Long read warning!
Firstly, I think the judges are told who the contestants are. Or at least some of the contestants. I can see some of the contestants being a complete mystery to the judges to keep it fun for them. I’m sure they get hints at the very least so their guesses are somewhat in the ball park. But a reason why they know is so they can tailor their guesses to make the celebrities feel good. A lot of the times, the judges are there to make guesses that would make the celebrity think “wow, they really think I sound like so and so/ they think I could be as awesome as that person.” It’s entertainment for us but they get celebrities to want to do the show because they wanna feel good about themselves and see who they can be compared to. The judges’ guesses can be used to hype up and make them feel good most of the time. There’s plenty of times (especially from Jenny) where they seem like they knew the whole time and they guess correctly last minute even though they never guessed that celebrity prior or they only mentioned it a few times early on and switched it up later on to give the illusion that they don’t really know. There could be some that are left unconfirmed to keep it fun and have genuine surprise from the judges. They’re just told hints like “guess great athletes/ legendary divas/ funny comedians/ amazing vocal artists in x genre (rnb, country, broadway) etc.” But they know!
Secondly, the order of the reveals are predetermined based on many different factors. Either the celebrity’s schedule can only allow them to be in the show for a certain amount of time or they choose to not have to stay that long. This explains the wild cards sometimes in scenarios where a celebrity’s schedule might not make them available til later on or they only wanna sing a few songs. Explains why some of the wild cards aren’t that great and get eliminated shortly after they join coz they only wanna be a part of it for a certain amount of time. Another factor is politics. Fame level sometimes dictates how far a celebrity goes. Lesser famous celebrities get revealed earlier coz no one really wants to see a YouTuber win it all or some D list celeb. On the flip side to that, you can have legends like divas who make it far even though they aren’t as amazing as they were in their prime. Catering to celeb egos (sometimes out of respect) might play a part too. Don’t wanna eliminate a big celebrity who might get butthurt for going too early, but it’s ok to eliminate someone who might be a better sport about it. Some celebs have a say on how far they wanna go or how many episodes they’re in. We’ve had instances where the person was too famous or too recognizable or too good and was immediately revealed coz they just wanted do one song and that’s it. I can see the later contestants signing up for the whole thing and doing it for real to see how far they go. Those are the ones that are probably kept a mystery from the judges. At the end of the day, this is just for fun for some of them but they have more important things to do so they sign a contract to assign a certain amount of songs or certain availability days or willingness to be eliminated or to just do the competition for real and see how far they go. It’s rigged!
