Has anyone else experienced ChatGPT.com lagging with long chats? I started noticing this last week and it becomes extremely laggy to the point that its unusable unless I refresh the page. I tried turning off hardware accel / turning it back on, but that doesn't seem to solve it.
My guess is ChatGPT is running into memory issues / some sort of blocking of the event loop.
Platform: Windows Looking at task manager my memory / cpu never exceeded 50% when using chatgpt, so nothing to do with hardware. Been using chatgpt for the past 3 years and it has been pretty fast, no lag.
P.S: yes I am sure this is not network lag, when moving to a different tab and back, sometimes the tab turns white which indicates a performance / memory issue with the web app code itself.

Hello everyone, I would like to give you some background information before I ask a few generic questions just to see everyone else's experience with Arc on Windows 11, which I have been using for a few weeks now.
For system specs I am running a Core i5 13600KF + 32GB DDR5 6000MT/s CL40 + Z790 Steel Legend + Gammix S70 Blade Gen 4 2TB /w 2x 2TB 970 Evo Plus for storage and a RX 6600 8GB GPU at 1440p170 if that matters on Windows 11 Pro with latest drivers + updates and a tweaked OS for performance, as well as a 1000/50 cable internet hardwired connection. I use my desktop for gaming and web development.
I usually cycle between an array of browsers to test their updates, performance and functionality every 8-12 months. I've just recently added Arc to this (Edge, Vivaldi, Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Waterfox, Brave and Duckduckgo are the others.) and for the most part I've been enjoying it, and mostly still just messing around here and there with functionality and settings. There are some things I find odd, and would just like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same "issues".

1. Performance. I'm not quite sure what's going on here but for the first week of using Arc the browser seemed quite fast to me but starting with week two it seems everything just loads much, much slower. I do have a myriad of extensions across all browsers, so most are setup with as much as the same extensions when possible to keep it as consistent across each browser. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if this purely due to extensions within Arc? I know most extensions are similar across each browser with Chromium based browsers being mostly identical for extensions but Arc is still it's own separate browser. It's probably the slowest browser I do have.
   
2. I always have my web browsers remember previous sessions in case of unwanted crashing or other system related issues. Arc seems to not always bring back tabs that were opened previously, and if it does or I restart my system, web pages are white and blank until I hover my mouse over each individual element. Has anyone else experienced this?
   

Those are my my main two issues, the browser is relatively new on Windows compared to others so it's not the end of the world, and for the most part I love seeing a new browser in the space and testing it out. Keep up the good work! Thanks for reading my post.

I’ve been using bunq for a month now and have tested out nearly all the features. I will give an honest review, both the positives and negatives.
Positives: - It is really quick and easy to set up. - Ordering a card is 100% FREE. - You get a free trial for a month and can switch between plans to test them all out so you know what one suits you best when your free trial ends. - Bunq is very secure and safe, money is insured. - You can have multiple bank accounts (Ibans), this is really useful for sorting currency’s or to have a local Iban for another country. - The saving interest rate (In Ireland currently) is 2.46% which is a good standard. - There is a lot of customisation tools to make the app personal to you which is a great. They have helpful budgeting tools so you can see visually what you are spending your money on. - They recently added a new feature where you can check the currency exchange rate of other countries, check what plugs (sockets) they use, check if tipping is expected and what percentage you should tip. They also advise how much cash you should withdraw when visiting that country. - You can store all your loyalty cards on the app for quick access to them. - They have an Ai Bot called Finn which is really helpful and can answer any question. - The human customer support is also really helpful, any issues I’ve had have been resolved almost immediately by them. - They help the world by planting trees for you for free when you use the app, spend money and engage with fun features like the wheel of fortune. - They give FREE travel insurance as a benefit if you use their premium plan.
Negatives: - It’s not free, there is a free plan but to make the most of the app you want a paid plan, its monthly subscription and there is different plans and prices to choose from to best suit your budget and needs. - One thing I noticed is that the physical card quality is not the best, all the functions of the card work exceptionally well but I just find the physical card to feel flimsy, it also picks up scratches easily and the printing quality of the name and numbers on the back isn’t the best compare to other cards I’ve had. This is a very minor flaw though and doesn’t affect the quality of the actual service in any way. I would hope they would bring back metal cards which they had before but discontinued them. - Although the customer support agents are really helpful.. they can take a while to reply, I found on average around 4-7 days. They do have emergency SOS help which I have only used once and they replied within minutes. This is only to be used if there is a series issue like money being withdrawn from your account that you didn’t approve of. - Not everything is customisable, you can change the picture and colours of some accounts and balances, and others you can’t. I think they need to allow everything to be customised, including loyalty cards. This would overall improve the aesthetic of the app.
Overall I think is a great bank and I will continue to use it as my main bank. The negatives are very minor and the positives definitely make this a great choice. If your on the border of trying it, just do it. You won’t regret it. If your someone who likes travelling too this is definitely the best option you will find. The team is constantly improving the app too with great, regular updates. Hopefully the team read this too and work towards tweaking a few of the negatives I listed. Thanks for reading :)

