As tata motors and tata power are in down trend, is this a good time to buy or can i wait for it go further down

Just started watching the show and I’m on season 2 episode 3. Jerry buys a suede jacket with pink and white stripe lining and I’m wondering if anyone knows if there is a place to purchase this. Not the original but a replica, to wear as a small reference to the show. I think it would be funny to wear inside out and around.

I've been searching for a fuel efficient vehicle (20-30mpg) with moderate cargo volume (anything over 60 cu ft with the back seats folded down).
I've been driving a 2000 Ford Expedition for work for 7-8 years now and the fuel prices are starting to wear me down. It's got ample room (120 cu ft) for my work and I'll still be keeping it around for those days where I need to haul lots of stuff but those days are becoming fewer and further in between. That and it gets about 13mpg on a good day. I keep telling myself I'll buy something else when that old 5.4L kicks the bucket but at 240k mi, it shows no signs of slowing down.
I drove my sister's 07 Honda fit the other day. Made a 100mi round trip and the fuel gauge barely moved. I was jealous. I did the same trip in my 1995 F350 7.3 and it cost me $55 in diesel albeit I was hauling around large materials. I let my fiancé borrow my Expedition for the weekend. She used up half a tank. That was $60 already.
Unfortunately, Honda Fits are a hard to come by, especially if I want a dumbed down version with a manual transmission (I believe standard gearboxes solve a majority of life's reliability issues).
I've looked at Honda Elements (mediocre MPG at around 20mpg) and Toyota Matrixes (usually more beat to heck than Honda Fits). I checked out older VW wagons too but fuel mileage isn't great, especially with the VR6's. Older Ford-era Mazda3's get mediocre fuel mileage as well. Subaru's I'd like to avoid. Not a fan of the boxer motors.
Any other ideas out there? Budget's around $4k and I'm good with a wrench.

Let's say hypothetically, you're a horrible drone operator, may or may not of run through 4 other cheap drones starting with Temu- lol, I know buts it's hypothetical -in the last 3 months to eventually moving you way up to Amazon.
Today you receive notifications that your new Holy Stone Hs360S drone has arrived and is at your. No, rush, quality drone- or so I've been told- by 7pm your ready to operate.
Maiden voyage is a success, super easy to operate, range when compared to previous 4 drones has doubled if not quadrupled. Everything appears to be exactly what you- the horrible drone pilot - are seeking. It's not like you had an adventure already planned for this weekend involving a Temu Inflatable raft, case of beer, gorilla glue- not that kibd- the other and off course your HS360S!
Then all the sudden out of nowhere life comes and kicks you dead square in the nuts. Not just a grazing blow neither, this is just like in 6th grade when 1 of the twin sisters- the hot one, who 3 days later you are not able to perform for because of lingering effects from said knee to the gonads.. Your land your drone in what by all accounts appears to be a safe landing zone. 5inutes later when retrieving your HS360S you discover you've landed in about 3-4" of grass, yes grass... Not heavy weedy, drop the roach cannot find it grass, this is like little bit here, little bit there grass. To your horror, you discover the front 2 motors are still spinning, the rear 2 or dead in the water from grass preventing blades from turning, yes grass. How tf....
My question, I guess or my riddle, know what. I don't even care anymore... My idcanymorebutireallydo questions is: Did grass really just ruin this drone that I operated for less then 6 minutes?
I understand it's potentially impossible for anyone to say one way or the other but I'm hoping mY e there's a "trick" cheat code, lucky rabbits ear things, drone God, What I'm really tryna say is the drone no longer flies straight, vibrates something fierce while making a slight buzzing sound. The only thing I know to do is recalibrate the drone which I've done twice to no avail..

Hello, forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong subreddit. I've been playing guitar for quite a long time now and looking to get into recording at home. I have experience recording before in college having taken some music production classes. So I'm vaguely familiar with using an audio interface going Direct In with a guitar and using Ableton as a DAW to record. I'd be recording both Direct In and also using mics to mic my amplifier. Preferably multiple mics to get different sounds and learn how to blend mics together. I would be doing this on a Windows PC, not sure how important that is in regards to drivers etc.
Anyways, as the saying goes 'buy once, cry once'. Ideally I'd like to form a band. I play mostly heavy rock music. Not sure how many mics are needed to record a drum set? But that's down the road. The reason I bring this up is, what is a good Audio Interface that I can grow into if that makes sense? I'm still new to all this but have been reading if you have ADAT, you can increase the amount of line/mic ins you have? More explanation on that would be helpful too. The SSL 2 and SSL 12 (has ADAT) caught my eye and seem to have decent reviews, as does some stuff from Audient, Motu and Focusrite. Budget is around $500 or less for an interface. Any help & explanations are appreciated.

