Patient Info: Male, Caucasian, Mid 60s, Unknown Weight (but probably overweight), Cannabis use, Diabetes (I think), previous spine surgery at base of spine with hardware that has cracked, other medications unknown.
Backstory to current situation: He began having balance issues a couple months ago, and started falling more and more frequently. He then showed occasional confusion, like he didnt quite understand what you said to him but still responded in a related way. The confusion would clear up and he would be fine the majority of the time. Zero neck or arm pain, his lower back where his previous surgery was hurt him a lot due to a broken screw and his knees hurt him (previous knee replacement surgery). Went to the ER one night when family made him due to him being very disoriented and confused. Diagnosed at ER with some sort of issue at the base of his skull that was causing these balance and confusion issues. It was relayed to me as some sort of bone spur or restriction. Cervical fusion surgery was scheduled pretty quickly fusing 4 vertebrae in his neck.
Current Situation: My Family Member (Male, mid 60s) had a cervical fusion surgery at c3-7 (4 vertebrae) about 1 week ago. First day he woke just fine, seemed happy, wanted to sit up and was doing fine. He is discharged, and over the next days he complains of worsening pain between his shoulders either at the very top of his back/base of neck (second hand info). The pain worsens each day for 3 or so days until he is in such a state that he is grunting, groaning, and banging his fists on things because of the pain. This past Friday he started getting almost violent and seemed incredibly disoriented, delirious, and terrified. He could not talk and did not recognize anyone or seem to understand words spoken to him. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Once there, he attacked staff (not like him at all) and seemed like a feral animal or a rabid animal. It took 4 people to get him restrained: and they gave him drugs to paralyze him to keep staff safe, restrained him, and sedated him to the point of being on a ventilator. Blood tests came back with only mild THC as anything out of the ordinary. He likely took his entire 30 day pain killer rx from the surgery (bottle was found empty) within a few days HOWEVER the prescription was weak enough that the doctor remarked that the 'drugs he is currently on is stronger than the whole bottle' so unlikely to be an issue. MRI came back fine, all tests they have run have come back fine (aside from blood tests, MRI, and 24hr seizure monitoring test, I do not know if other tests were preformed or what they would be.)
Each day they try to let the sedation wear off and remove the vent to gauge his reaction, and each day it has been the same nearly immediate intense aggression putting staff at risk. He broke restraints. I was told his eyes rolled back into his head where only white showed during one of these wake up attempts, and that when he does gain alertness he looks absolutely terrified and behaves like a cornered prey. So they just sedate/paralyze/intubate again. At this point the plan is to try waking him each day until he stops being aggressive due to tests not showing a diagnosis. He has been given a feeding tube today.
His surgeon's nurse had been contacted today and she said she does not believe this is related to the surgery and she has never heard of a reaction like this. His current doctors (not affiliated with the surgery) have told his mom and sister that 'they have seen this before' but also 'they don't know what this is', which is odd.
Is there anything else that could be going on, and tests that should be preformed, any idea on why this is happening? I cannot stand the idea of him being in terror over and over waking up to being pulled off a vent then put back on, indefinitely.

Hi I'm desperate and need advice.
An old service related injury of mine has made it difficult to walk and I've been out of the job for a week. I recently enrolled in the VA health care but it's a slog. Doctors misdiagnosed my knee injury after getting an MRI and are just recommending physical therapy. It's been 7 years with this injury and I had it diagnosed while in the service as an impinged fat pad, but turned down the medical discharge because I was an impatient 21 year old on the verge of ETS. New diagnosis as of today said it's just a bakers cyst but I can barely walk. It could take months before I get a surgery to fix it or a disability rating to pay my bills.
I just requested my medical records from the army but that could take a month. I couldn't get into the DAV office today to start making a claim. I'll try first thing tomorrow morning.
I have a family to support and I'm terrified of not being able to provide for them if I don't get a surgery or disability rating soon.
Tldr: Losing my job due to service related injury and taking weeks/months to get the VA to help me but I still have to pay my bills.

My friends and I have been playing modded Lethal Company for a long time now, but for the most part we only used mods that were in the spirit of the game. Unfortunately we've reached a point where we've seen everything a million times already, so now we've decided to go for sillier mods to spice things up a little. One of those types of mods is model replacements.
We're already using the Goku Bracken, Thomas the Tank engine Dogs and Minecraft Spiders (The AoT Titan Forest Giants didn't work unfortunately and we weren't fans of the Sonic Thumpers because it's just a PNG, which makes hitting the hitbox too confusing).
Are there any other great model replacement mods that makes looking at enemies just a little more fun?

