2024.05.21 15:27 Apprehensive-Year513 How Touching

Most everyone learns it. Most everyone knows how to implement it. Most people find it to be a regular part of life. What is it; it’s personal space. Harry and Meghan seem to both lack the respect of people's personal boundaries. Worse. They seem to feel entitled to cross the boundaries of others. It is a well documented pattern that Harry is drawn to touching the chests of other men in public. Deliberately. It is bizarre that a man who grew up training to be a working royal would do something so bizarre for the cameras to capture.
In the Netflix reality show, Meghan complained that hugging William and Catherine was a slight against her. As if not wanting to hug Meghan means that William and Catherine are cold. That people shouldn't like them for having the gall to not want to be hugged by her. William and Catherine are autonomous adults. They should have the right to their personal space. They should get to decide who gets to hug their bodies and who does not. That shouldn't be challenging to understand. William and Catherine already have public duties where they shake people's hands and greet others while in close physical proximity to people they don't know. William is most likely used to people trying to take advantage of his position and status. It is understandable why he might have his guard up when meeting a stranger nevertheless his brother's new girlfriend.
Familiarity with another takes time. It does not come by trying to throw someone off by asking to use their lipgloss. Constantly hugging others doesn't necessarily make a person approachable. In fact, the body language this couple demonstrates makes them seem unfriendly. No one would go into the workplace or in public around others, clinging to their spouse. It gives the impression of a date, not an event to interact with others. It is not feminist to elbow a husband out of the way. The kind of forced intimacy Harry and Meghan display of themselves or others is not warm or genuine. It comes across as contrived.
British people do not find hugging to be jarring. What is jarring is Meghan's inability to read a room. There was a lot of whining from Team Tig and Todger that the detractors of Harry and Meghan were so put off by Meghan's wardrobe while in Nigeria. Her outfits were fine for a day at the beach or for an evening out. Wearing backless dresses to visit schools is not appropriate no matter what. The trip was heralded as a trip for Invictus (shocker, it wasn't). If the trip was for Invictus, wearing cut outs and spaghetti straps to what should be an event promoting the Games, is a key way to take the focus off of the cause and onto the so called patrons. Just perhaps the Invictus Games is not about the service-members anymore by design.
Anyone anywhere can learn the customs and traditions of another country. Culture is meant to be shared and appreciated. Even if the one learning does not agree with a specific culture, being a diplomat is putting that aside for something outside of themselves. No one should go to another country thinking they own the place and that the locals should cater to them. It does not take an International Relations degree to enter a house of worship of another faith and show reverence. An American can learn the words to God Save the King and a Brit can learn what is typically served for Thanksgiving.
Queen Mary of Denmark and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands learned Danish and Dutch respectively as they hail from Australia and Argentina. But Meghan Markle had to learn hymns for church and that is supposed to make her a victim.
Given that Harry was raised to be an ambassador for his people, it is curious that his wife was so ill prepared for it. They flunked out of being royals but everyone is supposed to believe they were so good at it the Queen and all of them were so jealous of them. If that is true, it’s so weird why they appear to fail at everything they do now. It’s really quite touching how logic and sense never seems to apply.

2024.05.21 15:07 spoonfullasoup Tyge.. will he hate it?

I am expecting a baby boy in November! My husband and I love the sound of the Celtic name Tadhg, but we live in the Midwest US where this would be extremely uncommon and our last name is already not spelled phonetically. We think we’ve landed on Tyge, same sound but a derivative of Tycho. We love the meaning “to hit the mark” because this child is probably completing our family.
Our concern is that such an uncommon name would be a frustration to our child. Everyone we’ve said it to at first did a double take. What are your thoughts? Is this too “out there” considering we live in a fairly conservative/traditional Midwest area and our last name is already an odd spelling? Or am I making too much of this?
We LOVE this name but are concerned our child won’t. Our last name rhymes with Payne but is not spelled the way it’s pronounced. He will have 2 middle names, both very traditional. Think William John. Our daughter has a less than common name and our entire family has short names. Thanks for your help!

2024.05.21 08:49 Ok-Agent-9200 Catwoman issue 65

I just finished reading Catwoman issue 65 and a lot happened, honestly more than I expected though we are near the end of the storyline. So a bit to talk about…I’ll keep the opening rambling to a minimum.
I couldn’t think of a good title name. After the preview I really wanted to go with “Hey Bast? It’s me Selina” but the issue doesn’t really support it. Hopefully by the time I finish this, I’ll have something(I didn’t). Anyway, it’s about 1am, I write slow sooooo let’s get started. Probably spoilers here after…I’ll try and keep it to a minimum but this is a difficult issue to talk about without spoiling a bit.
Like I said above a lot happens in this issue. The preview covers the opening with Viceroy and her “group” the white glove but some of the dialogue doesn’t make sense. This may be a consequence of my decision to read a comic once…maybe twice then immediately talking about it online but clearly Viceroys people have the body but Rosie who is there thinks the government does. The conversation is on a speakerphone…maybe I missed something but the scene is written a bit weird. Anyway, it’s kept short. The preview is literally it.
Just a side note, I like Viceroys weird squad.
The big reveal for why Bast chose Selina, granted her the whole 9 lives thing is underwhelming. Most of the cat god stuff has been a bit underwhelming, even the whole SHAZAM of it all. There’s a message here and Tini points it out a few times but yeah it’s just underwhelming. I will say though before I move on that the art here by Ivan Shavrin really captures Selina resistance to being controlled or in service to anyone, god or otherwise. The expression work is great. Scene is very short. The cover and preview definitely implied the opposite.
Where Selina wakes up is interesting, fun. I know I’m maybe in the minority but I really have enjoyed a lot of Tinis Selina caption work in nine lives. It feels Catwoman to me. And it really works here as we get to see her go through/break down essentially a prison break, a clean up job and a heist in one issue. It does go a bit off the rails after Selina meets the guards but mostly it’s solid.
Viceroys whitesite is…like everything with her involvement a bit out of the blue. First…can anyone tell me how big a deal Viceroy should actually be? She seems like a bigger fish than the dialogue wants to imply. I haven’t read Aquaman in forever so Catwoman and whatever I remember from Aquaman…not much, is all I have. How big is N.E.M.O supposed to be?
Anyway her operation presented in issue 65 is certainly bigger than I would have expected and isn’t even connected to NEMO…here we find my main problem with the issue…big story points/things that come out of nowhere with no real build up. Popular complaint I think but the whitesite, Viceroys operation, her goals…should have been seeded through the run a bit better, at least after the under the sea heist and especially if she’s the big bad.
Ideally there should have been additional issues added to the storyline to properly build everything up. Would the issue be better as two issues…I’m still going to say yes. There’s a natural cliffhanger where Selina realizes what kinds of guards she’s dealing with. If you’re keeping track, for me ideally the Nine Lives storyline would near double in length issue wise. Issues could also have been rearranged a bit too.
Spoilers sorry…but there’s a whole artifact acquisition/collecting angle that pulled me a bit out of the story as it definitely would have been noticed. It’s not a small collection, it’s extensive. That plus I guess dark magic.
The main part of the issue is the whitesite, Catwoman learning about Viceroys goals, something about worlds greatest thieves rings, cleaning evidence and a heist but surprisingly there’s more.
Catwoman decides to build her own team. The first member will either make some people who have been waiting for their return very happy…or not. Tini finally fulfills the promise to fix a character…is that to on the nose? Either way I think she does an ok job. It’s not amazing but it offers an explanation the character Scandals previous behavior in Gotham War. I enjoyed the interaction between Selina and everyone here on first read. I thought it was handled well enough. Especially as I liked Selina’s previous dynamic with Scandal as Marquise. That said after reading the scene again a few times…that could change. If you aren’t a fan of Selina’s views on Gotham War you probably won’t be a fan of most of the scene.
Issue ends with Selina listing her next two targets for recruitment…and they don’t really make sense beyond the basic reason given.
This was an incredibly difficult issue to spoiler free review and I pretty much failed. I’ve been writing this for far longer than I want to say, embarrassingly long. It’s not a perfect or great issue but I enjoyed it, at least after the first read/re-reads. It covers a lot of ground and it does it well enough if not a bit to quickly. The art is beautiful, maybe not as fitting as say Giandomenicos style from issue 64 would have been but it’s really nice. Tinis writing for Selina herself was also fairly solid.
All that said…I’m actually a fair bit conflicted on this one. The end scene while I didn’t hate it, the introduction of Viceroys plan and Selina’s counter plan…didn’t really work. Mainly again because it doesn’t feel built up to. I’m not sure where I’ll fall on this issue after a full re-read.
Maybe I should just do Tuesday spoiler reviews instead…
Oh! Something no one is probably wondering but yes, I’ll write up reviews for Leah Williams GCS. I have no idea why but I really do enjoy talking about Catwoman. Apparently instead of having a healthy sleep schedule. Anyway this is too long and if you read this far, thank you.
See you next time, same Cat time, same cat channel.

JAG ARRESTS 4TH TREASONOUS: COLORADO SUPREME COURT JUSTICE MELISSA HART, one of the FOUR JUSTICES who RULED in FAVOR of STRIKING PRESIDENT DONALD'S TRUMP'S NAME from the STATE'S PRIMARY BALLOT, RECEIVED an unexpected visitor, and it wasn’t the Easter Bunny. April 1, 2024.
Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart, one of the four justices who ruled in favor of striking President Donald Trump’s name from the state’s primary ballot, received an unexpected visitor Sunday morning, and it wasn’t the Easter Bunny.
A White Hat source told Real Raw News that JAG investigators had discovered where Hart had ensconced herself—400 miles south of Denver, at a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Pueblo-style casa in Santa Fe, New Mexico—and decided to pay her a courtesy call.
“Our men were extremely courteous informing Hart she was under arrest for treason,” a JAG source told Real Raw News.
He said investigators confronted Hart with a military arrest warrant when she stepped outside to retrieve the previous day’s mail. She incredulously told investigators they had the wrong woman and identified herself as Lissa Mather, a semi-retired elementary school teacher who relocated to the Santa Fe area following the tragic death of her husband, Brad. She offered to show them her rental agreement to prove she was who she claimed to be, but the investigators had little tolerance for Deep State Deception. One pointed at the stack of mail Hart was cradling in her arms and noted that each envelope was addressed to Melissa Hart, not Lissa Mather, which, he deduced, was an anagram for her actual name.
But Hart kept up the charade, claiming that the postal service often mistakenly delivered other peoples’ mail to her box.
“You’re holding more than a dozen letters and catalogs addressed to Melissa Hart, and you expect us to believe that’s a delivery error?” an investigator said in disbelief. “You can use that defense at your military tribunal.”
They handcuffed Hart and drove her to a JAG processing center, where she will stay until flown to Guantanamo Bay to stand trial along with her three co-conspirators, Richard L. Gabriel, William W. Hood, and Monica Márquez—who have been in pre-trial detainment since earlier this year. JAG has said all four will be tried jointly.
According to our source, JAG had known Hart’s whereabouts since early March, when her lovesick husband Kevin Thomas Traskos, also a rapacious Democrat and lawyer, began hopping flights from Denver to Santa Fe Regional Airport to visit his beloved wife. Investigators had twice tracked him to the Santa Fe residence and established surveillance on the area.
Traskos had planned to spend Easter in Santa Fe but amended his trip two days earlier.
“We were able to monitor a call on Friday, placed by Traskos to Hart. He told her he had emergency business in Colorado and couldn’t get away. So we wished her a happy Easter in his place,” our source said.

2024.05.21 00:30 Insatiable22 Council meeting

Audit LA posted that there’s a council meeting tonight, in person & virtual. This meeting covers the Big Blue building area/Northeast LAPD station. I doubt most of the protestors that have been affected by LAPD corruption will even make an attempt to be there. These protestors are not even filing complaints on the officers for their corruption. At least something to cover their ass, even if it goes no where. Most of the protestors just accept it and move on. Which is silly. I’m referring to Danny/leah,Aia, Becky, Jay. Jay was arrested for using a megaphone. Will he be there to share his experience. Will Danny/leah and Becky be there to talk about how lapd forced them off a public sidewalk on Saturday. I remember William Gude used to ask the chat to email the council, police chief, etc when things like that happened, now he doesn’t even care if they’re arrested 😂😂😂

2024.05.21 00:15 half_a_fool I Think My Husband’s Best Friend is Hitting On Me

Hey y’all, I (23m) inherited and moved to my grandfather’s farm in Stardew Valley 3 years ago. I’ve made quite a little life for myself since. I’ve settled in, gotten quite good at growing veggies, began making wine and beer, found out I love fishing, began making bombs, adopted a cat, explored the mines, and I’ve even taken on the task of restoring the local town’s community center.
Initially the local town’s folk were weary of my arrival, but most have warmed up to me, One man, in particular. Elliott, the local author, and I were married last summer. He’s a marvelous man, writing poetry, giving me massages after a long day in the skull caverns, making coffee most mornings, and even helping out on the farm even though I told him he doesn’t need to. I love my husband and I know he loves me, but his best friend seems to be confused.
I go out of my way to talk to everyone, going so far as to hold on to things I know they’ll like. The smile on their faces is worth far more than the 50g I may have received for shipping the item. All this to say, often times when I speak to Leah, she will say “We both live outside of town, does that mean something?”
I think she’s hitting on me. What else could the “something” be. Granted, I could just be paranoid, I mean surely she knows that I’m married to her best friend and that I am a gay man. I haven’t confronted her because I really value our friendship and I respect her’s and Elliott’s friendship. I really enjoy her art and I’ve encouraged her to sell it online, but I need her to know that friends is all we will ever be. I’ve asked Yoba what they think I should do but that was like screaming into a void spirit.
Any advice?

