I had a terrible flare this past fall and winter, and have entered remission (calprotectin scores <5) since starting Entyvio in December.
My fatigue was one of the last symptoms to remain. Pretty debilitating - it was hard for me to complete chores around the house or cook dinner without needing to collapse in bed.
I’ve been working with a dietitian and we made several changes to address fatigue. I was low in Vitamin D, B12, and iron, so we started supplementing those. I also increased my protein and was eating regular meals 3x a day. My fatigue got a tiny bit better, but it was still a major problem.
In a last-ditch effort, we decided to supplement thiamine (B1). There are two peer-reviewed studies that have found that high doses of thiamine may help fatigue in people with UC. One of these studies was also a double-blind RCT.
You excrete excess B1 in your urine, so it’s safe to take a high dose. I’ve been taking 500mg daily for 2 weeks and it’s completely transformed my fatigue. I have so much energy. I’m sure other dietary and lifestyle factors have played into these results as well, but just wanted to put it out there in case anyone else is struggling with lingering fatigue!

So I have a few band directors, but I’m here to talk about one particular band director who we’re gonna call Mrs. A. Now Mrs. A has taught me how to play my instrument from day 1 and she used to be my favorite, but now, she’s been getting on my nerves. The most recent example happened Monday. We were having drum major auditions and I answered the phone, which is how the front office calls us. I answered it and somebody was needed for checkout. I couldn’t see her anywhere and so I went into the room for the clinic thinking she might be in there. I opened the door and said “is ___ in here.” Mrs. A looked at me like I just insulted her entire family and said no, so I quickly left to get out of her hair. My friend who was doing the clinic said that Mrs. A called me rude for “barging in.” However when another band director came out asking if this girl had left, he thanked me for checking. Another example is that I used to do private lessons with her. It was me and like 2 other girls. Well, my last lesson just so happened to be a lesson that she got mad at us at. After that, something happened in my family and I emailed her saying that I could no longer attend lessons. Different friend, who was in lessons, told her when she asked (ig she didn’t get my email) and said she mad a remark about how sensitive I am. These are just a few examples. Do I have the right to be a little mad?

Welcome to Elden Ring Online Coop guide for cracked / pirated version of the game. You’ll find everything you need to know in this post. This method even allows you to play Online Coop with friends who bought the game on Steam (as long as they download Goldberg emu) and will be explained further in this tutorial.
This method uses a combination of GoldbergEmu, ZeroTier, SeamlessCoopMod, EldenModLoader, and ModEngine2.
Can’t guarantee 100%, but almost certain that this will work when Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC is out. Reason why? This method works for every version after v1.04 of Elden Ring, so see no reason why this wouldn’t work in the future. Probably, will need to add Cream_api to it, but I guess time will tell.
Main Tutorial:

Download Elden Ring (make sure every player has got the same exact version, for example Elden Ring v1.10)
Download ONLY steam_appid.txt and steam_emu.ini: https://github.com/K3V1991/How-to-install-Seamless-Co-Op-Mod-for-Elden-Ring/tree/main/Game Put these 2 files in a new folder, so you know where they are. We will need them shortly
Download Goldberg Emulator: https://mr_goldberg.gitlab.io/goldberg_emulato click the long highlighted number '475342f0d8b2bd7eb0d93bd7cfdd61e3ae7cda24' to download
Extract it and open the folder.
Find steam_api64.dll file in there. Copy and paste it into the same folder where you saved steam_appid.txt and steam_emu.ini
Install Elden Ring. IMPORTANT! When you install the game make sure to have proper directory, otherwise ModEngine won’t work. It should be like this ELDEN RING/Game. Doesn’t matter where you choose to install it, but make sure the last 2 folders are ELDEN RING and inside it, Game folder. All the game files should be in here. For example mine is this: D:/Games/ELDEN RING/Game/
After installing Elden Ring open ELDEN RING/Game folder. Now, copy and paste steam_appid.txt, steam_emu.ini and steam_api64.dll that you downloaded in step 2) and 3).
- For Steam players, back up *steam_api64.dll** before overwriting it. You’ll need this file to revert back to your Steam version of the game. Rename it to .backup Example: steam_api64.dll.backup. When you want to revert it, just delete .backup*
In your Game folder also create a .txt file. Name it exactly this: steam_interfaces.txt (nothing needs to be inside it)
Okay. Eden Ring and Goldberg Emulator is done. Now, download the following 3 Mods:
Elden Mod Loader: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/117
Mod Engine 2: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases
Seamless Co-Op: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/510
- Make sure all players are on the version of SeamlessCoop. Example: Seamless Co-op BETA 1.5.1
- Depending on which version of Elden Ring you have, you may need to check the compatibility. Download an older version of Seamless Coop that supports your Elden Ring version.
First, install Elden Mod Loader. Just need to copy & paste 3 files into your Game folder: mods folder, dinput8.dll and mod_loader_config.ini
Install Mod Engine 2. Copy and paste it into your Game folder the following files: mod folder, modengine2 folder, config_eldenring.toml, launchmod_eldenring.bat and modengine2_launcher.exe
Install Seamless Co-OP. Again, copy and paste into your Game folder the following files: SeamlessCoop folder and launch_elden_ring_seamlesscoop.exe
Important
First, launch the game using launch_elden_ring_seamlesscoop.exe that you've just put in.
When the game opens, it should say "Welcome to Seamless Co-op Mod".
We are going to set up Elden Ring to launch via Mod Engine 2. We can do this by running modengine2_launcher.exe file.
Make a shortcut for this and move it to you desktop. This will be the new way of launching the game. Change the icon to EldenRing.exe
We also need to move two of the Seamless Co-op files to your mods folder. Your can find this in your Game folder. ELDEN RING\Game\mods\
Open Seamless Co-Op folder and move seamlesscoopsettings.ini and elden_ring_seamless_coop.dll into mods folder. Important to move the files and not copy paste.
Whilst you're at it, open seamlesscoopsettings.ini and change your password. The password has to be the same for you and your friends if you want to play together
Test if seamless is working by launching the game using modengine2_launcher.exe shortcut. You should be greeting again with"Welcome to Seamless Co-Op" message.
Every player will need a different Username and SteamID in order to connect.
1. Open your Roaming AppData directory: C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/. Alternatively, press WIN + R, then type %appdata%
2. Open Goldberg SteamEmu Saves folder, then settings folder. Edit account_name.txt and change your Username.
3. Next, open user_steam_id.txt and change the number slightly for every player. (I just changed the last two digits)

