I tragically lost my original T3 Wanderer Hat and I'm looking to replace it before they all vanish since they aren't making it anymore, I think. There's this one on Amazon that is a good price and in my size but it is listed as women's for some reason. I feel like that's probably just an oddity in the Amazon listing but as a non-woman I'm curious if there's actually any difference in sizing or styling. Thanks.

Its the same reason certain people can say the f-slur or any other slurs unless they're a part of that in-group. Now this isn't a principled take, but a societal and contextual one.
Using these slurs while not being part of the in-group doesn't make you discriminatory towards them, but when there is historical context of the in-group being attacked and dehumanized by the out-group for whatever feature they are discriminated against. The word will be viewed differently by that in-group.
If a white man says the n-word, black people will all turn our heads and wonder why. We don't immediately assume he's a racist but we do feel uncomfortable by that usage. It's the same for LGBTQ slurs and other ethnic slurs.
If a black person says the n-word, there is the assumption that someone who is black wouldn't be able to hate their blackness. Again, this is the same for most in-groups that have faced discrimination.

TLDR; Don't say slurs unless you're apart of that specific group because that's the general rule society follows. A person from group 1 wouldn't hate group 1 so they can say some mean things about it and it will be taken in good light.

Hi all. I've been dealing with L4/L5 herniated disc back pain for over 5 years now. What started as a herniation turned into overcompensating muscle pain that just won't seem to go away. I'm currently in physical therapy.
Here's everything I've learned and used in the past few years. As someone that's spent hundreds of dollars over the years trying to alleviate pain I wanted to pass on my knowledge to you. I've included a description of how each item helped me, and I'm also including the full product name if you don't want to click on the link directly.
Exercise Tools
A foam roller with ridges goes a long way for blood flow and pain relief. It helps with pressure points in the glutes, cracks my back, and acts as a massager all in one. I couldn't find the original one I bought, it's a big longer but these seem to have great reviews: Product: 321 STRONG Foam Roller - Medium Density Deep Tissue Massager
A tennis ball for pressure point release, I tried a lacrosse ball and found it to be too hard. I both sit/lay on the ball as well as use it against the wall. I get a pack and stash them everywhere,cars, office, folks' house, bedroom, living room, you name it. Product: 18 Pack Tennis Balls
For the Car, Office, Home
Next is a lumbar support back and seat cushion. These have been a dream. I was looking for the seat cushion and got the lumbar support as well. I use them to sit on the couch and it elevates my core and trunk. It helps me to sit up straight and removes pressure from the area that's been suffering. Definitely recommend these. Sleeping Pillows
I have several pillows when I sleep. I've found luck with several.
One is a knee pillow, this one is great for travel since it's smaller, and easy for people that like to turn over a lot.

The other is a half moon pillow, of which I have two. I actually prefer this for several reasons. One is that it doesn't rest just between my thighs, I actually put it long-ways between my knees, calves and ankles. Plus, it's longer so when I turn over on my back I can easily shift it to directly under my knees. I have two to stack for when I'm lounging in bed. Back tape. I try to only use this when I've flared up so my muscles don't get too used to it. But it's a dream for plane rides, road trips, or days when you're planning to be up and moving a lot.
When it comes to KT tape, and I've used a lot in the last 5 years, there is one clear winner in my book: Product: Rock Tape 2 ft roll
If you already know you want the tape and plan to be using it often, spend the money on the larger roll, it saves in the long run.

What else?
For a while I was using an inversion table. It feels really good to stretch out and did help me for a while. The hardest part is apartment living as it's not exactly space saving. However it does fold up and if you have the space for it it's great to have. There are more expensive ones but I didn't see any issue with this one: Product: Innova Inversion table
If I'm planning on being on my feet a lot I use a back brace, but I read (maybe someone can confirm or deny) that it trains the muscles not to work so you're possibly doing more damage in the long run. Product: Sparthos Back Support Belt
Work
A moveable standing desk is life changing. Not even just for standing but the ability to move the desk to the height you actually need to sit up straight. Product: FLEXISPOT EC1 Electric Adjustable Height Standing Desk 48x30
A good chair and/or yoga ball. Perhaps someone in the comments can recommend a good chair, as that's something I'll need next. I currently use a yoga ball and a wobble board when I'm standing. Product: Trideer Yoga ball Product: Amazon Basics wobble board
My colleague used to sit on a Gaiam yoga ball chair. She swore by it and she used it the entire 3 years we worked together so it must have been doing something right.
Exercise
Two different physical therapists have recommended Pilates to me. There are a ton of YouTube videos so I'll let you find one you like, but the biggest thing that's stressed to me is making sure it's traditional Pilates, and making sure your form is correct.
I was also told to do drinking birds, bridge pose, and clam shells whenever I can. (These links all take you to YouTube).
Staying consistent with exercise and stretching definitely helps keep the pain at bay, as does walking on a regular basis to stave off being sedentary.
I don't do Apple watches (addicted to enough devices) but I did purchase a used FitBit to just track my steps. I know you can search "Used" on Amazon but I actually found mine on Poshmark. Works great.
Diet
I'm not going to go too much into diet since it's a controversial topic, but here are some big things that helped me:
Cutting out alcohol entirely helped with more than just the inflammation, but gave me the energy I needed to tackle the pain.
I've added more whole fruits to my diet as well and cut back significantly on ultra-processed foods.
Cutting back on caffeine helped my sleep tremendously which helped recovery time for pain.

