I have been slowly planning out youtube content for a music related channel, breaking down various albums, songs, eras, etc. I started posting shorts and a couple of videos, just to get a feel for how it works and one video unexpectedly blew up to 500k views, and 150k subscribers. Now I’m kinda scrambling to figure things out quicker. My questions are 1. Does written commentary added on the video before/after I play a (non copyright protected) clip fit the requirement for commentary to be monetized? If not… 2. What are some good ai voiceover generators. I dont mind paying as long as they’re good, reasonable, and don’t sound robotic. NaturalReaders seems to be the best I’ve found so far. Also not opposed to recommendations on fiverr I guess but I’d prefer the ai voiceovers (The reason I don’t want to record voiceovers is because I have a very thick country accent and i dont believe that will be taken well lol I have a perfect voice for sign language users )

I’m currently shopping for a Nissan GT-R (2017+), my brother has a 2017 dark blue and I love the newer facelift. There is 2 of them around me for sale and 1 in Washington which is about a 14hr drive. I currently have 50k as down payment, If I can wait until July I’ll have 65k. Cedit score is 787, business owner and currently only have 1 credit card debt of 2k (no big deal), I currently drive a 2014 Lexus GS350 paid off.
All three GTR’s are stock and from Nissan Dealers. Will finance with credit union unless dealer can match or beat interest rates. I just need Opinion on which is the best deal, Where else better to ask then a bunch of GTR owners.
1st car is 2021 $114k with 23k miles, No Accidents, 2 owner, Maintenance is up to date
2nd car is Also 2021 $108k with 25k miles, No Accidents, 1 owner, but was used as a “work Fleet Vehicle” (no wonder its so cheap?)
3rd is in Washington 2018 $98k with 41k miles, no Accidents, 4 owners, maintenance is up to date.

I received some very exciting news from my doctor today - my LEEP results came back and my margins were clear! I’ve been receiving bad news for almost a year now, so I’m so, so happy to finally get some happy news.
Everything started almost a year ago in June when my Pap results came back abnormal. I technically wasn’t even supposed to get a Pap for another year and a half (based on the 3 year guideline for my age at the time - 25), but since I was going to a new doctor I decided to get one anyway. I’ve never had any fear about what the results of my Pap would be - very naive, but I just didn’t think it was common at all to have abnormalities. I was shocked and terrified when I got those results. My results were “Atypical squamous cells, cannot exclude high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.” I was told I needed a colposcopy and when I made my appointment the quickest they could see me was a month away. I didn’t know how I was going to make it the month without an answer. The day before my appointment my doctor’s office called me and said I needed to reschedule because my doctor was sick, and the next available appointment was another month away. I couldn’t believe it. And then, a few days before the rescheduled appointment my doctor’s office called me AGAIN and said it needed to be rescheduled AGAIN! I didn’t end up getting my first colposcopy until September.
I was terrified to go to my first colposcopy appointment, but I didn’t feel any pain and it was very quick. My doctor seemed hopeful, and said there was only one little spot. Unfortunately, I received the results a few days later which showed CIN-2. Once again, shocked and terrified. My doctor explained I could wait 6 months to see if it regressed or I could proceed with the LEEP. I was terrified to move forward with such an invasive procedure, so I opted to wait the 6 months and receive another colposcopy.
My second colposcopy was in April. I was once again terrified. The procedure went well with no pain and again, my doctor seemed hopeful. I was told if it stayed the same or got better we could continue to monitor it, but if it got worse, I would need a LEEP. I received the results a few days later and it showed CIN-3. These results hit me the hardest out of all of them.
My LEEP took place last Wednesday. I was given the choice to receive local anesthetic or general anesthesia, and I decided I would do it in the doctor’s office awake with the local anesthetic. I had pain free experiences with the colposcopy and I was told I wouldn’t feel anything, so I thought this was the right choice. I took 600mg of ibuprofen before my appointment as instructed, and felt nervous but overall okay. First came the local anesthetic, which I’ve read can be very painful. I din’t feel too much pain, but all of a sudden my legs were involuntarily shaking and I felt an extreme wave of anxiety. Next came the LEEP, which they had to do 3 passes. Each time they did it I felt extreme pain. After the first pass, I was heavy breathing, trying to breathe through the pain and keep myself calm. However, the nurse didn’t seem to like that and told me “You need to calm down! You’re going to make yourself sick! You shouldn’t be feeling anything!” That made me so unbelievably angry because 1. I am breathing heavily because I’m trying to calm myself down and 2. I certainly feel pain. The whole experience felt so barbaric. I truly regret not opting for the general anesthesia.
It took just under a week to receive the results. I felt so defeated after receiving continuous bad news that I had pretty much already accepted the results would be less than ideal. I received the call from my doctor today and the first thing she said was “I have good news.” I cried so many happy tears and felt a sense of relief that I haven’t felt in so long.

