Just got the ChatGPT app for my Mac, thinking it would work as smoothly as the web version. It's good, but I’ve run into some annoying issues that make it feel like a downgrade, especially for those of us who prefer using keyboard shortcuts over the mouse. Here’s what’s bugging me:

1. Not enough keyboard shortcuts: The app relies too much on the mouse. Even with the cool launcher that you can open with a keyboard shortcut, it’s disappointing that I can’t do everything with my keyboard. It’s a big letdown for those of us who want to work fast and avoid the mouse.
   
2. Can’t use the @ shortcut to switch GPTs: I also miss being able to switch between GPTs using the @ shortcut, which you can do on the web app. Also I don't think you can use GPTs with the launcher.
   
3. Have to use a screenshot tool unnecessarily: Why do I need to use a screenshot to work with what’s on my screen? It feels like an extra, annoying step that just makes things more complicated.

I am solopreneur and founder of a bootstrapped startup that offers a mobile test automation SaaS. Even though most of the feedback from users is positive or overwhelmingly positive, I don't manage to grow my client base any more. Due to more cancellations, my cashflow is in fact shrinking and turned even negative 😖
Now, whenever I read about business and marketing strategies, I hear how important it is to find the ICP (ideal customer profile). But when I look at the list of around 50 clients that paid for at least 3 months, I just don't see a pattern.
They come from a whole lot of different domains. Some examples:

• a GPS navigating device manufacturer that ships android based hardware devices with a GPS app (company size >300)
• a window-blinds distributor with their own remote-control app (company size >300)
• a bike-routes app startup (company size ~20)
• a bubble shooter game company (company size ~50)
• a floor-planning app (company size ~50)
• internal app for documenting processes (company size > 10000)
• a diet tracker app (company size ~30)
• a single app developer (company size 1)

So not even in company size there is a pattern. I have more small clients (with smaller deals) than big clients (that pay more), so it's also unclear if I should put more time and money into inbound marketing, SEO etc. or into sales (which seems to be favourable to get enterprise clients).
So it's just really difficult for me to find a strategy here. Any advice from experienced people would be very welcome!

I've been typing out notes on Google Docs for a class. I have a Macbook 16-inch Pro. My numbers were working just fine before, and all of a sudden, the number four key stopped working correctly. The weird part is, I can see the space where the number four is typing, but it's as if it's invisible. It just shows up as a space. I thought it was an issue with my font color being white, but it shows being set as black, so it should be showing. I'll give an example. The next numbers in parentheses are going to count to 5: (1, 2, 3, ,5). It will not show the number whatsoever. I checked my settings and updates, restarted my computer, and reloaded my page. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?

Hello, I am a 23 year old senior at the University of Houston who needs your help to finish my bachelor's degree. I have one semester left however, the tuition i owe from my previous semester is preventing me for registering and finishing it. I have tried my best to work hard to earn it: taking dual credit and AP classes and when in college, taking as many hours as I could. I am currently taking a break from school and have been working a full-time job as a teaching assistant but it's not enough to pay what I owe. This is probably a strange topic hear but it’s just all for the sake of discussion and conversation. My first year of college finished, and I have 3 years left of my nursing school. The time I had graduated high school let alone had my last high school concert who was my long time friend and 2nd chair flautist with me still feels like yesterday. I have been playing piano for 12 years and flute for 9 years. I know what I want to do in life, but deep down in my heart, I really miss performing and it lowkey kills me. During my bad days in high school, there was always my section and music that honestly made me happy, and I made some darn good memories with them. I still reminisce on when the entire band as well as strings and voice went on to perform at both Disneyworld and Universal. I feel like this is really how growing up and intro to adulting is. I feel like people who don’t understand think I just can’t let go, but honestly I feel like this is how it is because of my love for music and how I associate that and performances and rehearsals with good memories. I always and often enough do go back to the piano and flute whenever I’m out of the heat of exams, but it sometimes just doesn’t hit the same anymore. Or maybe i’m just mentally tired idk. What do you guys think? If anything needs saying?
