I (30F) moved country in August of last year to finally join my husband (35M) after being separated by COVID travel bans and political happenings.
Since I arrived, some increasingly creepy things have been happening.
It started small (relative to where we are now).
Social media accounts being hacked. Mail going missing from the mailbox. The occasional strange sounds outside at night.
Since then, it's escalated to a level neither of us could ever have fathomed.
Someone who looks strikingly like my abusive ex (but isn't, because we've been no contact for a decade and he lives on the other side of the world, not even in the country I came from) hanging around outside, and someone who looks strikingly like my husband's late father, whose death affects him immensely to this day, following him in a car similar to the one his dad drove.
Social services receiving anonymous calls about our daughter, using my full government name with middle name, which not many people know.
Strange phonecalls, including maniacal laughter and someone playing animal sounds down the phone, only for the phone number to suddenly not exist when we or the service provider try to look into it.
Since December, things have really veered into feeling like an episode of Pretty Little Liars. My husband has showed up to work only to be told that he'd already called to book the day off, my mother-in-law has received bizarre phonecalls saying my husband owes someone money (which isn't true), and even friends who know nothing about the situation have reported strange happenings.
The scariest incident so far involved an old man we'll call Shakir (because he had a very similar name of Arabic origin). To clarify, I live in a European country where this kind of name is very unusual.
I first encountered Shakir when walking to the bus stop after meeting my friend for coffee in the town centre. I noticed him staring at me, checking his phone as if checking that I was the right person, then starting to follow me. He followed me onto the bus, then all the way home, eventually peering through the glass panel on the front door of the building I live in because I managed to get in and lock him out.
My neighbor, who is active military personnel (37M) was outside in the garden, so I told him that someone followed me home and was at the door. He went out and chased the man off, noting that he didn't speak much of the native language, but did appear to know my name and the name of another man living in the building. He told my neighbor that he was here to visit another neighbor, by name. After my neighbor didn't allow him in, he left, but 5 minutes later, my neighbor's phone rang from an unknown number. He answered, and the person on the other end said "it's Shakir... just wanted to say hello." That's how we know his name, but there was no way for him to have mine, and definitely no way for him to have my neighbor's number.
We called the police, but they were unable to trace Shakir.
We know that Shakir himself isn't the stalker, because he was too obvious and haphazard compared to everything else, but believe that he may have been sent either to follow me (and messed it up), or to intimidate me (which honestly kinda worked).
We've nicknamed the person behind this "the puppetmaster," because their personal hands-on involvement seems to be fairly low, they're just around behind the scenes making it happen.
What terrifies me is that I don't know what their motive is, or their next step.
What I do know is that if we solve the mystery and make it out in one piece, I'm selling this shit to Netflix.

I am not sure how one enters mediumship but I feel so much intense energy of people in my memories that always push me towards growth.
As mediums- does anyone have any advice upon how I can communicate with the dead or how I can be present to receive messages?

I started last month with a Baofeng UV-5R8W but as I am learning to get my technicians license, I am now going to buy a radio that is DMR ( My area has a combination of analog and DMR ) so I may listen in the local chatter. I wanted to start cheap, up to $300 as this will still be a learning device but if its good enough I will extend it.

