Good morning everyone. Premarket yesterday, man, AMC was 13 and GME was 80! I was even hoping that I could get 12 puts and 75 dollar puts with July Expiration. A few minutes in, both stocks were already at their highs, I did not even put in a bid for AMC… I put in a bid for GME but it quickly fell below the 60 strike.
I do not blame anyone for trading hot money..
All I say is know the facts, so that you can plan an exit strategy and be prepared for anything.
I warned that AMC as a company is worth about 800 million. [In 2019 when there were 100 million shares, the stock was 7-10!!! By the way!]
GME is worth closer to 700 million. [For many years it was worth 1 billion or less and they were a growing company!]

The stock market exists as a way for a company to get cash and for insiders to exit!!!

You need to come to this understanding.
Also, 90% of times a company does not need a vote to dilute shareholders thru a convertible bond… You must do DD and check each bond to see if they have a convertible option to swap for shares.. This is your job, not mines! Chances are when a company is in trouble they will do this, especially if they are out of ATM [At the market] AMC has about 355 million shares as of now, trust me, if the stock is hot they will do their best to unload the rest of the 200 million on retail… This is not up to AMC!

They will need the Apes to bid it up and hope to be able to unload the 23.3 on everyone…They will need a lot of volume…. When volume dries up, they will be stuck! I forgot yesterday morning. I had an order to buy DNUT at 12… It hit by end of day… I am also in 13.55.. These buys were because of a MCD roll out… Without an expected slow roll out by 2026 no way I would buy it! I checked weeks ago and the earnings are shakey. I checked the financials yesterday… They are ok, but 2-3 bad quarters and they are in trouble.. The sales are slowly growing 5-10% but they are just getting by, so a few bad quarters… But I want anyone that reads to follow my thesis and see why…
I don’t buy and pray… No hopium… Some people like to roll the dice… they should just say they are taking the risk..
I was a super bull on ZIM as it was 9 dollars because I could clearly see containers over 2,000. I posted DD on it… That was not risky to me! Especially under 10. GME and AMC is a pure gamble, you can make money but be prepared to lose it too.

SKIN IN THE GAME!
Yes, I wish retail would take PSEC to 6.25-6.50 fair value, and I do get frustrated when they buy junk like CVNA but I do not have the power.. CVNA insiders dumping left and right. I believe the CEO has sold over 300 million worth of CVNA over the last 90 days! 17% growth at CVNA, decent! But the company is worth at most, 20! AT MOST! There is a ton of risk!

ACMR YOU – Both of these companies scored a 99 on my grading score for earnings. I have 1 block of ACMR at 25.45 and do not mind trading another block… No position in YOU , last trade was 17.50 to 18
PSEC – I have 2,000 shares at 5.50 and 2,000 at 5.90. I would like to trade these in blocks for 10-15 cents each, earnings were good, not great, but you wont get great from a BDC company, I have also been getting my 6 cent monthly dividend
CVS – I will keep trading this, fair value is near 70… I have a block at 84 from 2/2023 unfortunately…. Last trade 54.75 to 56
PERI – They will be coming to the auction, before the end of the month and will use the 75 million by June 30th. I also have a block at 21.. But I will keep trading blocks
DNUT – I am in at 12 and 13.55, 1,000 shares each. I would like to make 25-50 cents on each trade, so I hope 12.25… My buys were strictly on the MCD roll out. I am in belief that with MCD sales will be up at least 25% when it is completed

(First of all, this is not a rant, come have a laugh at my woes)
Yesterday, the game won. I've never seen a game actively want me to stop playing it, but that was because of something I did without knowing it would resust in the most frustrating 4 hours of my life in a game.
A little backstory: I only actively started playing during 3.23. Before that, I probably played around 6 or so hours, so there's a lot of things about the game that I don't know about. That being said...
As someone that likes trading in space sims, I started my day by doing that. I don't have a trading ship, but just before 3.23, someone gave me 2M credits so I've bought a Vulture. I took it because my alternative is a Mustang Alpha....
I've tried to go to Jumptown to buy some cargo, but couldn't make a route. I've got slightly frustrated until I realized it's not supposed to be a "know" place, you have to manually find it. After about half an hour looking and opening and closing the map dozens of time to see if I was going in the right direction, I found it, bought the mere 12 SCU of cargo and left to Brio's Breaker Yard, which wasn't far.
Before going that, I've managed to snag a Clean Up mission, which I went on and did in order to get some RMC. Managed to get 1.96 units, almost enough for 2 boxes.
I landed at BBY, but the computer didn't say "Landing complete". "Odd, but sound is usually wonky, so no biggie" I thought, right before heading to the terminal to sell the cargo, not knowing I had just triggered a chain reaction of annoying events.
I've sold the cargo as intended. Went back to the ship, to then realize I landed on top of a small rock, which tilted my ship to the front. As some of you may know, the ladder in the Vulture is not working lately apparently, so the only way to get in the ship is through the back through the cargo bay, buuuuut since it's tilted forward, the cargo bay is too high for me to each. I could open the cargo door, and with a running jump, I could hit my shoulds on the ramp, but the character doesn't actually grab it and pulls himself up, so I couldn't get in. I've tried getting up in the ship "arms" in the front as well, but nothing worked. Eventually I died of something while trying to get in, I think of dehydration.
Woke up at Grim Hex, claimed the Vulture back, went back to BBY to get my stuff (I had some nice armor and weapons). When arriving there, roughly 15 minutes after I died, I found my body there, and my "old" Vulture on top of the rock. Here, I've made the decision that would destroy my afternoon. "That ship has almost 2 units of RMC, I'm gonna shove it and use it instead. Almost 30K worth of material, can't pass it up" (I'm new and poor, don't judge, 30K is a lot for me). So that's what I did, I shoved it a bit, went down, got all my stuff from my body, and jumped into the old Vulture which had RMC on it, and went on my way to other clean up missions in order to get more RMC.
After waiting for a bit, I've managed to snag one. It was an Andromeda. No biggie, went there, everything went as expected. Then I managed to snag a Hammerhead clean up mission, which I know it's not possible to Fracture using the Vulture, but would give nice RMC.
Just before leaving the Andromeda, a bunch of red markers appeared on my HUD. Players? The police? That never happened before while doing these missions, but I knew law enforcers could arrive, at least on risky salvage missions. I never saw it happening on clean up missions.
I've got hit twice, but managed to jump away torwards the Hammerhead. I've noticed that my quantum drive was calibrating SUPER slowly now, presumably because of the missiles I got hit with. Annoying, but no biggie.
Arrived at the hammerhead, filled up in RMC, made 13 boxes, kept scraping it, another 13 boxes. "Holy crap, that's gonna be a NICE payout". I then tried to leave my ship to see if the HH had anything useful, but the "Open" prompt on the canopy wasn't showing. I thought maybe the missiles broke it somehow (Again, new to the game, don't know if that's a thing). I got worried because there wasn't enough space in the back to leave through the cargo door, but thinking it was because of the hits I took, landing and repairing the ship would fix it.
So on I went to Orison. As usual, it took me around 10 minutes to find the place where I was supposed to land, but eventually I found it.
Then I repaired and refueled my ship, only to see I still couldn't open the door.
"Crap... what now?", and to make things worse, my hydrations levels were on 28%. Not great.
Made my way through the back of the ship, trying everything I could to reach the "Open door" button and leave through the cargo door. Crouching, jumping, running, moving the boxes, anything I could do. After becoming one with the boxes a few times, I've reached the button and managed to press it, just to find out the door wouldn't open either and I was locked inside the ship.
"Oh FFS..." I thought, before complaining about it in chat. Some people recommended doing a power cycle on the ship and some other stuff, which required me to "unbug" my way back to the cockpit, which took a bit of time. I've created some new keybinds for stuff like Eject and Unlock all dors, but nothing was working. I couldn't open the outside doors of the ship. By that time, my hydration levels were at 9%.
I was pissed because I was going to miss a payout of roughly 400K because of a bug of some sort, so I rage pressed everything I could on my keyboard. hoping something would happen and I would show up outside the ship.
Now bear in mind - I'm using a big monitor (5120x1440), but since I only have a 3060, it's impossible to play on that resolution, so I was playing on 2560x1440 and keeping a steady 50-60 fps. On that "rage" where I pressed a bunch of keys, I've put the game on full screen, which bumped the resolution to the max and I wasn't managing to get it back down for some reason. When I finally did, the HDR on my monitor was all messed up. Game was fine, and the rest of the windows opened on the background was SUPER dark. To make things worse, game went down to the 20fps zone and wouldn't go back up.
On a last effort, I ran back to the cargo bay to do the same thing and press many keys. Miraculously, IT WORKED, and I was on the floor below my ship.
"OH YEAH LET'S GOOOOOO" I went, to then realize I couldn't run. I could hold Shift, my BPM would go up to the 180s, but my speed wouldn't change. Thought it was the mouse wheel thing, didn't work.
So there I was, not able to run, and playing with like 18fps. SLOWLY making my way to the TDD. Luckily I managed to buy a few drinks just outside the hangar so I wouldn't dehydrate.
I've arrived at the TDD, and lo and behold, my ship wasn't showing up on the terminal. Obviously I went "Pff, servers laggy as usual", so I've waited. And waited. And it wouldn't show up. "Maybe it's too far from the terminal and the game isn't detecting it?" (I never sold on Orison so I didn't know if that was the case), so I SLOOOOOWLY made my way back to the ship. Magically, the cargo door now worked as intended, and so did the canopy door when I checked a bit alter.
I then flew all the way to Area18. I've sold cargo on the TDD there before so I knew it would work. IT WOULD WORK, RIGHT?
I've arrived, managed to normally leave the ship, but was still crawling, both on my legs and in FPS. Again, made my way to the TDD aaaaand... the ship wasn't showing. Got more annoyed, crawled back to my ship.
"I'll try to sell it at Samson & Son's Salvage Center since it doesn't have a landing pad. Maybe it's bugged... on the cities"
Arrived there, ship wouldn't show up at the terminal either.
At this point, I've been wanting to leave the game for like 3 hours, but obviously not before selling all my cargo, so I was super frustrated.
Then it clicked - "Does the game consider this ship as stolen or something like that since I claimed another one, and that's why it's not showing up on the terminals?"
"Ok fine, I'll make my way back to Brio's Breaker Yard, maybe the Vulture I claimed is still there after 3ish hours. I'll just swap the cargo to it and then sell it there", since at this point I didn't want to make all the Orison thing again.
Arrived there, obviously my ship wasn't there. "Ok fine, I'll die here, claim ANOTHER Vulture, come here and THEN swap the cargo and sell it".
I couldn't place my geaitems on the inventory, BUT I'VE DIED BEFORE ON THE SAME PLACE AND MANAGED TO GET EVERYTHING BACK, IT'S FINE.
So I died, claimed another Vulture, hopped on it, went back to BBY, to find out my body wasn't nowhere to be seen.
At this point, I was extremely annoyed. "FINE, I'LL GO TO THE STATION AND BUY A MULTITOOL AND A TRACTOR BEAM ATTACHMENT AGAIN". Got up there, bought both, equipped both.
Got back in the ship, requested take off. Game immediatelly goes "You're trespassing. Leave in 20 seconds or your vehicle will be impounded, while slowly opening up the doors. I jam my way out of it out of sheer spite, and then the screen starts to fade out since the timer ran out, JUST as I cleared the landing zone in order to not be impounded.
Only for the game to remain completely black. I could open the menu, and see the options. I could fly the ship around and access the mobiglass, but those I couldn't see, because the screen was black.
As I'm about to explode in anger, I used Backspace to once again die and revive at Grim Hex since i have a multitool there, only to realize the screen still wouldn't go back to normal and would remain black, allowing me to do everything, but not allowing me to see anything.
I didn't even Alt + F4, i've straight up turned off my PC and took a cold shower, made some coffee and went to bed. I woke up still super angry, but that's life I guess.
TL;DR: I parked my ship wrong and got the most frustrating 4 hours of my life because I didn't know better.

