2024.05.16 17:42 MyClericalGnomance Beginners guide to honour mode & unlocking the golden dice.
Introduction
The main purpose of this guide will be to help unlock the golden dice for those of you who feel less confident about tackling honour mode. This is designed to be a path of least resistance, so we won’t be experiencing everything this game has to offer. It’s also worth noting that instead of focusing on min-maxing for damage; we prioritise safe & consistent damage. We don’t need to be respeccing characters often, if at all, and we won’t be relying on strength elixirs. My girlfriend (
u/-babyjanehudson) and I put this together as we’ve beaten honour mode a 5 times now without any failed attempts, we were even in the first 800 people to beat it which is kinda cool! Here’s how we did it. First starting with our builds, then a little general advice and finally just a list of some general Do’s & Don’ts. Apologies for the wall of text.
Builds:
Bardlock (party face) - Great old one Warlock 2, college of lore bard 10 - Cha16>Dex16>Con14>Wis12 - Key items are the spell sparkler until Markoheshkir, potent robe, quickspell gloves, necklace of elemental augmentation & the warped headband of intellect (great for general party face checks in acts 1+2) at least until you get the birthright at sorcerers sundries in act 3. Once I reach act 3 and have persuaded half of the shadow cursed lands into dying, I personally choose to respec into Sorlock: 2 goolock, 2 fighter, 8 draconic sorcerer. It’s not necessary but I find it gives the edge in combat while in act 3, as there are less dialogue checks available that bard can abuse. Being a sorlock means every morning in camp I can convert ALL level 1+2 spell slots into extra sorcery slots meaning my bonus action is now always being used for eldritch blast thanks to quickened spell meta magic plus we have action surge :) Skill priority for this character is Persuasuion > Intimidation > Deception > Performance > Perception > Investigation. Credit to u/kethrynweryn for this build, it’s easily my fav in the game.
Life cleric 12 - Wis16>Con16>Dex14>Str (light cleric does more damage so is technically better for experienced players but a life cleric is there to save your run in case of an emergency, something pretty invaluable to beginners in HM as we can’t assume we are winning every fight in the first 2 turns like we ideally aim to)
- key items are reapers embrace, sentinel shield, hell riders pride, the whispering promise & blood of lathander. Other items of note would be luminous armor & the radiant/illumation rings. Most fights will simply involve casting spirit guardians at its highest level and running through crowds of enemies like you’re mowing a lawn, picking up the war caster feat is brilliant for helping you keep concentration when taking attacks of opportunity but i know as a feat it’s a little divisive, just my personal preference. This setup trivialises all combat encounters in act 2. Just remember to check enemies for radiant retort, they’re few and far between but can fuck things up if you forget.
Swords Bard Archer (Lockpicker) - 6 Swords Bard, 4 Rogue Thief, 2 Fighter - Dex17>Cha14>Con14>Wis12>Str - Key items are hag hair (+1dex), titan string, risky ring, hill giant club, helm of arcane acuity & band of the mystic scoundrel. With this setup every time you attack, you can hold person, fear, vicious mockery or invisibility as a bonus action :) Just make sure to use your slashing flourish as much as possible to maximise damage. Don’t forget to get to the high ground whenever possible to increase your damage.
Skill priority for this character is Sleight of hand > Stealth > Perception > Persuasion > Intimidation > Deception > Acrobatics
Barbarian - Wild heart Bear Barb 8, Battle Master Fighter 4 - Str16>Con16>Dex14>Wis12 - Key items are more flexible here as this build is less dependant on gear. I recommend grabbing the Everburn blade if you can, it really helps during the slog of act 1 (to get it easily, when you first find Shadowheart on the nautiloid immediately swap any one of the spells in her book for Command, then use command drop on Zhalk and steal his sword. I do not recommend trying to fight him for it). Most the time you’ll just wear the usual barb stuff, bracers of defence & a 2H weapon of your choice. If you’re willing to brave Raphael & Ansur this build becomes a powerhouse with the gauntlets of hill giant strength, amulet of health & Baldurans giantslayer. These items are incredible but are also locked behind fights which pose the highest risk to your run, prepare carefully and if you don't feel confident enough then don’t be ashamed to just skip them. Anyway we take wild heart bear because being resistant to everything but psychic damage is really underrated. You can use this character to abuse the poor souls that your swords bard has been using hold person on for easy crits. Make sure to always use reckless attack. Initially it sounds bizarre but stick with me, you want enemies to have advantage against your barb. Attacking recklessly while keeping your AC capped around 17~19 means the computer always prioritises attacking your barb’ over the rest of your party. This is great as we will be taking half damage from every source other than psychic. Not to mention if you’re always using reckless attack, the feat Great Weapon Master no longer has a downside, so it becomes a reliable +10 to damage.
