Voilà j'en parle ici car j'ai commencé à me confier la dessus que depuis 2023 en commençant par ma mère et maintenant a de plus en plus de monde surtout quand j'entame une relation qui pourrait s'approfondir.
Je vous explique, voilà maintenant quelques années (depuis le début collège en réalité et j'ai 21 ans maintenant) je ne ressens que peu(je peux ressentir de fortes émotion mais le temps d'une journée d'où le "peu") voir pas du tout les émotions/sentiments qu'elles soient positives ou négatives, je suis ni en dépression ni en déprime car je ne ressens pas de tristesse mais voilà j'aimerai savoir si certains sont dans le même cas que moi car dû à cela c'est difficile de m'accrocher à une passion, d'avoir des objectifs à long-terme etc.. car je me lasse, tout comme c'est difficile sentimentalement car des sentiments que je vais avoir pendant quelques temps peuvent s'évanouir en seulement une journée ce fut le cas il y a quelques temps avec une fille pour qui j'avais des sentiments et elle aussi puis plus rien, heureusement cette fois ci nous n'avions pas été plus loins mais je sais qu'elle en a quand même souffert, ce qui m'embête (pas par empathie pour le coup bah j'en ai pas vraiment) mais on va dire que je fonctionne par "je rend ce que l'on me donne" donc j'apprécie guère l'idée de faire souffrir pour rien et "Si un petit quelque chose peut aider quelqu'un" ce qui veut dire qu'en gros ça m'arrive d'aider des inconnu sans rien en retour et sans que je m'en sente obligé ou sans en tirer satisfaction par simple idée que cela puisse lui remonter le moral lui apporter un peu de bonheur etc... mais c'est pas de la bonté en réalité c'est plus pour m'occuper qu'autre chose car la seule chose que je ressente vraiment au quotidien c'est bien l'ennui.
Enfin voila je me suis un peu égaré désolé mais je voulais savoir si je suis le seul dans ce cas la ou pas.

Une question qui me trottine dans la tête depuis ce matin (indépendamment des taux de crédit/lombard/avance sur titres) c'est pourquoi est-ce que c'est si risqué d'emprunter pour investir dans un indice Monde ?
En effet, lorsque l'on fait un effet de levier pour un investissement locatif, les risques restent considérables sur la durée : impayés, concentration du bien à un seul endroit, dégradation du bien, ...
Même chose pour les SCPI : baisse du prix de part, illiquidité, strates de frais ...
Ce qui me surprend encore plus, c'est que la communauté ici est majoritairement pro ETF.. il doit bien y avoir des raisons, sur pourquoi ne pas emprunter du coup, mais cela m'échappe..
De plus de quel risque parle t'on exactement, est-ce simplement la volatilité ? En étant déjà investi en ETF, on est long termes et on a nécessairement une certaine habitude de cette volatilité de toute façon, non ?

Coucou, j'ai trouvé ce sub reddit un peu au hasard ya quelque jours, je l'ai trouvé hyper bienveillant, et j'avais envie de partager une inquiétude dans ma vie, qui me bouffe un peu depuis quelques temps.
Je m'excuse pour le long message qui va suivre et remercie tout ceux qui auront pris la peine d'en lire au moins une partie.
Avant de parler du problème qui me tracasse, je vais fais un petit point sur mon vécu. Je suis un homme qui a aujourd'hui 24 ans, et j'ai toujours été très peu à l'aise dans les relations sociales. Je ne trouvais pas ma place et je ne me sentais juste pas à l'aise dans les quelques soirées où j'allais. Il y a 4 ans, une phobie social assez puissante m'a rattrapée, ce qui m'a poussé vers un enfermement social et m'a fais échoué mes années d'études. J'ai réussi à prendre rendez vous avec une psy qui m'a beaucoup aidé. J'ai réussi à parler de ces problèmes à mes amis proches, et depuis je me sens plus à l'aise, et avec une meilleure confiance en moi. Je ne suis pas encore totalement sorti d'affaire, mais c'est déjà un grand pas vers l'avant pour moi. Pourvu que ça dure. J'en viens donc à mes craintes actuel : les relations amoureuses. C'est un sujet que je n'ai, pour le moment, pas envie d'aborder avec ma psy ou à mes potes, car je trouve ça gênant (pour moi) d'en parler, mais ici en anonyme je me sens un peu plus "safe" d'en parler pour essayer d'avoir les idées plus clair. Je n'ai connu qu'une seule relation amoureuse, lorsque j'avais 14 ans environ. Elle s'est conclue très vite(en 1 ou 2 mois) je dirais, cette ex m'a trompé avec un pote de l'époque. Cette seule expérience fut assez rude, et j'ai perdu toute confiance en moi à partir de ce jour auprès des femmes, doutant encore jusqu'à très récemment trouver quelqu'un. Je me faisais des réflexions comme quoi je trouverais jamais personne, que je finirais ma vie seule etc. Avec les progrès contre mon anxiété sociale, je me sens maintenant moins pessimiste quant à trouver un jour quelqu'un avec qui partager ma vie. Ceci dit, des craintes restent ancrées en moi. N'ayant connu aucune relation ni longue ni très intense (mon ex et moi on s'est mit ensemble au début des vacances d'été, et on s'est très très peu vu), j'ai peur que mon inexpérience m'handicape. J'ai peur que la personne que je côtoie me lâche comme j'ai été lâché auparavant. J'ai peur de ne pas savoir être assez affectueux, plein de petite crainte pour tout et rien. J'ai aussi toujours été extrêmement gêné quand mes amis parlaient entre eux de leurs relations avec les femmes, ils avaient plein d'histoire et je me sentais vraiment nul et largué. Je ne savais pas quoi dire et écoutait bêtement ce qu'ils racontaient. Ça m'a toujours complexé de ne jamais avoir connu de vrai relation durable et amoureuse, j'ai parfois menti dans des soirées en disant que j'avais déjà eu plusieurs relations. En plus de tout ça, j'ai beaucoup regardé de porno durant ma période dépressive. Cela fait que tout ce que je sais à propos des relations sexuels, je l'ai vu à travers le porno. Je me doute que tout ce que l'on voit la dedans ne sont que fiction et ne représente pas forcément les relations que l'on vit dans un couple, mais malgré tout cela reste ma seule base, ce qui m'angoisse car j'ai encore plus peur d'être nul et d'être totalement à côté de la plaque. Je sais que je me fais sûrement beaucoup de mourront pour rien, que je trouverais sûrement quelqu'un qui sera peut être comme moi inexpérimenté ou qui sera compréhensive et saura me guider, mais je n'arrive pas encore à encrer cette relativisation dans mon esprit, et mes craintes me reviennent très vite et efface cette rationalisation de la situation. Ces craintes me font assez mal, et me bloque encore dans cet aspect la. J'avais pour projet d'essayer de me remettre au sport, ce qui permettrait de sortir le porno de ma tête car ces derniers temps je végétai beaucoup. Je ne sais pas forcément ce que j'attend avec ce post, mais je sens que j'avais déjà besoin d'en parler quelque part pour avoir le courage d'en parler avec ma psy

