on the first day of my period i have really bad pain. i talked to my mom about it and she says what i’m describing sounds like labor contractions. it is a constant deep ache, it hurts to walk/stand in my lower belly and my hips. driving over speed bumps hurts, going slower or faster in the car hurts, even my seat belt on my belly hurts. this pain is gone after the first day but it still feels sore for a day or two after. my belly also feels really tender to touch pretty much all the time. my periods are normal further, normal flow on the first day and light flow on the rest of the days. it usually lasts 4/5 days. is this pain normal? it definitely does limit my daily activities a lot. i also struggle with fatigue during my period.

AUD/USD breaks out, USD/JPY rolls over amidst worst day of 2024 for USD. May 16, 2024
The US dollar suffered its worst day of the year and Fed fund futures now imply with near certainty that the Fed will cut by September. And that saw AUD/USD breakout in style and USD/JPY roll over, breaking below two handles on Wednesday.

My hunch for a disappointing set of USD inflation data was incorrect, as traders enjoyed a double dose of softer inflation and retail sales figures. Even if data was mostly in line with expectations. Core CPI slowed to its slowest pace since April 2021 at 3.6% y/y, or 0.3% m/m – both as expected. Retail sales slowed to 0.3% m/m, compared to 0.4% prior and expected. Core retail sales was downgraded to 0.9% m/m from 1.1% although reached the 0.2% estimate. Whilst this is a step in the right direction, it should be remembered that prices are still rising and consumers are still spending.
Fed member Goolsbee added to the excitement of cuts by saying that “if decreases in housing inflation seen in April CPI data continues, that’s great”. Yet annual inflation levels remain well above the Fed’s 2% target, and we may have some more bumps in the road before they hit it. Still, for now traders got what they wanted, and that weighed on US yields and the dollar overnight.

The US dollar index suffered its worst day of the year to safely claim ‘weakest FX major’ currency of the day. All of April’s gains have evaporated with May now on track for a bearish engulfing month at current levels. And if US data continues to soften, even modestly, bets are on for two 25bp Fed cuts this year.
However, the daily chart shows that support was found almost perfectly at the 200-day average, just beneath the Q3 open. Trend support is also nearby, in close proximity to the 104 handle and high-volume node. Furthermore, the daily RSI (2) is oversold. So whilst the monthly and weekly charts points to a lower US dollar, bears may want to trad with caution around current levels with so much support nearby.

AUD/USD technical analysis:

The breakout of the Q3 and Q2 open prices were clean and done with conviction on AUD/USD. Prices stalled just beneath the 0.6700 handle and high-volume node from the January decline, so I suspect we may see some fickle price action around these levels early in today’s session. Note that support was found at the Q2 open on the 1-hour chart, which is also near the weekly R2 pivot – making 0.6685 a potential pivotal level for intraday traders.
But with traders on guard for even the slightest whiff of softer US data, AUD/USD could find itself extending its rally and heading for the daily R1 pivot or 0.6726 high should US data lean the ‘dovish’ way later today.

USD/JPY technical analysis:

After two (or maybe three) BOJ interventions, it seems market forces are now taking USD/JY the direction the central bank wants; lower. Wednesday’s bearish day saw prices cut through two handles and close below 155, and it now appears set to test 154 sooner than later. However, take note of a high-volume node around current levels which may provide interim support ahead of its next anticipated leg lower. The daily S1 pivot sits just above the 154 handle to make it a zone for bears to keep an eye on, a break beneath which brings 152 into focus.

Hi all. Diagnosed in 2019 and failed now 5 (Remicade, Entyvio, Stelara, Humira, and most recently Rinvoq) different biologics. Started Rinvoq in Jan of this year and was doing fantastic on the 45mg but as soon as we lowered to a 30mg maintenance dose at the beginning of April I had a spike in symptoms and bloodwork just came back that my white blood cells and c-reactive are higher than pre-Rinvoq when I was completely unmedicated. Still waiting to hear the official word from my GI but I’ve done this song and dance enough times to know when a medicine has likely run its course.
Just feeling extremely down and defeated. The longest time I was in remission was a period of just under 2 years when I was on Remicade (first biologic I was put on) and since then I’ve been in a constant cycle of trying a new medicine, adjusting and waiting for it to kick in, it failing, and doing it all over again. At this point I’m going though at least a biologic a year and I know new medicines are always being developed and worked on (for example, Rinvoq wasn’t approved/an option for Crohn’s management when I was first diagnosed) so I know things evolve and the current list of biologics isn’t exhaustive of all options but I just feel so, so shitty (physically and mentally) from going through this. It feels like I’m on a path of failing every medicine I try and I’m terrified for what will happen when/if I exhaust my options. I’m young— I was diagnosed at 20 and I’m 25 now. I know others struggle with this disease at a much younger age than that, but I already feel like I’ve lost so much to Crohn’s and the thought of having to deal with this for the rest of my life is so overwhelmingly daunting sometimes that I just want to give up. Despite how much I want to, I won’t be doing that— it’s just hard, you know?
I know there likely isn’t much anyone can tell me that I haven’t already seen or read about on this subreddit. I guess I’m just looking for some kind words (if you’d be willing to offer them) and for anyone else who may have a similar experience of repeatedly failing medication to share their stories/advice. Logically I know this is just another bump in the road but it’s really bumming me out. Thanks y’all.

If anyone has used the "tough" PLA, You'll help me the most probably. Temp ranges is between 210 and 230, I am running 217, Max bed is 60. I am running at 60. I have great bed adhesion, the brim is helping also. The problem is about half way through the print the outer walls start warping (curling inwards). Originally, this caused the printer to knock it off the bed. I turned on "avoid print while traveling","avoid supports while traveling" and "avoid skin" to help prevent this. The printer is in an enclosure, my next thought is to lower the fan cooling speed...
Any suggestions as this filament seems temperature sensitive?

Hello, I recently purchased a 16’ AMG GTS that came on lowering Springs. I’m located in Long Island/nyc. When I’m driving on the highway when it’s raining, the car fishtails and slides when I’m traveling straight traveling between 40 and 50 miles an hour. Is this happening because my car is lowered ? When I hit a bump on the highway when it’s raining, the car fishtails too, and it’s very scary. My tires are all seasons and have good tread on them. When I bought the car, the rears were shot so I purchased two Continental DWS tires. And the front were brand new lexani tires that the dealer who I bought the car from put on and I just left the dealer who I bought the car from put on and those alone. Should I raise the car back to the stock height? Will that make a difference? Any suggestions?