I'm more than 3 wks post op and am still having a really hard time getting pleasure from anything or sticking to a schedule. I know everyone says to make a list of video games movies etc to watch but I genuinely did not do much of anything for most of those 3 weeks because of my mental state. I'm sort of going back to normal now in terms of energy levels but it's hard not to cry and cry for at least an hour a day lol, I feel really emotionally shaken up.
I've been crying a lot especially since having left my parent's place a few days ago. I think I figured out why I couldn't do anything to distract myself post op, and why I've been crying so much, and it's something that I don't think is talked about enough. Honestly, the experience itself of having top surgery can be really scary-I hesitate to use the word "trauma" because I don't want to trivialise people who have PTSD and whatnot. It feels ridiculous to be "traumatised" from an elective surgery that I literally wanted and am happy with the results of. However my symptoms at this point do kind of mimic some sort of post-trauma response and I'm wondering if others have had a similar experience.
My mind keeps going back to being in the operating room. I was being put under and I guess my heart rate or something really spiked. I remember the doctors looking kind of panicked or rushed, like something bad was happening. I've never been so scared in my life, and as I faded away I felt completely alone in the world, like I needed someone in my life like my parents or a friend to be next to me but I didn't have anyone because it was the OR. Even typing this is making me relive it, I feel so silly to be so emotionally effected by those 5 minutes but it's really messing me up.

Side note, but of course there also is the terror of having to learn how to do wound care on your own (I wasnt really shown that stuff at all by any nurses or doctors at the hospital), which I think also has left a mark on me mentally. I didn't GET to relax, play games, and watch lots of TV. I didn't get to just be happy that my chest is male now. Instead I was frantically googling and basically doing a crash course on wound care and nursing stuff, which of course scared me in the process because I kept convincing myself I had horrible infections. I think I am also carrying a bit of pain over how stressed I was for the first two weeks.

Anyway! Didn't want this to be a big emotional dump, but just thought maybe some of y'all could relate? or maybe it's just me, that's ok too. But to anyone who is about to have the surgery and is maybe as mentally ill as I am, don't be scared, but also prepare to have emotional support after surgery because although I know about post op depression I totally didn't anticipate this specifically.

We all want this game to thrive and be fun. I know I am just echoing the same sentiment that I we rather wait for a few months for new content to drop if it meant that the Warbonds felt like they had an identity and were solid investments into our arsenal.
With that being said, I have a suggestion for Arrowhead. Lets go back and rework currently released Warbonds before moving onto the next one.
Polar Patriots Warbond.
An ice themed Warbond without any passives, weapons or boosters that fit the theme. The most egregious offense of this Warbond (imo) is the grenade you get here isn't even cryo, it's Incendiary! Lets fix this mess.

• Give the AR-61 Tenderizer Medium Armor Penetration and then put it in the Helldivers Mobilize Warbond, replacing the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator. Then remove the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator from the game.
  
• Replace the empty weapon slot left by the AR-61 Tenderizer with a close ranged cryo-themed flame thrower that freezes Light enemies on contact and slows Medium enemies. Allowing you time to strategically reposition or give your teammates time to line up shots on their weak points.
  
• Remove the Explosive modifier of the Plas-101 Purifier with a Cryo modifier that freezes Medium enemies on contact and slows Heavy enemies.
  
• Replace the G-13 Incendiary Impact grenade with a cryo-themed grenade that has the potential to freezes Heavy enemies. Then remove the G-13 Incendiary Impact from the game, as its role is already filled by the G-10 Incendiary grenade.
  
• Replace the Motivational Shocks booster with a booster that extends the effects of "freeze" from cryo weapons. Motivational Shocks should then be moved to the Steeled Veterans Warbond, replacing Flexible Reinforcement Budget, which should be retooled into a ship upgrade.
  

I wish I knew what to do with the Armor Passives, but they are a mess.

Democratic Detonation Warbond.
An explosive themed Warbond that is very close to hitting it's theme. It just needs some slight adjustments.

• Combine the passives from Servo-Assisted (Increased throwing range by 30%) and Engineering Kit (Increase initial inventory and holding capacity of grenades by +2) into a single new perk and give it to CE-27 Ground Breaker and CE-07 Demolition Specialist armors.
  