Được hưởng siêu lợi nhuận này là một nhà đầu tư bất động sản nước ngoài, tập đoàn CIPUTRA.
Đây là một dự án Khu đô thị lớn nhất Hà Nội đầu tư liên doanh với nước ngoài (tập đoàn Ciputra, Indonesia) được triển khai ven Hồ Tây, nơi giá đất cao nhất, nhì thành phố. Dự án KĐTNTL với diện tích 323 ha là một "siêu dự án" của Hà Nội. Đề cập tới QĐ 4622 của UBND TP Hà Nội đã "làm lợi" hàng ngàn tỉ đồng cho liên doanh đầu tư dự án KĐTNTL nói trên, Thứ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên & Môi trường Đặng Hùng Võ cho biết: "Tại sao các anh ấy lại ký vào thời điểm nhạy cảm như vậy ? 8 vị Tướng cả Nam lẫn Nữ gốc Việt trong Quân đội Hoa Kỳ là các Tướng Lương Xuân Việt, Lapthe C. Flora, William H. Seely III, Nguyễn Từ Huấn, Danielle J. Ngô, Vũ Thế Thùy Anh, John R Adwards, và Tuấn Nguyễn. Gồm đủ các binh chủng Thủy, Lục và Không quân.
Trong 8 vị tướng vừa kể, có 6 vị là chính thống gốc Việt, còn 2 vị kia là cha Mỹ mẹ Việt, nhưng họ đều sinh trước năm 1975 tại Việt Nam, trưởng thành tại Mỹ. 4 vị Tướng thuộc Lục quân c ó 3 Thiếu Tướng và 1 Chuẩn Tướng, 3 vị Tướng thuộc Hải quân cùng cấp bậc Phó Đề Đốc và 1 vị Chuẩn Tướng Không quân.
Chúng tôi kể theo thứ tự được phong Tướng trong quân đội Hoa Kỳ:
1.- Thiếu Tướng Lương Xuân Việt, sanh năm 1965 tại Biên Hòa con của Thiếu Tá Lương Xuân Đương thuộc đơn vị Thủy Quân Lục Chiến trong Quân Lực Việt nam Cộng Hòa. Gia đình ông có 7 anh em, chỉ có ông là con trai, di tản qua Mỹ năm 1975, thân phụ ông mất tại California năm 1997, mẹ ông hiện sống tại Los Angeles.

Sau khi có bằng BS và MS về Biology tại Đại học Nam cali, ông gia nhập quân đội Hoa Kỳ. Năm 1987 mang cấp bậc Thiếu Úy hiện dịch Bộ Binh, đồn trú tại Colorado.
Ông được đề bạt sang Sư đoàn 101 Biệt kích dù, lần lượt giữ các chức vụ đại đội trưởng, tiểu đoàn trưởng rồi lữ đoàn trưởng. Ông lần lượt giữ các chức vụ tác chiến cấp trung đội, đại đội, tiểu đoàn, cũng như tham mưu và huấn luyện. Trước khi được thăng cấp đại tá và được bổ nhiệm vào chức vụ Lữ đoàn trưởng Lữ đoàn 3, Sư đoàn 101 Không kỵ, ông đã làm tiểu đoàn trưởng tiểu đoàn 2, Trung đoàn 505 Bộ Binh Nhảy Dù Hoa Kỳ vào năm 2005 và chiến đấu tại chiến trường Iraq với cấp bậc trung tá phục vụ “Chiến Dịch Người Iraq Tự do”.
Thăng cấp đại tá, ông trở thành lữ đoàn trưởng cho chiến trường Afghanistan. Năm 2012, ông được cử về đại học Stanford để tham gia huấn luyện chính trị cao cấp.
Ông được Chính phủ và Bộ Quốc phòng Hoa Kỳ thăng cấp bậc Chuẩn tướng Lục quân Hoa Kỳ ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2014, chính thức tấn phong ngày 6 tháng 8 năm 2014, trở thành tướng Mỹ gốc Việt đầu tiên trong quân lực Hoa Kỳ. Ông làm Tư lệnh phó Sư đoàn Kỵ binh số 1 (Hoa Kỳ), phụ trách hành quân tác chiến. Ngày 21-6-2018, tại Nam Hàn ông được thăng cấp thiếu tướng, là phó tư lệnh của Quân đoàn 8 đóng tại Hàn Quốc.
Ngày 28 tháng 8 năm 2018, trong lễ chuyển giao tại Trại Zama, thiếu tướng Lương Xuân Việt nhận nhiệm vụ Tư lệnh Lục quân Hoa Kỳ tại Nhật Bản, kế nhiệm thiếu tướng James Pasquarette. Đơn vị của ông có 2.500 binh sĩ, nhân viên dân sự và các thành viên gia đình, chịu trách nhiệm khai thác 16 cơ sở gồm có cảng và kho tiếp vận ở vùng đại lục của Nhật Bản và đảo Okinawa.
2.- Thiếu Tướng Lapthe Châu Flora, sinh năm 1962 tại Việt Nam trong một gia đình gốc Hoa, và thân phụ của ông từng là một thủy thủ trong đội Hải vận của Việt Nam Cộng hòa.