Colonel James M. Gavin shifted uncomfortably in his seat at the War Department and closed his eyes tightly to block out the pressure he felt building up in his head. Opening them, he continued to read the newspaper sprawled out on his mahogany desk:
PRESIDENT LA FOLLETTE ACQUITTED IN IMPEACHMENT TRIAL
RUMORS OF SHAKE-UP WITHIN ADMINISTRATION AND MORE OPPOSITION ARRESTS ABOUND
In a rare moment of outward fury for the normally stoic soldier, Gavin crumpled the newspaper and threw it across his Pentagon staff office. He had already read the thing twice over to make sure he hadn’t missed anything the first time. To read it again would just be an exercise in making himself even more depressed. Colonel Gavin stood up and walked to the office window and looked out. Summer was rapidly dying and Fall was taking root, already some of the leaves on the trees were turning to new, vibrant colors. His office with the Strategic Plans Department was on the Eastern side of the Pentagon and offered him a view of the gently flowing Potomac River and into Washington DC itself. On clear days, such as today, he could even see the needle of the Washington Monument sticking triumphantly high into the sky. On other days the view might have filled him with pride, but today all he felt was dread. Looking over the Potomac he tried to make out where the White House would be. What was going on in there right now? Was the President and his gang of fascist jackals working out their next plan to strip away American democracy or disappear another political opponent at this very moment? Was this what he had fought for? What so many of his comrades in arms had died for?
He thought back. Gavin had always wanted to be a soldier. He was not born into some political dynasty or with a silver spoon in his mouth, no, he had to work for everything he wanted. He had been an orphan and whatever free time he had was devoted to work. Whether as a paperboy or a barbers assistant caring for the miners in his poor Pennsylvania town, he was always working. He knew he had to get out. Listening to his school teachers' lectures about the Civil War and the stories of discharged veterans from the Canadian front opened his eyes to the world outside coal mining and poverty. He knew had to be a soldier. The Americans who went off to fight in these wars were heroes to him, they did not fight for riches, they fought for what was good, decent, honorable, and righteous. Democracy. The thought was the only thing that kept him going when he had to get up before the crack of dawn, when he had to give up on making friends, and when his adoptive father forced him to drop out of school in 8th grade to work full time. He had his break when the Revolution began in 1921 and at only 15 years old he ran from home to join an anti-communist militia marching off to liberate New York City. Gavin was filled with pride as they marched off to battle and sang old marching tunes as well as praises for the newly inaugurated President Lejeune. Wearing a shabby, worn-out uniform a kind Sergeant had given to him, and using an old hunting rifle, he fought through the streets of the Big Apple alongside Patton’s regulars and the collaborationist bastard Hugh Johnson. The irony of the fact he had been fighting against Benjamin Gitlow, who now seemed to have been the last best hope of democracy in the United States, did not escape Colonel Gavin.
Federal troops enter the Bronx Soviet in May 1922. A young Gavin first saw combat here in the brutal urban warfare of the Revolution while fighting in an anti-communist militia
He had proved himself in the Revolution, enough to stay in with the Pennsylvania National Guard as a Corporal and fight the insurrectionist remnants with distinction until 1924 when one of his superior officers decided he might cut it as an officer and got him an appointment to West Point. The Academy was hard, but he was used to dealing with challenges so he was up at 4:30 every morning to try and catch up on the basic education he had been forced out of as a boy. After graduation, he got to serve on the far frontiers of American global reach where he witnessed brutality not seen since the Revolution, except this time it was not undisciplined militias or renegade Japanese collaborators, but regular United States Federal troops. Confronted by the reality of the crimes committed by a few notable Caribbean officers in the Moroland shook his faith in what he was fighting for, but still, he persisted. Those men were in the minority and their actions brought shame to the military as a whole, even as the politicians back home lauded them or helped to cover it up. It was then he first began to notice the uneasy glances shared between servicemen as they read the newspapers or talked about the events in hushed tones. At the time they were few, and no one was outspoken, but still, Gavin had noticed. When a new Pacific War broke out, all of that was forgotten as the Army of the Free marched off once more to battle. Good god, Guadalcanal had been so hot and the Japanese had been so fierce. As one of the masterminds behind the Airborne Corps, it was only right that he once more serve on the frontlines with his men and so he made every combat jump the 82nd Airborne conducted during the war. Gavin had fought in every major battle and watched as the men around him were maimed, mutilated, and murdered by a vicious enemy in a war of aggression he was beginning to lose faith in.

He was off the coast of Iwo Jima, on board an aircraft carrier for a planning conference on the invasion of Japan, when the room suddenly turned white with the flash of the nuclear bomb. In an instant, 75,000 soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen, sons, brothers, fathers, and husbands were vaporized by the deadliest weapon known to mankind. A follow-up attack on Guam was just as bad. What had they died for? Democracy. It had to be something as just and noble as that. To spread democracy and bring peace to the Pacific. Right? The atomic bombings of Japan followed soon after.
Because of the nature of the Japanese defeat, the collapsed central government was unable to stop the raging fires, set up food distribution, or stop the roaming bandits in large swathes of the country. To counter this, an immediate American occupation was needed to restore order, end the famine, and set up a provisional government. The planning for the airborne contingent of this action, entitled Operation Eastern Wind, was left in the capable hands of theater-ranked Major General James Gavin. Eastern Wind would include massive amphibious landings across the Japanese Isles, preluded by the largest airborne drop the war had seen pinpointed outside major cities to secure vital infrastructure as the seaborne troops and equipment arrived. In a personal victory during planning, Gavin had used the loss of personnel on Iwo Jima and Guam to argue for the integration of all-black paratroop units into the rest of the Airborne Corps to bolster numbers before the big jump. Then in early September 1945, the skies over Japan were once again filled with the roaring sounds of American engines as thousands of paratroopers jumped from their transports to begin the occupation of Japan. Jumping into the icy vacuum one more time, Gavin landed on the outskirts of Tokyo and was the highest-ranking American officer in Japan for about two hours before the rest of the Army hit the beaches. As he and whatever men landed near him advanced on a railroad depot where he planned to set up his headquarters, they were horrified to find it had become an open-air hospital and mass grave for Japanese civilians caught in the Tokyo atomic bombing. The horrific stench of rotting corpses and gangrenous infected innocents permeated the air and Gavin’s first instinct was to vomit and shield his eyes. But as a soldier, and especially a soldier who was good, decent, honorable, and righteous, he instead directed the creation of an aid station along with an operational headquarters to assist the beleaguered Japanese doctors and nurses. Over the next few months in Japan, Gavin saw the extent of the destruction wrought in the name of ‘democracy’. When the final tally of over 2.5 million civilian casualties, was released he believed it. The Japanese people had suffered greatly, so he could only hope that peace would hold out when he received new orders to head the innovative Strategic Plans Department back in Washington DC at the end of 1946.
Operation Eastern Wind, directed by Theater-Ranked Major General Gavin, would see the largest airborne drop of the war as the American military began its occupation of Japan. The landings would meet no formal Japanese resistance and allowed for the quick seizure of vital infrastructure across the country. American troops encountered firsthand the effects of the nuclear attacks, the subsequent famine, wildfires, and governmental collapse.
Bumped back down to a peacetime rank, Gavin continued to climb the ladder arguing for the modernization and integration of the armed forces. He tried to readjust to peacetime service and revert to how he had served all the other presidential administrations, but something was different about La Follette. Gavin had initially viewed him positively, seeing as he had been a soldier in the Pacific before rising to the highest office, but that quickly changed with the appointment of MacArthur as Secretary of State and the dictatorial nature of the Administration in occupied Japan. As the years passed, Gavin noticed a rise in the uneasy glances he had not seen since the Moroland warcrimes had been revealed. Officers reading their newspapers would shoot a look at their comrades before receiving a knowing and acknowledging look back. Pre-briefing meetings often took an off-topic turn as someone would bring up current events and the whispers and hushed voices began. Perhaps someone would bring up the actions of the Black Shirts and reminisce about their actions during the Revolution and how the revolutionary militias and extremist fascists seemed awfully similar. Sometimes the room would go silent when an Administration appointee or outwardly supportive serviceman would walk in and the huddled soldiers would quickly and quietly disperse. Still, it was business as usual in the Pentagon and on all the bases that Gavin would visit on tours. Then the chaos of the 1948 Farmer-Labor Convention happened, followed by the streetfighting, followed by the reelection of the President, the arrests of political opponents, and the revelations preceding the impeachment attempt. Slowly but surely the number of disaffected servicemen rose with each incident and some commanders were beginning to give uncomfortable, but necessary, reminders to their men on the apolitical nature of the military and its members, even if they were beginning to lose faith in that too.
The Pentagon was abuzz with quiet discontent. Even if it was unconfirmed it was clear to most servicemen that Lindbergh and La Follette had murdered General Smedley Butler or were at the very least deeply involved in the cover-up. Once again paramilitary forces were roaming the streets of America. Once again opponents of a political philosophy were in real, mortal danger. Once again American democracy was under threat from the inside. Gavin’s generation of servicemen had marched off to war to fight for something that the La Follette administration did not care about. The current Officer Corps of the United States Military idolized Smedley Butler and John Lejeune and every affront against their names and legacies was duly, but as of yet silently, noted. The Lower Enlisted and especially Non-Commissioned Officer Corps also looked on at the proceedings with great interest as it seemed that their sacrifices in the Revolution and Pacific War were being forgotten and their authority handed over to a bunch of undisciplined and hyper-partisan Black Shirts. The uneasy glances abounded in the War Department. Outspoken fascists and La Follette supporters who seemed to have forgotten their oaths were increasingly shunned and effectively exiled by their comrades and superior officers.
James M. Gavin took a step back from the window and sneered. I cannot believe that disgrace Batista came in second he thought. Looking out at the skyline of the home of sacred American democracy, it very suddenly became very clear that the union was approaching a precipice. It was quite possible that the Administration might call upon the military to enforce its will should they take a step to alter the very fabric of the United States. If and when that time comes… what would the military’s response be? Not the reaction from the higher-ups, the ones appointed by the politicians, but the reaction from the men? The Officers and Enlisted who had watched their buddies die overseas as they fought for some vague notion of advancing the cause of freedom? The Officers and Enlisted who had set out to defend America during the Revolution? Personally, Gavin knew what he would do, and he had a general feeling about what the rest of the men of the military might do. But the revelation had forced the thought into his mind and he knew he would never be able to shake it again. He sat down at his desk once again and began to outline a list of names. Once he had finished, he looked it over again, committed it to memory, took out his lighter, and burned the paper. He would set about doing what he did best. Organizing and planning. He wasn’t sure just how paranoid the Administration was, but he would leave no paper trail, only speak to those he was absolutely sure he knew the sentiments of, and take every precaution as he made feelers. Too much was at risk. Too many had died. Too many had sacrificed. Too many who naively believed that their bloodshed would not be in vain and that their superiors in the government were also good, decent, honorable, and righteous. James M. Gavin would do whatever he could to remind Washington that there were still patriots willing to fight for a worthy cause. And if necessary, die for it. Democracy.