2024.05.20 21:29 gimmethatdingo Hey, Beauts! Back with a creative writing review--VILHELM SPARKLING JO

VILHELM PARFUMERIE Sparkling Jo EDP Bertrand Duchaufour 2023
TOP: champagne, bergamot, juniper
MIDDLE: William pear, fresh ginger, ambrette
BASE: musk, oakwood, ambergris
SPARKLING JO--named for the French-American dancer, singer, actress, and activist Josephine Baker and designed to mimic the magnificent enchantment of Paris nightlife. Per the Vilhelm website, “Queen of the night, queen of the musical hall, that’s Josephine Baker—always Jo. She enflames/ electrifies the Paris vibe and the hearts of the city’s night life. Following Josephine Baker’s frenetic steps, Vilhelm Parfumerie has translated this entrancing party rhythm into a sparkling fragrance. A homage to the night, an ode to Josephine. As soft as a feather boa’s caress, as bubbly as a glass of champagne, Sparkling Jo is a rambunctious invitation to live a festive and bright, never-ending light.”
One of the greatest pleasures in my life is taking a hot shower after a long day, after my rambunctious house—a gaggle of girls and weenie dogs—settles into stillness on a summer night. I love to concentrate on the sounds of a living house, the groan of the shower floor as weight shifts, the thud of water from the shower head, the din of cicadas I can hear above the shower sounds. I’m able to gather my thoughts fully for what seems the first time of the day, and I scrub away everything. I emerge reborn, pink skinned, and ready for fresh fragrance. This part is the greatest pleasure in life part.
The night I first met Sparkling Jo was muggy and warm, grass still wet from off and on rain during the day. After my hot shower ritual which I call in my head “temple maintenance,” I cozied up in bed and fired up my umpteenth rewatch of “Call the Midwife.” I recently purchased Vilhelm Parfumerie’s entire line, picked Sparkling Jo at random, and as CtM rolled in the background, I started reading from Vilhelm’s website and basking in lovely Fragrance Land. Something I appreciate about Vilhelm as a novice fragrance hobbyist is that all of their fragrances start with a memory. A story is told; a person is remembered; an era is encapsulated. Fizzy champagne and maybe a junipery gin swirled around my nose as I cozied up under my quilt. I was aware of Josephine Baker, but immediately went down a rabbit hole of discovery after reading that this fragrance is said to capture her joie de vivre. At the risk of sounding like a book report, the woman was remarkable. She was the first black woman to appear in a motion picture. She was an utterly beautiful woman whose face emanated light and life, a mother, vaudeville dancer, actress, and political activist. She aided the French against the Nazis as a spy by performing for them and relaying what she overheard. She refused to perform in front of segregated audiences and adopted eight children. After her death, her husband adopted four more.
As I fan-girled out about Josephine Baker, sniffing my pulse points and reading, a familiar fragrance and time came to me. I adore when this happens and I get transported somewhere else by smell. This time, I was about eight years old. It was summer, and my mom’s winter sweaters were stored in their off-season home, a cedar hope bench in a spare bedroom. I loved the smells inside that chest—cedar, an errant moth ball or two, clean laundry, and the combination of my mother’s two 80s and 90s fragrances on those sweaters, Chloe and Estee Lauder Beautiful. That smell was such a lovely comforting smell to child-me, soft and maternal, lively and effervescent like my mom. I thought back to all the things I had read about Josephine Baker—that she had left America for France in 1925 at just nineteen years old, all of her on-screen accomplishments, being a spy against the Nazis, a contemporary of MLK Jr., adopting eight children—and I think Vilhelm did a really nice job of creating a fragrance in that honor. I’m not generally a fan of champagne notes, but Sparkling Jo actually smells, well…sparkling. The juniper is fresh like good gin.
The second time I wore Sparkling Jo was a work day Monday morning. In another world where I am not Queen of the Elf MMO, nor a noob fragrance afficionado with bottomless pockets, I manage a restaurant. I often choose bright sweet florals that read fresh in the heat of my kitchen but light enough to not be disruptive to everyone else's experience. So this Monday morning, I started my day with a hot shower and Nivea Soft body cream as a base. I misted and drove to work yell-singing my little heart out to Erykah Badu and Amy Winehouse contemplating how complexly and completely beautiful Josephine Baker was as a person. Much quicker than before, I was drawn back to the scent memory of that old cedar hope chest full of my mother's fragrant sweaters. I recall the comfort and love that memory gave me back at a time when a child has not yet become disenchanted with her parents and still sees them as perfect. I thought about how powerful and elegant I viewed my mother to be--a Southern woman gentile yet assertive, poised always, like the pedipalps of a spider ready to strike. I hesitate to compare her to Josephine Baker, perhaps seeing it as poor taste, but in my scent reverie my mother is complicated the way one is as an entertainer, immigrant, woman, minority, spy, activist, doting mother to many, and pilot starlet of her era.
The champagne swirled around me in a gentle, close aura all Monday morning. The kitchen heated, customers poured in, and I felt like I smelled like I had the gentle confidence to overcome my daily hurdles. Close to my skin I got subtle musky whiffs, soft pear, and the gin-like juniper. Even through sweat, I got a solid six hours of fragrance. Across many fragrance websites, the retailers quickly mention that Josephine Baker is the source for this fragrance memory. They set a very Vaudeville "my candle burns at both ends/ it will not last the night/ but, ahh my foes/
And ohhh my friends/ it casts a lovely light" (Edna St. Vincent Millay) type of scene. It's a lovely image that makes me think of a party perfume suited for sequined mini-dresses and grown up martinis with onions. It's a lovely snippet into Josephine Baker's life, but as a descriptor for Sparkling Jo (and Jospehine herself!) it fails to convey her completeness and complexity. Sparkling Jo is not just a party perfume--though it would absolutely be suited there. It's light and gentle and intimate enough to not be intrusive in close quarters. It's fun and free spirited, but also comforting and maternal (though not at all matronly) like that old cedar hope chest full of sweaters. So, that's my gripe. The memory description the retailers provide fails to convey depth. That and the word "champagne" is misspelled on Vilhelm's own website.
All in all, I'm quite pleased with Sparkling Jo as a fragrance and a wonderful moment to reminisce over childhood memories. I've never personally been keen to wear Chloe or Estee Lauder Beautiful because they were "Mom's Perfumes," but they are lovely on other people. Sparkling Jo has the champagne note unfamiliar to Chloe and Beautiful, but the dry down is very very similar to me. For me, Sparkling Jo is not a full-bottle buy, but I will absolutely be keeping a small decant for trips in reverie.
Thank you so much for joining me on this scent trip!
I recently purchased Vilhelm Parfumerie's entire line as well as Atkinson's Gold Fair in Mayfair, a 5 scent discovery set from The Harmonist, 6 fragrances from PdM, 3 fragrances from Creed, and a bunch of 70s-90s vintage designer fragrances. I'm a novice to getting serious about fragrance but a life long afficionado and creative writer. I'd like to combine my love of creative writing and perfume and write off the wall reviews and short fiction surrounding this love--if it's deemed to fit into the culture of the sub. Please let me know if you would like to see more!

2024.05.20 19:19 Agile_Credit_9760 My family's slavery lineage to Rhode Island. This involves a witch, a ghost ship, and interracial marriage at a time that you wouldn't expect it.

I have a pretty interesting story about my family's history concerning Block Island, RI.
So, I'm a direct descendant of "Long Kate" who is a 17th century woman from Germany who was aboard the Princess Augusta (The Palatine). This ship sailed from Rotterdam in 1738. There was trouble. We don't know exactly what made the ship crash and catch on fire. We know the names of two survivors. One was Short Kate and one was called Long Kate. They went by other names and variations of Kate or Kattern. Here is a link proving this from the history of block island: https://ia802805.us.archive.org/29/items/historyofblockis00live/historyofblockis00live.pdf
Kate married a black slave whose name was Newport Sands. That black slave is my 8th great grandfather and Kate is my 8th great grandmother. This is one of the few cases of interracial marriage with a black slave and a white woman. This is also one of those times where you have black children that were both from that marriage who were all listed as slaves. Such as my 7th great grandfather whose name was Benjamin "Benajah" Sands.
Here is a short video I sent to the Block Island Historical Society because much of what is known about the "Palatine Light" and Long Kate comes directly from the descendants of Long Kate (my family): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubcm64ofqjM
That video link above has my family's lineage from the Ancestry site. I had to pay for a DNA test along with 16 other family members. We connected with the other side, the slave owning side, and they helped corroborate a lot of this stuff.
I've attached pictures that I used in a video I made about this entire story. One of the pictures is a painting that shows Violet Ann Sands Hazard whose portrait is a famous piece located in a museum. It's one of the first painting depictions of a mulatto black woman.
The Sands Family through Nathaniel Littlefield (descendant of Captain William Littlefield) owned my 8th Great Grandfather, Newport Sands. The Sands, Jefferson and Stillwell families were prolific slave owners. I found wills and documentation that shows that Sarah Sands became one of the first slave abolitionists in American history. Here is a copy of her will and I want you to read through it because the names of the slaves mentioned are my relatives: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ri/washingt/history/sands3.txt#:~:text=Sands%2C%20conscious%20of%20her%20approaching,and%20all%20of%20whom%2C%20with
James Sands was the head of the Sands Family. When he died, Sarah Sands took a good bit of what he left behind. She gave two black women as slaves to a man named Samuel Niles. She is credited as being an abolitionist but she wasn't really. The history books lied about that and my family has that passed down for generations now. She didn't "free" us as much as she set time limits on how long we could be enslaved. For example, the two slave women she gave to Samuel Niles were to be freed at age 30 which means they'd be enslaved but she felt it was a nicer way to go about it. She banned the practice of child slavery in the Sands family and you can read that in her will.
"The Witch of Block Island" is Kattern. She was outraged that the Block Island residents would dare enslave her children. The story we have passed down is that she was very upset with the residents for not stopping her "Benajah" (her broken English pronouncing Benjamin") from being enslaved. So, it is written in the History of Block Island and A Historical Sketch of Block Island (both documents from the 1800s) that Kattern terrorized the citizens and was a witch.
You can read about Kattern and her witchcraft in the history of Block Island. Here is a link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cFhkjpuJLBgvDoNlQWf5O9ng3OS5V-kM/view?usp=drivesdk
Here is a quote from the History of Block Island (1877):
"Although eighty-eight years old, Mr. Sprague does not seem to have any disease preying upon his constitution, and he talks of the scenes of his childhood and youth as though they were present, visible realities. He says he heard his parents say much about " Dutch Kattern," as she was called, and that it was well understood by them that she came from the ship Palatine. He well knew Kattern 's daughter Cradle, a mulatto, as Kattern married a negro, soon after she came upon the Island. Mr. Sprague, by remembering the character commonly ascribed to " Dutch Kattern," enables us to gain some insight into the character of the traditions of the Palatine. He says she reported that the crew starved the passengers to get their money. He says she was a noted fortune-teller; that she would hide away behind a wall, or in a thicket of bushes, and there lie in a trance for hours. On returning to the house much exhausted, and being asked where she had been, she would reply that she had been home across the sea, to Holland, and then would give an account of the condition of her kindred there as she had just seen them. She lived on the Neck, and was believed to be a witch. The Islanders were afraid of her."
My family always knew who The Witch of Block Island was. Kattern was pissed off. The reason why she scared and terrorized the residents was that the residents not only treated her like an outsider but also mistreated the love of her life and her children. Block Island was the very definition of a sundown town. For the longest time, any black or native slave who was caught out after 9 PM would be whipped with 10 lashes with their shirt off. That was specifically stipulated in the law. We know because one of the slaves mentioned in the will of Sarah Sands, Mingo Sands, was whipped and we know because that's one of my relatives and the story was passed down.
I've attached a picture that explains the law in detail.
I figured I would share this. I don't live in Rhode Island but so much of my family's history is tied to Rhode Island. I think I also solved your ghost ship story. People still say they see the Palatine. If you read the history of block island you'll notice that it is mentioned that Kattern supposedly had magical powers and could make the ghost ship appear at will. The story passed down from my family is that the reason why she did it was because it was a culture shock to see her children be forced to work and her husband be mistreated. That's why she held that grudge and targeted everyone on that island despite them taking her in after the Princess Augusta (Palatine) wreck.

