I was wanting to play a Hack Rom of Pokemon FireRed, Pokemon Ultra Violet, it's worth mentioning that I usually use RetroAchievements and the core I use for GBA and GPSP, so I went to the RetroAchievements website, downloaded the patch and applied it to the correct rom, I checked the MD5 SHA Hash (I don't know which is correct) and it was compatible, I transferred the file to the RetroArch roms folder on my PsVita, and it worked perfectly, both the rom and RetroAchievements, but I have the habit of always saving (I don't like to use save state) and said that there was already a saved file (as I had been playing FireRed for a few days and I believe this is why) and that I had not been able to save (I don't remember the message written). I researched a little and came up with two solutions. The first: change one of the save options from "Auto" to "Flash 128K", but I couldn't find this setting at all in retroarch
And the second: change the header of the rom using Fugbar (I even found this solution here in this subreddit), but I didn't even test whether it was saving because I noticed that the Hash was not compatible with that of RetroAchievements.
I want to ask for help from the community to be able to emulate this Hack Rom on my PsVita and be able to unlock the RetroAchievements achievements (I would even use save state, but I saw that in order to play the post-game it is necessary to save with the conventional method)

I am gobsmacked that season 3 comes out tomorrow. I have had such a blast writing up these rewatch recaps. For anyone that's curious, I'm watching all four episodes when I wake up tomorrow morning (probably around 7AM EST), then heading to lunch to debrief with my cousin before we rewatch a second time.
This is my absolute favorite episode of the series. I've watched it so many times, it's just such a great finale. So, I say this begrudgingly, thank you to Jess Brownell for writing such an excellent episode. If you keep up this energy in seasons three and four, I will gladly eat my words.
"The Viscount Who Loved Me" finds the Bridgerton family recovering from the fallout of Eloise's scandal, Kate recovering from her injury, and the final ball of the season, hosted by the Featheringtons.
Benedict appears for the first time in this episode when he arrives at the Danbury House, his valet having noticed Anthony carrying Kate inside. He asks Anthony if he's alright, and you can really see his concern for his brother. When Anthony says everything is his fault, you can clearly see the look on Ben's face change, and I just love Luke T in this scene.
We see Benedict again in the Bridgerton drawing room, a week having gone by, strewn over his favorite chair, next to Eloise as he sketches away. When Anthony enters, making demands, Ben looks a bit irritated with his brother, especially as he begins to berate Colin, declaring "he is one and twenty, Brother." Anthony dismisses him, saying, "Keep to your doodling," clearly offending Ben, before he leaves along with the rest of the siblings.
Also, non-Benedict related comment, but I never noticed that in the scene where Footman John drops off the parcel with the hidden message inside from Theo, Eloise's dress has a distinct floral pattern on. So I apologize to Theloise truthers, but even in a scene involving Theo, there are obvious signs pointing to Sir Phillip.
We don't see Ben again until about twenty-two minutes, where Ben is happily painting Tessa when Rupert walks in, calling Ben's work "remarkable" and his best yet, before saying that the people at the Academy assumed he'd be "all drink and no paint." Suddenly Ben's confidence washes away, as he asks Rupert to clarify what he means. Rupert admits to Benedict that Anthony has made a large donation to the school, which ultimately secured him a place. He says he thought Benedict knew, but we all know he did not, and you can just see the pain in his face as he realizes he did not in fact get into the Academy based on his skill, but rather based on his last name and the financial support Anthony gave. This would have taken place right after Benedict rattled off his "what is it truly to admire a woman," poem, Anthony having responded, "you should apply yourself more often, Benedict." I often wonder if Anthony had wanted Ben to do exactly that, and apply himself, recognizing his brother's potential, and made the donation so Ben would have the opportunity. But, regardless, this absolutely shatters Benedict's confidence in himself as an artist, and is likely the catalyst for his journey in season three.
Also, more floral patterns on Eloise's dress during the "break up" with Theo.
And we have the swing scene, Benedict approaching his sister looking rather worried for her, obviously knowing of her scandal. He says, "you seem to have the melancholy of heartbreak about you," and Eloise fires back "what would you know of heartbreak?" Benedict kind of scoffs, replying, "I would not, really." We all know what this is: Benedict is probably just eight-ish episodes away from having his heart shattered in a million pieces if I had to guess. This conversation is just so great, both siblings feeling like imposters, both wanting something more out of life and feeling like it's been taken away from them. Benedict tells Eloise that when looking at a Bridgerton painting, one feels "disappointment" and "lack of inspiration." He is, of course, describing how he currently feels about himself. He's disappointed in the fact that his art skills did not get him admitted to the Academy, and is no longer feeling inspired because of that. Perhaps he just needs a muse? I think it's likely he will find that muse very soon, and his underlying story next season will probably revolve around that "lack of inspiration." But, aside from all this, we do have a really lovely moment between these two siblings. I wonder if they will be more at odds next season because of Eloise's friendship with Cressida, or if we will be blessed with more swing set scenes.
