Aka a thinly veiled rant about the good and bad sides of 3.23 from the view of my group so far.
Aka our perspective and complaints. This is me/us letting off steam not hating on the game. We love it, we're playing it more 2mrw. It's great.
The main Reason it is being put to text is because it seems all too common for events to end with big updates that break parts of them. It's concerning how often the final week is unplayable and IIRC last time even got extended, right?
AS is, Xenothreat was fun, even if we cant finish it ourselves~
Let me preface this by saying, fuck yes, 3.23 has performance wise netted some of the FPS I have ever experienced in Star Citizen and the Server Replication has saved me from frustrations so many times already. I know some people were afraid it would be another 3.18, but by god it might be my favorite update so far.
Let's start with a positive change; Master Modes. I know some people hate them, but I have to say I love them. I find them to be more responsive for some reason, I like the new Quantum overlays albeit GM and MM are almost as bad as feet as far as measurements go.
The Gimbal Changes I will have to get used to, mostly because at this point in time as a fixed gun purist I really have no idea what gimbals do anymore and am too afraid to ask.
HUD 2.0 is a godsent, the map, the new icons, the way it just works and doesn't get halfway covered up by my arm all the time. I think nothing has delighted me as much in an update as this ever, at least not in star citizen. Kudos to the devs on this one it is one of very few changes in SC where I believe most players can't help but like it more than its predecessor.
Let's move straight to the main reason 3.23 so far has left a sour taste in my mouth. Xenothreat Overdrive.
Me and my group had not been able to play at all during 3.22 with bugs and just straight up login errors galore so we decided when 3.23 went live, "You know what, we have a week of free time let's do a phase a week." so lemme break it down into our attempts so far and the absolute downfall of a great event at least in OUR community.
Day 1: Intel Raids, they were great fun. The Intel raids pretty much went from "this fuckery is broken" to a nice few rounds of bunkers with purpose. Our first Intel Raid had no card spawn. Ai stuck in unreachable places still shooting and multiple lacks of rendering screens, so we learned our lesson early. Bring Tigerclaws like a madman , abort and restart the screen until it works and stay safe.
The Gameloop itself was good fun both solo and in a group and overall I could see myself doing this type of mission over and over for the right pay (Personally I'd prolly consider doing it for 20k solo). Once we learned the few tips and tricks, it all worked fine and we left for day two in high spirits.
Day 2: Priority Targets, Introducing the Star Teenagers favorite Dance "The Server Hop" We all like space fights, so seeing we only had to do three of them filled us with a bit of sadness beforehand but we thought we could bash out three in the nine hours we had put aside easy and move on to Phase 3.
God we were wrong. In total it took us seven attempts to get our first card, not because we died or a server crashed but because the cards simply did not spawn. QT'd in and out. Flew away and back and even waited up to half an hour. Nothing helped but hop servers try again, Hop servers try again, which then led us to with a good few tries under our belt getting our third card after a frustrating and admittedly mediocre night of Star Citizen.
It's essentially just a bounty with double the Quantum Jumps needed, though we had to say 3.23s AI really makes you consider if you wanna take any fighters into a fight against ballistic Valks.
Day 3, The Breaking, the Fuckening, the examples for haters to feed upon.
Fleet battles against five hammerheads and their escorts? Server Wide assaults? Lets go! Or so we thought as here are just a few issues we had before even getting to the event.

• Corsairs cant leave the hangar because of a massive hitbox in front of them.
• Stations suddenly engage our ships despite 0 crimestat (netted us almost 7 deaths throughout these 3 days)
• Asteroid fields not rendering
• Entire FLEETS not rendering.

Those of course are just serverside issues and honestly, We are used to those by now aren't we, we know not to let them infuriate us~ We still love this game after all.
And then came the fights... oh boy.

• We spent about 3/10h we played not getting the mission, having to serverhop as once one player died all ships suddenly disappeared and became "missionmarker_xyz" instead.
• The ballistics on Cutty blacks shreds (Aint bad but oh boy was it unexpected)
• Hammerheads rubberband like crazy, no other ships did, just them. And being QT Jumped by a hammerhead only to die instantly ain't fun.
• ARMISTICE ZONES being serverwide causing you to be unable to even fight.
• Lagging ships one-shotting you with a rocket they never fired on any of your orgmates screens.

