Down a rabbit hole:
Warp Drive:
1990 NASA paper by A.C. Holt (major co-authors of his other papers are Eric Davis and Puthoff). Describes a warp drive capable craft using all of the juicy SDI tech such as:
high temperature superconductors, micro-engineered materials, compact superconducting magnets, free-electron lasers, high power, tunable microwave systems (masers), quasicrystals, plasmoid generators.
He lists some very precise details therein. He mentions only two stars in this paper, Alpha Centari and Epsilon Bootes (114LY away, pg14). So of course I had to look up why he calls out Bootes. He [weakly] claims that star is similar to Sol. So I did some digging on what makes this star special and kept coming up with Reptilians, but the earliest source I could find was 1995.
Aliens:
Then I found a book from 2011 that talks about Tesla noticing radio signals from Epsilon Bootes. Cross-referenced that with a NASA(-ish) paper saying similar 'off-world signals' discovered by Tesla that he thought were coming from Mars.
Lastly, here's a TIME magazine article for an off-world signal that was discovered in 1973. Signal was claiming to be coming from an alien satellite orbiting the moon and was saying that the satellite was 11,000yrs old. A much better written version told by the guy who found the signal (2nd link) where he specifically states it wasn't coming from the 'Black Knight' satellite and that he'd been directed where to look for these signals by a Stanford Professor:

In this guide we'll be using AltStore. To preface I'm using a Mac (Sonoma 14.4.1) and iPhone 15 Pro (w. 17.4.1 fw). Using AltStore (World) NOT PAL
Getting a free developer account:
Enable Developer Account:

- Visit developer.apple.com
- Click Account
- Sign in using your AppleID

I'm not a doctor to say, but Forrest Galante seems way too eager to find Thylacine. Even he starts to believe in fake pictures and convincing the people that he got them from "Trusted People". Also with current political conflict with Free Papua Movement and Indonesian Government (the NGO has held hostage of a New Zealand Pilot and responsible for killing some civilian) , Forrest seems to neglect it and chooses to go on expedition to New Guinea Highlands (Both Indonesian and New Guinea Territory). I mean, seriously... He does not seem to be the man I admire back in 2018. What's gotten into him?

Stood on the scale today 99.90, feels amazing. Already told everyone I know :D, started from 123 took me 5.5 months, feels amazing

I started my weightloss journey ( 24M - 191cm) with healthy eating and a normal exercise routine. I wanted to get into a healthy habit so didn't focus that much on calorie intake I just ate healthy foods and omitted fast food snacks and oily fried foods.
For the first month I continued with my eating habits and walked 10k steps.
From the second month I started doing a little more intensive cardio like jogging and occasionally running. Also started doing a calorie cut from this point. I was already in routine of eating nice so body didn't feel anything.
From the third month I started running, downloaded the Nike run club and follows their getting started program, I ran for 6 days every week depending on their program(it's free and an amazing app must try).
For the past 2.5 months I have started doing strength training and a more calorie deficit, I still follow the nike run club program currently on 5k. I go to the gym 6 days a week after weight training I do abs and cardio sessions.
Still a long way to go my goal is 85kgs

I just a letter from my leasing company from Namur council stating that I had to pay a fine as I did not have a parking ticket displayed. It was my car as stated in the letter at the street and time.
However, I did put a valid parking ticket from the machine, and I even double checked as it stated 23:59 for that Sunday (i.e free whole day parking). I also checked the date on it to be sure. I remember it clearly as I was showing my kid how to do get the ticket from the machine and we messed up the 1st ticket so I had to make another correct one.
Clearly without any evidence, picture of the my car with the ticket, I will not be able to contest it.
Three questions:
1) Can I ask them to prove that I didnt have a ticket? If they took a photo of my windscreen, it will be possible to see the ticket but I doubt one can read it.
2) If I did find my ticket, will it make a difference? As having a ticket doesn't mean it was displayed correctly. It should still be in my paper recycling bin in the garage but dont want to go through it all for nothing.
3) If I just paid the fine now, can I claim it back later if proven incorrect? I have the feeling that this is one of those infuriating mistakes that you cant win.

I started out modding Skyrim and FO4 on PS4, have a Viva New Vegas/Frontier PT going with FNV on a crappy laptop, so I am glad to enjoy external assets on a console! I have no programming experience but I'm relatively intelligent so I can handle difficult concepts. I have the desire to understand what you all know from experience and will do my best to interpret!

I know how it goes with the Bethesda Modding scenes...we are at our best when we share our individual testing insights.
1.) 2GB storage and performance.] Do mods affect performance by volume? Can I max out my storage cap for mods without any consequences, beyond mods introducing their own specific issues? I've seen some say a full 2GB makes Boston unplayable...?
2.) Mods that break Boston/performance...what is previs and precombine? What's the watered down explanation? How can I get Boston and other dense areas running?
3.)Are there any major no-no's currently (barring the recent update chaos)? For example I read that some time ago it was a crash guarantee in Far Harbor if you used UFO4P, due to the headers, which I won't pretend to understand, but I gleaned that it was a mere oversight. Are there any other such well known deadly combos I should be aware of?
4.) How do you personally manage the small memory budget in forming your playthrough's game build? Mainstay mods such as Armorsmith, Dak's Attachments, America Rising 2 etc are massive sacrifices of space. Seems one has to choose which areas to mod that have greater impact. I hate an intensely Love Hate (š) relationship with 4...so I intend to fully overhaul it. This is proving to be a difficult task especially if topic 1 is as I fear.