After waiting for a bit, I've managed to snag one. It was an Andromeda. No biggie, went there, everything went as expected. Then I managed to snag a Hammerhead clean up mission, which I know it's not possible to Fracture using the Vulture, but would give nice RMC.
Just before leaving the Andromeda, a bunch of red markers appeared on my HUD. Players? The police? That never happened before while doing these missions, but I knew law enforcers could arrive, at least on risky salvage missions. I never saw it happening on clean up missions.
I've got hit twice, but managed to jump away torwards the Hammerhead. I've noticed that my quantum drive was calibrating SUPER slowly now, presumably because of the missiles I got hit with. Annoying, but no biggie.
Arrived at the hammerhead, filled up in RMC, made 13 boxes, kept scraping it, another 13 boxes. "Holy crap, that's gonna be a NICE payout". I then tried to leave my ship to see if the HH had anything useful, but the "Open" prompt on the canopy wasn't showing. I thought maybe the missiles broke it somehow (Again, new to the game, don't know if that's a thing). I got worried because there wasn't enough space in the back to leave through the cargo door, but thinking it was because of the hits I took, landing and repairing the ship would fix it.
So on I went to Orison. As usual, it took me around 10 minutes to find the place where I was supposed to land, but eventually I found it.
Then I repaired and refueled my ship, only to see I still couldn't open the door.
"Crap... what now?", and to make things worse, my hydrations levels were on 28%. Not great.
Made my way through the back of the ship, trying everything I could to reach the "Open door" button and leave through the cargo door. Crouching, jumping, running, moving the boxes, anything I could do. After becoming one with the boxes a few times, I've reached the button and managed to press it, just to find out the door wouldn't open either and I was locked inside the ship.
"Oh FFS..." I thought, before complaining about it in chat. Some people recommended doing a power cycle on the ship and some other stuff, which required me to "unbug" my way back to the cockpit, which took a bit of time. I've created some new keybinds for stuff like Eject and Unlock all dors, but nothing was working. I couldn't open the outside doors of the ship. By that time, my hydration levels were at 9%.
I was pissed because I was going to miss a payout of roughly 400K because of a bug of some sort, so I rage pressed everything I could on my keyboard. hoping something would happen and I would show up outside the ship.
Now bear in mind - I'm using a big monitor (5120x1440), but since I only have a 3060, it's impossible to play on that resolution, so I was playing on 2560x1440 and keeping a steady 50-60 fps. On that "rage" where I pressed a bunch of keys, I've put the game on full screen, which bumped the resolution to the max and I wasn't managing to get it back down for some reason. When I finally did, the HDR on my monitor was all messed up. Game was fine, and the rest of the windows opened on the background was SUPER dark. To make things worse, game went down to the 20fps zone and wouldn't go back up.
On a last effort, I ran back to the cargo bay to do the same thing and press many keys. Miraculously, IT WORKED, and I was on the floor below my ship.
"OH YEAH LET'S GOOOOOO" I went, to then realize I couldn't run. I could hold Shift, my BPM would go up to the 180s, but my speed wouldn't change. Thought it was the mouse wheel thing, didn't work.
So there I was, not able to run, and playing with like 18fps. SLOWLY making my way to the TDD. Luckily I managed to buy a few drinks just outside the hangar so I wouldn't dehydrate.
I've arrived at the TDD, and lo and behold, my ship wasn't showing up on the terminal. Obviously I went "Pff, servers laggy as usual", so I've waited. And waited. And it wouldn't show up. "Maybe it's too far from the terminal and the game isn't detecting it?" (I never sold on Orison so I didn't know if that was the case), so I SLOOOOOWLY made my way back to the ship. Magically, the cargo door now worked as intended, and so did the canopy door when I checked a bit alter.
I then flew all the way to Area18. I've sold cargo on the TDD there before so I knew it would work. IT WOULD WORK, RIGHT?
I've arrived, managed to normally leave the ship, but was still crawling, both on my legs and in FPS. Again, made my way to the TDD aaaaand... the ship wasn't showing. Got more annoyed, crawled back to my ship.
"I'll try to sell it at Samson & Son's Salvage Center since it doesn't have a landing pad. Maybe it's bugged... on the cities"
Arrived there, ship wouldn't show up at the terminal either.
At this point, I've been wanting to leave the game for like 3 hours, but obviously not before selling all my cargo, so I was super frustrated.
Then it clicked - "Does the game consider this ship as stolen or something like that since I claimed another one, and that's why it's not showing up on the terminals?"
"Ok fine, I'll make my way back to Brio's Breaker Yard, maybe the Vulture I claimed is still there after 3ish hours. I'll just swap the cargo to it and then sell it there", since at this point I didn't want to make all the Orison thing again.
Arrived there, obviously my ship wasn't there. "Ok fine, I'll die here, claim ANOTHER Vulture, come here and THEN swap the cargo and sell it".
I couldn't place my geaitems on the inventory, BUT I'VE DIED BEFORE ON THE SAME PLACE AND MANAGED TO GET EVERYTHING BACK, IT'S FINE.
So I died, claimed another Vulture, hopped on it, went back to BBY, to find out my body wasn't nowhere to be seen.
At this point, I was extremely annoyed. "FINE, I'LL GO TO THE STATION AND BUY A MULTITOOL AND A TRACTOR BEAM ATTACHMENT AGAIN". Got up there, bought both, equipped both.
Got back in the ship, requested take off. Game immediatelly goes "You're trespassing. Leave in 20 seconds or your vehicle will be impounded, while slowly opening up the doors. I jam my way out of it out of sheer spite, and then the screen starts to fade out since the timer ran out, JUST as I cleared the landing zone in order to not be impounded.
Only for the game to remain completely black. I could open the menu, and see the options. I could fly the ship around and access the mobiglass, but those I couldn't see, because the screen was black.
As I'm about to explode in anger, I used Backspace to once again die and revive at Grim Hex since i have a multitool there, only to realize the screen still wouldn't go back to normal and would remain black, allowing me to do everything, but not allowing me to see anything.
I didn't even Alt + F4, i've straight up turned off my PC and took a cold shower, made some coffee and went to bed. I woke up still super angry, but that's life I guess.
TL;DR: I parked my ship wrong and got the most frustrating 4 hours of my life because I didn't know better.

