I almost wish there was a subreddit for Sapphire Travel Insurance, but I have a question.
I recently downgraded my Sapphire Preferred so that I could take advantage of the New Sapphire offers. Well, as I was waiting a few days, to reapply, I had to purchase a plane ticket. I remember getting an email stating something about the card I downgraded still had some protections until a certain date. My dumb butt deleted that email. But anyways, I bought the flights on my now former Sapphire Card.
Fast forward to now, I had some major issues with the flight I booked. Long story short, got delayed 24 hours. Does anyone have an email similar to what I am describing in regards to some protections still being in effect until a certain date? I am just needing to know if it’s worth my time to put in a claim.

Psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapy may be one of the last bastions of honest inquiry left to us, and I worry that society will "social justice" us out of it.
There are so many physical and behavioral outcomes that a psychodynamic therapist might be curious about that we are no longer encouraged to examine. And let's be clear, before I elaborate, that I do not mean it is our job to JUDGE people and most certainly not to look down upon them! But the idea seems to be that many things a psychologist might be interested in the underpinnings or root causes of are things that are allowed no investigation whatsoever, else you’re labeled an -ist and a -phobic (racist, sexist, fatphobic, homophobic, transphobic, etc., etc.).
I went to a CE event last year about the BDSM community, and it was enforced upon us multiple times that there was nothing psychological about any of it, that the CE was about acceptance and not questioning it. It was, as you can imagine, a very boring event. Is it impossible to imagine that for some members of this community, there may have been events earlier in their lives that affected their thinking around sex/relationships/attachment that might help them to understand the way they think, feel, and behave today? No; we are simply to accept, lest we are invalidating and not supporting the BDSM/polyamory community.
On a reality TV competition, an overweight, conventionally unattractive person made themselves stand out with tall, strangely-coiffed bright hair, covered in piercings and tattoos, and wearing unconventional clothing. Part of me might wonder what it means for them to stand out this way, and why they've chosen as they have. But nothing about their choices or appearance is examinable; if one does not accept them as they are with no thought, we are seen as invalidating and not supporting them.
About sexual orientation or gender identity I will only say that all the research seems to indicate both are probably caused by a deeply nuanced interplay of genetics and environment -- not 100% genetics. However, we are strongly discouraged from talking about or thinking about the environment piece.
The goal of psychodynamic therapy is exploration, inquiry, and deeper understanding. We of all people should never be silenced or shamed in the questions we are allowed to ask, either as researchers or in session with our clients (up to a point, and of course prioritizing our client’s well-being). However, I think we are not protected in society against the rules that are put in place (understandably!) to cope with abusive, invalidating, hurtful laypeople. …But I feel we should be.

I had a nightmare. Haven't had any memorable dreams for quite awhile so does this signify something?
Dreamt about there being a killer monster that lurks in the form of shadows and attacks people physically by leaping out of the shadows and killing them. One of them ytried to attack my boyfriend and I tried to protect him by stabbing the shadow with some sort of weapon. Just when we thought we had killed it the monster appeared again and I jad to attack it again.
The moinster had long shaggy hair and jagged teeth. It kept us on our toes all the time.

