So now I am going into 11th ISC and I am doing JEE alongside. School has not yet started but my classes have started from almost a month back. I have PCM classes thrice a week, 1 subject a day. The duration of the classes is 4 hours. Till now what I have studied, I have understood it but I have a very weird sensation/feeling because the teaching is not not sequential or in order like in 10th standard. I have not bought any books yet and I have only the booklets which the classes have provided. The notes are the ones which i write down during the class. Sometimes in the classes I don't understand a single thing like in chem the rutherfords experiment and in maths the relations and stuff. I don't have any problem with that as I can understand that in self-study or some videos online but the thing is if this happens frequently and I don't understand most of the things in class itself, it will be very difficult for me to cope up with the syllabus as I have school from 8 - 1 30 and classes from 4 - 8 30 (Total travelling time of school and classes would be 1.5 hours). This is a very tight schedule as the 2 weekdays would go in studying only English and Computers. So only days remaining is Sat and Sun wherein 1 day I would have to give a 3 hour JEE Mock test so time for self studying is extremely less. I know not doing integrated is a big issue but I don't wanna do it cos of the fees of some classes which is too much. Another problem I am facing is I chose Commerical Applications as my optional subject in 9th and 10th and not computers so doing computers in 11th would require a lil bit more hard work. Can someone please advice me on how to continue and if this weird feeling is normal, please tell me that too. I am open to studying the whole day and I think at this point of time it is mandatory to do so. I am aiming for above 95 percent in 12th boards ISC and above 96/97 percentile in JEE Mains. I know this is too much too ask for but I would work hard for it.

Heyo, I came onto this Reddit about a week ago asking for some mask recommendations to fit with some of my particular issues, listed below. I was reccomended these masks (link: https://www.moldex.com/product/4800-n95-airwave-pleated-easy-breathing-nuisance-organic-vapor-ozone-respirato ).
So far I am loving the feel and fit of these masks, and they are extremely easy to breath through and wear.
Personal issues with other masks I have tried: Slipping up/down my face when speaking Hard to breathe through Hard to understand/be heard Large head Lack of ease of access.
Most of these weren't listed in my original but after comparing these to the standard n95s my wife and I have, as well as comparing to cloth masks I wore very early in 2019, I added some more criteria.
Pros of the 4800s: Double straps on the top and bottom of the mask make it a very secure fit. The extra surface area on the mask make it significantly easier to breath through. Significantly easier to project my voice/speak as the mask doesn't rest directly against the lips/nose. Straps built into the mask are widely adjustable, with a sort of friction tie at the back. Tightening it will tighten the entire mask, as both looks run under the bottom side, through channel in the side of the mask, and crest another loop for the back of your head. Easy to order from Amazon and other online retailers.
Cons: These babies are not nearly as cheap as a box of n95s, averaging $56 USD for a pack of 8 on Amazon, making each mask roughly $7. Most regular N95s sell for any where between $2-.75, making them far more economical. As far as I have seen these are not readily available in local store, such as Home Depot or Lowe's, which will usually carry other styles of masks. These are styled more as working masks, which is another reason O was drawn to them, but be aware of their availability of Amazon is not an option for you. I doubt these masks would be great for kids, the actual part that covers the face might be a bit too big for younger children, but should be fine for most teens and young adults.
This is just my quokc personal opinion. I might make an update in a few weeks when I have put some real "miles" on these masks, if anyone has found a cheaper option besides Amazon that would be appreciated.

Hi all - Mostly a musclecar guy here (engineering degree and lots of underhood/shop experience) but I've always loved the W124 era Benzes. I'm considering buying an 1988 S124 with about 140k miles that seems to present well; planning to check it out soon. CA car since '96 by way of NY, NJ, KY, and CO. I'm currently reading up on the majominor issues. I have a CarFax for it and wanted to ask about some specifics:
It looks like it hasn't had much mileage between 2012-2018 and not much since 2020; failed a couple emissions tests here in CA and passed after a fuel system clean, oil change, and timing/idle adjustment. Could these have been bandaids to well-known issues from sitting, or is this appropriate action? I'm concerned when old cars sit and rubbeseals get dry. I can search for recommended service interval stuff online, but would love to know what to look for when I'm actually looking one of these engines; common oil/vacuum leak areas, etc.
EDIT: Car has a "branded title" due to the mileage reporting issue? I've never heard of this before.
Additionally, if anyone on here can do an inspection on the car before purchase, reach out to me by DM. I know cars well but have never looked at or driven one of these, let alone with high mileage and not that much documentation. I'm in the greater LA area and would appreciate an experienced eye.
Obviously, it's ludicrous to expect anyone to give me super-specific advice or diagnosis over the internet but please do let me know what I should be looking out for! More concerned with mechanical operation than rust or appearance; I know how to evaluate those things. I just don't want to have to be tearing the engine or mechanicals down for something that would have been obvious to a bigger Benz fan. Thanks.

