I'm trying to design a current mirror with sample and hold function as shown below:

With a switch (M28) and a capacitor (C0 and C3, divided into 2 parts for layout purposes), the current through M24 will be sampled. The circuit works fine in the pre-layout simulation (Vt1 in pink), but fails in the post-layout simulation (Vt1 in red)

The voltage at node VTEST1 (ie. Vt1 in the plot) continues to increase even when VSEL (the gate voltage of M28) is high. It goes even higher than Vt2. Looks like there's a 'large' current (several pico amp according to the voltage swing) flowing out of the Source of M28. What is this? Why I didn't see this in the pre-layout simulation?
