2024.05.14 08:17 90nissan300zx First Ceramic Coat

First Ceramic Coat
TLDR: Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating. Car shiny. Car protected. Not sponsored. I'm an asshole.
I am my own worst enemy. I hate being as meticulous as I am. I know that eventually I'll stop caring as much since this is my DD.
Anyway, I picked up the Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating kit on Amazon. Luckily, it was on sale for $107.97. Now it looks like it's back over $150.
Picked up my new TR last month. Polished her up with Sonax Perfect Finish since there were the typical micro scratches here and there. Applied Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. Smacked some bugs on the way to work and by the time I got home to wipe them off, I noticed some of the bug guts had penetrated through the sealant and clearcoat, leaving etching. The next day we had heavy rain. Came out of work to see the sealant had all come up and was a dark yellowy, gooey mess. It then it dawned on me that the bottle I used was about 5 years old and the product was likely no good anymore, despite me storing it inside the house. Should've took a Mississippi second to think about this before using it. Time flies and I'm only human; I make mistakes.
The etching was definitely embedded into the clearcoat of the front bumper. Polishing didn't work. Stepped up to Sonax CutMax with a Lake Country orange pad. Didn't work. Broke out the 5000 grit sandpaper, wetsanded, CutMax/orange and then Perfect Finish/white. Etching gone. These bugs must've eaten straight battery acid; they weren't even on the paint long.
Next was a strip wash. For 2 hours. Prepped the car with Adam's Prep and went to town on the application. I had never done a ceramic coating prior to this. I figure if I mess it up, I have all of the equipment to start over.
It wasn't difficult but to ensure it was done right took me some time. I went slow at first until I got a feel for how long the product took to flash/set. Application was about 2 hours.
Gloss/shine is similar to most other high quality waxes/sealants I've used in the past on my other cars. The benefits being the extreme hydrophobicity, protection and longevity.
I'm happy with the results. I do have a small high spot on the hood that I must've missed. Near impossible to see unless lighting is right and I turn/tilt my head like an owl. I'll polish it down next weekend and reapply some ceramic. Also, I didn't get around to applying it to the cladding yet. Not too bad for my first ceramic coat.
Snapped a few photos before work. Anxious to break out the DSLR to get better shots.

2024.05.14 07:32 Own_Detective7626 I (21M) want to quit my job, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea.

Currently, I'm on a LOA (leave of absence) from my job due to my mental health. I've been receiving treatment for depression even before I started here, but this job is making it worse.
I'm in retail sales and I get amazing benefits, plus I get paid well. The dress code is also very tame and I get the option to have colored hair and piercings. I've never faced any discrimination from my coworkers, I'm in the middle upper rankings for the store/company, and my coworkers/customers generally speak highly of me. All this is to say that I like a lot about my job, but I really can't stand sales.
Sales and the amount of hours worked really has been what's taking a toll on my mental health (I'm scheduled 8.5hrs at a time, and I'm going overtime nearly every week). I've been wanting to go back to school for a while now as well, but it just wont be in the cards for me as long as I'm working this job. I feel like I'm just hitting a wall right now and I'm not able to move forward. I already know that I can't stay at this job since my health has just gotten worse since being there, but I'm unsure of how to go about quitting.
If I give my two weeks now, it would mean that I quit when my LOA ends, and I would owe part of an insurance premium to my work. I'm getting short-term disability benefits, and had to sign a document that mentioned owing an insurance premium to the company if I decide not to return to work. I tried looking more into that, and everything I found was pretty vague. From what I understand though, is that if employment is terminated for any reason within 30 days of my LOA, I owe that premium. I'm not sure how much it is, but I'm guessing around $400. (I'm in Colorado if anyone knows more than me about that.)
Additionally, I have about 3 months worth of savings to live on. There's the possibility that I may find a job quickly, but I'm not sure how long it would take. It makes me nervous that I've been hearing about some people going unemployed for 6 months or more. My parents offered to help me out as well, but that's much more of a last resort to me.
Of course, another option is returning to work and searching for a job. I'm a little more hesitant about this idea because I know that my mental health would get worse again. It is the safer option financially, but probably not safer for me.
If anyone has advice, it'd be greatly appreciated, thank you.

