I have had issues with my g15 for so long I don't remember if it came with them or not.

1issue is the thermal performance. Playing pretty much any game my fps is atrocious which I think mostly stems from a thermal issue. the cpu is always at like 95 or 96 with clock speeds at 3ghz and usage at 50 to 60, my gpu is slightly cooler and has a normal 1.7ghz but usage is at like 60% in helldivers 2. my friend with the 3060 g14 gets 40 to 50 fps on 1440 while I get 30 at the absolute most during combat with 1440 med. it throttles so much sometimes that i can be cut down to less than 20fps in peggle nights which can only run at like 480p.

other smaller issues include everything on the laptop lagging including audio no matter how little stress is on it. games slowing down if I watch a video but only sometimes and it goes to a normal fps if i pause and will sometimes keep the normal fps when i play it again. general fps issues: back when I got the machine and my friend got his 3060 g14 we compared fps on destiny 2 and he had 10 more fps than me.

I would like to thank y'all for such big teamwork and help with past . lists. this list has gotten few minor improvements and two new sections. I hope that this little tradition of ours will last forever! thank you for being you Battlefield community! and Im really happy that I can be part of this OG community!!!

This list may contain fixes and also additions or any smaller improvements. These may differ also by platforms and users and etc. so for you it might not be difference or change/fix. But most of them are verified and if not. I will mention it. Verification process is based on how much users reports these stealth changes (if vast majority does) then these changes will advance to in-game verification process. (This one may differ by: platform, settings and etc.)
I will also try to avoid obvious bugs. But 100% for sure I will accidentally include few. Or even accidentally add some twice. There is chance that I may also include few which has been included in official patch notes by DICE.
I will also add some bugs that are also long persistent and haven’t been fixed for ages.

If I won the lottery, I would buy KSP and finally run a decent game dev.
1) Development
>! I would hire the the sane team and bring in new people. Keep working on what they were working on. 1st meeting would be about the goals for KSP 2: EVERYTHING!.
Yup we are finally gonna give the community everything they want. Nothing is to big or to small to go on the punch list.
All ideas, suggestions and mods will be worked on. More planets. New systems. Interstellar travel. Custom Parts. Graphics upgrade. !<
2) Mods
>! No mod support. We don't want people to mod the game. We want to hire the modders. We want modders to bring their ideas and join the team to be able to use all the tools. Modders are a great source of creativity and works. Modding doesn't pay. They do it because they like the game.
Some people have great ideas but don't have skills to mod. Some modders produce high quality work. I want to contract these people and help them with their ideas.
We can't be a snobby dev. Once the modder has finished developing the feature we can throw more work their way and if they do well and want to stick with us, we have just found a new talent. One side of modding we can't do is IP. But we will partner with who we can to get the brands we love in the game !<
3) Deployment & Marketing
>! We would pull the game and work on the "EVERYTHING" frame work first. Make sure we have a structure that can support everything. We would release it once the bare bones is in and it has at least multiplayer, and 3 systems. Kerbol, a new system and RSS.
We would be open with the community on everything we are working on with weekly demos. We would expand our market to E-Sports and children. I want ads on YT and Tik-Tok and run yearly events. I want the game to make it easy to create and share content. !<
4) Monetization
>! I hate nickel and diming and GAAS. To cover the great endeavor we are going to have to go back to basics. Everyone is going to get everything and pay for it, upfront. There is some ceiling on game prices, we are going to break it.
No DLCs. No season passes. No skins. We have to accept the downsides of the strategy. Free to play gets more people in and benefits those who have little get to enjoy the base game.
Charging a huge price upfront means less people play at the start. We counter that by having a longer dev cycle. We should target KSP3 for 12-15 years down the line. The game will grow over time and then we will be in a better position for the next release. Higher prices also increases pirating. !<
5) Support
>! We want to be on consoles. But we are going to test the limits on PC. EVERYTHING has to be scalable. The base game has to be there for everyone even lower spec PCs. We would partner with a peripheral developer and get specific peripherals that are compatible with consoles. They should be cheap even if we have to subsidize them.

I've had a problem with viewing picture and video posts for a long time now. So, 1 am wondering if the official Reddit app is sluggish and terrible? Or could it be a user-specific problem? I cleared the cashe and storage data of the app many times but nothing has changed. l'1 appreciate it if you have any suggestion, otherwise 1'll will have to uninstall the app because l've given it too many shots.

My wife recently had her 2nd C-section due to pregnancy complications, and was discharged several days later. On top of being exhausted, she was still in considerable pain since they cut through scar tissue from her first c-section.
On the day of her discharge, my job as her husband seemed clear enough: safely get her to our car with minimal hassle so we can finally go home! So after wheeling my wife to the front hospital entrance, I quickly run to get my car, pull up to the patient pickup area, and throw on my hazard lights.
To get to my wife, though, I have to cross the valet lane on foot. As I'm doing that, my focus is interrupted by a JARRING car horn coming from a gigantic SUV less than one foot from my body. I glance to my side to see this rich older Karen and her baboon looking son wildly gesticulating at me with disgusted looks on their faces to move my car. It was the classic "who farted??" look that entitled white Karens give when something doesn't go their way.
Except... their car was parallel to mine, which made her demand that much more confusing.