Khi ông lên hai tuổi, cha ông hy sinh, bỏ lại mẹ ông và 6 người con. Khi mới 11 tuổi, ông đã phải đi làm trong một nhà máy để phụ mẹ kiếm sống.
Lúc 17 tuổi, ông cùng người thân vượt biên sang Mỹ bằng thuyền. “Chúng tôi rời Long An tháng Năm năm 1979, và mất 5 ngày mới tới được Indonesia cũng như từng bị hải quân Indonesia bắn phía trước tàu, ngăn cản tàu không được cập bến”, ông kể. “Lúc đó, chúng tôi hết sức tuyệt vọng, không đồ ăn, nước uống trong năm ngày mà trên boong lại có trẻ nhỏ gần như chết đói, nên cả tàu cứ cố tiến vào bờ. Hải quân Indonesia sau đó buộc phải đàm phán với chúng tôi và chúng tôi có gì, nhẫn cưới hay đồng hồ, thì cho hết họ để được lên bờ”.
Một năm sau, ông được phép sang Hoa Kỳ, và sau đó đã được cặp vợ chồng người Mỹ John và Audrey Flora nhận làm con nuôi.
Sau 20 năm, tất cả các thành viên trong gia đình ông Thể giờ đã đoàn tụ và hiện sinh sống trên khắp Hoa Kỳ.
Ông Thể được phong hàm Sĩ quan Lục quân năm 1988 từ trường Võ bị Quân sự Virginia. Năm 2011, ông nhận bằng cao học về nghiên cứu chiến lược tại Đại Học Chiến Tranh Lục Quân ở tiểu bang Pennsylvania.

Ông từng xuất sắc hoàn thành nhiệm vụ ở nước ngoài tại Bosnia, Kosovo và Afghanistan. Với các thành tích trên, ông Thể từng được trao giải thưởng về lãnh đạo đặt theo tên của Tướng Douglas MacArthur.
3.- Thiếu Tướng William H Seely III, sinh ra tại Sàigòn năm 1967, thân phụ của ông là người Mỹ là một nhà thầu làm phi trường ở Cam Ranh và Đà Nẵng, và gặp mẹ ông người Việt Nam ở Nha Trang.

Mẹ ông sinh ông thiếu tháng, ông bị bệnh nặng, và được đưa vào Bệnh Viện 3 Dã Chiến, Third Army Hospital, gần Bộ Tổng Tham Mưu QLVNCH, và được các y tá quân đội Mỹ trong khu đặc biệt chăm sóc.
Cuối năm 1970, gia đình ông chuyển về Mỹ, và ông lớn lên chơi baseball, football, và đô vật.
Sau khi tốt nghiệp trường Wooster School, một trung học tư thục ở Danbury, Connecticut, vào năm 1985, ông vào học đại học American University ở Washington, DC, tốt nghiệp cử nhân ngành quan hệ quốc tế.
Sau đó, ông gia nhập TQLC, được gởi đi học tại đại học George Washington University, Washington, DC, qua chương trình sĩ quan hải quân trừ bị (NROTC) vào năm 1989.
Kế đến, ông được gởi đi học tại các đại học Oklahoma State University, National Intelligence University, và Naval War College, và đậu bằng cao học.
Trong thời gian học cử nhân và cao học, ông còn học các khóa huấn luyện về sống sót, nhảy dù, đổ bộ, do thám, lặn, vũ khí và chiến thuật, và tình báo tại các đại học về chỉ huy và chiến tranh.
Trong công tác chỉ huy, từ năm 1990 đến năm 1992, ông là trung đội trưởng trung đội truyền tin Đại Đội H&S, thuộc Tiểu Đoàn Do Thám 3.
Từ năm 2000 đến nay, ông trải qua nhiều chức vụ chỉ huy và tình báo, và từng tham chiến tại các chiến trường Kuwait, Afghanistan, và Iraq.
Ông từng là chỉ huy trường huấn luyện tình báo và chỉ huy TQLC, giám đốc tình báo TQLC, và chỉ huy Lực Lượng Đặc Biệt tại Iraq.
Tướng Thủy Quân Lục Chiến Mỹ William H. Seely III vừa được gắn lon thiếu tướng tại một buổi lễ tổ chức vào lúc 11 giờ sáng Thứ Sáu, 31 Tháng Bảy, tại căn cứ MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, trở thành thiếu tướng gốc Việt đầu tiên của binh chủng này.
4.- Phó Đề Đốc Nguyễn Từ Huấn, sinh năm 1959 tại Huế, Việt Nam. Ông Huấn là con trai của Trung Tá thiết giáp Quân lực Việt Nam Cộng Hòa Nguyễn Tuấn và bà Từ Thị Như Tùng. Trong một trận Tết Mậu Thận cộng quân vào trại thiết giáp Phù Đổng Sài gòn, bố mẹ và năm anh chị em của ông Huấn đã bị biệt kích Việt Cộng giết tại nhà riêng. Mặc dù lúc đó cậu bé Huấn cũng trúng đạn nhưng vẫn được ở cạnh mẹ trong 2 giờ trước khi bà mất máu rồi qua đời, và may mắn cậu vẫn sống sót. Người chú của ông Huấn lúc đó là một Đại tá Không quân đã đem ông về nuôi dưỡng.
Phó Đề Đốc Nguyễn Từ Huấn
Năm 1975, khi được 16 tuổi, ông Huấn và gia đình chú, Không quân Đại tá Nguyễn Tú rời khỏi Sàigòn khi chế độ Việt Nam Cộng Hòa sụp đổ. Khi chứng kiến hải quân Mỹ thuộc Hạm đội 7 giúp người Việt di tản đến đảo Guam, ông Huấn đã nuôi dưỡng tình cảm để sau này gia nhập Hải quân Mỹ.
Gia đình đại tá Nguyễn Tú và ông Huấn được một đại tá không quân Mỹ là Ed Veiluva bảo trợ để họ được vào Mỹ theo diện tị nạn chính trị.
Năm 1981, ông Huấn tốt nghiệp đại học tại Oklahoma với bằng Kỹ Sư Điện.
Trong quá trình phục vụ Hải quân, ông đã nhận được nhiều huy chương của quân đội Mỹ. Tháng 6 năm 2013, Ông Huấn được thăng cấp Đại tá.
Tháng 6 năm 2019, Ủy ban Quân sự Thượng viện Mỹ chuẩn thuận đề nghị của Tổng thống Donald Trump đề bạt Đại tá Nguyễn Từ Huấn lên cấp bậc Phó Đề đốc, thuộc binh chủng Hải quân Trừ bị Hoa Kỳ
Ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2019, tại Washington, DC, Đại tá Nguyễn Từ Huấn được thăng lên cấp Phó Đề đốc Hải Quân Hoa Kỳ. Ông là Phó đề đốc Người Mỹ gốc Việt đầu tiên tại Hoa Kỳ.
5.- Chuẩn Tướng Danielle J Ngô, sanh ra tại Việt Nam, trưởng thành tại Massachusetts, là phụ nữ gốc Việt đầu tiên mang lon Chuẩn Tướng (Brigadier General) là một nhân vật văn võ song toàn. Cô gia nhập Lục quân Hoa Kỳ năm 1990, phục vụ trong ngành Công Binh. Sau khi theo học một khoá huấn luyện sĩ quan, năm 1994 Danielle Ngô ra trường với cấp bậc Thiếu Uý.

