Where can I get ROMs?

• We strictly adhere to legal practices and do not support obtaining ROMs unless from a legal source. Guides on acquiring ROMs from legitimate sources will be provided in the near future.

Where can I get BIOS files?

• Similar to ROMs, we do not endorse acquiring BIOS files through illegitimate means.

My files won't load into Delta Emulator!/How do I unzip files?

• Supported file types for loading include .zip, .rar, .7z, and others. To unzip files on iPhone, you may need to download a compatible app like unzip.

I'm currently trying for a lucky egg in the safari zone and was wondering if it is predetermined for a Chancey to hold a lucky egg or the chance is rolled every time you catch it. I really am taking you with me on this...
Seems I'm 2 months into beginning my second try with Keto for Bipolar 2.
And maybe 3 weeks since I rose from my bed ridden, non-showering, withdrawn, suicidal, depression.
I'm functioning now.
I really want to step things up more and I'd welcome your insights please?
Eating
I'm tending to start the day with a filter coffee and non-dairy milk.
I'm not really hungry so not tending to eating till 1ish and am mostly eating a steak (sirloin, rump, iron or minute) and veg (broccoli, runner beans, kale or spinach), half an avocado and then I pour the animal fat from the steak over the veg and add salt and pepper
I'm not eating another proper meal, as such, but I do snack.
Snacks are unsalted nuts, mashed up boiled eggs with olive oil, celery sticks or yogurt (milk or coconut) and berries (strawberry's, raspberry's, blackberry's and blueberry's). I sometimes also trade the yogurt for double cream or clotted cream.
I'm having a coffee quite a few times throughout the day and drinking sparkling water.
Exercise
I'm doing a gentle flat walk nearly every day.
Ranging from 30mins, to 1 hour to the odd 2 hour walk.
Sleep
Sleep is much better, I'm going to bed at 10ish (probably falling asleep at 11pm) at waking naturally just before 8ish.
Bloods
Average 28 days for Glucose is 4.8mmol/L and Ketones is 2.2mmol/L
Highest Ketone has been 3.7 (quite a few times)
Emotions
I'm still feeling suicidal ideation from time to time, I'm still comparing myself unfavourably to others and suffering with envy, I'm still feeling overwhelmed and paralysed about how to climb out of this hole. I could go on...
Next steps
As you can see from above I'm doing so much better than I was. But I want/need more.
I'm thinking of asking the butchers for fats cuts from other meats?
I think I need to drop blueberry's?
I think I need to reduce my coffee?
I think I should do some cardio (maybe begin with 7 minutes on the bike, 7 on the step machine and 7 on the row machine and slowly increase it?)

I snapped up in my seat with the notifications sounding on my ship's Heads-Up Display, telling me that I'd arrived in the next system. Hopefully this one would have at least something of interest. For 2 years now I had been doing this; going system to system, scanning areas of interest or systems that merit valuable expansion. That's the fate of someone like me. I'm a criminal. It turns out punching your superior officer in United Navy Advanced Flight School is grounds for an immediate court-marshal, and 12 years in a military prison. To be fair though, the guy was a bit of a dick, and I'm pretty sure he had it out for me ever since I beat him in the simulators when he was trying to make an example of us new recruits. That aside though, when it was announced that a new program was available for qualified individuals in lieu of serving time, it was a no brainer for me. They stuff you full of experimental hardware/cybernetics, throw you on a decent sized ship filled to bursting with experimental/cutting-edge upgrades and capable of being piloted by one person, and exile you from Humanity controlled space, with the sole mission of exploring. I'm required to make logs while I travel, and leave buoys behind to relay the logs back to the United Terran Systems. So that's me.. Duke Collins, Frontiersman number twelve.