At first glance, shares are basically just going in a big circle from DSPP Plan Participants with registered ownership DSPP shares at ComputerShare heading to the DTC, who hands shares to ComputerShare’s broker who maintains those shares for the benefit of ComputerShare who holds those shares for the benefit of Plan Participants. While I think it’s unlikely that shares just go around in a big fat circle for no reason, I do remember people getting onto flights to literally go nowhere a few years ago [CNN, NYT]; so maybe these operational efficiency shares simply miss hanging out at the DTC? Let’s look more closely… While title is held by a registered DSPP Plan Participant, ComputerShare is giving the DTC possession [1] of registered DSPP shares to the DTC to hold for operational efficiency which then ultimately end back in the possession of ComputerShare’s broker (who isn’t lending out shares) for the benefit of ComputerShare for the benefit of Plan Participants. If we treat the DTC’s operations as a big black box, we see registered shares going into the DTC black box and beneficially owned shares coming out of the black box to ComputerShare for Plan Participants. DTCC Black Box: Inputs vs Outputs Investopedia says that shareholders have rights, with a list of 6 main rights including:
§ 240.13d-3 Determination of beneficial owner.ComputerShare basically confirms this list (except for the right to sue as that’s probably not one their issuer customers would emphasize) and adds that beneficially held shares may be lent by brokers generally (but not by ComputerShare’s broker). Registered Shareholder Rights vs Beneficial Owner Rights Maybe you’ve had different experiences from me, but I’ve never known Wall St to deliver more than the bare minimum they’re contractually obligated to. Which means the DTC black box is very likely watering down shareholder rights from the 6 that go in down to the 2 which come out. (And yet, we’re supposed to believe that all shares are equal. 🙄) Dividends (#4 on the list) [2] may be the clearest example of a watered down shareholder right. Registered shareholders have the right “to directly receive share dividends” [CS FAQ] which means if a company (e.g., GameStop or OverStock) issues a dividend, registered shareholders have the right to directly receive the dividend as issued. If the company issues a crypto dividend (as OverStock tried to do), registered shareholders have the right to directly receive the issued crypto dividend. Beneficial shareholders would get an issued dividend, if available, or a cash equivalent if not. Historically, stock and other dividends to beneficial shareholders could easily be delivered as a cash equivalent, a watered down form. Crypto dividends don’t scale well with shorts (both naked and legal via, for example, share lending and borrowing) because crypto tokens are unique which makes it abundantly clear why a crypto dividend was nixed for a heavily shorted idiosyncratic stock like GameStop; especially given GameStop’s particularly active shareholders. Ownership (#2 on the list) may be the second clearest example of a watered down shareholder right as more security interests to shares exist in the DTC’s beneficial ownership system than there are shares; with the SEC saying beneficial shares get a pro rata interest in the securities of that issue held by DTC. [See End Game Part Deux: Problems at the DTCC plus The Bigger Picture, particularly the section “The Pie Is Shrinking: Get Out (And DRS) While You Can”] Voting (#1 on the list) is also an example watered down shareholder right; this one having a long history on this sub with, for example, BroadRidge tossing 7B votes and bragging about it. (Beneficial owners only need to get shared voting rights per Rule 13d-3 above so those 7B “shared” votes just lost out to who they shared with.) Unlike other beneficially held shares, voting rights for DSPP shares are not watered down as ComputerShare sends registered holders their voting forms. Operational Efficiency Shares, Whatcha Doing In There?A big black box is a pretty good description of the DTC which does not want us to know the ins and outs of what’s going on. Black holes are a pretty good example of a big black box and, most importantly, we know a lot about black holes even though they can’t be directly observed. Just as we learned about black holes without direct observation, we can similarly learn a lot about the Operational Efficiency shares even though we can’t directly observe them in the DTC habitat.Even though we can’t look inside the DTC’s big black box, it turns out we don’t really have to in order to identify some benefits from these operational efficiency shares taking their roundabout trip to nowhere. Locates A few commenters have suggested that OE shares could be used for locates so I’ll address this first. Possible, yes. But I don’t view this as the most interesting use for OE shares. Brokers are supposed to “locate” securities available for borrowing before short selling. [Wikipedia)] Basically, before selling short a broker is supposed to find a source to borrow. The “locate” requirement does NOT require the security to be borrowed before short selling which can result in a legal naked short. You may be wondering why I don’t view “locates” as particularly interesting for OE shares if short sellers need to locate shares to borrow before shorting. Well, market makers are also exempt from this requirement as long as they’re market making. 🙄 On top of the market maker exemption, remember House Of Cards? In House Of Cards 3 [SuperStonk], we learned about the now 🤦♂️ hilarious F**3 key **- yeah, the one on a keyboard. Brokers like Goldman found the locate requirement simply too much work so they would press the F3 key and their system would auto-approve the locate requirement based only on the number of shares available to borrow at the beginning of the day; regardless of whether those shares were still available to borrow or not. House Of Cards 3 Meaning as long as there were some shares available to borrow at the beginning of the day for their share copying system, brokers could just smash the F3 key to make as many copies of shares as they need. Even if only 1 share was available to borrow at the beginning of the day, a broker could simply smash the F3 key 100 times to approve the locate requirement for 100 shares. So while OE shares could be used for locates, they wouldn’t need many shares each day to make an unlimited number of copies - even just 1 is enough. Lending shares on the other hand… Rehypothecation Rehypothecation is the reuse of customer collateral for lending. Per a 2010 IMF Working Paper, The (sizable) Role of Rehypothecation in the Shadow Banking System, Rehypothecation occurs when the collateral posted by a prime brokerage client (e.g., hedge fund) to its prime broker is used as collateral also by the prime broker for its own purposes.This IMF paper defined a “churning factor” to measure how many times an asset may be reused; and then estimated a churning factor of 4 noting that it could be higher because international banks (e.g., HSBC and Nomura) were not sampled. We may have seen a churn factor as high as 10 for a less idiosyncratic meme stock per my prior post, Estimating Excess GME Share Liquidity From Borrow Data & Churn Factor. Presumably, the idiosyncratic meme stock would have a higher churn factor (but not that important for this post). More recently (2018), the Federal Reserve published this Fed Note on The Ins and Outs of Collateral Re-use studying how often collateral is reused (i.e., rehypothecated) for Treasury & non-Treasury securities [3] with a beautiful figure illustrating how “for any given moment in time, one security can be attributed to multiple financial transactions” where a share could be posted multiple times through Security Financing Transactions (SFTs) and sold short. [4] Sounds familiar, right? https://preview.redd.it/zsztmji4si0d1.png?width=1530&format=png&auto=webp&s=f222dfe50929f668af8f8f0b39514a7d862db9c9 Figure 6c of this Fed Note shows a Collateral Multiplier over time illustrating how “PDs [Primary Dealers] currently re-use about three times as many securities as they own for non-Treasury collateral and seven times as many securities as they own for U.S. Treasury securities”. AKA \"Money Multiplier\" The Fed Note describes their Collateral Multiplier as a “money multiplier” (Seriously, I couldn’t have made this up in a million years.), In a sense, our Collateral Multiplier is akin to a "money multiplier," as it compares private liabilities created by a firm with the amount of specific assets held to create those liabilities. [The Ins and Outs of Collateral Re-use]And, of course, the Collateral Multiplier aka “money multiplier” ratio goes up when there’s less collateral available and down when there’s more collateral available. (Can I get one of these multipliers?) Intuitively, we expect the ratio to increase when collateral is scarce and to decrease when collateral is more abundant.Which means Primary Dealers [Wikipedia has a list of familiar names including Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, BofA, Citigroup, TD, UBS, and Wells Fargo; amongst others] can simply kick securities around a few extra times (e.g., with SFTs and short sells) to effectively multiply the amount of money and/or collateral they have any time they need it. (Within limits, I hope…) Thus, rehypothecation is a very interesting use of Operational Efficiency shares from ComputerShare as various primary dealers can simply “multiply” the number of shares they have – a concept that we’re already quite familiar with. As rehypothecation, short sells, and securities financing transactions are all perfectly legal, rehypothecating more GameStop shares provided to the DTC via operational efficiency satisfies Ground Rule #2 [defined in (1/n) in this series], We can update our conceptual model to include rehypothecation to more clearly illustrate how Operational Efficiency shares held in the DTC can be rehypothecated (e.g., with SFTs and short sells) until a watered down share is delivered to ComputerShare’s broker to hold FBO ComputerShare, who holds the watered down share FBO DSPP Plan Participants. https://preview.redd.it/bt3gnx99si0d1.png?width=4764&format=png&auto=webp&s=7b0b72b935f740e8a3036f88e1a4e1dfb57dd46c You might notice from this illustration that ComputerShare has been telling the truth satisfying Ground Rule #1 [defined in (1/n) in this series]. Neither ComputerShare’s nor their broker lend or need to lend shares. All the rehypothecation happens “upstream” amongst other DTCC and NSCC Participants until shares are finally delivered to ComputerShare’s broker at the end of the “Churn Chain”. ComputerShare has made no representations about what the DTC can or can not do with the shares in their possession. And, realistically, ComputerShare is in no position to make any representations about what happens within the DTCC system – ComputerShare is only responsible for themselves and, to some extent, their broker. The Fed Note and IMF paper found assets may be churned and reused 3-4 times (overall market average) which means the end of the chain is typically around D3 or D4. (If my prior DD estimates are correct, there were signs a less idiosyncratic meme stock may be churned up to 10 times ending the chain at D10 which suggests a potentially longer chain for GME, the idiosyncratic meme stock.) If there is no collateral reuse for an asset, the chain would have zero length meaning Operational Efficiency shares go straight from the DTC directly to ComputerShare’s broker. (Programmers almost certainly understand zero length chains very well – go find one if you need an explanation.) GameStop is idiosyncratic, thus atypical. Per the IMF paper, collateral reuse increases when collateral is scarce and decreases when collateral is abundant (quoted above). If we consider GameStop investors have been direct registering shares (i.e., DRS) and registering shares (e.g., DSPP) thereby removing title and/or possession of shares from the DTC/DTCC/Cede & Co, then GameStop share availability has been becoming more scarce and the “Churn Chain” for GME should be longer than average representing a higher collateral multiplier and churn value. While we may not know the exact length of the Churn Chain for GameStop shares, we can pretty well surmise that it’s not a zero length Churn Chain where there is no collateral reuse based simply on scarcity. After all, a shortage of available shares is, by definition, required for any short squeeze (including MOASS). Requests by brokers to enable Share Lending [5] is another example indicator that GameStop shares are scarce. In addition, according to Investopedia [6], “Banks, brokers, or other financial institutions may navigate a liquidity crunch and access capital by rehypothecating client funds” and we’ve seen indicators showing us banks are in deep trouble:
There are also leverage considerations that increase that risk of default. Overleveraged investments often face covenants; when specific conditions are met, trading accounts may receive a margin call or face debt default. As a row of dominos fall after a single collapse, a single margin call may cause other debts to fail their account maintenance requirements, setting off a chain reaction that places the institution at higher risk of overall default. [6]This risk for rehypothecation sounds exactly like what the Options Clearing Corporation was complaining about to the SEC when the OCC Proposed Reducing Margin Requirements To Prevent A Cascade of Clearing Member Failures [SuperStonk] early 2024. If the OCC can eliminate margin calls, then no dominos get knocked down. (Thankfully, apes have done a phenomenal job in convincing the SEC that this OCC proposal is a very bad idea. Support the SEC’s rejection of this as Simians Smash SEC Rule Proposal To Reduce Margin Requirements To Prevent A Cascade of Clearing Member Failures!) Most importantly, it may be tough to regain possession of an asset when someone in the rehypothecation chain defaults. Remember from the prior DD the expression about possession: Possession is nine-tenths of the law. Clients must be aware of rehypothecation as it is technically their own assets that have been pledged for someone else's debt. This creates complicated creditor issues where an investors shares may longer be in their possession due to their custodian's default. [6]We know assets are rehypothecated 3-4 times on average, GameStop shares are scarce, banks are in trouble, stock loan volume is skyhigh, and the risks of rehypothecation are real. So it’s pretty clear that rehypothecation is happening generally with pretty darn good reason to expect GameStop’s Churn Chain is at least of non-zero length (i.e., GameStop stock is being rehypothecated). Breaking The ChainsWhile some may like chains and being tied up, I’m not one of those apes. Especially as a Churn Chain waters down my shareholder rights and may make regaining possession of DSPP stock difficult in the event of a cascade of defaults, as warned by the OCC. (If you like chains, feel free to skip this section.)As it turns out, we don’t need to know exactly how long the Churn Chain is for GameStop stock. Simply knowing a Churn Chain exists with non-zero length means there is a chain. Where there is a chain, it’s possible to break the chain. (Even if you don’t know how much health) your enemy has in a game, you still try to take your enemy out. Right?) A churn chain that starts from ComputerShare holding DSPP shares in DTC for operational efficiency can easily be broken as “[a]n investor can, at any time, withdraw all or part of their shares in DSPP book-entry form and have them added to their DRS holding”. [ComputerShare] See also [7]. Quite possibly one of the easiest chains in the world to break as the Churn Chain is weak to DRS. Simply DRS the DSPP shares to take away the head of the chain and the rest of the chain falls apart. (And, DRS-ing "street name" shares cuts chains into pieces too!) One side effect of breaking a Churn Chain is that all shares attributed to transactions in a broken chain (e.g., SFTs and short sells) need to be reallocated to other chains, effectively making other chains longer and increasing the risks from a default. Analogy: Think of the shares as a deck of cards. If you deal 52 cards to 4 players (A, B, C and D), each player gets 13 cards. Each stack of 13 cards is basically a Churn Chain. But if you take out a stack by removing the bottom card from A and distribute the remaining 12 cards from A to B, C and D then B, C and D each now have 17 cards. If at any given time a card can cause a player to lose the game, it's better to have fewer cards than more. And, the players who get out early won't lose. Any party in the Churn Chain who defaults will make it hard for the original owner to regain possession. Longer chains include more transactions and more parties so there’s more risk of default on longer chains than shorter chains. Thus we see another vicious cycle setup where incentives are aligned such that DSPP and beneficial shareholders may want to avoid the impending default and rehypothecation risk from their shares being held in DTC. In order to avoid the impending default and rehypothecation risks, shareholders are incentivized to Directly Register shares to ensure having both title and possession. (Shares held in “street name” have little or no protection from rehypothecation risk and simply registering shares in DSPP doesn’t guarantee possession [1].) As with the other vicious cycle, any remaining shareholders in DTC share a shrinking pie of diluted ownership so it is in their best interest to get out and DRS; thereby shrinking the diluted ownership pie even more which is more reason for remaining shareholders to get out. These vicious cycles will eventually leave few, if any, remaining shares at the DTC for beneficial shareholders. Nobody knows what will happen if this ♾️🏊 happens. It looks broken af considering torch and spear interaction and torch looks like a must item on smolder because enemies literally melt in early and it helps a lot with mana and 25 ah is just too good
So with boots and 2 items there are 6/7 different stats + quickblade adds 3 more, so it’s 25 adaptive power bonus on 3 items which makes it so strong considering all you need on smolder is AH, maybe combined with new press the attack and new haste conq rune it will be strong but I still prefer comet