So I have a question that I would love other people to weigh in. My question is would you invest in a body cam or what measures do you take to cover yourself because while I know you shouldn’t live on work full-time. This is my bread and butter. I’ll start this off where it’s relevant. Me and my partner were looking to buy a house and when we found the one we wanted of course my mom wanted to do a walk through with us. So we did the walk through and she thought it was nice and even joked about the basement being all set up for a mother in-law suite. To which my husband replied we don’t have any intention of renting it out and we don’t know if we will need that space yet.
Later I was at her house visiting getting some help doing out taxes and she was on the phone then asked my about giving her landlord notice. She never brought it up again but we had talked about it in the past and I always told her the same thing my husband had. We don’t plan on rent out the basement and we will probably need the space.
Fast-ward we just finish moving our stuff not even unpacked yet and she needs to move out cus she’s given her notice and of course I felt terrible saying “ya ya” not know what I was saying yes to. I convinced my husband to let her move in and his wasn’t happy but we moved her into the basement. We did say a few rules not smoking in the house there is a detached heated garage for that. The upstairs was supposed to be our space. And don’t overstep boundaries or our parenting.
That’s when all the issues started. My mom would make plans for me with little notice and monopolies my and my kids time. At first it was fine to get to spend time out with her and the kids but it became an issues when she wouldn’t respect my boundaries. Like I need more notice cus I do make plans with my husband to do family stuff or friends. Or I don’t want certain people around my kids and she would bring us there or invite them over. If I invited friends over she’d come upstairs and take over the conversation and not let me talk and try to bring them downstairs to sell them stuff she’s made. She never respected the upstairs was our space rule.
She would talk down to me in front of my kids why isn’t the house spotless. Why are there dishes in the sink etc.. she would complain about everything but never help. She would not listen if I told hethe kids no to something ex. Candy before dinner. Me: No you can’t have candy before dinner, maybe after. Her: They are only kids once let them have it. And would give it to them. They need to eat lunch but “oh she was on a diet.” And so on
It got to the point where she would tell me she doesn’t have to listen to me cus she’s my mother. My kids started to throw fits and say I was mean and “they wanted nana cus she gave them anything they wanted.” Or “why do I have to listen to you when nana doesn’t have too?”
One Christmas I was working to afford a better Christmas and help pay off the line of credit we needed for the house. We hosted the Christmas dinner and had family and friends and everyone helped out. I cooked all day and then took a nap while everyone else was enjoying dinner as I had to work the night and was already going to be running on fumes. When I got up to my surprise everyone was still there. They were helping put the food away and had made me a plate for work. When I got home the house was clean and I was relieved as I was exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. My mom told me she did all the dishes for me and cleaned to kitchen.
I worked for a few months before and after Christmas and during this time my mom was chain smoking in the basement. Her bedroom right below ours and our kids rooms. Me and the kids have asthma and my husband has crippling migraines that helped encourage him to quit smoking years ago. I didn’t notice the smell unless I was down stairs but he noticed it immediately. Saying he can’t sleeping and his crippling migraines had come back and the house smelled like cigarettes smoke. I confronted my mother and she said no of course she would smoke in the house but all her stuff clothes, furniture, smells that way cus she use to smoke in the house at her old place. (Mind you she was living with us for months now, and some of her future was new and we only just started having a problem suddenly after months with no issues related to smoke/smell)
Me and my husband fought over this as I really didn’t want to believe she would smoke in the house. First off it’s illegal here and second she knows off all our health issues. And you can get in trouble with child protective services if they thinking your smoking in the house which is considered endangering the health and safety of your children. And asthma can be considered the fault of the parents if they are smoking around them. You can’t even smoke in the car if a child is in the car with you
So my husband got a nicotine testing kit and when it finally came in we put it to use. The house was completely clean when we moved in. We found next to nothing upstairs but downstairs was a different story. My mom’s bedroom and kitchen being the worst. I was so mad that I decided I would look around to see if I could find an ashtray. Well I found it in her nightstand right beside the bed…. I was pissed. I can still remembered her fallling asleep with a cigarette in her hand on multiple occasions as a kid and how lucky we were that she never burned the house down back then
I confronted her when she got home and her instantly denied it till I showed her my proof and that I found her ashtray “your husband didn’t want her there always” was her response. I was floored. The whole time I stood up for her after confronting her the first time. she was lying saying “I’m so sick, I’m not even smoking right now, I’m quitting.”
He had bin upset at first but the first few months were great till all the issues started. But I quickly realized that no matter what I said I’d be wrong and she wouldn’t apologize. She had no remorse or sympathy not even when I mentioned the kids health or mine and my husbands. As she was my mother I felt it was my personal responsibility to hold her accountable for her actions we were going to give her till the spring as she is old but her response infuriated me.
She made it clear she didn’t have any level of respect for me or my husband and didn’t care about her grandchildren’s health…. I told her she had till the end of the month to move. She was pissed. She wanted to die here and how could I pick my husband over her and allow him to force her to move and in a month no less. I told her it was my choice to only give her a month and that I couldn’t stand to look at her. And this was the straw that back the camel’s back.
After that she avoided us and would hide in the basement when she wasn’t at work. A day or so later I woke up in the middle of the night to a noise only to find my mother in kitchen going through our cupboards…. I asked her what the H she was doing in my kitchen in the middle of the night? After that I started double checking the door separating the basement from the upstairs was locked at night.
She didn’t want to move so naturally I helped her looked for a place. Did the walk throughs with her till she settled for a place and of course she complained the whole time. How could I do this to her, look at the house I was forcing her into. (She picked it) and it was the nicest one we looked at. In her price range. And it was still close enough to visit and come help her if she needed it.
She refused to pack so I ended up packing everything for her and as I was packing her things I kept coming across things she had stolen from us. A can opener, canned goods, cereal, shopping bags, a blanket she had knitted for the family for Christmas and other things she had got the kids among many random things she must have wanted. I was growing more upset as the days passed and I told my husband everything I had come across while packing her things each day. He told me not to bother taking anything back because she would probably forget she stole it and claim we were stoking her things. He said she could have anything she wanted and hopefully with time she would remember that we still gave her whatever she wanted and there might be hope to fix the relationship with her in the future.
We called a couple friends to help us move here. We even put the furniture in the rooms/spots she asked for them to be put and we them up. As for the boxes I was going to help her empty them and put everything away but the first night she refused to let me touch anything and I just ended up sitting there while she berated me. “You’re a horrible daughter!” “A horrible mother!” “You’d let your own mother live in this dump!” “Who going to take care of me now? I might as well just die” “if I die it’s because of what you put me through” and those are only thing things a can remember
She keep my there in till 2 in the morning after that I said I couldn’t help her because I still had kids at home I had to get up with and she wouldn’t let me help anyway just berate me the whole time.
Me and my husband both agreed that we wouldn’t stop her from seeing the kids but she would have to respect our boundaries or we would have to put a stop to it. She refuses to see us or the kids. She refuses to apologize or admit to any wrong doing. She going around telling everyone I’m dead to her and take we took everything from her and we used her and abused her. We stopped talking to her all together and stopped trying to visit her.