Additionally, Next Bridge will receive a $240,000 spud fee on the first well of the Valentine and an $80,000 spud fee on the Panther, while retaining its proportionate share of all associated deep rights below 19,500' in the Valentine Prospect. Hey everyone, don't even ask me why I decided this was a good idea, but I thought it'd be fun to do an AMA discussing my YouTube career. I'm the founder of Newscape Studios and the mind behind the many YouTube channels we've created and continue to run in-house. Some of the channels include GameToons (10M+ subs), Bronzo, Maxcraft, Princesshana, and all of the Newscapepro channels. We also ran several other channels for some time like SCP Animated.
My name's Cory Crater and I started my career on YouTube back in 2010 when I signed onboard with a company called Machinima (some of you have probably heard of them). I spent my high school years creating Halo, CoD, and Minecraft videos to varying success. I hit my first million view video back in 2010 -- it was called 100 Ways to Die in Modern Warfare 2.
I continued creating machinimas for Machinima and Machinima Realm (that's a whole lotta machinima) as well as very mediocre gameplay commentaries for Machinima Respawn that did much better than they should have. I went to college where I continued creating YouTube content on the side. I eventually dropped out in 2014 to go work at Sky Media (SkyDoesMinecraft). So I moved from New Hampshire to Seattle and it was really the beginning of a new phase of my life. About a year after working at Sky Media, I left and moved back to New Hampshire where I started the early phases of my company, Newscape Studios.
I had a lot of luck with my first channel, Newscapepro, which I had been slowly growing since I was just 12 years old. Minecraft roleplays were just popping off at the time and I wedged myself into that niche by creating machinima cutscenes for larger YouTubers and eventually creating my own full-length videos.
From there, I expanded out my content, opening up a a general gaming channel titled Newscapegames and a Minecraft PVP channel called Newscapedos (Both of those channels have since been rebranded and repurposed, though we did start a new Newscapegames several years back). At this point I was scheduling, shooting, the face on camera, editing and posting 20 videos a week. The workload was a bit overbearing.
So I brought on some help, hiring editors and renting out a small office at The Mills in Rollinsford, NH. Two of my first editors (K & Joe) are actually now my COO and CAO. We continued creating content for the various Newscape channels, but struggled with growth, as this was the time of the dreaded Adpocalypse, demonetization, and Minecraft was seemingly fading into obscurity. All of those factors tanked our revenue and we had trouble keeping the doors open on several occasions.
We finally found some stability when Fortnite came out and we launched a machinima channel -- Newscapepro Fortnite Shorts, Films & Skits. We ended up gaining a lot of traction. It was larger than anything we'd experienced before. and were not going to sit around and wait for the inevitable falling off of a new trend -- so my team (K, Joe, Ryan & my wife, Bri) packed up and moved down to Austin, Texas in hopes we could make some much-needed hires and strike while the iron's hot.
In Austin, we quickly grew from a team of 5 to 15 and then 25 in just over a year. We launched several new channels including a live action one, several more Fortnite channels, a Roblox channel, and a general gaming channel. We also had some failed attempts at channels like VRVS where we planned to go head to head in VR games.
Things changed when we started SCP Animated -- a channel where we animated stories from the SCP wiki. This was our first attempt at animation, and the channel had a great run. It also helped us establish the pipeline for GameToons, a channel where we animated parodies of the most popular videogames. GameToons ended up being our biggest channel ever. We started our Among Us Logic series right around the start of COVID and hit some wild view counts right from the start. Our first videos were 15M, 9M, 24M, and 50M views.
Last year, GameToons hit the milestone of 10 million subscribers and we received our first-ever Diamond Play Button. I took a photo with a note on it, hopefully giving me and this post some credibility. (linked below) We're now at a point where we have ten channels that have surpassed 1M subscribers. The success we've experienced is truly humbling and honestly still baffling. So with all of that out of the way, I'm here to answer questions -- whether they be technical, from aspiring creators or just general questions about myself or my company.

Here is a summary of the announced upcoming game updates for patch 7.0 (Dawntrail expansion) from today’s Live Letter (LL 81). The information below is complied mainly from the officially translated live stream of the event, as well as FFXIV Discord's translation channel coverage of the event. There was a fair amount of gameplay footage shown of the new content (particularly of the new/updated job actions and two brand new jobs), but I only pulled a few points of relevant information from it, rather than summarizing it all. But, as usual, please let me know if I missed anything major!

