Summer Camps For Kids
Title: "Exploring the Benefits and Excitement of Summer Camps for Kids"
Introduction:
Summer camps hold a special place in the hearts of many children and parents alike. These retreats offer a unique blend of adventure, learning, and socialization, creating memories that last a lifetime. In this article, we'll delve into the world of summer camps for kids, exploring their benefits, popular activities, and tips for choosing the right camp for your child.
Benefits of Summer Camps:
  1. Outdoor Exploration: Summer camps often take place in natural settings, providing children with opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking through forests, swimming in lakes, or roasting marshmallows around a campfire, these experiences foster a deep appreciation for nature and encourage physical activity.
  2. Seasonal social Development: Camps bring together children from diverse backgrounds, allowing them to form new friendships and develop important social skills. Through teamwork, cooperation, and shared experiences, campers learn to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build confidence in their interactions with others.
  3. Personal Growth: Away from the familiar comforts of home, children have the chance to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges. From trying out new sports and creative arts to conquering fears through outdoor adventures, summer camps empower kids to discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build resilience.
  4. Skill Building: Many camps offer specialised programs focused on developing specific skills or interests, such as music, theatre, sports, or STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). These immersive experiences allow children to hone their talents, explore new passions, and gain valuable knowledge in a supportive environment.
Popular Activities at Summer Camps:
  1. Sports and Recreation: From soccer and basketball to swimming and rock climbing, sports activities are a staple of many summer camps. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also teach valuable lessons in teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
  2. Arts and Crafts: Creative arts and crafts workshops allow campers to unleash their imagination and express themselves through painting, drawing, pottery, and other artistic endeavors. These hands-on activities foster creativity, fine motor skills, and a sense of pride in one's work.
  3. Adventure and Outdoor Skills: Whether it's navigating a ropes course, learning to build a fire, or embarking on a wilderness hike, adventure-based activities challenge campers to push their limits, develop problem-solving skills, and connect with nature in meaningful ways.
  4. STEM Exploration: Camps focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics offer interactive workshops, experiments, and projects that spark curiosity and foster a love for learning. From robotics and coding to astronomy and environmental science, these programs inspire campers to explore the wonders of the world around them.
Tips for Choosing the Right Camp:
  1. Consider Your Child's Interests: Look for a camp that aligns with your child's passions and preferences, whether it's sports, arts, nature, or academics.
  2. Research Camp Options: Explore different types of camps, read reviews, and reach out to camp organizers to learn more about their programs, facilities, and staff qualifications.
  3. Evaluate Safety Measures: Prioritize camps that prioritize the safety and well-being of campers, with trained staff, proper supervision, and emergency protocols in place.
  4. Involve Your Child in the Decision: Discuss camp options with your child and involve them in the decision-making process to ensure they feel excited and invested in the experience.
Conclusion:
Summer camps offer children a world of adventure, learning, and friendship, providing valuable opportunities for personal growth and exploration. Whether it's mastering new skills, making lifelong memories, or simply enjoying the joys of childhood in the great outdoors, the benefits of summer camps are boundless. By choosing the right camp and embracing the spirit of adventure, parents can set their children on a path to a summer filled with fun, discovery, and endless possibilities.

2024.05.14 06:05 therinto Moving to Nanaimo. Need advices for a young couple.

Hi guys. My company (Ferries) has the ability to move it's employees all around the West Coast so me (26M) and my partner (23f) are planning on moving to Nanaimo soon.
We've got couple of questions covering up all the aspects of life.
  1. Neighborhood: I've been to Nanaimo and especially Downtown and Departure Bay few times and never liked it. Downtown is actually awful with the amount of junkies up there. So, looking for a peaceful neighborhood closer to high school(!), shops etc. in a walking distance.
  2. Rent: We will be looking for 2 bdr apartment with a dishwasher and in-suite washer and dryer, hoping for an in-building gym or smth and reasonably fresh building. What and where to look at?
  3. Nightlife and indoor activities: Are there any clubs or any kind or indoor stuff like kart racing? What about young people? What about fancy/waterfront restaurants with good food and stuff?
  4. Outdoor and beaches: what about nice hiking, mountain biking spots and sandy beaches? Any recommendations?
  5. Business opportunities: How is the small business doing over here? If you are small business owner and/or providing services in Nanaimo, please share your experience.
Additionally I want to ask you guys what you think about Nanaimo as a whole. Is it a good place to work, live and raise kids? Do you see your future here and do you see the city developing, growing and becoming better?
How often or do you actually go to Victoria or Mainland for something you can't find in Nanaimo? Would you prefer moving to the places mentioned above if you had a chance?
Thank you for your answers, it's all much appreciated!