The dust swirled around, carried by the winds that roared through the mountain passes, howled in the valleys, and scoured the faces of the mountains. It was a thick gray dust, glittering here and there with plasma glass dust. Burnt out cars were covered by the dust, thickly caked after being rained on by thick, black rain.
A single building somehow sat intact amid the rubble and destruction. It was a low, squat building, surrounded by wreckage and ruin. A sign, blasted and scorched, had two jumping fish on it and the legend "Pop: 4,823" at the bottom even though the middle of the sign was gone.
The sound of drums and singing could be heard from the building. Not the driving frantic beat of modern music, but the steady cadence that carried with it a solemn feeling. The singing was from many different voices, male and female, but all of them in a language that time had nearly forgotten.
From out of the dust came figures. Two female, four male, and single figure that stood out from others.
Together, they moved toward the sound of singing, until the reached the door.
The leader, a large man of heavy muscle and bone, checked the doors with one hand, a large pistol in his hand.
"Barricaded," the large man said. He motioned. "We should check for any other entrances."
The older woman of brown skin and tightly braided hair moved forward.
"Allow me, brother," she said gently. She held her hand out, twitched her fingers, and smiled.
From inside came the sound of furniture scraping across the floor.

More troops ran into the bay, even as the windows overlooking the bay shattered. Weapons deployed, pointing at the pair.

