I will try to my best to be as concise as possible. My mother passed away two years ago and her home was placed into a trust to protect the asset. It was to be divided into two equal parts when sold, for my sibling and I. The home was worth about $1,000,000. After some repairs and real-estate costs/fees we ended up with about $800,000. My sibling has had problems with drug abuse and over spending, so her trust was supposed to be a spendthrift trust and mine was not. The lawyer who drew up the trust, created one trust, that was split into two spendthrift trusts, one for me and one for my sibling. It was not supposed to be this way. I am the PR of the estate which has little to no value. I apparently trusted the attorney when I should have not. They were recommended by a family member. As PR, I did not see the trust agreement until a year after it was signed and my mother passed. Not to mention, the same lawyer dropped us as a client because the same family member and lawyer are sueing my mothers estate over a real estate partnership agreement that has nothing to do with the property involved in the spendthrift trust. The trustee is a financial institution. They gave me a lump sum of $10,000 and has agreed me to pay me $2,000 a month and nothing more, as they can only pay the beneficiary interest earned on the principle. They have refused to pay for high interest credit card debt, medical bills, and more. I have been out of work for over 3 months with monthly expenses over $5,000 a month as I use to make over $130,000 a year. I work in a small industry where it is difficult to find a job, and our emergency fund is dwindling. I am about to take a job making $50,000 a year just so we can make it by and we are also cutting back on our spending. With that being said, is there anything I can do? Can I fight the spendthrift trust? Or should I attempt to move the trust to another financial institution? In the trust agreement, I am allowed to move the trust once every 5 years.

When I was growing up, my parents moved us around alot. I have 3 siblings, 1 brother and 2 sisters. We moved around so much I met so many people but I never made any real friends, we stopped moving and stayed in one place for a few years, I made a "friend" there, later I realized he liked my older brother more than me, they were friends, not me. That was a real emotional punch.we all moved and than moved again, and again, and we finally made it to a place called tipton, we stayed there for 4 years, I made a real friend there, and even met a girl I really liked, but she didnt like me in the same way, how could she? Theres so many better, more interesting people around. Tword the end of our time living in tipton, my only friend got a girlfriend and she got pregnant. Thats about the time we stopped talking, He has a life to live now. My little sister at the time, she made some bad choices and met this guy colby, a nastly drug addicted pos, he turn this sweet innocent girl into a heroine using meth head, he knocked her up three times, and convinced her that all the choices she made were our fault. Alot of other stuff happened but shes not around anymore. My big sister moved out back then too, I was still just 17 maybe 18 at the time, my parents decided to buy a rv and leave tipton and took me and my older brother out of state, we went to Colorado. Lived there for 4 years and than went to nevada for 6 months and thanwe came back to our home state when mom and dad lost their jobs, I was never able to finish high school and never made any friends, for the last 5 years we have been traveling in the same old state and just living on what we had.
Whats really been getting to me for the last few years, Is all my life we have been moving, I never had a girlfriend, no romantic relationship, that girl I liked back in tipton, she told me I was too boring, and that I'm not good enough. All the females in the schools I went to mostly avoided me. Im convinced I'm never going to find anyone to be with. On top of that my dad has always been a drinker, lots of beer every night. When he dinks he kinda mentally abused and bully me, more so than when he wasnt drunk, and because of how I grew up I never learned to think fast enough to defend myself with words like most people do, again never had any friends to talk to lile that.
Most recently I moved in with my cousin, Lets call him J, he knows alot about my family and how I grew up, even saw some of it. So when we started talking again, he would ask questions about life, and honestly, I told him the truth about some of it. Him and his girlfriend M, got a home together and weeks later they invited me over to hang out, and we did that a few times, when I first walked into their home it felt lile I was finally back home, about 10 years of not living in a house. It feels different, the two of them said they were already talking about me moving in before I even asked them, so it was a easy yes, I guess. Been here for almost 2 weeks. Theyre the greatest couple I have ever seen.
Ofcourse seeing them be so romantic and stuff, its been hitting me even harder, how much I have always felt alone, been alone, how I will probably never be in a romantic relationship, and at this point thats all I want, its been so bad, I never really though about suicide before. But the months before I moved here It started coming to mind, and now everytime I see them cuddle up or kiss, I get a deep feeling in my chest, my mind feels like its going to fall apart. The other night I found myself just looking at nothing while deep in my thoughts running so many of my problems through my head I started crying. Had to be quite tho, didnt wanna get anyones attention in the middle of the night, I cant ever sleep well and lately its been getting harder and harder to eat.
I dont know what to do with myself. I cant bring myself to commit suicide, so thats off the table, too shy and scared of opening up to J or M even though their so easy to talk to. Theres the two of them and their kids, there so many around me now, I was a part of a family of six and now this family of six has invited me to be here. I still feel all alone.
I bearly get any sleep, I just wanna cuddle up with someone and fall asleep.

