Reviews🔗Comprehensive .223/5.56 Caliber Cleaning Kit for Firearmshttps://preview.redd.it/dcku3ssbfa3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=020f56820a5ed05f81a80d70d683bd3d9ea3a2e6 I recently gave the Fett Affen Technologies 223/5.56 Caliber Cleaning Kit a try in my daily gun cleaning routine, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The kit includes all the essentials you need to keep your firearm in top shape, and I was particularly impressed by the non-toxic and non-flammable cleaner and oil. The star of the show for me was the Bore Viper cleaning rope, which made cleaning my firearm in the field a breeze. The Extreme Gun Lube was another winner, providing a high-quality synthetic grease that truly made a difference. The nylon brush, cotton swabs, and microfiber towels rounded out the kit nicely, and I appreciated the reclosable clamshell packaging for easy storage and access. All in all, I'd say this kit was a game-changer for my gun maintenance routine. It's a steal for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to fellow gun enthusiasts looking for an all-in-one cleaning solution. 🔗Premium Gun Cleaning Toolbox with Slotted Tips for Various Firearmshttps://preview.redd.it/0r5e2c2cfa3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4864eebe4233383bf63695732d2f2b30cba82d8f I've been using the RangeMaxx Firearm Master Cleaning Kit for a few months now, and it's been quite the experience. First off, the drawer-style toolbox with 3 drawers and an adjustable top section made organizing all my cleaning tools a breeze. It was a great way to keep track of everything I needed for my arsenal. However, there were a couple of things that bugged me. The cheap plastic quality of the toolbox was a disappointment, and I was not a fan of the flimsy latches. Opening the drawers was a bit of a struggle as well. I wished they were sturdier and more secure. But overall, I found the RangeMaxx Master Cleaning Kit to be a handy tool for keeping my firearms clean and well-maintained. It's a useful investment for any gun enthusiast. Just be aware that the quality might not be up to par with your expectations. 🔗Comprehensive 9mm Cleaning Kit Kithttps://preview.redd.it/yoi91mocfa3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4c57d984b508c53ccf63e31853ca9214e9b93ea4 As a gun enthusiast, I have tried out various cleaning kits, but the Winchester 24 Piece Universal Cleaning Kit stands out from the rest. The T-handle design adds extra grip and control, making the cleaning process much more manageable. I particularly enjoyed using the three solid brass rods - each with ten long sections, providing versatility for different firearm types. The solid brass core brushes and mops work wonders in removing stubborn grime, without scratching the barrel. The two slot tips and four spear-pointed jag tips complement the cleaning rods and make the whole cleaning process a breeze. However, there were a few aspects I didn't fully appreciate. The absence of a cleaning fluid and gun oil has left me searching for alternative options. While the extra cleaning patches provided are a nice touch, it's still helpful to have a few extra on hand. Lastly, the kit doesn't include a container for storage after use, which could have been a convenient addition. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Winchester 24 Piece Universal Cleaning Kit remains a solid and cost-effective choice for any gun owner. With its diverse range of tools, it's an invaluable addition to any gun enthusiast's collection. 🔗Universal Pistol Cleaning Kit with Clenzoil 22LRhttps://preview.redd.it/072jlpucfa3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eab2a3320ff52db43fd2fb42644a7c828fd8c535 Clenzoil Pistol Cleaning Kit makes maintaining your 9 mm black a breeze. The kit comes with a variety of brushes, a rod set, and patch puller to ensure you get every nook clean. The Clenzoil Field Range 0.5 oz. Dropper helps reduce the mess, while the nylon water-resistant case keeps everything organized. While it might be priced a bit higher than some other options, the quality and ease of use make it worth the investment. 🔗Compact Tactical Cleaning Kit for AR-15 and AR-10 Rifleshttps://preview.redd.it/ofuqn46dfa3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e2ba00d46a55df70155f71f1673e164c367b0be As someone who frequently uses their AR-15 and AR-10 rifles, I recently tried out the RangeMaxx Tactical Cleaning Kit. This compact kit is designed to simplify the cleaning process for modern sporting rifles, thanks to the special brushes and tools it provides. The cleaning rod is ergonomic and easy to use, while the rugged molded case keeps everything secure. I appreciated the range of brushes, including the. 22 and. 308 bolt carrier brushes, as well as the versatile cleaning patches. However, I would have liked a more durable cleaning rod. Overall, the RangeMaxx Tactical Cleaning Kit made my cleaning routine more efficient and convenient. Reviews🔗Water Buffalo Leather .22 Revolver Holster for Single Action Wheelgunshttps://preview.redd.it/9v0npruxda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=acc0e59e8a4483add5090ce5fada71c2bbcd7eb4 I've been using the Versacarry. 