Benedict is next seen arriving at the Featherington Ball with Anthony, Violet, and Eloise, looking like he really does not want to be there as he bites his lip and walks off. He then returns, nudging Eloise in the arm, saying, "Steady." Eloise looks to Violet, replying, "And ready," the two walk off, Benedict smiling as they go.
Benedict appears again after Penelope runs off, having heard Colin's words for her, encountering Anthony. Benedict tells him he's leaving the Academy because of his donation. Benedict admits to Anthony that he knows he was trying to help in his own "misguided way," before telling him that he believes Anthony did it because he recognized that Benedict just wasn't good enough. Anthony tells him, "If you want to paint, paint. It is one of your many talents, chief among them your natural girl for seeing what others need, even when they cannot see it themselves." He admits it has taken him too long to realize it, and Benedict brushes off the compliment, his confidence lost entirely, and tells Anthony to enjoy the rest of his evening. This is how the season is wrapping up the kind of back and forth between the brothers, where Benedict is constantly reaching out to Anthony, and Anthony is dismissing him. Finally it's Anthony who is reaching out, telling Benedict he is essentially sorry for not realizing sooner that Benedict was always seeing in him what Anthony himself didn't even realize. But now Benedict is shutting his brother out, in a switch that may give Anthony room to help his brother through this dark period next season.
Finally we see Benedict in his studio, closing his box of art supplies (with four fingers, leading to the season four theory), effectively closing this chapter of his life.
Benedict appears in the epilogue, playing pall mall with the family and Kate after they return from their honeymoon. Six months have gone by. He looks distinctly less happy than he did for most of the second half of this season, part of him missing, but he does smile at Newton running off with Anthony's ball. He grins at Daphne as they watch Anthony so in love, laughing a bit when she declares it means they are cutting out. Benedict makes his last appearance this season, walking off as Anthony and Kate hold up the pall mall game, pleased that his brother has finally found true happiness.
And thus concludes our Benedict-centric rewatch of seasons one and two. His ending is rather sad here, having given up the Academy, which made him so happy throughout this season, but we have a rather good idea where we'll find him in season three. Hopefully he will find his muse when he is least expecting it, but we know he's feeling unconfident and beaten down by the fact that his admission to the art academy was not based on his talent. Colin's travels and Anthony's marriage will likely leave Benedict feeling like he has nothing at all. As Bridgerton likes to beat down their leads before their season begins (Penelope got a one-two punch in the finale, as her friendship with Eloise ends and then she overhears Colin saying he would never court her), so I expect Benedict to be kicked down rather effectively in the season three finale. It will be sad to watch, but worth it knowing what's coming.
I'll probably be muting both this sub and the main one tonight so I don't see any spoilers before I finish season 3 tomorrow morning, but I hope you have all enjoyed going on this ride with me. I'll see everyone tomorrow, when we have more Benedict to analyze!

Hello all,
Little big of backstory is that me and my brother were going through my parents attic when we came across about half of our late 90s original collections and got back into the game most recently. We dabbled in collecting after the Ruby/Sapphire era expansions and just recently got back into collecting about 2-3 months ago. In typical fashion, we dove headfirst back into buying both sealed and loose product with the understanding that sealed product is much more reassuring (more common sense I know, just stating my understanding) and that loose packs can be weighed. I opened a fair amount of CZ, within about 50-60 packs and get some decent hits with 2/4 gold VSTARs, multiple alternate art cards. Also opened about 20-30 packs of Silver Tempest and luckily pulled the Lugia V alternate art as well.
Fast forward to now, I end up buying about 200-250$ worth of loose Evolving Skies packs, fair amount of Scarlet and Violet (30 packs of various expansions, sleeved/booster bundles), Lost origins Stadium and an ETB, and a few C22 tins from Walmart (ES and FS). S and V go terribly, LO packs were pretty good, and the C22 tins had 1-2 hits. The loose boosters from Evolving Skies destroyed me, with about 75-80% of the loose packs all had white code cards and really terrible pulls. The "green" code carded ES packs never had even so much a V or anything else in it. I knew this was possible, but its super discouraging.
First and foremost, i know the sample size is small and I didn't go into in with the expectation of pulling Moonbreon but at least getting 1-2 hits from the loose boosters (somewhere betwen 20-25 loose ES boosters) and I know the pull rates were pretty rough already. This is NOT a "woe is me" or a "this sucks, the TCG is bad and it should change" post. The questions I have are:

1. What do you do personally when you get bad pull luck? Do you step away and just let things cool off before re-attempting more packs, do you stop all together while buying/trading for the cards you really want from the set, or do you just call it quits for that set and move on? I know some of the questions will depend on personality, just inquiring how people tackle bad pack luck.
   
2. Where do you tend to buy your product that's reliable? Do you buy only sealed products? Whats your opinion on sleeved/blister packs vs loose? Do you ever chance your luck with loose packs or is pretty common practice for places like TikTok Shop (where I bought my loose ES packs from this round) and other online sources (eBay) to weigh packs before sending them? Is weighing packs really that common?
   
3. What's everyones general opinion of the TikTok shop? The coupons that seem to pop up every few days really make the temptation to get something that much stronger as the prices drop well below retail at times (and make buying loose packs tempting as the prices on the ES packs were averaging around 8$ a pack).

On August 24th, 2520, the pilots often tested each other's response time while border tagging or crossing into each other's sectors. While flying over an asteroid field in the Neutral Zone near the ZEADRUX border and planet, Captain Pete Wilson and his wingman, Captain Cloud, were just crossing the Neutral Zone when they found themselves trying to avoid being detected and taken out by two ZEADRUX fighters. This was a cat-and-mouse game for the humans as they crossed into the ZEADRUX sector.
So, Captain Wilson and Captain Cloud, thank you for joining us. Please introduce yourselves.

So please tell us about this encounter with the Zeadrux.
Well, "We came to find out these two pilots were the best of the best ZEADRUX Pilots in the area, and we had to be on our best game to beat them.
So you had incoming ZEADRUX fighters are just seconds away from blowing Wilson out of the sky.
The ZEADRUX fighter's radar could see me, so I go strictly into defensive mode.
so Wilson you banks left and dived down fast. If he can confuse the ZEADRUX fighter's radar with the mountain trees and river, your fighter had a better chance.
yes their low-altitude radar is designed to detect targets in a clear sky or space with little terrain. To counter this, I aims to force the ZEADRUX fighters radar to look down into an area with environmental cover. This forces the radar to recalculate and adjust its settings to deliver a weapon effectively.
So Captain Wilson escape the ZEADRUX Fights deadly grasp or risk it all
Yes, I am in survival mode because the enemy is locked onto my airplane. That's as vulnerable as you get in the end air-to-air dogfight.
So Unless Captain Cloud acts quickly, you doesn't have a chance.
Yes that's the point I am in pure defensive mode, and now I turn it over to my wingman Captain Paul Cloud, who is about five miles behind me and closing in fast. He sees the same thing that I see. He locks the lead ZEADRUX fighter and then takes up a shot with his missiles. Seconds later, Captain Cloud my wingman's heat-seeking warhead missile reaches the ZEADRUX fighter, man! great fire works. [EXPLOSION]
So you had more trouble coming? Yes my Fighter radar Just picked up four more Alien bogey's. This time, it was a 5 to 2, Wilson and his wingman. you two had to fight for their lives.
"We had no choice. We had to confront the enemies quickly because more enemy bogey's. were likely on the way. Destroying any human aircraft would be a significant achievement for an alien pilot."
So you, Wilson and Cloud had the advantage of technology on your side. The ZEADRUX fighter engaged in a high-stakes aerial duel, each trying to outmaneuver the human, but with no success. First ZEADRUX fighter insight. Wilson fired, Splash 2.
SPLASH two!
And Suddenly, another ZEADRUX fighter dove toward the deck below, attempting to evade the human fighter, radar. Captain Cloud released his drone fighter and remained with Wilson's wing. Thirty seconds later, "splash 3" was reported.
Yes we got our Splash 3.
So this made it a 4 – 2 match up!
At that point, I suspected that the ZEADRUX fighter knew their chances were getting slimmer. I released my clone drone, fooling their radar into thinking it was a 4-3 matchup.
Great, So Wilson watches the ZEADRUX fighter take a hard turn upward, but it's too late to escape the downward momentum. The Clone Drone gave chase. 55 seconds later SPLASH 4!
Sweet that was our Splash 4! You could see the other three ZEADRUX fighter hitting their after-burners as they start back to their base.
So you two, Captain Wilson and Cloud activating your afterburners as well, you two were head back to the neutral zone and for home. Thinking your day was over, so you two had more guests to arrive.
Heck yeah, So we are heading back to the neutral zone at a very high speed. Our radar showed 6 red dots approaching. 6 bogey's inbound and taking a high-speed chase to stop us before we crossed back to the Neutral zone.
So you two were high-tail out of the ZEADRUX sector, the 6 ZEADRUX cruisers were closing in fast, with their weapons firing. All of a sudden, the 6 cruisers stopped, ceased firing, and powered down their ships? So you two were still burning back to base.
Yeah we were hauling butts!
We all saw the camera View zooms out, we like for all of you to see what happen and why the Zeadrux ended their chase. you understand why the 6 cruisers stop their pursuit. The Human 9th Fleets stood ready at the border for any alien warship to cross into the Human Sector.
In the end those diplomatic conclusion by doing their job.