Note: Today’s presentation was not meant to be a detailed breakdown of ALL planned job changes and additions, just a basic overview of some of the noteworthy adjustments. Full gameplay will be previewed during the current media tour, with complete details on all of the job adjustments, potency changes, etc. to come with the patch notes for 7.0 after launch maintenance begins.
Action Change Settings - To address button bloat, certain actions will be replaced by their follow-up counterparts on the same button upon use, instead of the follow-up actions being on a separate button. However, for those who would prefer it the old way, this setting allows you to choose whether or not those changing actions will be replaced by their follow-up counterparts.
Adjustments to Tanks

• Rampart and job-specific 30% damage reduction abilities will be upgraded in the 90s level range
• Reprisal’s duration will be increased to 15 seconds in the 90s level range

Paladin

• The second and third executions of Atonement have been changed to new actions with separate animations (the Atonement button will change to these actions automatically, so button presses will remain the same)
• A new action that can be executed after Blade of Valor will be added
• In order to execute Goring Blade, you will need to have Fight or Flight activated

Warrior

• A new action, which can be executed after three executions of Fell Cleave or Decimate while Inner Release is active, will be added
• A new action that can be executed after Primal Rend will be added
• Visual effects and animation of Inner Chaos will be adjusted

Dark Knight

• To reduce the number of inputs during burst damage phases, Blood Weapon will upgrade into Delirium, and the effects of Blood Weapon will be added to Deliirium
• A new action that can be executed after Living Shadow will be added

Gunbreaker

• A new action that can be executed after Fated Circle (via Continuation) will be added
• A new 3-step combo that can be executed after Bloodfest will be added (no cartridge cost)

Adjustments to Melee DPS

• Second Wind’s potency will be increased in the 90s level range
• Feint’s duration will be increased to 15 seconds in the 90s level range

Monk

• Basic combo mechanics will no longer center around maintaining a buff or DoT; instead, performing actions in a certain order will increase the next action’s potency. Adjustments will be
• Can accumulate up to a total of ten chakra while Brotherhood is active, to prevent chakra overflow
• There will be a potency buff to Six-Sided Star if executed while you have ten chakra stacks

Dragoon

• To reduce positional requirements for the single-target combo, the 5th combo action has been changed to a new non-directional action, Drakesbane (Fang and Claw/Wheeling Thrust will change to Drakesbane, so input execution will remain the same
• To facilitate maximum damage output at the beginning of a battle, Life of the Dragon will be available without accumulating Dragon Gauge
• To reduce the number of inputs during burst damage phases, certain actions will be removed or adjusted

Ninja

• Huton’s effect has been moved to a trait and will always be active (Huton will be changed to an AoE attack which grants the effect of Hidden)
• Actions which extend the duration of Huton’s effect will be adjusted in accordance with the above change
• Due to these adjustments, the Windmill logo in the job gauge will be removed

Samurai

• To simplify recast management, Tsubame-gaeshi will be changed to be executable after Meikyo Shisui
• Hakaze, Tenka Goten, and Midare Setsugekka will be upgraded into new actions
• Traits will be added that shorten the recast time for Hissastsu: Guren and Hissastsu: Senei

Reaper

• Plentiful Harvest’s effect will no longer increase the Shroud Gauge by 50, and instead will allow execution of Enshroud (now can be used when gauge is at 51 or more without waste)
• A new action that can be executed while Enshrouded will be added
• Hells’ Ingress and Hell’s Egress will have reduced cool down when Enhanced Harpe is activated

Viper

• Link to Viper job overview and gameplay demonstration in the livestream
• A fast-paced job that fluidly shifts between dual-wield blades and double-bladed strikes
• Has a similar total number of actions as other jobs, but is designed so that fewer actions need to be set on the hotbar
• Executing actions will build a job gauge, which can then be expended in an enhanced “Awaken” phase
• When applying buffs to yourself as well as debuffs to the enemy, certain other actions will be enhanced depending on which buffs/debuffs are active
• In addition to close-range melee attacks, there are also some long-range attacks available should you need to fight from afar

Adjustments to Ranged Physical DPS

• Second Wind’s healing potency will be increased in the 90s level range
• Damage reduction of job-0specific defensive abilities will be increased to 15% in the 90s level range

