Dive into the Bino/Quad-Fusion Project!

Ever wondered how today's industry giants started? Many began as hobbyists, tinkering in their garages until they hit their stride: Pano Bridges, MJF Housings, PVS-31 copycats... Now, they're pushing the boundaries with modular designs and innovative gadgets. Inspired by this spirit, I’ve decided it's time to jump into the game too.
There's a quote that's stuck with me, possibly from Steve Jobs or John Romero: "The best employee is the one you don't have." It highlights the unmatched power of collective intelligence, the hive mind.

The Mission: Crafting the Ultimate Bino/Quad-Fusion!

Imagine creating the best bino, bino-fusion, pano, quad, and quad-fusion housing - all modular with each other. Our designs should be as iconic as other latest releases, like LLIs MH-1.
But here’s the twist: my main goal isn’t just any old binos, quads, or panos—I want Bino-Fusion and even Quad-Fusion like with some GPNVG-T!
Think modular sensors, high-quality FLIR instead of generic alternatives, IPX8 rated to 66 feet (20 meters), made from precision-milled alloys beyond the industry standard of boring AW-7075-T6.
Why Bino-Fusion? Because progress in this area has been sluggish. Without pioneers like iRay, we civis would still be in the dark.

What’s the Plan?

Here’s where it gets interesting. I haven’t set up a Github page, organized a collaborative workspace, or even reserved a cool Discord server name. I'm throwing this idea out there in its raw form, counting on the hive mind to self-organize and take charge.
As a material scientist and physicist, I’m excited to dive into the mechanical design. But here's the catch: I can only spare about 6 hours a week. Optical and electrical design, coding? Not my forte.

Your Role: Join the Adventure!

I envision this project as a FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) venture: everything we create can be copied 1:1 without needing to credit anyone. Who cares? If it becomes the next AR-15 and every shop is milling the OpenSourceBino-Fusion housing, that's fantastic and benefits us all.
This open-source approach applies to project management, programs, file formats—you name it. It's a Goon-FOSS dream come true, designed to flourish rapidly because our team is as big as the community itself, making our design the most modular, customizable, feature-rich, engineering-friendly, and non-ITAR-compliant out there.

What can you bring to the table? Got ideas or dreams you'd love to see realized? How do you see yourself fitting into this vibrant community?

Together, we can create something amazing. Let’s make it happen!

Sound Exciting?

Comment section below: Lets start the first steps...
BTW:
Who’s up for handling PR? Just one post and I’m already over it! :D
And yes, as english is my second language, I used ChatGPT to hype this text a bit.

$BURGUM is a potential gem in the red hot #PolitiFi sector! NFA DYOR.
With politics at the forefront of most news cycles and the US elections coming up, it’s no surprise that political tokens have been taking off. One such token that hasn’t quite caught on to that hype yet has been $BURGUM on ETH, named after North Dakota governor Doug Burgum.
$BURGUM Dextools 93/99 Score
Little do people know, Burgum is the current odds leader or near the top of the list on virtually every major betting site. This project has a lot of great things going for it. Here are some quick facts and positives about the project.
Taxes: There is a small 2% tax used for marketing, giveaways, liquidity and donations(homeless charity).
Contract: The contract is renounced and there are no hidden mechanisms in place that allow for any funny business, which is why it has 100% safety scores on sites like Tokensniffer.
Liquidity: Liquidity is locked and thick. There was a small $20k private sale and the majority of those funds were added to liquidity, which is why lp is thick for a such a low-cap token. This means that buys/sells don’t have such a big impact and this is especially attractive to whales who like to buy/sell with larger amounts, but don’t want to deal with massive price impact.
Team: This is an experienced, proven team who have had success launching other serious projects in the past. They decided to start a memecoin after realizing there wasn’t a solid one devoted to Doug Burgum yet.
Burn: There was a 44% supply burn. Though the tokens were not sent to a burn address, they were sent to the contract itself, which has no sell mechanism and is renounced, so they are as good as dead. The team thought it would make a funny story to say Doug’s secretary sent them to the wrong address, there goes her bonus pay for the year. In hindsight they wish they had just sent them to the burn address, but what’s done is done and they will happily discuss this if anyone has any questions or concerns.
Many PolitiFi tokens have ran into the tens or even hundreds of millions, including one named after Senator Tim Scott, which hit a few million. This means that $BURGUM, at just $600k mc, has so much potential still, in my opinion. With Trump set to announce his VP pick within the next 5 weeks, the PolitiFi, particularly VP, token space should really start to heat up. Potential X’s from current 550k mc vs. other plays:
$MAGA, 95m, 158x
$TRUMP, 573m, 955x
$BODEN, 143m, 238x
$TREMP, 112m, 187x
$TOOKER, 46m, 77x
$SCOTT, 1.5m, 2.5x
$MVP, 1.9m, 32x
I implore you to do some research and see why $BURGUM is a potential under the radar gem. This is not financial advice and as always, do your own research. Let’s go Doug!