Hello and welcome to my post. I would like to make a friend.
Here are my interests:
History. I have had an interest in history for almost a decade now, it started back in school and developed from there. Well, now that I think about it one could argue that it started even earlier in my life as I liked watching the odd historic documentary or film aired on television but it wasn't regular back then, I never actively sought it out. I am mostly interested in European history in the period between the 18th-20th century but I sometimes branch out to other time periods and other parts of the world. I watch various channels related to history and read articles and sometimes books. I have recently got a few books on the German revolution of 1848/1849 and a historical magazine on the Thirty Years' War. Besides that I try to visit museums sometimes.
Literature. Especially old novels. I like to immerse myself in the Worlds of these books, I tend to read them while listening to thematically fitting music and take my time with them. One time you are following a troubled Youth in his quest for spiritual understanding of the world, another you see the aged and decrepit Doctor gambling his very Soul on the promises of abtaining satisfaction in earthy pleasures, then again your olfaction notices the most pleasant scent known to man even as the one eminating it has the appearance of a revolting Frog. These and many other stories open up to you once you decide to set foot into the literary World.
Languages. I know three, with one being a bit rusty. I am currently working intently on strengthening it. I believe that if I continue to apply myself in this regard then I should be able to finally conquer it. What language am I working on? Well, if you were to stack all the major works in it they would be as tall as a house... It is fun to go through different works in multiple languages, the same goes for film, games and such.
Games. I recently played Cyberpunk 2077. Well as recently as I played any major story centric game. Now that the dust has settled and the bugs mostly removed...It's not that bad. The main questline at least. Besides that I tried Fallout 76 (Very average, I'm dissapointed with what they made the "RPG" system) and I might give Deus Ex Manking Divided another spin (since it's somewhat similar to Cyberpunk when it comes to its aesthetics). Dark Souls is one of my favorite series, I still haven't beaten Elden Ring though. When it came out I wasn't in the right mindset to invest a hundred hours into it, with all those bosses and difficult locations. I think I'll only consider playing it if I am streaming it to someone. I am generally interested in either streaming games or having the person I am talking to stream them to me. To be specific I mean streaming to a single person while being on call. Besides that I'm a big fan of Paradox strategy games, especially Europa Universalis IV and Heats of Iron IV, I tend to only play single player since I find multiplayer with many people to be rather stressful but on the other hand I have nothing against a co-op game. I'm not the best player though, despite the ammount of hours I have in them. Another great game I would mention would be Dragon's Dogma. A very underrated RPG. I recently beat it again and it was an atmospheric and interesting experience. It is one of those games that feel like they have an endless ammount of depth and constant new secrets to discover.
Anime and Manga. In recent times my interest in them has waned but I still watch the occasional series here and there. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners (Which I found to be rather mediocre) and the very good first season from the new arc of Bleach. Some of my favourite series include: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note, Fate;Zero, Psycho Pass, Code Geass and Attack on Titan. I wouldn't mind if you were to introduce me to some new series, maybe based on the ones I mentioned. My favourite Manga is Berserk which I still follow, althought I am still not certain on the direction that the new author is taking. I suppose it really is a matter of contention whether a somewhat (or considerably warped) vision is better than an unfinished work. One could argue that a few novels remain unfinished and possess a macabre appeal to them as such.
Music. Classical music has a very special place in my heart. A few of my favourite pieces would be: Clair de Lune, Nocturne Op. 9 No.2, Devil's Trill Sonata, Danse Macabre, Valse Sentimentale, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92: II. Alegreto (by Beethoven) and Suite from Swan Lake, Op. 20a: I. Scene. Moderato. There are more but these ones always invoke something in me when I listen to them. Besides Classical I also enjoy listening to Synthwave, old Western pop and J-pop, both modern and from the 20th century.
Well that about wraps it up for my interests. I would like to add a few things before I finish. I am neurodivergent (autism spectrum) and struggle with mental health. I respect the struggles others have but due to certain negative experiences I would prefer to find another Aspie. I am rather introverted and I do not have a large social circle. If I like someone I want to spend as much time with them as possible. I have been hurt in the past by caring about someone much more than they about me so I would like to avoid such things now.

