2024.05.13 20:22 JOHNWASALWAYSRIGHT Predictions for chapter 346

Flashback on how john arrived at cameron's house
Cameron then instructs john to keep his cool from here on out, and will decide to train him alongside kuyo, remi, kayden and isen for when they encounter the authorities again and to save jane, maybe scarlett might also make an appearance again
We then see more grief with remi and isen thinking about leaving arlo and blyke behind, and wondering if it was the right choice or all for nothing
Also possible funeral for william
Val and farrah come to an agreement and decides to have arlo take the readjustment classes because they still believe he can be reformed, then keon appears, as for blyke the authorities will deem him as unfit to be reformed due to having alot of vigilante missions and breaking the rules and most likely will lock him up in prison for life or even executed
Seraphina makes her appearance after 16 chapters and we see her, leilah and doc talking with neil about orrin and spectre as well as the encounter with valerie and the bureau, also sera might mention arlo is a traitor
Sylvia plans on making zeke king and cecile queen of wellston, we could also see cameo appearances of holden and elaine
Then it ends with both john and sera thinking if they will ever meet again and if they don't they wish each other the best in their inner monologues
Other minor possibilities:
  1. keene and vaughn living in a hideout
  2. Kassandra decides she wants to leak that ember is working within the authorites, or maybe she might quit and keep the info and go on looking for kuyo to get help

2024.05.13 16:36 KOmega1988 Unionize!!!!!

Partners!!! I’m seeing a lot of posts today about the company preventing you guys from pausing MOP/Delivery yesterday on what seems like just the worst day across the board for all stores in the US! Couple this with what I’m seeing you guys post about new bogos being added….. again. I just want to say that we ALL need to stand up to this company. There are 400+ unionized stores across the country and we need to make it more. To all my Non-Union stores…. PLEASE UNIONIZE. It will be the ONLY way to make ourselves heard by this god forsaken, criminally run company. I could probably give a William Wallace Braveheart speech over this issue but I’ll save you all the Oscar monologue and just say!!!! UNIONIZE!! PLEASE!!!

Today's Bonus Tubi Treasure is 'Teenage Ghost Punk' (2014)
I don't mean to step on No-Chemistry-28's Tubitoes, but had to give this a mention. I decided to bite at their recent recommendation of 'Aliens in the Wild Wild West' (WOOF!) And this movie cued up as I emotionally recovered, and processed the life-lessons about family and values that I'd learned, from what I'd just watched. For anyone who watched AITWWW, the younger brother in this film is written EXACTLY the same. It's uncanny. The same eye-roll inducing Robin Williams-esque wise-ass extended monologues, and the same wooden delivery. It's an interesting film though; moments self-awareness and being in on the joke sprinkled amongst the usual 'straight-to-free-streaming' inaneity we know and love. Some decent performances mixed up with some surreal hamming.

2024.05.10 16:36 Camziez 90-sec comedic Chekhov monologue to audition for Nina in "Stupid F***ing Bird"

i'm a 19 year old college freshman, girl, Acting BFA auditioning for my university's department play in the fall. the audition is next Monday. we have to audition with a Chekhov monologue
i asked my acting professor last week of monologues she recommends, and she recommended monologues by the original Nina from The Seagull, as well as other ingénues in Chekhov's works like Sonya in Uncle Vanya and Anya in The Cherry Orchard.
i read both the play we're doing and The Seagull, and summaries and Uncle Vanya and Cherry Orchard, and found monologues from those 3 girls. but i still feel lost... the monologues that look best to me are 100% the Nina ones, but i worry that by doing them, i'm being too on the nose with my monologue choice. Stupid F****ing Bird is quite literally a parody of The Seagull. as for Sonya and Anya, sure they are also ingénues, but i don't think they are similar to Nina very much. Nina is self absorbed and wants fame and glory.
maybe i'm overthinking it. should i just do the monologue from The Seagull? or does someone have a better suggestion?
as for what i'm normally cast as, i've only done one straight play before plus several musicals. i'm better at comedy than dramatic works ig?

2024.05.09 01:04 Archimedesjk RNM/V2K methods and operators are many

From my 5 years experience, seems like I ran into several methods of RNM. From inside couple of transatlantic flights, where the RNM operator used sensitive equipment to read my inner monologue, to today at the US house, where the RNM operator can read our inner monologue, visualizations, intentions, and more. And each method has varying no. of steps, from signal processing, to Content Delivery Method, etc.. Very important to figure out WHO your RNM operator is - The pinned post for this sub should help.
From Quora, the comment below just illustrates the various RNM/V2K methods and operators a TI can ran into. (although the details have not been verified)