2024.05.14 05:53 Smoovie32 Looking to Convert to Modeler

Hey folks, I have been lurking here for a few months trying to decide if the switch to Axe is right for my next evolution of playing. I mostly do bedroom/studio work and small (4 piece) practice sessions. When I do play out it is a decent size venue or outdoors. For bedroom I have Logic Pro and a Spark 40 for practice.
My main rig is a Mesa Mark V paired with an 18 space rack switching system built around analog pedals. I control it all with an RJM GT22 paired with a wah, Mission active volume, and Mission expression pedal with an on off switch built in. I have 4x10 Marshall cab and 2x12 Mesa 3/4 back cab depending on need. My programming revolves around designing patches for parts of songs to build out complete songs and then building set lists with them.
After going back through years worth of posts here I think I am settled on an FX3 turbo which will go in a rack with a Furman power unit and possibly an RJM switcher for amp control. Where I am stuck is the different applications. For bedroom/studio work I have decent headphones and don’t really need monitors. My issue comes at practice and shows.
My thought is to have doubles of every preset so if I am in the bedroom I am modeling the amp and cabs, but if I am out I can incorporate the Mark V with the switcher to control it all via the GT22 and use my choice of cabs with the modeling for amps and cabs turned off. I really appreciate the Mark V clean on 90watt setting so that is why I want to keep it in the system if I can.
Will this work and will it work well? I am seeing folks talk about FRFR set ups and am struggling to tell if it is much use outside the bedroom/studio setting. If it won’t work or work well, what do you all suggest for a high quality FRFR system for band practice and shows? Thanks in advance for answering the newbie questions.

14450514: 6:45 AM, my first thoughts of the morning
Dear diary,
(Rant? Is it a rant? bleh.. i don't know, it's thoughts and feelings)
I'm gonna attempt to my write my feelings. I woke up at around 6 AM and have been rolling around in bed and i keep thinking that i don't want to go home, whatever that is. That place that i rent in my hometown.
You know what i fantasize about?
Going back to a mountain, build a hut, set up a cam and meditate until my heart stops and the birds can pick me and shit me out all over the world. I know that i am over dramatic at the moment, but it's how i feel. Why the cam? To show it to the world, that i am turning my back to it, my middle finger. But i can't.. i promised myself. My mom first, then i am free to go. I don't wanna break her heart, i am her only son. Will i do it? I have no idea. It's just me having a big mouth. But it is a nice way to go in my opinion, it does happen this way in some cultures. Except it's dead people, they leave it on the mountain and the birds do the rest. (Was it in Tibet? hmm..)
I feel empty and alone. But it's half true, i do have friends...
Don't get me wrong though, i am a happy Joe in general. Within an hour or so i will shower, get my breakfast and head out, explore this city a bit. But i do feel very alone, one of the reasons why i write so much, got not many people to talk too. Too whom can i say this? I don't know why, not sure what i am doing wrong, maybe i talk the wrong subjects and people don't really talk back and maybe i dont even wanna talk, i just wanna share and get a fucking hug or something.. Just a hug.. Just some love. That's why i like kids so much, they come to me and say: Hi mister, with the biggest smile on their faces.. I get warm from that. Even with adults, but it's mainly kids who do this. So i greet other people now too with a smile on my face and guess what, i usually get a smile back. :)
The only kid is who is consistently talking to me, is that 21 year old Indian guy, wanna see his house? I'll add a picture to the post, first i write on my laptop and add the picture with my phone, that's the whole house what you see there. 8 people live there, where i sit that's a bed for 6 people, the other bed is being shared with his dad and himself. And there is one main reason why he talks to me, because i might help him. That is his hope.
https://preview.redd.it/b8l6l6u2ab0d1.jpg?width=4624&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=acd3b7538bd0c65982dba2308b76c9de4f012f8d
And with that in the back of my mind, how the hell can i complain? I am so rich.. compared to him. I have and do things he can only dream about. He is helping his dad who is paralyzed because of a motorbike accident.
But i do have this underlying feeling, that loneliness feeling. I got about 3000 pics i made and when i am home i will edit them (not all, but the best pictures) and then what? Share them? Who even wants to see this?
But it's not all shit, i swiped a few times on a dating app during my holiday and i got 2 potential girls that i might like.. Also because i have been more active on insta, i reconnected with an interesting Italian girl. She is interesting because she is weird, loves to travel. Isn't afraid of drugs and is open minded. (I play with drugs, i know many people here disagrees with me, but i don't care, i do me, you do you. I will never conform to what is considered normal, i am being me.) Maybe i should drop everything and go travel with her, i will lose all my comforts, but at least it has more meaning to me.
I don't know anymore, let me take that shower and enjoy the day.