One time you are following a troubled Youth in his quest for spiritual understanding of the world, another you see the aged and decrepit Doctor gambling his very Soul on the promises of abtaining satisfaction in earthy pleasures, then again your olfaction notices the most pleasant scent known to man even as the one eminating it has the appearance of a revolting Frog. These and many other stories open up to you once you decide to set foot into the literary World.
Languages. I know three, with one being a bit rusty. I am currently working intently on strengthening it. I believe that if I continue to apply myself in this regard then I should be able to finally conquer it. What language am I working on? Well, if you were to stack all the major works in it they would be as tall as a house... It is fun to go through different works in multiple languages, the same goes for film, games and such.
Games. I recently played Cyberpunk 2077. Well as recently as I played any major story centric game. Now that the dust has settled and the bugs mostly removed...It's not that bad. The main questline at least. Besides that I tried Fallout 76 (Very average, I'm dissapointed with what they made the "RPG" system) and I might give Deus Ex Manking Divided another spin (since it's somewhat similar to Cyberpunk when it comes to its aesthetics). Dark Souls is one of my favorite series, I still haven't beaten Elden Ring though. When it came out I wasn't in the right mindset to invest a hundred hours into it, with all those bosses and difficult locations. I think I'll only consider playing it if I am streaming it to someone. I am generally interested in either streaming games or having the person I am talking to stream them to me. To be specific I mean streaming to a single person while being on call. Besides that I'm a big fan of Paradox strategy games, especially Europa Universalis IV and Heats of Iron IV, I tend to only play single player since I find multiplayer with many people to be rather stressful but on the other hand I have nothing against a co-op game. I'm not the best player though, despite the ammount of hours I have in them. Another great game I would mention would be Dragon's Dogma. A very underrated RPG. I recently beat it again and it was an atmospheric and interesting experience. It is one of those games that feel like they have an endless ammount of depth and constant new secrets to discover.
Anime and Manga. In recent times my interest in them has waned but I still watch the occasional series here and there. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners (Which I found to be rather mediocre) and the very good first season from the new arc of Bleach. Some of my favourite series include: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Death Note, Fate;Zero, Psycho Pass, Code Geass and Attack on Titan. I wouldn't mind if you were to introduce me to some new series, maybe based on the ones I mentioned. My favourite Manga is Berserk which I still follow, althought I am still not certain on the direction that the new author is taking. I suppose it really is a matter of contention whether a somewhat (or considerably warped) vision is better than an unfinished work. One could argue that a few novels remain unfinished and possess a macabre appeal to them as such.
Music. Classical music has a very special place in my heart. A few of my favourite pieces would be: Clair de Lune, Nocturne Op. 9 No.2, Devil's Trill Sonata, Danse Macabre, Valse Sentimentale, Symphony No. 7 in A Major, Op. 92: II. Alegreto (by Beethoven) and Suite from Swan Lake, Op. 20a: I. Scene. Moderato. There are more but these ones always invoke something in me when I listen to them. Besides Classical I also enjoy listening to Synthwave, old Western pop and J-pop, both modern and from the 20th century.
Well that about wraps it up for my interests. I would like to add a few things before I finish. I am neurodivergent (autism spectrum) and struggle with mental health. I respect the struggles others have but due to certain negative experiences I would prefer to find another Aspie. I am rather introverted and I do not have a large social circle. If I like someone I want to spend as much time with them as possible. I have been hurt in the past by caring about someone much more than they about me so I would like to avoid such things now.