• The R-36 Eruptor and the CB-9 Exploding Crossbow do not do a good job at AoE explosive damage. This should be fixed.
  
• Replace the G-123 Thermite grenade with the G-12 High Explosive grenade you get by default. The G-6 Frag grenade should be the grenade you get by default anyway.
  
• Replace the Expert Extraction Pilot booster with a booster that grants a small amount of explosive resistance to all teammates. You are going to be dealing more AoE damage with the Warbond, but your teammates shouldn't be punished for this.
  

Cutting Edge Warbond.
I don't have much to critique here. The theme of this Warbond is superior technology and it kind of lives up to that theme. The only two changes I would suggest are...

• Give the SG-8P Punisher Plasma more stun capability.
  
• Give the EX-00 Prototype X light armor the Scout armor passive.
  

Steeled Veterans Warbond.
The theme of this Warbond should be "just because this equipment is old school, doesn't mean it doesn't work!"

• Replace the AR-23C Liberator Concussive assault rifle with a semi-automatic marksman rifle similar to the M1 Garand. Don't forget the PING. Then remove the AR-23C Liberator Concussive from the game.
  
• Replace the G-10 Incendiary grenade with the G-123 Thermite grenade.
  
• Replace Flexible Reinforcement Budget booster with the Motivational Shocks booster from the Polar Patriots Warbond. Then retool Flexible Reinforcement Budget into a ship upgrade.
  
• Replace the Servo-Assisted armor passives with Democracy Protects. These Veterans have somehow survived this long, they deserve some help lasting longer.
  

Helldivers Mobilize Warbond.

• Replace the G-6 Frag grenade with the G-10 Incendiary grenade from Steeled Veterans Warbond. The G-6 Frag grenade should be the grenade you get by default, replacing the G-12 High Explosive grenade that should be moved to the Democratic Detonation Warbond.
  
• Replace the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator with the AR-61 Tenderizer from Polar Patriots. Keep the Tenderizer's stats but give it Medium Armor Penetration. Then remove the AR-23P Liberator Penetrator from the game.
  
• Replace the SG-225SP Breaker Spray&Pray with the double barrel shotgun support weapon you can find only on planets. Then remove the SG-225SP Breaker Spray&Pray from the game. Why not? This weapon is worthless, might as well make it funny.
  

I would love for these Warbonds to make sense thematically and feel like they are worth the $10 price tag. Any feedback, suggestions or just telling me I am crazy are welcomed.

I think there will be a relationship meter and a business meter that will both determine the ending you get depending on how high or low both are. Relationship is built through constant interaction between Jason and Lucia, whether that be spending time on dates and hangouts or commiting crimes together. Bonus points are awarded for actions such prioritizing the other character's safety during robberies, etc. Relationship goes down if characters prioritize getting away over their partner's safety or when characters cheat on each other with booty calls, strippers, prostitutes, or other love interests. Business is built through the opposite, such as if the two prefer to commit crimes with side characters or going solo rather than with each other. Some business options may affect some relationship options and vice versa and both Relationship and Business can be maxed out by alternating between both solo and duo crimes.
• Ending 1 (Relationship HIGH, Business HIGH)
Jason and Lucia both survive and keep all the cash, property, and assets they've acquired throughout the story, with a bonus.
• Ending 2 (Relationship LOW, Business HIGH)
One character (the non active one when entering the final mission) dies due to betrayal and the surviving one keeps all the cash and assets and gains the bonus.
• Ending 3 (Relationship HIGH, Business LOW)
Both characters survive but all cash and assets are lost and can be recovered back during post game.
• Ending 4 (Relationship LOW, Business LOW)
I've got two possible outcomes for this: One character dies and the surviving one is left broke OR (though imo less likely) both characters die Bonnie and Clyde style and are replaced with a new couple ala RDR1/2 to retain gender exclusive features.