Waiting on either the 2025 Ramcharger or maybe the 2026 Rivian R2 suv. In the meantime i think i want to get a small hyper efficient car for mileage at work. Typically drive to job sites that are within 1 hour so lets call it 75miles. Most are closer. Office is 3 miles. Most shopping is less than 5 miles. So dont necessarily need electric if there's a plug in type hybrid with enough electric range. Hoping to stay under $10k. Have kids so need 4 door. And not real concerned with long term ownership issues as this will likely be held for no more than about 2 years. (assuming Ram/Rivian actually make their dates) located in SF bay area, perfectly happy to look for cars in Norcal, SoCal, central valley. have relatives i trust in all those spots.

Dzisiaj gdy chciałem wejść na Instagrama z poziomu aplikacji zostałem poinformowany, że hasło zostało zmienione czy że dane logowania zostały zmienione.
Zestresowany próbowałem się zalogować i się udało, ze stresu i w obawie o wyciek konwersacji ze znajomymi etc. dokonałem deaktywacji profilu. Sprawdzałem lokalizację i urządzenia na których się logowano. Pokazywało mój telefon tylko. Ale w podświetleniu było +1 urządzenie, którego nie pokazywało. Jak deaktywowałem konto wpisałem hasło takie jakie miałem od jakiegoś czasu.
I teraz pytanie, czy możliwe że to błąd Instagrama który narobił mi stracha czy może hakerzy potrafią usunąć urządzenie na którym się logowali. Czy jak deaktywowałem konto jest szansa że ktoś ma dostęp do tych informacji które na nim są?

As a loss-leader, Logic Pro is a huge value for users at $200, and gets so much attention from Apple. As a Logic owner from back when the closest thing to a plugin was a little gray box with a slider on it, I've enjoyed the ride as Apple has dumped buckets of that iPhone money into developing this app.
One great feature of LPX is the Logic Remote on iPad (and iPhone). I was testing out the MetaGrid Pro iPad app running in VP to control Logic today, and searched for the Logic Remote app in the VP app store; didn't see it.
It dawned on me that the Vision Pro presents Apple with such a monstrous advantage when paired with Logic, apart from the current major issue of headphones not fitting on the user's head simultaneously with the Vision Pro. Granted, that's a big problem, as a huge proportion of pro or semi-pro music producers do a lot of editing work with headphones, but Apple's already made this gen 1 unit with removable straps (for the dev strap), so it's not like the headphone issue is the moonshot or anything.
Anyone checked out the djay app? As proof-of-concept, it's intense. I challenge anyone to use the Vision Pro for a couple months, and to be aware of djay.app on VP and Logic Pro Remote on iPad, and not have this story write itself: Apple releases some insanely huge virtual console, exclusive to LPX. Plug-ins to independent windows, immersive mix environs, "racks" surrounding the user in various geometric arrays that can be populated with whatever plugin windows, on and on. And LPX's stock plugin roster is DEEP, which means they can throw bodies at it secretly and present a working product. A few API hooks for devs to integrate their plugins into Logic's visual environment.
Yards of mixers, with a level of future music tech that has never existed, is just one Apple vanity project away. Yeah, I know it will all be AI in 12 months, but that gives Apple 6 solid months to get me into the music matrix.