Danielle Ngô có bằng Cử nhân Tài Chánh (Finance) tại đại học Massachusetts. Sau đó cô lấy thêm hai văn bằng Cao học tại trường Command and General Staff College và tại đại học Georgetown University. Trên bước đường binh nghiệp, cô từng phục vụ trong các đơn vị sau đây:
Lữ đoàn 62 Công Binh (Trung đội trưởng kiêm Ðại đội phó); Lữ đoàn 20 Công Binh Nhảy Dù; Lữ đoàn 37 Công Binh Nhảy Dù; Phân đội 610 Công Binh (Phân đội trưởng); Tiểu đoàn 299 Công Binh Chiến Ðấu (Ðại đội trưởng); Sư đoàn 1 Bộ Binh (Sĩ quan phụ tá Phòng 5); Tiểu đoàn 52 Công Binh (Tiểu đoàn trưởng).
Danielle Ngô đã tham dự Chiến Dịch Iraqi Freedom I (Phó ban 4, Sư đoàn 1 Bộ Binh), và Chiến Dịch Enduring Freedom Afghanistan (Phó Phòng 5 của Bộ Tư Lệnh Tổng Hợp). Danielle Ngô cũng từng là Sĩ quan thực tập (Intern) trong Bộ Tham Mưu Liên Quân (Joint Chiefs of Staff) tại Hoa Thịnh Ðốn.
Năm 2012, khi còn là Trung tá Tiểu đoàn trưởng Tiểu đoàn 52 Công Binh, đơn vị của Danielle Ngô đã giúp dập tắt vụ cháy rừng Waldo Canyon.. Một năm sau, Tiểu đoàn của cô lại phải chiến đấu với một vụ cháy rừng khác ở Colorado còn lớn hơn nữa tên Black Forest Fire.
Tháng 9, 2013, căn cứ Không quân Hoa Kỳ xây ngầm trong núi Cheyenne Mountain ở Colorado bị mưa lũ và sạt lở làm hư hại nặng. Tiểu đoàn 52 Công binh dưới sự chỉ huy của Trung tá Ngô đã có công lớn trong việc bảo vệ và phục hồi căn cứ tối mật này. Tháng 2 năm 2014 Danielle Ngô đã phải từ giã chức vụ Tiểu đoàn trưởng của mình để sang Brussels, Bỉ, làm sĩ quan phụ tá cho Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Quân sự khối NATO.
Năm 2015 Danielle Ngô trở thành phụ nữ gốc Việt đầu tiên được thăng chức Ðại tá trong binh chủng Công Binh của Lục Quân Hoa Kỳ. Năm 2017 Ðại tá Danielle Ngô chính thức nhận chức Lữ đoàn trưởng Lữ đoàn 130 Công Binh, hoạt động trong khu vực Thái Bình Dương. Lữ đoàn 130 là một đơn vị có bề dày lịch sử, khởi đầu là Trung đoàn Công Binh 1303 từng hoạt động tại các chiến trường Âu Châu và Thái Bình Dương trong Ðệ Nhị Thế Chiến. Hiện nay Lữ đoàn 130 là đơn vị Công Binh Lục Quân hàng đầu tại vùng Thái Bình Dương. Tháng 6, 2019, Danielle Ngô được thăng cấp Chuẩn tướng.
Danielle Ngô được ân thưởng nhiều loại huy chương cao quý như: Bronze Star Medal (2), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3), Joint Service Achievement Medal (3), Army Achievement Medal (5), Joint Meritorious Unit Award (2), Valorous Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award (3), Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2)… và một số huy chương cao quý khác.
Ngoài những thành tích binh nghiệp nói trên Danielle Ngô còn là tác giả ba quyển sách: ‘Balancing the Societal Dimensions of Venezuela and Colombia’ (2012); ‘Recruiter Journal: U.S. Recruiting Command’ (2007); ‘Headquarters Press Releases 1963: Part 28’ (2012).
6) Phó Đề Đốc Vũ Thế Thùy Anh, sanh vào năm Mậu Thân 1968, thân phụ là cựu Ðại uý Hải quân VNCH Vũ Thế Hiệp. Năm 1975, khi mới lên 7, cô cùng gia đình di tản sang Mỹ tị nạn cộng sản.
Phó Đề Đốc Vũ Thế Thùy Anh
Thùy Anh theo học ngành Dược tại đại học University of Maryland. Ra trường năm 1994, cô làm việc cho đại học Johns Hopkins University một thời gian. Là chị cả, cô có ba người em trai đều ra trường làm Bác Sĩ: Vũ Thế Duy Anh (BS Quang tuyến); Vũ Thế Tuấn Anh (BS Cấp cứu); Vũ Thế Quốc Anh (BS Nhãn khoa). Nhưng chỉ mỗi mình cô, Vũ Thế Thùy Anh, là người duy nhất theo chân Bố chọn đường binh nghiệp.
Năm 2003, Dược sĩ Vũ Thế Thùy Anh gia nhập U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) Commissioned Corps và trở thành một sĩ quan y tế trong binh chủng Hải Quân. PHS tuy ngày nay là một bộ phận của Bộ Y Tế (Department of Health and Human Services) nhưng nó được tổ chức giống như quân đội vì nguồn gốc là các bệnh viện của Hải Quân Mỹ từ cuối thế kỷ 18 do Tổng thống John Adams khởi xướng.
Tiền thân của PHS ra đời năm 1798, đến năm 1889 nó được quân đội hoá với một chuỗi các bệnh viện Hải Quân đặt tại các thành phố cảng quan trọng như Boston, Charleston, New Orleans… để kiểm soát dịch bệnh thâm nhập vào nước Mỹ. Thành viên của PHS là những nhà chuyên môn trong các ngành y tế như bác sĩ, nha sĩ, dược sĩ, y tá v.v. Họ được huấn luyện để trở thành sĩ quan (commissioned officers) phục vụ cho cộng đồng khi có thiên tai bão lụt hay bệnh tật …
PHS có nhiệm vụ cách ly và kiểm soát bệnh truyền nhiễm trước khi nó bùng nổ và phát tán ra khắp cả nước. PHS đã đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong trận đại dịch Spanish Flu thời Ðệ Nhất Thế Chiến (1918). Hiện nay PHS đang làm việc cùng các cơ quan liên đới như CDC (Centers for Disease Control) để đối phó cơn dịch COVID-19.
Sau 12 năm phục vụ trong PHS, cô Vũ Thế Thùy Anh được thăng cấp Ðại Tá vào năm 2015. Ðến tháng 6 năm 2019 cô được thăng cấp Rear Admiral (Lower Half), tức Phó Ðề Ðốc Hải quân, tương đương cấp Chuẩn Tướng của Bộ Binh
7.- Chuẩn Tướng John R Edwards, sinh năm 1972 tại Sàigòn, định cư ở Mỹ vào Tháng Tư, 1975. Ông sinh ra trong một gia đình có hai chị em.