I just got into modding this game and I have quite a bit of experience with 3D modelling, but no experience with how Skyrim and it's modding tools deal with things on their end. I want to make a simple armor mashup— between the chestpieces of General Tulius armor and the Blades armor, to replace the standard Heavy Imperial chestpiece (for a more realistic, yet still within Skyrim's artstyle look). I've extracted the nifs, downloaded and used Outfit Studio for a bit, but I absolutely HATED the way it works and want to edit the models in Blender. I've installed pynifly so that it can read the nifs, but I don't know how to proceed from here. Should I just edit the files normally or is there something else I need to do? Is there any tutorial on this?

starting last May, I get daily flushing / blood pooling , it happens in my hands , feet, knees, nose, cheeks, and ears. the affected area gets warm to very hot and somewhat or a lot swollen. if you pinch the affected area it turns white and quickly back to red. running the affected body part in cold water can help, and some body parts like hands and feet are alleviated by elevating them in the air. long story short , I developed weird HR issues after covid Dec 2022, got tested for a lot of things, including echo, holter, ANA, thyroid, hormones, and a lot of other stuff. was given a beta blocker in march, and then these symptoms developed very quickly in May. the beta blocker makes my BP 90/60-105/65, before was always 120/80, and it lowers my resting HR to about 60. it also makes my extremities very cold most of the time.
So at first I thought this might be a weird side effect of the beta blocker, then perhaps a sort of rebound Raynaud's refilling thing due to the lack of blood flow normally in my extremities from the BB, then I wondered if its possibly neuropathy caused by poor blood flow from the BB. I have searched MCAS/histamine issues, and Erythromelagia which I've seen a lot of posts on both forums that match a lot of my issues. I've also read beta blockers can cause mast cell issues leading to histamine intolerance . and that beta blockers can cause excessive vasodilation . thats basically all the ideas ive come up with in my own research on what the heck is going on. For the first 6 months of these flares, it was almost exclusively my hands, ears nose and cheeks, and only rarely my feet or knees , but for the last 6 months one or both feet will flare almost daily , and my knees happen much more frequently. its clear that blood is pooling in these flares , especially in my hands and feet as the veins will bulge , feel swollen etc.
here's a typical day My nose flushes first sometime between 10-11am, and it subsides around 1pm. my cheeks flush around 11:30am and subside around 1pm.One or both ears will flush sometime around 9pm til 11pmMy fingers flush around 9pm til 11pm, or earlier if agitated from typing or another activityThose parts are pretty much guaranteed every single dayOn top of that,Hand(s) / finger(s) can flare at any point between 1-11pm, some days not at all, but usually will from typing, or hiding my phone, holding a video game controller etcMy nose may flush again at any point between 5-9pmOne or both feet (usually just one) will flush sometime between 2-3pm 6 and 7pm, lasts 2-3 hoursMost flushing lasts 1-3 hours id say.One or both can flare in the middle of the nightAlso my flaring for my hands and feet can be full blown, the entire body part , or just a section , like the bottom of my heel, the top 4 toes, just 3 fingers etc.All of these body parts can be triggered by heat exposure, or activity of the affected body part but many times it can happen for no parent reason, in fact many times I get this falling and blooding pooling in my feet and knees while I am laying down on couch and have been fro some time .When my feet flare , I usually run them under cold water and then lay down for an hour or two with my feet propped up very high, and when my feet are propped up they can look almost completely normal but within second of having them down , sitting or standing, they will return to veins bulging, very red, swollen, hot etc.
I have also been on a very restricted diet the las year and have lost a good 50 pounds, and I wonder if I might have a protein deficiency as I read that can cause blood to leak out of vessels and cause similar issues. perhaps its a combo of a number of the things going on with me. I was also tested for POTS due to my HR issues after covid, it was negative but my EP who treats pots people said I am very pots like . but having asked and browsed the pots forums, the way my blood pooling happens is not like any other pots person I can find. anyone who has ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated, I'm at my whits end here , I can work through most of the flares but the flares/blood pooling in my feet and knees are very debilitating, it hurts to remain upright and just makes the flare worse, so I need to lay down with feet high for several hours.

So, I’m currently looking into gaming laptops and the warranties that geek squad offer. In your opinion, how good is the accidental damage warranty? For example, if a laptop were to drop or something, do you guys just replace the screen or the chassis entirely?

PSVR2.
So just started playing it really just one session last night. I'm having extreme difficulty with the controls for some reason it is just really difficult to pick stuff up and manipulate things like in some other games. It's possible I'm just not quite used to the new psvr2 I got but it definitely seems a little bit odd since I was pretty much a master of the PSVR1.
Trying to pick up anything low is extremely difficult. Even if I have crouch on and then get down literally on my hands and knees. And I know I have the floor height correct according to the little setup they have.
Any tips?

