It’s no secret that this weekend was rather turbulent for us all. But one thing that didn’t help - and, in fact, made things even more chaotic, was Twitter misinformation.
I am aware that misinformation can and does spread across all social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. However, this weekend, Twitter was especially harmful,
Many people, some new to our community and some not, were flooding the comment sections and submissions of this subreddit with links to random tweets and Twitter profiles making all sorts of baseless and speculative claims around the Joost situation, Israel, Bambie Thug, and pretty much anything you can imagine. This misinformation and rumors were so bad that we had to block Twitter links in the subreddit for the weekend.
I understand that confirmation bias is a thing. When we want something to be true, we often go out of our way to find any and all evidence that backs up what we already believe. If you believe that Joost was disqualified because he likes to eat onions and you want the world to know, you might try to find tweets that back up this idea.
But Twitter isn’t a news outlet. It’s basically a chat room. Anyone can make a Twitter profile right now and claim anything they want, with no evidence nor repercussions for making claims.
This can, does, and will hurt people, including artists you care about, their friends, and their loved ones.
Actual news websites have standards and laws that regulate what kinds of things they can claim and what they can’t. Especially in Nordic countries, matters related to police investigations involving individuals have an even higher threshold for standards and privacy in media, in order to protect any potential victims.
Not all news is created equally, either. Reliable articles understand nuance and provide balanced, factual information, rather than relying on shocking headlines and inflammatory writing styles.
On a personal level, this was one of the hardest weekends in my 20+´year “career” as a forum moderator. It really felt like no one was interested in any facts, they just wanted to sow chaos around the show, or they wanted to be “right” about their opinions. It didn’t feel like a community, it felt like a mob, and it was all fueled by random Twitter accounts.
So, with everything going on right now, I beg that we step back just enough to ignore Twitter, and trust reliable news sources for whatever happens next. The chaos isn’t cute, and it has consequences.
And when posting a news article, avoid tabloid clickbait and articles that rely on out-of-context quotes or videos, and rage-bait.

Well, I’ve played the first two Suikoden, love them, so I waited for Eiyuden Chronicle. I’ve just finished the game with all recruits and It was a great experience.
So here the things I like in this game :
-The castle : Ho god, I love the lens freaking sh*t of this feature ! In fact, that’s the main reason why I love so much Suikoden franchise. Starting with ruins, bringing people, rebuild the castle, seeing life coming back, adding new things,… Argh, it’s so exhilarating ! I don’t know why this feature isn’t more popular in gaming.
-The music : I’m suprised there’s a lot of music I enjoy (except those with violins). I’ve a weak spot for the normal battle theme and Yarnaan
-The human scaled story : It’s good to focus the plot on a human scale than a worldwide epic story with gods and apocalyptic issues.
-The gorgeous graphics : Very good looking, with welcoming deep blur effect. The character sprites fit well in its.
-The party customization : Finally, I can make my dream team (here) without having to bring deadweights or characters I don’t want.
-The Suikoden aura : Well, what else can I say ? This game captures what made Suikoden. The personality of every characters, the minigames, the gameplay, the «aura» of a glorious past. And, to be honest, I had some melocanlic moments by playing this game because of the passing of its creator (especially the fact he won’t see its release and its potential future)
...but as nothing is perfect, there is some elements I don’t like :
-The enemy "art": Except human characters and 3D models, most of ennemies look so « off » of the game art with their ugly « paper puppet » animation and their « overdetailed » apparences. Why aren’t they made of sprites ?
-The juvenile ambience : I know Suikoden is more a lighthearted franchise and I don’t want It turns like Warhammer 40K, but, compared of Suikoden 1 and 2, I think the game lacks of what means « war » with all of its tragedies, compromises, sacrifices, different level of grey morality,...
-The bad translation : Well, I think I don’t need to come back to that...
-The underwhelming magic and skills : Maybe I don’t remember well how magic and skills were in Suikoden 1 and 2, but here, they feels disapointing with their lack of damage and their huge costs. Maybe they’ll be a little more viable in future patchs or games ?