2024.06.09 13:53 Hijodeputatoes Ganito talaga dito?

3 months in my current program, madami na agad nalagas at madami nang nagpplano na umalis narin dahil sa situation. Almost weekly ang change sa schedule, walang maayos na breaks and lunch schedule, and super unstable ng program.
I brought this up already to our manager along with my other team mates. Ang nakuha lang naming response ay intindihin na lang daw at baka mawala pa ang account. The usual gaslighting and "why don't you just be grateful" response. We asked for the plan pero blatantly ring sinagot na, currently, wala pang structured plan for the current pain points ng mga agents sa production.
Ganito ba sa lahat ng programs or is this an isolated case?

2024.06.09 13:48 QuarterCircleBackHS Yanqing is better than he's given credit for being

I've had him since 1.2 and got JL in 1.4. I didn't get her to replace him or anyathing; I'd invested in them both and used them to mostly clear the same content. I actually wanted to use them together and thankfully her siphon doesn't turn off Soulsteel Sync. I've found the gap between their performance to be overall negligible thus far. I'm not saying there are no differences. This is gonna be a little long and the first part of what I'll write prolly could go to the general sub but it kinda explains how I look at things/am approaching this. I'll be using Lv.10 Traces in any skill examples for the sake of simplicity.
Before I go further I want to outline a few things:
With that in mind I'm saying the following to make a few points, not to be a definitive baseline:
Low investment is often a baseline barometer in Live Service games, MMOs, and even some RPGs when it comes to various aspects of community discussion. It's good for early game due to resources being more limited and even beyond that as a way to judge opportunity cost. Some individuals would even opt to do a low investment challenges. All of that is fine but general discussion oftentimes is heavily imbibed with the consideration of "low investment" as a baseline to the point it can and does detract from discussion of a character's kit/utility. It tends to breed a mindset along the lines of "Why invest in U when I have J?" but w/o necessarly considring what "U" brings to the table.
Again just stating this to get the ideas across.
About YQ:
I think some of the exaggerated negativity is in part due to March and Gepard not being viewed as highly as other sustains despite their capability to solo sustain even outside of YQ. Aven isn't exactly a FX but the fact he just works w/o too much input adds a level of comfort that makes YQ more appealing to use for some.
March's general build is ~80-100% EHR and ~3000 DEF which allows her to freeze pretty much anything w/o Freeze Resist & a 2470 health shield assuming she has exactly 3000 DEF and isn't on 4p Purity (which would be 2964). I use her as the example b/c her Freeze being on Ult means she's used the same way "Welt Sustain" is while also actually enbling YQ's E1. I admittedly only invested in her beyond lv60 earlier this year because I was using Welt to do her job and get some damage amp at the same time via his Vulnerability debuff & Resolution & don't have his E1 but her FUA was useful for recent Cycle Buffs. Still March is a bit easier to use to some degree due to her FUA giving her extra energy even at E0.
YQ and JL:
Element, role, Base ATK, preffered supports, wanting to stay in a stance, and buffing crit; they are extremely simiar with a few caveats. So "Why is their damage so similar in single target?" and "Why does YQ lead by 5-10% in single target?"
This is because they achieve the same-ish endgoal in slightly different ways. I'm using 135+ SPD JL on I Shall Be My Own Sword and 135+ SPD YQ on In the Night for my main comparisons. (127+ lets YQ hit 160 w/ TY + his A1 and her E1 but SPD boots allow for better substat distribution than getting ~7-9 speed subs.)
Jingliu * At E0 JL's talent can convert siphoned HP to 180% of her Base ATK. * This is 2174.4 with Aeon and 2269.8 with her Signature. * Tends to use Rutilant Arena for the DMG% * 135 SPD JL tends to have ~2200-2400 ATK on the character menu depending on subs. * This means JL has ~4400-4600 ATK for her 250% skill and 300% ult modifier.
Yanqing * Planar Set depends but Galmoth is the angle with ItN usually. * A2 adds a 30% ATK modifier as a bonus hit to any damage he deals to ice weak enemies. * This makes his modifiers effectively 130%, 250%, 380% and 80%. * When his FUA triggers that correlates to 210%, 330%, and 460% from using the basic, skill, or Ult respectvely. * His E1 works the same (afaik) using the frozen status as the conditon check for a hit of 60% ATK. * ~2700-3100 ATK w/ SPD boots
I guess I can't use tables for this? * Attack used E0 non-Ice Weak E0 Ice Weak E1 Frozen E1 Ice Weak + Frozen * Basic 100% 130% 160% 190% * Skill 220% 250% 280% 310% * Ult 350% 380% 410% 440% * FUA 50% 80% 110% 140%
His FUA is slapped on to the end of whatever he does so his E1 is effectively +120% ATK modifier whenever it triggers vs a Frozen enemy. A lot of videos where he is E1+ the people using him didn't even attempt to freeze via Break or Debuff (March) directly before his turn so I had to scrounge around and watch ~8h of gameplay at x0.5 speed to double check this.
A lot of abilities use damage splits so yes I counted hits manually. A2 was fine since I could do it myself. So his A2 and E1 add 1 hit individually and 2 if triggered at the same time.
His E2 on its own seems underwhelming but has very relevant impact.
Tl;dr is TY gives 60 @ E6 so he only needs to provide 90. Ult, 2 Skill, and 1 FUA is (5 + 30 x 2 + 10) or 75. 75 x 1.1 = 82.5 so 2 kills (TY E2 5 x 2) or a second FUA (11) will let him hit 90 energy to get topped off.
The important thing to glean from this is his effective mods being so high closes the gap & his self buff on ult is usually what drags him ahead a little. I've used them with mostly the same combinations of buffers, 2 harmony (often Bronya & TY) with a sustain or Welt/Pela, and running them on their own + each-others gear. While there 100% are differences, like JL's easier SP management w/ Bronya, they aren't anything that actually makes him feel bad. At most he takes some extra thought. And if that's a reason some don't opt to use him I completely understand.
I get some of the frustrations with his kit too. I wish his FUA was 70%+ because the 10% would make a big long term difference for resets & consistent toughness damage but I also kinda understand it's likely not 70%+ b/c thats a 42.9% Freeze roll against 40% RES enemies if Pela is on the team or he otherwise has 10% EHR. Many enemies that aren't ice weak don't resist Freeze so across 3 FUA you statistically have a 78.4% cumulative chance to freeze them 1+ times.
  • As a consequence of all his raw mod stackiing his E4 is better than it looks on paper.
  • I still wish his E6 was elsewhere in his kit but thinking about it last year led me to the PoV of looking at his Ult like a failsafe & guiding line. If you have 50% CR Soulsteel brings you to 70% CR which is decently consistent. If you lose Soulsteel post Ult and need to basic or whatever you'll be at 100% still b/c getting hit doesn't remove the uUlt buff.
  • My biggest gripe about him at this point is the fact his "Sig" feels like bait even if you look at it like "it's supposed to offset ult uptime".
  • Needing a shield to safely gain energy when he inevitably does get hit is a fair point to raise & a minor annoyance but, again, heavily overblown as a downside imo.
I think the craziest parts of sitting down to get all this out has been the insistence I've seen in various places that March can't solo sustain bothh in general & for YQ specifically. That YQ is "carried by supports" that get used for the same/similar clears w/ JL or other dpses. JL is straight up more synergystic w/ Bronya than most chars on some level b/c you aren't going -2 sp nearly every time you Bronya skill & like I said at the start supports do the heavy lifting that allow us to push characters further no matter who the character is. So this is an odd form of downplay when we could objectively acknowledge the SP thing as an issue the YQ team will face w/o undermining it.
Aside from that I didn't have Gepard till losing Sparkle's 50/50 & despite being able to hyperbuff YQ w/ triple harmony he's still been a very comfortable to use support in the 4th slot that's allowed me to do ~3-4 cycles just as well. I'm sure he'd feel better if he had more speed and an EHR chest so I could freeze on skill more often even at E0. I don't have RM (failed 50/50), Aven, or Robin (both skipped for now) but I've used him w/ everyone else not named YK thus far and it's been fine. Some stat tweaking and a few mr gamplay consideration's than whacking stuff w/ JL but nothing all that frustrting or infuriating.