1st and foremost, I am ashamed for what I have done. There is no excuse for this irrational behavior and I'd like to first apologize to my community for making such a poor choice.
Now, let's get to it. 1st DUI was 8 years ago. 2nd DUI, SMH (I'm ashamed) In second gear, pushing the acceleration in my Camaro, lost control, crashed into a Gas Station Price sign. Cops came right away. I was very respectful and compliant. 1st took me to the hospital due to my limp, which I need a hip-replacement surgery ASAP (which I'm working on with my Health Inurance, primary doctor and Orthopedic Surgeon currently. Anyways, that's besides the point) Then took me to the police station for blood work and booking. Said i was the most respectful person they've ever had in this case. Only kept me for a few hours because I wasn't smashed or anything and i was compliant.
So my question is, if I may, What is the best way to handle the Court Aspect of this case WITHOUT acquiring an attorney? Or should I just bite the bullet and accrue that extra expense? This is already expensive enough and my Car Insurance is denying collision coverage on my vehicle due to DUI accident. Which I wasn't aware of that exlusion on my policy, but with going through it, i found it in PART D 34. This is just crazy expensive. I'm not sure if I should plea not guilty, guilty, or no contest. I mean, I was drinking and driving and crashed my car. Whats to dispute, or contest right? But I don't want to let the courts throw the book at me and throw me in jail. Especially with my jacked up hip. I can barely walk right now. How do I negotiate a plea agreement or plea bargaining with the judge?
This is my first thread, or post ever. I appreciate any assistance and help. If ya'll really do suggest a lawyer whom represents Riverside County, I'm open to suggestions.

Hi, im deciding to amputate or not amputate my 10 year old golden’s right hind leg. I’m hoping for some opinion from owners who have similarly amputated their dog’s leg to help me decide if i should do it. His case is extremely complicated and i am torn between whether i should do it or not.
My dog is currently a 10 year golden retriever who was recently diagnosed with Sarcoma. At the point of diagnosis (about 5 months back), the cancer was found to be localised to his knee joint and has not spread to the other parts of his body. Vet recommended us to amputate his leg but we did not do it. The reason was because he grew up having 2 major hip surgeries, and his other “healthy” leg is actually missing a hip joint. It was removed when he was around 3 years old as the joint was deformed and causing him problems with walking. Long story short, both his legs are bad.
As a result, we decided not to amputate his leg when he was diagnosed 5 months ago (Dec 2024) with sarcoma.
Fast forward to today (may 2024), the swelling in his leg has returned as a result of the cancer, and our local GP vet has suggested us to amputate his leg. The rest of his body remains healthy and he feels that it would be able to prolong his lifespan.
I love him very dearly and i am torn between whether i should amputate his leg or keep it. As you guys can see, his condition is very different from other dogs and he was not blessed with very good hips. I would really appreciate any feedback or comments regarding this, especially from those with similar experiences.

A month ago I had gotten a new gpu to replace my old RX580 in my build which I had given to a friend and installed an RTX 3070 with a water block, I had done benchmarks in timeSpy and it had a temperature ranging from 28-38c and no crashes occured so I thought I was fine, but a week later my gpu had started to crash when loading into a game or midway into a game displaying a black screen with my computer still being functional so I would just restart the pc and it would work fine. Then a week from then I would have to restart multiple times for the pc to boot properly when a crash would happen so I supposed it was a driver problem, so I had used a DDU and reinstalled new drivers to everything (motherboard, cpu and gpu drivers), This did not work sadly and the crashing continued. I tried re-slotting the gpu, reseating all parts including cables and nothing had worked so I had just given up. Then about a few days ago I was loading into rainbow six siege and the gpu had crashed so i restarted my pc just to get a VGA error on my motherboard. I don't know if I had just killed my gpu but I was not running harsh temps at all only 22c before starting the game so I dont think its a waterblock problem. What should I do?

I’ve been experiencing pain (On a pain scale, around a 6) whenever I walk, in my hips. It hurts when I stand still, and it hurts when I walk. I’ve also noticed my knees having shooting pains whenever I stand still for too long. I find myself having to hold my hip whenever I walk.
The only thing I can think of right now is the fact that I have a vitamin d deficiency. I’m not sure how it was put, but I thought the normal levels were like 30%, and I was at an 8% or something like that. I’m currently taking vitamins for it
Also— My sister was born with a defect where her bones were the wrong way around and she had to have surgery and have metal rods in her legs, and she has a genetic thing that gives her a joint and Heart defect.
Should I ask my parents to schedule a doctors appointment? I really want to know if something’s wrong with me. Thank you.