Guns flew away, breaking apart, rapidly disassembling. Power armored troops were flung into the air, to hang upside down. Captain N'Skrek found himself upside down, scrabbling for purchase on this air.
The woman spoke to the man. He spoke back.
Finally, he turned, facing the troops hanging in mid-air.
The woman spoke.
"My sister apologies for my rude actions," the man said. "I am merely ensuring her safety."
She spoke some more.
"She has been gone for many years," the man said. He looked around. "My sister, a Biological Apostle of the Digital Omnimessiah, pleads with you to lower your weapons and stay your hands."
The tension was so thick it almost made Jaskel gag.
Finally, the Captain put the tip of a bladearm against his temple.
"Stand down," he said, Jaskel hearing it through his armor's commo system. "All hands, stand down."
There was silence for a moment, only broken by the background humming of the ship's systems.
The woman spoke.
The man faced the Captain.
"She will go with you, to answer questions, on the stipulation that I accompany her and that no man's hand is raised against me without cause," he said.

Captain N'Skrek ducked slightly to fit through the doorway into the Captain's Briefing Room Six.
Sitting at one end was the woman, now clothed in what his implant assured him was treated deer hide leather, with tassels and beads upon it. The man was wearing a uniform that made his implant twitch and his nerves draw tight.
A Terran Combined Military Authority uniform.
His staff filed in behind him and took their seats once he sat down.
"I'm Captain N'Skrek, currently assigned to the Gray Lady on autonomous assignment," N'Skrek said.
"You heard me," the slim bald man said. He gave a grin. "You may also know me as Vat Grown Luke or Dhruv Deshmuhk."
The woman spoke and he shook his head. "Yes, sister, I know, Deshmuhk is my slave name. I wear it for revenge."
The woman spoke again, her tone slightly chiding.
"Like they say, the best revenge is living well, sister," the man said, still smiling.
Again, the woman spoke.
N'Skrek noticed that his implant was absolutely no help in deciphering the woman's speech.
"I know that doing things like that and saying things like that is exactly why Daxin always told me people wanted to punch me in the face," the man laughed.
He turned back to Captain N'Skrek.
"My apologies. My sister refuses to speak anything but her people's ancient tongue," his eyes gleamed with mischief. "She is slightly put out with me for answering in Confederate Standard, since now you know that she understands perfectly what you are saying."
N'Skrek nodded. Vat Grown Luke had given up a valuable piece of information in what was sure to be delicate negotiations.
"And what should we call your sister?" N'Skrek asked.
Vat Grown Luke smiled. "Tsakáka Wia, but it would probably be easier for you to use the more common name," he said.
The woman spoke sternly.
"What? It's your commonly known name?" he said, smiling.
The woman's face grew stern and she spoke rapidly.