So I show up to work like 2 weeks ago and everything is in a mess and something bad happens which causes my symptoms. So it starts as pain in my neck then shoots up my and down my neck on the left side, then the left side of my face felt like it went numb but not completely..not sure how to explain it any better. Like, I could still touch my face and feel it, also I could smile and had no weakness in my left arm. When it shot down i felt like a warm felling in the chest that rushed back up..I've been battling health anxiety and check my blood pressure constantly, in the morning and nights it's under 120/70. I have had horrible spikes that have sent it to 220/110 once. Since that my left side of my face feels heavy and my left eye has started to twitch. I've seen my doc and he ran blood tests and my bp was high to start like 165/80 then after awhile fell to 130/70. He said to contact him if it keeps happening and I'm thinking I am doing it to myself. Was this a tia or stroke that I had? I know I shouldn't but I google these symptoms and it's like go to the hospital immediately. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well we all have issues with the wasteland, ghouls breaking in and eating your food, gangs of raiders chasing you with spears, or random scavengers boarding up your door in an instant. Today I bring some new content and some solutions for a few of these issues.

This is a new gimmick for base building, when surrounding your entire base, creatues and players may not spawn in it or 2 spaces around it, same rule applies to anyone else trying to build around your base that isn't you or your team mates, this only works if you completely surround your base, corners must be secured as well. Plants and rocks can still spawn in it so floors are advised if you don't want it to be cluttered up or if one of your walls break, ruining the anti spawn/anti place effect. Special ruling applies when players from different teams build, if a player helps you close in your 'house', you both can build without restriction, this can be good for team mates when their team leader dies to not cause issues, down fall is that raiders can cause more issues.

I personally believe shorting Squarespace is safer than investing in the bloated index funds right now. Because of the announced acquisition at $44 dollars per share, it won't realistically exceed that or trade at that level while the acquisition undergoes. The projected date for the acquisition is sometime in the fourth quarter. That leaves plenty of time for the price to slip farther from $44 dollars as institutions and longtime holders exit satisfied with their gains and unwilling to wait till the fourth quarter to make 1.5% that is the 65 cents from the peak of 43.35 (which I happened to enter my initial 1.3k short position of margin on). This is not a high risk, high reward trade. This is an easy one or two percent in two weeks on large amounts of money. I do manage more money than I have in my personal account, and for my personal account, 1.3k is significant and I will be putting in more. There will be NO retail investors seeking 1.5% over six months. There will be NO institutions that don't sell tomorrow or within a week after identifying new opportunities. No more money will be made long. It is all short. 1-2 or even 3% gains in a very small period of time, then I will roll over the money into something new before interest on my margin eats it up. I hope to put in another 5k soon but if my balance doesn't settle by tomorrow the perfect window of opportunity I seized today could pass. Good luck to everyone and goodnight.

Made three recks of baby back ribs yesterday for Mother’s Day. I smoked them at 225°F using the 2-2-1 method and hickory pellets. They turned out amazing! You can check my previous post for the recipe if you want. Highly recommend! Will be attempting a brisket soon for Memorial Day.

Somthing identical to this, but RGB lights. Wondering if there's anything out there that looks like it's high(er) quality? I see a few that are either wired or cheap ($30), but no product that looks trustworthy and of at least decent quality.

I pulled an all nighter and completed 2,7,8,10 and i have chapter 5 & 8 to study for today. In the morning when i tried to recall MY MIND IS FULL BLANK. I tried to recall calmly but still it wont work. I completed my revision for like 2-3 times before and yet i feel this. Don’t say that i can recall in the exam hall which i can’t even do now with a peaceful mind. I’m shit scared. This is my first attempt and i wrote all the others really well and god please i just need 40 and nothing more🙏🙏🙏 people have gone through this phase please enlighten me.