Changed121010 • 8mo
although its sad you do not have your own thoughts or emotions any longer, or untrue, you cannot block V2K or RNM, these are both auditory psychotronic “weapons” and tracking methods. to remove, you must have a large amount of money, a private doctor that is not coerced by gangstalkers to not help you, simple as that, and brain surgery to remove the V2K implants in your ears, among other things, if you do not remove the tracking items, they can still V2K you, even without implants. as V2K implants are very very old now.
RNM tracks you, along with many other advanced tiny tiny RFID like GPS tracker chips, extremely small, made of all types of different material, All Bio-Electric to track an individual. this tracking leads to the next step, Stalking & Torture with Psytronic,Psychotronic or Psychotropic weapons.
if you are a full blown victim of this technology
you will experience complete, complete isolation from the world. from bombardment of atleast 7 gangstalkers 24/7 watching you, calling people, messaging hacking you with all types of aggressive tech. making your life literally impossible. along with constant V2K commands and VOG commands through your walls etc, to “Kill or hurt someone” so you further get isolated in prison before suicide. You could also have Psytronic weapons in you these include weaponized nanobots that resemble, beetles, spiders, etc some are used to watch you through the eyes as spyware, others are used as workers to set up something known as “The Hat” this is a mesh that sits on the brain IT IS NOT to microwave you, that is a incorrect theory, this HAT is to monitor your neural reactions to everything you do or think of, that tells the person torturing you what makes you mad, happy, sad, etc, this is used in aiding with trafficking you and killing you or making you insane. The hat is extremely uncomfortable, makes your head feel like a bowling ball, it is set up through “indoor” surgery being injected with Psytronic weapons known as “workers” or Mylar bugs. these, can do extensive damage to your body if used to hurt you. they can kill, easily. if your injected with other things such as quads those are strictly to torture you, a whole bunch of small metal “Psytronic” weaponized nanobots are used through EMF type of moving. Psychotronic weapons can be used as well these include Shocks, tingles, Heat ups or cold downs of the body. these weapons are cast from remote, the shocks can be extremely painful or deadly but usually aren’t unless your already in jail. this is to keep the victim going into believing a suicide story from the killers. Psychotropic weapons can also be injected into you, this is pretty much a Biological weapon. some are moved without electricity, through heat/gravity, these weapons are extremely painful, can be used as soft kill or immediate murder. i can poke you to death while I make fun of you, watch you lose your mind cause thats what “GANGSTALKING” is, or I can covertly kill you instantly. with all of the above.
GS’ing someone with torture is the worse thing to experience, I’ve personally gone through it, being the tortured, i’ve also seen people get tortured, commit suicide, kill there loved ones, while the killers laugh through the means of them watching them, which is through a Big Black V2K helmet, that looks like its from a space ship if you want to get comical about it, it weighs about 8 to 10 pounds, gives you the vision of the victim through the psytronic weapons, “beetles” shot into the blood then moved to the eyes, they can V2K you through the implants, and you are officially done, trafficked.
alot of these things can be purchased illicitly, on dark web markets as stalking gear, or from Chinese criminal groups, they invest greatly into this stuff. to call it Mind Control is sad, and un-informed.
some more aggressive, psytronic, psychotronic, psychotropic weapons come from the Government, as many other things, the more up the ladder in budget creates more possibilities like anything else. “hexy’ing” someone is when your reading there mind from a stationery place, without any implants at all you just have the drop on there location, this is because the equipment is so sensitive it can hear your “brain” and “vocal cords” communicating, thus hearing the words you “think” of.
they can also remotely V2K you with another program, thats remote, not everybody has implants,
to get the drop on your eyes, they simply activate something called C-NET this is a classified NSA/NASA conjunction program that intercepts an individuals eyes, without any implants at all, it works the vision down to a math and algorithm, then can see perfectly through your eyes, once used for anti terror, this is used for many many many people, I’ve seen it used at a table with 4 individuals, no implants no anything, if someone in the CIA, NSA, has the drop on you, this is a possibile action on there behalf,
the FBI,DHS, generally stick to implants and injections, but if your out of reach for torture, they will call there big brothers, and bust out the heavy stuff on you, whatever happens after, who knows.
keep in mind, street traffickers and criminals also use the same stuff as far as implants, don’t be so naive and fooled by a suit with a desk job, criminals are just as if not more motivated, and with easy purchase from weaponized nanobot factories in China and elsewhere, this makes it extremely common sense to go this route, Everybody’s buying. on both sides of the fence.
If you have the money, you can do whatever you want either way.
light explanation of gangstalking and Psyctronic,Psychotronic, Psychotropic weapons, and who is possibly using them on you or others here that feel they have them installed in there body’s or are currently being GS’d.