2024.05.20 18:07 chaos_knight_xy Boruto Boudicans Ch. 37 part 5

Boruto Boudicans Ch. 37 part 5
At once, William was at the Uchiha household, making dinner, a nice fatty dinner, one his aunt would enjoy.
Sakura was tired from pregnancy, and Sarada was unavailable.
Sakura sat at the couch reading a book, leaning on her husband Sasuke, who was resting.
Sarada was not there for she was still returning from a mission.
William was cooking a Boudican feast.
Sakura smelled the food.
"Mmm, the smell, when did you learn how to cook." Said William.
"Back in Boudica, when my parents were alive, I've been fostered as a servant to learn skills a many different times by different types of Boudican people, farmers, traders, craftsmen, you name it, so obviously chef is one of them."
William started mixing a sauce to put on the cut up Boudican lamb.
"Care to try the sauce, before I put it on the lamb?" asked William.
"Oh, yes please." Said Sakura with joy.
William put some in a bowl with a spoon, and walked in the living room carefully.
Sakura anxiosly tried the sauce.
"Mmm, you're a good cook, I think I'll have you cook more than usual." Said Sakura, taking another spoon full.
"You said that last time, Auntie." Said William. "But ok."
Sasuke opened his eyes, from the smell of the sauce.
"Sasuke, want to try this savory sauce, William will put on the lamb?" asked Sasuke.
"No, I'm fine, love." Said Sasuke. "I'll have it only when it is actually on the lamb."
William sat down with a serious form.
"I have a question." said William.
"Anything." Said Sakura, playfully.
"It is a serious one." said William, firmly with eyes slit like a snake.
Sasuke was already in attention.
Sakura was shocked as well, but stood up.
William upon seeing that, took a deep breath, than spoke.
"Does Sarada know about the Uchiha Massacre?" asked William.
At once, Sakura dropped the spoon to her feat, and Sasuke eyes lit up in Shock.
Sakura at once looked at the spoon she dropped, shivering at once, realizing the question, William asked.
Sasuke immiedietly forgot his shock, and then looked at Sakura,
Sakura was shivering, very similarly in Sasuke's view, to the first time he left the village all those years back.
Sasuke put his hand on Sakura's shoulder to comfort her.
William showed no emotion to the reactions of his aunt and uncle.
"William." Said Sakura. "Back then, when we were a lot younger, the world was completely different."
She then looked William, green eyes to green eyes.
"Our past, both Sasuke and I, it was full of much suffering." Said Sakura. "So much pain! William, we respect your past."
The tears evaporated in her eyes at that moment.
'Respect ours, Sarada need not be burdened with such a harsh and sufferable past." Said Sakura. "Leave the past in the past."
William's expression remained unchanged, but after all the Uchiha was now used to William being emotionless.
"Very well, so long as you don't fully know mine." Said William.
Sakura gave a weak smile.
"Thank you, William." She said. "I knew you would understand."
William's expression still remained unchanged.
Sarada arrived home at that moment.
"Mom, Dad, I'm home." Said Sarada.
Sakura eyes lit up.
"Sarada, you should try this sauce, William made." Said Sarada.
"Speaking of sauce, I should get back to making dinner." Said William.
"Need help?" asked Sarada.
"If you wish, get the milk, for me, while I mix the sauce and lamb." Ordered William.
William eventually finished dinner, and then everyone sat down and ate.
Meanwhile, Ehou was heading home. He wanted to build up to tell his mother the truth, so he wore his normal jacket over his chain male shirt.
Ehou finally got home, then opened the door.
"Mom, I'm home." Said Ehou.
Ehou found his mother at the table, with cold food, pouring a third glass of wine.
"Mom, I'm home..." said Ehou awkwardly.
Hana looked at Ehou.
Ehou saw his mother's cheeks were wet from tears
Ehou could not tell how long she was crying for, or why.
"Are-are you alright?" asked Ehou.
Hana stared at Ehou with teary and dead eyes.
"What have you've been doing with the Boudican?" Asked Hana.
"Training." Replied Ehou. "He is not only a great shinobi, but his aunt on his mother's side is Mrs. Sakura Uchiha."
"What kind of training?" said Hana slamming the table.
Ehou knew this moment would come, so he took off his coat.
Revealing the metal rings of his chainmail tunic.
"Mother, I'm a Boudican." Said Ehou. "Just like my father before me."
"NO!" yelled Hana, taking her glass, and throwing it to the wall, glass scattered everywhere.
Ehou remained unflinched, he loved his mother, yet because of his near death experience, the walking on plane of existence between life and death in Boudican battle, he did not show fear.
"He was a Shinobi." Protested Hana. "So were you to be, yes, in this time of peace, you would save a cat from a tree, help old people cross the street, and..."
"Mother, I am both." Said Ehou. "I am Shinobi for the Leaf, but I also swore an Oath to Lord Macduff of Fife. Father was a Boudican! My strength is proof of that."
Han still remained silent.
"Mother." Said Ehou. "I am powerful because of my Boudican blood and training, I saved villagers from being drowned by bandits on my own, with my own sword in one hand, and shield in the other, armor on my body."
Hana looked at him with eyes teary and shocked at the same time.
"You-you killed them!?" She said.
Ehou couldn't lie to his mother, not anymore.
"Yes." Said Ehou, with hesitation.
"No, I don't believe you." Said Hana angerly.
"I did Mom!" claimed Ehou. "And I feal no shame, I have done a good thing, I saved people, those bandits were evil, they were taking pleasure in harming the villagers, it was my duty to put them down, Mom, I am a true hero."
Hana grinded her teeth in rage, they could crack at any moment.
"Whoever my father was, he must have trained me, because before I trained with Wallace, I realized my body was trained in certain muscle areas in order to support Boudican chainmale." Said Ehou. "Yet I have no memory of him or anything younger than six."
A realization had come upon his face.
Ehou's expression changed from one of worry to one of sadness.
"Mother." Said Ehou.
Hana looked at Ehou, her rage gone, once she saw her boy's teary eyes.
"Mom?" cried Ehou. "Did you wipe my memory of my father?"
Hana lost it.
"Go to your room!" she ordered with renewed fury.
Ehou was shocked, but he now already had gotten his answer.
His face was now both angry and sad at the same time.
"I wasn't even hungry anyway." He said.
As he approached his room, opened the door, got inside and closed it.
He did his best to restrain his strength from destroying the door, when he easily could have.
He heard his mother sob, all the way from the kitchen by putting his ear to his door.
But Ehou didn't care.
He just felt like sleeping all the stress that has occurred in his long adventurous, yet arduous day.
Meanwhile, at the Uchiha house hold, William was with Sasuke in his shadow hokage office.
"That is the summary of it, Uncle." Said William. "First it was black bands, who I slaid, now it was blue bands, which my partner took care of."
Sasuke had his hand on his chin.
"So there a pattern of bandit attacks in the Daimyo's lands, seems lik he has a huge bandit problem." Said Sasuke. "Yet he has forbade anyone including me or Naruto or any other Leaf personal from interfering, let alone told us of it.?"
"Perhaps he wishes to be his own man." Said William.
"Perhaps, but this is out of character, in the past, he has had a bunch of meetings with Naruto regarding politics and economy, especially discussing all the papers Naruto has lying around. But now, he rarely has these meetings set up?" explained Sasuke. "Its like he has now received new help, now the nobles in the north don't complain as much."
"Do you know anything for certain, Uncle?" asked William. "Plus why did you ask me to bring you a Boudican book on fairy tales. Are you sure you could even read Latin yet."
"Its part of my job, but an informant in the North has given me a Latin to the shinobi language book, and it has been of great help." Said Sasuke. "Plus I need your books, for a certain investigation I am doing."
"Well, ok, Uncle." Replied William. "Is there anything else, before I go home?"
"Just one, thing, you gave assumptions." Said Sasuke. "But why do you personally think the reason the Daimyo is relying on Boudicans to do his bandit problem?"
William thought for a second.
"Well, with what you and Auntie had told me on suffering in regards to the past." Said William. "I hypothesize because of previous Shinobi Wars, he is frightened to deal with the major loss of life for people of Shinobi blood, so his solution is to use foreign mercenary Boudicans like the band of Macduff, so he can sacrifice foreign aliens, rather than his own people to deal with his problems, maybe that is why he does not tell you guy's of the problem, because he does not wish to put more of his people in danger."
Sasuke thought about what he said.
"If Sakura heard you say that, she may break your bones in order you not deal with these huge bandit operations." Remarked Sasuke.
"Don't worry, Uncle, no Boudicans on my team have died, but we have had a few casualties in regards to very few wounded." Replied William.
"Very good, I shall take what you said into consideration." Said Sasuke. "And nephew, I will call on you, when I need more info."
"Good night, Uncle Sasuke." Said William/
'William went home, and into bed.
He was sleeping relatively fine,
Until a boulder fell on him.
"WILLIAM!! WILLIAM!!!" shouted Sarada with joy like a girl on Christmas. "Wake up!"
Sarada was on top of William on his bed.
"Did you really have to jump on me?" ask William, collecting himself.
"It was the quickest way to wake you up." Argued Sarada. "Come on! Mom is going into labor!"
William at once followed her.
In just few moments, William found himself and Sarada sitting in chairs, waiting for the operation to be done.
Sarada had taken the blanket off William's bed and was now asleep with it, using William's shoulder as a cushion.
She had taken her glasses off, and put them on William's face.
Sasuke was with Sakura and the doctors, helping her give birth.
https://preview.redd.it/qdyfkyrsul1d1.png?width=780&format=png&auto=webp&s=445144f7a27514265386bd56e43de19aceaa1f9e
"God Dammit." Thought William. "If you were going to fall asleep, you should have just taken my pillow as well."
As for staying awake, it was no issue for William.
He was well trained Boudican squire, a soldier, he knew how to stay awake.
He did not wish to fall asleep, because he did not wish to use Sarada's head as a pillow.
In his eyes, it would be unchivalrous of him to do so.
For a couple of hours till morning, William stayed vigilant.
At once, Shizune came out of the operating room.
William woke up Sarada.
"Children, Sakura has now given birth." Announced Shizune.
"Let's go, oh your blanket was very soft, thank you Willy." said Sarada "Oh my glasses!"
William gave back his cousin her glasses, then she entered the room first.
William laid behind to fold his blanket to carry it with him back home.
He then entered the room.
He found the whole Uchiha family surrounding their newest member.
Sasuke stood leaning over the bed, while the infant held his finger.
Sarada was on the bed eyeing her newest sibling.
Sarada smiled wholeheartedly at her new baby, who was her second child.
William just stood there as still as stone and as quiet as one.
He just watched from the edge the bedside.
He saw the baby was small and had pink hair and green eyes.
"What's his name?" asked Sarada.
"Itachi." Smiled Sasuke. "Itachi Jr."
"Welcome to the world, Itachi Jr." said Sakura with tears of joy in her eyes.
Sakura finally looked at William way.
"Oh, William, what do you think?" asked Sakura.
William thought.
"He looks like my brother, David." Said William.
Sakura smiled.
"You should hold him." Said Sakura
"I don't think..." said William.
Before he could finish, Sakura had handed over Itachi Jr. to Sarada, who then in turn handed him over William's arms.
Itachi started screaming and crying, pushing at William's face.
Both Sakura and Sarada gasped.
"Déjà vu." Said Sasuke to himself. "Now why does this seem so familiar?"
"EH, he doesn't like me." Remarked William.
https://preview.redd.it/0nnd7t0vul1d1.png?width=506&format=png&auto=webp&s=f2b990906b5b8a5f8e1a03e01366421747ffdeb9
William handed Itachi over to Sasuke.
"He-he'll get used to you, William, he's just shy." Said Sakura in a comforting tone.
While all this happened, Ehou had finally awoken from his long sleep.
He had not eaten dinner last night, for was sent to bed without any.
Ehou was hungry,
He was hungry for truth, more than food.
"Devil in the details." Ehou thought. "There is much truth to analyze from argument last night."
Ehou thought more: "Devil in the details,
Devil in the details!
Devil....in...the...details."
At once, something in his room caught his eye, it was something in the corner of his ceiling, a weirdly shaped-X.
Ehou remembered the Boudican flag, the X was the same shape as the X on the Boudican flag.
How has he never noticed that before?
He got out a chair and couple of books, to use as steps to reach the ceiling.
He felt the marks, they were very familiar, like a block in a castle building, he would have placed as baby.
He pushed on it, and it led to an attic.
He reached in and found his hand on a box.
He pulled out the box.
He was surprised.
The box had the Boudican flag on it.
"Did I do this, before my memory was wiped?" asked Ehou to himself. "Should I tell Wallace? No, not right away, at least not until I get something concrete, and do a little more research."
He opened the box and was shocked.
He took the mysterious and weird object out.
It was a strand of pink hair.
"What is this?" asked Ehou.
He then waved the pink hair around as if it were a flail, trying to see if it was real hair or not.
It was real hair.
Ehou was at a loss for words.

"Is this his?" thought Ehou. "Is this my father's hair!?"

Boruto Boudicans Ch. 37 part 4
Meanwhile, in Bodeland.
Graham had felt he had learned a great many things from Marjory.
"You, John Graham are a headache." Said Marjory.
Graham smiled with embarrassment.
"I did ask you to teach me." Said Graham. "You said yes."
Marjory turned toward Graham.
"Perhaps you should read more, if you desire knowledge to improve oneself." Said Marjory.
"And what if I get a headache for reading." Said Marjory.
"Then you should probably read out in the snow." Said Marjory. "I think your brain would worry about the cold more than the sickness of a couple of words."
At once, they found themselves in the grassy valley where the home of Steward of Bodeland resides.
"Now why did you insist to escort me home again?" asked Marjory with a suspicious tone.
Graham was embarrassed.
"Well, um, chivalry, maybe?" said Graham with an embarrassed smile.
Marjory grabbed him by his collar with one hand, while another held a book close to her chest.
Graham was taller than Marjory, but once she grabbed him by his collar he crouched down below her height.
She looked into his eyes like she was trying to find cracks in a shield.
"Right!?' she said.
She let go at that moment, Graham caught his breath.
She had a strong grip for a girl, or maybe Graham liked to think that.
"Heh." Said Graham. "Some say the pen is mightier than the sword, then why not try training with both?"
Graham looked towards his right.
He saw a cross with a ring loping the arms and stem.
"Why is a Boru Cross made in the green field?" asked Graham.
"No one knows who built it." Said Marjory. "Although I guess it is a form of art, a Boru Cross in the middle of a large green field."
Graham started jogging towards.
"Where are you going?" asked Jory.
"To pray!" replied Graham.
"Why." Responded Marjory.
"Why not." Replied Graham. "I am still living, Jory, a prayer is always a good thing, remember the teachings from our church."
"I told you not to call-me." Said Jory, but the words could not come from her mouth.
She sighed then turned away to walk home, then a wind blew in her face.
She then turned her face in Graham's direction.
Graham was kneeling beneath the cross, with his sword stabbed in the ground.
The wind had stopped blowing hard and was now blowing lightly.
The air had now become light and peaceful, and Jory still saw Graham, bowed down in silence.
Graham stood still like a statue, even though the wind blew hair into his closed eyes.
His sword stabbed the ground next to him, with a firm grip of his strong hands, yet despite all this the boy still desired to prove himself, in fields you wouldn't expect him to be.
Jory smiled lightly by just looking at Graham in the peaceful atmosphere of wind and silence.
https://preview.redd.it/8b71scz8ul1d1.png?width=544&format=png&auto=webp&s=35847eb3bf3f033c7877ae4039a4a9586313d7bd
She then opened the door, entered then tried closing it but the wind was too hard at that moment.
At once another hand helped her close it, it was her father.
"Papa, you are done with work, earlier than usual." Said Marjory in surprise.
"That I am." Replied Mr. Halliday. Sitting down in a chair, "So what do you think of him?"
"Him!?" said Marjory in surprise.
"John Graham." Said Mr. Halliday. "I talked with him, and he has agreed to wed you, when you both come of age.
Marjory was shocked.
"W-Wed!?" she said in shock.
She then turned around, not facing her father.
Steward Andrew Halliday had predicted that his daughter may not take a betrothal well.
"Look, Marjory, I did this because I love you, I want what is best for you." Said Andrew Halliday. "I've taught John Graham as student-."
Marjory put her hand up to stop her father from speaking.
"I'm not upset, Papa." Said Marjory to Steward Halliday's surprise. "I admit Graham, he is an odd fellow, a bit hot headed at times..."
Marjory turned towards her father.
"But he at least is humble and tries to improve in areas he falls flat." Said Marjory, with a small smile, and eyes looking like they could water at any second but didn't.
She hugged her father.
Steward Halliday was shocked.
"Thank you for the splendid choice, Papa." Said Marjory.
Steward Halliday hugged back.
"I'm glad, you approve, my dear." He spoke.
While all this happened, Wallace and Ehou had finally arrived at the lands owned by the Okami clan.
"Woah." Said Ehou. "This noble clan of the land of Fire has taken a Boudican influence."
He gazed upon the Medieval Boudican stone walls.
On the walls, there was a mix of Boudican sentries, and Land of Fire sentries.
The Boudican sentries had spears, shields and arrows alike for weaponry. As for clothing, they wore either leather jerkins, or cloth tunics, embroldened with the colors of Fife.
The Land of Fire sentries wore an attire, surprising to Ehou, they were not Shinobi.
They rather wore attire similar to the Samurai of the Land of Iron, albeit different in their own style with some Boudican influence.
The wore leather jerkins with breastplates, with spears, arrows, and shields with the symbol of a wolf in the moon.
"Why don't they have Shinobi up here?" asked Ehou.
"Shinobi are for the most part exclusive to the main villages." Replied William. "Most clans of nobility connected to the Daimyo have their traditional private militias, because they wouldn't want the Hidden Leaf intermingling in their affairs."
"Sounds a bit like they oppose the Leaf." Said Ehou.
"Why else would the Daimyo's area forbid Hidden Leaf ninja's from operating in it." Said William. "Sounds like the Daimyo wants to be self-reliant on his own means."
William knocked on the front door to the new castle of the union of Fife and the Okami clan.
The door opened immediately.
"Are there Boudicans living here?" asked Ehou.
"Of course there are, Macduff the Earl of Fife lives here, so of course his pheasants and few clan members would come to live here with them." Said William. "Don't worry they don't hate me like Bodeland, or at the very least tolerate me, which I am thankful for."
An Okami clan messenger opened the gate.
"Well, Macduff's squire are you?" Said an Okami clan messenger at the gate.
"That I am." Replied William Wallace.
"And who might your brother in arms in be?" asked the messenger.
"A new Boudican squire named Ehou Norimaki, a squire of Shinobi and Boudican blood?" said William.
The messengers eyes lit up.
"Oh, Lady Tsukasa would be dyeing to see this, the both of you?" said the messenger with humble courtesy. "Might I direct you to her and Lord Macduff."
"That is why I am here sir?" replied William.
"They are in their private house on the mountain, I'm sure the both of you will be a pleasant surprise for them." Said the messenger.
The boys climbed the mountain on their horses.
Ehou was in awe as they climbed the mountain, the trees were of a different breed, there was more moss than usual.
"What happened here, this does not look like the Land of Fire." Said Ehou.
"Seems the Earl of Fife, has added Boudican greenery." Said William Wallace with a smirk, so big, it was like he threatened to smile. "It is like we are traveling to the ancient mytholigical city of Avalon, maybe we are knights of the round table of ancient Arthurian Legend, I am Sir Gawain, and you are Sir Galahad, perhaps Macduff is our King Arthur, and Lady Tsukasa is our Queen Gwenevere."
"No." replied Ehou. "I am Sir Gawain, you are Sir Mordred, the throne will be mine, once I take down you! You Usurper!"
"Alright Gawain, defend your king then." Said William Wallace in a joking tone. "Lets race to the King."
"Alright, Bordred! but not too fast, I have no desire to destroy the greenery." Said Ehou.
The boys ran with their horses up north, but not fast, for they did not wish for their horses to rip up the trees and the fine greenery.
Eventually they found themselves at a humble yet graceful settlement, a cross between an house and castle.
They found Macduff next to the house, in analyzing what it looks like a sword.
"Macduff!" said William Wallace.
Ehou was very confused, William acts more happy with Macduff then his own family in the Leaf.
"William, my boy." Said Macduff. "It has been a while."
Macduff put his hands on William's head.
"Hey." Said William in protest.
"William is closer to Macduff than the Uchiha." Thought Ehou.
Macduff looked towards Ehou Norimaki.
"And you must be Ehou Norimaki, one of the new squires to the band of Macduff." Said said Macduff.
"That I am my lord." Said Ehou.
"Please, a friend of William's does not need such courtesy." Said Macduff putting a hand to his beard. "And you have no idea who your father is?"
"That is correct, my- I mean Macduff." Replied Ehou.
"Interesting." Said Macduff.
Macduff then looked towards home.
"Huh you are just in time, our lady is up from our nap." Said Macduff with a grin. "Wait here, I will make us some drinks real quick."
The boys were confused by Macduff but ultimately obeyed.
Ehou decided to wait by practicing with his sword.
William Wallace decided to wait by reading a book.
After exactly like 1 minute.
"Alright boys, you may come inside now, there is sweet cakes and hot cocoa." Said Macduff.
The boys stopped what they were doing, and walked to go inside.
"Alright, maybe I should eat a sweet cakes with my sword." Said Ehou.
"Unless you want the red smile, I don't recommend you do that." Said William
Once inside, and in the living room with Macduff and Tsukasa, both Ehou and William were shocked beyond words
So shocked they forgot about the hot cocoa and sweet cakes in front of them.
Even after serving themselves with cocoa and sweetcakes, they were still shocked.
All Tsukasa and Macduff did was smile.
Yet still, Ehou and William were shocked.

