Automate response to windows pop up screen

Hi all, I've got a Trak Racer TR160 MK4 with a Moza DD wheel and Sim Jacks Pro pedals. I've been racing on a 34" ultrawide for 2 years which has been great, but I've been super lucky lately - my wife has ordered me three Samsung G5 32" Curved 165hZ monitors and a free-standing triple screen mount.
I am currently running a RTX 3060Ti which I know is not going to run these monitors as well as others could but it's all I have for now until I can upgrade the graphics card. I mainly race in iRacing and I realise I will have to lower the graphics quality which I am fine with as it's temporary until I upgrade. The card has 2 x Display Ports and 2 x HDMI ports.
Could I please ask for advice or if you could point me to a guide / YouTube video to teach me:

• How to set up the monitors with the correct angle and distance from me
• How to configure the screens in iRacing with regards to FOV
• How to configure Windows so that I can race using the three monitors and somehow switch to only the 4th monitor on my desk to play other games like Escape from Tarkov, Transport Tycoon Deluxe and Project Hospital.

Okay so, this will probably be long so buckle in.
About a month and a half ago a friend of mine, we'll call them K. K recently found out that the apartment they had been staying in wasn't going to be renewing their lease and if they didn't move their things by the end of day that the landlord would be starting the eviction process. As someone who has faced houselessness before, I offered to hold some of their stuff at my place temporarily and get them to the hotel they would be staying at until they could move into their new place. No biggie right? Wrong. After helping them move their stuff and getting them to the hotel, they stayed in communication with them so we could help them move the stuff from our house to their new place, and the day before they were supposed to move they got let known that they opted to go with another rental applicant instead. K and their partner, who we'll call J, started really panicking about having to keep paying for a motel without on paper jobs and unreliable income. Keep in mind I actively live in a low income complex myself and, cannot have guests, for more than 14 days at a time according to my lease. J had just gotten a lead on a job closer to my house so I offered to let them stay for the 14 day limit I'm allowed to have guests, so that they could get a paycheck in and be able to go to a cheaper motel close by to their job. Another thing they agreed to was making sure that there was no evidence of them staying in my house, and that they had to be gone during the inspection window m-f from 8am to 5pm. I know, I'm probably going to be told more than once how stupid this is or I am, but I need to vent about this before I lose my mind more than I have already.
Carrying on, my partner is working at the same place as J, so J had a reliable ride to this job. My first red flag with J was that J used almost all of their points within their first week at the new job for a myriad of reasons. First time was because K didn't feel good and didn't want to be left home alone. Fine. I thought it was really ignorant to start off on the wrong foot with a new job but whatever. Second time was because J didn't have lunch to take to work and can't work on an empty stomach. After this absence J explained to their boss that they were struggling to work on an empty stomach, so boss agrees to reach out to a local food bank to get some lunches packed for J and my partner for work every day so they don't have to work on empty stomachs every day until they start getting paid. J declined bosses offer because they didn't want the food pantry food offered to them. Third time J doesn't go in is yet again for K not feeling good and convincing J to stay home. Well , and today we found out at the last minute before they were supposed to be at work that J had been fired for accepting an overtime shift on Saturday and then no call no showing that shift. J had been at this job less than 3 weeks. Which is 1 week longer than I agreed to. Here's the kicker, I live with and care for a disabled woman who has very very severe anxiety, and K & J keep going behind my back to talk to her and lie about things they'll do for her to keep being allowed to stay here. And I'm going to bullet point all of the just outright shitty things these people have done since they got here, and before anyone tells me to make them leave; involving the cops is out of the question as it risks our housing, and they should be gone in the next couple of days.
-they have harassed me over cannabis since the day we helped them move their things. I live in a recreational state but consume for medical purposes.
-they have repeatedly paid back other people that they owe money instead of me or my partner and admitted that to our faces
-they keep 'accidentally' mixing my partners clothes with theirs and then wearing them in front of me. Keep in mind they're a, size small and my partner wears a 3x there's no confusing their shirts
-I have a deep freezer that I've been working hard to stockpile since covid hid and inflation has made grocery shopping so hard, and they've eaten every single thing out of my deep freezer.
-they have raided my entire pantry as well.
-they've thrown out my leftovers without asking me because they themselves don't eat leftovers
-they switched their visitations with their child from 4 hours on Tuesday nights to entire weekends without asking
-they took my partners special broth he had bought specifically to make something, opened it, and didn't even read the packaging, put it open back into my cabinet and it molded. Im allergic to mold :
-they've been asked repeatedly not to knock on my doors after my bedtime hours because my partner works early mornings and has a hard time sleeping; then proceed to message me one time and wait precisely 0.2 seconds for a response and then knock on my door anyways.
-they use my shower and leave hair, clog my drain, and don't ask anyone if they have to use the bathroom before they use it to shower for over an hour. I have also repeatedly asked them not to leave their dirty clothes on my bathroom floor and they won't.
-they argued about having to leave for the inspections and promised they would help clean during them and then stayed in the area they weren't allowed to be in for every day of the inspections and didn't do anything they said they would do.
-they keep having blowout fights in my basement and as I already stated the woman I care for has severe clinical anxiety. She did agree to this arrangement but I guess it's true that even if you think you know someone you really don't till you live with them.
-K has been smoking my cigarettes for days and doesn't replace them but won't buy their own pack
-they've been asked not to come upstairs unless it's to use the bathroom (not shower) during our quiet hours and they won't stop doing that either.
I'm sure there's more I'm missing but I'll answer any questions about it I guess. These people have gotten me so stressed out that my stress induced seizures, that I've had under control for over a year now have come back with a, vengeance and are happening almost every day, I'm getting migraines with aura, my hair is falling out in clumps, and another stress induced ailment I deal with is ALSO flaring up because of the stress. Don't need advice or anything just wanted to vent how frustrated I am 🥲