And then there was the biggest offender. The Gladius. We would love to fight them, but they don't want to fight us. Instead the Xenothreat pilots all embraced their inner Fanatic and Suicide Rammed our ships multiple times.
We counted almost 10 attempts in total and we ain't talking maneuvers here accidentally flying into them. We are talking nearly stationary ships from our end, being boosted into by a Gladius.
10h later, we didn't complete one bit of Phase 3.
Did we expect to finish XT in one week? Honestly not but it's still sad that its impossible because of such disheartening factors.
Do we expect CIG to lengthen the even into 3.23.1? Not really.
Do we expect anything we experienced to be normal to all other people? Also no.
This was but a rant by someone who loves this game and plays it with a passion letting out the steam I built up over hours of playing it and being kept from playing it~
CIG, we love you, but whatever you gave that AI, please take it back.

We went on the ship in Nov and again in April and this is my April ship review.
It is the same itinerary, except we didn't get to Bermuda in Nov due to weather.
Main reason we keep going on this ship is because the port is driving distance and it is cheap. It was 1300$ for 4 people inside room. When we missed Bermuda, they gave us 300 in onboard credit which can be used for tips or you get it back in cash at the end of the trip. So hard to beat their price and I don't know if I want to pay 1000$ to upgrade from golden corral food to off the strip Vegas buffet food.
For embarkation, this time, we walk right through security whereas last time, it took one whole hour to get through security. They gaved priority boarding to family with stroller after you check in.
The room was ready by 1, but some places were not clean like the remote control was sticky and inside the draws and wardrobe was dusty. The floor in the hallways were not as clean as before. Our room attendant and his assistant were friendlier but not as efficient as the last one. Definitely recommend to bring some disinfectant wipes.
They have Heinz ketchup and condiments now, before they had home made ketchup that was too sweet. Some food was too dry but there was always something you can find. They had more watermelon and pineapple this cruise, might be seasonal. Last cruise was mostly melon and apple and pears and they were not very fresh. Their cold salad bar was so delicious. Even the pizza station has become more Americanized in terms of toppings and more square and thick crust. Last time, it was mostly the white pizza, red pizza and cheese pizza. This time, we rarely see the white or red pizza, it was mostly cheese, pepperoni and pizza with a lot of toppings. I feel like there was definitely more bar server walking around this time compare to last time. Number of people cleaning the buffet was pretty good. Some upholstery on the chairs were definitely wearing down. This ship can definitely use a dry dock soon. They do southern comfort food really really well, their Mac and cheese, BBQ ribs were super good. Also they had congee and fried rice for breakfast every morning. They lack Chinese food for dinner and lunch and there is no Chinese menu even thought it is one of their biggest group on this ship. The only Chinese translation they had was on the water dispenser.
The crew in the main dining room is definitely more outgoing. There was a guy with guitar and a crew singing by dessert. The food was bad, they can't cook a ham and cheese omelette correctly. Their brunch menu of souther fried chicken sandwich was like McDonald chicken sandwich except it was cold like I don't think they heat it up long enough. Breakfast was hard if you have a milk and egg allergy. They do brunch on sea days and during the last sea day, they had a brand new menu which meant everything was super delay but the food was so good. It was like breakfast from around the world. They had English breakfast, France was French toast, Japan had fried chicken with rice. The French toast and fried chicken was amazing. On to dinner, you are assigned a time and we got 8:30pm. The lobster and fish dish were dry. The steak was overcooked and dry. I gaved up on the main dining room after 2 nights with 2 small toddler, it wasn't worth the effort to sit down for 1.5 hours for 50/50 chance of good food. The server are more outgoing but the food got worse. Their Caribbean night food in the main dining room was delicious!
I love docking in Bermuda for three days, it made the going on and off the ship super easy and no long wait. Bermuda was awesome.
We didn't try their kids club because our kids won't go. But here is some information. If your kid is under 3.99 years old and not potty trained, they can go to the baby club which is available during sea days for 2 hours. They have two time slot and first come first serve when you sign up the day before. Their idea of potty training is the kid goes into the bathroom all by themselves and the staff stands outside, so the kid should be able to independently do everything themselves. They do have open sessions in the kids area for family to go together. They have Lego, duplo, switch and playhouse and markers. They also have events at night around 7:30 like dance party or sport event which are drop off or parents can stay. They will also take your child after the appetizer course in the main dining room and bring them to the bigs buffet section and feed them and then watch them afterwards.
They have a outdoor pool, Indoor pool, adult only pool and a splash pad with a 1 feet deep pool. The adult only pool is on the back of the ship right next to the walking track which means you will have old people and young people walking through the area constantly. And they don't really enforce the adult only part. Like kids were standing in the general area watching the sunset and no one told them to go away. The splash pad and kiddie pool was not open last time, so my kids had a lot of fun this time in the splash pad. The splash pad and the water slide are in the same area, so my partner and I took turns on the water slide. Last time no one can tell us why it was closed or when it will be reopen again.
If the weather is bad outside, there was no where inside the ship that was quiet and you can still see the ocean. Every lounge and bar and sitting area had music playing and they set the volume so loud. The only quiet area was the back of the buffet. The music on this ship is too loud.
The shows are still the same, there are more broken parts on the led screen on the main stage. Compare to Nov, they are missing 1 male singer, 1 female singer, 1 male dancer, 1 female dancer. The magician act was same but 2 new magician. The comedy act was a different guy and he was boring. They have two shows on the circle stage that is 12$ if you but it beforehand or 18$ on the ship. It is free for kids under 4. It comes with a alcohol or no alcohol drink. I say the show is worth 2$ if you minus the cost of alcohol drink. It was call Houdini but there was no real magician, it was all singing and dancing. Only two of the crew had circus skills.
Overall, I would do this cruise again because if we don't make it to Bermuda, it would be like 900$ for a week where I don't have to cook or make my room.