Final note for builds: As you’ve probably noticed, yes almost everybody in the party takes a dip in fighter for access to action surge & shield proficiency.
I learned this habit from Colby like everything else I know. He’s the Bob Ross of DnD builds and well worth your time.
General Advice
The most important factor in honour mode is “meta knowledge”, This means things like: knowing how to enter each combat effectively, making sure everyone is in a good position before starting, knowing exactly which enemies/spells you’ll face during that fight and ensuring you always take the enemy by surprise to gain a free turn. Being properly prepared is better than any build. As for difficulty, Act 1 is always going to be your biggest challenge so use plenty of rests and pick your fights carefully. For this guide I also recommend using your bard to persuade the act 2 bosses into
committing suicide. Do’s:
- Always have a these spells prepared: longstrider, aid, enhance ability, bless, misty step, heroes feast, counterspell, shield & guidance.
- Buy the ring of bless from Volo the moment you meet him at the grove.
- Steal Laezel’s armor at the start if you’re not using her, it’s great medium armor in the first few hours.
- Let Volo take your eye for a permanent see invisibility buff.
- Barbarian should always use reckless attack
- Buy & craft every potion of speed you can get your grubby mitts on. With the slight nerfs to Haste in HM potions of speed are a safer alternative.
- Take the Hag hair +1dex for swords bard and most the time just let Ethel have Mayrina, its fiddly to control who Ethel will offer the deal to so just go in being prepared to sacrifice Mayrina.
- Talk to crusher outside the goblin camp and persuade him to kiss your feet. He'll run off embaressed, follow him to the bridge away from all the other goblins. Now you can safely and easily kill him to loot his ring which increases movement speed.
- Use your party face to poison the goblin camp in act 1, killing over half of them outside before even entering combat and then the party face can simply deny everything.
- Look up the wiki page for every boss and check their legendary resistances/actions BEFORE starting the encounter. Ethel, inquisitor w’wargaz, cazador, steel watch titan & Nether brain specifically can do some seriously nasty stuff that’s exclusive to HM & can easily catch you off guard.
- Kill Balthazar in his room/lab where you first meet him. To make the fight even easier you can take flesh into the self same trial using the bell so you don’t have to fight him alongside Balthazar. Either way it’s a much easier than the fighting in the shadowfell.
- Take alert if someone has a spare feat available, otherwise increasing your main ability score is usually the best bet.
- Cast sanctuary on Isobel during the raid on the last light in, a lot easier than chasing after her trying to heal & blade ward her. Alternatively ignore her altogether, go straight to ambush against the drider, grab the lantern and release dolly dolly dolly, allowing you to skip the Isobel & Marcus’s fight altogether.
- Keep characters ability scores in even values when possible, odd values do not change anything (with a slight exception to constitution as odd values still give a little extra hp).
- Try to keep all characters at 12 Wis or higher to avoid being feared, charmed or hold person’d.
- Cast darkness over Halsins portal to prevent enemies attacking it.
- Take Gortash's deal to skip his fight & the steel foundry.
- Use minor illusion to group enemies together & pull them out of position before initiating combat. You can also use this method to fix broken NPC’s when they’re not standing where they’re meant to. Looking at you Alfira & Lakrissa.
- If you’re open to a little cheesing you can leave some ranged/throwing party members on the steps before the Grym boss fight. Now just rain hell down on the boss from safety.
- Globe of invulnerability is exactly as broken as it sounds. These scrolls restock daily at sorcerers sundries & trivialise every boss encounter in act 3. Ansur specifically has no way of countering this.
- Illithid powers. These wriggly little cuties are some of the strongest buffs/abilities available. I recommend having every possible party member take atleast: favourable beginnings, luck of the far realms, ability drain & cull the weak. If you opt to go half illithid then you get access to some outrageous kit such as: fly, psionic dominance, illithid expertise & blackhole.
- Summon any minions before casting Aid, Heroes feast, Longstrider & other morning buffs.
- Use your potions, elixirs & scrolls as much as possible. They’re literally everywhere & with good reason. A well timed potion of invisibility or scroll of misty step can save a run.
- Most people know this already but don’t forget you can throw healing potions at allies in a pinch.
- Before descending the stairs to Cazador’s fight have a party member go invisible. They can run over and free Astarion before rolling initiative. This method can also be used to free Volo, Mayrina, Aylin or set up smokepowder barrels for a one turn kill.
- Use darkness to cover any pickpocketing and then flee the area before the NPC notices they've been got.
- Only trade with vendors using your highest persuasion character.