Both Ehou and William stared blindly at Tsukasa, mainly her stomach.
Her belly was large like an egg.
She was pregnant.
A child of Macduff, a Boudican man, and Tsukasa, a Shinobi woman.
They both knew what this meant.
"Another Half Boudican!" thought both Ehou and William.
"We-we are happy for you both." Said Ehou. "Just wow, another half Boudican."
"This would be the fourth half Boudican to exist, including David Bruce." Said William.
"You know." Said Tsukasa. "I was worried how our child would come out, since he or she may have been the first you know half-Boudican, but upon seeing you, the both of you, my worries were softened, I am more optimistic now, especially after meeting you, William."
"You give me too much credit, my lady." Said William. "If anything, Ehou should be the half-Boudican your child should strive to be like."
"What me?" said Ehou. "I haven't even found out my surcoat yet."
Both Macduff and Tsukasa laughed.
"Only time will tell Ehou, but if you really wish to not be surcoat less." Said Macduff. "Perhaps you should do more digging into your family secrets."
"I suggested the same thing too." Said William.
"I will be sure to do that." Said Ehou. 'But if it is a chicken, I would prefer to surcoat less."
"What is wrong with a chicken?" said both Macduff and William.
Tsukasa laughed.
"I can see where he is coming from, Chickens are seen as jokes in the Land if Fire." Said Tsukasa.
"I would prefer a lion like William and Macduff." Said Ehou. "If not, maybe I'll accept a wolf like yours my lady."
"A-a wolf?" said Tsukasa. "You flatter me."
"Yes, I can take a wolf, a grey wolf's head in an icy white background, I'll take that." Said Ehou.
"What about a pig?" asked Macduff.
"No, a pig is not good, in fact it may be worse than chicken." Said Ehou.
"Oh, this is fun." Said Tsukasa. "What about a boar."
Ehou thought for a second.
"A red boar with a black background sound fearsome." Said Ehou. "I guess."
"It is no use seeing what surcoat you would be ok with." Said William. "What surcoat your father had, is the one you get, same way I didn't choose to be of the Wallace clan, nor did I choose who my mother was, or that I would be related-."
Macduff and Tsukasa were silent.
"I'm just speculating, by the way, what if it is possible my father did not have a surcoat?" Said Ehou.
"Only boys of nobility merely close to babes would undergo such hard training to have their body strong enough to wear chainmail." Said William. "So, in any case your father would have to be a Boudican noble."
"That is correct, although there is one rare case, I recall of a Boru man being knighted by the lordship of Boru." Said Macduff.
"Alright I am getting confused." Said Ehou. "Boudican, Boru and Gorman, this is just confusing, I thought Boudica was an umbrella term."
Macduff was about to speak, but Tsukasa put her soft hand on his hand.
"I will explain it to him, husband." Said Tsukasa. "From one of Shinobi background to another."
Ehou sat down in attention.
William and Macduff were silent.
Tsukasa held up three fingers.
"Well, you are right, Boudica and Boudican are an umbrella term, when we refer to all Boudicans in general." Explained Tsukasa. "However, Boudica the land and world itself, is more or less separated into three different lands, we have mainland Boudica, the largest one, south, we have Gormandy, then west we have the land of the Boru. All three are Boudicans, same culture, usually the same everything, but accents, like for example, Macduff and William here have mainland Boudican accents, the most common one."
"Oh, I see." Said Ehou. "I know what a Gorman accent sounds like...."
Ehou's emotion soured.
Tsukasa noticed.
"What's wrong?" asked Tsukasa.
Ehou didn't respond, so as a result Macduff was curious.
William put his hand on Ehou's shoulder.
"Don't worry Ehou, I trust them, and so should you." Said Ehou.
William looked at Macduff and Tsukasa with a determined face.
"There is something I need to bring up to you. Ehou killed a Gorman Squire named Scrope." Said William, without hesitation.
Everything after that was a haze for Ehou.
Everything was now darkness for Ehou, had he himself passed out?
To himself, it was like he fell into a sea of dark water.
He was drowning,
Drowning
Drowning.
His thoughts in this black sea had finally come to him, his thoughts. No, his memories.
The oldest thing he remembers is his mother drilling in him, certain things needed to live, reading, brushing teeth, tying shoes, telling him the greatness of his late father, Right, that is what he wanted, to be like his father, a great shinobi, yes that was what he wanted to be, what he strived to be.
"But no." thought Ehou. "Whoever my father was, he was never a Shinobi, no, he was a Boudican Knight, a regular mainland Boudican, Gorman or Boru, I did not know."
Perhaps Ehou will never know, for all he knew, he may never know, his memory is already a mess as it is.
He killed the squire, Scrope, he does not how or why, but he did. There is a gap in his memory of what went down, but in one second, he found Scrope confronting him, then the next he was dead. There is no way Ehou had eliminated a squire that quick, at least not quick enough that no one would see.
Ehou clutched his fist.
"Who was my father, but also who was I when I was younger?" thought Ehou. "Before my earliest memories."
"Ehou." Said a voice.
Ehou, who was in the dark sea, now saw a light.
"Ehou." Said the light.
Ehou swam harder and reached the light.
"Gasp." Said Ehou, "I-I'm awake?"
Ehou found himself in a forest, with his Boudican gear, along with his horse as well.
"Your finally awake, geez, are you ok?" Said William.
Ehou collected himself, then remembered what happened.
"You-you told them!" said Ehou with a face of betrayal.
"I did." Said William Wallace.
"Why did you!" yelled Ehou, grabbing the hilt of his sword, still in its scabbard.
William sighed.
"See, that is how a murderer would react." Said William. "And unfortunately, because of your reaction, we had to cut our visit with Lord Macduff and Lady Tsukasa short, especially because I don't want an emotionally destructive warrior boy around a pregnant lady." Ehou was shocked, but he knew William was right. So, he let go of his sword.
William Wallace put his hand on Ehou's shoulder.
"Macduff is one of the closest people to me, closer to me than any of the Uchiha." Reassured William. "He told me he will sort it out with the Boudican Church and whomever Scrope's family is, we will have a fair trial, a private one, so your mother or anyone else would ever know of this."
"Are you sure, I will be fine?" asked Ehou.
"Since we have no way of figuring out that you had a motive for murder." Said William. "I'm sure Lord Macduff will find a way to prove your innocence, he helped me in the toughest spot in my life, I'm sure he will help you."
"You think?" asked Ehou.
"I know?" replied William. "I've seen it myself."
Ehou looked down at his feet.
"I guess I will trust you then." Said Ehou.
"That's the spirit." Said William Wallace. "Now let's get going, onward to the Leaf."
"Wait what's that?" asked Ehou.
William and Ehou looked down from the mountain, and saw an outcast settlement, that looked linked to the Hidden Leaf.
"What's that place?" asked Ehou.
"I don't know." Said William. "But let's go check it out."
The boys went up to the door of the settlement.
There was rugged tape, preventing access, although from the looks of it, it looked dusty and rugged you could hardly tell.
Ehou saw a weary old flag with a gloomy ruined yet very familiar symbol.
"Is that crest the same as your cousins and aunts?" asked Ehou.
"It is." Replied William. "Judged from the state, it is like no one has ever been here for a while, the no-entry tape is run down and dusty."
"Why would they forbid anyone from entering?" asked Ehou.
"The fact, everything is so dusty, means that they could not care to prevent anyone from entering." Said William. "Or maybe they just did a really good job at hiding it, because let's be honest no one in the Leaf even talks about it, let alone mentions it."
"This?" said Ehou.
"A dark truth." Said William.
Both boys entered.
They were all in shock.
"Woah, is this it? Even the blood stains are still here" said Ehou. "They would never teach us this in school."
William Wallace stood dazed looking at the area.
There were still white illustrations of where murdered bodies were slain.
Dried 20 years and older blood was still splattered on road and walls alike.
Houses cracked and broken into.
A memory flash appeared before William's eyes.
He didn't need to guess what this place was, he knew, all too well.
This was the site of the Uchiha Massacre.
https://preview.redd.it/28rz06qhul1d1.png?width=738&format=png&auto=webp&s=e8955222972a9c05b311f0a42d513268cd8fcd01
William decided to look and explore the place.
He went inside a family unit.
He saw an warrior outline of a body at the door to the kitchen of that unit.
He went into the room next to it.
He saw a white outline of body that had dropped a book.
He went into the next house, saw something similar, then the next.
He saw the body outlines varied from size.
In one house, he found the outline of what look like a family having dinner then was slain.
The next house the same thing, except one of the youngest escaped to the closet, only to be dragged out and killed just like his or her family.
The next one may have been even more haunting.
A white outline of a body, a mother, reaching for a cradle, most likely her own baby.
But she was slain in the attempt, as for her child.
The cradle is slice clean in half, another outline under the cradle.
William remained unfazed after seeing all this, but all in all he knew what they meant.
"Huh, this right here is a peace of a cruel and brutal history?" said Ehou. "And we honor the perpetrator, Itachi as one of the greatest heroes ever in the Leaf."
"What do you make of this?" asked William.
"Well, it is horrible, I agree." Said Ehou. "But Itachi did the right thing, the Uchiha would have destroyed the Hidden Leaf, if Itachi did not deal with them."
"Huh?" replied William. "I have a bunch questions, first, how could the Uchiha that are not warriors, namely humble workers, old people, women and children be a threat to the Leaf?"
"Easy, once we eliminate the warriors, they would want revenge." Replied Ehou. "The thing is, the Uchiha are fueled by their emotions, it gives them power, it controls them, so that is why they should all be killed, when they were going to rebel."
"Sounds like murder to me?" replied William.
"It was self-defense." Said Ehou.
"Funny, I could use the same thing to justify a slaughter of certain people, I don't like." Said William.
"They would have destroyed the village." Protested Ehou.
"That is just objective, and an assumption at best." Replied William.
"And you are assuming they wouldn't." shot back Ehou.
"I didn't plus whatever the Uchiha planned to do?" said William. "I think why they did, is a better question then what they were planning to do."
"Tobirama is right." Said Ehou. "Think about it, they were responsible for lots of problems, remember Madara and Obito, after all remember what the Nine Tales did to the Leaf, many witnesses testify it had the tomoe of the Uchiha in it's eyes, plus remember the Akatsuki, as well as instigating the Fourth Great Ninja War."
"Sounds like the Leaf needs a scapegoat." Replied William. "What about the first three Ninja Wars, did the Uchiha start those I wonder, lets see, the Uchiha were relegated to a police force under Tobirama, and forced to locate to the edge of the Village after the nine tales attack, with no say in the direction of the Hidden Leaf, while other clans like the Hyuga had the privelage."
William pointed to Uchiha crest.
"Sounds like they were oppressed by the Leaf." Said William.
"Maybe they should have peacefully protested, instead of you know have an armed revolt." Countered Ehou. "I doubt the Hidden Leaf would allow freedom of speech." Said William. "Then again all nations do that, if I said Madara was right, the elders would demand my head. Plus if you want to argue a peaceful solutions, shouldn't that apply to the Leaf as well."
"Back then was a time of war, a peacefull approach by the Leaf would have made the Hidden Leaf look weak." Said Ehou.
"No, they could have a strong ally, through peaceful negotiation." Countered William. "The Uchiha clan are still ethnic to the Land of Fire, I doubt they would betray the Land of Fire and side with an outside nation."
"Agree to Disagree." Replied Ehou.
William Wallace stood at him at disbelief.
Ehou then looked at the sun.
"Well, it is getting late." Said Ehou. "I want to get home now."
William eyed Ehou suspiciously.
"Very well." Said William. "We will talk about this later, or not?"
The ride back to the Leaf was slow and quite.
Ehou and William did not say a word to each other.
When William and Ehou got back to William's house to undress out of their Boudican gear.
Ehou refuses to leave his chain male shirt, but rather still wear it.
"I am going to tell my mother." Said Ehou.
"Are you sure?" said William. "There is a chance she will try to not let you be a Boudican."
"But I saved many people this day, because of my Boudican prowess." Said Ehou. "I don't think it will be that bad, I hope."
"Well, whatever happens." Said William. "We are still brothers in arms, friends, even though we don't agree on everything."
William gave out his hand.
Ehou smirked
Eho shakes his hand.
"Not just friends, rivals, and fellow brothers that are Half Boudican, remember that?" said Ehou.
"I will." Replied William.
"I'll see you later, Will." Said Ehou, leaving.
"Alright, bye." Replied William, who was also leaving his house for dinner with the Uchiha.