Cha ông là một công chức chính phủ Hoa Kỳ, từng làm việc cho cơ quan DAO (Defense Attaché Office), chuyên hỗ trợ về quân sự cho VNCH giai đoạn 1973-1975.
Trước đó, cha ông làm việc cho quân đội Hoa Kỳ, kết hôn với mẹ ông vào năm 1968.
Khác với hầu hết thế hệ con lai thời đó, mẹ và hai chị em ông Edwards đã có quốc tịch Mỹ và có nhà riêng ở Florida vào năm 1974, trước khi VNCH thất thủ vào 30 Tháng Tư, 1975.
John Edwards tốt nghiệp ngành kỹ sư điện toán và hoàn tất chương trình đào tạo sĩ quan dự bị tại trường đại học University of Hawaii năm 1995. Từ năm 2000 tới 2013 ông liên tục tham gia các khóa đào tạo chuyên môn và đậu ba bằng cao học hạng ưu về khoa học hàng không quân sự tại các trường không quân và đại học nổi tiếng Hoa Kỳ.
Năm 2014, ông được thăng cấp đại tá khi đảm nhận chức vụ tham mưu trưởng Lực Lượng Tác Chiến Hỗn Hợp (Joint Staff Innovation Group) tại Bộ Quốc Phòng.
Trong cuộc đời binh nghiệp, ông lái tổng cộng 2,200 giờ bay trong 237 trận chiến, điều khiển thành thạo các loại máy bay quân sự như B-52, T-39, T-37, và máy bay T-43 của lực lượng Air Force One chuyên chở tổng thống và quan chức cao cấp Hoa Kỳ.
Chuẩn Tướng John Edwards hiện đang sống tại Washington, D.C., cùng vợ và ba con.
Mặc dù rất bận rộn với công việc hệ trọng tại Ngũ Giác Đài, bà Liên cho biết ông “thường xuyên thăm mẹ khi có dịp công tác tại California.”
Trong bức thư chúc mừng của Đại Tướng Không Quân David L. Goldfein, tham mưu trưởng Không Quân Hoa Kỳ, gửi tới tân chuẩn tướng có câu: “Được đề cử vào hàng tướng lãnh là một minh chứng cho khả năng lãnh đạo và cống hiến, tinh thần quả cảm và lòng yêu nước… Chúng tôi gửi gắm ông trọng trách to lớn, đó là lèo lái lực lượng Không Quân, một tài sản quý báu của quốc gia chúng ta.”
Theo thông báo của Bộ Quốc Phòng ngày 13-1-2020, ông John Edwards là tướng gốc Việt thứ bảy trong quân đội Hoa Kỳ.
8) Phó Đề Đốc Tuấn Nguyễn
Hải Quân Đại Tá Tuấn Nguyễn là một trong 26 người vừa được Tổng Thống Joe Biden đề cử lên cấp bậc phó đề đốc vào ngày 8 Tháng Giêng vừa 2024, theo thông báo của Bộ Quốc Phòng một ngày sau đó.
Nếu được chuẩn thuận, Đại Tá Tuấn Nguyễn sẽ là sĩ quan Mỹ gốc Việt thứ sáu được thăng cấp tướng.

Thông báo của Bộ Quốc Phòng cho biết Hải Quân Đại Tá Tuấn Nguyễn hiện đang là một chỉ huy phụ trách phối hợp và chiến đấu thuộc Đệ Thất Hạm Đội Hải Quân Hoa Kỳ ở Yokosuka, Nhật.
Theo trang web Trung Tâm Nghiên Cứu An Ninh Á Châu – Thái Bình Dương Daniel K. Inouye ở Honolulu, Hawaii, nơi ông Tuấn Nguyễn từng là giáo sư quân sự Hải Quân năm 2016, ông gia nhập Hải Quân Hoa Kỳ năm 1996 với cấp bậc thiếu úy. Năm 2006, ông chuyển sang làm sĩ quan ngoại giao và làm việc ở Millington, Tennessee.
Trong những năm làm việc tại Hawaii, Đại Tá Tuấn Nguyễn đảm nhận nhiều chức vụ phụ trách một số công việc liên quan đến Singapore, Cambodia, Philippines, và Việt Nam, và Hạm Đội Thái Bình Dương.
Ông cũng từng là phụ tá tùy viên Hải Quân tại Toà Đại Sứ Hoa Kỳ ở New Delhi, Ấn Độ.
Ông từng đảm nhận một số vị trí tại các căn cứ Hải Quân Mỹ ở hai tiểu bang California và Washington.
Hải Quân Đại Tá Tuấn Nguyễn sinh ra ở Vũng Tàu, Việt Nam, sau đó đến Mỹ và lớn lên ở Chicago. Ông tốt nghiệp cử nhân khoa học cơ khí tại đại học UC Santa Barbara, cao học khoa học cơ khí đại học Loyola Marymount University, và cao học quản trị kinh doanh đại học USC.