- Give your frequently visited vendors a few hundred gold to max out their attitude. this way you have the best prices for both buying and selling.
- Remember you can skip the final fight altogether using the dialogue option (important distinction) to blow Gale up at the brain stem in act 3.
Don’ts:
- Don’t awaken at the Zaithisk unless you’re certain you can make the checks, there is a great guide on respeccing for this exact moment credit to u/kodiak3393.
- Don't use friends, guidance or any other spell when bargaining with Ethel for Mayrina & the hag hair. It will trigger Ethel's legendary action and prevent you from getting the hag hair.
- Don’t free Orpheus unless you're prepared to also fight the Emperor in the final fight.
- Don’t play as durge for the first time. Worth noting the cloak exclusive to durge is easily the best in the game but being durge throws the player some unexpected curveballs that can end a run if you're not prepared.
- Don’t keep sharpshooter toggled on permanenlty unless you’ve got risky ring or oil of accuracy.
- Don’t try & save the gondians, don’t go to the iron throne, do not pass go, do not collect £200
- Don’t underestimate Flind the and other Gnolls who are attacking Rugan in act 1, you ideally want to be level 4 before this fight. Ensure to start the encounter from insidde the cave where Rugan is trapped, it can be accessed from the area near the fake paladins of tyr & Karlach.
- Don’t use the cantrip Friends unless you plan on immediately leaving the area or killing the target.
- Don’t convince Ketheric to commit suicide at the mindlfayer colony. Instead use the first phase of the fight to get into position & takeout the Mindflayer asasp then get to work on the apostles. Makes phase 2 infinitely easier.
- Don’t talk to Wulbren or the Tieflings in the Moonrise prison until you’ve killed the warden and all the guards . These guards are utterly brain dead and somehow will never inform anyone upstairs of your massacre, regardless of how stealthily or raucously you tackle them. So just go hog wild. This’ll secure your potent robe with ease.

2024.05.16 14:47 CherryBoom2x Speculation for the next season.
I've been trying to connect all the Easter eggs from the last season for the season finale, and it looks like we were right about AOA. For season two, I'm guessing that there will be mixed events happening that they will adapt from the comics. The main event will be AOA, and there will be parts from "Days of Future Past."
Storm, Logan, and Morph are missing. I think they have been held captive by Apocalypse and soon become the 4 Horsemen of Apocalypse together with Gambit, as Ororo and Logan did in the comics. I'm unsure about Morph.
I know Logan was the horseman of death too who beheaded Bastion. But I think this time he will became War. His last words after he stab Magneto were. “I’ve been into a lot of WARS bob, and the brave always dies first”
We all saw Bastion fly away, not knowing if he is dead or alive. My theory is that he might have survived and returned to Earth, but Cable and the others have captured him. Gambit will seek revenge as Death and behead Bastion in prison.
2nd Guess in between of the episodes part of the “days of future past” will be adapted. My guess is that Morph, Logan and Storm are somewhere trap. And it's time for Bishop and Forge to find them. With the help of Shadowcat, Colossus, Rachel Summers. We all see the photos of the mutants on Forge’s board. Based on the comics all the costumes they wore are the same as the classic one they currently wore in the last episodes. The missing and slain photos of mutants from Forge’s board are the same as the ones in the “days of future past” style in the comics. If you have paid attention on the photos at Forge’s board the Characters that are Alive are Shadowcat, Havok, Colossus, Emma, Magik, Bobby/Iceman, Dust, Exodus. I believe Bishop and Forge will try to recruit them to locate the missing X-Men.
I also think that The Fantastic Four will make an appearance at some point in the next season. Morph transforming into Mr. Fantastic and might be a hint that the Fantastic Four will help to defeat Rama Tut/Kang. Also, when Rogue fought Bastion, it seemed to surprise Rogue. The place where this happened is the blue area of the moon.

2024.05.16 10:10 frenchbriefs Why does jerma have to retire?
If u think about it....jerma is essentially what u would call a tv or radio personality....or in this case a media personality on twitch. people tune in to listen to them talk and their dialogue and the interesting things they have to say, what they actually do is not of any particular importance, its just gives them some content to talk about or serve as an inspiration while they are doing it..... although it does contribute to the entertainment at the same time.