Bone marrow: No marrow edema
Vertebral bodies: Multilevel degenerative changes of the lumbar spine characterized by scattered disc desiccation, osteophyte formation, disc bulges. Level by level discussion of the spinal canal and neural foramina as follows:
L1-L2: No significant neural foraminal or spinal canal stenosis.
L2-L3: No significant neural foraminal or spinal canal stenosis.
L3-L4: Disc bulge. No significant neural foraminal stenosis
L4-L5: Disc bulge with superimposed central disc protrusion. Facet arthrosis. Severe spinal canal stenosis, increased from prior.
L5-S1: Disc bulge and facet arthrosis. Mass effect on traversing nerve roots.
Spinal Canal: Congenitally narrowing of the spinal canal. Conus terminates at the L1 level

XRAY FINDINGS:
There is some persistent very mild levorotatory curvature of the lumbar spine noted on the AP view. On the lateral views, there is some persistent very mild grade 1 retrolisthesis of L4 on L5, which increases slightly with extension and reduces completely with flexion. Lumbar spinal alignment otherwise remains intact, with no fractures or other subluxations evident. There are relatively stable mild degenerative spondylitic type changes noted, again most pronounced at the L4 level. Vertebral body heights and intervertebral disc spaces appear well-maintained. There are no pars defects identified.

I have not been in any accidents. My back has always been sensitive. Starting at age 19, I've had bouts of intense lower back pain that have become almost constant. I was pretty active at the time and about 60 pounds lighter than I am now. About 5 ago (age 31) I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and have received multiple epidural injections. They stopped working, so I was sent to a new Neurosurgeon for a second opinion. He recommended facet joint injections. If needed, he recommended the path forward to potentially be back flexion x-rays for a stability check, nerve ablation, and then back surgery to either decompress or stabilize the spine.
I did the facet joint injections almost a month ago. The facet joint injections worked wonderfully for about a week but the following week, pain built to the point that I was sent to the ED by my Neurosurgeon's nurse. I had severe pain in my lower back and outer-facing portion of the left leg and I'm not sure how I was even walking. I also had some tingling and numbness in my left leg, plus some possible incontinence (#1 and #2. It was just a little bit each time, so I didn't know for sure). I was in the ED for 10 hours for an MRI and a Norco, and was sent home because the spine specialist wouldn't answer his/her pages.
Another nurse from the neurosurgeon called a few days later and recommended I use a cane until I can see the MD or PA for a follow-up. They also ordered spine/back flexion xrays, which only showed minor abnormal movement of the vertebrae. The cane does really help! But unfortunately, if I go without it for even 15 minutes, the pain flares back up again. I don't always need to put my weight on it either. It seems to help me balance.
I just saw the PA yesterday and she did a lengthy physical exam to find out what hurts, check strength, et cetera. She was miffed at my use of a cane and didn't believe the stenosis had anything to do with the pain because "the pain *should* be near my tailbone". The worst pain is in fact from bellybutton-down on my back, then my left buttcheek down to my knee. She prescribed gabapentin and physical therapy even though I've done both before. A lot of us with chronic pain recognize the gabapentin/PT combo late down the line as the professional's kiss-off. She didn't mention any plan of honoring the MD's course of action. I left her office in tears because I didn't feel heard or seen, and hobbled back to my car.

I'm at a loss with how to move forward. I would like some reasonable relief from the pain so that I can go on outings with my family comfortably, get back in the gym (I was going regularly before this most recent incident)or go for a walk without a cane. I would also like to keep up with the spinal stenosis so I don't become paralyzed or incontinent. These are the paths forward I am considering, and would really appreciate some input:
  1. Stop going to the doctor. Try to manage with the cane and OTC pain relief and THC gummies. Either there's nothing more they can do for me, my symptoms aren't "severe" enough because I can still walk, I'm going to the wrong kind of doctor, or they think I'm a loon.
  2. Go to PT and take the gabapentin. Whether it works or not, I'll have something to report back to the PA.
  3. Schedule an appointment with the Neurosurgeon to straighten things out, possibly without seeing the PA again.
  4. Return to my PCP and get another referral, possibly to a different specialty at his suggestion.

No unbalanced cheat mods added
Very difficult but satisfying and immersive
Adding other mods will break stuff, ask in comments
Not tested on PS4 or PS4 Pro performance-wise

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

========== CHANGES ==========

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.
  • Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.
  • No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.
  • Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.
  • Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

  • Safe to remove/swap mods are listed below the modlist, just in case you don't like or want some of them. Rest needs to be kept for balance or glitch removal, but only in the CORRECT ORDER!

  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

The Spirit of Fire

The Spirit of Earth

The Spirit of Air
A dream shaped by written words, whispered down for years by the currents of this Montain, and it's requiem witnessed but by a few — the end of dreams. But from where I standed at the peak, I called upon the distant currents that went down, and asked them: who am I?
And Air came unto me as bird, which had thousands of letters for feathers, and in the tongue of dead men answered.

And I said upon Misery; that he was to set ablaze this arrow, as I was taking down the bird of Britain, and that I would do so, so God would give the deeds of Earth some better names.
The Lord is making a bridge between the empire of strength, and the last empire of men. Now by God's grace, I'm making the tongue of free men, the tongue of Spain. You will be eventually bound to my bidding, and if not me, it will be to the one I'm preceding; for I'm giving you twenty years to attone your wrongdoing. The House of Water
I head into the coasts, and the beautiful beaches in-between, to find the stranger who burns images in the skin of men. He is the stranger, and has adopted the body of a monster, and he is one who cannot be understood, so he went on to only go out home in stunts, for the burdens in his heart have become too great to bear. Through terrible pains he has given all he once was for an identity, and as I pick up on his past, i found familiarity in the feelings of his heart. Oh dear friend how we found looking in sadness to ourselves, after doing same but with different means, carrying into our shoulders the loneliness of this world. As you have in-skin the garments of the strange doctrine that I preach — I shall congrate you, for you truly have fought the world entire, for my doctrine is the words of those who shall defeat the world entire.
I may not have your strangeness in-body, but I have it in these words, and in the true feelings of my heart. And I say in admiration that there's no higher form of art, philosophy or religion: than those who perform the highest thing they can give a name about.