Some other things I theorize (some obvious, some not) is that maybe the performances are pre recorded sometimes. At least the vocals. There’s a possibility that sometimes, they just “lip sync” to a recorded version. Who would know if they’re really singing live. Obviously the crowd and judges are directed to act like it’s all live, which I’m sure most are live. Another thing is that sometimes it’s not really the celebrity in the costume. Obviously when a character from a previous season cameos, it’s not really the celeb in the costume. Why would they come back for a small bit and not even show their face. It’s just some random person pretending. Even some of the extra back stage clips and bits might just be a random with voice over from the celeb so they don’t have to actually come to set just to shoot a bit that a random could be doing. Now… to add to this, this might be a stretch and I don’t think it’s really the case but who knows, but what if even during some of the live performances, it’s not really the celeb. Like if someone can’t show up that day so they just record the song and someone else is up on stage performing. I don’t think this happens but maybe once it might have. That’d be crazy. No one really knows who is really in the costume. It can be anyone at any given time.
I think the celebs don’t really know who the other celebs are. But maybe they do. Who knows. Maybe everyone knows back stage and they’re just really good at keeping it a secret from the public. The scenes where the celebs are walking around back stage in hoodies and blacked out visors are for the camera. They act like the crew don’t know but maybe they do. But it might not be the case just in case someone does spill the beans so they keep it all a secret from the crew and other celebs.
Celebs might be getting paid possibly. Voting system is a mix between fake and real. Predetermined for some, genuine for others. Crowd reactions are hilariously cringe coz it’s so terribly fake but I love it. Applause sign vibes.
Jenny McCarthy is sucking some high exec’s dick coz how is she still on the show. She’s the worst. She’s the worst at pretending like she doesn’t know and plays “the game” terribly. She’s so fake and sucks are acting genuine. She gives off the most vibes that she knows and even worse, that she wants to be the one who knows the most and guesses correctly. Maybe the producers decide “ok robin, you can guess this one correctly. You get the W on this one and Ken can get the W on the next one” or even maybe “ok guys, no one guess this correctly” Jenny always has to be like, no, I’m gonna piggy back and be right too. Like she has to be right the most to feel smart or something. Someone high up has the hots for her or something. Like she’s the leader or top dog. She gets what she wants. But don’t make it too obvious, guess wrong sometimes. Give other judges time to shine. But sometimes she can’t help it. You can tell the other judges are thinking “oh here goes Jenny again wanting to look smart and correct again even though it’s my time to shine or no one was supposed to know.” Sometimes it feels like the judges don’t know (or they’re really good at acting truly clueless) but jenny knows. She always has to know. It’s like playing a game with someone that you know has all the answers but it’s fun for them to play dumb sometimes but still can’t help but cheat to feed their ego. It’s like her daddy’s the boss. I hate Jenny!
TLDR this show is sometimes genuine~ish, sometimes it’s scripted. There’s politics at work within the celebs and the judges.
Love this show. Love the costumes, the dancers/band, most of the performances. Favorite part is the reveal. Nick is great, very likable in this show. Robin is also great, show really helped his image get better since that whole Miley thing way back. Ken is hit or miss, funny but sometimes too much. Rita is a great addition, better at seeming genuine. Good vibes. Miss Nicole, she probably got tired of dealing with Jenny. Jenny can go die.