Trong 8 vị tướng vừa kể, có 6 vị là chính thống gốc Việt, còn 2 vị kia là cha Mỹ mẹ Việt, nhưng họ đều sinh trước năm 1975 tại Việt Nam, trưởng thành tại Mỹ. 4 vị Tướng thuộc Lục quân c ó 3 Thiếu Tướng và 1 Chuẩn Tướng, 3 vị Tướng thuộc Hải quân cùng cấp bậc Phó Đề Đốc và 1 vị Chuẩn Tướng Không quân.
Chúng tôi kể theo thứ tự được phong Tướng trong quân đội Hoa Kỳ:
1.- Thiếu Tướng Lương Xuân Việt, sanh năm 1965 tại Biên Hòa con của Thiếu Tá Lương Xuân Đương thuộc đơn vị Thủy Quân Lục Chiến trong Quân Lực Việt nam Cộng Hòa. Gia đình ông có 7 anh em, chỉ có ông là con trai, di tản qua Mỹ năm 1975, thân phụ ông mất tại California năm 1997, mẹ ông hiện sống tại Los Angeles.
Thiếu Tướng Lương Xuân Việt
Sau khi có bằng BS và MS về Biology tại Đại học Nam cali, ông gia nhập quân đội Hoa Kỳ. Năm 1987 mang cấp bậc Thiếu Úy hiện dịch Bộ Binh, đồn trú tại Colorado.
Ông được đề bạt sang Sư đoàn 101 Biệt kích dù, lần lượt giữ các chức vụ đại đội trưởng, tiểu đoàn trưởng rồi lữ đoàn trưởng. Ông lần lượt giữ các chức vụ tác chiến cấp trung đội, đại đội, tiểu đoàn, cũng như tham mưu và huấn luyện. Trước khi được thăng cấp đại tá và được bổ nhiệm vào chức vụ Lữ đoàn trưởng Lữ đoàn 3, Sư đoàn 101 Không kỵ, ông đã làm tiểu đoàn trưởng tiểu đoàn 2, Trung đoàn 505 Bộ Binh Nhảy Dù Hoa Kỳ vào năm 2005 và chiến đấu tại chiến trường Iraq với cấp bậc trung tá phục vụ “Chiến Dịch Người Iraq Tự do”.
Thăng cấp đại tá, ông trở thành lữ đoàn trưởng cho chiến trường Afghanistan. Năm 2012, ông được cử về đại học Stanford để tham gia huấn luyện chính trị cao cấp.
Ông được Chính phủ và Bộ Quốc phòng Hoa Kỳ thăng cấp bậc Chuẩn tướng Lục quân Hoa Kỳ ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2014, chính thức tấn phong ngày 6 tháng 8 năm 2014, trở thành tướng Mỹ gốc Việt đầu tiên trong quân lực Hoa Kỳ. Ông làm Tư lệnh phó Sư đoàn Kỵ binh số 1 (Hoa Kỳ), phụ trách hành quân tác chiến. Ngày 21-6-2018, tại Nam Hàn ông được thăng cấp thiếu tướng, là phó tư lệnh của Quân đoàn 8 đóng tại Hàn Quốc.
Ngày 28 tháng 8 năm 2018, trong lễ chuyển giao tại Trại Zama, thiếu tướng Lương Xuân Việt nhận nhiệm vụ Tư lệnh Lục quân Hoa Kỳ tại Nhật Bản, kế nhiệm thiếu tướng James Pasquarette. Đơn vị của ông có 2.500 binh sĩ, nhân viên dân sự và các thành viên gia đình, chịu trách nhiệm khai thác 16 cơ sở gồm có cảng và kho tiếp vận ở vùng đại lục của Nhật Bản và đảo Okinawa.
2.- Thiếu Tướng Lapthe Châu Flora, sinh năm 1962 tại Việt Nam trong một gia đình gốc Hoa, và thân phụ của ông từng là một thủy thủ trong đội Hải vận của Việt Nam Cộng hòa.

Khi ông lên hai tuổi, cha ông hy sinh, bỏ lại mẹ ông và 6 người con. Khi mới 11 tuổi, ông đã phải đi làm trong một nhà máy để phụ mẹ kiếm sống.
Lúc 17 tuổi, ông cùng người thân vượt biên sang Mỹ bằng thuyền. “Chúng tôi rời Long An tháng Năm năm 1979, và mất 5 ngày mới tới được Indonesia cũng như từng bị hải quân Indonesia bắn phía trước tàu, ngăn cản tàu không được cập bến”, ông kể. “Lúc đó, chúng tôi hết sức tuyệt vọng, không đồ ăn, nước uống trong năm ngày mà trên boong lại có trẻ nhỏ gần như chết đói, nên cả tàu cứ cố tiến vào bờ. Hải quân Indonesia sau đó buộc phải đàm phán với chúng tôi và chúng tôi có gì, nhẫn cưới hay đồng hồ, thì cho hết họ để được lên bờ”.
Một năm sau, ông được phép sang Hoa Kỳ, và sau đó đã được cặp vợ chồng người Mỹ John và Audrey Flora nhận làm con nuôi.
Sau 20 năm, tất cả các thành viên trong gia đình ông Thể giờ đã đoàn tụ và hiện sinh sống trên khắp Hoa Kỳ.
Ông Thể được phong hàm Sĩ quan Lục quân năm 1988 từ trường Võ bị Quân sự Virginia. Năm 2011, ông nhận bằng cao học về nghiên cứu chiến lược tại Đại Học Chiến Tranh Lục Quân ở tiểu bang Pennsylvania.

Ông từng xuất sắc hoàn thành nhiệm vụ ở nước ngoài tại Bosnia, Kosovo và Afghanistan. Với các thành tích trên, ông Thể từng được trao giải thưởng về lãnh đạo đặt theo tên của Tướng Douglas MacArthur.
3.- Thiếu Tướng William H Seely III, sinh ra tại Sàigòn năm 1967, thân phụ của ông là người Mỹ là một nhà thầu làm phi trường ở Cam Ranh và Đà Nẵng, và gặp mẹ ông người Việt Nam ở Nha Trang.