I'm bored as hell rn so I thought I'd just list some ideas I think could be good additions to the game to get feedback on them and see what other people think should be added.
We need more healing items, so here's two:
An adrenaline Shot, just stim but it's either red or yellow instead of green, and it recharges your energy very quickly and fully but is VERY expensive, maybe it could have a plant you could grow that takes 5 days instead of 3?
A pill item could be cool, it heals you instantly but for less total than an NRS, maybe a quarter HP? Made with either the plants we already have or another new one?
Utility items:
A flaregun could be cool, a small bright red gun with one shot. When fired it calls in an airdrop. Only works on island and could be like keycards in value, with a few static spawns across the maps?
A claymore or trap item could be sick, but it would have to be pretty obvious to keep from being too annoying. I think something like how they do it in r6 with the super visible lasers could be okay, and maybe it being set up takes a moment and is loud, plus taking up a lot of space in bags?
Boss and a vault idea
Something like a case that has a small chance to spawn at select POIs on either Matka or Island maybe, it has three guards. They each are just normal Fenix but the ones with better guns like M4s, glocks, those ones. One of the three drop a case(similar in size to a flight recorder or car battery?) That when opened has a chance for a keycard or similar high value items(GPUs, the flare gun maybe, that stuff).
I think it would be cool if Matka Underground had a train that spawned sometimes like island has the airdrop. It has 3 or 4 purple chests and 2 normal ones, and a few scavs inside guarding the loot! Pretty simply idk, maybe it could have a keycard room instead.
Weapon ideas!
Putting in the KelTec KSG shotgun could be really cool(a gun I personally like lol). 14 rounds in an internal magazine) alongside maybe adding dragons breath shotgun shells?
Another LMG you could buy would be nice, maybe the M248 SAW?
An automatic or machine pistol could be fun, possibly the Baretta 93R? Plus a revolver like the Colt Python or Colt SAA?
And finally, maybe a DMR or two? I feel like they could be fun, similar to sniping

I want a holster for a pistol I can put on my vest so I can either have two(to use at the same time ofc!) Or to hold even Mac 10 to use alongside a sniper?
One that holds between 1 and 3 NRS or maybe a 1 shot energy stick could be nice? Saves bag space and makes them easier(and quieter) to access?
Or what about a canteen or food pouch? That way for like island raids we can save space in our bag? This could be put where the shotgun shell Pouch can go.
Helmet Attachment: Flashbang resistant goggles? Something that you can put on your helmet in the place of NVGs that make flashes not effect you as much? Idk if this would be worth bringing since nobody really uses flashes, but.
Maybe they could add something like a weapon sling? It allows you to carry an addition weapon, but you can only access it when you are not wearing a vest or bag at all. This way you can carry an addition gun out, but it's much harder to get to so you can't switch to it mid fight?
Idk it's really late and I'm tired so these may be stupid lol. Opinions? Ideas of your own?