2024.05.14 05:03 Tricky-Sink-3921 Is there a better way to level the base for a playhouse?

Is there a better way to level the base for a playhouse?
I'm building a playhouse similar to this project.
My small yard has quite a bit of slope to it. With the left front post about 1-2 inches below the front right post. The back left post is about 3-4 inches below the front right post. I filled in some of the ground below the posts with dirt from elsewhere and crushed stones and packed them until it was tight and leveled paving stones on top. From there I had a level base for the posts. The pavers also serving to keep the wood out of the dirt to prevent rot.
This all seems to work well but my wife hates the way the stones and pavers look in the yard. Is there a better approach? Is there any reason I couldn't just cover the stones with top soil and possibly put some grass seed over it?

2024.05.14 04:50 cwtguy Moldy air coming from neighbors house - how can we improve the air quality and smell outside?

I've already spoken with my neighbor. She doesn't notice or pretends not to. She's a renter and is currently staying in a hotel while her place is being remodeled on the inside.
Long story short she let a toilet leak into the floor for years and it finally rotted the wood and fel through. When the landlord came in to fix the problem he has also been at work replacing a sink, hole in roof, leaking shower into floor below, rotted drywall and that's what I he told me. He also mentioned she's a hoarder and it was disgusting to be in there.
The contractor has a window open with a fan constantly blowing air out of the house. It's the same rancid smell we as neighbors always smell when she has her AC unit exhaust attached to the window to vent outside.
Due to the nature of the reno situation going on I feel now is the time to help her out or take action on our front with outdoor fans, Tiki torches and whatever else will combat the smell. Maybe it's dangerous but it's definitely uncomfortable. Guests and delivery people comment on it each summer. I want our outdoor area to be inviting and pleasant.
Any suggestions?

2024.05.14 04:27 Santic_cycling 13 Facts about Indoor Cycling Benefits

13 Facts about Indoor Cycling Benefits
13 Facts about Indoor Cycling Benefits
01: It Is Gentle On Your Joints Cycling inside is a low-impact workout. Cycling, as a result, reduces the impact load on major muscle groups and joints such as your thighs, legs, and toes. The motions lubricate the joints, reducing discomfort and stiffness and allowing you to have reduced joint tension. It also aids in weight loss, intensity change, and muscle building.
02: It Can Be Done In both Rain and Shine With the popularity of indoor cycling, you may wonder if it can even compete with the traditional outdoor ride. While even the greatest mimicked outdoor surroundings cannot compete with being out in the airflow, the ease of indoor activities is a distinct advantage. Indoor cycling is not time-consuming, and then you can watch your favorite programs or play music while working up a sweat.
03: It Builds Balance and Reduces the Risk of Falls Indoor cycling helps balance your body, enabling you to perform simple actions such as walking without help, conversing with people when strolling, tripping over obstructions, and taking the stairs.
Having strong pelvic muscles helps cyclists with a solid foundation for riding and maintaining steadiness on the cycle. Continuous cycling will strengthen the tension of our muscles, enhancing their power and, as a result, our general balance.
Gait and balance improved significantly in the static cycling exercise and the aerobic fitness exercise program. Indoor cycling is essential for aged people; it increases their balance which helps in walking, and this can help them avoid accidents.

04: It Strengthens Your Lower-Body Muscles Indoor biking is an excellent aerobic workout, and it will help you burn around 150 extra calories every hour. This helps to build your lower body, such as your hips, thighs, and groin. An indoor bike is ideal for light exercise on your spine, groin, legs, and feet.
One of the advantages of indoor biking is that it makes your lower body look better. Your glutes will be firm and more shaped, and those excess fat cells will wither away, giving you a lean buttock that will look fantastic in those skintight biking pants.
With every ride, indoor cycling strengthens and releases your glutes, raising the pedal and supporting your joints with each cycle. When you lower your legs for each spin, you will exercise your quads, which will help preserve your feet and ankles when cycling and during regular activities.