Even customary love themes are largely just recycled imitations of the greats.
Since I also relate to the sensitivity of empaths — someone attuned to the deep feelings of those around them at a personal level — I tend to gravitate to music with a message that connects with us viscerally, that which touches the soul. Especially in our currently fraught times, there clearly is a need for thought-provoking music and for more attention given to the evolution of this genre of what was once deemed “protest songs.” Socially poignant music is a category that disguises protest in metaphors and yet is just as potent. It will create community and superfans, lift spirits, and engender a large movement of positive social advocacy. I established Socially Driven Music to develop and market #Music4APurpose. The loading times for armaments are WAY too long, and by the time we load the next salvo, we are swimming in Robot guts and electronics. Mind you, the bugs are fine, but the Robots.... Not so much. Let me not get into the horror of Rocket and Heavy Devastaors are IMPOSSIBLE to beat fast.
Each of our turrets draws enemy fire like they are programmed to attack the turrets and not us, rending most turret placements WORTHLESS. The turrets ALL need to be harder, stronger and more durable. Why are they a primary target over 4 juicy DEMOCATIC LIBERATORS? Makes no sense. Even the bugs focus fire turrets. This devastating news led to Petra having to cut her campaign short right on the eve of the decisive battle against the last of the Hrud, deeming the threat to be mostly neutralised and Olympia being a bigger priority.
On their journey returning to Olympia, there was a heated discussion between Petra , her inner circle known as the Trident and The Anvil on the most appropriate course of action. While Petra wanted to swiftly end the conflict by putting down all the warring factions violently and eliminate all those responsible for Olympia falling into such disarray, her Anvil, ever the diplomat at heart suggest only eliminating those who refuse to stand down and come to the negotiating table to resolve the cause of discontent and reform the planet’s government to prevent such an incident from ever occurring again. Despite everyone, including Petra herself, agreeing to this course of action, it was all for naught as when the Iron Warriors landed on Olympia, they were immediately fired upon by one of the many insurrectionist factions. Already being enraged from having to cut the Hrud campaign short, such an act of defiance, by her own home world no less, proved to be the last straw as the Countess of Iron immediately rescinded her previous orders and instead ordered the Iron warriors to eliminate of anyone even showing any hint of resistance or sympathy towards the insurgents.
Immediately after Petra’s new orders were issued, the Anvil left and informed several likeminded officers who , along with the men under their command, decided to join their Primarch’s lover in stopping this madness. They immediately contacted Calliphone and began coordinating evacuation efforts and delaying the Iron Warriors under Petra for as long as possible by causing deliberate miscommunication and sowing general confusion within the ranks with the help of those Iron Warriors who while sympathetic to their cause dared not to openly oppose their Primarch. This was met with relative success as several units of Iron Warriors “accidentally” marched on an uninhabited area on the planet or deliberately loudly discussing Petra’s latest orders within earshot of Olympian citizens. Despite this relative success, many Iron Warriors, especially those under Petra’s direct command, still followed through with the Primarch’s orders which led to the death of at least over half of the planet’s population with thousands remaining unaccounted for.
The deception could not go on forever however, and Petra soon learn of the actions of her lover and adoptive sister. Enraged and confused by the actions of the two people she trusted most, the countess of Iron stopped her assault and contacted both the Anvil and Calliphone under a flag of truce to discuss the matter and understand why they would go to such lengths for people she perceived as “traitors and rebels”. Petra and her officers arrived at the agreed upon location for the truce to find only her lover and Calliphone waiting there. It is not fully known what truly transpired during the discussion but it ultimately ended with Calliphone’s death and the Anvil being allowed to peacefully leave Olympia alongside all the people they’ve saved , the soldiers and Iron Warriors who chose to follow them.
Years later, a rumor within the legion would surface telling of what happened with the alleged source of this story being one of the officers who accompanied Petra to the truce negotiations. According to this rumor, it was said that the discussion got heated when Calliphone began berating the Primarch about how she should’ve contacted Calliphone first and that Petra has “taken things too far”. Offended by such remarks from a “mere mortal” one of the junior officers accompanying Petra grabbed her by the throat and strangled her on the spot. This drew the ire of Petra who felt that the officer had not only violated her command but made her into an oathbreaker, the Primarch then proceeded to beat the officer to death with her bare hands on the spot before accepting the terms presented by her lover and allow them to leave in peace as is officially known.