"The nearest planetary body is showing signs of life, Captain." Aerie responded in a cool voice. Her voice was a recent development, in the last 5 months or so. She was one of those experimental things added to the ship when I was tossed out here, and it seems like she's actually getting... smarter? United Terran Systems hasn't really developed AI yet, but I was the lucky sucker to have their first big attempt thrown into my ship. There's a room about 5x7 meters near the aft of the ship filled with all sorts of high-tech storage and processing tech, but about 4 months into our journey my "computer" began requesting stops at resource rich asteroids to harvest materials for our synthesizers, and suddenly I'm performing upgrades to the room that she had developed herself. She turned out to be a great proof of concept, but also my only companion and friend in this lonely journey.
"Don't fuck with me, Aerie, and stop calling me Captain." I replied. She responded with a giggle through the speakers. I knew it was just for my sake, but it made her feel more like a real person, and I appreciated that. I think she liked to emulate organic life as well, for some reason.
Aerie relented, "Nothing of note on the scanners, Duke." She emphasized my name. "Although we aren't in range of all of the planetary bodies yet, and there's a few sizeable gas giants on the opposite side of the star."
"Well, lets get over there, I'm eager to leave another boring system behind." I replied. This job was a way to avoid jail time, if you meet the qualifications, but it was a prison of it's own kind. Spending all of this time in a ship the size of an moderate apartment could get cramped, and being alone this long can start to affect the mind. I seemed to be doing alright, but I honestly think i'm just riding the high of finally having someone to really talk to.
With Aerie's help, we input the coordinates for the opposite side of the start and the FTL drive began to spool. Within a few seconds we were on the opposite side of the star, and lasers were passing over the bow of the ship.
"Aerie, what the hell is going on!?" I shouted, and slammed the throttle to 100%. Inertia Dampeners be damned, it still hurt like hell. In an instant, we were rocketing through space, away from what appeared to be an active engagement.
Aerie chimed in, "Powering up reactive shielding, uh, for the first time. It seems that, while the planets were identified before warping to system, we were unable to identify the ships behind the interference from the local star. Recommend leaving the area."
"Well hold on now, Aerie," I retorted, "scan those ships, lets see what's going on out here." I swung the ship around, from what I believed to be a safe distance, and looked at the active engagement taking place. "Aerie, are those ships... even Terran?". Looking at the vessels, I didn't recognize any of them. One of the ships was shaped like a sleek, white, cylindrical pod, with black glass at the front that was undoubtedly the pilot's viewport. It had a sweeping tail that formed a half-ring loop on the stern of the ship just above the rear thrusters. It rolled and twisted erratically as it attempted to escape it's pursuers.
The attacking ships, at least from the looks of it, were much less graceful. They were a dull, dark brown, almost black, and sported large flat surfaces on the front, in which rested the weapons that were being actively fired at the fleeing vessel. It seemed that whoever created these ships somehow managed to take a few blocky cigar shapes and stuff them together, clearly more function over form. The function seemed to be working as intended though, as shots connected with the fleeing vessel, and engines began to flicker out.
"Scanning...Scanning completed." reported Aerie. "The vessels appear to be of 2 separate make. The lead vessel appears to be a simple transport, and sports no weapons or shielding. The FTL drive function is unknown. In short time, the vessel will be destroyed. The pursuing vessels appear to have some form of laser based weaponry, schematics and build are unknown. There is technology aboard the vessels that I am unable to discern at this time, but I believe some to be a form of very basic shielding, of a completely different function than our own. Recommend vacating the area."
My adrenaline was pumping, the cybernetics in my brain processing the combat at enhanced speeds. I wanted so badly to get involved, to be the hero that saves the day, but I know better. Just because a ship is being chased, doesn't mean that they're the good guys. As if to answer my prayers though, one ship peeled off and began moving my way. I gripped the controls to my vessel and waited.
"Come on... do it. Make my day. I'm so, so bored. Do it. DO IT." I kept thinking to myself. I had no idea what I was up against, but anything was better than rolling through space for another 10 years, and maybe I'd finally be able to put some of that oh-so-expensive schooling that our sweet Terran overlords brag about to some use.
A flash of light. I yank on the control stick, sending my ship into a sideways tumble as laser fire rolls across the length of my ship, barely missing me. My inertia dampeners and cybernetic muscle and bone fibers helping absorb the massive g-forces.
A smile flashes across my face. "Aerie, I have a better idea." Aiming towards the fleeing vessel and it's lone pursuer, I roll the sticks forward, sending us rocketing in their direction, and away from the one that chose me as it's target. "We're going to be heroes."

I recently just built a modded Gameboy Advanced and now I would rather play my games on physical cartridges again. The problem is that all of the cool Roms and Rom Hacks I have been playing are on my computer…
Is there a way to get a blank/unused game cartridge and overwrite the Rom Hack onto it that won’t cost an arm and a leg? I have seen Youtube videos about GBC/GBA dumpers before for backing up saves, but can’t find much about writing my own games back into the cartidge.
For example: taking my Rom Hack of Pokemon Crystal Legacy from my computer and putting it into a random GBC or GBA cartridge I have laying around while still saving normally.
Any help would be appreciated! I am new to getting into retro/modded games for some nostalgia.