The story: I ordered a drop in pixel crystal chamber from Exegol Outpost on Etsy. The 3D printed one. Wait two weeks, no updates, messaged the seller. Get a response from Occisor Vilicus telling me the delay was because they moved from 3D printing them to a full metal housing. Ok, cool! Bonus upgrade.
Two more weeks, nothing. Reach out. Still waiting on oversees sintering of the metal housing. Shouldn’t me more than another week or two. Great. Patience is a virtue.
Two more weeks, reach out, no response until I message again asking to just refund the order. He responds instantly refunding the order and saying sorry, have a good one.
I say “you too.” THEN a long-winded explanation of how the overseas supplier dropped the ball and he had to switch suppliers. I respond by stating an update or heads up on the complication would have been preferable to ten more days of silence, but there’s no hard feeling, and good luck. Done.
Nope! Another message comes through “it’s the busy season with Star Wars and school kids 🤷🏼‍♂️”. Literally with the shrug emoji.
I ignore this because now I’m kind of actually angry at the nonchalant attitude. I wasn’t going to say anything. I wasn’t going to make this post. But then…
ANOTHER message comes through about how he’s still recovering from a last minute trip to San Francisco for the private screening of the 25th Anniversary of Phanton Menace.l?!?!?
Still recovering? Nine days later? Must’ve been some trip. Glad you were having a blast and enjoying an event I couldn’t attend, all while I had money tied up in an order I wasn’t getting updates on from you.
I’m supposed to feel sorry for you while you complain about supply issues and humble brag about how your private LucasFilm screening Phantom Menace trip has you still wrecked as the reason you couldn’t take five minutes to shoot an update to an until-now-VERY-patient customer??! Should have stopped at “have a good one” and left it at that. Un-freaking-believable.