2024.05.14 07:24 RinkyDink1629 How can I, as a team lead, make night shift more bearable for everyone/run more efficiently?

I would like to start off by saying I might become a team lead soon. Yes I know these are big goals for someone who is just a team lead, but I like to set my sights high. If that happens, or even if not, I would like to make my mark by making night shift run more smoothly/make it more bearable for the higher leads and team members as well.
What is the problem?
Why is it my goal?
Some Ideas
What I’m asking of you guys is, how can I reach this goal? What are some things you do in your store to make things run more smoothly in general, not even just at night? Are there some things about my restaurant you’re curious about that could help you answer my request?

2024.05.14 07:11 hyvarjus Augusta Precious Metals Review: Fees, Services, and Customer Experiences

Investing in precious metals like gold and silver has been a reliable way to diversify your portfolio and protect your wealth against market volatility. One of the standout companies in this field is Augusta Precious Metals. In this comprehensive review, I'll cover everything you need to know about Augusta Precious Metals, from their services and fees to their customer service and overall reputation.

What is Augusta Precious Metals?

Augusta Precious Metals is a leading provider of gold and silver IRAs, catering primarily to those looking to diversify their retirement savings. Established in 2012, the company has quickly built a reputation for transparency, customer service, and educational resources aimed at helping investors make informed decisions.

Key Services and Products

Gold and Silver IRAs
Augusta Precious Metals specializes in helping customers set up self-directed IRAs that include physical gold and silver. Unlike traditional IRAs, these self-directed accounts allow you to invest in physical precious metals, providing a tangible asset that can hedge against economic downturns and inflation.
Physical Gold and Silver
In addition to IRAs, Augusta offers direct sales of gold and silver for personal investment. They provide a range of products, including bullion coins, bars, and premium coins. This allows investors to diversify their holdings outside of a retirement account.

Fees and Pricing

Understanding the fee structure is crucial for any investor. Here's a breakdown of the fees you can expect when working with Augusta Precious Metals:
Account Setup and Annual Fees
In total, you'll pay $250 for your first year. From the second year onwards, the annual fee is a flat $200 as the setup fee is a one-time expense.
Additional Costs
There are no setup costs for non-IRA accounts. Furthermore, depending on the size of your precious metals investment, you could have all fees waived for up to 10 years.

Customer Service and Support

Augusta Precious Metals prides itself on offering exceptional customer service. Each customer is assigned a dedicated agent to guide them through the process of setting up an IRA or purchasing precious metals. This personalized approach ensures that all your questions are answered and you feel confident in your investment decisions.
Account Lifetime Service
One of the standout features of Augusta Precious Metals is their "account lifetime service." This means you can count on ongoing support from their helpful staff for as long as you hold an account with them. This level of service is rare in the industry and underscores Augusta's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Educational Resources
Augusta goes above and beyond in educating its customers. They offer a free gold IRA guide that explains the benefits and potential risks of investing in precious metals. Additionally, they host educational webinars and have an on-staff Harvard-trained economist, Devlyn Steele, who provides insights into market trends and economic forecasts.

Security and Storage

When you invest in physical gold or silver, secure storage is essential. Augusta Precious Metals partners with the Delaware Depository, a highly secure facility that provides segregated storage for your assets. This means your precious metals are stored separately from those of other investors, ensuring that you receive exactly what you invested in when you choose to withdraw your holdings.

Buyback Policy

Augusta Precious Metals offers a buyback policy, although it does not guarantee repurchase. Historically, they have made buyback offers for the products they sell, providing liquidity for investors who decide to sell their holdings. This policy adds an extra layer of security, knowing that there is a potential buyer for your assets if needed.

Payment Methods

To open an account with Augusta Precious Metals, you can use the following payment methods: bank wire transfers, personal checks, and bank checks.
Payments by check are capped at $50,000, while bank wire transfers have no cap. It's important to note that Augusta does not accept payments via PayPal, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrencies.

Refund Policy

For first-time customers, Augusta offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium gold and silver coin transactions. This policy allows new investors to make their initial purchases with peace of mind, knowing they have the option to cancel their order if they change their minds. However, subsequent orders are final upon completion of the recorded confirmation call unless state laws provide for a longer cancellation period.

