I had an order i took 2 deliver in 1 batch. I save peoples address on googlemaps if u tip shit or 0.00 tip. And i had this customer saved 0.00 and was ready to block them after delivery. When i accepted order it was $15 tip and once i got to non tippers house. She didnt answer the door so i called support to remove the batch steps. When they removed it they took away $7.00 whole dollars FROM SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT TIP. Been to this house twice and both times 0.00 tip.
IC is getting sus for doing this. 0.00 all of sudden tips 7.00 didnt make any sense wanted to confirm my tip with the first customer but batch was already removed. Couldnt contact the other tipper.

2024.05.18 09:42 Agitated_Sand3735 Need help identifying cause of a problem on my JVC KD-V6
I recently picked up this deck off ebay, the seller listed two problems 1. the belts need to be replaced which was easy enough, and 2. "low volume output." Now, from just that I had assumed that it was just like a little quiet or something, but no, it really is almost completely inaudible. The only way I could hear my tape was by plugging the output into my pc and recording it on audacity. With the deck set to max output volume, the highest peak I saw on the audacity vu meter was around -55 decibels (3 times lower than the vu meter on the deck itself can go).
It doesn't look like an problem with the output jacks themselves, as the issue is the same whether I use the line out or headphone jacks, so I'm assuming it has something to do with a broken or worn out component on the motherboard or something with the playhead itself. First I looked at the playhead closer and noticed some weird residue/film on it that can't be cleaned with alcohol and cotton swabs, however I talked to some guy who has the same (perfectly working) deck as me and his playhead has around the same amount of whatever the gunk is on it so I don't think it's that. In the second picture in the link, you'll also see there's some what looks to be water stains inside of the cassette slot? Obviously from that there could be some water damage or something to the playhead, but the erase and record head seem to work fine so I'm not sure if that would be the issue either.
On the main board, the play head equalizer VRs do seem to work and If I turn them to max its just slightly louder, so I'm thinking its something before that. The only thing before that in the circuit is the pre amp IC, the resistors and what not surrounding it and the play head. I've tested all the resistors and other small components like that that are connected to the traces that actually carry sound (from looking at the schematics in the service manual) and they all seem fine. I've got no idea how to go about testing or what testing equipment to use on the pre amp IC nor the playhead individually. Apparently I'm too stupid to fully grasp what the IC does or how it works with the components around from looking at the data sheet (the IC is a Panasonic AN6557 if that helps any) and I don't got any clue as to how the playhead works either.
If needed, i can provide more information or answer questions. So, if anyone thats worked on a problem like this before happens to any idea of what might be wrong, some pointers or advice would be very highly appreciated.

Q: WHERE'S THE BEST PLACE TO BUY SCOOTER PARTS? A: These are all the most common stores. US - The Vault Pro Scooters, Mothership, Atlas Pro Scooters and Steelhead Speed Shop. UK/EU - Dogg Scooters, Skatepro, Scooterworks, Rideminded. Eastern EU/RU - Hellride, Trust Scooters.
Q: WHAT SCOOTER PARTS ARE COMPATABLE? A: All decks are compatable with all clamps/forks/bars, however not all wheels are compatable with all decks (I.E: Some decks don't fit 30mm wide wheels, primarily park decks and older decks).
Some wheels come with 12std bearings, which are only compatable with 12std specific axels, if you decide to but 12std parts, ensure that all your parts are 12std compatable (The primary companies that make 12std parts are Ethic, Prime and UrbanArtt).
There are 5 compression systems that are still in use: (any questions on the specifics of these, ask below) Threaded - This is virtually obsolete, primarly found on cheap kids scooters. ICS - Currently being phased out, but is still found on contemporary park completes. IHC/Mini HIC - Currently the most common system for park setups and completes as it's easy to maintain. HIC - Effectively the same as IHC but a tiny bit more durable and heavier. SCS - The strongest of the bunch, but also the heaviest, mainly found on street setups.
Bar sizes: There are 2 bar sizes, Standard (31.8mm) and Oversized (34.9mm). Standard bars with a slit in them are IHC or ICS, Oversized bars with a slit cut in them are HIC, all bars without a slit are SCS. If your bars wiggle in your SCS, use a shim. Make sure to double check what size parts you have.
All HIC and SCS forks are the same thing, certain IHC forks can be compatable with SCS (make sure you read the specs of the fork)
Q: WHAT PARTS DO I NEED FOR A FULL SETUP? A: You only need 8 componenets to have a full setup: Bars Grips Deck Griptape Wheels Fork Clamp Headset
You can have extra's like pegs, aftermarket fenders and bar ends, but these aren't necessary.
Q: IS THIS ITEM GOOD/WORTH IT? A: If it's being sold by a reputable scooter store, and from a reputable company, and it's within your budget, you should buy it and find out for yourself. Modern scooter items are made to such a high standard nowadays that there aren't really any inherently "bad" parts anymore. Some items are better than others, but almost all contemporary scooter parts hold their own.
Q: WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE SETUP FOR ME? A: If you're new to the hobby, a good place to start is picking bars that sit around your waist line when you're stood up straight on the scoot, and if you can comfortably fit both feet on your deck without it feeling cramped. If you're an average sized adult (5'10+) I'd recommend a 6"x22" wide deck, with 26" to 28" tall bars to be most comfortable.