2024.05.08 21:33 Jakeprops The Play That Changed My Life

Hi all. I’ve been a lurker here for a few years and have been reading peoples stories to better understand Mormons, their lives and relationships with the church. I’m personal a nonbeliever in any religion, however I work at The Book of Mormon on Broadway.
We received this letter from a fan who found our show to be therapeutic for him as an exmormon. Here is his complete letter (warning it’s kinda long and some of it reads as a review or promotion for the show which is not why I share it, I’m not a backeinvester):
The Play That Changed My Life
By Richard McDonald
I am about to do it.... for the seventy fifth time.
The Book of Mormon on Broadway just celebrated 13 years on the Broadway stage at the Eugene O’Neil Thater and I have seen it seventy-four times....in the last 18 months! The reactions I get when people learn this range from: “What?” to “I think you need to see a therapist.”
Indeed, that is precisely the case. The show serves as a form of therapy for me, particularly since I made the decision in the summer of 2022 to depart from the Mormon Church after being deeply entrenched in its culture and teachings throughout my entire life.
To be frank, I always had a sense that something was not quite right. Yet, I chose to overlook these nagging feelings. I embarked on a mission (ironically in NYC), exchanged vows in the Mormon temple, and at times, I cherished the sense of community fostered by the faith. However, there were too many discrepancies that I could not reconcile. From the ban on Black people holding the Priesthood until 1978, to the myriad issues with church history, the treatment of LGBTQ individuals (I declined to support Prop 8 in California in 2008 and believe I was consequently blacklisted), and the marginalization of women in the church. I often felt very alone in my “liberal Mormon beliefs.”
An important part of my life has been my battle with addiction to prescription drugs. The church's response to my battles with addiction and legal issues resulting from those poor decisions – culminated in a "disciplinary council" which is better described as a “shame session” where you stand before your Mormon leaders to be judged. The result? They suspended my membership privileges so that I could repent. I was still encouraged to tithe during my suspension. Sit in shame but still give money as an act of obedience.
Despite grappling with these experiences, I endeavored to remain within the fold... to no avail. The final tipping point for me occurred in 2022 when I discovered that the church supports the clergy penitent privilege, allowing clergy to withhold information from law enforcement about child neglect or child sexual abuse disclosed during spiritual confessions if they deem it "reasonable and necessary" under church doctrine. I distinctly recall telling myself, "I cannot align myself with a church that prioritizes its image over safeguarding children from neglect and sexual abuse." Remarkably, the other concerns I had previously dismissed now appeared to gain greater significance and credibility.
Yet, losing my faith (the only thing I have ever known) is quite traumatic, especially when I came to the realization that the core belief system that existed in my life for so many years betrayed me on a spiritual level. This led me to question if I could ever trust my own personal judgement again. As I transitioned away from viewing the world through a Mormon lens, I experienced a profound sense of identity loss. The Mormon church had provided me with more than just a belief system; it offered a structured set of values, a supportive social network (if I followed along), and a clear sense of purpose.
As I contemplated life outside of the church, I found myself grappling with uncertainty and fear. Growing up in the Mormon faith instilled in me the belief that my safety and happiness hinged upon my unwavering obedience and loyalty to the church. The teachings emphasized that following the prophet equated to following God himself. Additionally, members were constantly reminded to be wary that Satan wants to take hold of you.
I have come to understand that experiencing mixed feelings is completely normal. Leaving my religion was not just about trauma; it brought about a sense of relief as well. No longer having to reconcile the parts of my belief system that never made sense was liberating for me. Yet-I recognized that I still needed some anchors through this transition, and I found them through an old friend and a Broadway Musical that simply changed my life.
Travis Stratford and I hail from the same town in Southern California and were both brought up in the Mormon Church. Now, we both find ourselves residing in New York City. Travis is a managing partner partner of Case Agency in Soho, and I have always regarded him as one of the smartest individuals I know. During our teenage years, I looked up to him as he was a few years older than me. Despite going our separate ways for 25 years—he served his mission in Sweden, while I served in NYC—our connection was immediate when we reunited. Travis offered me invaluable support and a non-judgmental perspective as a friend. Although Travis left the church in 2014, he never attempted to sway my beliefs in any direction. Instead, he simply listened and offered his insights when needed.
With the support of a close friend and a newfound liberating perspective free from the judgments of Mormonism, I found myself in Midtown Manhattan for a business meeting on 49th Street. As I strolled past the Eugene O’Neill Theater, I could not help but notice the bold letters proclaiming, "The Book of Mormon: The Funniest Musical of All Time!" Wait a minute... funny? I had not even thought about it that way, could it be possible to find humor in this situation? Is laughter an antidote for trauma? Without hesitation, I made my way to the box office and purchased a ticket for that evening's performance. Let me tell you, that night's show changed my life in the most remarkable way. Trey Parker and Matt Stone wrote the Book of Mormon on Broadway, renowned for their work on "South Park," and complemented by the musical prowess of Tony, Oscar, Grammy and Emmy Award winner Robert Lopez, the songwriter behind "Avenue Q and Frozen," The Book of Mormon is directed by the renowned director Casey Nicholaw.
The fascinating thing about "The Book of Mormon" is that even after attending seventy-four performances, I still discover something new each time. It is ironic how the play brilliantly displays the peculiar beliefs of the Mormon religion, which I once considered normal. Concepts like God residing on a planet named Kolob, the Garden of Eden being in Jackson County, Missouri, and that in 1978 God changed his mind about Black people.
But my biggest takeaway from this play? It truly is a beautiful story. A story that will make you laugh so hard and make you think about what matters most. It portrays how individuals from diverse cultures, races, and nations can unite and form a remarkable bond and sense of community. It is a community characterized by acceptance, love, a touch of mischief, and above all, equality.
The play begins with two young Mormon missionaries, two white boys, find themselves paired up and dispatched to Uganda. Kevin Clay delivers a masterful portrayal as Elder Price. If an Osmond and a Romney were to have a love child, it would be Kevin Clay.
As Price longs for a more glamorous locale such as Orlando. His missionary companion, Elder Cunningham, played by Cody Jamison Strand, exudes a sense of enthusiasm, grateful for any assignment he is given. Price and Cunningham’s contrasting emotions of disappointment and eagerness are bundled together as they are sent off to the country of Uganda.
Upon reaching Uganda, they encounter villagers grappling with the harsh realities of AIDS, drought, disease, and oppressive rulers. Despite facing numerous challenges, the villagers find solace in sharing their beloved uplifting song, "Hasa Diga Eebowai." Led by Mafala Hatimbi (the incomparable Jaques Smith), this number is initially reminiscent of something from "The Lion King," the song serves as a symbol of resilience amidst adversity. As life continues to pummel them, this song becomes their source of solace. With their trademark Mormon enthusiasm, Price and Cunningham enthusiastically join in, only to discover the true meaning behind the seemingly uplifting tune - "F--k you, God." It is a jarring introduction to the harsh realities of the world they have entered.
At their shared missionary apartment (which ironically has a sign on the front door that says, “No Soliciting.”) Price and Cunningham meet a spirited group of fellow missionaries, all white boys and led by their district leader Elder McKinley (PJ Adzima), This group of Elders have not achieved much during their time in Uganda - no baptisms, nothing to even close.
However, they do possess one unique asset: their own musical anthem to navigate moments of uncertainty and doubt. "Turn It Off" presents a vibrant and energetic musical piece that humorously explores the Mormon tradition of suppressing emotions and urges. Elder McKinley leads the song, instructing fellow missionaries on the art of "turning off" undesirable feelings through a catchy and engaging chorus. The performance captivates with its visually appealing choreography, prompting toe-tapping and an introduction to our friend “Steve Blade.” Actor PJ Adzima delivers a standout portrayal of Elder McKinley, showcasing impeccable comedic timing and impressive vocal skills that always leave me with just a huge smile.
