Looking for some general advice from people that have done it or looked into it. The only publicly accessible 1,000 yd range in northeast US is the Sig Sauer academy and that requires you take the class to shoot (~$300 / day assuming you can even get a spot). I'm looking to purchase a piece of land in Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont. Probably looking at $10k-$50k, so it would be nice to get other people to share the cost. Looking for any feedback folks may have.
I don't think it would be much different than just owning a piece of land with other folks and agreeing on what it is used for. Probably put it in a group trust that says recreation only, right of first refusal, share costs, etc.
Insurance is a bit of a concern/unknown.

I am trying to build a 16 inch ar 15 to use for cqb or home defense alongside being able to maximize the range of 5.56 out of the 16 inch barrel and reach out to longer distances(lets say we are in a rural area and enemy is far away). I had two optic choices in mind. Either the sig sauer tango msr 1-6x or the primary arms 5x36mm gen 3 acss micro prism. Which one is the best for this do all shtf ar 15 build. I am planning on throwing a micro reflex red dot on either one.

THE PICTURE THEY ISE IS FROM A TRAIL CAM and is not from Libby’s phone at all.They placed BG on this part of the bridge.
And, no he doesn’t look like a combination of the two sketches. You can even see his left ear. He is wearing a hunting camouflage ball cap.
There is no fanny pack. It’s a brown shirt. The guy is right-handed. The outline of this Sig Sauer isn’t even there. It is highlighted on the right side LE edited along with the right jeans leg. That guy has his right hand in his jeans pocket. There is a distinct white scarf around his neck. This guy is slim. Everyone says he has a big belly, but if he is wearing a hoodie underneath, the guy could have 6 pack abs.
Was this picture even taken that day? Since, LE obviously edited him to place him on the bridge from a different camera. The made subsequent pictures to allow for LE to make BG be anyone they wanted it to be, when it isn’t.

Bought two Romeo 5s from Bereli.com. Both have extremely distracting “floating” (as if the dots were inside the middle of the housing) dots that make the optic unusable.
I haven’t seen any mention of this in reviews.
I’m suspecting these may be very good counterfeits. Since the battery housing and windows look legit.
The “ROMEO5” and “SIG SAUER” of legit copies from both their official YouTube videos, product page show the text aligned parallel to the bottom of the optic. As seen on Sigs website: https://www.sigsauer.com/romeo5-1x20-mm.html
My units, do not match and have the text aligned to the angular body line instead.

My current pocket pistol is a Ruger LCP .380. I really like it except for one thing. The slide does not lock on the last round. Makes me nuts. So, I'm considering the LCP Max but thought I'd ask for y'alls opinion. FWIW, my hip gun is a Glock 32 .357 Sig. Thanks for any advice.
