Hello.
I am unable to add content to my Portfolio (work) pages. When I click on the + sign, nothing happens.
I have a pretty old website, created 2016. I haven't updated in a couple of years but wanted to add some video content. I can upload the file to media page, but not add it to the portfolio/work page.
The website is currently hosted by my previous employer (so not Wordpress itself). It is created with a Theme called Semplice that my friend sent me through Gmail. I see that below the Edit work on the page there is the following message:
To activate the Semplice One-click Update, please go to the General Settings and enter your license key.
I go back to look at the e-mail and there is a Licence file. However, Gmail is blocking me from downloading the zip as it marks it as virus. I don't know if the lack of key is blocking me from adding content.
I tried following a website help page that asked to look in the browser's developer tool for any potential problems. It gives the following error:

Sim, digo minha placa de video começa a aquecer, não o processador. Toda vez que coloco um video no youtube ou abro uma live na twitch a temperatura da minha placa de video começa a aquecer, especialmente se colocar em full screen e em 2x. Minha placa é uma RTX 4060 Ti e uso o Corsair Icue para ver acompanhar a temperatura. Se eu pauso o video ou navego em outros sites, a temperatura fica entre 45 e 50 ºC. Ao tocar o video, ela sobe imediatamente para 80 a 85 ºC. Isso não acontece se eu fizer a mesma coisa no Edge, mas acontece no Chrome ou no Brave. Alguém sabe o que pode ser? Pode ser defeito da placa de video (ela é nova)?

Ils défoncent la serrure, la remplacent et demandent 752 euros. Ils sont pressents pour le paiement par carte, mais n'établissent pas de factures. Il appellent leur secrétaire devant ma mère pour établir la facture, donner les détails. Ma mère règle par carte bleue. Une heure après pas de facture... Elle les appelle, ils répondent ah oui ça arrive. 3 jours plurs tard rien. Elle demande son relevé de compte, le virement est inscrit comme ayant été réalisé pour un electricien Paris 18eme alors qu'elle habite vers Arles... Gendarmerie ce matin : si vous n'avez pas le nom des personnes, pas possible de porter plainte. (lol, plainte contre X non ?) Mairie : on ne garde les video que 10 j, la c'est trop tard (pour avoir la plaque de la camionnette)... Alors que c'était il y a 3 jours.
Bref, que peut-elle faire ? Je lui ai conseillé de retourner porter plainte pour escroquerie, contre X. Ce qui permettra aux enquêteurs de demander à la banque le numéro de compte et l'identité des personnes qui ont reçu son paiment par carte. Suis-je dans l'erreur ? Y a t il une autre démarche à faire ? Sans facture, pas possible de faire jouer l'assurance pour la réparation...

Solo le pido ayuda y me comprenda, el dice que le pongo límites y el nunca tuvo límites, el solo quiere salir a beber con sus amigos a un bar o un antro y yo solo quiero que vayamos despacio y me ayude a recobrar toda la confianza que el hecho a la basura. No entiendo cómo puede ser tan egoísta, soporte tanto y el solo quiere que yo lo entienda a el. Y trato de entenderlo pero el no entiende que mi problema va más allá mi mente tiene muchos rayones negros se vienen todos esos recuerdos del daño que me hizo y no puedo superarlos sin su ayuda pero el quier que de la noche a la mañana yo sane y por más que lucho no puedo, cuando trato y me esfuerzo de darle un voto de confianza hace algo que arruina todo mi esfuerzo y el lo veo como una exageración. Y solo se molesta se exalta y se aparta me deja sola. No me escucha ni comprende que estoy pasando por algo muy difícil. Le sugerí que cerrará el ciclo de cuando el se drogaba borrando fotos y vídeos donde consumia meta pero no quiere y siemore que se pone a ver esos videos le dan ganas de recaer o al menos hacerlo una ves eso es lo que el dice y se pone a la defensiva y empezamos a discutir. Le tuve que contar que Olivia y Daniel tenían una hija y esa información hizo que Emma rompiera a llorar desconsoladamente y Emma decía porque porque me hiciste esto yo te amaba eres muy malo porque me hiciste esto ami, y yo abraze a Emma y le pregunté que te pasa que sucede y Emma dijo entre sollozos apenas pudiendo hablar hace un mes finalmente después de intentarlo mucho tiempo pude quedar embarazada pero Daniel me dijo que abortara ya que no estaba preparado mental y económicamente para un bebé y que un bebé lo estresaria más y que si no abortaba el divorcio era la única opción.