Upong giving my regards and waiting for response, I found my way into a bench. It was a warm afternoon, and the wind carried the water of the sea. The bird of Britain came about down from the wind of north, and layed on the bench were I was sitting.
The bird asked: why hast thou become this?
And I said back to bird, scorched he was and nearing death, that it was me someone who was supposed to give names, yet for years I couldn't figure out one for myself. Then on went to being given a name, Alas all the wrong ones. Did Adan gave himself a name? - I asked the bird back. And there was no response from bird. Then I continued.
A man has the essence of his soul retained by what he is seen doing. Yet I did things nobody saw, so my soul wasn't with God but with something just as ancient, and nonetheless unknown by men in its true nature — then Satan as the better known devil, came about and pushed me into a hole. It was my own doing. Yet the things I did, I thought were seen. But nonetheless what I did was without contemplation on a posible return. Just as somebody who prints an image on their own skin. It's permanent. This is the essence of a memory in the soul of the man who's seen by others. But in the familiarity of a man who picked every irreversible decision like the Alien, I find myself feeling sympathy, for the man is still not what he has been seen doing, he shall redeem himself by what he decides to turn himself into.
Is this a way of saying that you want to get yourself a tattoo? Get a new look? - the bird mockingly asked.
And I gave the scorched bird no answer.
Then the bird said unto me: what about your career as a prophet, uh? And the things you said about returning with substance? Do you actually think this is substance?
And i considered what the Bird said, then I negated with a movement of my own head. It is not i answered, but i find the memories of me not making sense unbearable. For those mean the memories of a fool, un pendejo, an insane person, or both. And I will always try to amend what I don't do well. But now I wish for only one thing, and it is to be remembered as someone who makes sense, and who out of that sense, made good upon the world. I don't expect anything in return for what I do now, as it is merely an outlet to keep me sane while I finish editing my work. It's clear I'm too incompetent to be a competent influencer. As for once, I don't care about influencing anyone into what I think; but to perform what I think it's important.
Then every proverbial student is free to take classes so as they see fit, and to interpret such classes as their comprehension gives them grasp of what it's said. In such regard, this is what I offer now, while I make the journey to Madrid. And the bird tilted it's head so as to observe me with his left eye, then after a long impasse, it made a loud and painful caw, and finally flew away. But making the task of beating that collective belief, akin to the Nietzschean ideal of the camel turning into the lion, so as to transform it's spirit and become something else. But if it's the golden dragon of all the huamn values which judges you insane, will you be prepared to wrestle with the entire culture so as to have your way?
As I layed my eyes upon each star counting up to the number seventeen, I confessed of being scared of those beliefs, as revisiting the past, became a painful deed — and as I prepared to leave, I uttered one wish on the seventeenth point in the sky.

The night deepen, while the sea tide sang its own song of breathing. Some time passed, and then on the stranger showed himself approaching at the distance. I waved my hand at him, and after the instant, he found his way into my bench while I welcomed him with an extended fist which he casually bumped - after the short acknowledgement the dark alien looked at my face in between it's cover of dark, and looking at it undiscernable in its true features, with suspicion asked.
— What is it that you want?
I acknowledged him as a friend, then mentioned my brief research, as I had come to know him as man looking for a job, yet nobody would hire for things mundane due to his appearance. I listened closely to the news, and came to understand that this was a man looking for a second chance.Then I saw the intent behind his doing, and two words came to stick to my own thoughts. The first one was <> and the second one was <>. I was admired.
In analytical psychology I figured this man was the ESFP —the personality archetype related to the performer and the entertainer—, possessed in an abnormal way by the spirit by which a person submits to it's contrary nature, seeking to integrate and find fulfillment through the chase of what's perceived absent. If he was the ESFP then doing the flip by following the radial axis of each Jungian function in the stack towards their opposite resulted in the INTJ. The mastermind. The architect. The genius yet awfully complex individual. That was the elusive spirit he was chasing.
But a spirit and a character that at its most pronounced embodiment in a person, would experience life as an eternal foreigner hiding from the light of other men. Such made sense to me, for I myself was the INTJ, and had at spirit the ESFP. Him. So where as this man chased the spiritual fulfillment of being a complex and deep individual, I chased the fulfillment of becoming simpler, so I could demonstrate with action the deepest desires of my heart. One who was born plentiful in means to be liked, becomes complex, mysterious and uncomprehended, meeting one who will be seen trying to make sense becoming simpler. For Carl Jung portrayed the anima and animus of individuals, as the sense of what its absent, yet deeply cherished an valued. So I said these things to the alien, while he silently listened to me.
— All of that sounds like bullshit to me. -Said the alien after some contemplation .— Sorry but the things you say, don't mean anything to me.
And alas for I expected such response, as if one thing was true about this journey, was that explaining the journey in and of itself would become it's grimmest task. I affirmated what he just said with a slight nod of head.
— These things I say and how they relate to each other, in its excercise are similar to doing stecheometric balance with equations in the head, but simpler I'm afraid. - Then I paused, looked back into the sea, and continued. — That's high school chemistry, but I don't expect everybody to pick up on it, nor like it, nor understand it.
— Now i have called you a friend, and where I came from we dub with this title the people we share destiny with. As far as I'm concerned, we are chasing the same thing, which is the hardest posible thing. We both innately understand that we are not home, as we want our spirit to return to us, and that's not what a lot of people ever honestly try to attempt in a lifetime; as such is anyone's call to feel complete.
— And very few people ever reach true individuality, beyond the name they are imposed at birth.
Then I looked into the black alien, and in-between his foreign facial features, I interpreted something familiar. Disturbance. And I continued.
— We have given ourselves hell as we lived chasing something hard, so we can avoid the same hell later on when we are finally back to our own house. This is a christian precept, altought a rundimentary one. Does that makes sense to you?
And after listening such, the black alien calmly looked at the veil in my face in silence. Trying to discern what my face actually looked like, but the night was dark. Then turned his stare back to the reflection of the moon over the waters, giving some thought to what I just said. I opened up my backpack, and drawed two cans of beer from it. Offered one to him, and he silently refused with a gesture of hand. I popped my can and gave it a sip, while I myself stared at the tides coming in and out of the shore.
— If you wan't a tattoo, we can work that out. But this sounds annoyingly familiar, and my interest is not religious. Are you religious?
I nodded in affirmation, and complemented saying. — But my doctrine is something nobody has heard nor seen. For its aim, is doing as Christ said, in perfect means. Yet its true that the teaching fits you, as it's the teaching of the future man; and there's nothing in common between the current man and the future man, as they may very well be different species. This is the precept of evolution.
The alien seemed surprised.
— These two men don't know each other, for the current man doesn't know where the future man comes from, for he himself doesn't know where he is going. Yet in deep realization of your own artistic concept, I think you might want new ideas to meet with your appearance. So tell me, are you curious about what truly happens to a man after he dies? Do you want to learn how to read someone's mind? Do you want to blast with words of fire the hearts of an amazed crowd?
But the black alien broke his calm contemplation of what I was saying, and slighty disturbed, aggressively rebuked after hearing such.
— But you mentioned 'Christ', so you must be christian. How can a christian even say anything interesting in this current time? Last time I asked, their sayings were dreaded by restriction - so why would anyone condemn themselves to a life of bore? Are you a christian?
And I nodded after the question, in silence. Admittedly, for I knew what the problem was with being what I was, and my new companion was bang on identifying it. Made a pause, then raised my sight to where it met with the sky and the stars in it, and I said back to him.
— I am, but not one of a type you have ever seen, for the Christ that comes, is a Christ of art.
2.
The riptide sang, in its secret dialect of earth and sea. I looked upon the coast, turned an eye blind, and saw the ocean as the scorpio, and the land as the taurus; as it was the struggle between two lovers, never meant to consume each other. Ideal love then - yet not to confuse with this partnership as it was whimsilcally tied by the means in which i arranged my current conversation; for my lady somewhere waited for me. Then i allowed my eyes to rest still.
The alien looked upon me, undiscernable in my intentions, and again figured for himself that my interest towards him wasn’t clear. In suspicion, and after the moment he collected his thoughts asked “In your weird words you dubbed me performer, so what is it exactly that you wan’t from me. To me it seems like you are gathering people for some form of religious clown show. When you forced this meeting upon me, was this a proposal you thought i would find amusement in?”. And after the statement my own stare wandered in my conversation partner. While as he had his say, i returned to my can of beer, and finished it with a long gulp. Tempered in an unwillingness to fall to my new found friend irritation, i said within my own thoughts: “The alien looks easy going, but he is barbed in wit”.
Then i opened the can of beer that the stranger rejected; the loud pop resounded in the relative silence, interrupting for a moment the steady chorus of the sea. Gave it a long sip, and said.
– Theres no proposal in place yet. But im certain of something, and that is that both of us are messed individuals which reached the bottom doing the same thing - but the way my understandment of the human soul goes: two people can act by mere interaction as reactives to each other, creating a new chemical compound after the fact.
– This new psychology is very much like chemistry. But it is not my intention to draw you into something, but to pull myself out of this «something» by doing right on another person and maybe that person reflecting the good back on me. I just need a conversation partner, thats all. And i will do this with you, and with many people more. Presidents included.
The alien reflected on it, and after the hiatus of a long standing position of suspicion he finally gave in, and eased up with a slight smile. A strange smile of relief. But the smile, was all too familiar for me, as i realized the man was a tortured individual: a person in long standing pain. I smiled back the way he did, and continued.
– Our pain has a common name, and is a name that can be written with words unfortunately. It’s the devilish mother of all spiritual ills and its foundation, rests at the concept of a past that wasnt solved. It’s called «inadequeacy», and for people like you and me, understanding one day that such inadecuacy had to be solved by our own means, lead us into an act where our name changed as the changes in our cover up act to solve our inadequacy did.
– We never honored the past or the present in our pursuit, as we desired in passion to find solution to the present, by matching it into the idealization of some future without ever realizing that the old or present essence of ones being would be crushed into non existance by said future.
– Then we found the realization of that new name, only to understand that its demands became a tyranny on the other faces of our soul: as our soul is not something that can be undestood in unity, but something that conceives in the beginning in multiple things which try to give shape to one thing. Theres many people in a village, and our minds, are no exception.
— But happiness is only achieved by those who have their soul entire - or those who are the same person regardless of the context and scenario. And we gave to much to somebody that wasn't us, as our spirit took possession and lead us down.
– This is this the essence by which someone goes to hell, only to do one thing over again, getting an ever lasting pain for all the things that were given up chasing that which was absent. The more someone is forced into being shaped by the thing that was concevied in lust, the more the individual misses the place they used to call home, for that is no longer within ones reach. Does this makes sense to you?
The alien left me with no answer, and as he contemplated the sea, a tear travelled through his strange face.
– In this state of anguish, affliction rarely ever feels company, as the very individual condition that was pursued, became a full suit and persona to be forced upon and wear. Hell, is one lonely place man because we only learn to speak a language, that only makes sense to ourselves. But i think we can find a way out of it. This is why I'm here.
“Look, what you’ve done, it’s not something i can see the way you can see my own doing on me.” The alien replied. “Besides the way in which i canno’t see your face in this night, you seem ordinary — but what you talk and the way you say it, evokes in every word regret. What is it that you’ve done that has you regret like this?”
As the alien finished speaking, I emptied the can of beer, layed my eyes on the irregular grooves that my feet had left on the sand, and then replied back to him, after making a recap of the story i had repeatedly told myself after falling down.
“My story, is the fairy tale of a guy who makes way for the new coming of a new man; a better man for the world, while he casts disarray upon the earth: much to his dismay, at the expense of his own soul as the people who become victims of disasters, were ones who this man deemed unfair; cruel, evil, despicable in past. That was at the beginning."