Laut Verfügbarkeitscheck auch da und verfügbar. Vertrag hat auch die garantierten Geschwindigkeiten aufgelistet.
Vorhin wurde ich dann von 1&1 angerufen, und mir wurde gesagt, dass durch Dämpfung 250K nicht machbar ist, ich daher auf 100K runtergestuft werde.

- Ist das Preis-Leistungs-Technisch absoluter Müll. Für 250K bezahlt man ja schon 50 Euro ab dem 10. Monat. Für 100K aber 45 Euro. Also spart man einen kleinen 5er, hat dafür aber weniger als die Hälfte an Bandbreite...super..

I’ve been a lurker for a while but this has been on my mind lately and I wanted some insight from others. Bear with me, it’s gonna be a long one cuz there’s a lot of back story.
So, about 2 years ago I was doing lashes and started my own business and I met a woman, let’s call her Jen. Jen had 3 dogs that lived with her and her bf. She worked a lot and he did too but from home so it worked for the dogs. Except one of them, let’s call him Buddy. So they had found Buddy as a stray and took him in. He was a 90lb pit bull mix, super sweet but also barely 2 so he was still in his puppy phase a bit and VERY playful. Anyway she tells me that she’s trying to find a home for him and I tell her that my bf (at the time) really wanted his own dog.
So we talk about the dog she tells me he’s house trained and whatnot and I also talk to my bf and we agree to take the dog. We go get him shortly after and bring him home and she tells me “if you ever can’t take care of him please let me know and we’ll come take him back”. Things were fine at first since I already have a dog and they got along really well and played all the time. But then he started pooping in the house and generally just being fairly destructive. I was living in an apt so I didn’t have a yard but it was an 800+ sq ft loft with 2 floors and they had plenty of room to play in and plenty of toys for enrichment. And we took them on 2 30 min walks every day (plus shorter ones for bathroom breaks). Still he would poop in the house while we were working. And I wasn’t working much at this time, but I felt I couldn’t leave him free in the house and I do not like locking dogs in their kennel unless I really need to.
So next time I see her I ask her why she lied about him being house broken and she basically tells me that “well we just let him outside and he goes” and tells me he doesn’t really know how to use a leash or wait to use the bathroom. Like…this is a 90 lb dog and you DIDNT actually train him…at all?? And then lied about it?? Obviously I was upset but still kept him because I made the commitment.
A few weeks later, me and my bf got into a HUGE fight. We had spent the night drinking beer, listening to music, and playing video games and around 3 am he went to the bathroom. After about 30 min it was really quiet in the house so I assumed he went to bed and got ready to go upstairs myself. When I got up there he was in the bathroom so I laid in bed and started reading a book on my phone. He came out and asked if I was reading and when I said yes he sighed SUPER hard and I was like umm wtf? And he tried to say he just felt nauseous. I said “feeling nauseous ain’t never made me sigh like that but ok”. He gets upset that I “assumed” the sigh was towards me. I say “if I answer a question and you sigh right after it’s logical for me to assume it was towards me” and he says he understands and agrees. I try to go to sleep.
Here’s where it all blew up. He gets to going on and on about how I always assume the worst and I’m this and that and blah blah. It’s 330 am and I’m like fuck this I’m just gonna go. I start to get dressed and he gets to saying all this awful stuff about me like “you never loved me, you’re a horrible person” accuses me of cheating on him constantly. And at one point I just said “I’m gonna just agree to everything you say cuz I’m not arguing with you. He says “you prolly finna go fuck another nigga” I tell him yes I am. “You don’t love me” I tell him he’s right I don’t. He loses his shit. He’s literally screaming at me calling me a bitch, saying fuck you over and over, telling me how awful I am and how only somebody fucked up could lead him on like that, etc. It was honestly worse but I think you get the point.
One of the last things he does before he leaves is look me in my eyes and say “I’m gonna fucking k*ll myself and it’s your fault”. For reference, my first bf committed suicide a week after my 17th birthday. I was obviously devastated and traumatized by this and he knew about it. He said it to hurt me. Needless to say, the next day when he tried apologizing I simply told him I was done.
Fast forward a couple weeks and he’s still around cuz he didn’t really have anywhere else to go and I’m too kindhearted to let someone I cared about be homeless so he was sleeping on my couch. Me and an old ex got back in touch (we were still friends but distant) and he invited me to come see his house he had recently bought and to show me an album he’d been working on. I agreed and my ex (one living with me) overheard and was clearly upset but I told him it’s none of his business.
Next day I go over it ended up getting really late so I just stayed over there. Next morning I get a text telling me that my ex was in the hospital because he tried to commit suicide. His sister found him and he was gonna be in the hospital for a few days. This sent me into an emotional and mental spiral because I couldn’t help but blame myself. At the same time, I’m still talking care of both the dogs but it was just too much. So I reached out to Jen and tell her I’m really having a rough time mentally and I could really use some help and if she could please take him back. She basically tells me “it’s not a good time for us right now”. So I tell her that I’ll keep him until I find a home for him.
A few days later I could finally talk to my ex in the hospital and at first things were fine and then he started blaming me for what he did and I just couldn’t take it. I told him he needed to get all his things out of my house when he was better and he needed to find somewhere for his dog to go. Also again I reached out to Jen to see if she could take him. She still couldn’t and eventually my ex found a place for him. An older couple that his grandmother was close with had recently lost their dog who was about the same size. They also lived on a ranch. We thought it was perfect and so my ex took him there to live with them.
Probably about a week later I see Jen and she asks me about Buddy and I tell her what happened and that we rehomed him. She was really upset and was telling me that she didn’t know I needed help that bad and if she did she would have taken him back. Mind you, I asked her at least twice to take him and she said no. I reminded her of this and she said if she knew it was that bad she would have helped. I say I don’t think I should have to explain every detail of what’s going on in my life for her to understand that I needed help.
She was really upset still. And she texted me later saying how her and her bf had both been crying and how much they loved Buddy. But like…if you love him so much why not take him back?? Didn’t and still doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway that pretty much ended our friendship and I haven’t heard from her since. I don’t really think I did anything wrong but for some reason it’s been on my mind a lot lately. So AITA for rehoming the dog?
Tl;dr Me and bf adopted a dog from someone I knew. We broke up and he tried to unalive himself. I tried to give the dog back because I was spiraling mentally and they said no. I rehomed the dog to an older couple that lived on a ranch. The person I got the dog from was very upset and we haven’t talked since.

When I woke up, there were three voices in my head, one more than usual.
"Ow," said one thought. That was probably my mental voice, since it matched the throbbing lump on the back of my head. It turned out that alien rocks hurt just as much as those on Earth, which I honestly shouldn't have been surprised by.
"Your nanobots are stemming the bleeding. A foreign object remains embedded in your head. Medical treatment recommended." I recognized the voice of Alfred, my implanted AI.
"Oh dear, is that red stuff supposed to stay inside? I assumed the... leakage was natural." And there was the unknown voice, speaking with a level of confusion which immediately frightened me.
"Al," I thought at him. "My head is crowded."
"Skull fractures will do that," he reminded me. "Your brain is compressed at the moment."
"Oh, are those supposed to be one piece?" The strange voice asked, and apparently Al heard it this time, since my headache instantly became worse as he turned on our anti-intrusion countermeasures. The voice continued, "I'll just move that thing there, push a bit on that, and-"
A flash of blinding pain, then blackness.
When I woke up, two voices were arguing in my head, neither of them mine.
"...don't just play around with brains! Humans need those! If Mike dies, I'll hit you with such a nanobot swarm that your constituent atoms will never find their way back together again."
"Mike will be fine! Probably. Besides, what kind of guest would I be if I couldn't heal a piece of carapace?"
"It's a bone, you anatomical nitwit."
"Ow." Yep, that was still my mental voice. The throbbing was gone, although the constant ache was hardly an improvement, especially when it was joined by a burning pain on my face. Feeling rather like a third wheel in my own head, I still interrupted them. "Al, how long was I out?"
"You were unconscious for forty-two minutes, Mike, but then someone immediately put you back to sleep for another three hours and twenty minutes."
"I fixed your skull. You're welcome!"
I winced as both their voices seemed to have an echo to them, each armed with a pickax and trying to mine directly out of my temples. "I get the head pain, but why is my face on fire?"
"This planet lacks both an ionosphere and an ozone layer, and orbits an unstable solar body-"
"The sun's very, very hot here, and you've been laying in it! Apparently, your body's covering doesn't like that."
The most pressing question finally came to my addled mind. "Who are you?"
"I'm... I don't have 'names', but I'm here to help."
"It is an unidentified parasite-"
"Symbiote!" the voice interrupted.
"-parasite," Al repeated. "It entered through your head wound, grew tendrils through your brain, and is using direct neural stimulation to speak with you. I am preparing nanobot countermeasures. It is currently burrowing towards your face as well."
As Al spoke, I stopped feeling my face. It was a nice break from the sunburn, but raised sudden, new worries at the same time. "I think it got there."
"I did!" Came the perky voice. "Some horrible person put these long, stringy things up to your skin which were hurting you, so I got rid of them!"
I was still trying interpret that when Al asked, "Did you disconnect Mike's nerves?"
"Um... what's a nerve?"
"He needs those, reconnect them immediately."
The pause was deeply worrying. At last, it said, "They didn't seem that important, and I was really hungry."
"...Activating nanobot swarm."
"Wait! Give me one moment and I'll..."
As I fell back into unconsciousness, I only hoped I'd wake with the same number of body parts, and approximately the right number of mental voices.