First MC session completed and it was freaking hard. For context, dday was 6 weeks ago. I’ve been in IC for a while, so I’m familiar with how it works and what I need to put into it. I’m also in touch with my emotions, always have been. WH doesn’t share much, is not outwardly emotional, just started IC a few weeks ago, and doesn’t like discussing our relationship issues or his thoughts on it with other people. All that to say, we knew this would be challenging. It was frustrating, for me because I felt like he wasn’t sharing/participating enough, for him because he felt like we were lecturing or getting mad at him. I truly don’t think that was that case. I was stating my emotions and the therapist would either explain why I might feel that way or ask WH his thoughts about what I said. She did say he seems very resistant, which I agree with and have been very frustrated with.
After the session ended we had a blow out argument, but I actually feel better. I’ve always shared my thoughts and feelings and have been very clear about needs/expectations, but would hold back just a little because I didn’t want him to give up. I wasn’t aggressive or mean, but finally this time I was very direct and shared everything without trying to “soften the blow”. To my surprise, his anger receded and he finally gave me SOME answers, not just “I understand”, “I don’t know”, “I’ll try harder”, etc. There’s still a lot more needed, but it felt almost like a baby breakthrough. He was supposed to immediately leave to go to an important meeting, so this time he actually had a valid reason to walk out mid-convo. But he didn’t. This is huge for me, because for quite a while now I’ve felt like he prioritizes work far too much and isn’t willing to prioritize me/our relationship above it. He still had leave before we could finish, but expressed the desire to continue the discussion later.
Does MC get better? Does it stop being so frustrating? I feel like it got us all worked up, but then we had this argument and I actually feel some relief. Does that even make sense? Backstory: scroll to the bottom for TLDR
I (25F) had all the classic endo symptoms since age 15, started actively brining up concerns about endometriosis specifially to doctors since 2019, but unfortunately was always told my pain was "normal" and written off every time I voiced my concerns.
In Oct 2023, I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis aka IC (debilitating urinary frequency, urgency, burning, leaking, and constant pelvic pain). IC is a diagnosis of exclusion with no known cause nor cure. I've suffered so much from it I ended up being diagnosed with severe depression and gave to take antidepressants to manage. Through thorough research of interstitial cystitis, I've learned that there's a 50-85% comorbidity rate with endometriosis, making it possible that I could also have endometriosis. Bringing this up with both my regular gynecologist and urogynecologist, they both were surprised I knew of the literature and acknowledged it's very likely I have it, but both completely shut down pursing any further testing. They both told me to get the IUD Mirena and that would "completely cure" endometriosis.
I got the IUD, but still didn't feel right about letting my concerns go, so I did more research and found out that an IUD does cure endo, it just alleviates symptoms.
My urogynecologist decided to stop treating my IC despite me seeing no improvemet and even worsening symptoms. She stopped instillations after the 6th one and never once proposed trying any medication or any other treatment to ease my suffering, just scheduled follow ups where she then wanted to wait a month and follow up again. After the 2nd time that happened, plus her lack of knowledge on endo, I decided to look for a different doctor.
A reddit user here suggested looking at the IC network for IC doctors (I'm beyond greatful for your suggestion) I was able to find one in the next town over who was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She did testing and acknowledged my endometriosis concerns. She sent me to her colleague who is an excision specialist.
I met with the specialist and she said she wasn't sure if I had endo or not due to the fact that all of those organs (bladder, uterus, colon, etc) are so close together that it is difficult to determine what is causing my pain, but nevertheless, she believes I'm a good candidate for surgery.
I'm so happy and relieved someone is taking my concerns seriously, but I'm so scared that they won't find anything and then it feels like I'm back to square one: long suffering with no answers and little relief. I'm trying my best to manage my expectations but the anxiety is getting to me.
TLDR: after years of being ignored/brushed off by doctors, I am finally getting the exploratory laparoscopy I've been fighting for, but I'm worried that it'll show no endo. It's not logical but it would be easier if it was endo so there would be a concrete explanation for all my symtpms/suffering. I'm trying to figure out how to manage my expectations.

