Does anyone know what happened to the buddhist temple on 766 S Second St, San Jose, CA 95112 named Tịnh Xá Ngọc Hòa? I know on google maps it shows it is permanently closed and when I went there, it appeared closed with the name taken down.
I assume it is closed, but I wonder if another temple will replace it or did they move to a new location or if new owners will take it down? I ask because it was my mother temple when she passed away and her picture has been there for over 30 years and I don't want them to throw it away =/

Other skills: I'm a windows power user, well versed with Active directory concepts, familiar with linux as well, and can help MSPs with managed user issues and so on. However, I do not have direct experience with server management, however my google skills and strong conceptual foundation make up for it!
Hands-on experience with Infoblox, Palo Alto Traps.
Miscellaneous: A lot of roles on indeed here do ask for a driving license - I have a class 5 BC license and own a vehicle as well!

I just received a letter from an insurance company I held for two months mid 2023. I was billed by a psychologist based out of Staten Island, NY (I live in CA) for 12 visits with dates of service ranging from February to March of 2024. My plan obviously hasn’t been active and was subsequently denied coverage, the insurance company is now wanting me to pay for the services billed.
The insurance company has not been helpful so far, the representative I worked with agreed it was very strange and didn’t make sense but only gave me the providers number. I was directed to figure it out with them on dealing with the charges, which is shocking. I have to wait until tomorrow to call during their opening hours.
Doing a quick google search of this Doctor shows she seems very shady. There is a review mentioning she does partake in insurance fraud. I’m not anticipating much to come from calling her tomorrow and also intend to reach out to my insurance company’s fraud department.
I would like to ask is there legal action I could levy against this doctor?

First time bar owner but have owned a company or two before. I'm trying to make a decision to sell or keep this bar. Would anyone mind looking over this profoma and tell me if the growth numbers seem realistic. January 2024 - April 2024 are actual revenue numbers and budget cost number (but they're damn close).

A few notes
This is a taproom (beer and wine only) with no kitchen.
Our food is supplied by food trucks that change daily. They are scheduled every weekend and sometime week days.
We have 16 taps all serving craft or quality import beers.
There is a 3 door display fridge with roughly 100 types of beer priced for onsite consumption. We give a 20% discount for togo.
This bar as open from 2012-2020. It was mothballed because the owner only reopened his downtown bar after covid. I took it over in September 2023, remodeled it myself, and reopened to the public January 2024. We leveraged the previous clients who loved the place to open with a bang. We were profitable month but only because I was all the labor.
Right now we do very little promotion except for social media posts.
I just hired my first employee to take over 2 days a week. If I keep the place I'll hire another and work the bar myself Monday - Wednesday until revenue can support staff 7 days a week,
I use square POS, DAVO for sales tax, Deputy for timecards, and ADP for payroll.
Oh and let me know what you think of this mug club model I'm going to launch.

Just bought a townhouse in the last few weeks. It was quiet as a mouse inside until my wife and I went over last week to bring some boxes proir to moving day. That night we heard a fairly loud, rhythmic, thumping noise coming from the wall in our kitchen. At first we thought it was the neighbour's washing machine, which might be on the opposite isde of the wall from ours. Then we wondered if it was their dish washer. Then I wondered if it had something to do with the heating system and/or AC, but I highly doubt it.
We're back to thinking it's their washing machine, but it's really loud and vibratres even up to our second floor. It has also been on everytime we go there since last Thursday , regardless fo the time we go (morning, afternoon, night). Our machine is a stacked Whirpool brand, theirs is likely the same. It's not the end of the world and I considered either letting it go, or knocking on their door to simply ask what it was making the sound, but I thought I would ask here and see if anyone had an idea what it could be.

As the title says, my PGWP is expiring in the end of May. My employer already applied for LMIA in March and still is waiting for the result which is predicted to come in July/August.
When I googled around, as far as I read on this article (https://www.ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=701&top=17), I have to have a valid job offer to apply for a work permit. Could I use a job offer that my employer made for me when he applied LMIA? Or he has to submit anything on Employer Portal to get the job offer valid?
Any further information is appreciated. I’m really stressed out with this situation.

- Admitted Malpractice: Incredibly, the firm has admitted in writing to mishandling my case. This is a red flag I cannot emphasize enough. Their failure was so severe that they had to substitute an attorney after acknowledging their inability to properly manage my legal needs.
- Legal Action and Complaints: I am currently suing them for malpractice and have filed formal complaints with the California Bar Association. These actions reflect the gravity of their misconduct and my commitment to seeking justice.
- Nefarious Billing: The billing practices at Reel Fathers Rights border on fraudulent. Despite charging me over $25,000, they have failed to perform the basic services I hired them for, such as filing a Request for Order (RFO). No progress has been made in my case, only continuous and baseless billing.
- Breach of Confidentiality: An employee of the firm improperly disclosed sensitive health information about another client, violating HIPAA and California state laws. This gross mishandling of confidential information is both illegal and unethical.
- Rude and Dismissive Staff: Every interaction with this firm has been fraught with dismissiveness and rudeness. Requests for necessary documents are either ignored or refused, adding to the overall frustration.
- Damaged Reputation: Beyond my own terrible experience, Reel Fathers Rights holds an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and numerous negative reviews on Google and Yelp. These reviews corroborate the consistent pattern of malpractice and poor client treatment.

Last seen on Google's Find My Device at May 7 at 7:13 pm on Front St west of Spadina (in front of The Well mall) after it had been detected being stationary for a while at Spadina and Wellington then Spadina and Queen's Quay before moving up slowly to Spadina and Adelaide then Spadina and Front before 7 pm. The phone could not be reached after May 7, 7:13 pm, it suddenly could not be detected any more although it was at 70% charge.

Hey everyone, having an issue configuring CyberGhost VPN with OpenWRT's OpenVPN / OpenSSL.
I keep receiving the following error(s):
"Unrecognized option or missing or extra parameter(s) in cghost.ovpn:6: dhcp-options (2.5.8)"
When I reference the materials / look up anything online, the docs / forums state that I can add in the option(s) "dhcp-options DNS xx.xx.xx.xx" to the opvn file and in theory, it should allow me to add the SmartDNS option for cyberghost vpn service. When I attached one of my LXC containers in Proxmox to the LAN Port of the OpenWRT, I can obviously ping 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 and other addresses directly but I cannot ping name resolutions like google.com or cloudflare.com.
Not really quite sure where to go at this point. I tried several other args but, I get the same error message as above. If anyone wants to take a stab / offer suggestions, I am more than willing to attempt to try them. What I have set in the opvn file is below:

I've been applying for a number of Domino's locations. The pay is now $20/hour here in CA since April 1st. But that could also be a bad thing if they cut hours down. Do any of you know? I'm currently doing DD and UE, but it's awful now with the tiered-program that DD has. UE hardly has any offers.
Also, if any of you are good at spotting busy locations, I'd like to PM you. I asked this before and someone said to park outside a Domino's and see how often drivers leave. I'm not sure that's a good way, though. You could do this at a slower than usual time. Is there a better way to gauge? Number of reviews on Google or something like that? Thank you.