Customer Reviews and Ratings

Augusta Precious Metals has received numerous accolades and positive reviews from both customers and industry experts. They hold an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a AAA rating from the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). Additionally, they have been named "Best Overall Gold IRA Company" by Money magazine for multiple years and "Most Transparent Pricing" by Investopedia.
Testimonials
Many customers have praised Augusta for their transparency, customer service, and educational resources. Here are a few testimonials:

Ethical Practices

Augusta Precious Metals prides itself on ethical business practices. They educate consumers on how to avoid common scams in the precious metals industry and are transparent about their pricing and fees. Unlike some competitors, they do not use high-pressure sales tactics or scare tactics to push customers into making purchases.

Special Promotions and Perks

While Augusta Precious Metals does not offer traditional promo codes or discounts, they do have special promotions. For instance, depending on the size of your investment, you could have your fees waived for up to 10 years. Additionally, when you open a gold IRA account, you'll receive a complimentary gold coin as a gift.

Pros and Cons

2024.05.14 07:09 SuperSmell9106 What should I do?

I got myself in a bit of a mess. I ordered expensive night vision binoculars from aliexpress that took ten days to ship. They arrived with a broken battery socket , so I ordered a replacement that was on sale.
Aliexpress wouldn't give me a refund, so I filed a charge back on the original order .
The bank automatically refunded me the money and aliexpress allowed me to do a free return (after I did the charge back)
Now the store is saying they are all out of stock and I need to wait 30 days to till they build a new one. I have already waited two weeks and it has not ship.
My question is should I cancel the order on the replacement? Should I ship the broken binoculars back ? Should I cancel my chargeback? Is the store trying to scam me by saying the product is out of stock?

2024.05.14 07:02 Independent-Top4473 Ribbon gear too loose

Ribbon gear too loose
So recently, we went to a used office furniture store to pick me up some office furniture and while we were there, we stumbled upon a Deluxe 100 typewriter on sale for $10. We decided to get it since why not? And it didn’t seem to be in too bad of shape aside from a missing key cap and a much needed paint job. Since we got it home, I had a poke under the hood and everything seemed to be in order so we bought a new ribbon and I installed. While doing so, however, I noticed that the ribbon only wound in one direction. At the time, I figured that I could solve it temporarily by manually winding the ribbon to one side. However, having used it properly for a day, I realized that was not going to be a long term solution since having to spend a few minutes rewinding it after getting less than a page’s worth done was not going to be practical. So I went ahead and opened it back up to find the problem. Currently, the left side winds no problem so I can make it go right to left, but the right side wind doesn’t wind at all. My current theory is that the ratchet on the right is too loose to allow the pawl to properly disengage when it retracts (as seen in the video), however, I did notice a torsion spring on the left that wasn’t mirrored on the right (also visible in the video) and I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the current predicament. Otherwise, I didn’t notice anything missing or any difference between the two sides. If I am correct and the issue is the loose ratchet, how would I go about tightening it. Otherwise if I’m wrong, what might the issue be?

2024.05.14 06:12 ParoSparrow79 Stepson & wife are cruel & hurtful to me for no reason