About a week and a half ago I got a new motherboard, but upon doing a fresh install of Windows 11 I couldn't get to the login screen without a BSOD stopping me every time. I tried pretty much every single thing to fix it to no avail, so I threw in the towel and took it to Micro Center for someone to figure it out. The technician said "The issue was that the windows OS was looking for the security keys set by the motherboard, but the motherboard had none. In order to get the desktop working I updated the BIOs and cleared the motherboards TMP that house the keys." and said that it could now boot into Windows, but of course I'm still getting the same BSODs.
Am I better off just sticking with my old motherboard? I'm going to try to either take my PC back to MC or at least get a refund, but at this point using the old one seems like the only solution. Like I said I've tried pretty much everything to fix it, plus I tested 2 of the same mobo just to make sure the first one I got wasn't faulty but I had the same issue with the second one so I'm about to chalk this up to Windows just being weird because it seems like I'm the only person that's ever had this problem.

What happens in store when only 1 lane of a dual drive through is being served?
Hey guys, I had a bad experience once in the drive through where it was a 2 lanes drive through. When it finally got to my turn at the mic, I waited for a while with no sound. I saw the other lane, they already had 3 cars pass, so I started to ask "hello, anyone there?" However, no one replied for a long time, I saw that since I was a mobile order and waited enough, I just drove up. When I got to the 1st window, I was scolded and told I need to tell the person about it before I had the authority to drive up.
I felt, I'm probably only going to meet thus guy once, so I didn't bother to argue with him and just acknowledged it.
I'm just curious that when something like only 1 drive through lane is being served, what is usually going on internally? Does 1 staff work on 1 lane? Maybe the staff responsible for my lane went to the bathroom?

I want to explore some of the concepts and inspirations of the Fractalverse from Marathon.
For those who don't know, Marathon is a video game series from Bungie (yes, that Bungie)... The series is often regarded as a spiritual predecessor of Bungie's Halo series.
Significantly for us, it is one of Chris' favorite games of all time, and a lot of the content from Marathon is used as inspiration in the Eragon/Fractalverse series.

If it's a game that doesn't use a mouse, like the old Marathon games, then I use 8426 (with 7 &9 for strafing) for movement and left-hand keys like space, command, option, etc. for shooting, swapping weapons, activating, etc.

Not a perfect fit, but lines up well enough. This next bit is extremely curious though -

The visions from Azlagur all have him "rise" from the ground to "eat the sun"
Which is SUPER significant, because of the implications of the Marathon Infinity backstory:

In Marathon Infinity, a W'rkncacnter is imprisoned in the sun of planet Lh'owon. It is theorized by some that the W'rkncacnter's powerfully chaotic nature may be responsible for the jumps between realities seen in the game. When the Pfhor use a trih xeem device to send the star into early nova, the creature is released, to the horror and destruction of the Pfhor.

We will touch back on the reality jumping in a bit, but for now I want to focus on the "sun imprisonment" theme.
A cosmic-level baddie imprisoned in the sun. THAT is the endgame for Azlagur. Either he is a planetary-level villain, who will "rise" due to the Trih Xeem and Eat the Sun, releasing the equivalent W'rkncacnter, or he IS the equivalent W'rkncacnter, and will rise when the Trih Xeem is released. It all fits in with the concept art above.
And from this, we can deduce the overarching concepts of Angela's storyline.

Q: Will we get Angela lore? I feel like she could have killed Galbatorix and just didn't feel like it.
A: For those who don't know Angela is based on my sister Angela, because she breaks the fourth wall to a degree she has. Not only does she have plot armor, she knows she's in a story and can break the story itself. So, yes, she could have killed Galbatorix, but that would have made for a very bad story. That said, I do have an entire book planned around Angela, and it's very high on my list of books to write because it takes place before some of these other big stories I want to write. And that's also the difficult thing. I have my big storylines, and then I have a couple of one off side books I want to write, and it's just a question of time, energy and effort.

Given her appearance in TSIASOS, we can interpret that Angela is a "cosmic"-level character, who can cross time and space.
So... what's actually going on behind the scenes? We know she's been in/around Nal Gorgoth, and Tronjheim. She's definitely affiliated with the Draumar, and Tenga in some fashion. So... what's the actual story going on?
Let's take a look at the story of Marathon infinity:

Marathon Infinity begins as the Pfhor destroy Lh'owon using a Jjaro-derived doomsday weapon known as the Trih Xeem or "early nova". Unfortunately, the weapon also releases a powerful chaotic being: The W’rkncacnter, which threatens to destroy the entire galaxy. Because of the W’rkncacnter's chaos or by means of some Jjaro tech of his own, the player is transported back and forward in time, finding himself jumping between timelines and fighting for various sides in a desperate attempt to prevent the chaotic being's release.

