My HP inkjet printer is not working. When I try to print from wordpad or notepad, I only get a blank page. When I try to print from microsoft edge, it is extremely slow and the color is really faint.
The ink status display shows my black ink cartridge is fine, but I am completely out of ink in the colored-ink cartridge. Is this the reason that why printer is not working? Btw, I am only trying to print black-and-white pages. Thanks!

I’m new to self publishing and I’ve offered to help an author navigate distribution. We are looking at POD options.
He’s already setup with Blurb to print a hardcover book with color pages for around $40 - $50 per book, making $3 profit on each sale. I’m not sure of the trim size. (I’ve just started this project this week, still waiting for more details.)
I’m reading that KDP is a less expensive way to print and distribute. But I’m not seeing that by using their calculator.
For the smallest trim size hardcover with color pages, it would need a minimum list price of $59. Only profiting $0.18 per sale. Can anyone help me understand what I could be missing?
I was wondering if shipping cost/time could be a factor to consider but I can’t kind any shipping information for KDP. Otherwise, maybe KDP is using higher quality materials?
Any thoughts or side by side comparisons would be very helpful. We’re hoping to keep listing prices similar across sites without raising the cost on Blurb.

At work I manage a status board we display to keep all of our staff on the same page with what's happening at our workspace. Anyone can pull up this document through a shared GDrive and can edit it to update their own status and also have an idea of what the day looks like prior to coming into work.
Recently I thought it would be great to have a darkmode for the sheet, being a huge fan of darkmode on all of my own devices, and so I copied the initial sheet into a new tab, changed the color scheme of the cells and voilà.
Unfortunately some of our staff don't appreciate the new look and are stuck in their ways. So now while I can maintain the two pages separately, I'm wondering if there is a way to link the cell data between the sheets? I know I can call data from one sheet to another using the "='SheetName'!CellNumber" function but with so many cooks in the kitchen 1. people are bound to erase the function and we're back to where we are now. And 2. to my knowledge that is a one way street calling from Sheet A to Sheet B.
What I want to know is if there is a way to make it so a change to either sheet A or B is shown on both sheets. I've done some basic online searching but wasn't coming up with anything useful, although I may not have been wording it properly. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ive been dating this guy for almost a year now. He's almost 30 at this point. I'm 22. Its been great so far. He's met my friends, they love him. I've met his friends, we get along. I met him last year, as I was going through an awful breakup. He didn't start as a boyfriend, just somebody I met, but he was there when I needed someone to listen, he was kind to me when I needed it and after my ex moved out, he came over and told me he had developed feelings for me and he asked me on our first date. That went spectacularly well and now we're here.
He treats me better than any man I've ever been with before. Hands down. This relationship has brought out sides of me that I didn't know I had. Now I'm into like going out and having fun and I'm into traveling and sports and shit. Like, even sexually this relationship has pulled me out of a rut from my last relationship and has like brought out the dominant sides in me and has gotten me into topping. My daughter is 18 months old. She has always been super active. Always walking or running around. She speaks lot of words and sentences like i want water, i see car etc. Thanks to Rachel show. She almost always repeats all the words as if she is revising. She has been hitting all her milestones well.
She has been ok till few weeks. Recently, she started to figure out that by crying non-stop she can get her way. We once took her out of car seat when she was crying. She immediately stopped crying and started to look around. Now this has become more of a pattern. Same thing with sitting at a restaurant. She used to sit well. Now it's hard to get her to sit her in high chair. I let her go down. Now she starts to walk around the restaurant and wave to all the people.
She is so active that it's even hard to get her to take an afternoon nap. Sometimes she skips like 2-3 times in a week. I try to read her a book before she goes to bed. She won't let me finish a rhyme on the page and asks for something else or next one and it keeps on going.
I dont know if this is normal. Any ideas on how to have her sit in car seat for longer duration? Any games that I can play with her to make her sit down and focus for a bit?

Met my (24F) now husband (28M) online in January 2023. He’s military and came out to see me for a month, proposed, and we got married the next time he came out for a month - Dec 2023. Our honeymoon was a trip to see his family bc he hadn’t seen any of them in 5 years.