I’m just wondering if anyone can share their opinion about this situation that happened during Covid and tell me if I was the AH. My parents routinely bring it up and it just seems like it’s time to let it go, but I’m wondering if I really did something very horrible. For background my mom was physically abusive to me and I ‘escaped’ from her insanity about 6 months ago.
I got engaged in Spring 2020, and that summer (so early Covid days) I was a state employee and was asked to work at a Covid test site which soon became a vaccine site. This was 1.5 hours from my house and the hours were 6am-6pm so I was out of my house from 430am-730pm. It was at least 5 days/week, sometimes more. I was so exhausted that I started to lose my vision in 1 eye, that went away as soon as I stopped working those hours. My husband and I also had a small farm, multiple rental properties, there was just a lot going on.
My mom was making my wedding planning an absolute nightmare, she would call me and scream at me bringing up things from before I was even born (issues with my biological dad), sit my husband and I down for hours long discussions about why our wedding planning was selfish, etc. The issue for her was that we wanted a small wedding with only our families (25ish people) and my sister was having a huge $100k+ wedding that fall and we were planning on our small wedding being around that time as well, because I was told I have fertility issues and may not be able to become pregnant so we wanted to move things along quickly. I don’t even know why I entertained her opinions and these conversations but I was just terrified of upsetting her because she would unleash this rage that left me emotionally decimated for days or weeks at a time (I’m in therapy now and feel a lot better). Since our wedding was small we didn’t need any money for it from her and needed very little input from my parents, but I did let them invite some of their friends after enough arguing (it was super awkward and I hated it) and tried to entertain these conversations because they’re my parents.
July 2020 my mom went in for a routine surgery and I guess because she’s in absolutely terrible shape due to never exercising and eating junk food every day plus whatever error the doctor may have made, it turned into a near-death experience and she had to be in the hospital for 2ish weeks and after she went home she had to go back for another week. Lots of tests, infections, resulting in her being discharged ‘healthy’ and she went back to her normal life.
This was the height of my work at the Covid site and I was partly in charge of managing the site. The hospital she was it was an hour away from my house, the opposite direction as the test site. I got coverage and visited my mom a 2 or 3 times the first week she was in the hospital. This was during the heat of the screaming episodes she had at me so I felt really uncomfortable but pretended to be a good daughter and brought her everything I could, like self care packages, sat with her, did her hair, she’d text me when I was a few minutes from the hospital asking me to pick her up some smoothies or sandwiches from a place in the next town over and I’d just do it. When she went home I brought her healthy ready to eat groceries and homemade food that rotted in their refrigerator, while they asked for more. My stepdad was fully available this whole time and I cooked and brought him food too.
My mom would complain that I wasn’t involving her in my wedding plans enough while in the hospital. That was something I didn’t want to discuss with her bc of how stressful the conversations were, I tried to tell her we can talk about it later, but she got really upset and so I gave in and updated her on the progress. Immediately it turned into a fight and she screamed and cried at me. My stepdad called me and absolutely eviscerated me for ‘doing this’ to my mom. I was in shock and didn’t visit her for about a week after that.
A few months after her hospital situation, the calls started coming where she’d cry on the phone about how I never visited her at the hospital, I abandoned her, I’m horrible and selfish, etc. She got her medical records and read through them to try and make a lawsuit which never happened and apparently the only thing she saw in the records was that I was never visiting.
Yes, I could have visited more. But how much more? I wonder what was actually expected of me? I have a life, I was going into a panic freeze mode when I thought of her and completely shut down when I saw her. I was trying my best to balance everything. But now this situation is brought up and I don’t know what to think about it. Now my grandma is in the hospital and it’s turning into the same situation and I don’t know what to do or think.