So the weapon releases a powerful cosmic-level entity, which threatens to destroy the galaxy. And as a result, the "player" jumps around in time, jumping between timelines and fighting for various sides to prevent the being's release.
Sound familiar?
Jumping around in time and between timelines - that's what she's doing with the portals, the non-standard torque gates.
There are a ton of parallels with Angela and time (such as the references to her being a time lord), so for lack of better information, the most informed guess we can make is that she is trying to prevent the rise of Azlagur himself, or the creature freed by the death of the sun from Az "eating" the sun.
For lack of a better answer, Angela IS the player character from Marathon Infinity.
Alrighty, I could make several posts about the above, but for the sake of space and time, let's get back to the original passage.

Move planets by warping the space around them eh? That sounds familiar:

Then she was soaring through a nebula, and for a moment, she beheld a patch of twisted space. She could see it was twisted by the way it warped the surrounding gas. Warping space around a planet. And Chaos... Sure sounds like the W’rkncacnter.
The last piece here also parallels with what we know about the series:

some sort of time manipulation technology,

Time manipulation - We know, based on various clues left throughout the series, that the Old Ones had the ability to manipulate time. Chris indicates as much here:

Right now no matter what way you swing it, we have issues in terms of time.

Correct.

Moving along, let's keep pulling the Jjaro thread together. The paragraph on Technology reads:

Jjaro technology is incredibly advanced and they have made many discoveries about the secrets of the universe. One of their ships, the Manus Celer Dei, was able to survive the closure of the universe, they uplifted the S'pht, defeated the W'rkncacnter, had mastered time control, had a station capable of compressing the mass and energy of a supernova into a black hole millennia beyond reckoning after it was decommissioned and abandoned, and a few of their artefacts were able to create a cyborg who could also survive the closure of the universe and escape it all together.

Sound familiar, anyone?
The Great Beacons. That's what they are. The energy of a supernova in the form of a black hole, which were then decommissioned and abandoned.
We know the Great Beacons are no longer functioning. And it sure sounds like the description of a black hole (both in spacetime format, as a "whirlpool", and also visually)

and a few of their artefacts were able to create a cyborg who could also survive the closure of the universe and escape it all together.

Seeker? I'm not sure, but it sure has a lot of durability.
Alright, we're getting up there in word-count so I want to cut this short.
The last piece I want to talk about here are the parallels betwen the Wranaui and S'pht. It's not a perfect match, but there are a lot of overlaps between the two races.
First, the Wranaui:

WRANAUI: sentient, space-faring race originating from the planet Pelagius. Highly complex life cycle, with an equally complicated, hierarchical social structure dominated by Arms and a ruling form. Wranaui are naturally an ocean-based species, but through extensive use of artificial bodies, have adapted themselves to nearly every possible environment. Aggressive and expansionist, they have little regard for individual rights or safety, given their reliance on replacement bodies. Their scent-based language is exceedingly difficult for humans to translate. Even without technological augmentation, Wranaui are biologically immortal; their genetic-base bodies are always able to revert to an immature form in order to renew their flesh and stave off senescence. Some evidence indicates they may have been genetically modified by the Old Ones at some point in their distant past.

So, to summarize:

• Grew up in water
  
• Advanced scientifically due to the discovery of Vanished technology
  
• Complex hierarchical social structures.
  
• Forms & Use of artificial bodies.
  
• Genetically modified by the Vanished/Old Ones.
  

Let's compare that with the S'phet:

The S'pht were brought to Lh'owon by the Jjarro and Pthia as servants. The S'pht terraformed the planet from a barren desert into "marsh and sea, rivers and forests." When the Jjaro left Lh'owon after the death of "Pthia," the S'pht were released from their servitude, split into eleven clans, and leadership of the race was given to the S'pht royals.[6]

Genetically modified. Check.