I immediately got pregnant and am considered high risk due to a medical condition. I have no family or friends locally. I was suicidal to the point of it being dangerous and had to terminate. I feel like a monster because of it.
Part of the reason I jumped in feet first was because I felt I had nothing to lose, and I really liked him. I had been in an abusive situation with my family up to the point of moving out, and I literally had no other way out without making myself homeless (which I had done before and it was awful).
I graduated HS super young, went to college super young, almost finished a degree and was literally about to go to med school when I got in an accident that lead to a coma. I had to drop out, lost my scholarships, and feel like I’ve just been dead since then. Had no way of going back due to finances. I have ptsd and have been in treatment for years. I’ve tried therapy and meds, nothing has worked.
I had always just wanted to be a doctor. I never really wanted to be a SAHM, never wanted to carry my own children. Slowly got comfortable with the idea over time and noped out the second it was about to happen.
I feel like I died when I got in my accident and I haven’t woken up since then, like I’m just stuck in 19 year old purgatory and trapped in an aging woman’s body. Now I’m in a clusterfuck with a trail of impulsive choices because I felt I had nothing to lose.
He’s a wonderful person and a very sweet man. I love him very much, but I feel like I’m just fucked forever. Like, fucked in the head in an irreversible way. I went from being ambitious, driven, and social to just being a complete husk of a human. I appear autistic because of how severe the ptsd is, the years of isolation, the complete loss of identity. The World

The world of Mithlasia is an epic fantasy world quite different from out own. Dragons dominate the landscape, while young dragons terrorize the wilderness, elder dragons subjugate entire cities. The wilderness is full of strange and fantastic creatures, with an abundance of megafauna such as shelltusks, ground sloths, swordtooths and more. The night sky is dominated by the Shadow Moon, a massive celestial object which eclipses the sun daily at noon. Wizards cast spells powered by light, using crystals and prisms to create the colors they need for their sorcery. The world is ancient and full of danger, making it ripe for adventure!
This is a setting I have been working on for a while, and one that I am pretty proud of. It has its own magic system(s), cultures, pantheons, cosmology, wildlife and ecosystems.

The Game

The game will follow a standard DnD-type formula. You will play as an adventurer, motivated in one way or another to travel, explore, fight evil/kill monsters, etc. I like to run games which focus on immersion, I do my best to make the world feel like a living place, and that your characters are a real part of it. I like to work with players so that their character has some kind of on-going personal story which I can incorporate into the game. I want the players to have time to roleplay conversations and interactions with each other and NPCs that help to build that sense of immersion, even if they aren't completely relevant to whatever the given quest/adventure might be.
I also like to focus a bit on realism (though I try to not be overbearing about it). I'm going to make you track encumbrance, food, arrows, etc. Injuries matter (part of why I like GURPS!)

Logistics

The game will be run in the evenings, after 9 PM EST. Day is TBD but we can figure out what works for the group. The game will use Discord for voice and text communication, and Foundry as the VTT (you dont need an account or anything). It is also really helpful if you can install GCS, a character building software for GURPS which makes the whole process 100x easier.
I can provide access to PDFs for all the rules we'll be using, and like I said before newcomers to GURPS are more than welcome!

A local guy does mobile knife sharpening. Claims to have over 2 years experience. Charges $6 a blade 6 blade minimum. I’m not my mind a sharp knife is a sharp knife. However, I’m at a cross roads. Nevertheless, after dozens of volatility halts GameStop closed the day up 62% while AMC jumped by 30%.‌ Amid some gentle coaxing by Keith Gill (aka Roaring Kitty), a slew of names familiar to Reddit boards followed — companies like Koss, Tupperware, Virgin Galactic, Hertz, and BlackBerry. ‌ But while the explosion in volatility rightfully invites comparisons to the well-known 2021 saga that played out on Reddit and across US stock exchanges, 2024 is already proving to be quite different. ‌ This year, Wall Street is driving the bus. ‌
