2024.05.15 00:01 TheGreatSciz Wanted to give this game another chance but had some really bad experiences today
I loved vermintide and played this game a bit at launch. I really want to like it as I can’t get enough of the aesthetic. But holy shit my experience today has been so had. The frame rates are no where near stable on console which makes a bad first impression. 3 times the matchmaking put me into the same game with a glitched elevator where the whole team was stuck and couldn’t progress the mission. I finally get into a different lobby with 1 real player and 2 bots. The bots get stuck on a ladder, skipping on one another, and me and the other player get wrecked in the first enemy wave since we are at 50%. Why can’t I just play as a team of 4 starting from the beginning of a level like Helldivers? I don’t want to get thrown into a lobby where people are halfway through the level. I don’t get a chance to get my bearings or get immersed in the environment. Is the player count so bad they are on emergency matchmaking or something? Placing you in one of the few available lobbies? Have they not had time to iron out the issues/bugs with this game?

It has been a long road and I thank everyone here for the great support you’ve offered, the posts that helped our application with both timelines and checklists, and lastly the super helpful people who answers questions and calm worries. We could not have done this without this subreddit.
As usual, a timeline from us:
I used some of the checklists folks provided here, and will give my own below:
Relationship: - Marriage certificate. - individual cover letter from both applicant and sponsor. - Pictures with each other and flight details. All dated. - Passports: All pictures of applicant’s passport pages, ID page of sponsor.
Employment of Sponsor: - 6 months payslips. - 6 months bank statements. - letter from employer confirming job. - Employment contract.
Accommodation: - Letter from landlord. - Tenancy agreement. - Evidence of payments already shown in bank statements. - Council tax form.
Additional requirements: - IELTS certificate. - We did not need a TB test due to country of origin.

Hi everyone!
I am 20F getting ready to join the Washington Army National Guard. I have a 99 ASVAB score and 140 GT score, aiming for 15U so that I can (hopefully) submit a flight packet down the road to become a Warrant Officer for the CH-47s.
I am currently in school, which is why I chose the Guard, and will have at least one, if not both, of my two B.S. degrees within the next 1-2 years (I am going to school for a B.S in aerospace engineering and a B.S. in biology.)
I am wondering if anyone has any experience going from the NG to 160th? I have heard that 160th needs 15U/15T, but I don't know how difficult/possible it is to actually get into 160th from the Guard as a 15U or if I should try to submit my flight packet and then try to go to regular Army/160th.
If it has any bearing: I am in the Camp Murray/JBLM area. I also know a lot of information about Active Duty in the Army, as my dad, stepdad, and grandfather are in/were all in at some point, so I'm more looking for info about the transferring process and the Guard side of things.

I took pass fail courses at more than one university, the designation given for passing is different at each university (e.g. at one university an S is the grade for passing (Satisfactory)). For the grade, do we just leave it blank like we do with AP credit and click the Pass/Fail box, or do we indicate the grade as shown on our transcript. (So I'd type in S and also hit the Pass/Fail box)

It's not like childhood trauma I've faced but some events that traumatized me in my childhood (not personal) 1st one is the video of two brothers lynched by a crowd in Sialkot on false blasphemy charges. I can't forget that tragedy I mean people literally killed 2 brothers by beating them and no one was asking what they did. News channel used to run those videos uncensored and I still remember the faces of those brothers. 2nd one is rangers killing a man in Karachi. Don't know any background but that video still haunts me. Third one is not from childhood but still it's most traumatizing for me. The APS incident. That event literally made me fear stepping out of my house. I used to cry at night for those childrens. I was in disbelief for days that it actually happened. Can't forget these incidents.

I've been playing the game for quite a while now and it's the first mmo-rpg that I enjoyed playing every quest even the smaller ones are different so it remains fresh, another thing I love is it has dynamic events all around the world with multiple stages tons of weapons and each weapon has different abilities depending on your character and the class.
It doesn't follow the monthly fee like wow they have a free account option which Is limited like you cant use map chat ,Mounts, trade, etc the game supports it self by expansions ign currency You can also convert the money you earn in game to gems which can unlock more stories called living world.
I've read up on a lot of the lore of guild wars and the area the new expansion is taking place in by far the most interesting setting with interesting characters and history, one of the oldest mysteries in the since gw1, the wizards tower.
I really want to try this expansion out because it adds a lot to the existing lore, locations and quality of life in the game