2024.06.09 13:41 dani26795 [FIFA 07] World Wide League 07 Week 3 Day 6 (6th-4th Divisions)

Following the previous post here’s a recap of the 6th day from the 3rd week of the "World Wide League 07" project (full playlist of it can be found here).
Some notes:
You can find descriptions of each division as well as the teams participating in them on the Week 1 posts previously submitted in this subreddit.
Every time you see a team with their name in bold, it's a team of which every match will be recorded.
For ordering the leaderboard table, I simply use whatever the game displays (when there are full ties, it simply orders the teams at random) and then do some correlation since once the week of matches is done, the first match of the next week happens automatically offscreen.
WEEK 3 DAY 6
6th Division (Morning)
The results of the 11 matches from this division’s 3rd week were the following:
HOME RESULT AWAY

Now for a short description of the 8 recorded matches and their facts (stats and events):
Match 2: Atalanta vs Rangers
Quite simply, the home team outclassed their opponents for most of the match, being gifted the initial goal and then building upon it. The away team did manage to score a goal of their own, but it was far too late to make any difference.

A small script and workflow to avoid scene merge conflicts in git
We are working on Sea Of Rifts, a procedural roguelite game, and as such the whole game takes place in one scene with content being generated at runtime. Since we are multiple people working on the project now we had to find a way to avoid having merge conflicts on this scene, and it also had to be something non technical persons could figure out to do.
The first step is that everyone works in a copy of the main game scene. This way they can't by accident save it and push their changes to it. This does introduce the issue that their scene might be out of sync. For solving that I wrote a small script that sees if the scene is saved and if it is the main Game scene we increment a version number in a ScriptableObject. The script looks like this:
using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; #if UNITY_EDITOR using UnityEngine.SceneManagement; using UnityEditor.SceneManagement; using UnityEditor; #endif [ExecuteAlways] public class GameSceneVersionChecker : MonoBehaviour { public int version = 0; public VersionNumber versionNumberAsset; #if UNITY_EDITOR private void OnEnable() { EditorSceneManager.sceneSaving += SceneSavingCallback; if(gameObject.scene.name != "Game") { if (version != versionNumberAsset.version) Debug.LogError("Your copy of the Game scene might be out of date!!!!!!?!! This can cause gameplay issues"); } } private void OnDisable() { EditorSceneManager.sceneSaving -= SceneSavingCallback; } void SceneSavingCallback(Scene scene, string path) { if(gameObject.scene == scene) { if(scene.name == "Game") { version++; versionNumberAsset.version = version; EditorUtility.SetDirty(versionNumberAsset); AssetDatabase.SaveAssetIfDirty(versionNumberAsset); } } } #endif }
And the scriptable object that stores the version number:
using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; public class VersionNumber : ScriptableObject { public int version; }
In the scene the setup looks like this:
https://preview.redd.it/nrbk4gkx8j5d1.png?width=559&format=png&auto=webp&s=55124d5bd253365ada5aee4876598ffa5df6fe0f
The script prints an error when an old copy of the scene is opened or played by a team member so they get notified they might need to update their copy of the scene:

An added benefit is that we can also show this value as part of the version number we use on the main menu so it's easy to see what version is currently live on Steam.