So back in November my attorney submitted 2 claims one for sleep apnea secondary to obesity and increase for left knee ie knee replacement surgery. Anyway as expected sleep apnea was denied and I figured since the VA had 27 pages of med records for my knees both are compensated along with my left foot at 50%.No problem right.I called on the 7th to get status of claim nowhere to be found. I then get a call from ?? VA representative today.Thats when I mentioned the other claim not being finished and that it was put in with my other claims that are on appeal.Which means know I guess I have to wait until the hearing which was put in by my attorney back in 2021.However the person I talked to prior to it being sent else said it would probably take about a few weeks for them to go back and review or revise the initial claim from the beginning. Any ideas suggestions on this topic I already talked to my attorney about it and he is like clueless on this part.I have heard of a white-house number veterans can call or try and get ahold of their state senator to help them out.I don't know who or where to reach out since I live in Az.Any help with be much appreciated. Hello everyone!
I know this is a rather contentious issue atm in the community, but I am a strong advocate for attempting to make due with what is introduced and to "fix it" within the confines of what is presented within a story.
To put it another way, I wanted to look at HW3 with a critical eye for editing rather than outright ditching whole concepts. So, in spirit of that, I suggested very minimal gameplay changes (introducing a Keeper in place of the Warsage) while keeping to primarily dialogue changes. This means none of the cinematics need to be altered (we'll just handwave a little bit with the lip sync) and instead you can add to the dialogue as needed to convey the information that's required.

Key take aways are going to be fairly long, so please bear with me:

So what does this accomplish?

• It gives more connection between Isaac and the mission. He has a personal investment and a personal dislike of Imogen for being kiithless, a longstanding prejudice between ex-Taiidan and Kushan that briefly abated during the Vaygr War but has grown into a fire again (giving us politics! yay!).
• It makes the connection with Karan more distant, less intimate, and more mentor-like. Karan’s presence is greatly diminished and is used more referentially to help build her mythology.
• It ties up the Progenitor storyline by giving players tidbits of the lore, while embracing the idea of never fully explaining it. Tiamat and Sajuuk had their day in the sun, but that time has passed.
• Sajuuk is not a full AI ship, it’s just a part of Him - the true vessel was the Mothership with the Sajuuk starship docked to it (which explains The Foundry, the nature of the Mothership, etc. It moves away from Progenitors as humans and into Progenitors as something beyond humanity.)
• Whirlpool galaxy is mostly untouched, sans for a little expansion on the nature of politics. With the kiith leaving in droves for other opportunities, the politics of Hiigara are in flux. What even IS a Hiigaran at this point? That’s up to the player to decide for themselves.
• References to existing galactic powers including the Council (can throw in Fernn and any other races that make sense) helps build upon the lore.
• Vaygr war being relatively recent helps lend credence to the state of galactic technology. With more time, the Sajuuk should have resulted in unspeakably advanced Hiigaran starships, but we do not see this in game.
• Khar-Kushan being fundamentally a research ship helps to explain as well why such a vessel would be sent to do this task. No one expected to find a Progenitor godship intact and functional, and it gives reason for the pursuit of the Khar-Acharis.
• Removing the Sajuuk name from any other element ensures that when the name is brought up, players take notice.
• Creates emotional connection and conflict between Tiamat and Imogen; Tiamat is desperate for connection anyone who is compatible with her and has committed unspeakable atrocities in the pursuit of that. Imogen is also seeking connection, but sees in Tiamat a dark mirror of desperation.
• Kim Paktu replaces Karan in narrative nature, and her death helps cement the trust between Imogen and Isaac as kiith and kiithless.
• Tiamats death removes the last known Progenitor, and frees the galaxy from their grip.
• Karan-Sajuuk (as a merged entity) exist as a key to the gates, is apolitical, and cannot get involved. Keeping her in that position removes the need to worry about the hyperspace cores, the impact on the lore, or the involvement of Karan in politics. Her connection to her people becomes more and more distant with each generation until, at last, she no longer has any.
• It makes the decision to sacrifice the cores an important one, as their decision to stay in this galaxy to protect the rest of the universe now has meaning.
• This opens up an entire new galaxy to explore. Did Tiamat truly dominate all of it? Was she lying? What happened here? Did anyone from the Khar-Acharis survive?
• This gives writers an opportunity to work across Nimbus, Sunflower, and Whirlpool without risking stepping on existing canon. Maybe The Beast was a relic of the Progenitor Civil War? Maybe you find the people who made the Nagarock?