Boruto Boudicans ch. 37 part 2
Meanwhile while all this was happening, John Graham was taking a walk in Bodeland.
Graham loved taking walks in the Boudican settlement, surrounded by walls, he had done it often, despite the many months that have passed.
Every time he does it, he is amazed how, despite being in a different country, the Boudicans have turned it into a landscape similar to mainland Boudica.
Graham enjoyed the constant wonders of walking through town.
Bam!
A rubber ball hit Graham in his chest, however he did not feal it at all.
Rather he was surprised at where the ball came from, for he wasn't paying attention.
He picked it up.
"Hey, our ball." Said a boy, about six years old, along with other boys holding hurling sticks.
"Oh, is this yours?" Said Graham. "Well, here you go just be more careful where you aim it, I don't want you hit anyone else."
Graham handed back the ball.
"Ok, yessir sir Graham." Replied one of the boys, at once the boys went back to playing their game.
Graham continued on his path, after a while he exchanged a few waves with people on the road.
Graham's people, the people of Bodeland, have accidentally calling him Sir John Graham, from time to time.
And each time, Graham had to correct them. A squire and a knight did look similar in Boudica, the main difference between a squire and a knight was a knight was usually older, around 15 or older.
Although there are a few exceptions, that Graham has heard about, although they may just be rumors.
RRRRRMMMMmmmmm!
Graham felt his stomach growl. He decided it was time to eat his fill for breakfast.
He went to the local bakery.
"Mr. John Graham, it has been a while!" said the head baker, Mrs. Baird. "What can I get for you today."
"I shall have jelly tart." Said Graham, putting down a silver coin to pay for the tart, as well as tip. "I need to eat something before studying under the Steward.
"Coming right up." Said Mrs. Baird, turning to her husband, Mr. Baird, who enjoyed baking, while his wife, Mrs. Baird managed everything. "You heard him Larry, make him a jelly tart, larger than usual, and put a poached egg on the side.
Graham was about to open his mouth, but Mrs. Baird spoke first.
"On the house, Graham cracker." Said Mrs. Baird.
"I don't even need that much, Mrs. Baird." Said Graham.
"Oh, come on you are growing boy, you've done so much for us already keeping everyone safe, little knight." Replied Mrs. Baird. "Right, Larry!"
"Right, dear." Replied Mr. Larry Baird.
"Also have to thank you, especially your sister for that cookie recipes." Said Mrs. Baird.
Mrs. Baird then handed Graham his food.
"I'll be sure, to give Mary your regards." Said Graham.
"Good luck on your studies, Graham cracker." Said Mrs. Baird.
Graham left the bakery shop; after that, Mrs. Baird was like another mother to Graham, she cooked the best baked goods he had ever tasted.
He loved everything about Bodeland, well, except for their disdain for his brother in arms, William Wallace.
"Well, nothing is perfect." Though Graham. "But Naruto had won people over, maybe if William tried, he could do the same."
Graham did not reflect any further, he had to go study under the high steward of Bodeland.
The High Steward was Steward Andreas Halliday who was of common birth, yet excelled at Universities in the Papal states, islands east of Boudica, home to the Boudican Church.
Graham himself was an extroverted outgoing guy, however he felt that he fell behind Stewart and William Wallace in certain aspects, mainly smarts and education.
Unlike Stewart and Wallace, Graham struggled reading and learning new information.
He didn't know why, but it just was tough for him. Graham passed his natural Boudican education befitting a squire, but deep down he felt he underperformed.
Graham desired to be a hero like Naruto Uzumaki, and heroes have challenges they must overcome.
So, Graham felt he must overcome his hurdle in education.
So, Graham, with his Boudican money purchased time from the Bodeland High Steward to educate him.
Meanwhile, Ehou and William Wallace were still traveling north.
Ehou felt unnerved, through the ride, looking anxiously at his side dagger.
He had lied to his mother about sleeping pills, rather he actually went to see the doctor.
He had the doctor wipe his visit from hospital records because he wanted it private.
Ehou tried remembering what happened after the tournament, but it was a blank.
William Wallace then stopped the both of them on the road.
William then got off his horse, then took out his mace.
Ehou's blood pressure skyrocketed, he fumbled, fell off his horse, and dropped all his weapons, and ran away.
"Wait, Ehou." Cried Wallace.
But Ehou was gone, he just kept running, and running.
Eventually Ehou found himself in a field, sitting on a stump.
He looked down at the ground, unsure of his life.
He started crying.
"Ehou." Said Wallace, finally caught up. "What has gotten into you, you have been acting weird, ever since after the squire's tourney."
Ehou looked towards William Wallace with tearful eyes.
William was taken aback.
"I killed him!" cried Ehou. "I killed Scrope!"
William was shocked.
"I'm sorry, I lied, I-I can't be warrior anymore." Said Ehou with a sad expression. "Killing is to-to much."

Meanwhile the High Steward of Bodeland was in his place of work in Bodeland.
Steward Andreas Halliday was working on a letter to Shinobi businessmen and work colleagues of his.
A servant came in, with more letters from his business compatriots.
"Thank you, Matthias." Said Andreas.
"My pleasure, sir." Replied the servant.
Andreas continues to read the letters of concern or replies to his own concerns.
He then remembers a meeting he hosted with them.
A meeting about a couple of weeks ago.
"Preposterous." Said one businessman. "This whole idea of peace in the Land of Fire is a joke."
Granted these men were of Shinobi origin, Andreas was surprised to hear men of the Shinobi World up set at the state of affairs in their own country.
"Who thought it was a good idea to put an uneducated brute in charge of a whole village, and it's welfare." Said another. "I get you need a powerful leader in times of war, but we are in "peace.", living in peace is a lot more complicated than living in war."
"It shouldn't be!" said different Shinobi businessmen. "The Hokage takes forever to approve paperwork, business is slow because of him, who though a warrior would be a good businessman, or politician in the time of peace, if you ask me, he is a war leader, not peace leader. One day, I thought he actually got better at economics, but from what I hear the Boudican William Wallace, who is actually educated, did the paperwork with ease, and actually made business for us run smoothly that day, but then it was back to being bad like it is always."
"Don't you dare speak that name, William Wallace!" Said Andreas. "William Wallace is cold blooded murderer."
The businessmen looked at each other after Andreas's statement.
"Anyways, that doesn't matter to us." Replied businessmen. "Whatever your feud with this half-Boudican, Balliol says if the Leaf knew the truth about him, there would be too many questions."
Andreas composed himself.
"Right, forgive me, on to Business then." Said Andreas.
A different businessmen came up with paper.
"Finally, we are going to discuss the Land of Fire government." He spoke. "Times have changed, they are more complicated in peace, than war, we need a Democratic government."
"A democratic government?" said Andreas with surprise. "Interesting, although Boudica didn't have that, not exactly at least. I have had children of nobility be my wards of mine for bit, so they may learn about studies, government, and the people, they would one day rule, then again, we are instilling our values in them, so in a way it is a form of democracy, because we are showing the children of the ruling class how to best rule us, by understanding our struggles. So, I can see my Boudican culture being a form of democracy, if the common folk help raise the future class. It explains why we kept peace for as long as we can remember."
"I agree on the democratic aspect, but you have a Boudican culture, we have a Shinobi one." replied one of the businessmen. "Different cultures require different solutions, right now we live under a dictatorship of uneducated warriors, who think battle can decide leadership in politics, government, and the economy. Same applies to the noble clans, they hold all the power, and their heirs receive it on a silver platter for free, no matter what. Yet us businessmen worked ourselves up from nothing, and yet we have no say in government, we know what is best for the common folk, because we are of the common folk, we create business, we create jobs, we make sure our children understand the importance of working hard and establishing themselves. We need a Democracy, and Balliol will help us achieve it. If we don't succeed, much more crimes will happen under Dictatorship. Doesn't matter if Naruto Uzumaki seems like a good guy, in our eyes, he is an awful Government official, Hiruzen Sarutobi was also considered a good Hokage, yet look what happened under his watch, the Uchiha massacre!"
The Businessmen start murmuring among themselves, agreeing with one another.
"I agree." Said Andreas. "No matter how you look at it, the Uchiha massacre was not justified, they should have known the Uchiha would retaliate for how piss poorly they have been treated. Being blamed by the nine tales attack, racially discriminated against, especially by the Second Hokage, forced to be outcasts of the village, oh even worse guilt tripped one of their own to carry out the massacre, talk about exploitation."
"Correct." Replied one of the businessmen. "We are different, we make sure not to exploit our workers, or else, no-one would support us, in fact, pay your workers justly and treating them well, this way makes more profit for everyone in the long run."
"But Naruto and Sasuke, as well as the other members of the Konoha are just two powerful, no one can stand against them, no wonder there is peace." said one of the other businessmen. "There is peace by fear, because anyone who would go openly against them would be annihilated."
All the businessmen nodded in agreement, so now they have to discuss a different course of action.
"Whatever our course will be gentlemen." Remembered Andreas. "Balliol will come up with the proper procedure, perhaps we may gain influence from Lord Comyn marrying the Princess Asami."
Andreas at that moment stopped remembering the meeting. He was back in his office. He realized he broke his writing quill.
He closed his eyes and sighed.
"We must establish our democracy." Said Andreas to himself. "But first we must be patient."
At that moment, a servant knocked on the door.
"Sir, your scheduled pupil has arrived." Said the servant.
"Very, well, send him in." replied Andreas.
Graham was led in at once.
"I am here Mr. Andreas." Said Graham.
"As usual, shall we start your lessons." Replied Andreas.
Graham nodded.
Andreas began reviewing Boudican Literature and Mathematics with Graham.
"Now how did Beowulf beat Grendel?" asked Andrea quizzing Graham.
"By ripping off, his arm." Replied Graham.
"Correct." said Andreas. "I seem you have improved."
"Even so, I still struggle with the readings." Replied Graham. "When I try to read a page, it becomes hard to focus, I was only able to pass squire education, because I studied with others, but now it has been a while, and now I am ashamed that I am slowly forgetting literature. I can remember my training and skills, for me at least, muscle memory is easier than written memory, although the teachings on magic are a whole different story."
"Graham, remember my question for you." Said Andreas.
"Yes, Mr. Steward." Replied Graham.
"Do you have the answer for my question on Democracy." Said Andreas.
"Well, sir, I like the idea of people choosing who shall rule them." Said Andreas. "I mean personally I don't see, why you asked me the question though."
"Just curious." Said Andreas, looking at Graham.
"One thing for sure." Said Graham, in a joking voice. "I hope they vote for you, instead of me, I'd say I am a half decent warrior, but warriors don't make good peace leaders, if all they did to get there was fight. At the very least, they should have educated businessmen, help them out."
"Exactly, that is why if you were voted, you would be a good leader, you recognize your short comings, and rather than ignore them, you get intelligent people to plug the gaps." Said Andreas, with excitement.
Graham was surprised.
"I guess, I can see where you are coming from." Said Graham.
After a long important conversation, Graham left happy.
Then he had a gut feeling, then smacked his face.
"I am taking a little leap of faith." Said Graham. "Oh, I may have-."
At once, something fast caught his eye, it was fast, but he was faster.
Graham saw it was an owl with an expertly bandage wing, so he followed it.
It was fast, so he had to run.
As he followed, he analyzed the owl. He saw that the brace, it needed to fly with, was made of fine thin wood, flexible enough so the owl could flap its wings.
He followed it for a while, finally going up steps.
Then it finally stopped and landed on a rock bench.
Graham had finally gotten to the place where the Owl had landed.
"There you are! Ibet." Said a girl's voice. "You flew for longer than last time, let me examine your wing."
Graham was amazed, that finally made owl wing cast, was made none other than this girl, about his age.
Graham saw the girl had dark brown, fair skin and grey eyes; she analyzed the owl's wing expertly.
"She is that smart?" thought Graham.
The girl did not notice Graham, rather analyzed her owl, then took out a book to look to for something to help her in regard to the owl.
Graham gave a small smile.
"That's- that's a neat invention for the owl." Said Graham.

The girl looked up at him from her book.
"Oh." She said surprised. "I didn't see you there, Squire."
Graham smiled.
"It is John Graham." Replied Graham.
"John?" she said. "There's too many Johns, you shall be known as Graham to me."
"Fair enough." Replied Graham. "And your name is?"
"Marjory Halliday." Said Marjory. "Daughter of the Bodeland High Steward."
Graham felt he would have trouble remembering that.
"I'll call you Jory for short." Said Graham.
Marjory crossed her arms.
"Marjory is a unique name." said Jory in a disappointed tone.
"Well, Jory sounds better." Replied Graham, smiling.
Marjory closed her book aggressively.
"Are you so forgettable, that you can't remember a name, or do you only remember the sword?" she said in a disappointed tone.
Graham was embarrassed.
"Yes, your right." Said Graham "I am very forgettable, that is why I study under the Steward, your father, I need to sharpen my mind."
Jory was surprised.
"I thought Squire's only need to sharpen their swords." Said Jory.
"Well, what I seek I need to work for, one which I need not sharper my sword, but my mind as well, to sharpen off the dullness of my mind." Said Graham.
Graham bowed before Jory, much to Jory's surprise.
"I need all the learnings, I can get." Said Graham. "Please Jory, accept me as your humble student."
Graham bowed.
Jory's cheeks went pink, but only slightly.
Graham still bowed.
Jory then grabbed him by the ear.
"Ow." Said Graham.
"You are a weird squire, boy." Said Marjory. "And it's Marjory."
"Alright, J-Marjory." Replied Graham.
"Alright then, I accept, but you have to do whatever I tell you, mister." Said Marjory.
Graham was embarrassed.
Marjory put her hand on her chin.
"Alright then, what to teach you?" Said Marjory.
Jory looked at Ibet the owl.
"Analyze Ibet's wing and tell me any observations." Ordered Marjory.
"Um, ok." Said Graham.
Graham went down on one knee and analyzed the owl's wing.
"Well, I can see you sued good leather, thin wood, very thin, like paper to bandage the wing, as well as small string." Said Graham. "And I think, is that tar?"
"Correct, you seem good with observations." Said Marjory.
"But I am a trained Boudican squire, of course, I can make observations, such are needed to win let's say a fight, especially against an armored Boudican opponent." Said Graham.
"But you see an observation, is a key to retaining information, like reading text, that is a form of information in observation." Said Marjory.
"Yeah, I know but I get headaches from reading, while I am at peace swinging my sword." Said Graham.
Marjory flicked Graham's forehead.
"Then drink tea or wear an ice pack." Said Marjory. "There is saying that practice makes perfect."
Graham still analyzed the Owl.
Marjory thought for a second.
"Why does a squire wish for the knowledge of librarians?" asked Jory.
Graham looked towards Jory to answer her question, but he was shocked to find her face so close to his.
Graham fell back a bit.
"Ugh!, you startled me, Marjory." Said Graham.
Marjory sighed.
"Are you going to answer my question or not, weirdo." Said Marjory.
Graham laughed a bit.
"Alright." Replied Graham. "But it is a long story, so sit down."
As he was explaining his reasons to her, Graham remembered how he told Steward Andreas similarly of his reasons, he then thought back to it.
He remembers the scene to a tea.
"I guess, I can see where you are coming from." Replied Graham, in regard to Andreas's question on a leader for Democracy.
Andreas stopped writing.
"Graham." Said Andreas.
"Y-yes, sir." Said Graham.
"I have a daughter who is your age." Said Andreas.
Graham stood attention, he never knew Andreas had a daughter, let alone seen her anywhere before, I mean what man would bring his daughter to his work?
"During the war, my children were scattered, dead or missing, I don't know." Said Andreas. "My youngest daughter is all I have left; she is dear to me."
"Where is he going with this?" thought Graham.
"When you and she are of age, I wish to give her to you to wed." said Andreas.
Graham was shocked.
"B-bride, but sir, you strike me as the type to be strict with whom your daughters would end up with." Said Graham
"Oh, I am strict, in that regard." Replied Andreas. "But you are an exception, you who desires to be a great hero."
Graham felt having a betrothal would be good for him, after all, Andreas's daughter would be a commoner, so any children born would be named Grahams in last name. A betrothal might set a bar to prove himself worthy, in the art of smarts, however when Andreas mentioned Graham's dream of "heroism." Graham blanked.
Why does he want to be a great hero, one as great as Naruto Uzumaki?
"Well, sir." Said Graham. "To be honest, a great hero is one who is powerful, I saw it for myself, when I was younger, I was weak, during the war, I couldn't even fight, I was stuck in a burning house, the rebels lit on fire, I was worried I would die a terrible death, but then I was saved, I saw what someone with power can do, they have the power to save, someone with power isn't weak, however I also learned one does not have power through the sword, but the mind as well."
Graham noticed Andreas eyed him suspiciously.
"But I sir, I don't want power, just for power's sake, well at least not entirely, but to have powers to save others, as I was once saved." Said Graham. "And the power of knowledge and studies to define my reasons for why I fight."
"No need to explain, all humans desire power of a kind." Said Andreas.
"Your daughter?" asked Graham. "Is-is she smart?"
"Oh, yes, quite smart, maybe too smart, she can be gentle, however she is sharp at tung at times." Said Andreas.
Graham sighed with relief.
"Then I accept." Said Graham. "I trust you, Steward."
Andreas was surprised.
"Wouldn't you want to meet first, before giving me an answer." Said Andreas.
"Steward, you have been nothing but kind to me, you have helped me with studies and overcome my dyslexia, at least a little bit." Said Graham with a small smile. "The fact you ask and accept my reasons for self-improvement, means I trust you all the more."
Andreas shook Graham's hand.
"Then it is settled then." Said Andreas.