I am a ninth grader who is still doing kumon. My mom made me start VERY late (middle school) so I wouldn't lose grip of the "basics" in middle/high school.
I do sports all 3 seasons - jv volleyball, jv basketball, and jv soccer, but I have just been pulled up for varsity soccer for playoffs. Therefore I am extremely busy year round and have practice everyday, and if i don't, i play club lacrosse.
My parents also want me to have straight a's, if I get a b+ or a-, i get yelled at and I have to pull it up to an A asap. It's been impossible to keep my grades up, play sports well, and do kumon everyday, since I get home around 6-7 everyday or even have games, and then I need the rest of my night to do school work and be prepared.
therefore, i get piled up with kumon on the weekends, generally about 2 weeks behind having me to do 6-7 sets on saturday and 6-7 more on sunday. I don't even go to the center anymore due to my busy schedule and my mom just picks up my work.
I don't score too well on my kumon, which makes it harder for me to convince my parents to let me quit. But the thing is, if any of the topics I get on kumon comes up during math/english class, I do them very well. I think I see kumon as a chore and don't put 100% into it.
I've been constantly reminding my parents of how it doesn't benefit or apply to any of the things I am doing and how busy I am and that kumons whole "practive everyday" theory is useless on me because I have such a busy schedule, but they constantly remind me that I keep scoring bad and they get SUPER mad at me and tell me to "accept it".
If we lose our next game, I won't have any more practices for high school and travel soccer practices twice a week, but I have to study REALLY hard for my finals. I can't continue to do kumon. As of now, I have 6-7 sets to fix, 14 sets of kumon to do by tomorrow, but I have a game tomorrow and 3 math sheets to do for final review. I really need to quit, but my parents always get so mad and never hear me out. What should i do?

Ma tot gandeam la Volume Injection de la Redken, dar am auzit reviews si bune si rele si avand in vedere ce lung e parul meu presupun ca e oricum cam relativa treaba, dar chiar as vrea ceva care sa ajute - preferabil sampon/balsam/masca/leave-in pentru ca nu prea suport cum se simt spray-urile in parul meu.
P.S: as vrea și recomandări de produse pentru protecție termica bune si nu prea scumpe (pentru că le termin foarte repede)

I don't know if this scorecard belongs, but I found this Reddit yesterday, so a little story:
Florence, Kentucky is a suburb of Cincinnati, in Northern Kentucky. So yes, it's like walking to the plate with an 0-2 count, but don't laugh Quebec City, you had an NHL team once. I went to a game between the Quebec Capitales & the Florence Y'alls (see below) with some family. I took a printout of one of my Excel scorecards (a cross between the Eephus Halfliner & the 72 Double Play) to help pass the time between advertisements between pitches, kids races, and other accoutrements of minor-minor-minor league baseball.
We had seats on the aisle behind home plate, and during the middle of the sixth inning, it was our "turn" to be visited by the home team's mascot. The mascot was some guy in a red suit with a head shaped like a water tower, this town's primary claim to fame. The tower's fame, along Interstate 75, was secured when it was repainted with the phrase "Florence Y'all". It had originally been painted with "Florence Mall", while the mall was still under construction in the 1970's. However, there was a law in Kentucky that stated that billboards advertising something that doesn't exist were illegal. But, why just paint over the word Mall or sue against an obviously anti-First Amendment law, when you can make a nationwide fool out of yourself?
Anyway, as the mascot came up the aisle, he looked at my scorecard, pointed at it, and shrugged his shoulders with his palms up in a "What are you doing?" gesture...several times, for about a minute. I ignored him. My family was petrified. Obviously this was some lousy high schooler, but this was an embarrassment for this organization and the league. If you don't want people who like baseball to show up, then just run a pay-to-enter playground with adjacent bar. May this entire league go belly-up tomorrow.
By the way, their official scorekeeper was incompetent, incorrectly scoring an throwing error on a double play ball as a fielder's choice, incorrectly counting an earned run as unearned, at least according to the league's web site on my phone, and what I would consider an error was scored as a single. But, OK.
There was also a de facto curfew because the home plate umpire started ignoring the pitch clock, had a three-foot wide strike zone, starting in the bottom of the fifth inning, and missing an obvious hit-by-pitch (you could hear it, the place was quieter than a library). That's not surprising, but yeah, I guess no one involved with this league actually considers baseball as anything other than a sideshow--where no one thinks the results are important. So, why should I? But, hey, that makes the Frontier League just like The Show.

My wife is a big KOL fan so we've decided to drive 10hr from Canada to Boston (the closest performance) for the October concert at the MGM music hall. Don't have a big budget for the trip, just going to see the show. Currently looking at hotels for that time in the vicinity of the show and can't believe the prices. The worst hotel is still going to be in the $600 range for 2 nights. Just can justify spending that kind of money on that.
Looking for advice from fellow boston fans, where is the best area to stay that is outside that expensive downtown area, but still accessible. We will have a vehicle, don't know what traffic or parking would be like in that area, if that's an option. Just don't know what is the best option, we don't travel enough to have any creative solutions to our issue.