05: It Strengthen Your Heart Cycling on a stationary bike is a great way to burn fat while improving your cardio, breathing, and joints with every cycle. A stationary bicycle, when compared to other forms of cardio equipment, places less strain on your joints while still providing fantastic cardiovascular exercise.
Cycling can help build your cardiac muscles in the same way that it improves your biceps, thighs, and other body muscles. The healthier your cardiac system is, the more efficiently it circulates oxygen into the bloodstream, lowering your heartbeat and lowering your risk of a heart attack.

2024.05.14 04:15 RonSequitur Reseal with silicone (again...) or retile the whole shower?

I bought a house with an older shower (originally tiled in the 90s) that had crumbling grout, especially right where the tub joined the tile. I used a hand-held grout remover and a dremel tool to get rid of as much of the old grout as I could at the joint between the tub and tile, and then resealed with 100% Silicone.
It seemed to hold great for about a year, after which I could see it separating slightly from the wall and building up a bit of dark discoloration. I went to remove it and quite a bit of water came out from behind the silicone - think the volume of a 2-liter soda bottle cap or two. Maybe an oz.?
First, I'm wondering whether the Silicone I'm using is the right product to seal where the tub meets the tile.
If the Silicone is the right tool for the job, could the water just be coming in from small defects elsewhere in the grout? There seem to be one or two small (1/8") spots where the grout has failed and water might be entering the wall. Can I just seal those up with the Silicone as well?
Is this a bigger job than I'm making it out to be? Do I need to try start from scratch and retile the whole shower? I'm worried about water getting into the walls and doing damage that I'm not seeing.
I believe this is the product I used, which I see now is a window and door sealant. I'm happy to put more photos in the comments, if that would be helpful.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

2024.05.14 04:03 Beneficial_Stay4558 31 [M4F] NJ/NY/PA Northeast USA - Looking for a real connection that grows into something great

I'm 31 years old, live in NJ. 5'9", 165 lbs (fit/athletic build) 3rd generation Chinese American (my family immigrated here in the 1900s). My family identifies as American as we tend to eat more pasta than rice and my generation has not learned the language. College educated with a Bachelor's in Biomedical Science (switched from an Engineering major...turns out I don't like theoretical math); currently working in the pharmaceutical industry and pretty much love the industry as there isn't any work drama and it's relatively straightforward yet challenging.
I've tried a few long distance relationships and they're quite difficult to manage...they were great when we able to meet in person and I didn't mind putting in the extra work. I'd be willing to try one if the distance is reasonable and the there is a definite spark between us. I am pretty sure I fit the definition of a demisexual, so I'll be strictly trying to form a connection first. I REALLY need the emotional connection before there is a sexual attraction, mentally I can't do hook ups (they're just really hard for me to handle and I have turned people down).
Personality wise I've been told that I tend to bring people together and keep things fun. I have a few different groups of friends and communities I am often with...and they can vary from the youngsters (21 to 30) to the old guys (60+) to the group that's around my age. I would say I'm pretty good at conversing and I try to stay on top of most current events. Mentally I'm an old man and feel more comfortable in that setting, so much that I literally hang out with 60+ years olds at the gym after a workout in the hot tub. I call them the hot tub gang and it's always a set of regulars where we might talk about the same thing every single day until someone newer to the group says that we talked about it yesterday.
I would say fitness is a major player in my life. I started out hating swimming as a kid, but here I am almost 27 years later...I made it through the lessons at the YMCA, joined a club team, swam in high school, swam in college and now I'm a swim coach and instructor as a hobby/side job in my free time. There's something about being a part of coaching people and watching them grow up and succeed that makes me smile.
My free time in the cold months usually consists of planning DIY projects or working on them. I tend to work on all the cars in the family and am the one that fixes them up or finds replacements for them. Or planning my next road trip to somewhere nicer. Whereas in the warm months I love going down to the beach to go for a swim and have a nice relaxing breakfast outdoors. I do have a few kayaks that I'll bring out to go with friends or if I feel it's safe a nice solo paddle to clear my mind. When I think about it, too many of my hobbies involve water. But I do enjoy things on dry land I promise!
I'm really looking for someone I can grow together with, a long term or forever relationship. I want a relationship where both of us put 100% in all the time and if we don't, we can talk to each other about our concerns and work it out. Honestly what I've realized is that maybe I am altruistic...I miss making someone feel happy and loved, miss the good morning texts, the waiting around all day just to see their texts, I miss spoiling someone and the feeling of that feeling of seeing that look that you get when someone truly loves you. I would love to slowly get to know you by having some conversations where the time just flies, then to a point where we talk nonstop, maybe some in person dates and then maybe eventually settle down together and enjoy life together.
Important stuff: Although I enjoy interacting with kids and it's a major part of my life...I don't want any of my own so...sorry if this is a dealbreaker for anyone. I don't drink (except for maybe wine at special occasions....I get really bad Asian Flush so I'll turn bright red if I smell alcohol essentially lol), not into smoking/drugs (Bad asthma and I'm just not into any of that stuff). I don't judge anyone that's into drinking or recreational drugs, it's just not for me personally. Religion wise, I'm Agnostic. Politically I lean relatively to the left.
I'm really searching for that genuine connection; voice calls are definitely a plus and would love to get to know you. It's alright if we end up just as friends that talk here and there.
If it sounds like you could be the one send me a chat or DM and tell me a bit about yourself. My name is Kevin and I'd love to know about you.

