This company honestly sounds amazing, on the Fortune Magazine top companies to work for list, the office I went to interview at seemed like it had amazing culture (kinda set up like what you’d imagine a small boujee start up company would look like with pingpong tables, Xbox’s PS4s all around), the second-round interview discussed office culture as being a big focus of theirs. There’s an all expenses paid trip to Cancun for all employees and a plus one at the end of every year, and they book some pretty insane music acts for it. Good benefits, 401k with company match. Also apparently all career promotions come from within, with the exception of some executive level positions at the Headquarters, but every middle manager all the way up to Branch Vice President is promoted from entry level.
The VP guy who did my interview even pulled up the paychecks of various employees around the office in the marketing role I was being hired for, who are in various stages of their employment to show the earning potential (30days in, 60 days in, 90days, 6 months, middle managing “Mentors” etc) and there were some crazy numbers in there, well into 6 figures, and a couple 5 figure paychecks.
The one hangup I have, while the job is Base + Commission, the “Marketing” is Door to Door appointment generation. Every employee is hired into this role in order to understand the business from the ground up. I obviously have my reservations about this, but with the numbers he was showing me, the plentiful relocation opportunities (they open up a couple new offices each year and pay a large relocation bonuses for anyone picked for the staff)… Hell…. I’d do that job wearing roast beef underwear on in a trailer park full of junkyard dogs.
Anyone have any thoughts, suggestions, experiences working for a similar company or in a similar role? It seems too good to be true and Im supposed to start within 2 weeks, and I have another actual Marketing job offer I’m considering, but idk this one intrigues me I feel like I could be good at this.. thoughts?

It worked until I told her that her sister did not swing at my granddaughter. Then she comes after me because “I was sticking up for her sister and calling my granddaughter a liar. She starts yelling that her sister punched her daughter, my granddaughter, in the face. None of which was true. My dil kept coming at me so I grabbed my shit and left. When I got home I was bombarded with texts telling me what a piece of shit Mother and grandmother I am. She proceeds to go on talking about how much money they have and that they have a boat and she makes more money than me. I told her that I could give two shits about her debt. No my son is no longer speaking with m, again. She is so toxic. She allows her 13 year old daughter to do whatever she wants. This happens every year. Is anyone else going through this type of situation? I am over it! I am going to stand back and watch this all crumble. They are a restaurant owner. I’m having trouble finding info on this from Google for Nevada labor laws. I’m concerned that my husband is soon going to be forced to work every single day without a single day off here in Vegas because they’ve fired/suspended/quit the other equivalents of his position on the shift he works.
Does anyone have a resource that can answer this for me? For context, he is not usually a full time employee so he doesn’t even get benefits if that helps anything. He works anywhere from 3-9 hours each shift (USUALLY more like 6-8 hours, depending on business).

TLDR : doing well financially after hustling away all my youth but feel terrible now, what next?
Disclaimer : I am sure some may call out my shallow behaviour and that's ok, but I would sincerely request some genuine suggestions, if possible.
Background : I am 26,M, Indian...moved to Dubai 2 months ago in search of a better life (financially and otherwise) I have hustled (not in traditional sense, but studied hard...kept my head down and did well to earn an MBA from the best institute in India...we call it IIM in India), landed a great job in Dubai, moved here with the aim of figuring my life here...(Doing well, make north of 50k AED per month in Tech)
You know as they say, money can't buy you class...well, I relate to that too much! I've always been from a humble family and while I completely acknowledge my background, I feel I should now embrace the life that I'm blessed with where I am relatively positive that I'll do good in life from here on. But, when I look in the mirror, all I see is an unhealthy, sincere salt of the earth(nothing wrong in that, except for the unhealthy part ofcourse :p) and that I am not even reaping the benefits of all the support Ive gotten by my family and my hard work to reach to this point. I have no girlfriend, no friends (home or in Dubai), and I don't even know how to dress elegantly and be presentable (im sure, there are loads of stuff that can be done to change that) I got me a great set of perfume, groom my hair and beard every second week and try to wear "hip" clothes but it all pales in the common world and I kind of, feel very uncomfortable and under confident.
I know I sound like a "wannabe", but I am sure there are better ways to live and be presentable and confident! One obvious aspect of gymming to gain confidence is something that I'm working on already, but what else?! Too shy to go to a meetup (even with my colleagues....let alone a group of strangers), too busy to spend time on anything during weekdays (my employer works the employees very hard so hardly get any spare time...)
There's definitely something that I can do to improve my personality, charm and life situation in general, isn't it?!