22 Cal. Single Action Revolver Holster for a while now, and I've got to say it's a pretty cool accessory to have. It's made from premium water buffalo leather, which is quite a step up from the average holster material. The sturdy belt loop ensures that your revolver stays securely in place, even when you're on the move. One downside I noticed is that it only supports single-action. 22 caliber revolvers, so if you're using a different kind, you'll have to look elsewhere. But overall, I'm really happy with this holster. It's well-made, and the quality is top-notch. I've had no issues with it so far, and I'm confident it'll serve me well in the future. 🔗Durable 22 Cal. Single Action Revolver Holster for Wheelgun Lovershttps://preview.redd.it/bddam8fyda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ff7428c6f172e971459197f2745cf91ef0d678d9 I recently tried out this Versacarry. 22 Cal. Single Action Revolver Holster, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by its sturdy construction and comfortable fit. Made from premium water buffalo leather, this holster is well-suited for all those. 22 reproduction Colt Single Action Army revolvers and similarly sized wheelguns. What stood out to me the most was the secure belt loop and open bottom design, which provided a snug fit without any unnecessary bulk. Overall, this is a great choice for any cowboy looking to protect and carry their. 22 Cal single action revolver in style. 🔗Concealed Carry Inside-the-Waistband Handgun Holsterhttps://preview.redd.it/7ardd8lyda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f7168c26a1c9a9fdbc5481141f9d8d9e3bc5e6bd As a frequent user of this Inside-the-Waistband Handgun Holster, I must say it has its pros and cons. Firstly, the lightweight design featuring a sturdy nylon shell and soft brushed tricot interior is a boon for me. It effectively safeguards my 9mm auto handgun without compromising on comfort. However, the metal spring clip, though handy, sometimes slips over the top of my pants or belt, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the 3.5-inch size works great for my Ruger LCP, but it might be a bit too snug for larger models. Another feature I appreciate is its versatility as it can be used as a hip holster or inside the pants, allowing for an adjustable and comfortable fit. Despite its excellent qualities, the holster lacks a retention strap, which can be a drawback, especially when you're on the move. 🔗North American Arms Mini-Rev Pocket Holster 22MAG for Enhanced Precision and Comforthttps://preview.redd.it/fzlxd1yyda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cdd1f9a0f6674a08b6323322ee6b3c62d7725963 As a fellow gun enthusiast, I recently came across the North American Arms Mini-Rev Pocket Holster 22MAG and decided to give it a try. Having used it for a while now, I must say it has made a notable difference in my shooting experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the secure grip it provides for my mini revolver. It holds the weapon firmly in place, which ultimately enhances my precision and accuracy during target practice. However, I must admit that the holster's size can be a bit of a drawback at times. It may not be the most suitable option for those who prefer a larger holster for their mini revolver. Despite its minor flaws, the North American Arms Mini-Rev Pocket Holster 22MAG has proven to be a reliable and comfortable accessory for my mini revolver. If you're looking for a secure and compact solution for your mini revolver, this pocket holster might just be the perfect addition to your arsenal. 🔗Desantis Wild Hog Ruger GP100 Holster - Ambidextrous Leather Cross Draw Optionhttps://preview.redd.it/hk8u9zczda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0b74f74f275a5fbc010d35dfe882bd476234add6 The Desantis Wild Hog Holster is a versatile and comfortable option for carrying your Ruger Single Six 5.5" Revolver. Made from top-quality leather, it fits snugly around your waist and can be worn cross draw or with a forward cant. Its belt accommodating design allows you to adjust the tension for a perfect fit, ensuring your gun stays securely in place throughout the day. While the Wild Hog may be a bit heavier on your pocket, it's a reliable, durable, and stylish choice for any revolver enthusiast. Overall, if you're looking for a holster that provides both style and functionality, this leather holster is worth considering. 