I'm pretty sure more than anything jerma enjoys being a personality..the greatest proof being some of the skits he put up, the elbertson family dinner for one thing,I'm pretty sure that's his real family, they have to be extremely familiar with one another to behave like that with each other for an hour and no way someone could have scripted a dinner conversation like that and even the best actors in the world could adlibbed such a scene.....u could tell right away something was fake or off,u can tell when some people are pretending to be someone they are not, Like the skit where people auditioned to be jerma.....u can tell it's a fake made up persona instantly...people just aren't creative enough to craft an entire persona and how they would act or think instinctively with great nuance it would take months of writing and carefully crafting and great imagination like Hannibal lecter from Westworld and hundreds of takes to act out hundreds of scenes that make up a one hour long dinner...and even then the movie persona is a part of the actors personality,Anthony Hopkins in Westworld can only act out roles that is like him or suits him. It's insane to think that u can get a bunch of random people to pretend to be ur family members without a script for an hour on such levels of familiarity and insanity yet so normal. It's crazy to think about it but that was probably his real family and brothers...but in some high level meta chess game he's pretending it's not But the most importing was that was one of the most insane comedy gold ever,
Being a personality ..is not just something they have done for nearly all their adult lives and it's part of who they are being entertainers to give it up is mind boggling it would literally be giving up their identities....like Cedric the entertainer or Dave Chappelle or that guy on family feud whose been clinging on to television since forever
There are many personalities that had incredibly long careers, for example David letterman has been hosting late night for nearly 35 years, bob parker the price is right also for 35 years,or Howard Stern also had a 4 decade long career and is still going, even people like Alex Jones has been on air since the 2000s..I used to be obsessed with Howard Stern and jon steward back in the late 2000s and early 2010s and binge watch or listen to years of episodes..the fact is people tune in to watch or listen to these people because they are entertaining personalities.
There is nothing stopping jerma from having a career as long as that, especially when considering he is still in his prime and peak of popularity, its not like he's dragging and beating a dead horse for years like dsp.
I'm sure jerma enjoys being a personality and would easily do it for decades given the appropriate format and also maybe audience.
I mean why would he quit jerma 985?I'm pretty sure part of it could be he's been doing this for so long....and a huge part of it is his audience, If it wasn't for the fact that most of the audience he attracts the last few years are young, and getting younger, but as a man approaching forty, no matter how young and childish jerma acts sometimes which is part of his appeal to the younger kids and connects him to them, there is alienation and disconnect not only generational and cultural difference but young people talk very differently, like very young people, and think and act very differently, while jerma is just an tired old man and old soul inside..as old as asmongold exterior already looks...I don't envy him imagine being an old man already in ur late twenties or thirties and having to deal with a bunch of teens and early mid twenties in chat, not to mention the generational conflict in thinking and styles of logic not saying jerma is the eptiome of logic but he is an example of a thirty something year old male.interacting with such a chat and a certain level of toxicity for years on end can wear u down psychologically and mentally.
If he had the right platform and format of content and maybe a slightly different audience, slightly older and more matured like jon steward tonight show or Howard Stern back in the 2000s maybe jerma could have chugged on for a while more.

2024.05.16 09:42 Notnotarealuser Theme Time Radio Hour is a treasure trove. Sidenote: his paintings are fantastic
| For those who may not know, Theme Time Radio Hour is Bob’s radio show where he chooses a theme and plays songs that correspond within it. Between songs, he jokes around and shares some historical anecdotes about the artists and songs featured. It’s a really fun time. As a longtime fan, I’m kicking myself for not diving into it sooner. I even have the deluxe version of Together Through Life which came packaged with an episode on cd. 2024.05.16 09:00 TheOnlyPolly Why did Patrick react this way? "Not Normal" S6E4
Clip of interaction:
https://youtu.be/fUmwXcOqlSc I was watching this episode "Not normal" from Season 6, Episode 4. My gf and I noticed Patrick had a weird surprised reaction when SpongeBob started talking to him. We just thought his reaction and the fact that he appears to be reading a newspaper was strange. He put all his stuff away like he was caught off guard.
If we're just looking too much into it then why would the animators animate this scene this way? It makes almost no sense with the context given. What do you think?

2024.05.16 06:20 Dan6520 Wade needs to be funnier!
So I will cut to the chase. I work for a package delivery company and while I am delivering packages I sometimes listen to Distractible. Also before you ask no I have not crashed the delivery truck while listening to Distractible.
Recently after getting through all of GO! My favorite sports team and Distractible and still being to lazy to redownload all the brain leaks episodes again after getting a new phone I decided to go back and listen to older episodes.
I have realized that Mr.Baldy McBald pants himself has noticeably gotten less funny when hosting episodes in the past year. Sure he has had a few gems every month or so but gets to serious with his topics!
Bob's fridge? Funny because raging Bob. Most episodes with Mark in them? Funny because Markiplier. Most Wade episodes within the past year? UNFUNNY! Wade! You need to get funnier! You need less philosophy, and more angry Wade! Get funny bald man!