A lot of write posts about peoples experience with their Bi-Salp helped me prepare for mine so I thought I would post about my personal experience!!
So about three years ago, I got my copper IUD placed. I didn’t want to try any hormonal birth control because I tend to be hormone imbalanced, considering I got my period when I was nine years old and I already had ovarian cyst when I was 12 I didn’t want to add to the mix. For the first two years of me having it because my wedding ended up getting postponed due to Covid January 2023, I got married started my first year with the copper IUD being actually sexually active. I always loved my IUD because of the presence of no side effects. Other than the fact that my periods were terrible my periods would fluctuate from being seven days to eight days to 14 days to 20 days long. Throughout the month, I would always spot and have random cramping and then on the day cycle or the day leading up, I was already spotting a lot.. I would take 800 mg of ibuprofen every four hours for the entirety of my period because I could not Barrett all of this medication definitely affected my gut health. Towards the fall of last year, I felt like my cycles were getting a little lighter. Finally I thought I’m about to be three years with this may be it will be regulating a little more soon even with the copper had an extreme paranoia of anxiety, but I didn’t realize how extreme my anxiety is now that this risk of getting pregnant I felt was so prevalent, even though I had a obsess over people and I didn’t use any other form of birth control like condoms because I didn’t really like how it felt. I was always paranoid sitting on the toilet for hours waiting for everything to come out not doing anything for two weeks out of the month I include my period and then my ovulation week because that would also make me more paranoid. The last few months of a light cycle I got the worst cycles I had ever gotten they lasted about three weeks with giant clotting and in general I would always be having to wear. Diapers. I would wear a diaper with a pad on the inside of it and I would go through that every hour and a half so my blood loss was intense after my cycle I would get super lightheaded and the worst part is that I have always been chronically anemic my whole life I’m also vegetarian. I don’t eat meat.. It was a perfect storm. The anemia was being affected by the IUD blood loss and then I was diagnosed with heavy menstrual hemorrhaging. so in January, I decided to go to the doctor and see if there was any other options. Still, I knew that birth-control with hormones was not some thing I wanted. I was referred to a minimally, invasive, OB/GYN surgeon, and I asked about getting a Bi-Salp. he spoke to me about the whole process, and I was very excited that day we decided to take my IUD out, which thankfully was not as painful as the torturous insertion. His plan was let’s see how my natural cycle after. Take the IUD out if my bleeding regulates and I’m not losing as much blood. Not even days after removing my copper IUD I felt so much relief. I felt a fullness disappear that I didn’t even realize was there in the first place and a lot of other things changed to my skin got clear and overall I felt less anxious. I believe that the copper in the IUD had been causing me some sort of copper toxicity. so after two months, I called the doctor and told him that my period had gotten better so I went back and we schedule the Bi-Salp. So I went two months without any birth control and stayed away from my husband. Lol, thankfully at the end of the two months I was able to get my surgery and a week before my surgery. I went to a regular visit with my OB and they did an ultrasound and they saw that they’re good possibly be a polyp on my uterus so when they went in to do my procedure, they also did a Oppie with to see if there was any polyps and remove the polyps that were there. They also found some cysts that they removed and I also had some endometriosis growing on my left tube and ovary thankfully they were able to remove! For the surgery and leading up to it, I stayed away away from any foods that would make me gassy and anything that would constipate me. I was drinking MiraLAX in my tea every night for the week leading up to the surgery.
Surgery day of: On the morning of the surgery, I was advised to not take my Vyvanse, which I use for anxiety and ADHD. So I skipped it and just drink water since I have been fasting since 10 PM the night before. When I arrive to the hospital, I was able to go to the bathroom thankfully and then started getting prepped for surgery. They obviously had me do a urine test and then got me set up with my IV where they would insure all of my meds this was very painful, but I sat and waited before I was feeling loopy. They gave me the anti-stress and anxiety medication before they administered the anesthesia and suddenly I was knocked out. All I remember is walking into the surgery room and thinking wow this is like Grey’s Anatomy and then knocking out next thing, I remember I wake up in the room and I am very groggy and out of it. Thankfully, the anesthesia did not cause nausea. The hardest part during this transition was getting me to pee because I kept wanting to fall asleep so badly but they kept telling me if I didn’t pee then I wouldn’t be able to go home to finally sleep so I was bloated and swollen And I finally peed the second time. After that, I was discharged and my family did a great job at trying to keep me awake while we drove home because I was asleep in the car that could get nauseous and throw up, which would hurt my belly from making those kind of movements. Thankfully, I got home and I knocked out on the couch. I woke up dazed and confused but feeling a lot better and refreshed. I felt good for about an hour and then the pain started, but not any sort of abdominal pain from the surgery itself. It was just the Thankfully, I got home and I knocked out on the couch. It was just the pain from the gas pain from the laparoscopic surgery. This pain was definitely intense and it progressed my worst day was the day after the surgery. But that same night after the surgery was difficult because I could not find any position where I was comfortable. I was taking Gas-X every two hours charcoal pills every two hours and ibuprofen and Tylenol alternated every four hours. They gave me OXY if I wanted to take it, but I never did because I didn’t wanna get constipated and I really didn’t feel any pain that the oxy could resolve pain medication does not resolve gas pain. First night I slept propped up with a lot of pillows around me holding my belly holding me from every position where I could put more weight to add pain to my body well, I didn’t really sleep that night, but I tried to sleep, but I rested upright on the couch and I was up maybe every hour going to pee and walking around because the best advice I could give is just walk as much as it hurts. Everything hurts with these gas pain so I feel better to be walking around in pain than to be sitting down, knowing that I’m not actually resolving any of the gases that is the only way the gases will escape your body. That was exhausting because I could not sleep as much as I wanted to. the day was extremely painful trapped in my ribs. It felt like someone had a split my ribs but again I had no tenderness or soreness in my abdomen no cramping anything like that. I complain the most and the most uncomfortable part of everything was just being very very bloated and not being able to suck in my stomach. I’m naturally a very thin person so having my stomach was frustrating because none of my clothes fit me comfortably. The bloating started from the top of my rib cage all the way down. But I kept up with charcoal pills and Gas-X, and I’m thinking the charcoal definitely help because I would notice a difference after taking that even more so than the Gas-X. I finally was able to go to the bathroom after the surgery and thankfully it was a smooth transition to going into the bathroom. I’m sure the MiraLAX helped because of that and I had hardly been eating because my stomach was so swollen and were so severe that even one bite of food in my stomach would make everything swell up even more and it it would hurt me. So those first few days I kept it very light. The second night after the surgery was another miserable night. I almost cried that night because I thought I was gonna lose my mind. I hadn’t slept or napped all day because the pain would prevent me from being able to rest in a comfortable position and then all night again, I did not sleep, those were the hardest 2 nights. The following day I saw a tiny bit of progress with the gas pain. But eventually, I think I got used to it by Saturday surgery having been Monday. I felt significantly better still very swollen but better. Sunday I left the house for the first time got ready put normal clothes on. The loosest clothes that I had. And that was nice to finally leave the house and try to do something normal, came back and was definitely exhausted and rested for the rest of the day by this point I was no longer taking any pain medication. Just the charcoal pills. By Monday I was feeling significantly better. I had gotten my cycle over the weekend and it was not a very painful cycle. Just a little bit of mild cramping and bleeding but nothing crazy on Wednesday. The only thing I noticed after my surgery was a little bit of breaking out right after the surgery, but they said that that was normal since a lot of the drugs and medicine they put into your system for surgery is basically detoxing after you come out of surgery so it comes out of your body in different ways. I do not regret this surgery. It has completely changed my mindset towards life. I feel free finally. I’m sure my age has a lot to do with my recovery time and overall I’m a very sickly person for my age so I was expecting for this recovery to take me weeks to months, but I am feeling wonderful. I’m about to be the maid of honor for a wedding this Friday and I feel no restraint and dancing or anything of this sort. I’m grateful I didn’t get any soreness or pain in my abdomen after the surgery and that all I had to deal with was the severe gas pain. I know that is not everyone’s experience, but that was mine and I’m very happy with it. Just wanted to share some details on how everything went and hopefully this can be helpful to someone. So about three