I have an issue with both 2.5D Kirby games - when I try to launch them emulator launches for 3-4 secs and then it goes back to game selection screen. Sometimes on Kirby Return to Dreamland 3 stars appears on bottom right screen (loading) but it goes back to game selection screen again. Is something Im missing to play these 2.5D Kirby games?

Hello all, has anyone here successfully earned a substantial income from self-publishing their work? I have an idea I'm researching, and I'm in the early stages of writing.
I self-published a book in October 2023 and sold... a whopping 4 copies. But that is aside from the point - I'd like to learn from someone who has done this successfully so I can emulate them.

Complete noob here. About 4 months ago I got the rg35xx found a video to install garlic and had no issues, worked my way through my backlog of GBA SNES etc... I wanted to get something with joysticks so I could do some n64 and NDS emulation. Ordered the rg35xx-h and when it arrived followed a youtube guide to install koriki/batocera and had no issues with installation. But I'll be honest being newer to handheld emulation the options for configuration are overwhelming and I didn't really know what questions to ask to be able to google my way out of it so here we are.
When I run paper mario in areas where the lighting is dim the sprites are blacked out. I've tried changing which emulator is running but with no real success.
Other games like starfox the menus are super dark and certain parts of the game are super dark.
when it comes to NDS it works well except that the controls are messed up everytime I load the game. So I'll go in and change them and save them but next time I boot it up the controls are back to being wrong.
So my question is there like a universal standard of settings to use for the 64 and nds or like a guide I can go study?

I've been trying to troubleshoot an issue with Colima I've been seeing for weeks.
Colima will install and start fine, and I can start my ~20 containers without issue. However, mostly randomly, colima and docker will suddenly be completely unresponsive and containers will stop.
The only remedy is to restart the mac and run colima delete and start over.
I'm running colima on an Intel i9 with 32GB RAM.
I'm hoping someone has been able to resolve the instability issues with colima running docker on a Mac. The performance of docker on colima is so much better than Docker Desktop and I'd rather not have to go back to it!

Hi guys, just placed an order for an RG556 for my wife mainly to play Final Fantasy 9 (she loves that game and the last time she played it was 5+ years ago on my laptop with an emulator) and maybe some other games from her childhood. I've been watching and reading some reviews and many of them suggest to just scrap the emulators that comes with the device, downloading all the latest emulators and ditching the Anbernic's frontend.
If this was 5 years ago I would have no issues doing all of those but now as a real adult with a kid, time is extremely hard to come by to do all these and I wanna ask how bad is the stock frontend and emulator really is vs updating everything? Can I just use it immediately out of the box and most games should run as it should or is there a large performance/stability difference between the emulators provided by Anbernic vs the latest versions particularly for FF9(PS1), FF10(PS2), Kingdom Hearts 2(PS2).

I have a 13" Macbook Air M3 (16gb ram, 512gb SSD) and I want to build an Active Directory lab for which I want to use 2 windows workstation + 1 windows server.
Normally, I don't think I could achieve this the traditional way, since the macbook is running on the M3 chip(and I'm not aware of any windows server ARM iso), but I heard about UTM and how it is able to emulate CPU architectures other than the one used by the host.
Is anyone here using VM's on an M-chip MacBook? Did you run a windows server VM? Is the performance with UTM acceptable when emulating other CPU architectures?
I also thought about building this lab on the cloud, but I won't need it for a long time and I don't wanna get into all the subscription costs, extra costs, hidden costs, etc etc.

Hello! I am just now getting into these things and am new to this. I just ordered an RG35xx used (Think it's base, not Plus), the one that looks like the Original Gameboy. And I just had some questions.

1. What OS should I install for it? I was hoping for something nice, that can have visual images to the roms, be able to have roms in subfolders (folders for hack roms etc), and most importantly be able to run retro emulators up to just PS1 the best (I'm really into the most accurate emulators, but also being able to do them without any lag).
2. So with this version being gray like the Gameboy, including even the bezel: I was just wondering, does that bother you when you're playing other games besides OG gameboy? Games with colors on other consoles? Or does it bother you too much playing on consoles that look nothing like the Gameboy, like the PSP which is all black.
3. Do you feel like this version satisfies more than just being like the OG Gameboy? Like does it feel good enough to use and play everything on overall? Or do you really feel like it has to be the RG35XX H, or that new RG35XX SP?
4. Is it possible to install some black bezel underneath the glass? I would really like that like the other makes of this one do, looking more like the Game Boy and giving some surrounding the screen.