The narrative unfolds into a love story where Price and Cunningham navigate their own journeys independently. Price attempts to evade his destiny, while Cunningham adopts a more reckless approach to his missionary work. Strand, who portrays Cunningham, displays surprising athleticism (especially in “Man Up”) and non-stop hilarity with every line he delivers. Meanwhile, the villagers grapple with the dilemma and intrigue of embracing the Book of Mormon, as preached by Cunningham and his imagination, while also contending with the daily threats to their survival from General Butt F--k king Naked (Derrick Williams), who wants to control the villagers by threatening violence and performing circumcision on all the women. Williams crushes it with his unforgettable facial expressions and delivers one of the funniest lines at the end of the show.
Meanwhile, at the heart of the Ugandan village stands Nabulungi (portrayed by Kim Exum), a character characterized by her beauty and open-mindedness. Elder Cunningham frequently struggles to recall her name correctly, often referring to her by comical and absurd aliases such as Nissan Altima or Neutrogena. Cunningham puts his own creative spin on the teachings of the Book of Mormon, incorporating elements from various pop culture references like Star Trek and Star Wars. Despite the humorous misunderstandings, Nabulungi demonstrates her willingness to embrace Cunningham's interpretation, leading to her successful “baptism” into the faith. The double entendre number “Baptize Me” (my personal favorite) is the perfect blend of innocence and mischief which demonstrates the beauty of humor and human connection. Through her enthusiasm, Nabulungi helps recruit as many as twenty new converts, solidifying Cunningham's status as a hero among the other Elders which is beautifully celebrated in the number “I am Africa.”
Exum is truly spectacular as Nabulungi with her angelic voice that gives me Whitney Houston vibes (seriously, she is that good) in numbers like "Sal Tlay Ka Siti" and the only truly solemn moment in "Book of Mormon, “Exum presents a poignant reprise of "Hasa Diga Eebowai" that is infused with deep sorrow and disillusionment that just hits perfectly.
The show marches towards the end with memorable musical numbers like “Spooky Mormon Hell Dream,” “I Believe,” and “Joseph Smith, the American Moses.” "Spooky Mormon Hell Dream" presents a lively and engaging musical sequence set in hell. This song showcases a cast of demonic figures, from a horned devil to dancing Starbucks cups, and cameos from Genghis Khan, Jeffrey Dahmer, Adolf Hitler and even Johnny Cochrane. It offers a humorous and irreverent twist on traditional Broadway show tunes. Visually striking, the performance features devilish costumes and makeup, effectively portraying the characters as residents of hell.
One of the standout moments in The Book of Mormon musical is the song "I Believe." In this pivotal scene, Elder Price faces the daunting challenge of confronting General Butt Fu--ing Naked who threatens the Ugandan village. To stop the warlord from perpetuating evil, Elder Price resolves to convert him to Mormonism. As the song unfolds, Elder Price gathers the courage and conviction needed for his mission. Throughout "I Believe," he passionately articulates the core beliefs of Mormonism, aiming to persuade the warlord to embrace his faith. However, the beliefs Elder Price emphasizes become increasingly unconventional and outlandish as the song progresses like the aforementioned “I believe that in 1978 God changed his mind about Black people!”
This is Kevin Clay’s signature moment as Elder Price in the production and he delivers every time. Adding to the brilliance of this number is the interaction between Clay and Derrick Williams (The General), they compliment each other seamlessly throughout the number.
"Joseph Smith American Moses" offers a witty and thought-provoking take on the life of Joseph Smith, the founder of the Mormon church, as interpreted by the Ugandan characters narrated with whimsical charm by Exum. This song is a clever homage to classic musical theater numbers, featuring a lively ensemble of performers who sing and dance their way through Smith's life story, and it is arguably the funniest moment in the show.
The show smoothly transitions into its finale, which I will not spoil but simply describe as "something incredible." However, what truly shines in the heart and soul of the production is its talented supporting cast. This diverse group, led by original cast members John Eric Parker and Lewis Cleale, steals the spotlight at every turn. Parker's commanding presence, both in stature and vocal prowess, is highlighted magnificently in the finale, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. Cleale delivers a remarkable performance, seamlessly portraying multiple roles including Joseph Smith, the Mission President, Elder Price's Dad, and even Jesus Christ himself.
Among the ensemble, Darius Nichols captivates the audience with his comedic brilliance, eliciting laughter with every line he delivers. Stoney Mootoo follows suit, earning chuckles from the audience with her humorous performance and proving her versatility as an exceptional dancer. Mootoo, a native New Yorker advocates for “trusting your gift” on her social media-and her gift shows in the production. Jasmine Richardson delights as Mrs. Brown and Sister Kimbe delivering great enthusiasm and impressive vocal chops of her own. The Mormon missionary ensemble also delivers standout performances, with Henry McGinnis displaying his talent by portraying three distinct characters: a Mormon missionary, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Yoda (his Yoda voice is something to behold). Special mention goes to John Kramer, who wins the award for looking most Mormon and whose portrayal of Elder Pop Tarts steals the spotlight in the memorable number "Turn It Off." And a nod to Daniel Fetter who gives the most amazing “Hello” in the opening number and steps in admirably as an understudy for Elder Price when needed.
What is even more impressive is that the show is evolving. In an article by Michael Paulson from The New York Times, it was reported that "The Book of Mormon," a musical comedy by the creators of "South Park," recently underwent significant revisions prompted by calls from Black members of its cast to reassess its content. The show, originally featuring two white missionaries attempting to convert souls in an Ugandan village facing various challenges, including AIDS and a warlord, was subject to scrutiny for its portrayal of African and Black identities.
The concerns expressed by actors, including Arbender J. Robinson, in a letter to the creative team urged a reconsideration of the show's themes and characters in light of evolving societal perspectives. This initiative reflects a broader trend in the theater industry, where productions are revisiting their content mid-run to address issues of race and representation.
The revisions made to "The Book of Mormon" included elevating the main Black female character Nabulungi and refining the satire to avoid reinforcing stereotypes. Changes ranged from subtle adjustments to more overt alterations, such as giving the Ugandan villagers greater agency and removing jokes that could be construed as culturally insensitive. For instance, a scene involving a typewriter was replaced with one featuring an iPad, shifting the focus from the character's perceived lack of sophistication to a commentary on the pitfalls of social media. According to Derrick Williams, a cast member since 2014 who also supported the revisions, there is a delicate balance between satire and offensiveness that must be maintained. The changes made throughout the show aim to sharpen the satire of Mormonism while placing Uganda and its inhabitants at the forefront of the narrative.
The revisions to "The Book of Mormon" reflect a broader industry-wide effort to address concerns about representation and cultural sensitivity, acknowledging the evolving social landscape and the responsibility of artists to engage with these issues thoughtfully and respectfully. What is important to recognize here is that the show changed....in a good way. The Mormon Church might want to adopt this same way of thinking by acknowledging their past mistakes by simply stating: “We’re sorry and we will fix it.”
However, at its core, the show is a musical comedy that does not claim to offer definitive solutions to these complex issues. Nonetheless, these criticisms pale in comparison to what the play truly is and that is a beautiful love story by the best performers in the industry.
The exceptional performances in the show function as a balm for my spirit. With each burst of laughter and every catchy melody, I find solace from my past Mormon experiences. I have moments of clarity where I realize that this story depicts a journey from defiance towards God to gratitude, as reflected in the powerful refrain: "Thank you God Ma'hanibu eebowai!" It sends shivers down my spine every time.
I invite all of you to come to the Eugene O’Neil Theater and witness a play that is a testament to the transformative power of unity and acceptance, as individuals from diverse backgrounds come together and learn to love and embrace each other despite what the world and other religions say. Oh yeah, you will laugh too...a lot. And what do “I believe” now? ... My code of conduct today is quite simplistic; I never have the right to hurt another human being. The question I ask myself with each new day is, do I have a good heart, and do I do what I do with love and with compassion? I feel free now, free from the box, free from believing that I am right and that everyone else is wrong.
I believe in being a decent human being. I believe in joy; I believe in laughter, and I believe in the power of the human spirit. Everything else, I will figure out tomorrow... because tomorrow is a latter day. And no.... I do not have maggots in my scrotum. Richard McDonald is the Chief Strategy Officer for EGXFuels, a green energy company. Richard resides in the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his daughter, Emma. They attend The Book of Mormon often.