2024.05.14 03:51 IndividualAmazing191 I, (32F), have been with my (38M) partner for ten years. How do I know if I should call it off or work it out?

He’s really a wonderful person. We have common interests, genuinely laugh together, and he supports me to go after my dreams. The thing is—he owns a restaurant and has never been able to take time off for us to have meaningful, new life experiences together. He didn’t go to my moms wedding, my sisters wedding, my others sister baby shower, etc.because he couldn’t step away from the restaurant. The thing is, about two years ago he decided he wanted to trying breeding dogs. It was a decision that I wasn’t really part of and he brought home a new dog with plans to breed her. So he did. And he was able to take a few weeks off to help with the puppies being born without the restaurant exploding. I felt resentful and misled. I’d say I’m pretty over it, but we go through these times at least once or twice a year for maybe the last five years of our relationship where I wanted to break up because I felt lonely in my own relationship. Well now he really is about to sell the restaurant (I’ve also been told this for probably six years, but I do think he’s serious this time) and I’m scared that this isn’t going to solve all of our problems. For some reason I still want to be alone. I’m dreaming of buying land to build a home and he’s not naturally in those plans. What do I do? He’s wonderful to me. Supports me and loves me for who I am. I feel so guilty. Am I just bored? I’m too burnt out to work on a relationship. I just want to be alone to work on myself but I selfishly don’t want to lose him. In so scared I won’t find someone like him again.

2024.05.14 03:44 bunsnmangoes I feel blessed

I feel blessed
Last night I was playing with someone who met on co-op. I got in there because I don't like doing non-combat daily commissions, so I went there to "steal" some of hers. After finishing 4 commissions, I had 150 primogems.
At this point I was at 42 pity. C1R1. Paid for the weapon and C1 (200 bucks). I wasn't planning on paying for more because I've already spent too much. I just kept pulling because all my friends got super lucky throughout the banner. One of them C6ed Arlecchino with an average of 34.1 pity for all 5 stars. He lost 4 5050s, but that was still a C6 Arle within 381 pulls.
What. The. F.
Another one C2ed her easily after I baited him into pulling for C1. He got his second Arle in 20 pulls. Then he got his third in the next 10 pull. (I was furious, to say the least)
I had 100% exploration on all areas so there was nothing left to grind.
So. 150 primogems. Only 2 achievements till I can reach 160. The person I was co-oping with was at AR50 and hasn't gone past Act 1 of Fontaine, so I figured she'd be down to do them with me. We did 2 of the newest challenger series.
Now I had 160 primogems. I went for a pull. The light turned purple. It's fine. I had C6 Freminet from this banner, a C6 Xiangling, and C1 Lynette. I don't mind going for another pull or getting more Lynette cons.
I got the fucking bell. "The" bell. I wasn't expecting Arle, but that fatass claymore got me furious.
I checked my Starglitter. I had 6. I went for another pull. 3 star. Cool steel. What's new. 44 pity.
Since I was still in co-op, I decided to do more of the challenger series achievements with my friend. We did 4 which gave me 20 primogems. By then it was around 11:30 pm. I said I'm gonna go sleep. Got out of her world, took the extra 20 primos from Katheryne for finishing my dailies, and went to bed.
This morning I woke up, went for a quick morning run, came back and showered. I logged into Genshin to make some condensed resin because I wouldn't be able to play till I come back home around 8pm. Habitually, I checked my primos. With welkins, I was at 130 primogems.
I checked Arle's banner. 10 hours remaining till it changes to WandereBaizhu. It was only 3 daily commissions away.
Usually I'd save everything till I come back home at night so that I can enjoy the adrenaline rush to finish my day. But today was different. Today was the last day of Arle's banner. This was it. There's no chance for me to get C2 Arlecchino. Heck, I grinded it all! My exploration is at 100% for every single region.
But a part of me thought I might as well try. Anything could happen. That's what Gacha is.
So I went for those 3 daily commissions. Thankfully, 3 of them were combat commissions. Then I went for the pull. The light was blue.
'Of course.' I thought to myself. 'Guess I'll try and say hello to Clorinde.'
Then the light changed colors. At first I thought it was purple. 'Ah. Well at least I'll be able to go for another pull and build pity, or get a new Lynette constellation.'
But it turned gold.
The first thing I felt was confusion. Mind you, I'm a weak ass person and that morning run was the first one I had in 2 years because I wanted to shed some weight. So I was panting while pulling, and when I saw that golden light I thought I was hallucinating.
Then Arlecchino showed up. C2.
For a moment, I was still confused at what was going on. Then it hit me.
I won the 5050. I just C2ed Arlecchino. 10 hours before she goes away.
The decisions that I have made from yesterday till this morning brought me to this moment. The dailies. The achievements. The Bell. The fact that I went for today's dailies. It all just clicked to this very moment.
And the horror that would've hit me if I pulled on the next banner! I already have C2 Wanderer and C0 Baizhu. More cons sounds like a waste for me. It would be even more painful if any of those came early.