Meanwhile, Squire John Stewart led an escort with a cartmen, with Mary and her friends.
"Mighty kind of you to escort us, Squire Stewart." Said the cartmen. "But why must you wear a helmet."
"It is no problem." Lied Stewart. "It looks cool."
Stewart was upset with Graham. He thought he would have alone time with Mary, but Graham tricked him.
Mary was distracted talking with her friends in the back cart.
Luckily, he had a helmet on because his face was fixed in a visibly angry look.
The girls in cart were talking about whatever stuff that Stewart did not care about.
Stewart then thought back to what he wanted when making cheer with Wallace and Graham.
"I said I wanted the secrets of this world." Thought Stewart.
Stewart thought more, what he said was a bit of an exaggeration.
He when he was talking about secrets, he more or less meant like intriguing secrets like "Why are we here." "Why do things have such order to them, and yet pure chaos at times."
Or his favorite question, "Why is there something, rather than nothing." A question by a philosopher.
The answer to this question is "It is."
Stewart wanted to think more about the questions, perhaps the mystery of said secrets make them more the enjoyable to interpret, then just given a straight answer.
Then Stewart remembered what Wallace told him all that time back.
"I must be focused, especially when I am on duty." Thought Stewart to himself.
"Hey, Squire!" said one of Mary's friends.
Stewart turned his head.
"Yeah!" replied Stewart.
"So, what did Wallace actually do during the battle, you know instead of fight?" asked the girl.
"Martha!" protested Mary Graham. "Why must you ask a question."
"He did fight!" said Stewart. "He slew many more bandits then either me or Graham."
"Be honest, did he force you to say that." Said Martha. "I mean he is a scary monster right."
"Nope." Replied Stewart.
"I agree, Martha." Said another girl. "He is probably lying, after all it must be hard on this boy, having the traitor as a superior."
Other girls nodded in agreement.
"Enough, girls." Cried Mary. "We are here to enjoy the festival, not talk about negative things, do you really want to sour the mood."
The girls looked at each other.
"Well." Said Martha. "I guess you're right."
"One thing before we stop talking, a word of advice." Said Stewart. "William Wallace is better person than all of you combined, and you would be wise to not hate him, rather forgive him like the Boudican Church has."
The girl crossed her arms without after that.
"Mr. Oneil, when do we get to the festival." Asked one of the girls to diffuse the situation.
"Oh, just a little while." Said Oneil, embarrassed by the argument in the back.
There was silence on the ride, Stewart was soured, but hid it under his helmet.
However, for some reason, he felt a little relieved in his mind.

2024.05.20 17:52 skymofly Awkward encounter with other mom at school

Hi I’m posting on behalf of my friend who does not use Reddit but could use some advice on how to handle a recent situation at school drop off. This is speaking from her perspective:
I have 3 children, Addison (6F), Henry (5M), and William (3M). I am handling the kids on my own right now, due to my husband’s job. I have 2 other mom friends we will call Heather and Tabitha. Heather lives down my street and has helped in watching my kids when I needed to run errands. Heather’s son Michael (6M) is friends with Addison and in the same class.
Tabitha has a son Max (5M) who is friends with Henry. Tabitha and Max always wait for me and my kids in the parking lot by school so we can walk together. I live near the school and she drives to the parking lot with Max and waits for us by her car. I didn’t mind at first, but her personality and presence is starting to annoy me.
A couple things to note, a few weeks ago my husband took Henry to Max’s birthday party (the whole class was invited) and saw that Henry was the only classmate to show. I was sad for Max but happy we came and his mom was thankful as well. In another instance, me and my kids were a couple mins late leaving the house one day to walk to school and Tabitha was sitting at their car tapping her watch and made a comment “wow, 2 minutes late today, Max was asking where you guys lived so we could come and knock on your door to wake you up!”. She is just always…there. I don’t mind walking with her but I do mind when I’m trying to say bye to my kids for school, she is butting in front of me giving all my kids hugs and byes and I don’t get that one on one time with them or get to talk to their teachers without Tabitha right there. She is unavoidable.
My kids are very shy and take a bit to warm up to before they’re comfortable around you. My son William just started giving hugs to Heather once he was comfortable. Heather used to ask, and he would shake his head and he finally reached for one last week and it was very sweet. Heather sometimes sees us walking to class and will come up to say hi when I’m with Tabitha. Tabitha has taken notice of Heather’s closeness with my kids. Heather will sometimes mention watching my kids or hanging out at our community pool, Tabitha is typically not involved in those conversations, just there.
This all came to a head last Friday. I went to drop off in the morning and walked with Tabitha to school. After I dropped my 2 oldest kids off, I walked back towards her car in the parking lot. I was with William saying my goodbyes to Tabitha when she looked at William and said “Hey William, do you want to get in my car and drive the steering wheel?” She was trying to get him to warm up to her but William immediately hid behind my leg and wanted no part in it. She pried him several more times with obvious negative body language from him with no success. She then reached out to grab his arm and attempt to pull him towards her car. William immediately began crying and I picked him up and just said “No!!” And immediately left with him. I was so shocked I didn’t know what else to say or do. I looked behind me and Tabitha was just smiling and didn’t say anything. But in that moment she had this determined tunnel vision look on her face and it really freaked me out.
I don’t know how to handle this moving forward. Do I bring it up? Do I drop it and just try to avoid her? Could she just be socially awkward? I don’t think she was trying to kidnap him or anything but touching my child when they’re clearly uncomfortable was a huge boundary breaker for me. I don’t ever touch people’s kids, I can’t imagine doing it in that agressive way given the circumstances.