Hello everyone! I'm here to share my thoughts on which characters would and wouldn't go to a strip club, please share your thoughts too and add characters I haven't mentioned!

• Child Eren would sneakily go to experience being a grown up.

-Teenage Eren would be ever so slightly curious.

• Adult Eren wouldn't be interested and will only go if forced by close friends.

-Child Eren would get slightly tempted by alchohol and women.
-But all versions of Eren will automatically snap out of it and not take anything seriously because they know they like Mikasa too much to play games.
ARMIN

• Definetely wouldn't go. If he wanted to drink, he'll buy something and do it somewhere else.

-Would only enter if Annie was a prostitute/stripper there. But his main forcus would be to get her out. He would do this for all the women he cares for if they were doing seggs work, but Annie would be the only one he would uh.... fugg.
-He would also pay for the women's living expenses and/or house them even if he doesn't have money.

• Armin just MIGHT drink and enjoy girls in a pub if someone tortures him enough and breaks his psyche completely.

• Pre-Ymir she would discreetly go in to see the girls. But she would act like she got lost or she got forced to go in.

-After meeting Ymir she won't go anymore unless Ymir and her go together.

• Pre-Historia she would love it there and won't try to hide it. The drinks, the girls, the vibe, everything. She'd be a total ladies woman, probably buying girls drinks.

Having played Royal, Golden, Reload, Portable, Dancing, Ultimax, Strikers, and Tactica, I decided to try Q and have just reached the first game’s third dungeon. And wow - it has some really amazing and fun gameplay.
There are so many aspects to it which make it super enjoyable. I’ve heard it’s very similar to Etrian Odyssey, so maybe a lot of these are shared with that but I’m not sure:
Sub-Personas - Tactica has these, but they only add so much due to only have one fixed slot and one inherited slot for skills. In Q, sub-Personas have 6 slots, which adds an enormous extra layer of strategy that makes every character feel as valuable in combat as Makoto/Yu.
Money - I’m playing on normal, and money feels like a lot more of a valuable commodity here than in mainline Persona. Usually, it piles up and up until I’m basically just buying everything I see willy-nilly. Conversely, I actually have to strategise with whether to prioritise items, weapons, armour, accessories, summons, healing, etc.
HP and SP - The problem with mainline Persona games is that, especially in the early game, you are always conscious of using SP because you will run out very quickly. The game wants you to come back another time with renewed SP, but when you have to max out social links minimising your time in a dungeon is vastly preferable. As a result, I often end up doing normal attacks, which ends up being quite boring. In Q, your HP and SP are tied to your sub-Persona, which lends you a certain amount automatically at the start of every battle. This is great because it strikes a perfect balance between feeling like you can never use your skills and feeling like you can use them ad nauseam. You also have to distribute your HP and SP buffer strategically, as you’ll want Kanji to have a lot of extra HP for physical skills, but Naoto to have plenty of extra SP for insta-kills, say.
Dungeon-crawling - Dungeons are really well-designed and feel like a pleasure to traverse. Shadows are always a threat because of random encounters, which is preferable to something like Reload in which you can easily just run away from them (probably the worst change from earlier P3 games imo). I like having to manually keep track of where everything is in the dungeon, and there’s a decent balance of social hijinks and actual traversal, which is what makes Shido’s Palace really fun for me. Special events in the dungeons’ nooks and crannies make everything feel more fresh, in a way which even P5 doesn’t replicate in its more scripted dungeon novelties, nor P3 or P4 in their randomly-generated samey hallways.
Difficulty - I’ve died more in Q than I ever have in a mainline Persona game, and I think that it strikes a better balance with hard bosses and enemies that screw me over a lot. All-out attacks are also more unexpected, so it feels extra rewarding to pull of a solid set of moves.
The boost system - Another way HP and SP is handled better is in its reduction to a cost of 0 after a successful ‘weak’ or ‘critical’ attack. This rewards you for playing strategically, and opens up your options as you can pull back your attacks to heal, carry on racking up boosts, or transfer to a different sort of move entirely. Plus, being hit while boosted is another obstacle to victory which helps to balance out the difficulty.
Leader and navi skills - I like that Fuuka and Rise feel much more useful, because there are so many tools with which to customise their arsenal. I like to have Fuuka run a move which teleports everyone back to the floor’s entrance, because it’s more foolproof than escaping and can be used for traversal.
Party layout - I like that the party is five strong, which is necessary in a game with so many party members as Q. But more importantly, the front and back layers add another degree of depth, though I’ve yet to move around in combat, despite that being an option.
Quests - These mostly come with some interesting joke, like Teddie trying to find a love potion or Junpei trying to anonymously set up a date with the P4 girls. They’re fun, and having EXP as a reward is also cool.
The only complaint I have is shared with my remonstration with Tactica, which is that sub-Personas often feel a bit suboptimal. You only have so many Personas at your current level, especially when fusion is so costly. Therefore, you often end up loading teammates up with Personas several levels lower than yours. I’m not really sure how one would fix that, though. Great game, anyway.