(Long story short, this was all in good fun but I think that the king of Baldtown, Ohio, Wade needs to tone it back with the philosophy and tone it up on the amount of light hearted and funny topics)

2024.05.16 06:17 RiC_David Lonely Souls - Season 2, Episode 7 [Monumental Spoilers]
Even having now watched this bombshell episode for the fourth time, since discovering Twin Peaks seven years ago, this is still one of, if not, the most moving episodes of television I've ever seen.
I don't remember my exact reaction upon first learning the identity of BOB and then immediately witnessing such an appropriately disturbing depiction of murder, but knowing it's coming and dreading every second is its own experience.
The scene at the Roadhouse has always been one of my favourite series-defining scenes, but I'd forgotten just how masterfully interwoven it is with the Palmer house scene. I don't have anything new to say, I just had to talk about it a bit, because it's such phenomenal art.
Many TV series have episodes you both look forward to and writhe at the thought of having to go through again, but this has to be the most emotional for me, Maddie's killing feels like it gets more disturbing every go around, because it's so visceral with all the extended toying. I also noted how this is the first time we hear the trademark Palmer scream from her—it being Laura and Sarah's signature—as they teased it a few times, so it felt like her fulfilling her tragic fate.
Besides that, I'd forgotten that this was when we see Katherine's identity reveal too, in another instance of the double feature theme.
That's all, it's a hell of a ride.

2024.05.16 03:30 vinjakola How 3rd episode of Pacific became my favourite and worse at the same time
This weekend I was doing my senior thesis(so no hanging out at friday and saturday),and between work i was rewatching Pacific for the first time .I always prefered BOB than Pacific, but this time Pacific had me.Everything was okay till 3rd episode. As you all know,in the 3rd there is no combat, many would say that it was out of contest,unnecessary...But Stella and Leckie gave me some kind of depression till today lol.
So this New Year's Eve I was in the club with my friends.I met girl from Australia and we started talking, everything was great,we shared instagrams, kiss at 00:00 (my first kiss,at 18xD) and so on... Later she blocked me because she was going to Australia and didnt want to fall in love (maybe she was lying idk).I was a litlle bit fucked up,but not as much when i saw 3rd episode with all the similarities i have with Leckie.I was almost crying when Stella dumped him,it gave me flashback.I started to symphatise with Leckie through whole series,I never tied up with some character like that.6 months flew by and now im thinking about her literally 5 fucking days every minute. When I watched 10th episode I fell in post movie depression, and today im really fucked up cause all those things. So for me 3rd is my favourite and because of it i bonded up more with all charachters and it gave some special feeling about all those guys, that I havent on the first watching. So Leckie became my favourite charachter instead of Dick Winters :)
I know that this isnt some romance ass sub,its about one of the most reallity check war series ever made, but i needed to share this story with somebody.People in my environment dont even know about BOB or Pacific.Sorry for expressing my weakness .Stay strong guys

2024.05.16 03:14 taywildd Worst episode ever??
So I haven’t listened to any MH content in a little over a month. It’s just been all around boring and a fucking mess. I saw the drake and Kendrick episode pop up and as a huge fan of J. Cole I decided to listen. It was ass. Kendall sounded like an idiot and got ALOT wrong. A few examples: -drake jumpstarting dots career, -J.cole being closer to drake -The reason drake is beefing with metro, pusha, weeknd, Rick Ross, ect.
I feel like she was desperate for views and grabbed at what’s trending. It was awful and They should absolutely never ever cover anything rap related again. Kendall, Stick to hating on the the ace and Paul’s families.