2024.05.08 06:19 KingStud1os Rewrote a short MD story: Absolutely Solved

Darkness lies within the hearts of those who sought to find the answer to their reminiscing torture; at least that’s what it thought. Chaos was reforming itself to consume the planet and everything within, of what was believed was the second coming of The Singularity.
The core within Copper-9 was collapsing. The air was thickening on the exhaust of the dead machines that lay on the burned soil, rotting. The anomaly has done what no great mind would possibly imagine.
Now, it was ready to finish off what it started, to consume the core and satiate its needless, eternal hunger.
It descended into the ground and made its way into the cathedral. It slowly and menacingly approached the pit of flesh, where hopes and dreams were sent to perish. Terror followed the entity where it went, and it was time for terror to harvest on the souls of those who dared to oppose the ultimate life form.
Approaching, however, came one soul flying out of the pit, carrying a corpse. It was none other than the very machine the anomaly was once affectionate for, who it used to treat as its own brother.
It began to speak.
“You did this to her”, it said with a faintly muttered. “You took away everyone”
It appeared that the “her” was the corpse the machine was holding in his arms.
The entity was becoming restless of this pesky defiance.
“You took away Tessa, the one who I looked up to. You took away V, my closest friend”, it continued. “J was led down a dark path and suffered a harsh price, because of you. And now, the love of my life…”
He grieved.
As tiresome as the entity grew, it could not help but for a slight moment feel regret. It alone was a tragic character, for it was once treated as mere nuts and bolts, seen as something to be disposed of immediately. After the gala incident, she no longer became the sweet, innocent girl that loved to play with dolls, with her older brother. Within her spiraled an everlasting curse that would be passed on generations upon generations.
The demonic intelligence quickly regained control of her, and it began to let out an ear-piercing screech, transforming in her eldritch form. The soul shriveled, and let loose of the corpse he was carrying.
He gasped.
“My Uzi, she suffered greatly because of the abhorred monster within her. Yet at the same time, she was still the same angsty fighter I admired from the moment my eyes laid on her. She reached the greatest of battles with herself.”
It paused.
“Unfortunately, her fiery spirit diminished, and it became too much. I had to put her down. And YOU made me do it, Cyn.”
The entity was not interested in the pest’s monologuing, and finally responded.
“I- did- this- for- you- N”, it uttered robotically. “You- al-ways- did- what- I- asked- of- you. Now, you- will- join- me- and- we- can- be-come- as- one.”
The machine resisted.
“No… it is far too late for that. The old, submissive boy within me died a long time ago.”
He stopped, with its visor blank, staring at the endless void within the pit of flesh.
The entity was somewhat struck, awaiting.
Suddenly, the machine began to let out a terrifying yell.
The walls of the cathedral shook. and the lights flickered repeatedly until they shattered. Within the dark, the machine slowly turns around with bright yellow X across his visor. His mouth was open, full of teeth so sharp it could slice a drone just by looking at it. He stares deep into the anomaly’s tar-colored soul, and extends his long claw towards it, then clenches.
It mutters in a thick voice “I, have come to take my revenge. I have nothing else left for me in this realm, nor do I fear what awaits me after death. I shall take the soul of my creator, she who has formed me into the very monster that has killed innocents.”
In an instant, the machine flies and charges towards the entity. Unbeknownst to him, his moves were already anticipated, and his attack was immediately deflected.
The machine roars, and activates swords within his arms. He takes a dagger at the anomaly; it dodges. This continues for several minutes, until the entity becomes frustrated.
It begins spawning clones of the machine, of which the drone slices each and everyone one of them. However, he immediately discovered it was a trick, as the anomaly lunged at him, bashing him to the ground.
“Try-ing- to- fight- me- is- point-less, for- I- am- the- Solver- of- the- Absolute- fabric”, it utters. “Your- back-ups- will- help- me- con-sume- the- u-ni-verse. Good-bye, N.”
It activates a powerful laser towards the drone, seemingly as if nothing could prevent his fate. Seconds later, light beams flash the windows of the cathedral, while the anomaly chuckles.
As the light dimmed down, the entity was frozen by what it saw.
Below in the center of the pulverized ground was the drone protected by a shining yellow ball of light. The light disappears, and the drone picks himself off the ground.
“I told you that I am not weak. After Uzi passed, she no longer continued as my administrator. Now I have no one to control me, and I can finally reach the zenith of my limitations!”
He begins to transform, laughing maniacally as he drives himself into madness. Robotic limbs start growing out of his back. “The demons… this is what it feels like to have power. Now, your soul is mine.” it says, deeply.
He swings a large fist at Cyn and barely misses. Slightly frightened, she circles herself around the cathedral and blinds the machine. It uses its claws to stab the drone, but it was sliced off almost instantly. The wound healed, and the machine let out a fiery blast to clear himself out of the darkness. Using his grown limbs, it points several lasers at Cyn, and fires.
It quickly dodges all of them, but leaves itself vulnerable to the machine dagging into her visor. She screams, and crazily shakes him off. The entity summons a dark cloud and manifests it into a powerful wind blast, sending it directly at the machine. He chuckles, and parries it with a light beam, evaporating the cloud and knocking Cyn away.
“I can-not- be- de-fea-ted!” she growls, and suddenly sends the two into the thin air.
N wakes up on the surface, staggered. He sees the anomaly, and it sees him. They stare into each other’s souls in the heat of battle.
The eldritch continues.
“I- have- brought- you- here- to- see- some-thing, N”, and slowly reveals a massive glooming null far into the distance.
“The Sin-gu-la-rity, it- is- in-e-vi-ta-ble. You- and- your- me-mo-ries, es-pe-cial-ly- with- that- pur-ple- haired- weak-ling, shall- crumble- the- same- way- this- pla-net- shall- crumble. In- the- end, the- Sol-ver- reigns- all.”
It laughs monstrously.
“The only thing I am afraid of is not avenging the loss of my loved ones” the drone responds, and lunges towards the anomaly.
The ground beneath him begins to shake, and the skies dry out of their bright colors. The null was consuming everything in its path.
While fighting off the ungodly eldritch, N ponders. He reflects on his days as a worker drone in the mansion, remembering simple times. He would have never imagined his life to come to dread, but now he must make the most of it to take revenge, as the only way to soothe his vehement soul.
Time passes slowly, yet blinking an eye can lose you the entire story.
At this point, the two kept fighting for what truly felt like an eternity. Bullets fired, lasers beamed, claws swinging. The null continued to consume the planet.
Life was disappearing before their very eyes.
Yet, the power of the Solver within left their spirits hungry for destruction.
The battle came down to the last straw.
“Give- up!” yelled the anomaly. It summons a formidable thunder storm over their heads, destroying the lands at random and attempting to strike N down. The machine was too quick, adrenaline in his oil.
The entity momentarily distracts itself with trying to manifest the storm and send down one final blast to finish the fight. The drone uses it as an opportunity to let loose a ballistic missile. As the entity releases the lightning from her fingertips, the missile swerves towards her direction and collides with the lightning.
An explosion so massive was created, it stuns the eldritch.
Falling to the ground, the machine slashes up the anomaly’s worm-like body into pieces, leaving just the torso. He lands, grabbing the entity into his arms.
After the fight died down, he quickly became calm for a moment. Despite the null unraveling towards him, he decides to confront the entity in a balanced manner, knowing that this would be the last he sees of her. Right before he pierces his claw into her, the entity stammers, coughing out some oil.
“Con-con-gra-tu-tu-la-tions, N. It- app-app-ears- that- the-the- uni-verse- will- be-be- safe- af-ter- all-all.”
The explosion was so devastating it temporarily disabled the Absolute Solver intelligence within her.
“I don’t care so much about the universe as much as I wanted to kill the monster who ruined my life, Cyn. I’m sorry that the Solver took away from me the one who I once saw as my younger sister.”
He tears up.
“Not-not- to- wor-ry, N-N. It- seems- that-that- I- have- left-left- a- strong- pos-ses-ses-sor of- the- Sol-sol-ver left- to- rule- the-the- uni-verse, if- that- is- what- you-you- wish. You- can-can- do- any-thing- you-you- want.
It begins to trail off.
"Thank- you-you… for- being- my-my bro-ther.”
As the null is seconds away from swallowing them whole, N dags his claw into Cyn’s chest, and rips out her heart. He pauses, closes his eyes, clenches his teeth, and crushes it.