Bard

• Mage’s Ballad, Army’s Paeon, and the Wanderer’s Minuet will be changed into buffing actions which do not attack enemies
• Pitch Perfect will be changed into an AoE attack for ease of use in encounters with multiple enemies
• Single-target and AoE procs (Straight Shot Ready/Shadow Bite Ready) will be merged into one proc for better ease of use

Machinist

• Barrel Stabilizer will no longer increase Heat Gauger by 50, and instead will allow execution of Hypercharge (can now be used when gauge is at 51 without waste)
• A new trait which accumulates charges for Drill will be added

Dancer

• A new action that can be executed after Flourish will be added
• A new action which consumes Esprit and can be executed after Technical Finish will be added
• Certain skills currently triggered by Standard Step may now be executed without having to go through the step actions

Adjustments to Magical Ranged DPS

• Swiftcast’s recast will be reduced to 40 seconds in the 90s level range
• Addle’s duration will be increased to 15 seconds in the 90s level range

Black Mage

• Various adjustments will be made to streamline certain aspects of the job, such as restoring MP upon landing ice spells while Umbral Ice is active, instead of passively over time
• A new action which repositions Ley Lines beneath the caster once will be added

Summoner

• Solar Bahamut, a new summon akin to Bahamut and Phoenix, will be added (new summon rotation will be: Solar Bahamut - Bahamut - Solar Bahamut - Phoenix)
• A new attack action that can be executed after Searing Light will be added
• Summoner will keep Resurrection for Dawntrail, but may have it removed in 8.0

Red Mage

• Manafication will no longer increase Black Mana and White Mana by 50, and will instead allow the execution of enchanted swordplay actions without cost (can now be executed while mana is at 51 or more without waste)
• The AoE enchanted swordplay combo beginning with Enchanted Moulinet will now consume a total of 50 Black Mana and White Mana, similar to its single-target counterpart
• Whenever Embolden is executed, an attack ability will be enabled

Pictomancer

• Link to Pictomancer overview and gameplay demonstration in the livestream (I found this job much easier to understand by watching the demonstration, BTW)
• Job actions centered around Aether Hue elemental attacks (Red = Flare, Green = Aero, Blue = Water) and Motifs (Creature, Weapon, and Landscape)
• Aether Hue attacks build a gauge that can be expended on White elemental Holy attacks as well as Subtractive Pallette, which upgrades your other elemental attacks to higher-potency elements.
• Creature Motif involves rendering parts of a creature (eg. a Moogle) via attacks that will eventually summon the creature for a higher-powered attack
• Weapon Motif is a fast triple-cast combo
• Landscape Motif is a longer-cast action that deals damage to enemy and grants buffs to self and party members

Adjustments to Healers

• Swiftcast’s recast time will be reduced top 40 seconds in the 90s level range

White Mage

• A new action allowing the caster to quickly move forward will be added
• A new AoE attack, which can be executed up to 3 times after Presence of Mind, will be added
• New trait that increases Tetragrammaton stack number will be added

Scholar

• Seraphism, a new action which changes the caster’s appearance and enhances healing magicks, will be added
• A new AoE attack that can be executed after Chain Stratagem will be added; it will include a DoT
• A new trait that reduces recast time for Recitation will be added

Astrologian

• The card system will no longer be RNG based, and will instead simultaneously draw cards with offensive, defensive, and curative effects
• Every 60 seconds, you can draw one set of four cards (divided under Lord of Crowns or Lady of Crowns), each card having different effects, and you can use the cards in that set depending on your situational needs
• Astrodyne will be removed with the discontinuation of astrosigns
• New trait that increases Essential Dignity stack number will be added

Sage

• Eukrasia will now enhance Dyskrasia II into Eukrasian Dyskrasia, an AoE attack which deals damage over time to enemies within range
• A new party buff, which heals party members whenever the caster casts a spell, will be added (basically a ranged version of Kardion, but will only be in effect for a limited amount of time)
• New trait that reduces the recast time of Soteria will be added