unique uniques is a mod that basically seems to replace all the 'unique' weapons that are mostly jsut fixed legendaries, with 'actual' unique looks and effects
for example, partystarter, the rocket launcher, has christmas lights, as well as a different, new effect.
unique uniques also has these 'unique' effects be a weapon mod that could potentially be removed and put on other legendary items.
however, it might've screwed up the legendary system, seemingly.
KenZero24, on xbox at least, has seemed to have made two mods that alter unique uniques - one of them seems to return all the 'unique' effects added by the first mod, but keeps the 'unique' looks (the picture on the mod has the ashmaker with like, flame decals on the barrel of the gun, which i assume was it's 'unique' look, but the bland extra fire damage from the fire damage levendary)
the second mod says "plus+vanilla legendary effects" and shows 'experiment 18-a' and it seens to list two effects, 25% faster fire rate/15% reload from rapid, iirc, and 'creates an area of electrical damage on hit' which i'm assuming would be the unique uniques effect attributed to experiment 18-a.
my question is, does anyone know if this 'fixes' the usual legendary effects, but keeps the unique effects as an option, AND still allows them to be taken off as unique parts?
for example, if i wanted the 'unique uniques' kellogg's pistol on say, a never ending 44?

TL;DR: at current price levels hedgies could theoretically still just buy the entire float or even ALL outstanding shares. What's 15 billion (at 50 USD a share), 24 billion (80 USD ceiling yesterday premarket), 38 billion (at ATH) or even 100 billion to them? Pocket change that would barely make them budge. And yet they're fighting toe and nail because the CANNOT get the shares off us. This validates everything we've been saying for 3+ years and is fool-proof proof that the squeeze never squoze.
Lots of smart takes on here over the past few days, explaining how options gamma or swap expirations or the recent solar flare may have triggered the current run and volatility. This is great guys and I enjoy reading those posts, keep it up!
But at the bottom line a lot boils back down to one incredible simple number imo: market capitalization, the number of outstanding shares multiplied by current share price.
Two weeks ago, GME traded at 10 USD per share. With ca 300M outstanding shares, this put us at a market cap of just 3 billion USD - barely more than cash on hand plus assets & inventory.
Currently we're trading at around 50 USD, putting us at a market cap of ca 15 billion USD.
Yesterday in premarket we hit a ceiling at exactly 80 USD four (!) times. Market cap then was (briefly) 24 billion USD.
At the all time high in January 2021, when they switched off the buy buttons, we traded around 500 USD, corresponding to a market cap of ca 38 billion USD.
If the price were to hit 1000 USD, GME's market cap would be ca 300 billion USD.
All of these values are – effectively – pocket change to shorts.
Ken Griffin's personal (!) net worth is estimated at around 38 billion, incidentally the money it would take to buy all outstanding GME shares at previous ATH prices.
Susquehanna International Group's disclosed a total of 576 billion USD worth of holdings in Q1 2024. They alone could buy all outstanding GME shares at 2,000 USD per share.
The combined net worth of the 10 richest people in the world (as per the Forbes 2024 list) is 1.55 TRILLION USD. Together, Bernard Arnault, Elon, Zuck, Bezos, Gates, Buffet & friends could still buy ALL outstanding GME shares at a price of around 5,000 USD per share.
My point is very simple: in theory, they could buy 100% of GME shares to get out of their troubles at any point, even at current price levels. Doesn't matter if they screwed up due to shorts, due to options & gamma, due to swaps or whatever. They've done their best to claim that "only" 20-25% of the float is officially shorted. Why not buy that back, close the position, take the (small) L and get on with life? Well:
BECAUSE. THEY. CAN. NOT.
We've said for a long time that "hedgies control the room, but apes control the exit". We've been ridiculed and laughed at for that for 3+ years. But the past week has irrevocably vindicated apes and shown that we've been f*cking right this entire time. They are fighting toe and nail to keep a lid on, to gaslight and scare us into selling, to catch stop loss orders, to re-stack the options chain against us, to survive another day.
But the past days have proven that shorts never closed and don't intend to ever close unless forced. We have them literally by the balls and now we will squeeeeeeze them till their ears fall off. Whichever you prefer to do that: by buying and hodl'ing, by DRS'ing, by smartly playing options and exercising calls: it all kindles the fire under the massive powder keg that they're sitting on, trying to keep the lid down.
Let's give them nothing and take from them: everything.

In 2005 I got involved in the Ken Livingston London Mayor re-election campaign. I have vast experience when it comes to running call centres so they asked me to run the phone banks in a building attached to Euston Station.
Volunteers would come in, I’d give them a list of people to call, pointers on what we needed to know, and a script to get them going.
We had a regular volunteer who was a labour counsellor in Hammersmith, a lovely woman called Rima, we bonded over fag breaks on the fire escape outside the office.
One day her partner came to pick her up; yes, you know it, Alan Rickman. I was a fan, but because I lived in London where we are all super cool I managed to greet him with a smile, and when she told him she hadn’t quite finished I gave him a list, pointed at a phone and told him to make himself useful!
He said “With this voice?” I said go on, let’s see how long it takes the person on the other end… call one; he barely got out the name of the campaign! Calls 2, 3 and 4 similar, whilst we were all in fits of laughter.
He took it in great part and we all retired to the pub and drank a LOT of gin. He was as charming as he was reputed to be, very down to earth and very, very funny.