Congrats! *Elden Ring, **Goldberg, SeamlessCoop, ModEngine2 and EldenModLoader have all been set up. The worst part is out the way. Next, you will need ZeroTier to host a LAN connection. It’s free and easy to use so would definitely recommend.*
ZeroTier Tutorial:

Download ZeroTier
Only the host will need to create an account with ZeroTier to create and manage servers/ networks.
Create a New Network and join in it via ZeroTier app.
The Host will need to accept/authorise each player who joined the server via ZeroTier website.
Once all player have joined and the host has authorised them on the network you can now launch Elden Ring and enjoy Seamless Coop with your friends :)

How to join each others world?
This is fairly straightforward: 1. Complete the tutorial and enter into Limgrave where you find The First Step site of grace. 2. One player will use Tine Grey Pot to open their world. 3. Others will join it by using Effigy Of Malenia 4. To leave the session use Separating Mist
Can I use my old Save?
Yes. Just need to change the extension of the save file. 1. Open: C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/EldenRing/(alongnumber) 2. You’ll see two files with *.sl2** and .sl2.bak extensions. These are your old save files 3. To change them to Seamless Coop, make a copy and rename them to .co2 and .co2.bak You must have *Show Hidden Files and Folders** enabled in your file explorer to see AppData*
Important
In this guide, I’ve showed you how to set this up with EldenModLoader and ModEngine2. Different mods will require different mod loaders but the vast majority will require one of these two. The important thing is not to get them confused with each other, as the folder names are very similar. 1. Elden Mod Loader: uses mod folder 2. Mod Engine 2: uses mods folder I’ve tested a bunch of mods and they’re all work fine for me online. Some of course wont, but you can check out SeamlessCoopMod Nexus page for compatibility
Not Working?
Please read and follow the tutorial properly, every step of the way. As mention before, this method works for every version after Eden Ring v1.04, so check which one you have. Also, you have to be on the same patch of Elden Ring as well as Seamless Coop as you friends in order to connect.
I would highly recommend to try this after a fresh install of Elden Ring, as you may have installed some mods or messed with some files before, that could affect this.

Hi Everyone,
I had moved to Atlanta 4 months ago with my wife and son. Since then we have been searching for a home. We explored a lot of places like Alpharetta, Milton, Cunming, Woodstock, Kennansaw and finally realized that East Cobb is the best choice given its school and its proximity to my office. We focused on Pope, Walton and Lessitor school districts and looked at around 40 homes ranging from 600K-900K. Finally, we have liked a home in Indian Hills community in Walton school district. Its a ranch and we really like it. Its a big lot of almost 1 acre. But only thing that worries me is this home is from 1970. It looks well maintained and it does not seem to have any major structural problems. Talked to a friend and he was like why would you pay 850K for a home from 1970 and I also feel it could require perhaps more maintainence than a newer home. Anyone who has bought older homes and what was the experience? PS: Reatlor says its a desirable area and given the lot is 1 acre and its walton, it will preserve its value. Moreover, except big mansons with 1.5MM price tags, pretty much all homes we have seen so far in thesr three school districts are from 1980's and 90's. This one is from 1970. I also noticed, in Indian hills, majority homes are from early 1970's.

Hi all, I’m facing a pretty delicate situation here and could use some input and advice on what to do. So in 2014 my mother bought me a cat, I was 14 at the time and although I was young I helped care for our cat Kiki. When I turned 18 I left home for school and couldn’t take the cat with me. At this point, she became her caretaker.
My mom loves Kiki, she says she’s the best cat she’s ever had and they spend every waking moment together. Here’s the problem: Kiki has been sick for a long time and my mom is in denial. She throws up multiple times a day, almost every single meal she eats. My mom says this is normal and “cats just puke a lot” but I now have a home with two cats of my own and they never throw up (unless it’s a hairball 1-2 times a month).
Because of this, Kiki is very very thin. She’s obviously severely underweight, which is worrying me. Her personality is still the same, and she always tries to eat her food, but she pukes it up nearly every time so I don’t think she’s actually absorbing any nutrients.
My mom took her to the vet about 3 months ago to have a majority of her teeth pulled (I assume from excess puking) and the nurse actually mentioned the low weight of Kiki to my mom, which she got super offended and defensive over and told her “she’s fine, she’s just a small cat”. When she was telling me the story of how taking her to the vet went she was very offended by the vet even implying she’s underweight. I’ve tried to tell her it’s bad also but she just won’t listen and gets super defensive.
I don’t necessarily think this will kill her soon because it’s been a problem for 3-4 years, but I do think this could lead to her dying prematurely because she doesn’t get enough nutrients to be healthy. I’m really worried about her but ultimately she’s not my cat anymore, and my mom has reminded me that when I show concern. I don’t think she would let me take her to the vet, so the best I could to is either try to convince her or get her some food I think would help. Any advice would be appreciated.