years ago, I got my copper IUD placed. I didn’t want to try any hormonal birth control because I tend to be hormone imbalanced, considering I got my period when I was nine years old and I already had ovarian cyst when I was 12 I didn’t want to add to the mix. For the first two years of me having it because my wedding ended up getting postponed due to Covid January 2023, I got married started my first year with the copper IUD being actually sexually active. I always loved my IUD because of the presence of no side effects. Other than the fact that my periods were terrible my periods would fluctuate from being seven days to eight days to 14 days to 20 days long. Throughout the month, I would always spot and have random cramping and then on the day cycle or the day leading up, I was already spotting a lot.. I would take 800 mg of ibuprofen every four hours for the entirety of my period because I could not Barrett all of this medication definitely affected my gut health. Towards the fall of last year, I felt like my cycles were getting a little lighter. Finally I thought I’m about to be three years with this may be it will be regulating a little more soon even with the copper had an extreme paranoia of anxiety, but I didn’t realize how extreme my anxiety is now that this risk of getting pregnant I felt was so prevalent, even though I had a obsess over people and I didn’t use any other form of birth control like condoms because I didn’t really like how it felt. I was always paranoid sitting on the toilet for hours waiting for everything to come out not doing anything for two weeks out of the month I include my period and then my ovulation week because that would also make me more paranoid. The last few months of a light cycle I got the worst cycles I had ever gotten they lasted about three weeks with giant clotting and in general I would always be having to wear. Diapers. I would wear a diaper with a pad on the inside of it and I would go through that every hour and a half so my blood loss was intense after my cycle I would get super lightheaded and the worst part is that I have always been chronically anemic my whole life I’m also vegetarian. I don’t eat meat.. It was a perfect storm. The anemia was being affected by the IUD blood loss and then I was diagnosed with heavy menstrual hemorrhaging. so in January, I decided to go to the doctor and see if there was any other options. Still, I knew that birth-control with hormones was not some thing I wanted. I was referred to a minimally, invasive, OB/GYN surgeon, and I asked about getting a Bi-Salp. he spoke to me about the whole process, and I was very excited that day we decided to take my IUD out, which thankfully was not as painful as the torturous insertion. His plan was let’s see how my natural cycle after. Take the IUD out if my bleeding regulates and I’m not losing as much blood. I believe that the copper in the IUD had been causing me some sort of copper toxicity. so after two months, I called the doctor and told him that my period had gotten better so I went back and we schedule the Bi-Salp. So I went two months without any birth control and stayed away from my husband. Lol, thankfully at the end of the two months I was able to get my surgery and a week before my surgery. I went to a regular visit with my OB and they did an ultrasound and they saw that they’re good possibly be a polyp on my uterus so when they went in to do my procedure, they also did a Oppie with to see if there was any polyps and remove the polyps that were there. They also found some cysts that they removed and I also had some endometriosis growing on my left tube and ovary thankfully they were able to remove! For the surgery and leading up to it, I stayed away away from any foods that would make me gassy and anything that would constipate me. I was drinking MiraLAX in my tea every night for the week leading up to the surgery.
Surgery day of: On the morning of the surgery, I was advised to not take my Vyvanse, which I use for anxiety and ADHD. So I skipped it and just drink water since I have been fasting since 10 PM the night before. When I arrive to the hospital, I was able to go to the bathroom thankfully and then started getting prepped for surgery. They obviously had me do a urine test and then got me set up with my IV where they would insure all of my meds this was very painful, but I sat and waited before I was feeling loopy. They gave me the anti-stress and anxiety medication before they administered the anesthesia and suddenly I was knocked out. All I remember is walking into the surgery room and thinking wow this is like Grey’s Anatomy and then knocking out next thing, I remember I wake up in the room and I am very groggy and out of it. Thankfully, the anesthesia did not cause nausea. The hardest part during this transition was getting me to pee because I kept wanting to fall asleep so badly but they kept telling me if I didn’t pee then I wouldn’t be able to go home to finally sleep so I was bloated and swollen And I finally peed the second time. After that, I was discharged and my family did a great job at trying to keep me awake while we drove home because I was asleep in the car that could get nauseous and throw up, which would hurt my belly from making those kind of movements. Thankfully, I got home and I knocked out on the couch. I woke up dazed and confused but feeling a lot better and refreshed. I felt good for about an hour and then the pain started, but not any sort of abdominal pain from the surgery itself. It was just the Thankfully, I got home and I knocked out on the couch. I was taking Gas-X every two hours charcoal pills every two hours and ibuprofen and Tylenol alternated every four hours. They gave me OXY if I wanted to take it, but I never did because I didn’t wanna get constipated and I really didn’t feel any pain that the oxy could resolve pain medication does not resolve gas pain. First night I slept propped up with a lot of pillows around me holding my belly holding me from every position where I could put more weight to add pain to my body well, I didn’t really sleep that night, but I tried to sleep, but I rested upright on the couch and I was up maybe every hour going to pee and walking around because the best advice I could give is just walk as much as it hurts. Everything hurts with these gas pain so I feel better to be walking around in pain than to be sitting down, knowing that I’m not actually resolving any of the gases that is the only way the gases will escape your body. That was exhausting because I could not sleep as much as I wanted to. the day was extremely painful trapped in my ribs. It felt like someone had a split my ribs but again I had no tenderness or soreness in my abdomen no cramping anything like that. I complain the most and the most uncomfortable part of everything was just being very very bloated and not being able to suck in my stomach. I’m naturally a very thin person so having my stomach was frustrating because none of my clothes fit me comfortably. The bloating started from the top of my rib cage all the way down. But I kept up with charcoal pills and Gas-X, and I’m thinking the charcoal definitely help because I would notice a difference after taking that even more so than the Gas-X. I finally was able to go to the bathroom after the surgery and thankfully it was a smooth transition to going into the bathroom. I’m sure the MiraLAX helped because of that and I had hardly been eating because my stomach was so swollen and were so severe that even one bite of food in my stomach would make everything swell up even more and it it would hurt me. So those first few days I kept it very light. The second night after the surgery was another miserable night. I almost cried that night because I thought I was gonna lose my mind. I hadn’t slept or napped all day because the pain would prevent me from being able to rest in a comfortable position and then all night again, I did not sleep, those were the hardest 2 nights. The following day I saw a tiny bit of progress with the gas pain. But eventually, I think I got used to it by Saturday surgery having been Monday. I felt significantly better still very swollen but better. Sunday I left the house for the first time got ready put normal clothes on. The loosest clothes that I had. And that was nice to finally leave the house and try to do something normal, came back and was definitely exhausted and rested for the rest of the day by this point I was no longer taking any pain medication. Just the charcoal pills. By Monday I was feeling significantly better. I had gotten my cycle over the weekend and it was not a very painful cycle. Lovely cyclone is a strike skill obtained from the ultimate finish of pq 135 ribrianne, defender of love and justice
Lovely cyclone, you basically pirouette on the spot and strike a pose at the end that grants an increase to stamina damage against your opponent…
This move is interesting because not only is it a 360 degree move and grants a buff of its own but it also resets the timer of your currently applied buffs, meaning you can indefinitely rest the duration of formation and your super soul
Note: you need to hit the pose at the end of the move for this effect to work
With this being said, you don’t have to use lovely cyclone, it has great synergy however you need to use it to make benefit of it, formation has a long enough time on it that it doesn’t break fluidity of game play to keep buffing yourself, so you can run something else in its place if you wanted to
With all that’s been said you get: 3 and 3/4 health bars, 8 bars of ki and stamina, health regen, a 40% increase to ki blast and strike skills from potential unleashed and formation stage 3 and a way to rest set the times your buffs from move - lovely cyclone
This honestly makes the build feel like a mini raid boss and make content feel so trivial in the process - hmm hmm hmm soul is a great support soul for raids also, so not only you going to be dealing a lot of damage when formation is up but you will also be regenerating health for you and your team
Note: refrain from sticking too many buffs on, they will only last the duration of shortest buff applied. Example: formation and a pose, formation lasts 30 seconds and most poses last 15 seconds, the moment the 15 second pose runs out you will also lose your formation buff and hmm hmmm hmm alongside it, it can be reapplied or extended with lovely cyclone but that can become too much management!