The null implodes within itself, and everything stops, all at once. What lies on the burned ground is N, on his knees, weeping, holding the corpse of his dead sister.
He stops.
The damage cannot be undone, but no further destruction can be spread. Copper-9 is devastated, but the core is still intact, despite it being highly unstable.
The universe is at peace, for now.
The dead cannot come back to life, but N is satisfied with putting an end to his misery. He is now finally…
At rest.

An Insane, Inaccurate and Frankly Ridiculous Summary of Singularity 3: Okeanos
In the year of our Lord, *2017, a perfectly normal human being named **Fujimaru Ritsuka lived life well. Beloved by all and highly capable, this young man was set to lead a great if ordinary existence!*
However, following an unfortunate run-in with a poster for a research organisation, good Fujimaru Ritsuka became Humanity's Last Master, the greatest and final bastion between humanity and those who seek to end it! With his great skills, his excellent personality and stunning good looks, he saves his world, one Singularity at a time!
Entirely unrelated to him and his timeline, John Grandorder, profoundly brain-damaged if kind and determined gacha lunatic desperately attempts to reclaim his sanity following being-
  • Beaten half to death.
  • Injected with every sleeping drug known to mankind.
  • Bearing witness to Nero.
  • Being subjected to pure insanity approximately five times now.
All the while grappling with Humanity's Most Violent Eggplant, a Beast of Humanity pretending to be a tiny little widdle rabbit-dog-cat-fish thing, a seemingly divorced man who likes Vtubers and Leonardo Da Vinci.
But he'll make it through! I'm certain he will and so are you! Because that's his destiny! That's his

Fate/Grand Order!

