SOLUTION: You need to force Instagram to send you an email, so your email will be clear from their black list (again, black list issue assumption, not 100% sure, but it works)
You will act as a person that tries to send a form, in order to get an code from Instagram, to re-activate your mail.

2. Select "Data access"
3. Select I have an Instagram account but I can't access my data
4. Just go with John Doe for name, john.doe for user, any country, we just need to complete these fields.
5. Then add your email. (the one that is not receiving the reset link)

Hybrid environment with an on prem AD.
Every now and then when I create new AD accounts, HR will reach out telling me the pw doesn’t work. I try to log in as the user and the pw is incorrect. I make sure that the password that I copy and paste doesn’t have any leading or trailing spaces.
It’s been driving me crazy because the PW shouldn’t have changed between the day I created vs the day the user logs in. I’ve even went as far as confirming the password works before sending it off to HR.
My process:

create AD with “change password at next login”
run delta sync so that I can license account.
enable MFA
verify login
copy AD groups

8/10 times it works without an issue, but then HR will tell me the pw is incorrect. I verified it before hand so how is the password changing?

I live in Hawaii and my employer is based out of California. They migrated to Workday HR software and I've been on HMSA PPO for a long time. They now want to force me to Kaiser HMO. I'm confirming the reason but I believe it will be that HMSA PPO isn't integrated with Workday HR. I believe they needed to do hard copy enrollments. Previously, there were 4 of us in Hawaii. Now there will only be 2. Then the other person wants to use Kaiser. So I would be the only person wanting HMSA and needing hard copy enrollment.
I think it would be really helpful to know how much effort is involved with hard enrollments for one family. Any other tips or reasons I can use to navigate HR and keep HMSA would be really appreciated.

I'd really appreciate help with this. My mainland employer is looking to force me to Kaiser from HMSA. Can my employer legally do this? I'm assuming yes but would appreciate ways to argue to still get HMSA. They have previously said their new Workday HR app didn't support HMSA and that they needed to submit my forms manually. During the smite 2 alpha everything was great until I realized my skins were not there. As I had earned all of them and I purchased the 100 dollar founders edition.. then I went to smite 1 to figure out what was going on and was met with a login screen.. it would not at all let me log in.. met with multiple errors.. it asked “do you already play smite” in which I said yes and proceeded to log in and it wouldn’t do it. So to try to get this to move along I said no and tried my login and was met with a brand new account… now my steam is stuck with the brand new account. All I want to do is log in to my 1800 hr account and play smite 1 now.. but I can’t… and after realizing this issue that means that smite 2 is gonna have problems in the future too.. I have done all the linking stuff in the beginning but my account stems from playing on Xbox for most of the times and I just recently (3 months ago) got into gaming on pc.. I have submitted a ticket. It have had no responses..

Anyone else having issues logging into HR Connect? Yes, I know the password and how to change it. Also, spent 30 minutes on phone with someone to fix my password. He had troubles as well, hence why it took so long.
After he fixed PW, next time I tried to login I couldnt. I can't get my paystubs!!! Apparently I'm not the only one...

Hi all, would love to get some other HR professionals take on this. For context I am a VP in HR operations working at a finance firm in nyc.
I got a call to my personal cell phone late sunday evening from my boss, the CHRO, that she had just been let go and that she was told to inform me that I was also let go (my boss brought me over from our old firm). It’s been two full days later and I still haven’t received any communication about what’s going on from the company or anyone actually still employed by the company.
While the writing is on the wall (I trust my former boss and my remote access had been cut), there’s obviously still a chance that she was a disgruntled employee feeding me false info. So I waited the day out Monday assuming I’d get a call or some sort of notice from the firm. But that never happened, so I reached out to them on the second day to ask my employment status and basically just figure out what’s going on. I’ve sent emails to the CLO, CCO and the person who was hired to replace my boss (the new CHRO started the Monday directly following the Sunday night we were given “notice”…I know it’s so bad) that still haven’t been answered. I tried to call the office and reception said she wouldn’t transfer me to anyone because she “didn’t want to get involved” (?????). I haven’t received any sort of exit lettecobra notice/benefit or payroll status change updates/etc. I haven’t even received a direct phone call from the firm about anything relating to being let go. Basically I’m getting ghosted by the firm.
If I didn’t get that heads up phone call Sunday night, mind you my boss technically wasn’t even an employee of the firm anymore when she told me the news, I would be sitting here for two days not having any clue of what was happening and just thinking there’s an Okta login outage or something. If I wasn’t given any official notice by the firm, even just a verbal notice, should I still expect to get paid for these days? Part of me is also curious if they’re purposely being obtuse and waiting out whatever the ‘no show’ period is so they don’t have to deal with unemployment/separation responsibilities and what not, so I’ve made sure to be thorough with my documentation in my attempts to clarify my employment status with them. I’m just kind of sitting here unsure of what’s going on and it’s really starting to bother me because no one is giving me any answers and I can’t make any move forward given I don’t even know what my actual termination date even is.
It’s also starting to really make me uncomfortable that I’m being treated this way. I can confidentially say I didn’t do anything wrong - I got a nice bonus a few months ago and a glowing performance review. I’ve never been on a PIP and am generally pretty well liked. And my work is very by the book, which is the reason I was brought over to the firm in the first place. A lot of my coworkers have reached out to ask if I was okay - I guess they had our desks at the office every publicly cleared out (with no word on how to get my stuff). All I have is that apparently they told my former boss it just “wasn’t a good fit.” Even still, I’m not sure why all the secrecy and why I don’t have any documentation. I can’t even file for unemployment because I don’t have any sort of proof that I’m even fired? I think I’m going to go into the office tomorrow and try to get some answers in person, assuming my elevator badge still works. This is obviously extremely unprofessional by the company but do I have grounds to file a complaint with the DOL? I feel like I don’t have any rights.

Hi! I was stalking this subreddit reading every post about the timeline for a refund of FERS pension contributions. I thought I would contribute how mine is going now that I'm in the process. I will update as it progresses.
22 March 2024 -- I separated from my agency/federal service . I submitted the SF 3601 directly to my HR on this day.
10 April 2024 -- I emailed my HR and they told me the SF 3601 was turned over to OPM on 1 April 2024.
15 April 2024 -- I received a DFAS LES that the SF 3601 was submitted to OPM on 27 March 2024. Different date than HR said, but whatever.
1 May 2024 -- I called OPM at 1-888-767-6738. I selected that I am a retiree and then explained my situation to the lady on the phone. She said that yes, she can confirm that my SF 3601 was received and that it is "awaiting assignment to an analyst." I asked her how long the process should take and she told me 14-16 weeks. That puts me expecting the deposit to hit in mid-July.
Update 1: 8 May 2024 -- I called OPM at the same number, followed the same process. I was told that the department that processes the refunds "logged" the application on 16 April and that it is still not assigned to any one analyst. I was then told that the process takes, on average, 12-14 weeks from the date of "login,' which was April 16. So, still expecting the deposit for mid-July.
I will continue to call weekly and check up on its status. I will revisit this periodically to update so others considering this options or already going through it can track wait times and therefore plan accordingly.

I don’t know how to login to any of my resources (adp, direct deposit stuff, worklifebalance) or even the on-site computers, I haven’t been given any of the usernames I’m supposed to sign in with and I don’t know how to go about going to HR in person and would rather do it over the phone because I’m tired of the “hey I’m new can you help me w-“ but I’ve been trying to call and no one this picking up the phone