Found my own mind after the slumber – asleep, then awake. I realized several hours passed - at least enough to wake up and witness the sun rise above the sea. But as for dreams, the light veil of their memories wasn't something to rely upon. Iran, the U.S, Israel - now whatever was it in the news; the outcome would be the same. A thousand more cuts to an already languishing economy. Make that corpse bleed, and then fall off a cliff.
As such things would be cooked, just as the bird of britain. The bird was still there though: just in pieces and roasted like the contents of a dropped KFC bucket would. But the little shit would return - as it always did. The economy? Not so much.
Yet i digress. None of the world circumstances mattered as far i was concerned – i had built a small and portable solar system to power my laptop, and my beer supply was well, infinite - i made myself sure that i had my needs covered whatever happened around me. Not tied to even a house for that matter. I incorporated myself and gave my back a stretch. The morning breeze coming from the sea evocated in my memories some time that had long passed – late childhood. I rejected those memories as they beared with them things i didnt wan’t to remember - then wen’t on as usual in my morning routine scrolling through my instagram feed, figuring if there were any new hoes to maybe motivate me into doing my God imposed labour.
Labour which was to either write, or to finish the House of Water — then after scrolling i did in fact saw a new hoe; i dropped a Faux Pas comment. Maybe she would play along, maybe not. Whatever. Sometimes I would put in a lot of effort to do a rhyme. But the effort depended on the insta-hoe in question. I know. Not the best of habits, but back in elementary school i was the kind of kid that would only get motivation when the girls in the classroom were present in physEd. And then i would run faster: whole lotta faster. Run Forrest! Run! Women love used to fuel me; and the habit sticked — and at the moment, i was kinda done with the idea of female trascendence. Would rely on their love, but not on their validation. Not like a simp. Fuck that.
Furthermore, what results did i demonstrably mustered after pursuing true egalitarianism and sharing it? Exactly. A bitch gonna do what a bitch gonna do, and so does the human female. After publishing the comment, I locked my phone and walked towards the highway, as i was planning to pay a visit to somebody long forgotten - I had kind of a schedule that i was going to follow, before taking the plane to Madrid and become hispanic Jon Snow from the walgreens Nightwatch.

2024.05.15 21:27 ResolutionSudden6912 Help needed from someone smarter than me. Bump with red rash that seems to have decreased? Thoughts on this?

I felt a sore bump on my lower right side of my back starting two days ago. My main concern is the red rash that surrounded the bump, since it somewhat looked like some of the posts on this subreddit. I walk my dogs on trails but he is checked for ticks. He does sleep on the bed.
I am not educated in the different types of bug bites, so I am not sure what this would fall under (and would appreciate any insight there). The rash seems to have gotten smaller.
I am including 2 close up pictures from the first day of discovery, 1 picture from the second day, and then 1 picture from today ( Day 3) showing the reduced size of the red circle.
Does this look like Lyme to you? Or just a bug or spider bite? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Let's first talk about Sukuna's win-con in the fight against Gojo...
Potential ways Heian Sukuna can beat Gojo.
  1. Brain damage. the canon way. Just keep DA on full-time in the domain. Gojo won't have enough time to beat Sukuna enough for his domain to fall along with UV. Gojo will be the one who keeps losing his domain and suffers brain damage after the 5th concentric domain clash. Not going into the details or else the post would be too long to read.
  2. Pile up damage before Gojo's RCT can keep up.
RCT has a maximum amount of damage that it can heal in a given amount of time. If the damage is less than the amount, RCT can handle it. If the damage exceeds that threshold, RCT will be unable to heal Gojo quickly enough, causing Gojo to collect damage, and he would eventually die from the amount of injury he would have sustained. For example, it appears that early Gojo or Sukuna heals an arm in around two seconds.
If they sustain more damage than a severed arm in 2 seconds, RCT may not be able to fully heal before new damage occurs, so at each point they would be more damaged.
Inside Malevolent Shrine, Gojo was seemingly able to heal fast enough for the damage not to progress. However, in this scenario, Sukuna would also deal damage to him. Getting shredded by the malevolent shrine and constant Kamutoke lightning strikes might after taking damage by attacks like flame arrow mean that Gojo's RCT thresholds will be surpassed. And he gets damaged faster than he can heal. This would be one way that Sukuna could beat him.

3. Force dropping Gojo's CE output
In Chapter 250, the concept of one's CE output dropping with their CE reserve was introduced.
In chapter 226, Ino responds to Yuta's argument that Gojo doesn't run out of his CE reserves only if he is using CE normally, but using RCT at maximum output while also fighting Sukuna is not normal use, so Gojo's CE reserves are dropping.