Sorry for this but this is a long one. I don’t understand something that happened recently and need help understanding this. For the past 3 years, I’ve been playing a game pretty regularly. I’m not mentioning it here because it’s not important. Just know it’s a pvpve open world sandbox style thing with nothing except money being saved between sessions and artificial and natural PvP modes. It does not matter what happens since you come back as you started the next time you log in. In the last year, someone (15m but same grade) from the school I go to found out I play that game and started playing it with me. We have done a lot in that time including getting some pretty rare cosmetics that take a long time to get. These cosmetics are specifically pvp focused meaning I’ve gotten pretty good at it these past 5-7 months. Once we did that, he wanted to keep doing the artificial pvp mode whereas I wanted to get back into the natural mode of it. It started an argument and we both took a long break from it. Around a week ago, we started playing the game again. He recently invited me to a discord server with other classmates who he knows since some were buying the game. I joined and was having fun talking with those people just trying to be likeable. A running joke in the server involves one person being banned for pointless reasons such as no saying a certain word or humming in the vc. I was having an okay time when I looked back in one of the channels and saw the discussion that involved whether I should be invited or not. The initial question was asked by my “friend” saying I was “chill now”. This was countered by two people saying how they had nothing against me but thought I was weird. I brought it up in a playful manner and the people who responded said they were sorry and didn’t know I was no longer friends with another weird person (we had hung out together since 1st grade and fell apart at the end of 7th grade). Looking back I should have been more concerned but I didn’t want to cause an altercation and get banned. I don’t think of myself as weird, maybe socially awkward at times but I think this interaction shows how I generally try and be nice to people at most times. Just today, me, my friend, and the two other people who got the game all got on together. We spotted a group of enemy players and went to go fight them since our group was double their size. We stayed there for a bit, me and my friend being more experienced spawn camping them a bit, before we sent them back to ground zero. We both died on accident when they got the upper hand on us and eventually my friend wanted to team up with them. I didn’t want to do this as teaming up with other groups like this is incredibly boring. He made fun of me to the other people in the call saying I was trying to be like a streamer he introduced me to. This wasn’t true although that streamer could have influenced some of my actions towards other players. We kept gong when I said a cringe thing and got kicked from the vc. I rejoined but was immediately met with a perma ban to which I responded by sabotaging my group as a joke. This wouldn’t have cost them anything since they were going to get off before any progress was made anyways and I thought it would be a funny thing to do. When I did that, they locked me in a jail cell before team killing me a couple times which ended in my “friend” stating, “you have no friends, this is the last time you will see us in a group together”. This really hurt me as after seeing the other comments, I felt I had to fit in as much as I could with these people. I never perceived as though I did something really horribly wrong so I messaged him later asking why he banned me, again, light heartedly. He said I was being an a** and trying to pin the blame on me. According to him, he kicked me, then I sabotaged, to which he banned and jailed me. I don’t think it happened in this sequence at all. I was still trying to be friendly with him and apologized to which he said we could play together again but I wasn’t going to be unbanned from the server. I don’t understand why he and the other people in this group share the same animosity towards me and this seems to be a large consensus towards my personality. I can’t understand if I’m the problem and I am weird or if I’m being manipulated by these people. This group is less of the issue moreover is the fact that they felt this way and if there’s something I can do to fix my image. I’m fairly average in everything physical and excel mentally and I try to be friendly and helpful to everyone. I can’t understand why people feel this way. Can someone help me out?

Current Drama Aside -- I Love NixOS.
I use it on several "obsolete" Macs and a handful of server deployments.
I was thinking it would be nice to get a more modern dedicated laptop to run NixOS as my daily driver,
Framework is an obvious response, but too expensive for the value proposition.
Anyone have a good/solid piece of hardware they'd recommend. Be it a repurposed windows machine or one of these dedicated Linux companies?

After yesterday's mission of creating a house, today Pekora will be holding an Underground Chinchrio (aka: Cee-lo) event. Stay tuned for that during primetime JST (Most likely after Sora's Birthday Live). Rules will be listed below. In the meantime Nene will play during JP's lunchtime period with Ina returning at the start of primetime JST.
General Rules for the server. Written by Pekora in the rulebook, with some edits:

• If you die, its over
• I will write a diary after the broadcast
• Complete the mission
• Nether opening starts on the 16th
• The ultimate goal is to defeat Endora (Ender Dragon) and Wither

  • Write about the events and memories of the day

  • Recreational facilities 5/15 JSTchincillo etc (Editor's Note: According to servers this is Chinchiro, a dice gambling game that Kaiji fans might be familiar with)

Some additional rules were added:

• If you die you can be revived with 7 diamond blocks collected from other players. There will also be a trial to see whether you actually will be revived or not.
• The server now only needs 2/3 of its online players sleeping for time to pass to the next morning.