Chapter 3.1- Our Lord and Savior, Francis Drake

John Grandorder relaxes comfortably after coming back from Septem for approximately seven seconds before Mash reminds him they still have an Event to do which requires Lostbelt 6 cleared and us expiring in a week, snaps his bed in half and drags him to rayshift to the middle of the literal ocean because it might net her a Grail with which to ascend herself to level 120 (Lasengle please, when we can we upgrade best kouhai).
There, in the middle of an actual ocean, Mash reveals her incredible boating skills and, using John Grandorder and Fou as her paddles, navigates her way to a random ass island where she immediately beats an irrelevant Viking to death for zero discernible reasons despite subsequent Events like Nerofest revealing that this Viking is in fact fully sane and just pretending to be mad, meaning that at any time he could have called Mash off by revealing he was intelligent but didn't, which implies that he enjoyed being f***ing murdered by a Shield, a dog and whatever the Master rolled on gacha and - Holy Shit, Eric Bloodaxe lore is weird.
Mash then decides that isn't enough bloodshed and assaults random sailors nearby soon after, completely destroying them, and she steals all their goods because Mash is a hypercapitalist as shown by her being the one on the weekly mission redemption section, indicating that she is in fact the one distributing all our Saint Quartz and trapping us eternally in this gacha hell.
John Grandorder aids the young eggplant in her sea massacre until they come upon a pink-haired lady carrying a Holy Grail. Excited, John Grandorder calls upon his handy whale support NP5 Morgan to smite the lass and defeats her handily. Thus, the pink-haired lady tells him he can do anything with her. "Kill me or have your way with me or whatever" she says.
The usage of these two in the same sentence implies that John Grandorder is so atrocious in bed that getting in his pants is comparable to literally dying, but let's not dwell on that. That's for the mesoamerican reptile cowboy lady to find out (while the sheep watches) way in the future.
Fujimaru ignores both these options to instead gloat to Mash as to how they'd already procured the Grail and could go home. Oddly, she doesn't seem to understand.
The woman disappears with the Grail as if never there, and John Grandorder then hears the voice of the Lord, oddly in a Cockney accent. The Lord reveals His name as not YHVH as we'd thought but Francis Drake and then that He is actually a She, a shocking revelation indeed.
"Mash, did you know the Abrahamic God was actually Francis Drake?" speaks John Grandorder.
"Who's Francis Drake?" asks young Mash.
"You know, the English privateer who circumnavigated the world?"
"There's no such person, Senpai. Francis Drake isn't real," says Mash.
John Grandorder double checks this with Doctor Romani and Fou and is horrified to discover that, indeed, Francis Drake was never real. He'd just imagined her, even in the textbooks.
But the Lord speaks to him yet again, "Heed not the words of the misbelievers. I am the Lord, Francis Drake, and I am as true as the voice you hear in your heart, my faithful. Bid my command, spread my teachings. You are my beloved child and I place upon ye the duty of Salvation." And John Grandorder is greatly disturbed to find out that he is now the Messiah.
He asks what he is to do as the Messiah of the schizophrenic (or epileptic if you're Jeanne) hallucination of Francis Drake, God. She responds: "Kill two gay couples."
...John Grandorder begins to question whether his God is as loving as he'd thought She was.
Soon after, two gay couples, Heracles and Jason; and Anne Bonny and Mary Read pass by and start calling him insults and he realises the truth of her words. He isn't killing them because they're gay, as in queer, as in homosexual, as in man-on-man, woman-on-women, as in Yuri, Yaoi, Say Gex. He's killing them because they're assholes, a perfectly reasonable ask.
...though it is still odd that she specified the sodomy bit. Anyway, let's not think about that. John Grandorder gets ready to deck some dicks in the diaphragms!
However, God has a procedure as Her will is mysterious to we mortals and works in strange ways (Devil Survivor explains this as God being basically on the spectrum but I'm pretty sure I just stated literal blasphemy so I'm not going to elaborate). Hence, John Grandorder, Last Lobotomy Kaisen Redditor of Humanity, is told that instead of going for the kill, he needs to perform couple's counselling for a few hours with no discernible benefit for an entirely unrelated couple. John is understandably a tad miffed by this, but he's Messiah now so he has to deal with that.
John Grandorder and his cohort of murder hobos go to another island, do some cavern diving as God's will is Minecraft, and eventually stumble upon a small angry woman and her giant boyfriend who has trouble expressing his feelings but is very sweet inside a labyrinth. They talk things between the two for a bit to convince Asterios that he is in fact capable of being loved, then, because Mash is going into chronic withdrawal from not killing anyone in the past few hours, the gang now accompanied by Euryale and Asterios search for the nearest person Mash is legally or illegally but quietly allowed to beat up.
There they find a teddy bear groper sexual harasser accompanied by his girlfriend who is an actual God because this is the Nasuverse and that doesn't even crack top ten in terms of weird stuff which exists here (honorary mentions go to Eldritch God Abigail Williams, Martian Quetzalcoatl and Lion Mecha Gundham US President Thomas Edison... among others). John Grandorder asks his Lord how to deal with this false God Artemis.
"Kill 'em dead," responds Francis Drake. John Grandorder asks for how to kill a god. Francis Drake is, of course, omniscient and all-knowing and answers this question easily. "Shoot them with a gun till they stop moving."
Of course! How had John Grandorder not realised this! But hey... How did Francis Drake know this? Why is God omniscient? Did She go to a library with a lot of books? John Grandorder can't be the Messiah of a Nerd God!
"I killed Poseidon like that," speaks the Lord. John Grandorder conveys that Poseidon is f***ing dead to his eggplant and dog and they don't believe him, but oh well, they didn't believe RNGesus at first either.
Unfortunately, John Grandorder's attempt at the life of the false god Artemis is prevented as Mash and her join together to beat her sexual harasser teddy bear boyfriend up for no-no-touching Mash (Nasu, why). Pleased, Mash of the Apocalypse invites Artemis and sexual harasser teddy bear groper to join their crew on their journey to beat up two asshole couples, which Mash, though not believing in Francis Drake's existence, is totally down to do because she just loves violence and disturbingly likes FGO's combat system.
So the Chaldean gang does just that and atomises Mary Read and Anne Bonny alongside Blackbeard who's deeply in love with the Lord, Francis Drake, but unable to reveal that due to being surrounded by iconoclasts, hence forcing him to pretend to be a Prismq Illya Kaleid Liner fan for... reasons? Though that doesn't really matter anymore since they're all dead now.
All besides Hector. Indeed! On the literal Yuri ship, a lone spearsman was chillin' so hard that Mash and pals forgot entirely that he existed. However! He betrayed their complete forgetting that he existed by existing! And kidnapping Euryale, who they don't really care for but Asterios liked and is sad about her being gone, so Mash and her boytoy and her gang need to get her back!
Mash and gang chase after him till he reveals it was a lie, he was actually on the Yaoi ship all along and Okeanos is a literal shipping war. On the way, Asterios becomes so based he transforms into Archer and takes out several of Heracles' lives.
The Lord then speaks unto John Grandorder. "You should kill yourself NOW."
John Grandorder salutes and formulates a plan on how best to kill himself because he is a devout follower of the Lord and, like Abraham nearly killing his son and Job just kind of suffering and being cool about it, devout Christians are weird creatures. Mash and gang are also weirdly on board with John Grandorder's plan to literally kill himself because he added that it might get rid of the Yaoi in the process and apparently everyone at Chaldea is violently against Shirou x Issei.
And so John Grandorder goes forth with a cube he found to bait Heracles into chasing and hopefully killing him. However, John Grandorder made one crucial mistake in this plan. One singular thing he didn't account for:
Heracles had already realised he was in FGO Part 1's story.
As John Grandorder runs, aided by suicide-supporters David and green anime catgirl Atalante, Heracles and him suddenly have a heart to heart conversation as the both of them realise John Grandorder is weirdly athletic and somehow beating Heracles' in a foot race.
John concludes Heracles must be tricking him. Pretending, to get his hopes up, only to dash them at the end when Heracles catches John. And so, he asks:
"Would you win?"
And Heracles responds:
"Nah, I'd lose."
Heracles steals John Grandorder's chance at suicide and escapes FGO Part 1's story, ascending to heaven in the process. John Grandorder weeps on realising he's still alive and that just furthered his own team's goals. Then he returns to them with a heavy heart. They confront Blonde Shinji and Medea Lily, having destroyed one half of their Yaoi ship, literally and figuratively.
Chaldea asks Jason why he kidnapped their suspiciously young-looking, ideal of beauty, snake girl.
"God told me sacrificing the Kaleid Liner reference would ascend me to heaven," says blonde Shinji.
John Grandorder contacts his God for Her will. He's the Messiah after all. "Sacrificing Kaleid Liner references will cause the world to end," speaks his Lord unto her disciple. John conveys that to blonde Shinji.
"What? That's dumb. I'm going to turn to goop." And as he says, Jason turns into a puddle of goop. Medea Lily then cries about this till she completes what global warming couldn't do and drowns the Earth, dying in the process. Fortunately this is a Singularity so nothing much was affected.
"That was dumb," thinks Mash out loud. "Senpai, I've decided I hate water. Let's destroy all water tomorrow, okay?"
John Grandorder nods and dons a white robe as the blue light surrounds him and he and the gang rayshift back to Chaldea having acquired the Holy Grail from the puddle Jason turned into.
There, John Grandorder would go on to set up a massive religion transforming the world to his worship of the Lord, Francis Drake. John would become the greatest Messiah known to the Earth, a perfect instrument of Her will.
Then, one day later, everything would fall apart as he'd get a medical examination and they'd discover the Lord, 'Francis Drake' was just a hallucination caused by John Grandorder's severe concussions following repeated beatings by Mash's shield, injection with hundreds of drugs that one time and looking at Nero, causing the religion to regress to a cult and later collapse entirely.
...
But well, things just work out like that sometimes! It's just Fate!