🔗Stylish Space Cowboy Holster for H&K 45 Revolverhttps://preview.redd.it/crwg72ozda3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=97f56c670ff99530f82976b6c8173e40de36db9a As a gun enthusiast, I've always been on the lookout for premium quality holsters to keep my scoped revolvers secure. So, when I came across the Triple K Space Cowboy Holster, I knew it was worth a try. The full-grain leather holster is certainly a sight to behold, with its classic design that's both stylish and functional. What stood out to me was the sturdiness and security the holster offered. It was a perfect fit for my Smith and Wesson 629 Stealth Hunter, with its 7.5" barrel. I appreciated the tie-off leg strap, which added stability and ensured my holster stays in place during all my outdoor adventures. However, I found the price quite steep for the level of craftsmanship involved. The belt loop's snap mechanism feels a tad flimsy and might not be the best fit for larger and heavier revolvers. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend the Triple K Space Cowboy Holster to any gun enthusiast looking for a premium, high-quality holster to keep their prized scoped revolver close at hand. 🔗High-Quality, Durable 22 Revolver Holster for Womenhttps://preview.redd.it/zlf0p450ea3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=24c4793ec0174fea82ac1a7894e1ecdf959266ab I recently had the chance to try out this Hilason Western Right Hand Gun Holster Rig, and let me say, it's a pretty impressive piece of equipment. First off, the holster itself is beautifully crafted, with a genuine leather finish that gives it a nice, old-timey cowboy feel. The stitching was tight and precise, and the metal core casing made it unbreakable and non-collapsible. One thing that stood out to me was the holster's versatility. Not only does it fit most barrel lengths ranging from 4 to 8 inches, but it's also been designed with a leg tie and leg flap behind the holster, enhancing its durability and comfort. This made it perfect for a daily wear gun holster, whether I was walking around town or out on the range. That being said, there were a couple of things that I wasn't completely thrilled about. For one, the holster does have quite a few holes punched an inch apart, which could make it a bit confusing to figure out the correct size for your specific pants. While the provided measurements worked for me, I can see how this could be an issue for others. Additionally, while the gun holster fits most barrel lengths, it's made specifically for a right-handed shooter, which could make it a bit limiting for left-handed shooters looking to use this holster. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed using this Hilason Western Right Hand Gun Holster Rig. The combination of its high-quality craftsmanship and versatile design make it a top choice for any gun enthusiast looking to up their holster game. 🔗Quality Western-style leather holster for 703 Revolverhttps://preview.redd.it/1u1qu8f0ea3d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8cc31a3c84328ee28be4e18682b057260b95170e The Denix Old West Leather Holster is a must-have accessory for anyone who loves the authentic feel of the Wild West. Not only does it look the part, but it also feels and functions like a genuine holster should. The craftsmanship is evident in the beautifully tooled leather design, which adds a touch of class to your 1873 non-firing replica or Colt Peacemaker pistol. One of the things I appreciate most about this holster is the ease of use. The right-draw design ensures that your firearm is always easily accessible when you need it, and the adjustable leg-tie makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods. The shell loops on the belt are a nice touch, as they accommodate the replica shells that fit these pistols, adding another level of realism. As with any product, there are a few minor drawbacks. The holster isn't the most compact option out there, which can make it a bit tricky to carry around if you're planning to go somewhere where you might need to hide your firearm. Additionally, the medium waist size might not be perfect for everyone, so it's something to consider before making a purchase. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Denix Old West Leather Holster. It's a top-quality product that adds a touch of authenticity to any enthusiast's collection. If you're looking for a durable, functional, and stylish holster that captures the spirit of the Old West, this is the one to get. 2024.05.29 01:51 excessivejay Review: 2 months in a Mk8 R