There are also missions for the server. There are two types: Global and Daily
Global Missions are as follows:

• Find a Western Style Mansion in the forest (basically find a Woodland Mansion) - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Jungle Temple - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Pillager Outpost - 5 Diamonds
• Obtain a Trident - 30 Diamonds
• Find Ruins (Most likely meaning Trail Ruins) - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Pyramid - 10 Diamonds
• Find an Ancient City - 20 Diamonds
• Defeat the Boss of an Underwater Temple (This most likely means the Elder Guardians at an Ocean Monument) - 100 Diamonds
• Obtain 10 different dye colors - Diamond amount unkown

• Another House Building Contest for those who missed out yesterday. Build a house by 11pm JST and the top 3 will get 15, 10, 7 Diamonds
• Go pick up an ice block with someone you never interacted with - 7 Diamonds
• Enchant - 5 Diamonds
• Equip your whole body (have a full armor set) - 2 Diamonds
• Get a treasure map from a ship and find treasure - 10 Diamonds

Rules of Underground Chinchiro (to be held at 21:00 JST)
Note: These are subjected to change (based off of how Pekora will play and my understanding of the game itself. Feel free to make corrections in the comments)
These rules are generally based off of Kaiji's Underground Chinchiro but how it'll go is as follows:

• Players will roll 3 dice (in Minecraft's case push a button that will dispense a random number on a flag from 1-6)
• Depending on what numbers are rolled will determine a win, loss, or number of points.
  • Rolling 3 numbers of the same is an automatic win (like 3 ones, or 3 fives)
  • Rolling a 4,5,6 is an automatic win
  • Rolling a 1,2,3 is an automatic loss
  • Rolling a set of 2+1 will give points (some examples are 2,2,6; 2,2,5; 3,3,2)
  • If you roll neither of these sets, you can roll again (ex: rolling a 1,2,5)
• Winners will most receive diamonds. They will also bet with diamonds too.

Rules that were written in Pekora's Book (from the servers)

• First the "Oya" (Banker) is decided. Members other than the Oya become the "Ko" (Players).
• Once the Ko decides on the betting amount, the Oya will then roll the dice and decide the dice combination. The Oya can roll up to 3 times, but the first dice combination with a set point to come out will be used for the game.
• Each Ko will take turns to roll the dice. If they roll a higher set point than the Oya, the Ko wins. If they roll the same set point, its a tie. If they roll a lower set point than the Oya, the Ko loses.
• If the Ko wins against the Oya, they win the betting amount. If they lose, they must pay the Oya.

General Notes:

• Pekora built a new wall for the member's heads to be placed as the old one was too small and more members have been joining the server.   • This was covered on her news segment. Google TL refers to them as lockers so thats what they will be called. She also notes members's diaries can also be found in the lockers (though where they have to submit it will be the same, the barrel on the left in the spawn house).
• Nene makes sure to write in her entry for yesterday as she forgot to (Even if she played off stream she still has to write down what she did).
• During Pekora's news stream today, she showed us the rules for Cee-lo (Chinchiro), she also mentioned the rules for sleeping changed again to 2/3 people having to sleep for night to pass (this has been updated above)
• Ina has so far been mainly fishing. Her goal is to find an infinity bow from fishing. She also made a small lava farm for people to use.
• Server was restarted at 6:50pm JST
• Lamy has been fishing as well and doing various things. She gave a chest full of torches to Polka's place. She also completed the daily mission of defeating spiders. In her diary, she wrote that she made cakes and gave them to different people like Iroha, Pekora, and Ina.
• Ina met up with Aqua and Subaru on the Subaru. Aqua gave her a pufferfish. Subaru asked Ina for food, and Ina gave some baked potatoes. She also gave Subaru a bed to use. Subaru "Ina you are god". Ina immediately left after that. There are more beds at Polka's place.
• Subaru and Aqua while talking met up with Kaela. They called her a god. Kaela told them that she wants to do the daily missions. Subaru told Kaela that Aqua wants to see from Kaela a joke, so Kaela said "joke" and then slowly walked away.
• Polka was close to dying as she fell in lava while mining, but fortunately she survived.
• While Ina was fishing Kaela came by. Ina gave Kaela a pufferfish that Aqua gave to her (that I think was renamed). Ina told Kaela about her fishing to get enchantments so Kaela gave her a book with Luck of the Sea and Mending to Ina (that Kaela happened to have on her from her own fishing and treasure hunting). She renamed the rod "Blessing of Kaelakami".... and as Kaela came to her house a creeper exploded. Fortunately Kaela is fine but Ina's front house is damaged (it can easily be repaired). She told Ina that she has her own Spider farm and Zombie farm.
• Nene gave Subaru golden armor, however the armor has a curse on it and Subaru put it on (it can't be taken off unless Subaru dies, which in this game is... otsu)
• Aqua has been busy exploring. She found an ocean ruins and a ruined nether portal (completing a daily mission). She also found a sunken ship too.
• Anya has joined. She has to be a PNGtuber, when Anya logged on, Ina type t, Anya responded "DUDE" and Ina "tehepero". Pekora is there to greet Anya and explain the rules. Later, Anya and Ina met up. Ina showed Anya around such as where the food and beds are from Polka. Ina also gave Anya her old iron and gold armor that she had.
• Pekora also did some adventuring for diamonds (completing the daily missions). She too found a sunken ship and buried treasure.
• As Ina and Anya were at the spawn point, a creeper showed up. As Ina was trying to protect Anya and defeat the creeper, it blew up destroying a fenced part of the spawnhouse along with a chest full of the hololive members' heads. Fortunately Ina and Anya itself are fine, but repairs needed to be made. This will be written in their diaries.
• In the meantime, various members spent the night fighting monsters including Iroha, Azki, Ririka, and Hajime. Members like Anya and Kanata worked on making a house for themselves.
  • The next day, a group consisting of Iroha, Chloe, Hajime, Azki, Ririka, Luna went on an adventure together. They built a bridge together and are helping Iroha out with her project (Iroha is making an automatic farm that will use villagers).
• Ina went to write in her diary after watching the Chinchrio round. She was surrounded by two groups of people as she went to her locker (bocchi Ina).
• After a round of Chinchrio, Aqua, Botan, Subaru, and Nene plot something. What this is, one will have to see. It should be noted that they lost quite a few diamonds. Note: According to servers their plan is: To become a Real Estate Giant building the fanciest mansion which Pekora will inspect, ring the bell, and it'll explode. They're also going to have Subaru and Nene be sacrifices so when they go to court they'll try to vote to get them revived, essentially trying to blame Pekora for killing Subaru and Nene viva house explosion. EDIT: Please read below for a more revised plan.
  • Nene notes this will be her final plan in Minecraft and has written a final diary page (a Will). Subaru is also writing a Will as well (diary page). Subaru included Ina, Iroha, and Kaela in the will for helping her out in Minecraft overall, giving them thanks for their help. (not with this current plan).
  • The results: Nene and Subaru both died, but Pekora survived. Botan and Aqua are trying to pin the death of them on Pekora. Koyori is watching this happen from afar.
    • It is recommend to watch clips of this whole ordeal afterwards from start to finish. Lot's of POV's make this hard to keep track.
• Meanwhile Polka prepares lots of golden boots for the upcoming nether gate opening tomorrow.
• Ririka died! Ririka got stuck in her fishing trap and she drowned, however cause she and Hajime were messing around right before, the Kill Log says that Ririka died while trying to run away from Hajime (EDIT: went to check Hajime's POV and it looked like Hajime in trying to free Ririka from the fishing trap, hit her with her axe and that killed Ririka).
  • Azki, Iroha, and Chloe went to Ririka's house (Where she died) to investigate. The Regloss members discussed about what to do. There will be a trial for Ririka tomorrow. Kaela sent a message saying that she will help in reviving Ririka by providing the needed diamonds.
• Currently Kaela is working on making a villager trading post. She's doing villager gacha for books.
• Azki, Iroha, Chloe, and Hajime are ALSO working on making a trading post system with villagers. They're also helping to make an automatic farm for the server too.
• Chloe asked Kaela to get some bones for her. Kaela happily provided. Right after Iroha and Azki asked Kaela to do the mission to get an ice block with her. Kaela agreed. They'll go together along with Chloe, Hajime, Polka, and Luna.
• After that 3rd round of Chinchrio, Anya, Ao, and Raden went into the mines to get diamonds.
• After that, Anya explained to Kaela about this ice block mission and now EVERYONE (who is streaming) are going to do the mission to get an ice block (They found Koyori and also tagged her along on this mission).
  • Kaela whispered that she wished Ririka was there with them to do this mission together.
  • During this mission as they were collecting ice, one of polka's cats got stuck in a boat and due to how Minecraft water works, the boat sank. They were able to free the cat from the boat, but it got stuck underwater underneath the ice and it drowned. Her 2nd cat got stuck in the water but polka was able to free it this time using teleportation.
  • On the way back Kaela, Anya, Raden, and Ao made a grave for Ririka using an ice block and a sign. Polka also made a gravestone for her cat at the ice spot where it died.
• Ao, Raden, and Anya asked Kaela to help in collecting diamonds to revive Ririka. Kaela did but shes worried that by giving the diamonds to them something bad will happen and they will die. She wants all of them to stay alive.
• Polka is also working on placing beds all over the server so people will have a place to sleep. She also worked on extending Nene's bridge, making it larger to walk across.
• As Kaela was heading back to her place she was stopped by Hajime. Hajime jokingly asked for diamonds, and Kaela who was carrying a full stack gave a few away to her. There was some passion English and Japanese occurring between the two of them.
  • It somehow escalated to Kaela keeping Hajime on a fishing line to keep her safe (since she gave Hajime some diamonds she hopes nothing bad will happen to her). Hajime at one point asked if Kaela was a psychopath
• As members write in their diaries, Anya changed the signs at the spawn house so theres also an English translation below for the EN/ID members (as a few plan on joining within the next few days).
• Kaela's actual plan for this stream (before she got roped into the other member's business) is to make perfect enchantments so she can be prepared for the Nether Trip tomorrow.