Once the Anvil and those that have accompanied her had left Olympia, Petra had begun creating the design for the robots that would later become known as The Iron Circle as she felt that she no longer had anyone she could fully trust by her side. Meanwhile, the Anvil sought out the warsmith Barabas Dantioch who assisted them in properly organising a fleet and finding a relatively unknown and well hidden planet to temporarily act as a base for both the refugees of Olympia and the soldiers and Astartes who followed them.
Once the heresy had broken out the Anvil was initially horrified and appalled by Petra’s actions on Istvaan V. However, horror soon made way for concern once a member of the Trident contacted the Anvil, informing them of the events that transpired on Iydris and how Petra nearly died at the hands of her own sister, Fulgrim. Determined to settle their conflicting emotions of horror for her prior actions and concern given the recent events that occurred they decided to confront Petra one last time to discuss the future of their relationship.
The Anvil chose to make their way towards Terra knowing that the traitors would definitely concentrate all their forces there and hoping to confront Petra alongside most of their Astartes and soldiers while leaving the Olympian refugees under the protection of a small garrison force. However, their fleet were suddenly intercepted by an Alpha Legion warship who informed them that they should avoid entering the Sol system as the siege of Terra was already well underway and gave them information on how Petra and the Iron Warriors would soon be replaced by the Death Guard as the ones leading the siege of Terra along with how the Warmistress sought to use the Iron Warriors on Terra as a spearhead to soak up most of the casualties before sending in her own legion into the fray. Understanding that such actions could unnecessarily put Petra in great danger, the Anvil chose to forward all of this information along with a message to meet and talk about their relationship and “forever home” later using a direct communication device given to them by Petra before departing Olympia all those years ago. The Anvil later received a reply from Petra thanking them for the information and was informed that the given info was one of the deciding factors in her decision to abandon the siege of Terra. The message then went on to state that they should meet and discuss their future together after she settled things “one last time” with her sister Dorn.
Later on, the Anvil received another message from an agent of the Alpha Legion stating that they should ”Head to Sebastus IV as soon as possible, or risk losing the one you love forever”. Given that this was from the same Alpha Legionnaire who informed them of the siege of Terra, they chose to believe it and immediately head for the planet alongside their retinue of men. The Anvil arrived at the “Eternal Fortress” on the planet near the end of the battle that would later be known as the “Iron Cage”. While the battle was nearly over the Anvil finally managed to confront Petra just as she was about to begin her ritual of sacrificing Imperial Fist gene seed to ascend to daemonhood.
When they were reunited for the first time in years, the Anvil began pleading for Petra to just abandon the ritual and leave together to a peaceful place where they can settle down and build their “Forever Home” together. After a moment of silence that seemed to last an eternity, Petra finally ordered the gene seed to be removed from her presence ordered a general withdrawal and departed with her lover before the Ultramarines arrived to relieve the fists.
In her final actions as the leader of her legion Petra guided them to the planet of Medrengard and built the fortress there to act as their new base of operations and left her legion under the command of the Trident before giving the Astartes in her legion a choice between peacefully retiring to the hidden world where the descendants of the refugees from Olympia resides or continue the long war here in Medrengard.
Once all was said and done, Petra relinquished the command of her legion and departed her lover abroad the Iron Blood, guarded by The Iron Circle. Finally leaving all the war and bloodshed behind for good and depart for their “Forever Home”.
Afterword: Oh man this one took quite a bit of work lol I was gonna write about what they’re currently up to in the 41st millennium but I just felt that leaving it open ended like this is probably better.
As for the nickname “Anvil” that was something I came up with myself based on Perty’s canon nickname of the “Hammer of Olympia” so I decided to make the SO an anvil to go along with Petra’s hammer. It’s also a reference to how anvils acts a workbench for the hammer and help support/soak up the hammer’s strikes much like the pair’s relationship dynamic.