So, this has been going on for 5 years and I'm reaching the point of explosion!!!!!
I'm (35) married to my husband (55)
He has a son (22) who has just gotten married to his wife (20). His son is a narcissist and has been that way since the day I met him. He is very talented at a number of things (motocross, golf, etc.) And he is a hard worker. By all outward appearances he's a good person and can be very kind at times.
The issue is that he is very spoiled and has always been given the best of the best. ($1,200 phones, $7,000 dirtbikes, the nicest clothes and shoes and blah blah blah)
His mother is loaded and buys him cars, clothes, coach backpacks, $400 shoes for no reason, spends $2,000+ on his birthdays and Christmases and just bows down to his every want and need
I was raised with the power getting shut off every 3 months bc my single mother struggled to keep the lights on. I shopped (and still shop) at thrift stores and I've NEVER cared about having flashy expensive THINGS. There is more to life than stuff.
Anyway... his son will always say things like "where did you get that shirt? Wish?" He will pick on me about my hobbies. Pretty much saying the things I enjoy doing are lame.
If I started talking about politics or any kind of REAL issues going on in the world he would dismiss what I'm saying and say that I'm a conspiracy theorist (meanwhile, his world revolves around tic-tok and video games)
After he got married things have gotten much worse. Keep in mind, his wife is 20 and I'm 35.
He will compare how she looks to how I look. We went on a boat trip and she wore a bathing suit while I wore shorts and a tank top. I'm not fat by any means, but I would LOVE to lose around 15lbs and have the flat little tummy I once did.
His wife is 4 inches taller than me and has huge boobs and a completely different body style. I never once compared myself to her or envied her in any way, but he will say things to me like "how much do weigh?" And then ask her how much she weighs...and then say "how do you guys look so different when your only 5-10lbs difference" he makes me so self conscious and insecure comparing me to someone who is 15 years younger than me FOR NO REASON EXCEPT TO HURT ME.
She says things to me too.
We were playing pickle ball today. First time I ever played and I was doing so-so
My team was behind and she hollered out to my team mate "do you want me to come out there and take her place" (talking about me)
If I try to have a discussion with her about anything she will find some way to argue with Mr and tell me I'm wrong and it's impossible to have any kind of real diologue with her UNLESS IT IS ABOUT HER AND HER INTERESTS
It gets worse
Me and my husband have a 4 year old daughter who was born with a cleft pallette in the roof of her mouth and she's had surgeries and is taking speech therapy and is doing great
Well, my stepson and his wife just had a baby (5 months)
My stepson (in front of like 6 people/family members) said to me "our son is perfect, what's the matter, why can't you have a perfect baby too"? THAT IS HIS FUKKIN SISTER!!!!!
I race motocross with them every weekend. It's my husband's son/family and we see them often
LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME WE SEE THEM ONE (OR BOTH) SAY SOMETHING CRUEL TO ME.
I'm a very encouraging person. My stepsons wife gained a lot of weight after her pregnancy and when she started losing the weight I'd tell her "you look so pretty today" or "you look great"
I have TRIED to lead by example and treat them how I want to me treated.
They NEVER tell me "good job" or say anything nice/positive to me. They feed off of hurting and picking on other people to make themselves feel better. They talk shut constantly and I'm nothing like that and don't want to be.
I smile and pretend things dont hurt me so that I don't rock the boat. I don't stand up for myself and don't even know how to.
Normally when I'm around toxic people like this I avoid them and cut them out of my life, but I'm at a loss for ideas and don't know how to move forward.
Any advice or encouragement would be most welcome. I've talked to my husband but he doesn't know how to handle it and doesn't want to talk to his son because his son picks on him too and my husband doesn't seem to care. I don't think he understands why I am so hurt/upset by it in the first place.
Mt husband always says "he was just joking" or "he didn't mean it"....THE GASLIGHTING IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent. God bless you all.

Finally part of the club with the “Shunbun”! (SBGA413G)
Not sure if the Store Director was just using a sales technique, but he said it took for four months to receive it at the boutique and I just so happened to walk in on the day of.
It was absolutely brand new when he brought it out for me to see though. Got to compare this with the elegance collection’s beaded bracelet (too formal for an everyday watch for my lifestyle), and the pink snowflake limited edition (a little too pink for me).
Super happy about this watch and I can’t stop staring at it. The quality is outstanding and I can’t imagine being happier with another brand at this point in time.

2024.05.14 04:08 ThrowRA00797 Assistant manager was fired for retaliation against me and is now threatening and harassing me