2024.05.16 03:01 bman_16 So I've recently rewatched all of the series up to present point. Here are my thoughts/rankings. Pt 6 - Season 6
| NOTE: All of these are just my opinion. Feel free to disagree. Ratings: The Bad - 1/10 - The Worst: Episodes that I despise
- 2/10 - Awful: Epsiodes I hate
- 3/10 - Bad: Episodes I think are bad
The Mediocre - 4/10 - Not Very Good: Episodes I don't like but have good parts in them
- 5/10 - Alright: Episodes I think are ok/don't care much for
- 6/10 - Decent: Episodes I like but aren't crazy about
The Good - 7/10 - Good: Episodes I like
- 8/10 - Great: Episodes I really like
- 9/10 - Amazing: Episodes I love
- 10/10 - The Best: Episodes I adore
Episode Ranking (From best to worst): - Sand Castles in the Sand - 8/10: Best episode of the season, and no one is surprised. This episode is creative, and fun and has jokes that land. The opening's not great, but the rest of the episode makes up for it
- Not Normal - 8/10: Great concept and the way Normal SpongeBob talks got a laugh out of me
- Ditchin - 8/10: The story is really good and the jokes are pretty good
- Suction Cup Symphony - 7/10: In a season that loves to beat Squidward down, seeing him succeed is a good break from the norm
- Single Cell Aniversary - 7/10: The song is nice and I wish we got to see more of Plankton caring about Karen
- Grandpappy the Pirate - 7/10: Nice to have another pirate-based episode (even if this one was staged) and it's pretty well executed
- Krabby Road - 7/10: Pretty fun and the rock band motif gives it a nice leg to stand on
- SpongeBob Vs the Big One - 7/10: I like the vibes of this one
- The Slumber Party - 7/10: I like how Mr Krabs' concern in this episode is more about his house getting wrecked, makes for a nice change of pace
- Chum Caverns - 7/10: A bit of a weird story in terms of how it's structured and how things play out, but I liked this one
- House Fancy - 6/10: If it weren't for the toenail scene, people would not be hating this one as much
- Chum Bucket Supreme - 6/10: The way Plankton gets foiled is anti-climatic, but aside from that this one's decent
- Krusty Krushers - 6/10: I like this one but if only I found Sponge and Pat endearingly naive rather than annoyingly childish
- Komputer Overload - 6/10: Cool premise, could've been more creative with it
- Overbooked - 6/10: I wish Mr Krabs and Patrick didn't feel like they were guilt-tripping SpongeBob, then this episode would've been more enjoyable
- The Card - 6/10: The people who say this is one of the show's worst episodes take Patrick's line about his stupidity too seriously
- Penny Foolish - 6/10: People seem to hate this one, but I think it's fun
- Gone - 6/10: This episode is pretty decent but could they have not chosen a better ending joke?
- A Life in a Day - 6/10: I liked this one but it could've done with more laughs
- Truth or Square - 5/10: For a tenth-anniversary special, this is really lame
- Grooming Gary - 5/10: It's basically 'The Great Snail Race' if Gary was able to stand up for himself
- Gullible Pants - 5/10: This one is boring and I have nothing to say about it
- No Nose Knows - 5/10: I find the story and Patrick's tone could've used some work, but it had some jokes I thought were decent
- Shell Shocked - 5/10: This episode feels like a lot of nothing happening
- Spongicus - 5/10: With such a cool theme, why does it feel like they don't do anything interesting with it?
- To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants - 5/10: I like the opening, that was pretty funny, but everything else is just average
- Porous Pockets - 5/10: A basic concept and basic execution
- No Hat for Pat - 5/10: I feel like 'What's Eating Patrick?' did the whole Patrick and Mr Krabs dynamic better
- Professor Squidward - 5/10: The most tolerable of the Neighbour trio episodes this season, yet SpongeBob and Patrick feel forced into it
- Plankton's Regular - 5/10: This is one of the better twist endings, I just think the execution isn't that great
- Pineapple Fever - 4/10: This one feels like 'Club SpongeBob' mixed with 'To Save a Squirrel', and it's not as good as either of them
- Toy Store of Doom - 4/10: I'm saying this a lot in this ranking, but the concept's good, execution is not
- Patty Caper - 4/10: When you're doing a mystery plot, you actually need to solve the mystery instead of doing a dumb twist
- Slide Whistle Stooges - 4/10: Higher than most people would rank it, but I found this one tolerable at the least
- Sun Bleached - 4/10: I don't like the message this one sends, and no the ending line doesn't make up for it
- Dear Vikings - 4/10: Cool idea, but the execution is really mundane and the story goes nowhere
- Shuffle-Boarding - 4/10: This feels like 'Hall Monitor' if Sponge and Pat felt more stupid rather than simply oblivious
- Pet or Pests - 4/10: This episode meanders too much and nothing of interest actually happens
- The Krusty Chronicle - 3/10: Probably the most uncaring Mr Krabs has gotten
- Nautical Novice - 3/10: The ending twist is the biggest cop-out this series has ever produced
- The Splinter - 3/10: I don't mind the premise but Patrick's scene and the constant gross-out makes this episode a chore
- Giant Squidward - 3/10: It's sad seeing Sponge and Pat become less innocently oblivious and more obnoxiously idiotic
- Squid's Visit - 3/10: If you wanted to do this type of story, maybe don't use your main character as the antagonist
- The Clash of Triton - 3/10: Despite the title and the fact it's a special episode promising a good time, the final product is a bore
- Choir Boys - 2/10: The thing about the Squidward episodes this season is that the worst ones always share the same problems
- Boating Buddies - 2/10: The shrink-ray bit was good, but that's the only redeeming element about this one
- Cephalopod Lodge - 1/10: Everyone has their own choice for the worst episode of the show. This one's mine. The story sucks, SpongeBob and Patrick are annoying instead of endearing, and the ending is infuriating instead of funny. I like the eel being a live-action sock, but that hardly saves it.