• Ina notes she mostly just wants to watch them gamble. She went to the corner, muted herself so the others dont hear, and is observing. After a round, Subaru spotted and talked to Ina, lol
• Pekora has a list prepared of participating members (seems like it'll go in rounds) She starts by explaining the rules (see above).
• Anya at some point went down to watch the group play. Sitting in the corner like Ina too.

After Subaru and Nene died (see above), a trial immediately took place. Pekora held a trial to see if they should be revived or not.

• Everyone who is currently online in the server went to watch (though Kaela is behind the door cause she came late. Afterwards Kaela left to do her own thing, I guess since the entire trial is in Japanese and Kaela doesn't understand)

• Aqua and Botan are their lawyers to Subaru and Nene
• Polka is Pekora's lawyer
• Nene and Subaru were brought back for the purpose of this trial. Nene is trying to use crocodile tears to sway the judge.

• Some witness spoke during the trial. Anya is one of them, who was there observing the Chinchiro event happen.
• Pekora had slipped up about killing the two of them, saying she is happy it occured
• Azki gave a final final result. She has sentence everyone involved (Pekora, Subaru, Nene, Aqua, Botan) to make a Trap Tower (TTT).
  • It should be noted that Subaru had only planned to play for this day, so she's satisfied with what has occurred today.
  • Nene also wanted to end Minecraft after this, but it seems like she will have to play for a little longer.

Now, I wrote in the title that the drama involves a power mod, and personally, I don't know how many subs someone can mod for before they're considered a power mod, but the redditors in this conversation mod 150+ subreddits for reference, so I consider that power mod status. One of these power mods in particular will create a new subreddit for every new Weekly Shonen Jump manga series, precisely so they can be the top mod for the subreddit and dictate how the rules go there. It should also be noted that this power mod creates a discord server for these series as well, and advertises it in the series' subreddits.

It's the same guy who'll shill his new subreddit for any new manga that appears."] Pmod1: Why do you hate me punpun, I thought we were besties :( C2: Spiderman pointing at Spiderman C3: battle of the power mods: who can be mods for more manga subreddits

Even though the spiderman comment was in reply to Pmod2, Pmod1 reads it and decides to respond to C2:

I think that last comment by C2 really irritated Pmod1, because their replies get longer and the drama really duplicates:

It appears C2 blocks that account, and through Undelete, I can see there were 2 more replies from 2 other accounts, but they were deleted too fast, so this is all you see:

Please note that this drama is a few months old, and as far as I can tell, the power mods are still doing their modding thing.