Throwaway for above reason.
A few months ago, I took a new job with a new retail store opening in my area and was hired on as a third key. Everything started out ok when the schedule was 8-4 M-F, however, after the store actually opened and the schedule changed to opening/closing and weekend shifts - all of a sudden there was an issue with the assistant manager wanting to close.
For background information, I am a single, mid-20s single woman without children. The assistant manager came to me one afternoon asking to switch her one closing shift the upcoming week with my opening shift that day because closing shifts “make her tired” and she also referenced the fact that she is a mother, and that she needs to “get home to get kid, otherwise her husband has to take off work.”
I refused to switch shifts with her and honestly made up a reason as to why I couldn’t, even though I shouldn’t have felt like I needed to. I then went and reported this to the store manager, because she also disclosed to me that she claimed that she was told in her interview she would “never have to take a closing shift.” I presented this to the store manager and basically told him he needed to handle it, because I felt uncomfortable to have someone in a supervisor position come to me and ask me in a pressuring way to switch shifts.
The store manager was perfectly understandable of this, and he did speak to the assistant manager about it. However, she quickly figured out who spoke to him about it as I was the only one she had asked to switch shifts with. This then started some pretty extreme retaliation.
Despite being told not to talk to me one on one, the next day after being spoken to by the store manager, the assistant manager approached me and asked to speak privately in the office, without a witness. She approached me somewhat aggressively, and I had an uncomfortable feeling about this conversation. I agreed to talk to her there, however, on the way, I began recording the conversation on my phone. I live in a one-party recording state.
During this conversation, the assistant manager started the conversation by asking multiple times if “we can just keep this conversation a total secret, just between you and me” and then violated open door policy by telling me that I was incorrect to go to the store manager, that she “didn’t mean anything by asking to switch shifts” and if I was uncomfortable, I should have come and talked to her instead of going to my direct supervisor (the store manager). During the course of the conversation, I counted over 4 times that she said “next time don’t talk to SM name, just come talk to me” and told me I should be understanding to the fact that “she’s a mother” and why she wouldn’t want to close. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional conversation overall.
I of course reported this almost immediately to the store manager and showed him the recording. He agreed this was fully out of line and spoke to the assistant manager again asking why she approached me when specifically told not to. Not knowing the conversation was recorded, the assistant manager proceeded to lie and say she just “wanted to smooth things over” and made up a completely different narrative that what actually happened. She outright denied ever telling me I could not report anything to the store manager.
After this is when the retaliation started to come out in full swing. One of my job responsibilities is to visually merchandise the store. The next day when I came in for my shift, the assistant manager was tearing down and completely resetting a floor set I had just done the day prior. I asked very plainly “what are you doing?” And she immediately told me “I am not going to deal with your attitude today and I will send you home right now.” This was 20 minutes after I arrived for an 8 hour shift.
I walked away and went to the back office and interrupted the store manager who was in a district zoom meeting at the time and let him know the assistant manager was threatening to send me home. He left the meeting and then proceeded to “mediate” on the sales floor the rest of the day, as the assistant manager did not act out of pocket when under the direct supervision of the store manager.
Another notable incident was an act of attempted physical violence before the assistant manager was fired. I was in the back stock room with the inventory manager when the assistant manager, who was pushing a large rack on wheels of very heavy merchandise (I can’t be too specific as to what the merchandise was as I’m scared it may give away where I work, but this rack would have weighed 350+ lbs easily) burst through the back stock room swinging doors without warning into my direct path. I jumped out of the way with mere seconds to spare or I would have been run over and definitely injured at the speed she was going and yelled out “excuse me!” To try and illicit a response, just in case she did not see me there.
I got no response. No apology, no excuse me, just dead pan silence as she then stared at me as she went by. It felt VERY intentional. She even dropped off the merchandise at the back of the room, turned around and walked out without ever saying a word to me. The inventory manager even rushed over to me and asked if I was alright because she could see how aggressive it was.
The next incident involved the assistant manager threatening insubordination against me, and this is when I felt like she was using language to try and write me up for something. Over the weekend, the store manager (and NOT the assistant manager) completed a new visual set as directed by corporate. Since I was not present for it, I have been previously instructed by the store manager that if I feel there is a better option to fit the set to the corporate visual standard, I have the full power to make those changes behind him. This is because he prefers to set the floor set from the beginning himself and then let me go behind and tweak his work to “make it perfect.”
Since I was previously instructed to do this, when I came into work after the set had been changed, I then proceeded to “tweak” it. My honest contributions were changing the pants on one mannequin, swapping a necklace on another mannequin, and setting a hat shelf for a group of hats that were not set on the floor at all. While setting the hats, I was told that I immediately needed to stop what I was doing because “this floor set has already been set, so you changing it right now is insubordination.” I am smart enough to recognize when she adopted new vocabulary often seen in write ups that she was probably working on one. It was at this point I finally decided enough was enough, and I called HR.
The HR rep was very understanding and listened to my complaints. I do realize HR is there to protect the company more than anything, but with the hostile work environment she was creating I felt like she was a big liability to have on their hands. I complained about hostile work environment, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination because I was made to feel as if I should close because I’m childless. She told me she would investigate my claims and then report back.
To make a long story short, my suspicions were correct and the assistant manager has created an entire write up for my “attitude”that conveniently started the day after I told the store manager about the “private” conversation she had with me in the managers office. It took about a week from when I reported it, but HR did fire her for retaliation. I did not find out about the write up she had written until after she was fired.
There were a couple incidents in the week when HR was investigating her like her calling the district manager because I took our register money to the bank to get change as instructed by the store manager. She skipped calling the store manager entirely and just went straight to the district manager and attempted to make it seem as if I was stealing. The other incident involved her yelling in my face loudly at the register in front of multiple customers and calling me a liar because I corrected her on a work policy.
Once she was fired, she immediately started calling my personal cell phone multiple times. I did not answer. She then sent me a string of multiple threatening texts messages and also tried to say that my recording of our conversation was illegal (again, we live in a one-party recording state). She had a printed out copy of the law and I think is honestly dense enough to not understand that I am the one party to the recorded conversation, therefore making the recording not illegal. I told her to never text me again, and she then proceeded to get violent and threaten to fight me if I ever saw her again and call me multiple curse words. I decided to block her number, hoping that she’d move on.
The HR rep called to tell me they had “closed their investigation” and I’d be notified of the findings on my next shift, however I told the rep that I knew she was fired because she was calling me and sending me threatening text messages. IMO, the rep started to act indifferent and told me to “report it to my local authorities if I felt uncomfortable”
Now, over the past two weeks there has been an anonymous number calling the store asking to speak with me. I have yet to pick up one of these calls, however one of my coworkers did tell the person the first time that I was there. They asked to speak with me, and then when put on hold they immediately hung up. I was nervous she may try to show up, but nothing happened that I know of that night. I chalked it up to maybe it was just an actual customer.
However, today an anonymous number called again asking to speak with someone with my first name. We have two people who work there with my first name, so when my coworker asked “which one?” The anonymous caller immediately said my last name and described my physical features to a T. My coworker told the caller I wasn’t working that day, and they asked when I would return. She told them she doesn’t know the schedule so she can’t say, and then the caller hung up.
I have NEVER shared my last name with a customer, EVER and anyone who knows me well enough to know that information would just call my cell phone and definitely not from a blocked number. I have a strong suspicion this is her, although I’m extremely nervous as to why she would keep calling after it’s been weeks since she’s been fired.
What can I do to protect myself? Am I entitled to protection from my employer given the circumstances around her termination? Does this qualify for some kind of protective order? I genuinely do not feel safe going to work right now. I do not feel like I’ve been protected enough. I understand times are hard and the job market is tough, but she put herself in a position to be fired. The state of the economy makes me nervous that she may feel as if she doesn’t have anything to lose now.
TLDR: my assistant manager was fired for retaliation against me and is now threatening me and has physically harassed me in the past and is probably calling under a blocked number to get my work schedule.