In January 2021, I had oral surgery (debridement for osteonecrosis of the jaw). My oral surgeon was out-of-network for Cigna, my insurance company, but agreed to file a claim with them. Instead of filing a claim for the full cost of the surgery, he filed a claim for $95.00. At my follow up appointment in April 2021, the office staff said I owed them close to $1000.00 for the surgery. I explained that the full claim hadn't been filed with Cigna and that I would pay after the claim was filed and Cigna had paid its share. I heard nothing more from them until today, 3 years later, when I received a text message saying I owned them $920.00 and providing a link to an online payment service.
Cigna has received only two claims from them: the claim for $95.00 and the claim for the cost of the follow up visit, for which Cigna paid 60%. I believe I paid my share of these, although it's difficult to verify, since my bank doesn't have credit card transaction records going back that far available online.
The oral surgeon's office never filed a claim for the full cost of the debridement.
I no longer live in NJ, if that's relevant.
If the oral surgeon had been in-network for Cigna, I would owe nothing since he failed to file the claim in a timely way. But he was out-of-network. Legally, what do I owe him?

Hi All,
I'm a 2020 Civil Engineering graduate, and have been working for a Heavy Civil GC in NYC since graduating (4 years this summer). I'm trying to strategize for the PE exam. I intend on taking the Civil: Construction PE exam within the next couple of years, as I intend on remaining in construction as opposed to switching course and going to work for a design firm. My main fear is being so far detached from a school/test taking setting - I took the FE and passed on first try during senior year of college, that's the last time I sat for any form of an exam let alone the 9 hour PE. I also don't have the same study resources (my friends and I studied together in college, they had gotten their hands on a few sample tests).
Does anyone have any online courses they'd recommend? Or any other study resources? Additionally, I've had several people recommend I take the test in NJ because I can take it at any time, and then just apply for the licensure when I complete my paperwork for the 4 years of experience. Then apparently there's one simple piece of paperwork to fill out to have dual licensure in NJ/NY. Personally I'd rather get the test over with so I'm open to this idea. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it!

Title is an excuse for me to talk about Dragon Ball timelines. I recently got into a small rabbit hole trying to figure out what that situation looks like based on the Cell Saga and the Goku Black arc (not even getting into the host of side media in the franchise).
It's generally agreed that the Cell Saga requires at least 4 timelines in order to work as stated, as you can see here. But things get trickier once you add DBS into the mix. The show (and I assume the manga as well) pretty much state there should now be 6 timelines, but most analyses online that I've looked at add at elast a couple more to that number. The highest I've found was this video, which proposes, erm, 25 to infinity. To be fair, that particular video is less of a discussion of the timelines themselves and moreso a critique of how Dragon Ball doesn't really follow its own time travel rules. I wasn't able to follow it very well to say if it's quite accurate though.
Sidenote: I find myself strangely fascinated the most by the timeline where Cell kills Trunks. I think it being the "Unseen" Timeline kinda gives me creepypasta vibes, if that makes any sense.
Speaking of creepy though, that's one thing that most if not all agree on: that the timeline situation in Dragon Ball is incredibly grim. You may remember how the ending of the Goku Black arc was strongly disliked for being unnecessarily bleak and fucked up, having Trunks' entire universe/timeline completely erased. Well, here's the thing: it's not just his timeline. Look at this image from this post on the Kanzenshuu forum, which is the assessment I agree with the most (though I think there are a couple of very minor errors here and there). Even if you ignore that Zeno eventually erases all those universes anyway, in all but a couple of them the Z-Fighters get all wiped out either by the androids or by Goku Black. Even Beerus dies, on account of his link to the Supreme Kai. You'd think he'd be more zealous of letting that guy put himself in danger; I know he's lazy, but in one of those timelines the Supreme Kai gets killed by a threat as mundane (for Beerus, anyway) as freaking Dabura and Babidi! It's also funny how the timeline that we, the audience, follow has reached insane levels of power, while everyone else never even gets past Super Saiyan 1.
Anyway, rant over. Time travel is weird.