The Pfhor forced them out of their typical forms, (as seen used by the S'pht'Kr) and into the strange garb of the Compilers and the armor of the Cyborgs.

Usage of "Forms". Check

After Pthia's death, Yrro scattered the S'pht across Lh'owon, separated them into eleven clans

Hierarchical society with different clans (Arms). Check.
The main two differences here are the usage of smell as a language, and the grew up in water.
Other than that, there are a TON of parallels.
Well, we're getting up there in word count and I've just started to ponder and fully understand the connections between the two series.

I manage the infrastructure for a sports bar chain. We have a few strict conditions, which keeps leading me back to using a full windows stack as the only logical solution. I made a post a little bit ago about this but have finally fully understood some upgrade paths we can take and what it would actually look like to implement them.
So I believe we are locked into windows and I want to explore changing that to save on hardware costs and allow for future space for an internal development team to build and deploy apps at the Edge. We don't currently have an app dev team, but the business is rapidly moving towards data analysis and utilizing that data. At the same time, we are looking to expand, so fast and automated builds are a must.
So why are we locked in to windows? here's why:

1. Computing MUST be hosted at the edge. Restaurants have spotty internet and can experience frequent outages. Having the POS always available regardless of internet is non-negotiable. A cellular backup is at each site, but the bandwidth wouldn't support the massive load.
2. Our POS system (Oracle Simphony) is most supported on windows clients, for both the servers and the clients. We host windows VMs running this software and tablets RDP into the VMs from iPads. This abstracts the POS away from the environmental factors of a bar, such as water damage, people messing with cables, and utilizing a cattle mentality towards our POS systems with fast replacement of VMs instead of fixing or upgrading.
3. Since we use Windows clients VM. We need a license for each one, so we use Windows Hyper-V for the datacenter license which allows us to license each of the 30-80 clients per restaurant using AVMA and saving on individual licenses.

What we are planning to implement to improve our systems considering that we are locked to windows:

1. Cheap, but power Mini servers with enterprise hardware (up to 64GB of RAM, single socket, U.2 drives) essentially running as blade servers (4-6 per site). This would allow the restaurant to keep running even if they encounter a server failure.
2. Each mini server is running Hyper-V on Datacenter Core with KVM over IP and API based management using redfish. They are all clustered together and have enough capacity to live migrate VMs in the case of a server going down.
3. Packer + Terraform + Ansible to build and deploy clusters, allowing fast deployment for the fast scaling of building new restaurants without onsite presence needed.

A potential path to Linux?

1. Oracle Simphony running oracle linux is supported, but support would be hard to get. It would lead to need to deeply understand a new operating system and fix it ourselves even though we pay for a support contract.
2. Oracle Linux containers are officially supported, so we can run them in an edge kubernetes cluster, with the same architecture as above utilizing mini servers but would require less computer power and save costs there. Downside would be managing our own clusters. Chic-Fil-A did it, but I'm not sure I want to. I could instead use proxmox or openshift, which sounds easier, but openshift is a bit expensive compared to 4 one time $100 datacenter licenses.
3. Using the method outlined in this video: https://youtu.be/L4nqky8qGm8?t=671 We can deploy the POS and a VNC endpoint that the iPads can connect to and interact with their client.

In the end, this is all optimization, so it feels riskier to rip out an entire system that we have learned to tune well with automations based in powershell and have built a robust monitoring system around it to remediate issues quickly.
So what do you think? Is there a better way, or should we stick to windows as it works well right now and is the best supported?