I have seen this issue multiple times on DayZ forums and reddit with no resolution. When trying to join a server in Dayz the countdown will start and the loading bar will appear. When the countdown is done and the loading bar is around 25% complete the game will freeze on the blurred out character screen. There are a few RARE circumstances where the character will actually load into the server, but we load in completely desynced, even getting the character to load in requires constant restarting of the game.
We recently upgraded to At&t Internet Air using an All-fi Hub. We get anywhere from 120-300 mbps download and around 40mbps upload average PING is between 20-40. Our old internet was At&t Internet 10 which was awful. We got 11mbps for a few seconds and then kbps and it switched back and forth. Ping was awful on old internet. The old internet ran off a phone cable whereas this new internet is true wifi and connects you to a cell tower for 5G internet. Despite this, we were able to play Dayz on old internet with occasional lag and issues during congested hours, but playable.
My wife loves this game, it's the only thing she plays, she is involved with the community servers she plays in and now its been ripped away from her. I have done hours of EXTENSIVE troubleshooting trying to get this game to work with no success. I will list the methods I have gone through below.
NAT is Open
Ports are forwarded
Internet is strong and Ping is good.

The following methods of troubleshooting have been completed with no success:
Clearing Xbox cache, game save data, account save data, and all cloud-saved data.
deleting and reinstalling DayZ
Hard and soft reset of Xbox
clearing xbox MAC address and ensuring we have static IP address for Xbox
Port forwarding for xbox and common DayZ ports. I have used every available website and forum entry I could find to locate ports for this.
Playing on a different console
We still had some time left on our old internet so I hooked up the old router, made sure I could connect using several different devices and tried playing again on it, now it doesn't even work, so we can't even go back to our old internet.
MTU is currently 1430 (the old router was 1500, which was the only difference between settings other than connection type.) I CAN NOT change this. The router settings will not let me.
Messed around with IP address, MAC address, Gateway address.
I have (briefly mind you) messed around with firewall settings just to make sure they weren't blocking anything.
Tried IPV6 on and off.
Messed with Dayz Menu settings. All of them, FOV, Aim assist, any option that could be enabled, disabled, or changed, i have tried it.
Soft and hard reset the router, restored to factory conditions.
Tried MAC filtering between 2.4 and 5ghz.
Tried IP passthrough and allocation and packet filtering changes
Made sure everything was up to date: Xbox, Wifi router, DayZ
Tried playing with and without Livonia installed.
I have tried a wired and wireless connection with Xbox. keep in mind though, this router has no cable. It connects wirelessly to a cell tower. I have no broadband, fiber, or phone cable that runs to the router.
I HAVE CONTACTED MY ISP and they said they can't see anything wrong on their end. They said it must have something to do with the game's servers. Especially because this is the only game that does this. Every other online game works and runs fine with no issues.
Honestly, there are probably a few other things I have tried that I can't think of.

Cloud Gaming worked, but it's awful and practically unplayable
Now here's the weird thing that I saw several people posted. They were able to use their phone's mobile hotspot and join the server. This also worked for me. I used hotspot and was able to load right in but hotspot data gets eaten up like crazy so it isn't sustainable unless you only wanna play for an hour or 2 per month.
I think that's crazy because my phone is At&t 5G which uses a cell tower and it works. But my internet which is At&t 5G and uses a cell tower...doesn't work.

I have seen so many posts similar to this one and there are no solutions and rarely any DEV feedback. The most common feedback is to contact the ISP because it's something with them, but neither myself nor the ISP can find the issue because this is the ONLY game that has this problem. Unfortunately for me it's the only game my wife plays.
I have poured through forums, reddit, some weird places and tried every potential solution/suggestion that was offered. This is increasingly frustrating because I can usually figure stuff like this out. I try to be very thorough. I truly believe this has something to do with DayZ and how it communicates.
Any insight or suggestions are appreciated. I have also posted this to DayZ forums, Xbox forums, and At&t forums although phone rep could not find anything wrong on their end.

I haven’t used my MacBook Air for a good while and have stupidly forgotten the MacBook password. I have attempted to ensure the device is connected to WiFi and tried to access it by using my Apple ID but without success. When I put the ID password in it states - ‘ Error Connecting to Apple ID Server’ - when prompting it again it says that the device is not connected to WiFi. I have attempted to connect the MacBook to my WiFi hotspot but again I gave the same challenge. All advice hugely appreciated - many thanks