Mẹ ông sinh ông thiếu tháng, ông bị bệnh nặng, và được đưa vào Bệnh Viện 3 Dã Chiến, Third Army Hospital, gần Bộ Tổng Tham Mưu QLVNCH, và được các y tá quân đội Mỹ trong khu đặc biệt chăm sóc.
Cuối năm 1970, gia đình ông chuyển về Mỹ, và ông lớn lên chơi baseball, football, và đô vật.
Sau khi tốt nghiệp trường Wooster School, một trung học tư thục ở Danbury, Connecticut, vào năm 1985, ông vào học đại học American University ở Washington, DC, tốt nghiệp cử nhân ngành quan hệ quốc tế.
Sau đó, ông gia nhập TQLC, được gởi đi học tại đại học George Washington University, Washington, DC, qua chương trình sĩ quan hải quân trừ bị (NROTC) vào năm 1989.
Kế đến, ông được gởi đi học tại các đại học Oklahoma State University, National Intelligence University, và Naval War College, và đậu bằng cao học.
Trong thời gian học cử nhân và cao học, ông còn học các khóa huấn luyện về sống sót, nhảy dù, đổ bộ, do thám, lặn, vũ khí và chiến thuật, và tình báo tại các đại học về chỉ huy và chiến tranh.
Trong công tác chỉ huy, từ năm 1990 đến năm 1992, ông là trung đội trưởng trung đội truyền tin Đại Đội H&S, thuộc Tiểu Đoàn Do Thám 3.
Từ năm 2000 đến nay, ông trải qua nhiều chức vụ chỉ huy và tình báo, và từng tham chiến tại các chiến trường Kuwait, Afghanistan, và Iraq.
Ông từng là chỉ huy trường huấn luyện tình báo và chỉ huy TQLC, giám đốc tình báo TQLC, và chỉ huy Lực Lượng Đặc Biệt tại Iraq.
Tướng Thủy Quân Lục Chiến Mỹ William H. Seely III vừa được gắn lon thiếu tướng tại một buổi lễ tổ chức vào lúc 11 giờ sáng Thứ Sáu, 31 Tháng Bảy, tại căn cứ MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, trở thành thiếu tướng gốc Việt đầu tiên của binh chủng này.
4.- Phó Đề Đốc Nguyễn Từ Huấn, sinh năm 1959 tại Huế, Việt Nam. Ông Huấn là con trai của Trung Tá thiết giáp Quân lực Việt Nam Cộng Hòa Nguyễn Tuấn và bà Từ Thị Như Tùng. Trong một trận Tết Mậu Thận cộng quân vào trại thiết giáp Phù Đổng Sài gòn, bố mẹ và năm anh chị em của ông Huấn đã bị biệt kích Việt Cộng giết tại nhà riêng. Mặc dù lúc đó cậu bé Huấn cũng trúng đạn nhưng vẫn được ở cạnh mẹ trong 2 giờ trước khi bà mất máu rồi qua đời, và may mắn cậu vẫn sống sót. Người chú của ông Huấn lúc đó là một Đại tá Không quân đã đem ông về nuôi dưỡng.
Phó Đề Đốc Nguyễn Từ Huấn
Năm 1975, khi được 16 tuổi, ông Huấn và gia đình chú, Không quân Đại tá Nguyễn Tú rời khỏi Sàigòn khi chế độ Việt Nam Cộng Hòa sụp đổ. Khi chứng kiến hải quân Mỹ thuộc Hạm đội 7 giúp người Việt di tản đến đảo Guam, ông Huấn đã nuôi dưỡng tình cảm để sau này gia nhập Hải quân Mỹ.
Gia đình đại tá Nguyễn Tú và ông Huấn được một đại tá không quân Mỹ là Ed Veiluva bảo trợ để họ được vào Mỹ theo diện tị nạn chính trị.
Năm 1981, ông Huấn tốt nghiệp đại học tại Oklahoma với bằng Kỹ Sư Điện.
Trong quá trình phục vụ Hải quân, ông đã nhận được nhiều huy chương của quân đội Mỹ. Tháng 6 năm 2013, Ông Huấn được thăng cấp Đại tá.
Tháng 6 năm 2019, Ủy ban Quân sự Thượng viện Mỹ chuẩn thuận đề nghị của Tổng thống Donald Trump đề bạt Đại tá Nguyễn Từ Huấn lên cấp bậc Phó Đề đốc, thuộc binh chủng Hải quân Trừ bị Hoa Kỳ
Ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2019, tại Washington, DC, Đại tá Nguyễn Từ Huấn được thăng lên cấp Phó Đề đốc Hải Quân Hoa Kỳ. Ông là Phó đề đốc Người Mỹ gốc Việt đầu tiên tại Hoa Kỳ.
5.- Chuẩn Tướng Danielle J Ngô, sanh ra tại Việt Nam, trưởng thành tại Massachusetts, là phụ nữ gốc Việt đầu tiên mang lon Chuẩn Tướng (Brigadier General) là một nhân vật văn võ song toàn. Cô gia nhập Lục quân Hoa Kỳ năm 1990, phục vụ trong ngành Công Binh. Sau khi theo học một khoá huấn luyện sĩ quan, năm 1994 Danielle Ngô ra trường với cấp bậc Thiếu Uý.