About a week and a half ago I got a new motherboard, but upon doing a fresh install of Windows 11 I couldn't get to the login screen without a BSOD stopping me every time. I tried pretty much every single thing to fix it to no avail, so I threw in the towel and took it to Micro Center for someone to figure it out. The technician said "The issue was that the windows OS was looking for the security keys set by the motherboard, but the motherboard had none. In order to get the desktop working I updated the BIOs and cleared the motherboards TMP that house the keys." and said that it could now boot into Windows, but of course I'm still getting the same BSODs.
Am I better off just sticking with my old motherboard? I'm going to try to either take my PC back to MC or at least get a refund, but at this point using the old one seems like the only solution. Like I said I've tried pretty much everything to fix it, plus I tested 2 of the same mobo just to make sure the first one I got wasn't faulty but I had the same issue with the second one so I'm about to chalk this up to Windows just being weird because it seems like I'm the only person that's ever had this problem.

Hey everyone. FTM of a 6 week old here. I am feeling guilty at the moment and I am trying to navigate those feelings but am also I guess trying to figure out how is everyone doing it. Everyday, I am learning than another thing I do is going to mess my child. Cosleeping is bad, swings are bad, pacifiers are bad, baby falling asleep on the breast is bad, too many contact naps are bad, toys with flashing lights are bad, certain wake times should be followed, et cetera et cetera. Also, I did hear of the term mom wars but haven't conceptualised it before very recently.
This morning I was scrolling on facebook and saw a post in a group where a mom was really upset. She was saying that she was mad with her husband as he tended to watch TV when he was the one taking care of their 11 week old. This was shocking to me. Her feelings are valid, of course, I think she was saying that she makes a lot of effort to avoid all screens, even as background, and she felt unsupported in her parenting decision. But what was shocking is I never even thought about that as a potential issue in newborns. And I started feeling very guilty as the tv is most of the time running since my LO was born. Of course, we play, read, go for car rides, walks. But I am EBF so she is on the breast a lot (I follow her lead and she tends to comfort suck too) and as expected she does sleep a lot (and I am not able to get her to nap independently) so it was natural for me to just pop a Netflix show in the background. Now I wonder how to rearrange my days differently.
I guess my question is: what do you guys do? Am I messing her up? And for those who are strict on screen time (and are currently on leave), what handsfree activities do you do instead? Thanks a lot

My PC disconnects devices for a second from time to time, keyboard turns off and on and it makes the disconnection sound, it happens almost every day.
I have external drives connected and it doesn’t do anything to them, they function without interruption, the screen doesn’t blip along with them, it does freeze for a little bit but picks up like nothing happened.
I have a quad cast S microphone and if I have it muted, it turns back on (not muted) when that happens (just as if I unplugged it and plugged back in)
It happens more often when I’m running an antivirus scan or playing a game but I since I tried streaming, when it happens, camera freezes and I have to plug and unplug the mic because it messes up the sound.
PSU was changed because the default one was awful but problem persists, PSU problem was my biggest fear as the default PSU had a very low tier ranking and wasn't even recommended for PC's with GPU's.
Different Power outlets were tried as well so it's not that
I checked several times and everything is connected properly, changed the SLI slot on the GPU, changed RAM slots, etc.
It is not overheating as I monitor the temps regularly
I THINK I’ve noticed it happens more often if PC had been off for a while (I never turn it off but that's just for personal preference)
Also, when I bought it a few times it just froze completely, forcing me to restart with the button, that has happened a few more times but just like two times in the past six months.
Which component should I blame?
I’ve googled and no answer was found that matched my exact problem.
Programs like browsers, Photoshop, premiere, etc. DON'T CRASH nor have any issue when it happens. Games sometimes are affected but I'd say about 5-10% of the time
I ran the usual checks and no issues were detected
Windows was reinstalled several times too

I set up a series of nested tables with Better Roll Tables based on Biomes and I'm trying to get make it a one click Macro. This is what I want the macro to do but I'm absolutely shit at macros and don't know where to start:

1. Ask me for a target number on a d6 to see if the encounter happens.
2. Roll a d6 and if its that number or lower move to next step.
3. Pop up a window with a drop down to ask me what table I want to roll on (i can define the tables in the macro).
4. Roll on that table with Better Roll tables.

I ask that you include idiot prof instructions for adding tables down the line as I'm an Idiot. I thank you guys so much for the help! I have pretty much mastered almost all aspects of foundry but for whatever reason Macros/ any coding escapes me.