Fate/Grand Order!

Roll credits!

2024.05.05 21:29 KingStud1os Absolutely Solved, a fan-fiction

Darkness lies within the hearts of those who sought to find the answer to their reminiscing torture; at least that’s what it thought. Chaos was reforming itself to consume the planet and everything within, of what was believed was the second coming of The Singularity.
The core within Copper 9 was collapsing.
Terror followed the entity where it went, and it was the time for that same terror to grow and harvest on the souls of those who dared to fight the ultimate life form. Approaching, however, came one soul, flying out of the pit carrying a corpse. It was none other than the very machine the anomaly was once affectionate for, who it used to treat as its own brother.
It began to speak. “You did this to her”, it said with a faintly monotone voice. It appeared that the “her” was the corpse the machine was holding in his arms. “You took away everyone”, it muttered. The entity was becoming restless of this pesky defiance. “You took away Tessa, the one who I looked up to. You took away V, my closest friend”, it continued. “J was led down a dark path and suffered a harsh price, because of you. And now, the love of my life…” It began tearing up.
He gasped, with grief overcoming him. “My Uzi, she suffered greatly because of the abhorred monster within her. Yet at the same time, she was still the same angsty fighter I admired from the moment my eyes laid on her. She reached the greatest of battles with herself.” It paused. “Unfortunately, her fiery spirit diminished, and it became too much. I had to put her down. And YOU made me do it, Cyn.”
The entity was not interested in the pest’s monologuing, and finally spoke. “I- did- this- for- you- N”, it uttered robotically. “You- al-ways- did- what- I- asked- of- you. Now, you- will- join- me- and- we- can- be-come- as- one.” The machine resisted “No… it is far too late for that. The old, submissive boy within me died a long time ago.” He stopped, with its visor blank, staring at the endless void within the pit of flesh.
He stares deep into the anomaly’s tar-coloured soul, and extends his long claw towards it, then clenches.
Good-bye, N.” It activates a powerful laser towards the drone, seemingly as if nothing could prevent his fate. Seconds later, light beams flash the windows of the cathedral, while the anomaly chuckles.
As the light dimmed down, the entity froze. Below it saw the pulverized ground, and in the center of it was the drone protected by a shining yellow ball of light. The light disappears, and the drone picks himself off the ground. “I told you that I am not weak. After Uzi passed, she no longer continued as my administrator. Now I have no one to control me, and I can finally reach the zenith of my limitations!” He begins to transform, laughing maniacally as he drives himself into madness. Robotic limbs start growing out of his back. “The demons… this is what it feels like to have power. Now, your soul is mine.” it says, deeply.
He swings a large fist at Cyn and it barely misses, slightly frightened by what she saw. Already in her eldritch form, she circles herself around the cathedral and blinds the machine. It uses its claws to stab the drone, but it was sliced off almost almost instantly.
He sees the anomaly. They stare into each other’s souls in the heat of battle. The eldritch continues to speak. In- the- end, the- Sol-ver- reigns- all.” It laughs monstrously. “The only thing I am afraid of is not avenging the loss of my loved ones” the drone responds, and lunges towards the anomaly.
The ground beneath him begins to shake, and the skies dry out of their bright colors. The null was consuming everything in its path. While fighting the ungodly eldritch, N ponders about his time in the mansion, reflecting off his simple days. He would have never imagined his life to come to this, but now he must make the most of it to take revenge, as the only way to soothe his vehement soul.
Time passes slowly, yet blinking an eye can lose you the entire story.
At this point, the two kept fighting for truly what felt like an eternity. Bullets fired, lasers beamed, claws swinging. The null continued to consume the planet. Life was disappearing before their very eyes. The power of the Solver within left their spirits hungry for destruction. The battle came down to the last straw.
“Give- up!” yelled the anomaly. It summons a formidable thunder storm over their heads, destroying the lands at random and attempting to strike N down. The machine was too quick, adrenaline in his oil. The entity manifests the storm to send down one final blast. Distracted, the drone uses it as an opportunity to let loose a ballistic missile.
Despite the null unraveling towards him, he speaks to the entity with a balanced voice, knowing that this would be the last he sees of her. Right before he pierces his claw into her, the entity coughs out some oil. It stammers “Con-con-gra-tu-tu-la-tions, N. It- app-app-ears- that- the-the- uni-verse- will- be-be- safe- af-ter- all-all.” The explosion was so devastating it temporarily disabled the Absolute Solver intelligence within her. “I don’t care so much about the universe as much as I wanted to kill the monster who ruined my life, Cyn. I’m sorry that the Solver took away from me the one who I once saw as my younger sister.” He slightly tears up. “Not-not- to- wor-ry, N-N. It- seems- that-that- I- have- left-left- a- strong- pos-ses-ses-sor of- the- Sol-sol-ver. You- can-can- do- any-thing- you-you- want. Thank- you-you… for- being- my-my bro-ther.”

At rest.