Little over a week ago we signed a contract to buy a house. During inspections the inspector noticed some moderate mold behind one of the doors to the jetted tub but couldn't open the rest or see the motor or anything else due to a plastic lining.
We asked sellers to address, they agreed, and sent this estimate over before they went ahead to make sure we were ok with the remediation.
Issue is, this is all I got. I have no context and I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Has anyone done mold remediation or work in that field that can tell me what I'm looking at?

TL;DR need advice on how to go about contacting or how to find more contact info for my landlord that I just found out is different than who I believed.
Apologies in advance for the long-windedness. Questions are at the end
So I asked a question in this sub a bit ago about trying to avoid having to pay rent if I broke my lease because I knew they wouldn’t rent my apartment because they plan to flip it. Most people told me to just ask to see if they would be amenable to ending the lease early.
So I did that last week only to be told I would need to talk to the owner. I had been on the phone with the maintenance dept of the management company because of an ongoing issue they have still not resolved, so I thought they meant I just had to talk to someone else so I asked to be transferred. They said they couldn’t do that. So I asked if they had a direct line so I wouldn’t have to go through the automated prompts again. They said no. So I asked if calling the office or using the text line would be better. He said, “no, that’s all for the management company. We are hired by the owner. You would have to talk to the owner directly if you had a question about the lease.” I was a bit dumbfounded by this because I had never been given any other information. My former landlord sold my building at the end of February and just told us that we would be contacted by [first name last name] realty on how to pay rent for March. The next day I had a letter from [3 letters] management with an intro and how to pay my rent. We were given a phone number to call and a different one to text. Around that time I got a text from the text number who identified himself as same [first name last name] from [3 letters] management. So at this point, I assumed he was my landlord. I did ask the maintenance guy if he could just tell me the name of the owner and he said he knew it but couldn’t give out that information.
I was kind of at a loss at this point and venting to my friend and he told me I could look up the property records online. The owner is an LLC that was created about a month before buying my building. I only have a PO Box address in a city 2+ hours from my apt. I really don’t want to mail a letter asking for them to contact me about mutually ending the lease early. I had been hesitant just to ask the management company when I thought they were the landlord just because of how difficult they have made this. I have to imagine a landlord that hasn’t made themselves known and is also kicking out of everyone from the building to flip it is not going to be helpful. I tried googling and the AI overview states that a landlord must notify tenants who the new owner is but when I click into the articles, nothing I have found explicitly states this.
So my questions are:
Was someone supposed to tell me who my actual landlord was and how to contact them?
Are there other resources I can use to find out how to contact my landlord other than the P.O. Box?
Is it worth talking to a different person at the management company to see if they would be willing to give me more info?
Should I try to ask my old landlord for this info?
Has anyone else gone through something like this and what did you do?

Varonte is a Mexican brand of shoes/boots with a made to order model. As far as I know, they don't ship outside of Mexico, but you can always ask. One of the advantage of these small brands is that they are really flexible.
These were my first boots and in general my first pair of goodyear welted shoes. I paid around $100 USD for these boots. Most of the shoes/boots they sell go for $100-$130 which is really cheap for a goodyear welted shoe.

The good:

These boots are made almost entirely of leather. Leather uppers, leather lining, leather sole with a half rubber sole. There seems to be a foam layer underneath the insole. They were comfortable right out of the box, no break in required. I liked the folded leather edges. The QC seems wonderful for the price point. Overall seems like really good value for the money.

The could-be-better:

The upper's leather seems really thin. I didn't find any information about the leather, but chrome-tanned for sure. There's no gusseted tongue, so It slips to the side. I'm sure that's not an issue with the boot per se, but I wish it had a gusseted tongue to avoid that. They had a hand painted patina that I wasn't a fan of, but I used a burgundy shoe cream and is much less noticeable now. The laces they came with seemed really cheap, I changed them for some waxed flat cotton laces from Amazon.

Would I buy from Varonte again:

Sure, great value for the price and several different models to choose from. If I had to buy from them today, I would contact them to ask for a custom shoe with thicker leather, no hand-painted patina, contrasting-color stitching and gusseted tongue.

