Long shot but anyone using the BF556 case feeder with a micro switch? Heavier cases are working fine but I can't quite dial in the switch positioning for 9mm brass. Im trying to avoid the proximity sensor option because I'm a caveman and don't upstanding its wiring diagram.

I want something not too noisy I live in some pretty tight quarters. I was thinking about getting a Ruger Mark IV .22/ 45 and then also getting suppressor. Will this be sufficient to take down an intruder? Is there really a big difference between .22 and 9mm? I’ll get a Glock if I have to but I just really love shooting the Mark IV, feels really good to me.

I want to get a Glock 34, I like open sights and want the longer sight radius.
I don't plan to use a red dot, so I don't care about the MOS feature.
If I ever was going to use a red dot, I would install it on a smaller gun, I only want the long slide glock for the longer sight radius.
I also don't care if the grip has finger grooves or not.
Looking around my area, it seems the only Gen 5 G34's available are with "MOS" and they all cost more than $100 extra over a gen 4 without the MOS.
For someone who is NOT going to use the MOS feature, and doesn't mind finger grooves, is there any reason to spend the extra money to get a Gen 5 MOS as opposed to a cheaper Gen 4?

This past weekend I wanted to buy a glock 34 slide from Zaffiri to make my own build.
Got it all in the cart and ready to buy. Zaffiri had a promotion that if you bought their complete slides, you would get a patch, hat, and stickers. Sweet! Funny little goodies!
Enter my CC info and hit buy. It then scrolls to the top of the cart and says that they can't ship to IL due to cartoon imagery and a law IL passed (not PICA)
I doubled checked everything to see what had cartoon imagery. It was the stupid stickers. The stupid anime stickers. I can't remove it from the cart.
I emailed Zaffiri about the issue and their response was:

VERY seriously considering this for a compact Dagger build, along with a Rogue Gunworks QL comp, which, like the Radian or PMM JTTC, is only a half inch long:

Recently picked a gen5 34 MOS along with a CHPWS optic plate. Have used them quite a bit for other and had no issues.
The problem I’m having now is that since the gen5 MOS has a slight bit of slide milling under the plate, I’m only really able to mount the optic using one T-nut. Emailed CHPWS and they stated the following (which doesn’t really instill confidence for me):
“We definitely do not recommend only using one screw to secure the optic to the plate, it will most likely fail. For that setup I would recommend just using a small piece of scotch tape or a small dab of glue to hold the t-nut in the plate so you can install the screw on that side.”
Anybody have any other ways I’m able to secure the optic with both t-nuts?

Hey fellers I just picked up a P365XL and I'm looking to get an IWB holster for appendix carry. I've been looking around but I can't seem to find any that accommodate the light I plan on putting on it (TLR-7 Sub). I am still on the fence about putting an optic on it, but if I can get it cut for an RMR or Deltapoint Pro, that would be pretty cool.
Also, and this isn't a necessity, but I'd like to have a deep concealment one as well. Yeah, pretty specific holster I'm looking for here, I know. But I have carried a Glock 34 gen 4 with an RMR and TLR-1 HL for 3 years now, and with summer rolling in, I decided to downsize a little. The problem with the Glock is that it would always dig into my beer gut and cause pain, especially when sitting. So if any of you can point me in the right direction, I'll love you long time.