I received a call from an 800 number today. The man on the phone was American, judging by his accent (or lack thereof, being that I live in SoCal). He said his name was Mike and that he was calling from Apple ID Support (or something along those lines). He then explained that they had received a request on my Apple ID account to change my email address, and that this request was made from Vancouver, Canada. He then asked if I was the one who made this request, to which I replied "No."
I was already semi-certain that this was a scam, but I like to mess with these guys, so I humored him. Next, he asked if he could send a code to my phone so that he could confirm my identity, to which I replied "sure." This is where it got scary. I am 38 years old and a web developer. I know what a legitimate Apple MFA popup looks like. While I was on this phone call, I had the call on speaker and I was in another unrelated app (not a browser). The message I then received was not a text message. An actual Apple MFA box popped up on my phone screen over the app I was currently using, saying something along the lines of "Did you request that your email address be changed?" with Confirm and Deny option buttons. I clicked deny. I then explained to the rep that I still felt that this might be a scam call. He assured me that it wasn't and encouraged me to go to apple.com/support to look up the phone number on this page and call them back on said number. He never resorted to calling me names or getting nasty like all scammers have done in the past when I've called them out. I told the person that I would call them back and hung up.
So I googled the number they called from, and it's a legitimate Apple Support number. I called the number back and was connected to Apple Care support. During this call, I received another MFA message asking me to confirm my identity, and since I knew I made this call to a legitimate number, I confirmed and was connected to an agent. The agent told me that Apple will NEVER call you in response to an email address change, and also confirmed that no attempts to change any emails had occurred on my account. She also said that she had no record of any calls being made to me by Apple support today. All of this confirms that the call I received was indeed a scam, but I'm still in disbelief mostly because of a few key factors:

• The scammer was able to send a legitimate MFA message/question to my phone.
• The scammer didn't freak out when I accused them of being a scammer.
• The scammer encouraged me to call the number back and to visit apple.com to find a support number myself in order to call them back rather than cutting the call.

I'm not surprised that they were able to spoof the Apple support number, but the rest is mind-blowing.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I am floored by the level of sophistication that was employed here. What are your thoughts?

I really don't care what the consensus on reddit is about the MiG-23 M variants. The jet is utter dog shit where it is being constantly up tiered to fight F16s, F15s etc. The missiles RARELY come close to hitting due to their affinity for prioritizing flares that weren't even dispensed from the locked on air craft, rather than its hot exhaust of its afterburner.
So many of you here say that its a skill issue when its not. I have played this Vehicle flanking and popping up, flanking while staying low and fast, going straight in and low, and going strait in high up and there is nothing you can do. I'd rather take the fucking chaika out in 11.3 BR because at least i could force an over shoot with it. Periodically you CAN get a kill or two with the R24Ts, but that's after your whole team is dead and their headed back to base to rearm.
the usual match goes like this: You push in, try and catch the enemy team off guard (you cant because there's a huge fucking red icon that indicates player name and vehicle type) and you fire a missile or two at an unsuspecting (to you) jet. That jet randomly flares just to be safe (pre flare) and the missile goes stupid. THEN a mirage or f16 or f15 or MiG 29 comes in to sweep you up because you were proxy spotted. You're neither faster in top speed or acceleration and their gaining on you. you die.
There's two fixes that can be made without changing the BR of the MiG 23 itself:
1) Eliminate or reduce the range of the red HUD markers to actually make you use your search radar. I can see some issues in match length existing due to a players hiding or just not being found. This could be fixed by adding an automatic "blind Hunt" activation after 3 or how ever many minutes of inactivity from the losing side.
2) Eliminate the on screen Missile Diamonds since a passive lock and track is the entire point of extended range IR missiles. I see no issues here except for people that want their hand held and can't / won't acknowledge the purpose of IR missiles
You shouldn't have to play Sim battles to use your jet the way its suppose to be implemented, and RB shouldn't hold your hand THAT much. I've always enjoyed the third person gameplay, but too much HUD ruins the employment of tactics, and weaponry.