The statement in Chapter 234 that Gojo told his students to jump in only when he became weaker than them states outright that Gojo can and is expected to weaken. You are only going to get weaker if you are running low on CE reserves and output, as you wouldn't have the output to reinforce yourself better, and so on. Lower CE output means that the CE reinforcement will be weaker, so the user will be slower, hit weaker, and be less durable. Also, no. Brain damage isn't being talked about since that came in like a total curveball. Not even Gojo knew he could sustain brain damage from continuously destroying his brain and recovering it, the method he developed on the fly against Sukuna.

If Ino and Gojo are right, then another method for Sukuna to win is to keep Gojo in the malevolent shrine and have him expend a lot of CE using RCT, so his output gets lowered, lowered output will lead to lower CE reinforcement, meaning lower durability. Now, the slashes that previously were getting tanked will now cleave through and kill Gojo.
NOTE: In case it wasn't clear, all these attacks are to be unleashed on Gojo when he's suffering from CT burnout and does not have infinity to protect him.
Now, that we have Sukuna's win-con lets see difficult it is for Gojo to execute his own win-con against Gojo
Technically, it'd be unlimited void or HP, but Gojo can't hit Heian Sukuna with UV, nor will he be able to land a HP on Sukuna.

In canon, it only happened because Sukuna prioritized adaptation, which is why he kept his DA off for the most part, which led to Gojo beating Sukuna enough that his shrine fell.
So there's a common misconception among some JJK fans who think that if not for Mahoraga, Sukuna would've lost during the 5th domain. Is it true? Short answer : No

LONG ANSWER:
Planning: Sukuna went into the fight with the strategy of removing Gojo's UV first. Sukuna could've tackled Gojo's UV by himself with MS, but Sukuna wanted to remove UV altogether so he could've Mahoraga adapt to infinity with less difficulty compared to what actually happened.
But that plan came with the risk of not being able to touch Gojo, as to use 10 shadows, Sukuna would have to stop using DA. DA is the technique that allows Sukuna to bypass infinity and touch Gojo.

It takes 3 minutes for Sukuna to break Gojo's domain from the outside; meanwhile, it also takes 3 minutes for Gojo to deal enough damage to Sukuna that Sukuna isn't able to hold his shrine. Now, the only reason Sukuna got hit by unlimited void in the 5th domain was because he was late to cast his own domain by less than 0.01 seconds as he was following an extra step of healing himself before his CT burnout, unlike Gojo, who only had to heal his CT burnout.
In chapter 228, Gojo states that Sukuna is taking a riskier option in DE fights; he's breaking the domain from the outside when he could destroy them from the inside (like Mahoraga did) as inner and outer conditions of his domain were changed, making them stronger from the outside but weaker from the inside. This is answered by Sukuna himself. He turned off his DA so that Mahoraga could adapt. Sukuna was purposely breaking Gojo's domain from the outside so that Mahoraga could have more time to adapt to Gojo's domain.

Now, if Sukuna had destroyed Gojo's domain from the inside, Gojo wouldn't have had enough time to inflict damage on Sukuna to prevent him from holding his shrine. As a result, Gojo would never have been able to damage Sukuna enough, which caused him to be struck by the Unlimited Void.
Even if Sukuna doesn't want to break Gojo's domain from the inside, Sukuna can still avoid UV and beat Gojo by just keeping his DA on.
Sukuna using DA for the first time to counter Gojo's limitless outside of Infinity
Mind you, Sukuna never used DA inside the domain to block Gojo's red and blue. It was in chapter 233 that Sukuna first used DA to reduce red to its minimum. Sukuna tied the 3rd and 4th domain battles WITHOUT using DA to block red and blue.

As seen during the fight, once Sukuna uses his DA to fight back, he's able to hold his own. DA helps Sukuna tone down Gojo's blue and red. Sukuna, with DA, can keep up with Gojo and even LAND his own hits on him. So, while Sukuna won't be winning the H2H exchange, he won't get damaged enough for his domain to get destroyed within 3 minutes, and this ultimately will mean that Gojo loses the domain clash.

Now, after the lengthy explanation about why Sukuna got struck by UV and how Sukuna could've avoided it, let's move to the main point.
This scenario (of Sukuna getting hit by UV) will never develop against Hein-era Sukuna since his priority would be to kill Gojo and not adapt. The "less than 0.01-second" lag happened because Sukuna had to heal himself first before healing his burnt-out CT. In 4-arm form, this won't be an issue since Sukuna can just directly open HWB or cover himself in DA in response to Gojo's UV. With HWB, it will neutralise the sure hit, and Sukuna will have two extra arms to fight back Gojo while also healing the CT. OR the best option being to use DA. With DA, not only would Sukuna cancel out Gojo's domain Sure Hit, but he could also bypass Gojo's infinity while nullifying Red and Blue to whatever degree possible, after which Sukuna would then just open his own domain and destroy Gojo's domain barrier from the outside.
Note : Tho Sukuna won't get into a situation where he'd have to use HWB or DA to counter UV, but if he does, he can maintain HWB and DA while he recovers his burned-out CT to open his own domain.

Now for Hollow Purple.
Hollow Purple tho an lethal attack but not lethal enough to kill Sukuna or badly injure him, who has a working RCT. We've seen Sukuna survive a 120–200% HP where he only lost an ARM. Besides, HP takes time to charge, which is why Gojo had to shift his tactic as Sukuna wouldn't let Gojo charge it up. Not only was it stated by Gojo himself, but it's evident when he first used it against Hanami. The build-up is long, and even the CE spark are pretty evident to others. Todo knew the purple/big technique was being launched before Gojo even finished mixing up red and blue.
As for unlimited HP, it takes longer than even normal HP. Gojo has to create a maximum blue, chant it, create a chanted red, collide them, and then make the chant for purple, which wouldn't work against Sukuna

While I'm at it, let's talk about this as well. Gojo only looks superior when Sukuna isn't fighting back and is totally focused on adaptation.
Whenever Sukuna has tried to fightback, he has always shown relativity to Gojo. Sukuna, with a weaker body, has shown that she can match Gojo. With a Heian-era body, Sukuna can even dominate Gojo.

Just like Gojo, Kashimo also blocked Sukuna's punch, but because of Sukuna's extra arm advantage, he managed to hit Kashimo and send him flying. The implication is that if Gojo were in the same situation as Kashimo, the outcome would’ve been the same due to Sukuna's extra-arms.
Adding an extra advantage over Sukuna's 4 arms is his muscle mass, which works as an additional boost while fighting in close H2H combat. This should go without saying: Sukuna Heian's body > Megumi's twig body.

Now, before some of you say, " but Gojo fought Mahoraga, Sukuna and Agito at the same time...so he would be fine against Heian Era Sukuna...

A 3 v. 1, which lasted only 1 chapter.
A 3 vs. 1 in which Sukuna was in shadows for 80% of the fight A 3 vs. 1 in which Agito and Sukuna couldn't even touch Gojo until Mahoraga first disabled Gojo's infinity by touching him.
Not to mention, Gojo also got amped by Multiple BF going into this so-called 3 v 1
So yeah, Heian Era body mixed with DA will dominate Gojo in H2H.
NOTE: DA will cancel Gojo's Blue amped punches. Sukuna with DA managed to minimize red to its minimum which uses double the amount of CE.

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.
  • Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.
  • No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.
  • Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.
  • Leveling up does not give you health. You rely on stats, bonuses, gear.
  • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.
  • Collecting magazines, bobbleheads, companion perks is now more helpful and recommended.
  • Some skills are changed, reordered, much more interesting and useful.
  • More perks are needed for crafting, especially science perk is required for most technology related stuff.
  • Lockpicking everything is available instantly from level one, but perks and AGI make it reasonably easier. Bobby pins are more rare.
  • Hacking is simplified to not do the repeating minigame. Now holotapes to reprogram and override terminals might be of use.