PvP Updates

• Viper and Pictomancer will be added to PvP in 7.0
• New PvP actions, action adjustments, and adjustments to existing PvP maps are currently planned for 7.1
• Crystalline Conflict ranked matches will;; be in preseason between 7.0 and 7.1 (rankings will not be updated, but tiers and Crystal Credit will be affected by wins and losses

New Characters

• Two new NPCs that will appear in the Dawntrail MSQ were discussed: Bakool Ja Ja and Koana, who will both be competing for the throne of Tural. Bakool Ja Ja is a two-headed Mamool Ja, similar to Gulool Ja Ja, and Koana is the male Miqo’te from the Dawntrail poster.
  Other Information
  
• Benchmark software/graphics update: Some adjustments have been made based on feedback on the original benchmark. These include adjustments to lighting in the character creator, as well as corrections to graphical oddities in character models (addressing things like Keeper of the Moon Miqo’te teeth and Lalafell mouths/teeth). These adjustments will be incorporated into a new benchmark available for download, in addition to the game itself with Dawntrail. Information about a release date for the new benchmark will be announced later.
  
• Free Fantasia: Starting in 7.0, there will be a new NPC in Ul’dah with a low level quest that can be completed for one free Fantasia per character.
  
• In addition, using a Fantasia will now grant a 60 minute period during which you can make additional adjustments to your character after re-entering the game world if you are not satisfied with how the adjustments look in game. There is no limit to how many additional times you can tweak your character within this 60 minute period.
  