Danielle Ngô có bằng Cử nhân Tài Chánh (Finance) tại đại học Massachusetts. Sau đó cô lấy thêm hai văn bằng Cao học tại trường Command and General Staff College và tại đại học Georgetown University. Trên bước đường binh nghiệp, cô từng phục vụ trong các đơn vị sau đây:
Lữ đoàn 62 Công Binh (Trung đội trưởng kiêm Ðại đội phó); Lữ đoàn 20 Công Binh Nhảy Dù; Lữ đoàn 37 Công Binh Nhảy Dù; Phân đội 610 Công Binh (Phân đội trưởng); Tiểu đoàn 299 Công Binh Chiến Ðấu (Ðại đội trưởng); Sư đoàn 1 Bộ Binh (Sĩ quan phụ tá Phòng 5); Tiểu đoàn 52 Công Binh (Tiểu đoàn trưởng).
Danielle Ngô đã tham dự Chiến Dịch Iraqi Freedom I (Phó ban 4, Sư đoàn 1 Bộ Binh), và Chiến Dịch Enduring Freedom Afghanistan (Phó Phòng 5 của Bộ Tư Lệnh Tổng Hợp). Danielle Ngô cũng từng là Sĩ quan thực tập (Intern) trong Bộ Tham Mưu Liên Quân (Joint Chiefs of Staff) tại Hoa Thịnh Ðốn.
Năm 2012, khi còn là Trung tá Tiểu đoàn trưởng Tiểu đoàn 52 Công Binh, đơn vị của Danielle Ngô đã giúp dập tắt vụ cháy rừng Waldo Canyon.. Một năm sau, Tiểu đoàn của cô lại phải chiến đấu với một vụ cháy rừng khác ở Colorado còn lớn hơn nữa tên Black Forest Fire.
Tháng 9, 2013, căn cứ Không quân Hoa Kỳ xây ngầm trong núi Cheyenne Mountain ở Colorado bị mưa lũ và sạt lở làm hư hại nặng. Tiểu đoàn 52 Công binh dưới sự chỉ huy của Trung tá Ngô đã có công lớn trong việc bảo vệ và phục hồi căn cứ tối mật này. Tháng 2 năm 2014 Danielle Ngô đã phải từ giã chức vụ Tiểu đoàn trưởng của mình để sang Brussels, Bỉ, làm sĩ quan phụ tá cho Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Quân sự khối NATO.
Năm 2015 Danielle Ngô trở thành phụ nữ gốc Việt đầu tiên được thăng chức Ðại tá trong binh chủng Công Binh của Lục Quân Hoa Kỳ. Năm 2017 Ðại tá Danielle Ngô chính thức nhận chức Lữ đoàn trưởng Lữ đoàn 130 Công Binh, hoạt động trong khu vực Thái Bình Dương. Lữ đoàn 130 là một đơn vị có bề dày lịch sử, khởi đầu là Trung đoàn Công Binh 1303 từng hoạt động tại các chiến trường Âu Châu và Thái Bình Dương trong Ðệ Nhị Thế Chiến. Hiện nay Lữ đoàn 130 là đơn vị Công Binh Lục Quân hàng đầu tại vùng Thái Bình Dương. Tháng 6, 2019, Danielle Ngô được thăng cấp Chuẩn tướng.
Danielle Ngô được ân thưởng nhiều loại huy chương cao quý như: Bronze Star Medal (2), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3), Joint Service Achievement Medal (3), Army Achievement Medal (5), Joint Meritorious Unit Award (2), Valorous Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award (3), Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2)… và một số huy chương cao quý khác.
Ngoài những thành tích binh nghiệp nói trên Danielle Ngô còn là tác giả ba quyển sách: ‘Balancing the Societal Dimensions of Venezuela and Colombia’ (2012); ‘Recruiter Journal: U.S. Recruiting Command’ (2007); ‘Headquarters Press Releases 1963: Part 28’ (2012).
6) Phó Đề Đốc Vũ Thế Thùy Anh, sanh vào năm Mậu Thân 1968, thân phụ là cựu Ðại uý Hải quân VNCH Vũ Thế Hiệp. Năm 1975, khi mới lên 7, cô cùng gia đình di tản sang Mỹ tị nạn cộng sản.
Phó Đề Đốc Vũ Thế Thùy Anh
Thùy Anh theo học ngành Dược tại đại học University of Maryland. Ra trường năm 1994, cô làm việc cho đại học Johns Hopkins University một thời gian. Là chị cả, cô có ba người em trai đều ra trường làm Bác Sĩ: Vũ Thế Duy Anh (BS Quang tuyến); Vũ Thế Tuấn Anh (BS Cấp cứu); Vũ Thế Quốc Anh (BS Nhãn khoa). Nhưng chỉ mỗi mình cô, Vũ Thế Thùy Anh, là người duy nhất theo chân Bố chọn đường binh nghiệp.
Năm 2003, Dược sĩ Vũ Thế Thùy Anh gia nhập U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) Commissioned Corps và trở thành một sĩ quan y tế trong binh chủng Hải Quân. PHS tuy ngày nay là một bộ phận của Bộ Y Tế (Department of Health and Human Services) nhưng nó được tổ chức giống như quân đội vì nguồn gốc là các bệnh viện của Hải Quân Mỹ từ cuối thế kỷ 18 do Tổng thống John Adams khởi xướng.
Tiền thân của PHS ra đời năm 1798, đến năm 1889 nó được quân đội hoá với một chuỗi các bệnh viện Hải Quân đặt tại các thành phố cảng quan trọng như Boston, Charleston, New Orleans… để kiểm soát dịch bệnh thâm nhập vào nước Mỹ. Thành viên của PHS là những nhà chuyên môn trong các ngành y tế như bác sĩ, nha sĩ, dược sĩ, y tá v.v. Họ được huấn luyện để trở thành sĩ quan (commissioned officers) phục vụ cho cộng đồng khi có thiên tai bão lụt hay bệnh tật …
PHS có nhiệm vụ cách ly và kiểm soát bệnh truyền nhiễm trước khi nó bùng nổ và phát tán ra khắp cả nước. PHS đã đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong trận đại dịch Spanish Flu thời Ðệ Nhất Thế Chiến (1918). Hiện nay PHS đang làm việc cùng các cơ quan liên đới như CDC (Centers for Disease Control) để đối phó cơn dịch COVID-19.
Sau 12 năm phục vụ trong PHS, cô Vũ Thế Thùy Anh được thăng cấp Ðại Tá vào năm 2015. Ðến tháng 6 năm 2019 cô được thăng cấp Rear Admiral (Lower Half), tức Phó Ðề Ðốc Hải quân, tương đương cấp Chuẩn Tướng của Bộ Binh
7.- Chuẩn Tướng John R Edwards, sinh năm 1972 tại Sàigòn, định cư ở Mỹ vào Tháng Tư, 1975. Ông sinh ra trong một gia đình có hai chị em.

Mon père m'a appelé hier pour m'expliquer que la chimio de ma grand-mère (sa mère) n'avait pas fonctionné, qu'elle avait des tumeurs dans la tête et qu'on allait la mettre en soins palliatifs car c'est désormais incurable. Il m'a donc incité à la voir au maximum car son état pouvait s'aggraver très vite.
Depuis que j'ai appris cette nouvelle, je suis tétanisé. J'ai une relation privilégié avec elle, je suis en quelque sorte son "petit fils préféré" et je sais qu'elle m'aime beaucoup même si elle ne l'a jamais dit concrètement. Dans ma famille, on a jamais appris à se dire "je t'aime / je tiens à toi" donc les preuves d'amour sont plus de l'ordre de l'attention que de l'expression, même si personnellement j'aimerais pouvoir exprimer directement ce que je ressens.
Comme je disais, je suis tétanisé, je ne sais pas quoi faire. De nature dépressive, je sais que dans ces situations je ne dois surtout pas me renfermer mais plutôt continuer à vivre normalement. C'est plus vis-à-vis de ma grand-mère que je suis perdu. J'ai peur de l'appeler et ne pas savoir quoi lui dire, d'être mal à l'aise, que chaque fois que je lui parle soit la dernière. Mais je crains encore plus de ne pas le faire et de culpabiliser ensuite toute ma vie.
L'année dernière mon grand-père est mort (le père de ma mère). Elle a encore toute sa tête mais tout le monde sait qu'elle n'en a plus pour très longtemps. Le sujet est tellement lourd que je ne sais pas si j'ai la force de l'aborder et d'y faire face.