2024.06.09 13:28 weirdgirl16 Day program lady upset me?

I was looking into this day program and it looks amazing because of the activities they run there and the pictures of the building look cool. My developmental educator told me to put in an enquiry which I did- the information they asked for was: My name, my email address, my phone number, if I am an ndis participant, what activities I was interested in, and where I heard about their company.
A woman called me later that day and asked me if there was anything she could help me with and I was kind of confused and didn’t know what to say so I didn’t say much I just said I had to talk to my support coordinator but I was wondering about pricing (I did not say it that eloquently either- she basically had to ask me questions to prompt me to even say stuff because I was quite confused). The woman told me ‘I can tell from just talking to you, you don’t have a significant a disability as the people who come to these programs’. I didn’t know what to say so I just said okay. But it really upset me because I don’t know how she can know how significant my disability is just from me saying like 5 words or so. It didn’t even ask me my disability on the enquiry form. I could have been a quadriplegic for all she knew. I have level 2/3 autism (2 social communication, 3 RRBs), and I have been recommended to go to a day program by two people in my care team and I have been to a day program once before (I just didn’t like this particular program because everyone was way older than me and I didn’t like most of the activities).
And there is nothing on their website that says they are only for people with high support needs. They offer 1:1-1:5 support ratios, and it says they support people with varying ability levels.
Their activities also seem more suited to me- with activities like art activities, life skills classes (about taking care of personal hygiene, friendships and relationships, money and budgeting skills, emotional regulation), cooking which includes shopping for ingredients preparing and making food, social outings, wellbeing activities like bike riding yoga etc, as well as free choices on Fridays like they can watch movies do board games puzzles etc.
Now I’m upset and don’t know if I want to maybe go there because of that lady. My mum says maybe she was just having a bad day and that was why she was mean. I will talk to my OT when I see her because she will probably sort it out for me but I just keep fixating on it and getting upset and it makes me want to cry.

2024.06.09 13:14 Dizzy-Screen-6618 IS IT COMPLETELY DEAD??? (Ochokochi Deep-Dive)