All in all, I hope you enjoyed this rewrite. It is pretty bare bones, but I wanted to show that this story has a LOT of potential to be quite good, and just needs some more meat on it.
Taking all the existing elements, you can see how changing a few things adds tension, builds characters, builds on top of the existing world's lore, and doesn’t introduce retcons. It doesn’t remove the accomplishments of those who came before, and establishes the continuity of all the prior games.
TLDR;
The game’s story can be good. Just needs polishing, editing, and some elements added to it.

I know from my own experience how hard it is when there are deadlines to meet and expectations to exceed and how much pressure comes from all this. I don't want this to seem like I'm panning you're hard work, but rather to try to redirect some of the negative energy in the community towards constructive ideas. Here was my OG Specs before this started and caused me to build a new PC pretty much.

And 3 months ago, My audio started to crackle on BeamNG when driving. I paid no attention to it. then I started noticing it in Marauders when flying around. And so on and so on.
This crackling and popping was stopping me playing games and streaming it to my friends on discord. (worse underload and is present with windows alone)
at first I thought no biggie, Reinstall drivers, reinstall windows/Windows power settings blah blah blah. In the end got a new CPU. 5600. same issue. Alas again thinking it was a issue with Cezanne's infinity fabric I refunded it and tried to use a old 2600. Same issue
So Maybe my sound chip was buggered? Buy a sound card, Got a PCI Sound card. Joy! No fix.
So I went nuclear, as I tried everything software side including bios update, and tried it without my 1070ti in (running on VEGA integrated on my 5700g [which i reinstalled due to changing cpu not fixing it] Still there.
Fine fine fine. My mobo must be dead?
So it begins.
Gigabyte B550 DS3H to replace my Asus B450.
Same issue.
At this point I was £150 deep into the issue And went further nuclear.
NEW PSU (Aerocool 650W 80+ Bronze)
REPLACEMENT RAM (had 2x8 3000mhz same brand and 2x8 3200mhz So bought - / 2x8 3200mhz to match it)
NEW COOLER / (who cares its not a temp issue)
NEW CASE (Some said it was a case grounding issue well that solves that)
NEW SPEAKERS (In case of grounding)
NEW HEADSET (In case of fault)
FULL FORMAT/RePartitioning ALL DRIVES + FULL WIPE REINSTALL WINDOWS
NEW 3RD MOBO (MSI B550 Pro)
badabing, Same issue, At this point im on verge of tears thinking I may have to get a life. oh god. that or a XBOX again. (Been 10 years+)
Id love for someone to help my fix this issue. Below I am going to put everything I have attempted to do. Its long and I may of missed some, So if you reply with it il let you know if I did it.

4) Windows Power settings [Quick start off, Performance mode set / Minimum processor state 100%/ PCI pwr]
5) Disabling and unplugging ALL Devices to do with Audio and tried 1 at a time.
6) Tried different monitors (Far fetch)
7) Tried disabling HD audio in bios / and stereo mix in windows
8) Tried EVERY Hz ratio from 48k 16bit / 192k 32bit
9) Disabling any Audio Enhancements
10) XMP Off / And tried all speeds
11) Turned off Bitlocker I think
12) Tried Windows Audio Drivers (Basic)
13) Turned off all Discord Properties settings of audio relation
14) Tried without Chrome and used Firefox instead
15) Tried without ethernet cable (Wack)
16) Tried without Dedicated GPU and on board only
17) OC'ng CPU / Turning off on board GPU / Turning off HD audio and using a sound card
18) Windows 11 + 10
19) Latencymon showed nothing of interest.
20) Tried different Kettle lead/Plug socket/Extension
Is this just a Windows permanent issue? Is gaming not possible on windows 10/11 Anymore? Or well anything remotely more complex than chrome (Which it is now doing also) so not even that? PC Dead for the mean time? I see no other way, Took this PC to 3 other people too. With varying experiences and its dumbfounded them too.
