the foot of the Erdtree'. Melina was born, at the earliest, the end of the Crucible age or the start of the age of the Erdtree. The GeQ ruled begining in the crucible age, before Melina was born. This again is proof that the GeQ is not Melina. The Gloam Eyed Queen is not Melina So where do we go from here? Who is Melina then? Is Melina a child of Marika? I mean, she was born at the foot of the Erdtree where her mother gave her her purpose, right? Well, we need to consider that this may not be what she is referring to. In all the dialog from Melina in the Churches of Marika, she never refers to Marika as her mother. Markia's children are the demigods. They are known and discussed throughout the Lands Between. Gideon, the (not quite so) all knowing has extensive records on the demigods and is searching for them so he can find the shards of the Elden Ring. Morgot shows the thrones of his siblings, and calls them by name. But neither one mentions Melina. Melina is not a scion of Marika. So who else would have a child brought to the foot of the sacred and holy Erdtree? Could it be the previous Queen? Who ruled perhaps into the spawning of the Erdtree at the waning of the Crucible? Now the visual similarities start to make sense. Melina is the Gloam eyed Queen's daughter. Born at the Erdtrtee, given purpose by her mother to burn it to the ground, razing the symbol of her Usurper [GRRM loves nothing more than a userper]. Melina, who first presents herself reminiscent of a godskin apostle The one who walks alongside flame, Shall one day meet the road of Destined Death. Who carries a miniature godskin peeler Melina's Blade of Calling Who looks like the GeQ, who sounds like her, who had a birth that only royalty would. Ok, so assuming that's true, can we strengthen the ties even further? I think we can. Lets shift to the night of the black knives. The firstborn of the new queen is murdered by a conspiracy. From the black knife armor, "The assassins that carried out the deeds of the Night of the Black Knives were all women, and rumored to be Numen who had close ties with Marika herself." So we have Numen assassins, after a Numen Queen is deposed by another Numen. This was revenge by the GeQ. It's not a stretch to assume that a newly arrived people in a foreign land would maintain close relationships. Even close enough that the GeQ and Marika were equals [possibly even friends?] until the GeQ's ascension to Queendom. Marika of the Golden Order, and the GeQ who ruled Destined Death. They seem like the perfect match. Yin and Yang. Then Marika usurped the throne [from the monument in Altus Plateau: 'The First Defense of Leyndell. A sovereign alliance rots from within. Traces yet remain of bloody conspiracy"]. Once Marika usurped the throne, the GeQ used her contacts within the Numen [known, possibly trusted by Marika], to develop a plot to assassinate her golden son. But wait, didn't Ranni lead the assassination? Well, yes, but now we get to the Snow Witch. Ranni's mentor who lives through a forest in a cold, snowy land. Ranni's mother sent her through the forest in the Forbidden Lands, and to the Mountaintops of the Giants to be trained by the Snow Witch. The lore never says the GeQ was killed, simply that she was defeated. Once defeated, where could she go? Where would she be safe from the new Order? Where is the order's influence the weakest? The Queen of Destined Death headed to the mountaintops where the death rite birds, skeletons, and ancient enemies of the Order still survived. Even sites of grace - the symbols of the Order's influence - are rare in this walled off part of the world. From the Snow Witch Set: Once worn by the snowy crone who the young Ranni encountered deep in the woods. She was a witch, and well versed in cold sorceries. It is said that the doll that houses Ranni's soul was modeled after her. That old witch was Ranni's secret mentor. The doll that houses Ranni's soul. We do not ever see Ranni during the whole game. Only the doll modeled after the snow witch. Gloam Eyed Queen and Snow Witch It's not a perfect copy, but it's darn close for a doll. Edit because I forgot an important bit: So once Marika's son is murdered, what does she do? She shatters the elden ring for the purpose of removing the Gloam Eyed Queen's influence - Destined Death - from it once and for all. So, summary/TLDR: During the Gloam Eyed Queen's rule, she sired a daughter - Melina. Melina along with the Godskins were the equivalent of Marika's tarnished. Her enforcers. The Gloam Eyed Queen was then usurped by Marika and fled into exile. She hid in the mountains and was forgotten, only to become the Snow Witch. Rennala knew of her whereabouts and after being betrayed by Radagon, sent her daughter Ranni to be the GeQ's disciple. Together, they plotted the night of the black knives using Numen who were close to Marika, but still loyal to the GeQ. The GeQ for revenge, and Ranni to be free of the fingers. I don't know how to word this so the title might sound strange. I have T-Mobile home internet with a little box that plugs into power and nothing else, and wirelessly provides internet. Really, there are 2 main things I have that use this internet: my PC (laptop) and my firestick plugged into my TV. I also have a PS4 and cell phone that I very rarely use with the internet but that's not important for this I'd say.

Usually, my Internet can keep up and it's not a problem. I've had T-Mobile for over 2 years.
Lately (past week or two), my Internet has gone out and I've had to turn it off and back on again at least once per day.
I've also had issues, especially when in a video call, and the Internet will go out.
Every single time the Internet goes out, it won't come back on automatically, no matter how long I wait. I always have to shut it off and back on again.
Is this definitely a problem with the Internet box thing itself (I don't know what it's called), or could it be my PC is using so much Internet that it's causing it stop working (where I also can't watch anything on my Firestick)?
I called T-Mobile and they are super unhelpful. They all think I'm an idiot that knows 0 about what he's doing and they just waste my time claiming to fix the problem but it's not fixed. In reality, they seem to have no idea what they're doing. :-\
About a year ago, I had similar issues and had to exchange the box and it was a huge hassle because the people at the brick & mortar stores are extremely rude and not wanting to help me.
Anyway one thing that made me think it could be my computer is I started just using my phone's hotspot the past couple days and, just before I posted this, I was trying to open a bunch of web pages at the same time on my PC (not super intensive stuff) but the Internet went out briefly. However, it came right back and is working fine on the Firestick (not sure it ever stopped working on the Firestick) so...I don't know. I'm just spitballing here.

I do a lot of stuff with my Firestick and PC, such as stream TV, watch live streams, download video games, play online games, and video calls, among other things, often 2 or 3 of these different thing at once, easily. I'm a pretty reserved person most of the time, I don't use social media since I prefer to keep my personal life to myself. Usually I spend my free time exploring different hobbies that feel productive, but recently I've been thinking about how cool it'd be to meet someone online who I could talk to about basically anything. I've been scrolling through the sub for a while but found it difficult to get a read on the people here, so it was hard to send that first dm. I eventually decided to just post on here and see what happens.
My #1 interest has always been learning new instruments and broadening my knowledge of music in general. I've been in a few bands since graduating from high school and would love to meet someone who is just obsessed with music of any kind, the genre doesn't matter as long as you're passionate. Personally though I'm into any kind of rock music you can slowly bob your head to while in your thoughts.
I also write in my free time and try to go to the gym as often as possible. I'll gladly be your hype man if you need someone to push you to go to the gym! I used to be a huge gamer, but sadly games just don't do it for me anymore. I can go on about likes and dislikes here but if you're really interested in that stuff then feel free to ask me yourself!
This will probably be the only time I post on here. I won't ask for pictures since I feel like it'd break the illusion of having an online only friend. My only ask is that a little effort be put in, and I'll reciprocate the best I can!