Season Overall - 5/10: I don't like Season 6. Not because it has the worst episodes of the show thus far, but because the majority of episodes I don't care for and the ones I like not really reaching the peak as the best of the last five seasons. This is the lowest point of the show, but let's see if Season 7 is any better... Tier List: https://preview.redd.it/3mhzv1ijto0d1.png?width=1140&format=png&auto=webp&s=992f704a77d1dbe70fb8f144eafddab3064fae5d submitted by bman_16 to spongebob [link] [comments] |
2024.05.16 01:56 Munchon3 Bob Ross painting
2024.05.16 01:46 Ufratys First Time ACOMAF Reader (Ch. 11-15) Thoughts & Impressions
Greetings and Salutations! Just dropping the next few chapters below, these were fun to read :) Enjoy!
Ch. 11
- “What the hell happened to you?” LOL if Rhys becomes Lucien 2.0 I think I'll be ok with that
- Wait so if he wanted Rhys could just channel his power and go scorched earth??? How are there not any contingencies in place for that and everyone is just relying on his whim?
- Whoa so Feyre has been making some crazy progress with her shields if Rhys is blocked out 90% of the time…hooked on phonics with Rhys has really been paying off for her
- Eyyyyyy Feyre is reading a book! Look how far she's come
- Bro, why is Rhys always asking why Feyre doesn't insult him anymore? Is he into verbal BDSM or something? I guess being Amarantha's toy did a number on him. I bet this guy is a freak in the bed
- Oh damn so she has water bending skills too?! So wateice, fire, wind, psychic abilities…just needs earth and heart and she can finally become Captainess Planet
- Bro, Tamlin’s number one flaw is that he’s straight up not a good communicator. He thinks he can just scowl his way to victory with Feyre and Rhys, and they're not about that life
- I do feel kinda bad for Tammy, I bet he feels like he's getting cucked by Mr. Cavill (completely understandable as well)
Ch. 12
- NICE Feyre is just plowing through all the books in the library…WAY better hobby than being a lukewarm painter. That being said, I won't say no to a Bob Ross faerie to help Feyre improve her skills
- Dude Tammy is still shutting Feyre out?! This guy is completely oblivious to the fact that he's losing her slowly
- WTF is Feyre turning part crow now?
- “How long have the claws been appearing?” bro…nothing gets past Luke the Duke. NOTHING
- Dude…Lucien can really do no wrong, am I right? This MAN is advocating for Feyre left and right constantly to have her be trained cause he sees the bigger picture. Everyone's goal in life should be to find a friend that'll be in your corner the way Lucien is with Feyre. HAVE FEYRE BECOME THE AVATAR, YOU COWARDS
- Really. Tammy is still giving her short answers and no new info? How did that work out last time in the first book?
- I mean at this point just continue compromising? Just be a good girl and stay in the palace, then when you go to Rhysand's place go balls out and start training to be the avatar over there. You probably could even bargain and say give me one full month at the Night Court hyperbolic time chamber, I'll become a god, then the bargain is complete and everyone bows to me, HIGH LADY FEYRE
- I'm pretty sure Feyre is gonna learn Winnowing right? Then she'll be able to come and go as she pleases
- WTF is happening, is Feyre getting kidnapped?
- OH SHIT Alis coming in clutch!!! Are her and Mor pen pals or something?
- Back to the Night Court!
Ch. 13
- LMAO Rhysand is looking at Feyre rubbing his temples and thinking “I'm too old for this shit”
- She can control darkness too?! Please tell me she summons Charlie Murphy to the battlefield in a future book
- I mean, at the rate she's revealing her powers she's making Avatar Aang look like a baby back bitch
- Oh damn Feyre said it. She's not going back! I think comparing being trapped in the palace to being trapped under the mountain did it for her
- What's with the cloak and dagger shit with Rhys? Feyre can't mention anything to anyone about the Night Court? Interesting, I'm wondering if this court is suffering greatly from the Illyrians
- Noice Rhys treating her like an equal rather than property. Honestly, not a hard concept at all.
- Onward to Velaris, city of stars! Sounds dope
- Wait, Feyre took a bath and got ready in 10 minutes? I call bullshit
- LMAO Rhys said “that was 15 minutes.” I should just keep reading before commenting lol
- Hold on, Rhys has callused hands? From what? I can't imagine this guy doing any type of manual labor or holding a BF sword for fighting, this cat uses mind bullets. Is that even a turn on, having callused hands?