I'm trying to get this simple OpenGL program started but I hit a segmentation fault. It's just a camera that moves linearly with free look, and one model. It looks like it's relating to a glm header. I can't seem to find what the issue is.
The stack includes a call to Camera::moveUp(), which is unexpected. The update loop doesn't contain moveUp(), and sequentially speaking it should run updateCameraVectors() before recalculateViewMatrix(). moveUp() is in Movement.h which runs in the glut keyboard event loop. It's possible some buffered use of the keyboard is prematurely triggering this?
I used valgrind to get this info about the seg fault. I also recompiled and ran it again, which gave me a slightly different backtrace which I posted at the bottom:

I am currently having an issue with my screen randomly going black. Most of the time it does NOT occur during heavy load or gaming. It is usually at random times while browsing, or watching a video file/streaming/watching YouTube. It does happen with gaming at times ;however, it is inconsistent. I have had no temperature spikes, graphical glitches, artifacts, bluescreen or hard crashes. FPS and gaming performance is just fine and show no sign of any issues. Just my screen going black with the sound of whatever I am doing still playing. I will hear the Windows chime sound as if something was unplugged or plugged in.
After doing some googling, I have done the following with no changes:

1. Replaced my PSU with another one. Issue did not happen for 3-5 days then started up again
2. Uninstalled current driver using DDU and installed an older driver, my issue has continued. I also turned off all “performance” settings used on NVIDIA Experience. I did not even reinstalled NVIDIA Experience and the issue persists. I have never overclocked my GPU or CPU. Personally, I’ve never even attempted with this machine.
3. Turned off Gsync
4. Ran varies Virus Scans.
5. Checked that both of my screens were at the same refresh/hertz rate which they are. This issue happens with one screen plugged in as well as two. The issue effects both screens. Issue still occurs with by DP and HDMI cables.

6. Interesting, at one point this issue occurred when I had NO DRIVER INSTALLED. I was in the middle of what I did during what I mentioned in point #2 and the issue occured.
7. Cleaned out dust and debris inside computer.

Ive been taking the opill for a little over a month now, and i wanted to share my experience so far so others can maybe know what to expect.
To start things off, im 22, weigh about 118 pounds. ive never been on any form of birth control (strict hispanic parents). Im also not super sexually active, my and my boyfriend are long distance so we dont get to see each other often, but when we do, tmi, we have a lot of sex (condom and/or raw). We use the pullout method a lot, and thankfully no surprises. This is one of the main reasons why i decided to start taking the opill, added protection. I also have really bad cramps while on my period, so i did some research and saw there was a possibility of my cramps not being too bad or just getting rid of my period completely (which i dont prefer).
I bought the 3 month supply, and ive finished 1 pack and im on week 2 of a new pack. The only side effects Ive noticed are: slight increase in appetite (no noticeable weight gain, i actually look a little slimmer), tendesensitive breasts, a little bit more discharge than usual, and increased libido(within 3 weeks of starting). Im aware its different for everyone, and i was nervous for weight gain, and increase in acne, but i just learned to not over eat, and keep up with a daily skincare routine.
I started the pills after my period, and i havent felt any kind of dizziness, nausea, or anything like that. I actually felt pretty good. I was hoping to still get my monthly period, for confirmation that im for sure not pregnant, and i did end up getting it! On my expected day i really only noticed some cramping, and the day after that, the bleeding started 3 days after my expected day, and the cramps were still bad. I was going through it at work, had to sit down most of the time, and my painkillers took a little longer to kick in but they did eventually. TMI WARNING, my blood also was a bit chunkier, nothing too crazy but i did notice it a little bit. My periods are usually like 2-3 days, then the rest is just the bbq stage. I started my period last week on Thursday, and usually by this time, I'd be in the bbq stage but my blood is still a normal bright red, not even dark. This isnt common for MY body, and im hoping the bleeding stops soon. At this time i have no cramps, i did have a little breakout but nothing my routine couldnt fix in like a day.
I havent had any kind of sex since starting the pill, but my bf is coming over in June so I'll keep updating if anyone is interested.
But yea this is my experience so far, overall im happy with it, just hoping my period goes away soon🙏

there are too many complicated conversations we shouldn’t be having and yet we are still here still with locked eyes still engineered towards the setting sun you can’t eat the bread and drink the wine at the same time you can’t consume everything you love and try to make something of the bones afterward; that is not your job
it never will be and yet your table is full of pigeons trying to bridge the gap you can’t consecrate the things you love and expect the same results you can’t expect anything this is war, this is the opposition of reason
therefore one day the sun will burn out and everything you love will die no one tells you this and yet it still grazes your skin every day all the same
so tell me whose paintbrush was it again, whose strokes are you looking at? god’s paintbrush, whose sun was it again your sun, my sun, little sun, big sun this world is so hot it keeps getting hotter every day and yet everything keeps being reborn and we are still here, all the same is it you, or me?