IS IT COMPLETELY DEAD??? (Ochokochi Deep-Dive)
After almost a year since the fateful day that the Ochokochi was released into the Live Server, generating an all time high in anger and rage quitters, one question remains; Is the Ochokochi still any good? The affirmative answer is common knowledge to many, but today we will delve deep into the reason of this answer.
Even the greatest hater can't deny the Ochokochi's breathtaking design and unique mechanics
Strengths:
In order to utilize a Robot to its greatest potential, one must properly understand its strengths.
  • Durability: Even after its 25% HP nerf, the Ochokochi remains firmly entrenched in the tank status. Despite its maximum base durability is now only 300,000 HP, is easily spawns into a match with a cool 550,000+ HP with the right Pilot Skills, Modules and Drones.
  • Ability: The Ochokochi's ability is incredibly versatile and useful. For the full 8 seconds of ability the robot moves at an incredible pace while emitting powerful shockwave that push enemies away. For the first half of the ability all incoming damage is reduced (20%, 30%, 40% for MK1, MK2 and MK3 respectively). As an added bonus, the remaining damage that isn't blocked in this first phase is converted into DoT (Damage over Time, a.k.a. corrosion) damage and every projectile that hits the robot causes your robot to take one stack of DoT, this is very important, more on it later.
  • Firepower: 2 Medium and 2 Light hardpoints are no laughing matter. Equip this robot with the right weapons and you'll be the last one standing. We will talk about weapon choices in the next section
Weaknesses:
Understanding your Robot's limitations is arguably more important than understanding its power.
  • Speed: When using the Ochokochi always have a clear goal to where you want to go and what you want to achieve. It's very easy to burn a lot of time wandering aimlessly from one side of a map to the other.
  • Ability Cooldown: With a cooldown of 12 seconds and an effective duration of 4 seconds, you need to learn to utilize it where you really need it, namely when taking heavy fire from the enemy, do not use it just to get to places fast (exception; securing important beacons especially during a close end-game).
  • Rust: Like every other highly durable Robot that relies on healing to keep it alive, the Ochokochi is highly susceptible to the Rust effect. In fact, due to the fact that DoT is 100% healable damage, the Ochokochi may be even more reliant on heal than almost any other Robot around.
Builds:
Judge not a Robot on its own, but on what it carries upon itself.
Weapons:
  • Leiming/Shifang: The most popular build in the highest level of the game, this build deals insane damage to groups of enemies and has the added fun bonus of charging your Mothership and Titan extremely fast if needed.
  • UE Corona/Halo, UE Punisher: The former excels in dealing extreme amounts of damage to robots at close range, most effective at 120-150m against regular robots (It's bearer will have no issues transporting them to this destination). This build will lock your enemies down and finish them off in a blink of an eye. The latter is the bane to slow moving tanks, it will slice through their Defense Points like butter. Pair according to taste.
  • Porthos/Aramis: Accurate to a fault with extreme Mothership and Titan charge, it's no surprise that this is an easy recommend for the Ochokochi with all that heal to quench its thirst for constant heal.
  • F2P Options: Seeing that this robot is in widespread use of Free To Play players these are my top recommendations: Mace/Cudgel and, what do you know, Hazard/Blight. The former builds weapons are still menaces at close range and fit Ochokochi's aggressive playstyle perfectly. The latter is a softer and safer option which allows you to keep some distance while supporting your team but can still brawl decently well if the need arises. An honorary mention is the Havoc/Scatter build which, while able to completely destroy heal orientated enemies, still lacks in reload and clip size making it a more niche option that requires decent timing and battle awareness.
Pro Tip: If you are using an Ochokochi for your starter Robot, simply slap a Tamer on together with whatever build you've chosen, this gives you an immediate advantage against any heal reliant enemy tank you may face.
Modules:
Easily one of the most overlooked parts of robot builds, these should be one of your top priorities.
(Keys: NA = Nuclear Amplifier, RA = Repair Amplifier, IA = Immune Amplifier)
  • 1x NA/2x RA: Easily the best option, I wouldn't seriously recommend any other build to be honest but some others may have some kind of benefit on some builds in certain scenarios... (this is the F2P recommended set-up).