2024.05.20 13:02 TonyTony1287 The Walking Dead Ranking Every Episode

Oh my God was this list hard to rank 😅 I took about I would say at least 15 hours of my time into this and all of that was just to rank them at a certain level without much to say. First off we have about 8 Tiers from F,D,C,B,A,S,SS, and Premium though I barely put much into their. Remember this is just an opinion so don't take too harshly if your favorite episode isn't high on my list. For some episodes I may not say much or anything since this was too long originally.
F Tier, these are my least favorite episodes and most likely I have a vendetta against them in some way that made it hard for me to like them
  1. S2 Ep 8 Nebraska- I hate Lori and I think this episode expresses it, most definitely a vendetta. I didn't exactly like the stuff with Hershel and recovering though it was okay, but lori made some questionable decisions to go off on her own to look for Rick even though she should know he's fine seriously. She wrecks a car and then barely dies from a walker, mind you she is pregnant and shouldn't do these things easily my least favorite episode.
  2. S10 Ep 21 Diverged- I honestly forget this episode so much since it has nothing truly interesting or important to the story
  3. S7 Ep 6 Swear- this episode feels slow paced and dull due to oceanside being not seen well for me and I feel like Tara put on the best performance she could for it.
  4. S8 Ep 2 The Damned- this episode to me was just a lot of action and in the walking dead I don't want that. We see a couple of characters die (including Francine 🪦 I absolutely loved her character and hate how she died here :[ mindless) Erics death started here, but it just wasn't impactful enough.
  5. S3 Ep 11 I Ain't a Judas- Andrea is a boring character in the show and I hate her in this episode. The focus should've been on the prison honestly and maybe If she killed the Governor I would've understood her more.
  6. S10 Ep 20 Splinter- if most of the episode was real I would've loved it, but they weren't...
  7. S3 Ep 5 Say the Word- Andrea just isnt much good in this episode and Rick going crazy wasn't a fun idea to me.
  8. S8 Ep 3 Monsters- aside from the one fight with Rick I really didn't care much for it again for the fighting and having Morales return and die felt out of place.
  9. S2 Ep 2 Bloodletting- the group searching for Sophia was okay for a concept, but this episode was okay and went slow paced for me until the end.
D Tier, moving on these episodes were for me mostly just forgettable or boring so I won't say much except they weren't all bad
  1. S1 Ep 3 Tell it to the frogs- first off S1 won't be all high because I'm ranking EVERY episode, but this one felt slow in pace more as well compared to the last two. Shane was a badass though.
  2. S11 Ep 3 Hunted- Forgettable... Not much to say.
  3. S5 Ep 11 The Distance- Forgot entirely this was an episode, after rewatch still don't like it except for Aaron.
  4. S2 Ep 9 Trigger finger- It was a bit better than Nebraska, mostly cause of the Randel scenes.
  5. S7 Ep 14 The Other Side- Sasha somewhat makes a noble decision.
163-162. S11 Episodes 22 following 21- 22 had the Warden being uninteresting as a villain and 21 was boring as can be which is why they sit besides each other.
  1. S8 Ep 7 Time for After- I don't like the plans they have to deviate from Rick and him going to Jadis again feels like a horrible decision on his part.
  2. S9 Ep 8 Evolution- The ambience is the best part, though I hated Jesus' s death as it felt like a bad sendoff.
C Tier, These are a bunch of boring and hard to follow episodes that have some highs that keep it out of former tiers.
  1. S2 Ep 1 What lies Ahead- I liked the RV scene with Andrea, but what follows is dull.
  2. S11 Ep 4- The pope is somewhat average.
  3. S7 Ep 12 Say Yes- The carnival was a nice scenery for TWD, but they had too many fake outs with the walker "shooting" at them and the deer fake out.
  4. S9 Ep 7 Stradivarius- The Search for Eugene feels tiring to follow what's happening and I ended up watching the episodes once and never again because of it.
  5. S2 Ep 4 Cherokee Rose- Watching the episode is fun because of the well, though I feel like it was stupid as an idea as the group should have more common sense before doing something dumb.
  6. S2 Ep 3 Save The Last One- Shane was horrifying, but the rest was dull.
  7. S8 Ep 14 Still gotta mean something- Rick felt unnecessarly cold hearted in this episode killing off the Saviors that helped him which I didn't like, though Jared got a well deserved death.
  8. S4 Ep 9 After -It was okay watching Carl try to scavenge while Rick was injured and I liked the scene with his shoe being lost.
  9. S7 Ep 5 Go Getters- the episode itself wasn't bad yet I never really enjoyed it too much aside from Maggie being a badass and the ending was pretty good.
  10. S4 Ep 10 Inamtes- Inmates was a pretty well rounded episodes showing off some of the group which I liked seeing Tyreese the most.
  11. S8 Ep 6 The King, The Widow, and Rick- the episode was pretty lackluster for me and I didn't really appeal to seeing the garbage people much in this or everyone going to attack the saviors which was a dumb move to do. Ezekiel was probably the most fun of the episode.
  12. S3 Ep 16 Welcome to the Tombs- the finale for season 3 has always been horrible as it barely gives tension between the Governor and Ricks group, it just felt unfitting for a finale.
  13. S11 Ep 8 For blood- it was a okay Mid Season finale to say the least (sorry, 1/3 season finale). I did like some of the parts in it with Maggie which is why it sits higher than others.
  14. S5 Ep 7 Crossed- I thoroughly enjoyed the chase scene between the three officers and Ricks group, but that was about it.
  15. S4 Ep 13 Alone- I liked watching the parts of the group split up, except for Maggie, Bob, and Sasha as they felt very uneventful to me. What makes this episode better had to be the part about Daryl and Beth with the ending of the introduction to Joe's group.
  16. S7 Ep 10 New Best Friends- a lot of these parts I forgot about in this episode when it came to the Kingdom though after rewatching it I enjoyed those parts more than the Garbage people. I just honestly think Jadis's group is uninteresting and makes for no substance.
  17. S10 Ep 15 The Tower- I sometimes forget about this episode and it's premise with Beta, but I think it holds up enough for a weird one and The stuff with princess was okay.
  18. S9 Ep 3 Warning signs- I think the episode was okay, I just didn't like Season 9 A that much...
B tier, now we get to the episodes I could watch again in the past 6 months or binge through without skipping
  1. S11 Ep 2 Acheron Part 2- this was close to being put into C tier since I really hated some parts about it like how they left Gage to die and still had to fight off dozens of walking regardless. The group in the first two episodes seem to switch off and on from good to bad.
  2. S7 Ep 4 Service- for some reason people hate this episode and I can't see why except for the fact it mainly deals with Negan at Alexandria; in my opinion it was him and a couple other characters who saved season 7 and 8 for me.
  3. S10 Ep 3 Ghosts- I forget the episode...
  4. S10 Ep 7 Open Your Eyes- I thought the episode was fine as I don't hate Siddiq and all, though I liked and hated the ending as I loved the twist of Dante and hated that Siddiq had to die so early on.
  5. S6 Ep 7 Heads Up- I didn't like the twist of Glenn and all, but I liked the suspicion with Carol and Morgan as well as the Ending being dramatic.
  6. S8 Ep 11 Dead or Alive- it's not good to know when you remember an episode due to bad things. Daryl has been making more off decisions for the character and Tara seems to be completely Reckless now making me hate her moving forward.
  7. S4 Ep 4 Indifference- The Scenes with Carol and Rick we're amusing with crude Humour as well as some more tense scenes in my opinion and I hated/liked when Rick told Carol she couldn't come back.
  8. S3 Ep 6 Hounded- honestly I would've rather put this episode a little bit higher due to Merle (probably my favorite charcater which contributes to a lot of episodes being higher) being a badass while fighting Michonne and pulling out puns as well. The reason it doesn't get higher is still due to Rick and the phone situation being uneventful.
  9. S11 Ep 9 No Other Way- Alden dies in this episode which I should've seen coming that sucks. The ending feels misleading a bit though everything else in the middle is pretty great.
  10. S11 Ep 5 Out of the Ashes- literally the only reason I put this here was due to Lance so deal with it!
  11. S4 Ep 11 Claimed- Rick had a pretty solid pair of scenes with the Claimers and I liked watching Glenn and Tara (Surprisingly).
  12. S10 Ep 13 What We Become- I thought the flashbacks/hallucinations we're pretty good, but aside from that this episode was just mediocre.
  13. S9 Ep 4 The Obliged- I liked watching Daryl and Rick fight each other over different views on how everything should be and the ending I thought was pretty suspenseful as well as the saviors and oceanside.
  14. S11 Ep 15 Trust- Lance feels exactly like the Governor in some of these episodes which is what I like about him, and from here I start to enjoy Princess maybe because Mercer is around more xd.
  15. S10 Ep 17 Home Sweet Home- I thought Maggie was a good enough concept for an episode with the reapers, though it didn't hit that hard watching again. It still Is most definitely better than the other 3 episodes of S10 part C but enough for A Tier.
A Tier, after this point complaints may start to stop, but that doesn't mean entirely. These episodes I enjoy watching over and over again with some good tension and comedy as well.
  1. S1 Ep 5 Wildfire- For the episodes Jim was in I liked him and learning his backstory as well so this was a pretty fun episode.
  2. S4 Ep 15 Us- the stuff with Abraham and their group was pretty wholesome to me and I liked Joe for the time being in here seeing how he is pretty fair to be honest giving things where they are due and trust to Daryl.
  3. S6 Ep 11 Knots Untie- I somewhat feel like the episode drags due to there being too much at hilltop, but it is a new community so I can't truly argue. I remember enjoyably when Rick stopped the assassination attempt.
  4. S8 Ep 9 Honor- the beginning with Carl I thought was good to showcase the events that unfolded before the decimation and Carl's death hit hard.
  5. S5 Ep 4 Slabtown- I personally don't mind the hospital arc too much, yet it won't get all of it's episodes too high of course. I liked watching Noah and Beth converse and I thought this was a new era for the walking dead.
  6. 10 Ep 1 Lines we Cross- the part with the Satellite was amusing to watch as it was a big change to see and I like that about the walking dead on occasions.
  7. S9 Ep 6 Who are you now?- I liked learning of Luke's Group (you heard me, Luke's Group) and what they have been like learning of some of their past.
  8. S10 Ep 8 The World Before- I liked mostly just watching two scenes, the beginning with Dante and Gabriel and Dante. I loved the fact no one even considered a Whisperer living amongst them and how he did some much devious stuff was mind boggling and amazing to watch. When Gabriel talks about forgiveness to Dante and kills him shows me how Gabriel has changed the past seasons.
  9. S7 Ep 9 Rock in the Road- Rick gives off a good speech to Ezekiel and I liked seeing him and Morgan reunite again. The stuff with Gabriel wasn't too bad either.
  10. S3 Ep 9 The Suicide King- the Governor finally seems to be starting to let things of him slip which I love to see. I also enjoyed watching Merle with Daryl as well too.
  11. S11 Ep 11 Rouge element- I thought that the twist of Steph was pretty good and I don't mind the episode being a bit long and tedious for it's reveal.
  12. S11 Ep 23 Family- I loved the fact Lydia got bit just because it shows us that people can still get bit and survive. It shows to me that in the finale no one could be truly safe even though Luke gets bit and still dies.
  13. S11 Ep 17 Lockdown- Saving Sebastian was okay ig.
  14. S8 Ep 10 The Lost and The Plunderers- Simon's character I think was made perfectly as he is a hotheaded person who is all about power and showing that off. Killing most of the Garbage people was terrifying to watch and showed how Negan could be more merciful than others.
  15. S1 Ep 1 Days Gone Bye- I think for the pilot it did it's job well and showed off enough of what the show could be. Of course this doesn't mean it was all good but as pilots go it was pretty solid.
  16. S11 Ep 1 Acheron Part 1- The only reason I put it this high was for the interrogation scenes especially when it came down to Ezekiel. Him and Mercer are honestly a great pair and I love his ending to the show as it's fitting.
  17. S5 Ep 10 Them- after losing most of the group it seems like a fitting episode of despair and plays it perfectly.
  18. S5 Ep 12 Remember- the first shown scenes of Alexandria was pretty good and I liked the interviews scene too. We also saw a lot of new character introductions.
  19. S11 Ep 6 On The Inside- The ferals was a nice touch of horror that I never knew I could need. Making the people with the ferals Virgil and Connie made the most perfect sense as well.
  20. S6 Ep 13 Not Tomorrow Yet- this episode shows off how our group is seeming to be the bad guys starting to kill people in their sleep. I like how Glenn and Heath have their first kills and show how they are changing.
  21. S7 Ep 1 The day will come when you won't be- I like the title as it references Doctor Jenner, but for the episode I liked Negan and that's mostly it. Seeing two people die was horrible to me, but necessary and since I don't rank episodes for being bad due to deaths I can still rank them high.
  22. S6 Ep 16 Last Day on Earth- Simon has a good introduction and I like them trying to get from point A to B, but what stands out to me most is probably Abraham and Eugene with his speech about him
  23. S7 Ep 15 Something they need- Sasha was probably the highlight of the episode for me and I liked them and Negan's interactions. It Is a good effort to show that they aren't all monsters and I like seeing Eugene as well.
  24. S3 Ep 7 When the Dead come knocking- Glenn and his interrogation with Merle was amazing and I liked seeing Glenn's true will shine.
  25. S8 Ep 12 The Key- I don't like this episode much honestly if it wasn't for Negan and Ricks Speech as well as Simon and his deviousness.
  26. S8 Ep 1 Mercy- the beginning I had to move up due to some good portions of it like Rick and Negan. I also liked the ending a lot even though I watched the trailer a lot and knew of Gabriel and Negan's interactions.
  27. S9 Ep 1 a New Beginning- wow two series beginnings next to each other... Yeah it's weird but they weren't exactly S Tier Material. The beginning with them trying to get a horse accessory was great tension to watch and I already love Ricks Beard.
  28. S10 Ep 18 Find me- okay so maybe I exaggerated My feeling towards Season 10 C a bit since I like some of the episodes a bit and others worse. The reason I put this here is mostly good plot lines and that was it.
Around here I wanted to say the reason for some episodes ranking higher is due to the fact the others are horrible and some of these have redeeming qualities. It's hard to put over 150 episodes ranked from horrible to greatness and know the points of interest.
  1. S3 Ep 3 Walk With Me- Merle brings joy to me seeing him again and I love him from here on out. I like how the Governor seems to be innocent enough until the big reveal with the militia which is amazingly put.
  2. S10 Ep 9 Squeeze- I hate Squeeze... There i said it. The cave sucks honestly and Id rather not watch it again because of that, but Negan is the only saving grace for this episode and if it wasn't for him I would never watch this episode again.
  3. S8 Ep 13 Do Not Send Us Astray- Simon attacking the Hilltop was the most great action of this season that I never minded and it felt terrifying after Tobin's fate was sealed.
  4. S3 Ep 12 Clear- I had to move it from S Tier, but nevertheless a great episode. Morgan's return was done perfectly and I felt like his character did a full 180 after this. Michonne and Carl's side story was also good.
  5. S2 Ep 12 Better Anglels- Shane and Ricks final confrontation was amazingly executed and loved the difference from the Comics with Rick killing shane and Carl shooting his reanimated self; Shane and Randel was also good too.
  6. S4 Ep 12 Still- Daryl and Beth make sense to pair together and I like seeing how we get a bit more back story to his character. They feel like the most perfect example to put for a mismatched pair.
  7. S6 Ep Thank You- The journey with Glenn's group trying to get back was amusing to see even though the dumpster ending wasnt really the best, still horrible to see.
  8. S10 Ep 4 Silence the Whisperers- Negan and Lydia have a good bond and I like how Negan defends her even though I hate how no one believes Lydia that Negan protected her.
  9. S8 Ep 4 Some Guy- I still love watching Ezekiel and the Kingdom so I enjoy this episode and how he feels defeated the whole time. Jerry is the best bodyguard in my opinion as well as it is shown and Shivas death is heartbreaking.
  10. S5 Ep 8 Coda- The reason I put this soo high was due to Rick and Bob. I did like the ending a bit even though I feel like Beth's death could've been avoided.
  11. S3 Ep 14 Prey- originally this episode was C Tier for me, but I re-watched it and put it this high due to the Governor being a literal psycho and I love this side of him.
  12. S11 Ep 20 What's been Lost- Lance felt underutilized as soon as he died, I really wished they could've made a difference with his exit on the show.
  13. S8 Ep 8 How it's gotta be- Forgot about Natanias death.
  14. S11 Ep 7 Promises Broken- Negan and Maggie had a good talk together about before.
  15. S10 Ep 6 Bonds- Okay.. XD.
  16. S6 Ep 10 The Next world- I thought the stuff with Rick, Daryl, and Jesus was goofy, but great.
  17. S11 Ep 19 Varient- I do like the idea of evolving walkers though I feel like it was a bit late in the show.
  18. S3 Ep 13 Arrow on the Doorstep- the meeting was just terrific to watch as the Governor is so sinister inside it with Milton and Hershel having a good talk as well with Martinez and Daryl having a good show off time. Merle and Glenn have some good times too.
  19. S9 Ep 2 The Bridge- The log scene was amazing and Aaron had a good scene with the amputation.
S Tier, These episodes are some of my favorite to watch with a good glass of Tea and some snacks.
  1. S7 Ep 7 Sing me a song- Negan and Carl were fun to watch as well as some more insight on the sanctuary as Daryl breaks free. Negan and Carl also Bond.
  2. S10 Ep 10 Stalker- Daryl VS Alpha!!!
  3. S11 Ep 16 Acts of God- Lance is very horrifying as to what his next move is and Leah's stuff was good.
  4. S3 Ep 8 Made to suffer- it was a great Mid season finale as I enjoyed the fight with the Governor and Rick as well as the ending with Merle and Daryl.
  5. S2 Ep 6 Secrets- Glenn has to deal with hiding multiple people's secrets and I feel like the comedy is pure gold here.
  6. S1 Ep 2 Guts- The rooftops scenes were great as well as the parts where they wear guys to avoid the walkers, it always felt like a sense of panic in this episode.
  7. S9 Ep 9 Adaptation- the introduction to Alpha was simple enough and I feel like it's a good episode.
  8. S11 Ep 10 New Haunts
  9. S11 Ep 12 The Lucky Ones- Carol finally feels a little bit like she's back to her old self in this community with Lance and their deals.
  10. S4 Ep 1 30 days without and Accident- probably my second favorite of the beginning episodes as it demonstrates exactly how the group has got along since the recent events. Has a good story with the shopping market and the roof caving in was awesome.
  11. S3 Ep 10 Home- this episode shows how Merle and Daryl are far apart which I can still keep watching Merle and be entertained as well as the fight scene at the end with the Governor being cocky as can be.
  12. S9 Ep 16 The Storm- snow is a new but simple thing that I like along with Negan Earning trust with Michonne.
  13. S10 Ep 2 We are the End of the World- Gamma saving Alpha is one of my favorite scenes of how it shows Alphas power towards the group and influence on it's people.
  14. S6 Ep 8 Start to Finish- The walls coming down had an interesting story as well as many like the Wolf getting loose and Diana having a badass/amazing exit.
  15. S9 Ep 11 Bounty- The Movie Theatre scene was pretty good as well as Alpha with and Lydia.
  16. S5 Ep 2 Strangers- The uneasy feeling of Gabriel is pretty good to show the groups trust and I like how the ending is played out with the reveals.
  17. S11 Ep 13 Warlords- The Complex is a pretty good place to see and I like seeing the evolution of Negan and Aaron.
  18. S9 Ep 15 The Calm Before- The highlight is the end with the pikes though it made sense for the lesser characters. I hated seeing Henry and Enid die (Not with Tara).
  19. S10 Ep 11 Morning Star- The start of the battle is ingenius with the tree sap fire scene and it makes for a suspenseful ending to the episode to come.
  20. S9 Ep 5 What come After- The episode is meant to be a sendoff for Rick so I'll rank it about everything else instead. I did enjoy some of the sequences with Hershel and I loved seeing Shane again. He really puts perspective on some episodes like Season 5 which makes me enjoy watching those episodes more as well as Shane. Ricks exit was also done is a pretty good way.
  21. S7 Ep 13 Bury me Here- I liked watching Morgan slowing go back into insanity which I believe is due to PTSD of some sort. The episode feels really well done and I like the ending to it with Richard Dying and Carol being told everything.
  22. S9 Ep 12 Guardians- Alpha is great to watch in this episode and the way she kills the two whispering who challenge them is great!
  23. S8 Ep 5 The Big scary U- the main focus is Negan and Gabriel which is an amazing talk between then two before settling their differences. I also like the unease at the sanctuary through betrayal.
  24. S11 Ep 14 The Rotten core- the whole episode is one of If not my personal favorite to watch for the complex alone being a nice setting. I enjoy every bit of this episode as well as the side deal with Sebastian and how Mercer is revealed to be a pretty nice guy.
  25. S5 Ep 15 Try- The whole episode feels like a decent into madness for Rick seeing everyone against him. I like how he goes into protective cop mode and try to defend the ones he lives as well as his speech at the end.
  26. S11 Ep 18 A New Deal- The whole episode is average, but the ending just feels amazing to rewatch.
  27. S2 Ep 11 Judge, Jury, Executioner- I personally like Dale a lot so I love this episode. It really shows how the group is starting to turn as they believe to do what is best for the group and not morals. Dales death is also very heartfelt to watch and showed off the walkers dangerousness.
  28. S10 Ep 14 Look At The Flowers- Negan and Daryl make a good pair to watch though I enjoyed watching Beta and him struggling to get back on track after Alphas death and I love him so much more for this episode.
  29. S5 Ep 5 Self Help- Daryl and Carol at the moments have some good episodes together so it's not surprise I'd love this episode. With Noah in the episode as well it feels like a amazing show of how the characters (Carol and Daryl) have changed morally.
  30. S6 Ep 13 The Same Boat- Carol has been shown to be ruthless, but this episode shows her true colors as how she doesn't want this to be her life anymore.
  31. S5 Ep 13 Forget- the episode itself has many great minisodes it felt like which was fantastic.
50 and 49. S4 Ep 6 Live Bait and 7 Dead Weight- I put these both here due to the fact of me loving the equally. The 6th episode feels like a showcase of how the Governor gets broken entirely and starts to get built back up positively showing what could have been and for a time it feels beautiful to me. The 7th though shows how some things can mess with his mind and make him go back to being a psychopath that kills everyone he sees.
  1. S8 Ep 16 Wraith- The ending to season 8 was pretty eventful for the battles begin as Eugene saved everyone's asses from a cool trick with the bullets. I am happy that Rick decided to save Negan and I love the episode except for the ending being off-putting with Maggie.
  2. S6 Ep 9 No way Out- The Wolf has a pretty interesting end that I enjoyed to see and aside from the the entire eoisode is the best part. You never feel that sense of boring to it as the action is nonstop great.
  3. S5 Ep 5 Now- I liked small bits and pieces of this episode mostly revolving around Diana and her role starting to change. If she survived I don't doubt I would've loved to see her go through more of an arc.
  4. S7 Ep 11 Hostiles and Calamities- I can see the hate for this episode, though I love it myself. Eugene in my opinion is at his best here and I love watching him here with Negan and their interactions. It was also great how Dwight had framed the doctor.
  5. S5 Ep 6 Consumed- Abraham was one of my favorite characters not just for jokes but for this episode. His backstory is heartbreaking to learn about and relatable. When he falls down after beating Eugene in defeat I can feel his pain with him.
  6. S9 Ep 13 Chokepoint- Daryl VS Beta!!!
SS Tier, after this point there is no bad things that the episodes could have drag it's down. These ones are my person favorites.
Around this time I also realized that it seems my numbers on the side aren't matching so I'm fixing it from here so skip 42- 38. Idk what happened but I messed up somewhere and went to fix it but couldn't find the problem.
  1. S2 Ep 13 Besides the Dying Fire- The walkers attacking the farm was a great scene just as much as the Democracy speech was from Rick, though Lori is horrible to Rick in this episode. Also Rick tells the group "we're all infected"
  2. S4 Ep 2 Infected- I love the scene where Patrick reanimates and the morning fight they have in the prison. So much stuff happens at once. The ending was Great with Tyreese and. The pig scene was sad to watch.
  3. S6 Ep 6 Always Accountable- One time when I like Sasha is this episode with Abraham. Where to begin; The Rocket launcher scene was great, Abraham is great with quips, Daryl with Dwight is a good scene and I love the ending as well.
  4. S6 Ep 14 Twice as Far- The Denise speech wasnt too bad and the death was great. I enjoyed Abraham and Eugene; I think my favorite scenes was with Abraham and Eugene with another one of his speechs towards him which was funny and heartfelt.
  5. S4 Ep 16 A- The best part is when Joe's group comes along and how Rick bites out his throat signifying that he and Shane are now alike. I also like when Rick and Daryl talk as well as Rick figuring out this olace kidnaps people.
  6. S2 Ep 7 Pretty Much dead Already- Shane is what I love about this episode, he and Dale had a really funny encounter and I feel like Shane makes me laugh and be serious at the same time with each scenes. I also like how Rick is more accepting towards Hershel.
  7. S10 Ep 16 A Certain Doom- Beta was good in this episode and had some great parts, but the fights wee great especially the scene with the Music. Betas death felt odd, but that doesn't lower the episode.
  8. S4 Ep 14 The Grove- I mean do I really have to explain? Carol is a savage here and I love when they finally talk about Karen and Davids death here. Nothing in this episode is a low note.
  9. S2 Ep 5 Chupacabra- I love everything about Daryl's scenes in this that show how he is a badass and capable of holding his own. Also love his Hallucinations.
  10. S11 Ep 24 Rest In Peace- certainly wasn't the best finale, but I felt like it did well enough for the episode. It tied up most loose ends for the show given its runtime and I feel like it is fitting enough.
  11. S2 Ep 10 18 Miles Out- my favorite of Season 2 has Shane and Rick have the best battle I have seen even more than The Governor and Rick or Negan and Rick. This battle utilizes both of their strengths and weaknesses with some things that have never been done in the show much more like using your blood to attract walkers to other places. It was an amazing episode all in all.
  12. S1 Ep 6 TS-19- idk what it is but I love watching this episode over and over again and I love it the more I watch it. It is probably because I like Doctor Jenner a bit more in each watching of his tragic backstory with his wife.
  13. S9 Ep 14 Scars- The flahsback was an amazing one that told us something vital to the story about how they don't trust people coming in anymore. What Daryl and especially Michonne went through is tragic.
  14. S5 Ep 3 Four Walls a roof- this episode is perfect for a number of reasons like Bob and his antics or Savage Rick, this was a turning point for the walking dead and this is where Rick gets some of his roots.
  15. S1 Ep 4 Vatos- even though I love TS-19 I love Vatos more. This is unique to some episodes where you see a group just like Ricks that is trying to survive and this is where we realize the world is bigger than we thought still.
  16. S7 Ep 16 The first day of the rest of your Life- The battle was amazing and I feel like this was the best it was going to get for the coming seasons, but season 9 and 10 surprised me.
  17. S10 Ep 5 What it always Is- Negan with the Kid is the highlight I think, I could've honestly seen this going farther, if it wasn't for the former savior. I feel like this was fitting for an entire episode of, but we diverged a bit.
  18. S4 Ep 3 Isolation- Hershel and Tyreese are the highlights for me with Tyreese going berserk and Hershel being a kind soul. This is a staple episode for why Season 4 is amazing and why Hershel is what made season 4 great.
  19. S6 Ep 4 Here's not Here- I love learning about Eastman and Morgan in this one off. I love how it is somewhat told in the first person narrative to the Wolf and how Morgan changed back to who he was. Eastman shows how he and Morgan are pretty similar and why he should be like him.
  20. S5 Ep 14 Spend- aside from Francine being here to be used as eye candy for me I loved how some of Alexandria like and dislike rick's group here. I do hate Noah dying as I feel like he could've been so much more.
  21. S10 19 One More- I love havng the episode based on Aaron and Gabriel as they have came a long way since their beginnings. When they have few an encounter with Mays I felt like this was a testimony to who they are as people. We see how they care for each other and how Mays fails to make a point of who they are until Gabriel Kills him showing he has gone farther away from the light.
  22. S7 Ep 3 Cell- Daryl is locked up and he is now being treated like shit. This episode feels great cause of how it feels like he is trying to break Daryl. Dwight also has a great mission on how he mercy kills a savior and shows he isn't as bad as you may think.
  23. S6 Ep 1 First time again- I do enjoy the setting of the episode how we see the diverge in Alexandria and who listens or hears Rick out. The episode is a great example for staring episodes... But not the best at it.
  24. S5 Ep 9 What Happened and what's going On- I loved Tyreese's character so to see him die was horrible for me. His episodes I feel like was a good send off since it is a test to who he is as a person who is confounded about the world around him.
  25. S3 Ep 4 Killer Within- this episode was played perfectly and I feel like is a good sendoff for other characters as well like how I hate Lori. She is made just a bit better from her sacrifice and thought T-Dog went out in a good way as well. The prisoners also had a good show for their trust.
  26. S4 Ep 5 Interment- this is where Hershel's best episode is as he is the best Samaritan Alive in the apocalypse. At the end where Rick and Carl fend off the walkers inside the gates in a great bond and I love the whole episode.
  27. S6 Ep 3 JSS- it is well rounded and has good action as well as a lot of tension and suspense with Carol showing off her capabilities and Morgan with his philosophy.
Finally we cracked the top ten and into Premium Episodes. If you've made it this far you are are persistent as me... Well probably less since this took a long ass time but still. These are the episodes whee I cherish them and can watch more than once a month.
  1. S8 Ep 15 Worth- Worth has what I want in an episode; good characters and story/plot. Eugene's parts are made more important seeing how he needed to stay at the sanctuary to save Alexandria and the other communities. I loved even more Dwight's part where I have without doubt the most suspense with him and Negan. Simon also had the most best arc death as it felt complete.
  2. S5 Ep 16 Conquer- the episode has a lot of action and the ending was the pivet. I love the speech he has and how Diana let's Rick be in charge now was a sort of cliffhanging ending that signify's perfection.
  3. S5 Ep 1 No sanctuary- both Season 5's beginning and finale are amazing and the way Rick and his group take down Terminus in one episode is amazing as they fight there way out and the scene with Judith was great. Morgan was just a sprinkle of wholesomeness to see.
  4. S10 Ep 12 Walk With Us- The Episode had just enough action, good deaths and character interactions to make it here. First of the battle at hilltop was amazing. The second best thing was Earl and I feel very sad every time I watch this episode at his part. Then the best thing is the end with Alpha and Negan.
  5. S3 Ep 1 Seed- The best beginning to a season it shows how the group has changed since Rick and the prison is a great example. The tombs are a great scenery and the ending was perfect for a cliffhanger as well as Conquer.
  6. S3 Ep 2 Sick- the prisoner episode was pretty good to watch as a group of prisoners try to take on walkers. While some are good others would rather be assertive. Rick has definitely changed since season 2 and the group is played great here and much more human like.
  7. S7 Ep 2 Well- what helps this episode is the last episode before it having a dark tone. This instead has a more uplifting one with the king and with Carol and Morgan being a great pair. The Kingdom seems to be a good community and seeing how Carol tries to smooth talk the king and how he tells whays her bullshit is an amazing scene.
  8. S10 Ep 22 Heres Negan- We realize he was a kinda lousy husband that wasn't really too good to becoming a really supportive husband who cares deeply for his wife Lucille. The story before showed a lot of Negan and how he is and I love Lucille as a character from this episode trying to do whats best for Negan.
  9. S4 Ep 8 Too Far gone- Honestly this IS the best episode, but I am bias so I had to put my own personal favorite above it not to say this isn't right behind it easily. Too far gone is what feels like a season finale but isn't. The Governors first encounter should've been this and I'm glad we got to see it unfold great. Rick has a great speech in it about not being too far gone yet and the Governor killing Hershel to start the best battle of the series. The Governors death feels fitting and the ending was sad and amazing.
Before I get to this last one I wanted to say a thank you in advance to whomever reads this as I really had a hard time making this and spending a lot of time to do this isn't easy. And remember this last episode is my very own person opinion entirely and in no way is it the best of the series definitively, without any furthermore, lets end this.
  1. Season 3 Episode 15 This Sorrowful Life- Now what makes this episode so great to me? Well I'm totally biased towards the actor and the character in the show Merle Dixon. I could watch Merle all day which is what they episode feels like with the perfect duo of Michonne and Merle on their way to the governor. It has some of the most perfect comedy in the episode as well as having the best sacrifice redemption arc and ending. This episode made me laugh, smile, cry and more. There will never be a time when I ever change my opinion about this episode in existence.
Again another huge thanks to everyone and I hope this will satisfy everyones needs... Now I'ma go watch S3 Ep 15 Legit.