1. Why was she in the valet lane, when she wasn't planning to use the valet? (Answer: she got in the wrong lane)
   
2. Why not throw the car in reverse since there was nobody behind them and could easily rectify her mistake in less than 10 seconds?
   
3. If option 2 is seemingly too complicated, then why not drink a nice tall glass of stfu and wait for the ONE CAR in front of you to finish their business and move?
   

Nope. She chose Option #4, ie the one that requires the least amount of effort: hold down her horn until other people solve her problems.
Now I'm known for being calm and diplomatic in both private and professional settings — but this tweaked a nerve deep down that is especially reserved for entitled Boomers who have zero regard for your personal circumstances.
So I gave her a "what's your deal?" look and she rolls down her window. I then proceed to directly (and very loudly) explain my family's situation and how it connects to me temporarily leaving my car. And what is her response? She plays it off with a "Why are you so mad?!" with a little laugh, right out of the Tucker Carlson School of obnoxious gaslighting.
Ofc I'm exasperated at this point, and my wife is still waiting. However, luckily one of the hospital workers saw the whole thing and wheeled my wife to my car. As this is happening, the car in front of Karen moves (~2 minutes later) and she drives off. What made me feel somewhat better was the hospital worker walks up to me as we're loading up and goes "I have a lot to say about that lady but it might get me fired!"
Stupidity followed by entitlement, followed by gaslighting. Does it get any more Boomer than this?

NOTE: this Karen definitely was not there for some type of emergency because there's a separate hospital section for that. Likely she was leaving after picking up her son, or was there to visit someone.

Hello All,
Just looking to ask a couple questions
It has 108K miles on it. I bought it for a decent price $3200 (I think), and there doesn't seem to be any trouble I have driven it for about 100 miles so far, So far I have noticed four things

1. Some low pitch humming noise comes in sometimes and happens when stopped or not accelerating
2. I am missing all my wiper fluid reservoir, I have no idea how I missed that when checking the engine bay.
3. The engine bay looks different than the internets, here is a still, right side, left side, and a video.
4. There is this device that is plugged in and is wired to the fuses, I have no idea what it does.
5. I saw the check engine light come in and go

What should I check or be concerned about? How do I go about replacing the washer fluid reservoir? What is that device? Did I overpay? Did I get scammed?

Jack hasn’t learned anything on this channel for months at this point, while I do throughly enjoy the map videos and hour long gameplays, I miss what this channel was 1-2 years ago.

In the car business had many cars, as a dealer. Picked this one up today because I sold my 2017 Porsche Cayenne as a short term personal transportation until I get a buyer. Never really looked into all the versions so detailed before. Didn't really care for it too much. Bought one today on a whim.
Car was bought from Tesla themselves at the auction with 48k miles. It's still out of state, will get here in few days on the big transport semis.
It has base autopilot. That's all I know according to the listing. What else does it have in terms of tech features - like Netflix, etc.
I saw some videos on it. I'm guessing there's no free super charging that's transferrable. 'll have to talk to Tesla on it. It has 1.5 years left on battery warranty. 92% battery health grade.
Other knowledgable information would be nice!

I'm not new to Minecraft, but I am new to creating a server with mods. I've been watching a lot of videos and troubleshooting but I really can't figure it out.
I downloaded CurseForge, found a modpack I liked or created one myself and downloaded it. Then I downloaded Forge for 1.20.1 (a lot of the mods I want are in that) and set it up accordingly, giving it a folder named after the future server. I put a copy of the modpack (zip file) into the mods section of the folder with Forge downloaded into it, and in the mods section of the Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 game installation. When entering the game and going to the mods button, however, the only things that show are Forge/CurseForge and Minecraft, and I don't know what to do. I don't think the zip files extract into anything really, I've looked at them and it's just a description of what should be inside the folder, and I don't know what to do. I'm trying really hard to set this up for my friends.
I really want Rats, Create, Nature's Compass, Waystones, Farmer's Delight, and Twilight Forest, as well as some add-ons for the original modpacks.

Over the last month I have had a heck of a time modding Skyrim for Steam Deck. In early 2023 I had modded the game via a Youtube video which worked perfectly but after the latest update, this is no longer the case. Googling provided almost Zero help.. Well through trial and error I've finally got the game modded for Steam Deck with 77 mods running perfectly. Today I'd like to share my findings.
I'll be using Vortex mod manager and SkyrimSE. For any other version of Skyrim just substitute your version instead. Also I know this may look overwhelming, it's not as hard as it looks, I'm just thorough. Aside from waiting for things to download and copy, this will take about 5-10 minutes. If there are issues however, one of the steps to fix this could take hours.
What you'll need:

• A PC capable of installing Skyrim and Vortex mod manager.
• A USB or USBC thumb drive or external drive (100gigs minimum).
• Cloud Saves Enabled for Skyrim.
• (optional) If your drive is USB you'll need a hub for your Steam Deck that supports USB.
• (optional) A keyboard and mouse to use on the Deck. Although you don't NEED these, it'll make the process much easier.