President Joe Biden on Monday signed legislation banning the import of Russian enriched uranium, starting a 90-day countdown until limits on shipments of the reactor fuel take effect.
Biden’s signature also unlocks some $2.7 billion in spending, previously approved by Congress, to build up domestic uranium supplies for US nuclear plants. That money was contingent on the federal government imposing limits on Russian uranium imports.
The move, which comes as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine grinds into its third year, carries risks. Russia is America’s top foreign source of the fuel, supplying about a quarter of the uranium used in US reactors, according to Energy Department data. Russia makes about $1 billion a year from those sales. Cutting off that supply could raise uranium prices 20%, according to Jonathan Hinze, president of nuclear fuel market research firm UxC.
But the legislation lets the Energy Department issue waivers allowing the import of Russian enriched uranium until 2028 if no alternative source is found or if the imports are determined to be in the national interest.
There’s also the possibility Russia could retaliate. In December Tenex, a Russian state-owned uranium supplier, warned American customers that the Kremlin might preemptively bar exports of its nuclear fuel to the US if lawmakers imposed a ban.
Fletcher T. Newton, president of Tenex-USA, Inc. said in an interview the company “fully intends to honor all of their contractual commitments in the United States.” But Tenex, he said, has no control over whatever action the Kremlin might take.
US nuclear plant owners have been planning for a ban. A spokesman for Constellation, the largest U.S. nuclear plant operator, said the company has worked with suppliers to secure enough fuel to power their operations into 2029, with contracts extending beyond then.
But analysts say there may still be smaller plant operators that haven’t fully prepared for the disruption. And fuel supplier Centrus Energy Corp., which is based in the US but relies on Tenex for the majority of the uranium it delivers, warned in its most recent annual report that a ban would pose “a significant risk” to the business.
“While we have other sources, they are not sufficient to replace the Tenex supply,” the report said. The company plans to apply for waivers.
The US was once a leading supplier of enriched uranium but lost its edge in the industry decades ago. The country now has just one commercial enrichment facility in New Mexico, owned by Urenco Ltd., a British, Dutch and German consortium. Centrus, based in Bethesda, Maryland, began production in October at a pilot project in Piketon, Ohio, and eventually expects the site to supply as much as 900 kilograms a year of specialized, highly enriched reactor fuel to be used in a new breed of advanced reactors.
Centrus also has secured approximately $900 million in conditional sales commitments to support a plan to produce conventional, low-enriched uranium reactor fuel, Chief Executive Officer Amir Vexler said Wednesday on an earning call. The company intends to compete for billions of dollars in funding the Energy Department will make available to support domestic enrichment, he said.
The Energy Department plans to use the $2.7 billion to help rebuild the domestic supply chain by creating a guaranteed buyer of American-made reactor fuel. Companies that could benefit from the spending include ConverDyn, a joint venture between Honeywell International Inc. and General Atomics that provides uranium conversion services, and Global Laser Enrichment, owned jointly by Silex Systems LTD and and Cameco Corp.
“To reduce – and ultimately eliminate – our current dependence on Russian uranium for civilian nuclear power reactors, the most important step the US government can take is to invest in US commercial enrichment,” the White House National Security Council said in a statement.

I was just pondering and I honestly realized that I hate my highschool and I can't move anywhere because my parents dissapprove and its the nearest one too me. Its a private highschool and they pay hefty amounts and my parents say I should be grateful for putting me in this school and complain how much it costs but im not grateful at all I hate this fucking highschool lmao ive never once said "i want to attend "this school" or "I love "my school."" I've literally told/asked her I can go to any public school, go to a boarding school (I know this is more expensive but), ANYTHING, but they deny that too. With that being said, is it possible to attend a good college? I am aiming high high (ivy) because 1. im asian 2. i want to. But I feel like without enjoying my school, I'm already at a disadvantage. I am reaching junior year and my counselor is telling me to drop 3 ap classes (I take 5 next year) and "engage" with the school because "colleges youre aiming for don't want just nerdy kids, infact everyone has the same 3.9 and even higher gpa than you so you need to engage with your school," but I don't have a single fucking thought of staying at my school other than the start and end. I know someone will say "find out why you hate the school bla bla bla" yea thats not an answer, unless it truly is impossible to get into an AMAZING college without enjoying your highschool.

Hello, fairly new to gardening but was able to score a couple awesome raised beds for a great deal. My wife and I are wanting to grow a little vegetable garden and are curious what’s the best method of feeling these beds?
We got 2, 8 ft long, 2 ft wide, 2 ft tall boxes.
I was told doing a layer of cardboard at the very bottom and then pack as many sticks as I can about a foot high then just soil for the top half is the way to go. But then I also heard about this lasagna method and it’s got me wondering if that’s worth doing.