-The beigoma minigames : I don’t know whose idea it was and who accepted to put it in the game but they can kiss my *** ! Ho my god, that was horrible! By writing those lines, I discovered beigomas are a real historical thing, but between the "Beyblade spirit" with kids screaming for spinning tops (added with the quoted juvenile ambience), the smashing button gameplay, and the obligation to do so for recruiting an annoying character coming from a Beyblade episode, that was a painful experience for me !
-The "anime" direction : Yes, It sounds weird, It’s a JRPG franchise, so what’s the problem ? Well, with years, I realize I can stand less and less with this "anime" artstyle, especially with charac design. I know in pasted games, they had theirs "silly" oand "cute" characters but I feel they fit a bit more with their environment. However with Eiyuden, I find many of them fit more to a current crappy anime like the pink coat thug, the luchador, those Beyblade characters with Pokemon hairs, the girl golem (why doesn’t it look more like a golem?), the Yugioh card player, the necromancer girl, those cursed magical girls (urgh…), the black knight with pink pigtails (WHY?), the hero sister,… Honestly, of the three main heroes, I prefer Marisa for her design and her character.
I’m scared this franchise artstyle will turns like Shining Force franchise, into a generic isekai-ish waifu-husbando generator (a video about Shining force evolution)
But overall, It was a great game. I’ll surely make an other run in hard difficulty (some restriction options look hardcore!).

I know I’m in Kendrick sub but I still want to say I fw Drake’s music, I like the party vibes the girl shit all of it. My favourite musicians are Thug and Future. I definitely listen to Drake more than Kendrick but the impact of Dot’s music is waaaay higher. I’m just a young ignorant nigga majority of the time so I’m not spinning his shit as often as others. But that don’t mean I cant see things for what they are, or that I’m not a conscious person in general that just fucks with ignorant music more so than conscious music because I put the entertainment value higher. I got my religion to turn to for the conscious moments. So with that, this what I really feel like this beef is, mind you it’s gonna be a long read.
This take became a bit more iron-clad for me after Ye’s remix. Thanks to him for putting the contract lines in the remix, it gives more credence to what I’ve been thinking this whole time.
My theory is this: Kendrick got off Interscope/UMG completely. He’s pulling a Ye without needing to do all the antics. He was their second biggest hip-hop act and the reason I believe him and Drake’s beef never went anywhere was because the company kept it quiet. Then they picked Drake as their golden asset (obviously!!!) and Kendrick kept his head down to get out the deal. You see how Ye spent the end of his UMG deal, making Christian music first, then total garbage with Donda 2, before losing his mind proper and getting to the point of no return, then he went RIGHT BACK to his contemporary music. Also the layoffs in the music industry that are going around are PRIMARILY happening at UMG. Epic (Sony) cut 15 jobs total and I can’t find info on Sony in general doing cuts, UMG are nearing thousands and whole divisions are going away.
Future is with Sony and he’s the head of this whole attack, I honestly think Kendrick is tactically apart of this 20v1. All these dudes do not want Drake to have the position he has with UMG, in their eyes he is not a representation of the culture at all. I’m not even gonna get into the heritage ties between him and the bosses at UMG either but I’m pretty sure that plays a big part.
Let’s go over the parties involved…
Future is the street culture and since he’s with Sony and is one of their biggest, if not biggest, hip-hop act, they can’t get him to turn a blind eye or not engage in this.
The Weeknd is on the pop side, even though he’s with UMG he’s too big to fail and his fanbase mostly doesn’t give a fuck about all this, so he can engage also.
Metro for the production and while he’s with UMG, he’s managed by XO and is definitely backed by Future, other producers might get cooked in the war but he’s safe and his recent couple year run means he’s also in a too big to fail moment.
Ye is the wild card since he’s untouchable music business wise right now by virtue of being completely separated from the system.