Getting Started:
Note: If you've already modded Skyrim on PC you can skip this section.

1. On your PC, Install Skyrim via Steam (remember where you installed it for later).
2. When it's finished, download and install Vortex Mod Manager.
3. Open your web browser and go to Nexus Mods and find and download all the mods you want to use. Select the "Files" tab and then select the "Mod Manager Download" option so Vortex can properly manage the mods. You may have to resolve some conflicts or the like, Vortex is pretty good at making that easy.
4. Once you are happy with the mods you have downloaded and installed. Launch Skyrim through Vortex by clicking the play button on the Skyrim graphic in the top left.
5. Play for at least 30 mins making sure to try everything, opening the map, your inventory, spells, etc.. If there are no crashes and no visible problems then you are good to go. Save the game and Close Skyrim and move to the next step.

Preparing Skyrim for the deck:

1. On your PC, open steam and uninstall Skyrim. This will leave you with a Skyrim directory with only the mods and nothing else. (note: certain mods will break with this method, mostly mods that overwrite default textures/models. These aren't common but if you experience this, you can skip this step and proceed to step 2)
2. Open your Skyrim directory on PC and plugin your thumb/external drive.
3. Copy the entire "Skyrim Special Edition" folder to your thumb/external drive.

Preparing the Deck for Skyrim:

1. On your Steam Deck, Install Skyrim normally. Run it at least once to make sure the prerequisites are installed..
2. Exit to desktop. To do this, long press the power button until a menu pops up with the option to 'switch to desktop".
3. Right click your desktop and select: "Create New>Folder". Name it "Skyrim Mods". This will be very important to save you headaches in the future.
4. Plug in your Thumb/external drive and mount and open it when prompted.
5. Open the "Skyrim Special Edition" folder from your thumb/external drive.
6. Copy "SkyrimSE.exe" and "skse64_loader.exe" to the "Skyrim Mods" folder you created on your desktop.
7. In the desktop folder, rename "SkyrimSE.exe" to "SkyrimSE_old.exe" and also rename "skse64_loader.exe" to "SkyrimSE.exe".
8. Right click inside the folder and select: "Create New>Text File" and name it "SKSE.ini".
9. Open "SKSE.ini" with your default text editor.
10. type the following into the "SKSE.ini" and save.

Installing the mods and set up:

1. Open your Skyrim directory on your deck. If you don't know where that is, open Steam from the desktop taskbar, right click Skyrim and select: "Manage>Browse Local Content".
2. Open your thumb/external drive and copy the contents of "Skyrim Special Edition" to your decks "Skyrim Special Edition" folder. When prompted select "Write into". Wait for it to finish copying. You may now unplug the thumb/external drive.
3. Open your "Skyrim Mods" folder from your desktop.
4. Copy the "SkyrimSE.exe" and "SkyrimSE_old.exe" into the "Skyrim Special Edition" folder. Select "overwrite" when prompted.
5. Inside your decks "Skyrim Special Edition" folder open "DATA" and then "SKSE"
6. Copy your "SKSE.ini" file into the "SKSE" folder on the deck.
7. Double click the "Return to Gaming Mode" icon on the desktop and wait for it to load up.
8. Launch Skyrim and load the save you made on your PC. This will enable all your mods. Play for at least 30 mins and try as many menus and mods as you can. If there are no issues, yay! Enjoy!

Crashes, Broken Mods and other issues:
Problem: The game ran a validation check and now my mods aren't showing up.
Solution: This will happen from time to time. Switch to desktop mode. Open your "Skyrim Mods" folder and re-copy the SkyrimSE.exe file into the decks Skyrim folder. This is why we keep that folder around.

Problem: The game seems to missing one or more textures.
Solution: Start with a validation check (then follow previous problems solution). If that doesn't work it would appear that one or more of the mods you are using overwrite one or more of the games textures. Unfortunately you'll need to start again while skipping the uninstall of Skyrim step. This will create a much larger file transfer size but should fix the problem.

Problem: The game crashes when I open menus or while looting or some mods are broken or not showing up. All other issues.
Solution: This one is a bit of a doozy. So most likely what is happening is your mod load order is out of whack. There is a fix but it can be very time consuming depending on how many mods you have installed. With the 77 I have it took about an hour.
On your PC open "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrimse\profiles" where "USERNAME" is your name you sign into your PC with. Inside that folder there should be another folder named randomly. Open that and inside will be a text file called "loadorder.txt". Open that.
On your steam deck load Skyrim and when the main menu loads select "Creations". When it loads, press the "Y" button to configure the load order. Here you will find all your installed mods.
What you are going to want to do is cross reference the load order from the "loadorder.txt" with the load order you are seeing in Creations on the deck. You can reorder the list in creations by using "LB" while highlighting the mod you want to move. For me, it was very wrong and caused a lot of problems. This will fix all that.