Thank you VW for deciding that you're getting rid of manuals and pushing me to pull the trigger on getting a Golf R. I was hesitant at first because so many reviewers were complaining about modern features, so much so where I was considering getting an R32. I've never had a new car, and didn't want to get something I wouldn't be happy with; especially since this R would be with me for it's life. After 2 years of trying to see one in person,, I finally found a manual R at a dealership. Once I sat in it, I knew I had to have it. submitted by excessivejay to Golf_R [link] [comments] 1700 miles and 2 months later, I feel like I have experienced much this car has to offer. To those who are also on the fence, I'd like to share my experience. The infotainment isn't that bad - Could it be better? Yes. But it's not a deal breaker. A little slow to boot up, but the reverse camera kicks on quickly. Once I start driving, it's good to go. There are menus that need to be clicked through, but all menus I need to access while driving can be accessed with shortcuts or other buttons with one click. The dashboard lights and accent lights change color - I had no idea this was a thing. It's a cool feature. Preset colors and custom full range of colors. Travel assist - another feature I had no idea about. It basically drives your car for you (acceleration, deceleration, stays in lane) as long as you grip the steering wheel. It watches the car in front of you and can come to just about a complete stop. You don't have to clutch to shift in this mode. Drive mode defaults to comfort or sport - super annoying, no way to default to race or custom mode at start up. Seems to be no fixes either. More custom options than I expected - settings allow many other start up defaults. The interior doesn't feel like it should for a $50k car - the plastic interior scratches easy, the carpet doesn't seem to seat all the way to the floor board. However the interior design does look nice The seats are nice and comfortable. Shift knob - I miss the golf ball, but the replacement isn't bad. Sound system - I'm 40. My 90s alternative sounds fine. Trunk space - smaller than I'd like. Can't really haul a bag of golf clubs. Not nearly as roomy as my MK4 GTI. Detailing - not a lot of hard to reach areas. Didn't take me too long today. Touch buttons - way more functional than the review videos led them to be. I don't use the volume control below the infotainment screen, because there is a very functional volume control on the steering wheel. You can swipe or press. I never accidentally swipe or press the buttons while steering, like other reviewers have claimed. Fuel - runs on premium....ouch $$$ Drivability - extremely fun to drive. Now I'm nervous parking in parking lots. My 8 always gets garaged unless I'm at work. TLDR: The car is extremely fun to drive. The thing I hate most is having to choose my driving profile every time. Everything else isn't a deal breaker. |

2024.05.28 23:39 Milano5269 First time I bought straight from Japan
It took me pretty long until I bought something from buyee. Idk why it war just that I never wanted to wait so long for somethin to arrive. Turned out to be the right decision 😅 The second Sol Blaze fb and Strikers purple fb were inside the Launcher Grip and not on the pictures, when I bought it. The white Striker fb was covered with a custom sticker, I was quite happy when I removed the sticker 😄 Finally got the Sol, purple Striker and Burn Pisces for my collection submitted by Milano5269 to BeybladeMetal [link] [comments] |
2024.05.28 23:00 Spyqi Monitor Mounting Struggles
The monitor mounts themselves are okay the issue is my desk. Shown in attached images because of it being a hydraulic standing desk there is a hollowed out area / recess in the underside of the desk and the mounts can barely not clear the rim; the circle pads for the mount cant lie flat so I have DIY'd a temporary solution. I'm deeply sorry Terry Goodkind fans o7. I don't have easy access to wood / a workshop to cut a custom piece of wood that I don't know will work as the piece would essentially have to be a perfect fit and also lie flat. The reason why I used books and cardboard as padding is because they compress a little and allow a firm "flat enough" grip. I need a solution or product I can use as padding for the underside. The only idea I've had so far is filling the area where I'm mounting the monitors with silicon. Which would work for sure but I'm worried about the durability of it overtime and cost effectiveness. Any ideas are appreciated and if I need to provide additional pictures or context I will be happy to provide! submitted by Spyqi to desksetup [link] [comments] https://preview.redd.it/o7pd02gpe83d1.jpg?width=2316&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=72858e8d7f72865096385bafb7ebf65a051b7225 https://preview.redd.it/k2u0kcope83d1.jpg?width=2316&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=27452890aebb3a21a05bd77d1b5e52c9a01da886 |