I've won three 5050s these past 6 months. Two of them were with Arlecchino. I feel blessed.
Today is gonna be a good day.

2024.05.14 03:31 Historical_Rock_6516 How should I go about limiting my time on Skyrim so I can focus more on a career change?

I've been stocking groceries for 25 years. Stocking these 40 count waters is really starting to do a number on my back. My last vacation i noticed sitting in my car for 30 minutes my back would start to get stiff and after an hour I would have constant pains in my lower back.
I used to not have that problem, but now I'm 44 and keep getting so stiff from doing water everyday. I don't know how I will be able to continue to do this throughout my 50's and 60's.
Over the years I thought about working with computers and really interested in getting into IT. The problem is I've been addicted to gaming my whole life since the 1980's till now.
My current addiction is Skyrim. I've been playing it for around a year and before that it was fallout 4. I keep telling myself I will limit my gaming time, but then I keep telling myself its going to take that much longer to complete everything.
By completing everything i mean by doing all completable quests including all guild quest's, main quest's, dlc quest's, modable area's like wymstooth, forgotton city, armorous questlines. Plus leveling all skills to get to max level while legend all of them to earn enough skill points to learn everything, have all the houses build, including the mod ones, learning all spells, learning all dragon shouts, ect. Doing all of this without fast travel and taking my time without doing any exploits. Oh and completing the dragonborn museum in solitude which has over 2000 items that can be displayed. Doing all these while focusing on one thing at a time.
Also I horde everything all minable points, all alchemy ingredients. I have two followers which I store everything on since they have infinite inventory space. I then sell all weapons and armors while saving up all the ores, ingredients, at least one of each enchanted item along with one of every other item so I can store all of this stuff in the dragonborn museum at some point.
Of course I had an itch to start a new character and now trying to do all this all over again.
Well at least now I just started walking and running while learning some warm up exercises and cooldown exercises which will get me out of the house early in the mourning, but then once I'm done I shower and then back to Skyrim every day. It is just limiting my time each day on it which is irritating me.
The reason I started to want a change is because I've tried to go to college several time over the years and can't seem to focus and never finished. Hopefully exercising daily will help me focus more if I do decide to go back to school. I just can't seem to let Skyrim go even though I've done almost everything already once over the years just never with the same character.
I've thought about majoring in Computer Science and becoming either a database admin or a network admin or something along those lines. I know If I go back to school and continue to work full time I will never seem to change careers. Have had the same job for 25 years and feeling stuck.
You think in time I will learn to let my gaming addiction go and not have the urge to start again? Should I try to limit my time on Skyrim to my days off or maybe don't play it on my days off and get out and explore the town?
I really don't know what would be best at this point. I'm just a completeness and have never done everything on one character. I'm starting to feel like this is a pipe dream that will never happen.