2024.05.15 03:45 Eastern_Joke_7675 FYI Series: How to have a strong Start in your my faction Journey.
This FYI will focus on giving you a strong start in my faction, Apart from Live events and Towers, your two main issues at the start will be Proving Grounds (PG) and Faction Wars (FW).
I will discuss faction wars later in the article as some of the strongest cards in the game, even at present, are located there. But to have an easier time in faction wars you will need good card to begin with. So hers how to get a head start on some great Sapphire and Ruby Cards.
In regards to your starter pack choose whatever you prefer, you will receive emerald evo cards which, by meeting specific requirements will evolve gem levels eventually reaching Ruby 80 overall. I tend to go for Strikers as they are easier to meet the requirements and MFP match actions for PG, Lives and Towers.
MyRise and Showcase:
Completion of these modes unlock various my faction cards and some of them are very strong.
Cheesing Myrise and Showcase: If you just want to blast through the modes, set it to easy and go to balancing, then turn everything in your favour, reversals, kick outs, health and regarding submission, change it so the AI is punished for wrong button presses, you not so and correct button presses are strong for you and weak for AI, you will be submitting people in seconds unless the match has objectives or stipulations to meet first. Is it scummy? Yes. Does it matter? No.
I would recommend showcase first, this can be laborious as you cant just win it but have to complete all objectives, again the difficultly adjustment will help but the part that rewards you is the end. It involves you taking part as the first entrant in a 30 man battle royale, to meet all objectives to unlock the showcase cards you need to survive and also eliminate 10 individuals during the run. Choose your wrestler wisely! Someone whos strong can reverse but can survive!
For completing Showcase Royale Rumble with 10 eliminations and winning you receive the following my faction cards which in my opinion are the best starting cards in the game prior to the FW bosses:

I'm Japanese, and I cannot name a single Japanese-produced movie that features a white actor as the main character. This includes live-action adaptations of popular comic books that take place in Europe, such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Black Butler, or Attack on Titan.
Most of the worst examples of yellow fever, white-washing, and white savior complexes in movies happen to appear to in Japan-centric stories, such as The Last Samurai, Bullet Train, or The Shogun. This has lead many to criticize Japanese people as a whole for enabling anti-Asian racism. And while I agree that the Japanese are also at fault for taking part in their own humiliation rituals, it's important to not ignore how these movie are always spearheaded by white Hollywood executives.
I've seen other Asians call Japanese people "cucks" and "white worshippers," cherry-picking obscure animes that feature Nazi aesthetics, while ignoring the actual most popular media from Japan.

If you look at the list of the best-selling, and therefore most-influential, Japanese comics of all time, you will notice that out of the 21 comics that have surpassed 100 million sales:
17 feature Japanese protagonists.
2 feature Chinese protagonists (Kingdom, Dragon Ball.)
1 features a Hispanic protagonist (One Piece.)
And only a single manga, Attack on Titan, actually features a white protagonist and takes place in Europe.
It's also important to understand the influence that the Japanese secondary main characters, Zoro and Mikasa, have on their respective series.
Zoro is a shredded, stoic badass who rivals the main character, a childlike, asexual, Brazillian man. A running gag in the show is how Zoro is able to easily win the affection of beautiful women, much to the dismay of Sanji, a white simp/pedophile. Many of the strongest male characters in the show, Oden, Kaido, and the Admirals, are also Japanese.
Attack on Titan is the closest thing to white worship in an actual popular show since it's implied Mikasa is in love with the main character, and many other white male characters view her as an exotic beauty. However Mikasa is also a stoic badass, and her physical and mental abilities overshadow the majority of the white male main characters in her show.
A common complaint is that Japanese manga unintentionally reinforces the "sexy geisha" archetype, which leads to more yellow fever. However, this a completely criticism to levvy at the Japanese, since ALL media across the world, white, black, Hispanic, etc., puts beautiful women on screen.
If we look at the most popular Japanese manga, One Piece, the two most sexually objectified female characters are Nami (Swedish,) and Nico Robin (Russian.)
In the #4 most popular manga ever, Dragon Ball, 3/4 of the main characters with children are Chinese men married to blue-eyed white women (Videl, Bulma, Android 18.)
The 14th best selling manga of all time, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, features a Japanese protagonist who is the son of a beautiful white woman, and is married to a white woman.
The 16th best-selling, Hokuto no Ken, features the Bruce Lee/Yusaku Matsuda inspired Kenshiro getting engaged to Julia, a red-haired, blue-eyed woman.
Jujutsu Kaisen, the 23rd best selling, features Satoru Gojo, an international male sex symbol.
In Number 33, Fairy Tale, Natsu, who the writer admits is based on himself as a teenager, is at the center of a love triangle between two girls named Lucy and Lisanna Strauss.
Number 35, Boys Over Flowers, a reverse-harem manga, features exclusively Japanese male love interests.