I can feel myself slipping back into uncertainty in regards to my gender, and it occurs to me "am I just lonely?"
Pretty much all of my life, I've never felt a real sense of community. I've maintained zero contact with any of my friends since I graduated, and even when I was in school I would only ever see my friends *in* school. I would never get invited to hang out, and I could never bring myself to invite people to hang out (not that I could think of anything to do, anyways). Even to my friends, I was much too reserved, I never initiated conversations and would rarely speak of myself in any genuine capacity.
And now I'm just a shut-in. I may as well be a stranger to my own family, even though we live in the same household: we almost never hang out, except on rare occasions; I almost never leave my room, as I'm never given a reason to; we don't even have dinner together 99% of the time, and half the time dinner is just handed to me from the other side of my door. It's a very isolating life I lead, and I've always existed in this paradoxical relationship of always craving a sense of community but never allowing myself/creating the opportunity to get super close with people.
And now as I sit here, spiraling back down into self-doubt and confusion, I can't help but wonder, is it just a lack of proper socialization? Could it be that I just don't have anything to build off of because the amount of people I see and have any meaningful interaction with in a day probably averages less than one?
This isn't to say that I think all gender-stuff is social-related. There are signs within myself that I would probably prefer being a woman: I like womanly things (notably fashion), I like when online strangers treat me like a woman, I lament the fact that I'll never get pregnant, (small delve into some possible NSFW topics in the spoilered text, but I don't think it's enough to tag the entire post as NSFW) fantasizing about having sex as a woman feels infinitely better than fantasizing about having sex as a man, I sometimes imagine myself as a woman while doing mundane things, I am a woman in most of my general fantasies (including when I had an imaginary girlfriend (I mean, she's still there, but not nearly as much as she was)), that imagining and fantasizing of myself as a woman has always felt good, I am irrationally drawn to choosing feminine character models in video games (even in games where it doesn't matter and you don't even see the character 99% of the time, like Trackmania), and I felt joy when I initially started shaving. But, I don't necessarily hate being a man, I am mostly "eh" about it. The closest I have to what registers as likely dysphoria is the above-mentioned desire to be and depression from not being able to be pregnant, (see the above warning) discomfort when imagining sex-stuff happening to my dick (but some positive feeling when imagining sex-stuff happening to my non-existent vagina), a cold "I don't like it but it technically feels good" type of pleasure when I used to masturbate in the usual way (which had me thinking fondly of castration and chastity belts for a while. It's possible this was just burnout, tho, as I used to do it daily, like an addiction),and that feeling when I saw how flabby my man-boobs were when bending to shave my legs (but that could possibly instead be dysmorphia). It's also likely I'm majorly repressing my dysphoria, my mind more-or-less shouted as much to me near the end of the recently-ended couple-year period when I was in a near-constant state of daydreaming (the before-mentioned period when my imaginary girlfriend was a consistent figure in my life).
Writing this, I think, got me back out of my slump. Yeah, I think I would prefer being a woman. It's just easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and uncertainty, which is why I'm scared to come out to my parents because I don't trust them to not make an entire encounter about it, which, knowing my personality, would just send me spiraling back into another decades-long confusion-era. No one's making this choice for me but me; it's not just a kink thing; it's not a "haha wouldn't it be rad if I had tits," I don't even care about tits. I just want to love and be loved as a woman; and, ultimately, isn't the goal of life to love and be loved?