- So, they both arrive in a lived-in home that's inside a city…and that's shocking to Feyre…why?!? Does she expect city residents to just live in the sewers or something? This woman I swear…
- Oh wow that's the end of part 1! We're just moving right along aren't we
Ch. 14
- Oooh Part 2 The House of Wind?! Day Court maybe???
- Wut we’re in Rhysand's home? Like the one he grew up in???
- Oh shit Rhys has a family? I thought there was no one left except him and Mor
- I…have no idea what's going on right now lol. The twins live in Rhys's house, are they related to him? And two Illyrians are just banging on his door…can they come in?
- Ohhhh one of them is Cassian! Interesting
- Inner circle…like the circle of trust? How does one come to be a part of this?
- Hmm, so Rhys saved this entire city before he became High Lord…I need deets ASAP
Ch. 15
- So Velaris sounds like heaven on Prythian.
- “...his blue eyes were as ruthless as the churning winter sea in the distance.” Wait, I thought he has violet eyes?? Can he change their color??? *Sigh some Faes have all the luck
- This place really sounds like Kalm from FF VII Rebirth…gorgeous town
- Really want to know how Rhysand saved this city…I'm curious if they know he's the high lord and if he appreciates being treated like a normal citizen
- Oh God we're back to Feyre thinking about painting things again…
- Also, calm your tits Feyre?! You're getting mad at these people for something they weren't aware of
- “My people are blameless.” TRUTH, Rhys
- Ooooh a new character has appeared! 2nd in command Amren! Steal her shit and she'll roast your balls off
- Wow Rhys is the most powerful high lord in history….good to get confirmation on this, I felt it was always hinted at so far
- What a weird time to warg into Rhysand lol, guess she can't control this ability
- I was just thinking…if Feyre’s real kinky or doesn't have this ability down yet once she and Rhys bang they can warg into each other's bodies and see them screwing themselves and really start having some crazy sex sessions
- Oh interesting, so psychic Faes are called Daemati. As in, ‘Daemati’ invade your mind, or ‘Daemati’ not LOLOL. I'm keeping that dad joke
- “...or maybe I had broken it, when I shoved that dagger into the hearts of two innocent fae and their blood warmed my hands.” Don't you DARE forget what you did to the Beddors, Feyre! Remember Clare!!!!
- Bro, Rhysand is going to carry Feyre as he flies in with his wings LOL. What a sight that would be
- What do those wings look like by the way? I know we've gotten tiny glimpses and hints..like black, bat wings. And I'm assuming wing span size ABSOLUTELY matters *wink wink
- Ooooh what a cool flying scene; all this needs is “A whole new world” playing in the background.
- Aw sad day, Rhys loved his mommy :/
- “Each chair fashioned, I noted, to accommodate wings.” What does that even look like? No backs to the chairs, or the backs are shorter so the wings can rest over the back when they sit? I gotta know this for my immersion!
- Cute little penny for your thoughts scene between Rhys and Feyre…she's completely out of the woods with Tammy now.
- Let the Illyrian Dinner Feast begin!
Lots of fun developments in these chapters! Excited to read on and see how the feast goes. Thanks for reading!

2024.05.15 23:50 CutesyKitty Episode Names?
Im trying to find two episodes but I forgot the names. 1st: I dont think it came out too long ago. Basically it was about choosing superpowers or building a superhero/supervillain. Its not the one bob hosted about the gerbil and bee villains. Pretty sure mark was host but I could be wrong.
2nd: Towards the endish of the episode Mark is talking about sacrificing himself to save the world or something like that. He accidentally says he wants the people to torture him or maybe it was aliens? It was hilarious but i cant remember anything else about the episode.
Does anyone know these episode names?

2024.05.15 23:28 JSteveIsMe Everyone’s best episode
Mark’s recent Animal Noises episode made me laugh more than I have in a long time. I was crying laughing at the boys listening to and recreating various noises. It was so funny, my stomach hurt from laughing. But this got me thinking. Which is each of the boys’ funniest/best episodes they hosted? Doesn’t necessarily have to be because of them specifically but what would you say is your favorite for each of them?
I think it’s safe to say Wade’s best hosted is Bob’s Fridge. It was because of Bob’s story but Wade still hosted. If that seems unfair, I’d argue the Fast Food Tier List is a tremendous episode
Bob’s best episode is the harder one for me. I’d wanna say the Worst Piece of Shit episode is up there but I’d also say The Shoe Game and The Distractible Gameshow are both top tier episodes as well
As I said, Animal Noises may be my new favorite Mark hosted episode but both the Hills to Die On based episodes are amazing too
So I ask you dear listeners. What is your favorite episode hosted by each of the boys?