And finally, Kendrick is the best rapper out of all them so he’s both the starting gun and he’ll be the kill shot. He MIGHT be separated completely from the industry right now but we still don’t know because he hasn’t put out a solo record since Mr Morale. His songs with Baby Keem though showed as pgLang thru Columbia/Sony. That might be only Baby Keem’s setup though we can’t tell yet. I’m assuming he’s detached just like Ye at the moment and is an active free agent.
Their plan is to kill whatever influence they believe Drake has over the culture and make his massive UMG deal lose its value. Drake did 2 tours last year and has been putting out albums at an insane rate (3 full length in 2 years) since 2021 when he signed the deal. If his deal was so cushy, I don’t think he’d have to work as hard. But he got 400Ms so how can the deal not be cushy? I’m thinking the money is the slave payment, it’s the payment to be the Trojan horse. He got leverage over his own personal business but he still has to work to make it valuable for the label. He’s their pawn for whatever sick plans they have for the future of Hip-Hop. And he seems to have no issue with that, going as far as saying him and Lucian are like Shaq and Kobe. And this is why I hate the 20v1 narrative, they’re playing against Drake AND UMG together. Without all these pieces it wouldn’t work.
If Ross didn’t have recent personal beef with Drake he wouldn’t be in it, but we all know he’s a business man and he probably believes he’s too big to fail now anyways. So he’s not afraid of jumping in and milking it for what he can get. As evidenced by him going hard on IG and even putting out a music video. He’s a businessman to the bone lol.
Everybody acting surprised that Ye is in it or saying he came late is missing the play imo. His album Vultures 2 was always coming out May 3rd, this was known before Like That even came out. All the timing is lining up for a reason, and it’s why Drake has been BEGGING kendrick to drop because he knows there’s a whole mission in action. I believe Future and Metro are gonna put out a short deluxe or pack of songs with the most direct shots from Future we’ve gotten this whole time before we see Kendrick. I don’t think The Weeknd will put out any of his own music until this heist is over. I’m sure Ye has more shots coming on Vultures 2. They are and have been coordinating this and it’s playing out perfectly. I know I’m making a lot of predictions but this has all been lining up way too well.
Also this makes Cole apology make sense. He’s in a hands tied position since he’s with UMG. You’d think he’d stand in battle beside his business brother but he bows out fast because he morally can’t stand on that side. It’s why Drake is on an island alone and no one is coming to assist. We haven’t seen Savage (Epic/Sony), we haven’t seen Yachty (QC/UMG), Travis (Sony) was jumping around with Future and Metro… Drake is radioactive right now. In fact a Metro quote came out today speaking on Savage Mode 3 being on the way. If Drake wins this and comes out unscathed, a lot of mfers will be right back on dick. But right now he’s definitely alone.
Personally I’d be surprised if we ever see Drake and Cole again. When Kendrick said “niggas cliquing up, but cannot B-Legit, no 40 water” he wasn’t dissing the fact that they cliqued up. He was saying their link-up is not legit, there’s no true bond, and Cole bowing out after 2 seconds proves it. Drake got no real friends who’ll stand by him right now, he’s just a star that gets used and vice versa.

Hello,
I am playing the latest version of Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with all DLCs and stomped into a bug with Of Swords and Dumplings as I had accidentally interacted with the crates before starting the quest. I did not notice the bug early enough to recover a recent manual save file, and now unable to complete the task as the crates give no interaction command. The door is transparent so the location can be accessed beforehand, which leaves the possibility of the bug repeating itself.
Anywho, I found out that people have used the command console with addfact(questid++) successfully in some cases but I was unable to recover the specific quest id or the quest-related action heading, which would check the box once I have the door open, etc. as not to cause issues with the quest (hopefully). There was a link to a modding tool that was shared on an external website that no longer hosts any files as it's shut down. This tool would allow us to look into the game files to recover the quest id (although no files have been indicated).
Wondering if someone here might have a solution to this. Hattori is not the only mastercrafter in the game so I don't think it is much of an issue although an inconvenience.