Both my friend and I are having trouble using our find my app for each other as of late. It was working perfectly fine until the other night. I have a IPhone SE 2020 running iOS 16.2 and they have an IPhone 15 Pro Max, running 17.4.1 (I believe they updated it in March). I don’t see a map and location for them at all under the find my app. All I see is their photo with a solid grey ring with a black background. It says they can see me and I had to send an invite to be added. They said they never got the invite. They see the same thing with the map (they sent me a screencap, and me to them), except it says no location found under my photo with a solid white ring. They sent me an invite too, but I never got theirs. Of all the things Weiss could have thought, this was somehow the first. She could have contemplated how she escaped the God of Spites grasp. Why her rapier was a tainted black. What purpose this man in front of her had, what goal he was trying to achieve. What strange visions she had been seing. What were the purple and golden beings of light, crippled and on deaths door, he forced her to kill. But truly… Weiss was just too tired to do any of that.
She had been tired for a long time. As if he picked up on her exhaustion, the pale man caressed her shoulder. The same way she had always wished her father would do back when she was small and innocent. Before she saw how corrupt her familys legacy had become. And how much corruption this world truly had.
“Don’t worry. We are almost there.” The man, Gorr was his name, reassured her. Slowly they descended, floating, onto a Planets surface. A Planet cleansed of… anything that should make it a proper world. No trees, no signs of life… even the atmosphere and any water seemed to be gone.
“What is all this?” she forced herself to ask. “Remnant… one version of it at least.”
Remnant? Weiss exhaustion faded quickly as she looked at him in shock. “Not yours I can assure you.” …Unfortunate. It would be better than what it currently was in for a state.
Sighing she let more words flow out of her mouth. “Who was responsible for it?” “The gods that abandoned this world once before. They had returned… stripped it of all life. Just a dead world now.” “Remnants… Gods?"
A sudden flash of insight, in front of her thoughts a golden and purple dragon each. “Were those?” “Yes. These were the beings I had you kill.”
…Weiss hung her head. Killing a God should be a more impressive feeling shouldn’t it be? Something deemed impossible outside the pages of a novel. Mighty entities, ranging from simply awe inspiring to truly omnipotent. And yet she couldn’t help but feel… downtrodden. Even as easily stabbed corpses, barely being able to offer any resistance to her slightest push, they had radiated power.
If those were Gods. What in the world was she supposed to call the thing that had taken her home from her?
She and Gorr walked, towards what she saw was an empty pit. A crater as if a meteorite had impacted. And yet… call it a gut feeling but like an insidious snake her mind told her were they were. Atlas. Or what little was left of the dead place that had once been Atlas. “…Why?” Weiss asked. Why would anyone do this? To her home? Any version of her home?
“Hubris. A Jumper had thought about being rewarded. Collecting all relics… for something as insignificant as a ‘Scenario’. Uncaring what his failure would cause. The LIVES he would ruin.” Jumper. The term was familiar to Weiss as well now. Someone who could traverse realities. Who just plundered and stole and defiled everything they touched. Like he did. “And what does that make you?” Weiss asked, trying to ignore the taste of bile threatening to rise up her throat. Gorr just looked at her with honesty. “Necessity. The thing needed to break the hold Jumpchain has on all of us. The thing that puts an end to tragedies like these.”
“…You kill Jumpers?” “That is my aim.”
She looked away from him, back to the crater. Briefly she saw flashes of Atlas burning, the greatest Kingdom, her home, crashing into the depths, accompanied by the laughter of a thirsting God. Anger rose up in her.
“If that is what you are… Then where were you… when everything… I ever knew… was taken from me?” she accused.
“Trapped.” Gorr immediately answered, showing no hint of deception on his face. “Enslaved. A Pawn in a broken system that transcended even the Gods I despised. Just like you I suffered. Just like so many across all realities.” He walked closer to her. Weiss didn’t step back. “I was not there for you than my child… but I am here now.” Gorr in an instant, to fast for her to react, grabbed her arm, making the Schnee flinch.
“Your power… your Glyphs… it is so much more than mere spells and summons. You have the power to make everything your vanquished opponents have and take it for yourself, as you prove yourself superior. As you prove yourself free of whatever they could do upon you. And with it you yourself become greater.”
A glyph appeared beneath them, white but with a small tint of black at the edges, as he lowered her hand further and further. “Focus. Focus on what I know you can be.” Images flashed back inside her mind.
Rubys horrified expression. Blake crying in fear as she was possessed by something that shouldn’t exist. Yangs screams… so many screams.
Weiss grunted. “Do not shy away from it.”
More images. Winter being impaled, her very aura her very soul being devoured. Her mother for the first time trying to act like one and shield her child. Whitley trying to haggle for her life as Myrtenaster lay broken at her feet. Jaques corpse smelling putrid.
“Stop it.” She choked out, tears threatening to flow down her face. She felt sick. She didn’t want to see this.
“I know it pains you… do not run from it…” “Please. Please stop! I don’t want to see this!” Weiss pleaded. His grin haunting her.
“You did not blind yourself to the corruption in your family. Do not shy away now. Not when you can be defiance embodied. So… defy.”
Gorr ordered… and beneath her the Glyph grow larger. Larger than she had even managed to make one, as her feelings raged within her. Grief. Loss. Rage. Hatred. Why… why was he allowed power. Why was this power allowed to exist? How many worlds would suffer like her? How many screamed and cried and suffered like THEY DID because of this one contemptable thing.
Jumpchain.
The glyph expanded further and further, more than it ever should or could. The entire city, kingdom, continent was engulfed with it, the energy of a blizzard storm rising upon the dead planet.
“The chains with which they bind use will shatter!” He shouted to the skies as she unleashed her power. She never noticed it when Gorr let go, herself raising up her hands as shades appeared behind her. Of an eastern and European dragon… the Gods who destroyed this world chained to her will. But she wouldn’t let herself be chained again. And with a scream she manifested the country sized dragons, their wrath under her command.
“And they will learn of the scorn of infinite worlds!” And as the blizzard raged, the dragons bowing their head to their mistress, Weiss was gripped with one thought. Made one declaration. All Jumpers would break before her.