• Fall Guys collaboration event returns from May 23rd to June 10th

Korostylev narrowly avoided going to a juvenile colony in 1971 when he was just 15 years old. He got caught for petty hooliganism, so he received a two-year suspended sentence. However, a year later, Korostyl began committing serious crimes. Soon he was arrested again, this time for robbery, and was sentenced to nine years in prison, including his previous suspended sentence for hooliganism. It was in prison that Viktor Korostylev became acquainted with the criminal underworld and thieves-in-law. With a considerable sentence ahead of him, Korostyl decided to join the "denying" camp, which refused to cooperate with the administration and held a favorable position under the thieves' control.
During the initial years in prison, Korostyl was not much different from other inmates. He was, so to speak, part of the general prison population that adhered to criminal traditions. His young age and the need for adaptation to prison life required time. After serving about five years, Viktor had fully embraced his allegiance to the thieves-in-law, and by the age of 25, he was an established criminal authority.
Upon his release, Korostyl did not linger in freedom. The expression "prison is a home for a thief" was precisely about him. However, each of the charges against Korostylev was far from theft-related. In 1981, he committed murder and was sentenced to serve his term in a maximum-security prison. As a repeat offender, he received 9 years out of a possible 10 for this charge, as the murder was committed without aggravating circumstances.
While in prison, Korostyl positioned himself as an experienced figure in criminal affairs. In the Tobolsk prison, he mediated a conflict between two groups of inmates. Later, Korostylev was transferred to Zlatoust zone, where he was eventually crowned at the age of 31 by prominent thieves in Law such as Valery Mitin (Motyl), Suren Kukunyan (Gray Bakinsky), and Farit Khabibullin (Farit Rezany).
During his time in prison, Korostyl spent periods in many facilities, including a stint in a Georgian prison. It was in the Georgian prison that he formed close ties with many thieves, and subsequently, Viktor Korostylev leaned more towards the Caucasian criminal clan than the Slavic thieves Clan.
Prokopievsk Group
When Korostyl once again returned to freedom, he was no longer just a common thug. After all, a thief-in-law status gives its holder a lot. In a short time, he assembled an organized criminal group from former convicts. Just as racketeering began to flourish, Korostyl managed to almost completely take over Prokopievsk. Later, his influence spread to the entire southern Kuzbass region. In the northern part of the region, the situation was controlled by one of the authoritative thieves, Oleg Chernyshev, nicknamed Cherny. They often met with Korostyl. During one of these meetings, it was agreed that thieves would not encroach on each other's territory. Thus, a strong thieves' alliance emerged in Kuzbass.
Korostyl subjugated practically every street stall in Prokopievsk and neighboring cities. At least he put under his protection only those who did not already have it. In general, he acted wisely, avoiding making enemies. He even attempted to infiltrate the mining industry, sending his messengers to the director of one of the mines. However, they made it clear that it was a strategic object under the control of the KGB. Korostyl understood everything, and his interest in the mining industry disappeared.
Instead, the thief-in-law began to show interest in business. He invested money in various enterprises, subsequently receiving decent dividends from them. This was not forbidden, as Korostyl replenished the thieves' common fund, so if questions arose about this matter, arguments about the necessity of supporting the business prevailed, as the zones and prisons benefited from this money.
Novokuznetsk Killers
In 1991, a gang was formed in Novokuznetsk from lowlifes thugs. In the criminal history of Russia, it will be known as the Labotsky Gang. This phenomenon also has another name - the Shkabary Barybin Gang. Young and audacious, they immediately made a loud statement about themselves with brutal murders of local entrepreneurs. Then it was the turn of criminal authorities, who were killed by members of the gang on the orders of their leader, Nikolai Labotsky.
It is strange that despite being under the control of thieves-in-law, the region could not resist this gang. The Labotskys were not afraid of consequences. They seized almost the entire commercial sphere of Novokuznetsk and continued their onslaught on other cities in the Kuzbass region.
Typically, Labotsky would send a messenger to criminal authorities, offering them to peacefully surrender their territory to the gang. At first, they were sent away. But then there was always the killing of the authority. Thus, Labotsky and his right-hand man, Shkabara-Barybin, earned such a reputation that many eventually willingly handed over their controlled points to the gang.
In early 1992, representatives of the ruthless gang also arrived in Prokopievsk. They met with Viktor Korostylev and calmly explained that it was time to share the commercial structures. The thief had heard of Labotsky, but apparently did not think he himself could become their victim. After all, Korostylev had significant influence in the region, and it would have been too costly to go to war against him. So he sent Labotsky's bandits a negative response.
But the lawless gang always pushed forward, seeing no authorities around them. In the spring of 1992, a criminal authority, Arslan Sattarov, who was considered Korostylev's "right hand," was killed. The thief did not immediately grasp the essence of what was happening, at least he did not swear to avenge Sattarov's murder on Labotsky. And as it turned out, it was a mistake. It was Labotsky who began to push him out of the territories he occupied. By killing Sattarov, he simply did not leave a "successor" for Korostylev. Viktor Korostylev himself would be killed seven months later, on October 2nd, right at the cemetery, where he arrived as part of a funeral procession, bidding farewell to his relative.
*As fate would have it, Viktor met his death at the cemetery. On October 2nd, Korostyl, a notorious thief in the Kuzbass region, was attending the funeral of his uncle's mother. During the farewell ceremony, two 17-18-year-old boys in "Zhiguli" cars approached the cemetery and opened fire: one fired five shots from a revolver at Viktor Korostylev, while the other punctured the tires of Korostylev's car, parked nearby, using a Makarov pistol.
At 14:35, Korostylev was taken to the 2nd city hospital with severe chest injuries. Several hours later, he passed away.*