  • 1x NA/1x IA/1x RA: Very hard to utilize, this only has value if your Ochokochi is fully decked out and running the Pascal drone. Even in this case, you may have to play the Ochokochi slightly more on the conservative side, which it does not appreciate.
  • Active Module: The recommended module is Phase Shift as this may be your only protection against Rust and the Ability's cooldown. If you have the Avalon mothership feel free to use heals if you have the charge ready. If you spawn Ochokochi as a starter Robot then stick with Phase Shift.
Drones:
These pesky little buggers carry more weight than many give them credit for.
Shai: The best drone for long term survival. Play your Robot carefully and gain all 5 stacks to transform into an unkillable monster. This robot gives the Ochokochi the survivability it so dearly misses from its prime days. The built-in Last Stand doesn't hurt either last time I checked.
One of the most popular all-around Drones in the game
Pascal: This drone is your best option to allow your Ochokochi to do what it loves most; Charging the enemy head-on. The built in heal and temporary Defense Points allow it to stay alive and charge Amplifiers with ease. The downside is its long term bonuses, in which it lacks severely.
Don't let this Drone's appearance fool you, it's deadly. Really deadly
Hiruko: Yes, the Hiruko. Even after its recent nerf (read this post if you aren't up to date), the Hiruko still works wonders on the Ochokochi. The bonus 240,000 HP after 8 Active Module activations is no joke. This is besides the fact that now only the Ochokochi can be reliably take DoT stacks for bonus damage even after the Hiruko's 3rd ability reaches max stacks (8) due to the Robot's built-in DoT generation from the first phase of its ability.
This abomination will strike fear into the hearts of your enemies
Armadillo: A decent option, sadly not on the level of the previous listed Drones but works fine.
A great drone, sadly outclassed by the more recent releases
F2P Options: Unfortunately, Microchips aren't exactly a Free to Play resource, therefore if you do not have any of the previous leveled your options are severely curbed. Reviver is the only drone I'd use at level 1 as a F2P but the Whiteout is the only other one that is better than nothing.
Pilots and Pilot Skills:
A Robot without a Pilot and Skills is worthless, don't let your Robots decide anything for you.
Pilots:
Vepkho Lovidze: Vepkho's specialty is converting DoT stacks into Defense Points. Be on the lookout for Robots and weapons that deal damage with many small projectiles to soak up for maximum effect (read "Ability" above). The DoT stacks (and therefore the Defense Points as well) that the primary phase of the Ochokochi ability generates last for 5 seconds.
This fearless Tiger-masked warrior fights with honor
Seven: She specializes in converting damage into heal for her Robot. She heals 15% of the Ochokochi's HP after the ability ends as well as 10% of the damage it dealt during its ability.
This poor girl underwent a horrible botched experiment that left her dangerously unstable
Verdict: Although Seven's Durability heal seems enticing, Vepkho Lovidze's Defense Points comes ahead in most cases, although if you have a lower level Ochokochi and no maxed RAs you may want to choose Seven to keep that HP up.
Overall Vepkho Lovidze is the better choice for the high flyers and Seven is the better option for lower level players.
Pilot Skills:
Unfortunately Memorium isn't made to be very Free to Play friendly either, but if you can get your hands on some, these are the skills you should be on the lookout for in descending order of importance:
  • Armor Expert / Ochokochi (Ochokochi has increased durability).
  • Tough Guy / Ochokochi (Ochokochi has increased durability but its weapon damage is lowered by [Placeholder]%).
  • Deft Survivor / Ochokochi (Recharges robot's ability after Ochokochi's durability drops below a certain level. Triggers once per battle. Not affected by leveling up).
  • Cautious Pilot / Ochokochi (Ochokochi has increased durability but its speed is lowered by [Placeholder]%).
  • Dodger / Ochokochi (All active modules recharge faster on Ochokochi).
  • Stubborn Warrior / Ochokochi (As long as Ochokochi has a durability of below 30% it gains additional Defense Points).
Much lower priority for the last one (Choose whatever benefits you most):
  • Module Expert, Road Hog, Mechanic or [Weapon Skill]
Pro Tip: If you are going to level the pilot all the way to the max select the Deft Survivor skill last as you don't need to level the Pilot's rank further it to increase its effectiveness.
Sorry for the long read, hope this was informative. Have a great day!