Settlements, Building

  • Expensive build costs of robot workbenches, turrets, big generators, so buying component shipments is justified.
  • You can hire guards for caps or risk settlers lives on the usual guard posts.
  • Can't harvest planted fruit and veg, you get your fair share in workbench instead.
  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.
  • Only rare enemies like bosses drop legendaries. And many more...

  • Change game difficulty to survival in options.
  • Play on performance 60fps. Newly added mode visual 60fps is more laggy and has awfull VATS framerate.
  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot.   • Perks tree mostly changed, level 15 needed to start increasing Special base stats, level of around 100 to increase stat to 10. To get all perks you would need 300 levels, so new modified 'idiot savant' will help a lot.

  • Collecting resources by settlers changed. Bigger variety of settlers and they are now mortal.
  • More objects to build and decorate your bases.

Locations, Loot

  • Items like meds and ammo are harder to find and exist in appropriate containers.
  • New map markers and few minuteman towers as a small addition to explore.
  • Quick travel available, but only to settlements.

  • If you want even more immersive settings, go to Settings, Gameplay and turn off quest markers or crosshair.
  • Go to Options, Sound and reduce ambience level by 5-8 clicks and reverb by 2-3.
  • Dont forget to change camera sensitivity (I play on max), next go to Options, Display and change hud color to blue or any other that makes sense (not red), lower transparency by 30% or more, set pip-boy colour to your preference (I use red pip-boy and minty hud to have the best compatibility with highlighting perks and scopes).

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

Not tested on PS4 or PS4 Pro performance-wise

OVERVIEW

This modlist is for people enjoying difficult challenge, exploration, combat, managing settlements and a bit of building. No more bullet sponges, loot/enemy respawns and rambo playstyle!
In the beginning you are no one. You leave the vault weak, tired, with barely any gear. Avoid most encounters and quests at the start. Try to survive, build a safe spot and carefully explore. Be aware of your surroundings, use what you find.
Saving often in beds and making 'autosave drug' at the earliest possibility is a good idea (nearest chemistry workbench is at Abernathy Farm). Save menu is always on top of MISC category in Pip-Boy.
Discovering new places gives plenty of exp in the beginning, but quests are your main exp income.
Exploring safer areas like Sanctuary, Concord and smaller settlements first (avoiding powerful enemies) recommended. There might be a lot of combat in the background. Don't engage much, especially avoid supermutants, robots, turrets, bears - they are deadly even for high level, well developed characters. Raiders also hit hard, depending on their weapon and rank.
Weapon caliber makes huge damage difference. 10mm is pretty weak, but if you find rare .50cal rounds or some good explosives, you should eliminate tougher targets much more easily.
Investing in stats right after level 15 is a good idea. STR for carry weight, PER for accuracy, END for health, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak and speed, LCK for dmg and loot. Be sure of your choices. Watch out for 'revealing all map markers' and 'slow time when aiming' perks. Be sure you want and like them, there is no going back.
Deathclaw in the early minuteman quest is tough - try to use explosives to break his legs and some high caliber weapons to finish him off by shooting his face. Or maybe you'll get lucky and raiders will kill him. Or just simply avoid him until you get proper gear.
Don't waste ammo on zombies, use melee. Bullets are valuable. However zombies can grab and instantly kill you if your HP is very low, so watch out on low, early levels!
Aim for the head for much higher damage. Concentrating damage on arms or legs to rip them off is a good strategy too. Raider without arms wont do much to you except running around and alerting nearby enemies, that is.
Damage types are important. Ballistic damage is not efficient against turrets, melee against radroaches and so on. You need to figure out yourself whats best strategy.
Develop and protect your settlements, put walls to protect generators and other important structures. Repairing is costly. Gear up settlers. Scraping and cleaning settlements is a good early source of components.
Try to fully explore the map, kill enemies and do all quests. Most loot and enemies wont ever respawn so this is your chance to find new secrets in Commonwealth and clear the place.

Combat, Enemies

  • Enemies will flank, charge, take cover, run in fear, use and pick up ammo & weapons, swap to backup gun and so on.
  • Headshots or weakspot hits do much higher damage than torso shots.
  • Gun caliber greatly affects damage, explosives are powerful and damage type matters.

- Foes have special moves like biting and holding leg, wrestling moves, kicks. Dependent on enemy type and briefly stuns you.

Sound, Graphic

  • Sounds are less flat because of added reverb and other tweaks.
  • Very dark nights with wide, helpful flashlight.
  • Atmospheric lightning: beautiful light from lantern and fire sources, dusk, dawn, moon, plus bullets illuminate environment when flying around.

- No dreadful, annoying, unimmersive: combat music, hearthbeat, sounds of generators, turrets, exp gain sound, most perk triggers and perk chart.

Crafting, Modifying

  • Making/disasembling ammo and also creating various shipments. Upgrading clothes, rings, glasses in different ways.
  • Legendary swapping, crafting legendary effects using technical documents. Some effects have been adjusted.

- Added crafting of new, lower damage explosives, but they have unique effects for ease of use.

Perks, SPECIAL

  • STR affects carry weight, PER accuracy, END is health, max AP, CHA for better prices, INT for more exp, AGI for sneak, walk and reload speed, LCK for small dmg boost, loot, critical hits outside VATS and while using it.

Known issues, bugs, glitches, exploits:

Some of those are present in vanilla game. I just mention every problem encountered during testing and not fully fixed. - Ground textures in and around sanctuary flicker black. FIX: Fixes itself. Possibly after short time or reload. - Creature cages cost too much in building menu. NO FIX: Did not found a safe and balanced fix yet, so cages are most likely out of reach, because cost is absurd. - Green chest containing flare gun and 10k flares after exiting vault 111. FIX: Mod dev forgot to delete it. Ignore it or if it bothers you much, remove mod #83, which I don't recommend doing. - Hubby secret basement in Sanctuary. NO FIX: Its up to you if you want to use its content. Just easier difficulty option, but not game breaking. - Hacking rank 4 seems useless or has wrong description. NO FIX: Needs proper check. - Wall turrets sometimes glitches and play sound on repeat. FIX: Re-enter the area or reload save. - Contact frag mines seems to have too low damage. FIX: Just dont craft them. Rest of new explosives should work fine even that it shows low damage values in description. - Perception low, constant (-1) PER in stats because of poison damage/resistance bug. FIX: Add mod #110 and equip perception rings. Dont delete the mod. Cant find safer solution for now. Rings dont take equipment slots. - Action girl perk have only one rank on female character and two on male. NO FIX: Just 25% AP regen loss at high level. Not a big deal. - Bubblegum seems to unintentionally quench thirst a bit and kind vendors give it for free. NO FIX: Free candies. Its better to use them to slow down time. - Incorrect cost to build concrete foundations. FIX: Use mod #20 to add tons of foundations in newly added category Structures-Concrete. - OCDecorator replaces creation club menu. FIX: Items from CC are still available in other building categories. Ignore or delete mod #24 + #25 if you dont care about its function. - Few perk descriptions might be slightly incorrect or missing. NO FIX: Nothing important to worry about. - Three street lights, powered water pump, industrial purifier and subway light have incorrect build costs. NO FIX: These have wrong values, but items like clean sofa or tv are more expensive to build on purpose though. - Pip-boy light wont transfer from first to third person camera view. FIX: Turn flashlight off and on. - Water surface sometimes flash black when moving underwater. NO FIX: Its not very noticable and you don't dive much in FO4 anyway. - Can't use Wattz Consumer Electronics terminal, animation stops. FIX: There is a radroach behind the wall. Kill it by swinging melee, explosives or reenter area. - Flashlight in Vault111 has incorrect beam look/color. FIX: It will fix itself after mods load right after you leave Vault111, dont worry.