The important questions:

Are they better than Thursday? No idea, I don't own a pair of Thursday boots but I will update the post once Thursday sponsors me.
What about sizing?>! These were my first boots, so I kind of screwed up and orderer my sneaker size. They are slightly big for me (maybe half size) but that's my fault. It's a D last for sure.!<

i’ve been having the weirdest symptoms and overall just a really strong feeling, which i realize sounds ridiculous but it’s almost a trippy feeling. i have PCOS and was told a few months back i was likely infertile, would require IVF and possibly a surrogate. my husband encouraged me to take a trip to europe to visit my family so i went on vacation by myself for 2 weeks, feeling more myself and happier than ever. got home and obviously did the deed, and then went off on another excursion for a girls weekend. now it’s been almost 2 weeks since i got home from europe and i’ve had this very intense feeling i’m pregnant…
symptoms have included: - 3-4 days of dark brown spotting (i have PCOS, last period was in march but i track ovulation and it’s about 5/6 days after i ovulated) - LOTS of discharge— like i had my husband run out and buy tampons because i keep thinking im getting my period but its just discharge (watery, white, but not as thick as when im ovulating) - VERY vivid dreams, wildly vivid for about a week. 3-4 of them a night - eyes have been really watery even with allergy meds for some reason - i’ve been an insomniac/on sleeping medication all my life and suddenly my head hits the pillow and im out like a light without meds. my oura ring tells me it’s averaging 7 minutes the past few days - generally bloated but not in a gassy way or a crampy way

I have to keep a server always connected to my company's VPN to download reports every time. I have a script for this task.
All I've been given were credentials for the VPN, and I use FortiClient free stand-alone version.
However sometimes the VPN disconnects. I want it to reconnect if it drops, and also to connect when Windows starts up.
I see the banner "Upgrade to the full version to access additional features and receive technical support." but I have no clue on what (and how) I should buy. I am not their IT manager and I believe I cannot access their internals. I want the same experience I have now, plus autoconnect on Windows startup and auto-reconnect on connection failure.
I also could not find any resource to a command line interface that works to load and connect to a specific VPN.
Is there some link I can just put my credit card, buy and install something, and these two incredible features will then be available for me?

So I’m really looking for advice because this is a very difficult situation. Today over recess one of my students stayed in to catch up on some work as she was sick for two weeks and is really behind because of it (like she was too sick to do much at home even, she still even seems rough today), and while she was working I was complaining about how dirty a fellow students desk was (because I had just lectured them this morning about cleanliness and then see this). As I’m ranting she responds “ya __’s mom is super abusive” and at first I just assumed typical preteen angst whining about how parents suck but then she goes on to say some of what __ has told her about her mom, and that there’s even been reports filed before. I tried to keep things light hearted and not be alarmed and be understanding etc. but afterwards I had no idea what to do. Because our districts policy (and I believe in general the cities policy) is you can’t report abuse told to you by another child, it has to come FROM THE CHILD THAT IS BEING ABUSED unless you have other reason to believe they are abused (the example they gave us was oh sally says Susie is being abused and you saw Susie had some bruises on her arms she was covering with a hoodie on a hot day). I want to report, but I also A. Don’t want to get in trouble for breaking the policy and B. Know our social services hardly does anything even if you have proof. I reported something before and nothing came of it. The other thing is, I’m not sure if I should totally believe this. If you knew the kid, I just don’t buy it. Video editing mainly. Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc. I work with very heavy Excel sheets often as well. Rarely gaming; supporting decent settings for the latest games is a nice-to-have at best.

Monitor keyboard mouse will be reused, just need the tower. I also already have a PC I built and ideally would try to transfer Windows over.
My dream would be to re-use the SSD in my current PC for a relatively seamless transition. Or at least transfer it over to the new generation of NVMe ones (I have a 1TB samsung evo rn with a 4TB HDD that I'll get rid of).

Not beyond any recommended profiles. I care more about small form factor and quiet than eeking out 5-10% more performance.

Before making my ADHD consultation, I was wondering if anyone has similar symptoms to me and HAS been diagnosed with ADHD? The process is going to cost 2-3k and I didn't want to spend this money just to walk in and be told it's normal.

Well actually a fan, not a bulb. But let’s keep it simple.
So this is not a question about how to wire a 4-way. I know how to do that. But I’m an amateur and not a professional.
Maybe I’m missing the easy answer here but here it goes - is there a way to wire a bulb that is switched from 3 switch locations - so that any or all switches turn it on when switched to the on position, but all three must be on the off position for the bulb to turn off?
Again - any single switch turns it on. An additional switch flip keeps it on. Third, no change, still on. And only can be turned off when all are off?….
Here’s why - I’m tying three bath fans exhaust lines to an external assist fan in the attic. (Like a Fantech product.) Ducts will run from all three fans, join at a tee in the attic, and then routes to the attic mounted fan before sending the exhaust outside.
This is for several reasons - long duct runs, minimizing 3 exterior vents into one, optimizing duct routing, and only having to buy and install an attic/ assist single fan.. there ain’t room for three.
The air column problem is solved with dampers at the fans to prevent back flow of air out of a bathroom fan in a different bathroom.
But how to prevent one bathroom user from turning off one of the other two bathroom fans while in use?.. (like in a normal 4-way setup.)
Am I missing something obvious? Or is this actually challenging?