Me and my girlfriend moved in to a new apartment together at the 1. March. As usual, I needed my Debt Collection Information (Betreibungsauskunft). I bought this on the website of die Post. Here I ordered the online DCI (Debt Collection Information) for CHF 22.90. It mentions that you will order this from their partner. The name of that company is Tilbago AG. So I ordered and as promised, I received my DCI in 1 day. Everything good, so I thought.
4 days ago I suddenly received an email from an Debt Collection Company (EOS Schweiz AG), that I haven't payed a bill dating from 31.01.2024. This was from a company called CRIF AG. Since I did not order anything from that company, I gave them a call. They told me that I have ordered a Credit Certificate (Bonitätszertifikat) through them with a third party website credittrust.ch, which is not true. So I asked them, who gave them that order to do so, because clearly that wasn't me. The woman on the phone said the order came from a company called Emonitor, another company I have never heard of. I could tell, that the woman on the phone didn't believe, that I wasn't the one who ordered the Credit Certificate, because the only way to order the certificate is with your ID details (probably a copy). She told me if I scroll down on the website of Emonitor, I can see that they have a partnership with credittrust.ch, which leads to CRIF AG. I noticed that this women won't be any further help to me, since she doesn't believe me + the fact that the company sold the bill to the Debt Collection Company (EOS Schweiz AG) and I have to deal with them. (yes, I know I'm not obliged to pay there bullshit fees, so I do not really care about them).
So, I'm still looking at the Emonitor website and click on the 'all partners & interface', and who do I see: Tilbago AG, the third party company of die Post, I ordered my DCI with. So I just went through the whole ordering proces again here. Since it has been a few months, I forgot what information I had to put it. On the third step, you have to upload the front- and backside of your ID. Can I conclude, that these people ordered something, without my knowledge and without my approval, a certificate which I have to pay? I looked at the General Terms and Conditions. I couldn't find anything them stating they gain the authority to do such a thing, by me signing the contract.
I payed for there services of Tilbago AG by TWINT. Now, the thing is: I tried to call them, but nobody is answering the phone (of course). I looked at their google review rating, and I don't have the feeling they will ever reply by phone, nor will they be very helpful by e-mail. The company is based in Luzern. General Terms and Conditions

References to persons apply to both women and men as well as to more than one person.
The Subscriber Conditions for the use of tilbago credrep (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) shall be deemed to have been accepted when the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) uses the service.

1. Product

The Product enables the Subscriber to order creditworthiness information anywhere and at any time.

2. Service

The Product enables the Subscriber to procure creditworthiness information digitally. This information is produced by third parties and provided to the Subscriber via our Product, generally in electronic form. When payment is made successfully using the payment methods available in the Product, the order is completed. The Subscriber issues tilbago with a one-off order and authorization to obtain the creditworthiness information from the third party. The creditworthiness information is obtained from the third party directly through the Product and sent to the Subscriber or third party as soon as it is available if these were listed in the order. Orders are executed by the Product as quickly as possible. The Subscriber is not entitled to delivery of the creditworthiness information within a specific period of time.

3. Prices and conditions

The Product is subject to a fee. Price details can be found in the order process. tilbago reserves the right to change prices and conditions at any time.

4. Subscriber information

The Subscriber undertakes to enter the details required to order creditworthiness information truthfully. The Product helps the Subscriber to enter the data. The Product cannot guarantee the correctness of the information provided by the Subscriber, or the accuracy and completeness of the content. The Subscriber is obliged to report all breaches of these General Terms and Conditions to tilbago without delay. The Subscriber confirms that electronic communication is explicitly requested.

5. Right to withdraw

Orders which have been placed are binding and it is not possible to withdraw subsequently.

6. Refusal of creditworthiness information by the third party

If creditworthiness information is refused by the third party, we reserve the right to invoice the Subscriber for the associated additional costs; in addition, the Subscriber is not entitled to a refund of the payment already made.

7. Liability

tilbago provides no assurances, guarantees or warranties of any kind concerning the delivery of creditworthiness information, and in particular with regard to the content being accurate, complete and up to date, or with regard to the quality of the service or its availability at any time, and excludes all liability for direct and indirect damage or loss in this context to the extent permitted by law. The Subscriber uses the Product entirely at its own risk and under its own responsibility.
Technical access to the Product is the responsibility of the Subscriber. tilbago is not liable for the network provider and also disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for the hardware and software required to use the Product.
tilbago accepts no liability for losses suffered by the Subscriber or its authorized representatives caused by transmission errors, technical defects, malfunctions, unlawful interventions in telecommunication devices and networks, overloading of the network, wilful blockage of the electronic channels by third parties, interruptions or other problems to the extent permitted by law. In particular, tilbago also accepts no liability if a request for creditworthiness information may be sent with a delay due to technical interruptions affecting the Product. tilbago accepts no liability for consequential damage arising from incorrect allocation of the addresses of offices, and liability for third-party services is also excluded. tilbago endeavours to provide access to the Product with as few malfunctions and interruptions as possible. However, it cannot guarantee this at all times. tilbago reserves the right to interrupt access to the Product and/or the services offered by the Product at any time, particularly in the event that increased security risks or irregularities are identified, and also for maintenance work.