2024.05.15 20:15 IreliaMustBeNerfed Speccing out budget AM4 help; R5 3600 vs 5600G and a board to accompany it, with future upgrade path in mind

Tl;dr available at the end
As per the title, I'm having difficulties with a couple of different options and I'm feeling a bit lost on what the best value option would be. I'm upgrading from an FX-6300 system so the difference will definitely be night and day either way. I intend to keep my current PSU, GPU (RX 460), and CPU cooler (LC Power LC-CC-120, seeing as it cools my FX-6300 just fine and the new CPU will be rated for a lower TDP). The RAM is totally going to hinge on the CPU and getting a good infinity fabric match for the given CPU, I think.
I'm still browsing between an R5 3600 or an R5 5600G, both used. Both are fairly available in my local used market, and even if I do go for the 3600 first, I will definitely be looking to upgrade later down the line, either to a 5600X, or something even more substantial. Basically, I'm unsure if it's worth it to go for an R5 3600 now and save up for, say, an R5 5600X or even something like R7 5800X3D down the line when their prices drop, or stay with an R5 5600G for a longer period, possibly even for the entire lifecycle of my AM4 rig. For what it's worth, I doubt I'll be using the iGPU of the 5600G at all.
I don't intend to go beyond 1080p. Besides that, I generally play single-core intensive strategy games, such as Paradox titles (EU4, Cities Skylines, Stellaris, etc.) and Civ 6, and the difference in single core performance between the 3600 and 5600G seems like it would warrant a closer look at the 5600G. I couldn't find much in the way of comparisons for that particular use case, and I'm not sure how well performance differences in other titles measure up here. I checked comparisons on Passmark but I don't really have a frame of reference for how much of an uplift the difference between the 3600 and 5600G is, and especially not when considering I might bump up to a 5600X in a year or so, possibly even higher if I get lucky.
The CPU choice would heavily influence my motherboard choice though, I would think. I'm mostly looking at chipsets and not particular boards, since I don't need particularly feature-rich boards, and I don't have any particular manufacturer in mind, nor a form factor since my case supports everything up to ATX and I don't intend to buy any smaller form factor cases. I'd also be willing to forego an NVME SSD; I'm purely interested in single core CPU performance because the games I play mostly rely on that. Don't really care about system snappiness too much, only about saving myself time playing my favourite games at a faster pace. Definitely not even considering PCIe Gen3 vs Gen4, GPUs that can take advantage of Gen4 speeds are totally beyond my budget for the foreseeable future.
With that in mind, I'm torn between A320, A520 and B450 chipset motherboards. An A520 is my safest bet because I can find them relatively cheap with a warranty. However, I've also read that people got R5 5600X's running in A320 boards without any issues. Would going with an average A320 limit my upgrade path, and how badly? Would an A520 help with regards to that, or are VRMs on A520's also generally not fit for higher TDPs if I were to let PBO do its thing? And lastly, would a B450 be a good fit for either - if it meant I could keep it in the system for a significantly longer time, I'd definitely bite the bullet and take one of those rather than have to swap out my motherboard down the line. I had to deal with failing VRMs in a different board recently and I'd rather not go down that rollercoaster again any time soon, though in its defence, that board was used for almost a decade.
Tl;dr R5 3600 vs R5 5600G for Paradox titles/grand strategy games, is it a noticeable difference at all, and is it worth it going for the cheaper one while saving up for a better CPU? And what's a good value motherboard to pair with those CPUs to get decent performance and longevity out of? Trying my best to have my cheap cake, and eat it too. Any advice is appreciated.

I've been trying to find a noise in the front end of my 2010 Honda Civic Sport 1.8L on the passenger side. It makes a screech only when going over speed bumps and its now making a noise when on rough roads. I don't know if you'd call it a clunk or a rattle though, somewhere in-between.
Put the car up on jacks, but l am just getting into suspension work so l am check everything based on YouTube videos. I doubts its outer tie rods, control arm bushings, or stabilizer linkages because they were all replaced by a shop a little over 2 year ago. Everything seems tight when checked and compressing the suspension with the jack doesn't replicable the noise. Car also doesn't bunch excessively when you push down on the corners and there is no oil around either shock so I think they are still ok.
Last fall I replaced a ball joint on the passenger side due to excessive play and this spring I noticed that the CV joint on that side is throwing grease from where the boot meets the axel. The CV axel hasn't been changed yet but it isn't making any noising in a turn yet so I had ruled it out. The only thing I noticed was that the coil spring on the struts look different on the left or right-side. (Pictures Attached) maybe the pervious owner had a to change one and its just different manufacturers? It almost looks like ones upside down but ha've had the car for about 5 years and aside from the suspension work listed above I haven't had any issues.
Could this be the problem? Or should I be looking elsewhere?

2024.05.15 19:35 Throwawaytoday477 Possible LGV (Lymphogranuloma Venereum) Infection? Only showing IGG - Please help

Hi, I really need some help from this community. Any feedback or recommendations would be so much appreciated. I am a 37yr old male, and I suspect I may have a LGV (lymphogranuloma venereum). Below I have a long-ish summarized timeline of my symptoms, dr visits, and labs.
TLDR:... I have several labs that show IGG for LGV, but not showing IGM/IGA, and the labs and doctors say it is a past infection. Have taken antibiotics but symptoms persist. I am in utter misery, and I visited an infectious disease doctor, and I felt like they blew me off and they agreed with the lab results that this is all a past infection. They believe all my symptoms are auto-immune related.

2020-2021 – Started having sores in the corners of my mouth, and bumps in my mouth along with burning in mouth. Infrequent blisters on lip (never crusted up, just would go away). Rashes on body
2022 – December 2023 – In addition to all of the above continuing, had difficulty urinating, leaking urine, lethargy, body aches. Pain in kidney area. Almost every orifice of my body had burning sensation (eyes, ears, nose/sinus, mouth, rectum, sore throat). Small pustules are present in my nostrils. Sinuses appear to be inflamed. Burning sensation in pelvis area.
Saw doctor multiple times and was tested for various things but only thing showed was a severe Epstein-Barr infection in spring of 2023. Symptoms felt worse and worse, and I went again back to the doctor as I thought I may still be experiencing EBV. I requested to be retested for EBV, test for Lupus (ANA), and was tested for LGV.
Doctor prescribed me azithromycin for my sinuses/ears. Within 36-48 hours of taking azithromycin, I had near immediate relief of urological and sinus symptoms, and within a few days my eyes no longer burned.
Test came back that I was over EBV, showed some ANA stuff, and showed a past infection of LGV (C.TRACHOMATIS L1 AB (IGG) 1:64 H) in December of 2023.
I proceeded to setup an appointment with a rheumatologist to address the ANA stuff. Drew multiple labs and felt I had a sensitive immune system, prescribed steroids. By late Jan of 2024 I felt probably 90% better.
February 2024 – Felt nearly completely ok at this point. Had cystoscopy and nothing unusual was noted.
Early March 2024 – Had sex with wife, and all urological symtoms return within about 2 days, and within a week all prior symtoms return, and worse than ever. Frequent urination, difficulty urination, burning sensation in bladder, pain in lower back and kidney area. Rash on testicles that comes and goes. Burning inside of pelvic area. It seemed to me to be very obvious correlation of the timing of symptoms to sex. Wife shows no obvious symptoms.
March 2024 – Was prescribed azithromycin (500mg/day for 10 days) again, and doxycycline (100mg/2x day for 21 days), and when I started the azithromycin within a day it started helping my urological and sinus symptoms, but seemed to stop helping after a couple of days. I finished both rx’s and with no further relief of symptoms.
3/21/24 – Urine screen for UTI/STI's and blood work for LGV. All negative (did not show LGV past infection now)
4/16/24 – LGV test ran again, and now shows past infection again (C.TRACHOMATIS L1 AB (IGG) 1:128 H), but also shows C. Trachomatis D-K AB (IGG 1:64 H) as a past infection now.

Hey guys, just recently bought a 9th gen civic si a couple weeks ago. I’m debating whether to buy lowering springs, or keep the car on stock height. I would get coilovers, but a good set of those costs $1k + labour and more. Lowering springs are a good option for me but I’m just worried about rubbing and speed bumps since I live in a bumpy and hilly area. I was considering buying skunk2 lowering springs but I’m still not sure yet.