Most of the worst examples of yellow fever, white-washing, and white savior complexes in movies happen to appear to in Japan-centric stories, such as The Last Samurai, Bullet Train, or The Shogun. This has lead many to criticize Japanese people as a whole for enabling anti-Asian racism. And while I agree that the Japanese are also at fault for taking part in their own humiliation rituals, it's important to not ignore how these movie are always spearheaded by white Hollywood executives.

If you look at the list of the best-selling, and therefore most-influential, Japanese comics of all time, you will notice that out of the 21 comics that have surpassed 100 million sales:
17 feature Japanese protagonists.
2 feature Chinese protagonists (Kingdom, Dragon Ball.)
1 features a Hispanic protagonist (One Piece.)
And only a single manga, Attack on Titan, actually features a white protagonist and takes place in Europe.
It's also important to understand the influence that the Japanese secondary main characters, Zoro and Mikasa, have on their respective series.
Zoro is a shredded, stoic badass who rivals the main character, a childlike, asexual, Brazillian man. A running gag in the show is how Zoro is able to easily win the affection of beautiful women, much to the dismay of Sanji, a white simp/pedophile. Many of the strongest male characters in the show, Oden, Kaido, and the Admirals, are also Japanese.
Attack on Titan is the closest thing to white worship in an actual popular show since it's implied Mikasa is in love with the main character, and many other white male characters view her as an exotic beauty. The 14th best selling manga of all time, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, features a Japanese protagonist who is the son of a beautiful white woman, and is married to a white woman.

- 1:10 In terms of being consistent or not, (GnW is) in the middle or leaning on not being consistent
- In general, I don't think any character is inherently consistent or not, but if I had to say, then I think (GnW is) on the side of inconsistent
- 1:30 Characters like Cloud and Aegis are strong offensively, which is overlooked in talking about consistency. In return, they are weak defensively off the stage.
- They are inconsistent because if they get edge guarded, then they will have a hard time with that game.
- 2:00 Game and Watch has an easy time recovering, so he will not lose a stock early from recovering.
- However, he is the 3rd lightest in the game next to Pichu and Jigglypuff. Realistically, he's about the same as Pichu because his air dodge is frame 3, so he cannot get out of combos like Pichu can on frame 2.
- What makes him different from characters such as Jigglypuff and Olimar is that Game and Watch has a hard time killing

- There are many situations where I get the opponent to 150, cannot get a ledge trap read, get one combo'd to 50, and then die.
- 4:15 Game and Watch is not good at going in, so his neutral gameplan tends to be more basic/clean
- GnW can't hold forward.
- Hard to make a comeback, especially characters that can time you out
- Game and Watch has a hard time killing, but is strong defensively
- I think consistency ultimately comes down to the person
- 5:00 Characters that can skip ledge are really difficult. They often get to 150%.
- Characters that have a hard time at ledge are easier, so if those are the only characters you face in bracket, then he is more consistent, but if you can't read their ledge option, then GnW gets blown up, so its hard to say he is consistent.
- GnW has to read the opponent's habits at ledge to reliably kill, so it's easier against opponents you know. This is why I am consistent in Japan.

- Oh yeah also Metaknight. That character will kill you off one hit at any percent, so it's very inconsistent.
- More than half the reason I'm consistent is because I have secondaries. Solo GnW won't get you consistent results.
- I used to not care about character weight that much. I even thought it was normal, but people started preparing for the matchup by killing GnW early, so good players would instantly take stocks over and over and it was really difficult
- Characters with bad mobility are easy, but characters with good mobility are hard to deal with. Neutral is hard, and they can catch your landing and Up B OOS. I lost Umebura SP9 to DIO upairing my up B.
- GnW is actually exploitable. It's just his recovery.
- I still think this character is probably in the top 5. Also great as a secondary.