Through thorough research of interstitial cystitis, I've learned that there's a 50-85% comorbidity rate with endometriosis, making it possible that I could also have endometriosis. Bringing this up with both my regular gynecologist and urogynecologist, they both were surprised I knew of the literature and acknowledged it's very likely I have it, but both completely shut down pursing any further testing. They both told me to get the IUD Mirena and that would "completely cure" endometriosis.
I got the IUD, but still didn't feel right about letting my concerns go, so I did more research and found out that an IUD does cure endo, it just alleviates symptoms.
My urogynecologist decided to stop treating my IC despite me seeing no improvemet and even worsening symptoms. She stopped instillations after the 6th one and never once proposed trying any medication or any other treatment to ease my suffering, just scheduled follow ups where she then wanted to wait a month and follow up again. After the 2nd time that happened, plus her lack of knowledge on endo, I decided to look for a different doctor.
A reddit user here suggested looking at the IC network for IC doctors (I'm beyond greatful for your suggestion) I was able to find one in the next town over who was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She did testing and acknowledged my endometriosis concerns. She sent me to her colleague who is an excision specialist.
I met with the specialist and she said she wasn't sure if I had endo or not due to the fact that all of those organs (bladder, uterus, colon, etc) are so close together that it is difficult to determine what is causing my pain, but nevertheless, she believes I'm a good candidate for surgery.
I'm so happy and relieved someone is taking my concerns seriously, but I'm so scared that they won't find anything and then it feels like I'm back to square one: long suffering with no answers and little relief. I'm trying my best to manage my expectations but the anxiety is getting to me.
TLDR: after years of being ignored/brushed off by doctors, I am finally getting the exploratory laparoscopy I've been fighting for, but I'm worried that it'll show no endo. It's not logical but it would be easier if it was endo so there would be a concrete explanation for all my symtpms/suffering. I'm trying to figure out how to manage my expectations.

This is mainly just to express my disappointment, since the situation is already resolved, but have you ever had to watch a perfectly capable employee with a ton of potential self-destruct?
I had an employee until yesterday, let's call him Jr. Jr was perfectly intelligent, and completely capable, but had no motivation whatsoever. I spent a fair amount of time and effort trying to subtly nudge him in the direction of advancement. I'd give him more advanced tasks and train him on them, in the hopes that he would follow the trend onward and upward. Things that were absolutely in his job description, but usually ended up being done by only the supervisor, because they were less common or more complicated that the usual tasks. He'd do them, then immediately turn off and go back to Potato Mode. OK, I guess they call it "the minimum" for a reason. Not everyone is made to advance.
The problem was, in our job, ICs can't leave until the next person shows up - we are contractors for a large service vendor, and we can't just leave the client without staff. His next guy was 5-10 minutes late on average twice a week, causing a large amount of frustration, to the point where he wanted to transfer to a different client account. So I arranged it for him, and even went out of my way to find him a better job for more pay within our company. On his last day at my site, the night shift guy called in and said he would be 10 minutes late, so Jr decides to leave anyway - after all, he doesn't work for me any more, so there can't be any consequences, right?
Well, some stuff went down right after he left, and the client really needed someone there when there wasn't. He wouldn't answer any of my calls, of course. So his new manager pulled the offer, didn't want someone who acted like that. Now, Jr has to come in for a meeting with HR, where they would have offered him a new slot at a third site, without the promotion. He decides not to show, so they have to fire him. He then responds to the termination email with, "You can't fire me, I already quit!", meaning that as a no-notice resignation, he is no longer rehireable, and can't collect any unemployment.
So he got himself fired, and even if he gets a new job the same day, misses out on a minimum of $1,000 of pay. All so he could give his old site the finger on the way out.
And he wants to get into a particular field of government work, where abandoning your job will get you fired in a heartbeat, and holding over 10 minutes is nothing.
So sad to watch!