Weiss stared silently at the screen in front of her, tracking her friends progress. She did good in slaying the General of the Empire. But the other notification?
This... was not what she was supposed to do. The Lostbelts, the timelines. They were but a gigantic example of necromancy. Not something supposed to be sustained.
To dismantle this system... it could throw more than a few wrenches into Gorrs plans. Maybe... require some of the backup plans instead.
The Schnee sighed and closed her eyes. No matter this was a hiccup. There were six more Lostbelts for her to traverse.
Sooner or later... Weiss would have her family back.

 | A Friend of mine gave me a UDM-Pro that got fried during a thunderstorm. I guess his UPS/Surge protector gave out too. They were going to repair it but ended up getting a UDM-Pro SE, so he also already had the power supply. Followed this POST on an Unify forum to get an idea but I noticed that there weren't too many up close pictures of the wiring set up. Looking to travel with my vials/syringes for a couple of weeks, and I'm planning to put soft gel ice packs in my insulated water bottle, and put the vials in there (basically, a DIY version of these).
Would this be something I can just leave in my bag in the bin when going through security, or will I need to let them know I'm traveling with it?
I don't think they'll care about my prescription, but worry that they'll flag the ice packs as liquids in the bottle.

20 yo man here. My family and I moved to Germany a few years ago, it seemed to be kind of a quiet place but the last 4 or 5 months we've had really bad experiences with a random man. He seems to live nearby but we don't know exactly where, basically every once in a while we encounter him walking the same path we use to go home (nothing weird per se) and he comes closer, starts asking personal stuff and follows us. The guy is really creepy and he definitely doesn't look like a mentally stable person.
First time I encountered him he started asking me where I live, where I'm from and that kind of stuff, I tried to give quick dry answers hoping he would go away but he got closer instead. I walked a bit more until we reached a traffic light and I stopped there, holding a pencil in my hand, he looked at me for a few seconds and then kept walking. I think he saw what I was doing so he just ran off. I waited until he completely disappeared and then I walked to my house, which was like 50 meters away.
Well, it seems like I'm not the only one who has seen him, that creepy dude has tried to follow my mom and my little sister too. My mom told us that she completely ignored him from the start and kept walking but my sister said she felt super uncomfortable (basically her way of saying she was terrified). We've seen him a couple more times but mostly from afar.
Almost a month without seeing him until today. I brought my sister to one of her doctor appointments and then we bought groceries. We were talking, walking down the street that leads to our house, when she saw the guy going towards us. The guy was walking on the right side so my sister moved to my left, at first he didn't saw us but when he did he started smiling and moved to the left side. My sister being scared moved to my right and the guy moved to the right too. I'm a little guy who's never been in a fight, I was scared as fuck too but one think I'll never do is let anyone intimidate my little sister. So I walked up to him, grocerie bags in my hands, and asked him what the fuck was his problem. He started laughing and saying "All good", I told him to fuck off and he just kept walking, same as we. When we got home my sister locked herself on her room, she "went to sleep" while I took care of all the bags. Then I went to my mom and told her what happened.
The dude is bigger than me and definitely bigger than my mom and sister, we don't know where he lives, we don't know his name and we don't know when he is going to appear (We've encountered him at 8 AM, at 12, at 3PM, at 6PM...). We can't even call the police or anything because we don't really have a real description, he is a short haired black guy but there are many people who look like that so it wouldn't even accomplish anything.
Apparently pepper spray is ilegal over here and I don't know about any other kind of (legal) self defence weapons. It's infuriating because I can't do shit, my sister or recently operated mom could be harassed by this creep and they have no means of defending themselves.