He co-founded the company in 2009 to commercialize a laser-based “pico projector.” The idea, he says, is to “take a display of iPad size and compress it into the size of an iPhone.” More specifically, to shrink a projector to “the size of a grain of rice” and use it to project on-screen images, video, games, websites, e-mail—you name it—onto any larger surface.
The core technology is a “scanning fiber” projector that uses fiber optics and a vibrating element to scan an image and blow it up, for example, to a size of 17 inches across from just five inches away. A matchbook-size assembly of laser diodes (off the shelf) provides the light source to project the image. You could imagine such a projector might be crammed into a smartphone and used anytime you want a bigger display to interact with, for reading text or watching a video, say.
Enravel has five employees, and its technology was built over the past few years using $8 million in funding for a related endoscopic imaging project (led by Eric Seibel) and $100,000 in grants. The company expects to finish its portable prototype by next month, and to have a standalone product by the end of next year.

The scanning fiber endoscope is an ultrathin and flexible endoscope for the early detection and treatment of cancers within the body. The SFE can be used as a surveillance device with the goal of improving our chances of survival from cancer.
A scanning fiber endoscope is a technology that uses a flexible, small (< 6Fr) peripheral or coronary catheter to provide wide-field, high-quality, full-color, laser-based video imaging. I’ve been trying to transfer schools for a couple years (haven’t had any luck yet, unfortunately) and something that’s been really helpful for me is checking the school survey results. Pay particular attention to the sections about school commitment, teacher-principal trust and classroom behavior. This has been a great resource for me to figure out which schools are worth applying to. For example, I was thinking about applying to a school that has a good reputation, but I checked the survey and only 52% of teachers recommend working there.

Trying to find a Halloween book from maybe 90’s or early 2000’s. All I can remember is you would rub pictures on the pages and ghosts/skeletons etc would appear.

I would really like to get better with the eyeliner and feel like that could be as good for all of our relationships as hours of mani-pedis per week would. - I am also dating a woman, is it OK that she not get me a mani-pedi? Or do I need to get her a mani pedi? Or can she just join me on one of the mani-pedi dates and we can call it good? - What happens with NB partners? Are they exempt from this whole mani-pedi thing? Or is it like an opt in for them? - If I need to squeeze in my mani-pedi obligation to Birch, but I have a date with Aspen the next day, do I need to remove the polish before I see Aspen? Or can I get a French mani-pedi and just call it good? - Can I use the same mani-pedi shop for all of my mani-pedis, or do I need one per partner? - Can i do all my weekly mani-pedis in one go? So just hang in there shop getting each session churned through, so like Aspen really likes bold bright colours, I’d get one for him, and then take a pick, send it to Aspen, and remove the polish to swap it over for Birch who prefers more traditionally sexy colours? - If I see a woman who seems to change her polish often, does that mean she’s probably seeing multiple men? Or is it more likely that she just likes to change it up? I would like more platonic poly friends. - Women with multiple male partners, how do you find the time? Are there mani-pedi shops you can work from? - Is there anything else I need to know about this?