2024.05.14 03:12 23px Banned from picking, should I open door it?

But hear me out, finally today we were a little behind (and by behind I mean less than 2+ hours ahead of picking) so the TL sends me on a pick walk. Now let's be clear, if you're sending me on the sales floor I am a SALES FLOOR associate and customers expect to be helped. Keep this is mind. So right off the bat we have no equipment because meat and produce and dairy and overnight steal our L-carts so I have to go to front end to get a carriage, takes five minutes could have spent on to the items.
Then about middle of my pick walk a customer accosts me and asks about some appliance on rollback so I go to get it from the back. Since I am banned from picking I don't remember the backroom locations so I waste five more minutes going to the wrong backroom. Finally get to the bins and dig it out. And the customer says I made her day!
Now I can finish the pick walk since I just made a sale for my whole day's wages (probably two hours wages for the TL). I get back to the opd backroom and I hear the TL saying, "Our pick rate is so slow today." Then they're saying I have 1 item left? So they must have been monitoring me in My Store somehow. Then the TL says I am not allowed to pick anymore and they proceed to send 3 other people out picking. Now we all know they have favorites and I couldn't care less who you call out of work and sleep with but as the TL you're just screwing yourself over. Because for the SECOND time that day I am all alone back there to stage and prep everything for over an hour. I prefer working alone but everybody and I mean everybody else is cross-trained and at least once a week is doing something else like picking or packing or exceptions. I on the other hand am banned from excceptions and picking permanently.