8. Data protection and security on the Internet

tilbago complies with the current legislation, especially regarding data protection law, to ensure the protection of personal data using suitable technical and organizational measures. The Product and the services it offers are used via the Internet, in other words across an open, publicly accessible network. tilbago uses encryption mechanisms for the transfer of data to the Subscriber that make it impossible in principle for unauthorized persons to access confidential data. Data is exchanged with the debt collection offices via sedex (secure data exchange from the Swiss Federal Statistical Office, a provision of the eSchKG standard). tilbago shall treat all confidential data as strictly confidential, shall only make confidential information accessible to those people who need access to the confidential data and its analysis, shall instruct people to treat confidential data as confidential and shall refrain from making confidential data accessible to unauthorized third parties in any form without the written consent of the Subscriber. In all cases, the confidential data may be used for the agreed purpose in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. The duty to maintain confidentiality begins on the day on which the relevant confidential data is disclosed and continues indefinitely.

9. Involvement of third parties

tilbago may involve third parties to fulfil the purpose of this agreement. The third party is subject to the same obligations with regard to guaranteeing data protection as tilbago itself and may not process the data for its own purposes, only on behalf and on the instruction of tilbago. tilbago undertakes to select, instruct and monitor such service providers in a prudent manner.

10. Market research and data analysis

To ensure continuous quality assurance and to optimize and develop its services, tilbago may carry out market research. This market research makes use of the Subscriber’s data made available or collected as part of the business relationship or created as the relationship continues. tilbago may involve third parties in conducting market research surveys, to which the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions in the paragraph “Data protection and security on the Internet” also apply. tilbago may analyse, evaluate and further use all historical data of a Subscriber in accordance with legal data protection provisions to identify errors and continuously improve and develop its services.

11. Other provisions

tilbago reserves the right to change the Product offered and these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall be communicated in advance in an appropriate manner, indicating the date they come into effect. They shall be deemed to have been accepted when the Subscriber uses the Product.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of tilbago. This is subject to the proviso of a partially or fully mandatory place of jurisdiction.

I’m worried about my niche
So originally my channel was dedicated to anime/manga discussions or topics and also I would make videos of me playing anime games (tried to edit for entertainment of course.) But looking at my own channel I just hit 400 subs but one thing I’ve noticed is my discussion or topic videos usually preformed better than any of my gaming content. Discussion videos has hit 10k once and most of the other times have hit 1k+ none of my gaming videos hit even close. They might get a couple hundred maybe but never a 1k+.
So I opted to niche down further and stick to my discussion videos on anime and manga however would it be too much to also include discussion or topic videos based on anime games? I’m not trying to be too broad on my channel so I can build an audience that knows what my channel revolves around. But I figured if the style of my content is anime and anime game discussions as well as manga discussions that it all fits because generally whatever video you get from me on the channel will be related to anime/manga in some form but you’ll know it’ll always be a discussion or topic from me.
But is that too much in the pot and will this mess up my potential growth?

I have a YT channel with a lot of subscribers and over the years (mainly the last one), I got around 50k people who manually subscribed to my mailing lists to receive an automation I have that send around 2 emails a week with some useful content + some eventual promotions (like launched, discounts, etc) or extra content for specific dates, probably resulting in a 10-16 emails a month.
The open rate is good and people usually engage and like the content. But the problem is that I'm unable to deliver the content to all the leads because the platforms are simply too expensive for this amount of leads and sends...
I currently have an ActiveCampaign plan for 5k contacts (10% of my base) and I have to almost daily filter it to remove contacts, but the issue is that most of them are engaged and then they complain about not receiving the stuff later on, since I removed them. :/