My son and I started making Roblox videos - we do it just for fun and it’s really become one of my favorite things we do. He asked for people to leave a comment in the last video but probably no one is actually going to watch it without a push. I’m hoping a couple people could leave a comment of their favorite colour on the YT video. It’s about Rainbow Friends and you can just type a colour. It would be awesome if I could tell him real people’s comments plus good for the channel (We have no subs at the moment :) Greatly appreciate if you took a moment to read this. Just started last week or so as an OFA. There are some issues that I see already. My store in my opinion is under staffed. There are multiple times in the day where the service desk (millwork for an example) is vacant. Also I am new so I don’t really know how to page and the handheld is useless when you don’t have an extension. Also just because I wear my apron people assume that I’m a master of whatever “projects” they are doing. Had a rude customer get upset at me the other day because I was shadowing a coworker while he was helping a customer. The guy said “what’s it take two people to help one customer? I need some service” when he said it and how he said it ruined my day. There are also times where I am constantly pulled to do something all while I’m picking a BOPIS. Items are not the easiest either. There’s been multiple instances where the product is not where it says it is or the price of the item is different. I’m constantly called up front to help with pulling an orde helping loading the product into someone’s vehicle. I know that we are timed when picking. I spent at least 15 mins looking for a specific washer. The fact that I don’t have any licenses for equipment also makes my job harder. It’s hard to find someone to help with a team lift. The labels for the location is confusing even for me. It’s a lot of walking but I need to because of my weight. The co workers are cool and chill. But it can be a demanding job already. I was thrown into the wolves and had yesterday by myself and today for a little while. I can’t see myself doing this job for no more than a year. Not saying it’s a bad company. Just that there so many flaws from day to day and I am new and see them. Lastly I would like to mention this older lady stopped me from doing a task and rambled on about “a product that wasn’t an arm and a leg for ant traps” I pointed a few out but she was just picking at my brain. As I was watching her face to show that I was listening to what she was saying, she had both sides corner of her mouth with that white stuff that accumulates I guess when someone has dry mouth. I kept staring at her lips. Then finally she licked the left side of her mouth and literally took the substance from her corner and it went on her tongue. It was pretty disgusting but I understand that she’s a human being. So I guess we get all different walks of life in our store. Sorry for the long post but I knew that I wanted to post my thoughts on Reddit. Thanks for reading…..

Hello this is my first time posting on here and I don’t really know how to do this but I’ll try my best. For context, I’m 15, black and AFAB.
It’s been a year now since I started suspecting I might be autistic, after a few months of that suspicion I told my mom about it. She didn’t really believe me but she decided to take me to a therapist to "reassure me". So I went to the therapist and he discussed with my mom, but after 15 minutes of talking with her, he said "I work with autistic people and you’re nothing like them so you can’t be autistic". I didn’t insist, I couldn’t get words out of my mouth. After that, I kept researching, but not as much as before. I was still experiencing the symptoms/traits like usually, but I stopped telling my mom. Now my problem is this last week in particular has been particularly rough/tiring. For example at school, I could hear every single noise in class (people flipping pages, clicking their pens, bracelets against the tables etc) and wanted to plug my ears in every class but I didn’t want to seem like an attention seeker, so I didn’t. I kept forcing myself to speak to the point it started hurting my throat and getting it dry, tho sometimes I just couldn’t speak and had to shrug to teachers. At the canteen (I normally don’t eat there, but it was a special thing when they gave us breakfast) you’re supposed to wait in line but my school doesn’t respect that so it’s just a big crowd. I stayed there for 10 minutes and wanted to cry. Of course there’s more to say, but I think I’ve said the main problems.
I really want to ask my mom for help again, but I’m not sure how and if I really should. I have a feeling she’ll say I’m just being dramatic, but I’m tired. Please help

Good evening, eveyone. I was reading the (Italian) Wikipedia page for the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri, in Rome, and it stated it hosted between the other stuff two paintings by some M. Carloni, apparently a local artist. It quotes in this regard an educational pamphlet of sort easily available on the Internet.
When I tried to check him up, however, I found no informations about him, even in the very exhaustive Biographic Dictionary of the Italians. There's a Marco Gregorio Carloni, who was an engraver rather than a painter, and there's the famous Carlo Innocenzo Carloni, who wasn't from Rome and whose first name doesn't start with an m. You may find also a living Marco Carloni, but he's very obviously not the author.
This site (http://www.santamariadegliangeliroma.it/dettagliofotosing.html?chiave=8893&lingua=ITALIANO&ramo\_home=Visita\_Guidata&codice\_url=cappella\_di\_s\_pietro) states the paintings are from the 18th century (which could very well be true) and that the painter was named Marco, but I'm afraid they might have just unquestioningly identified him with Marco Gregorio Carloni, the engraver.
So, any of you have any idea about the identity of this mysterious character?

I’m curious how it feels to write on and handle this paper! It looks a lot thinner than what I’m used to but it also seems to be able to take ink pretty well from a variety of pens and markers and paints. I’m mostly curious if it feels like you’d worry about ripping it when turning pages or if it’s got a sturdier feel than it looks like it might?