You dare not use the "P Word."
P_G draws all the looneys out; the type of crazy person that will say anything to derail the conversation; the type of hand wringing that makes it obvious there is a cover up going on.
David Seaman has alerts set up so that he is ready to respond to any P_G post within moments, to insert disinformation about James Alefantis being a Rothschild and intentionally, always, forgetting the fact that "I've never had an affair before" is the end of an email thread that describes providing three young girls for entertainment.
The P_G terrifies shills and it terrifies elites such that they spent billions trying to bury the story and make it even seem dangerous to talk about. The over-the-top suppressive response was what drew a lot of people's attention.
On Reddit, you can see the censorship at work; the most reasonable answer, awarded "Reddit Gold" is deleted.
https://i.imgur.com/teOOQPI.png
rareddit allows one to see what Reddit has deleted. In this case, we see that Reuters set of a "strawman argument" about a basement, while ignoring the real focus; the convicted pedophiles; the satanic imagery; the corruption. Reuters is a corrupt mouthpiece of the elite.
https://i.imgur.com/HZ2S8lF.png
Reuters recycled an old trope from another child sex story in Britain, "There is no basement, so there is no child abuse." The problem is that Reuters and James Alefantis lied to you. Why would they lie about a basement?

Ben Swann did a 5 minute run down, which is the best introduction to the issue:
Here is the video:
https://gvid.tv/v/XzjlMh
Here is a screenshot of the opening:
https://i.imgur.com/U6oQa28.png
But notice he says, in regards to John Podesta's emails "none mention child sex trafficking".
There is literally a file called "Italy Child Sex." There is the hot tub email. Ben Swann does a pretty good job of balancing what he is and isn't allowed to say, but his summary leaves a lot to be desired.
https://i.imgur.com/o3Tyt1e.png
He does mention the "code words." "Cheese pizza" has been used as an alternative way of referring to "child porn" on the Internet, for years. 4chan even organically invented a way to deal with "cheese pizza" threads, by inserting pictures of spider man to fill the threads to limit.
"Dr. Pizza", a journalist with Ars Technica, staunchly denied Pizzagate was real, but was then caught as being a pedophile. Dojo Pizzeria was tied to an arrest. "The Pizza Connection Trial" involved using pizzerias for laundering money from drugs and human trafficking. There are plenty of red flags.
https://i.imgur.com/zBygdzo.png
Megyn Kelly did the most unjournalistic interview, possible, of James Alefantis in order to help cover up the crimes involved. She leaves out the blackmail case, Laura Silsby, the pedo musicians (Sex Stains, Majestic Ape), the satanic imagery on Alefantis' Instagram, the babies, drugs and money on Instagram, and on and on. Megyn Kelly is not just the dumbest reporter, there is, she is intentionally blind to the obvious.
https://i.imgur.com/IeLc8Rd.png
It is worth noting that Alefantis allowed a camera into the pizzeria to show a bullet hole in the computer, claiming that it went through the door first... but there is no bullet hole in the door.

Megyn Kelly expresses horror, sympathy over Pizzagate in first interview with Comet Ping Pong owner
https://archive.ph/mC7q7
A fake media narrative was set up that discussing this topic was dangerous, when they staged a scene where son of an FBI agent "show up" Comet Ping Pong. A "False Flag" shooting.
https://i.imgur.com/7GN1Mzv.png
The lie was obvious. Why would a "P_G Researcher" shoot a computer that supposedly housed all the evidence?
https://i.imgur.com/qeX1oVG.jpg
Despite the suppression and spin of the story, it continued to gather steam on the Internet, resulting in entire communities being banned; tens of thousands of people blocked from viewing any content.
Before Reddit completely banned P_G subreddit, this was one of the last posts (which was deleted along with everything else.)
https://i.imgur.com/DKJkdQJ.png
Given all of the corruption and cover ups we know about, it is no surprise that P_G has been reduced to nothing more than a footnote in conspiracy forums. But, when there are new developments, thousands of people take notice, though they no longer discuss it, from fear of being banned.
The last corners of the Internet where people were allowed to discuss, were heavily shilled and monitored by SITE Intelligence Group (Mossad cut out that makes fake threat reports) and their allies, so that they could be labeled "extremists."
Even in those dark corners of the Internet, the issues were still being pushed and still causing some progress to be made; if nothing else, then they at least continued raising awareness.

P_G did not pop out of thin air. Not only was pizza already in wide use as a code word, John Podesta already had a reputation for being involved in blackmail rings.
https://i.imgur.com/s6P9uJF.png
Comet P1ng P0ng already had a reputation of documenting wild parties. Nevermind, whether or not, that could be Hillary and Huma on a ping pong table; why would there even be two women dressed to look like Hillary and Huma on a ping pong table? And why would that be recorded and then rebroadcast at Comet?

The research continued, but the astroturfing stuck to the same tired arguments that were now, officially, debunked.
https://i.imgur.com/pGuTcie.jpg
P_G drew so many people not because of a basement, or a specific allegation; people were drawn in because it pulled together so many issues under one umbrella, resulting in a series of cascading epiphanies that was neurologically rewarding researchers.
https://i.imgur.com/1NLY4de.png
It is now deleted, but my recollection of when P_G "broke" was on the now banned "The Donald" subreddit, when, along with the realization that John Podesta and James Alefantis were connected in a number of ways (David Brock even claimed they were dating in a video interview), the "FBIAnon" post about Hillary Clinton being involved in human trafficking, the connection with Marina Abramovic and "Spirit Cooking", and the "Edible Schoolyard"... the question emerged organically...

This is what the media and government was really trying to hide. Whether it was true or not, people asking the question is enough to destroy nearly every single career politician, CEO and news outlet that helped cover it up; as well it should.

All of the other corruption is bad enough, but these people are practically bragging about it on social media.

In The Secret Teachings of All Ages, we are introduced to a number of ancient rituals that date back prior to the written word. One of these rituals was to be buried alive. One might say a sensory deprivation tank is the modern version, but we keep seeing child sized coffins in the social media of this group of people.

Many of the researchers on the Internet were correct and their research was borne out with the arrest of Epstein, Maxwell, Nygard, Brunel and others.

The Finders files were not yet public in October of 2016.
This story, though guessed at by P_G researchers, was also borne out.

A Mossad blackmail ring was, more or less, operating out in the open and anyone who complained about it was treated like they were crazy. This went on for decades, and, then, it turns out everyone who was complaining was, not only right, but that it was worse than anyone was willing to let on.

This all happened AFTER Reuters insisted that P_G was fake.
Even prior to October of 2016, there was already a great deal of public information that should have been very concerning. There was plenty of reason to have legitimate concerns about Comet P1ng P0ng when some weird information started to come out.
Before Comet P1ng P0ng made the spotlight, most people were not aware of information that was already available.
Jeffrey Epstein was accused of sex trafficking young girls on his mysterious private island. Over 40 years ago, a different millionaire escaped justice in a stunningly similar case.

Ghislaine Maxwell's father was an Israeli spy and she almost certainly inherited his blackmail operation. Robert Maxwell was also involved in text books for the US educational system.

But P_G was more than just about research into what was going on politically, or into James Alefantis obvious satanic proclivities and his obvious attraction to children. What was revealed was a dark nexus of media, politics and these weirdo cultists.
There was a widespread epiphany of a great many people that this degeneracy was being intentionally pushed by people who were occultists and wanted everyone else wrapped up in their dark religion. And when we said, "No", they collectively lost their minds.
It should also being concerning that Kamala Harris was tied to Comet, as well, and, seemingly, a top choice for John Podesta to run for office. Considering her ties to fake police...

The bottom line is that the media, the disgusting shills on the Internet, the FBI and many other groups are involved in covering up these crimes because their political agendas demand it.