2024.05.15 15:02 Bluecomments Is there a limit to the amount of Orichalc you can get when reaching the 50th floor each trip?
I've been traveling there to create accessories that will help manage time and stamina. And to get the maximum possible amount of Orichalc, I save before smashing a rock and keep resetting if I don't get Orichalc. However, I've noticed at a certain point that no matter how much I reset I get only junk ores or nothing. If it happened just once, maybe I just got unlucky. However, it seems to happen every trip and does not seem coincidental at all. Is there a set limit where the game wil give Orichalc zero percent of the time or am I just super unlucky after a while?

Lately I’ve been mourning my body.. I keep seeing pictures pop up from 3 years ago when I first started recovery and at the time I thought I was huge but now looking back it was the best I’ve ever looked.. I had gained a l bit and was just above being UW, the clothes I wore, my aesthetic, my long hair and being so confident for the first time in my life. (Even if I was faking it to make it) Granted that few months of bliss ended up setting me up for failure and it’s not a time I should be idolizing. I just miss the way I looked and that’s it.. I feel like I’ll never look like that again, I had gained so much weight in two years I was obese, then I lost most of it and was boardering the healthy and overweight line but it was the smallest I’d been in 2 years.. I had a ton of stretch marks and loose skin and my boobs sag because of the rapid weight gain then rapid weight loss then I got pregnant and I thought I’d be fine bc I already had stretch marks, loose skin and saggy boobs but now at 33 weeks I somehow have more even tho Im still at a lower weight than I was at my highest weight.
Ugh I’m sorry if that’s all jumbled and makes no sense and I feel like I sound so ungrateful but I’m not, I was told I only had a 10% chance of conceiving naturally because of how damaged my body was from my ED but it miraculously happened and I couldn’t be happier about her coming! Right now I’m on 6.5 inches of lift, and I have 2 inch spacers on top of my springs. I’m wondering if 4.5 inches of lift would be as sufficient? I want to correct my steering angles a bit as they are kinda steep. But I also don’t want to lose flex.
My fenders are already super trimmed up and the tires tuck nicely with 6.5 what are you opinions? Definitely thinking about removing the spacers.

- Palacio de los Jugos - this is a staple of south florida cuisine. I might get some flack for having this on my list, but amongst all the cuban and latin spots I've been to across Hialeah and Miami, I always find myself back here grabbing a meal for like $7 and juice for $3!
- Stubborn Seed - I haven't gone since they've gotten their Michelin Star, but I used to frequent this place. What sets the tasting menu at stubborn seed apart in my opinion is the almagamation of dish pacing, food sourcing/creativity, and lineup of ingredients. I don't think there's a singular dish that really sets this restaurant apart from the rest of the modern fine dining options, but more so a extremely well presented and curated dining experience.
- Anita Gelato. This spot recently opened in Aventura coming from NYC. It's not a super traditional italian/argentiniam gelato, but the flavor combinations are the best I've ever had. And it's not too sweet. My favorite ice cream/froyo/gelato spot amongst the hundreds I've been to in SoFlo.

And the nutritional info on the pack reads 73% daily value of sat-fat in one 142g burger. A 152g fresh patty lands you at 60%. Know your food!

My friend and I have been friends since high school. We were never super close but she is part of my school friend group. There were 5 of us and I am closer to the other 3. She shifted to another city for work (5 years back) and was staying with her partner and her 2 cats.
Year 2022, I got an internship in her city. We both were excited to meet and spend time together. My office was super close to where she stayed and I started looking for a temporary place to stay at for 2 months. She offered to help me look for places, which was super nice of her. I was having trouble narrowing down places and to my surprise she offered her own home. Her apartment has 2 rooms, one which was not used. I was so grateful and thankful, and offered to pay half the rent, utilities etc too.
3 days later, she texted me that I won't be able to stay with her, as her cats litter box was in that room and she was having trouble moving it out. I felt it was a bit weird of an excuse but I eventually did find an airbnb and I stayed there.
The first week in a new city was rough. My weekends were not spared as I had 4-5 hour long calls in the evening too. She kept on texting that I do not have time for her, and I was not making an effort to meet her.
My partner who was travelling with her friends decided to visit me. Whatever spare time I had, I spent with my partner and her friends. They had an itinerary planned, and when I was free, I used to join them. My friend was upset that I was spending time with them, and confronted me and asked why she wasn't invited to our plans. We argued and I told that I would meet her soon.
I went over to her place a few days later and we met twice. My internship eventually got over and I was back home. The internship converted to a full time position in 2023, and I was offered a job. I informed on the friend group that I was going to shift out. My friend was excited that I would spend time with her once again. Something irked inside of me and I confronted her about what happened previously. I told her that it was a weird thing to offer me her home and then retract because of the litter box, to which she owned up and said that it was a bad excuse. She explained that she felt anxious and did not want anyone to invade her private space.
There were other problems existing with this friend that my other 3 close friends told me about. They informed me that she is stingy with money (expects people to pay for her), does not make an effort to communicate and is all about herself and her problems. This friend was getting married to her partner the same year and had invited me for her wedding. I told her I won't be attending it as I did not see this friendship meaningful and wished her the best. She apologised to me, and wanted to make things right. But I looked back and thought that this person has never added any value to my life ever.