2024.06.09 13:06 cursedfan56 Pedro Avila?

I haven't been able to read about the team lately so I haven't been getting the news. I listened to the last few innings last night and heard Avila pitching. My question is did they acquire him in a trade or bring him up from AAA? I hadn't heard the name before. If he was brought up who was sent down? Thanks.

2024.06.09 12:49 Aco_130 Why DeAndre Jordan is the GOAT!

DeAndre Jordan should definitely be considered the GOAT of basketball. You wonder why, well let me explain:
  1. Rebounding Dominance: DeAndre Jordan is one of the most dominant rebounders in the NBA. He led the league in rebounding in two seasons and has consistently been among the top rebounders throughout his career.
  2. Exceptional Defender: Jordan's defensive presence is undeniable. He was named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team in 2015 and 2016, and was the NBA's blocks leader in 2014.
  3. Efficiency: Jordan holds the NBA record for the highest career field goal percentage, primarily due to his shot selection and incredible athleticism.
  4. Durability: Throughout his career, Jordan has been remarkably durable, often playing in all 82 games of the regular season.
  5. Leadership: Jordan has often served as a key veteran presence on his teams, providing leadership both on and off the court.
  6. Dunking Power: Jordan is known for his incredible dunking ability, often electrifying crowds with his powerful slams. In fact, he was the league leader in dunks for several seasons.
While the term "GOAT" often refers to players like Michael Jordan or LeBron James who have multiple championships and MVP awards, it's worth noting that being great can also mean excelling consistently in specific areas. And in terms of rebounding, defense, and efficiency, DeAndre Jordan is clearly the GOAT

2024.06.09 12:46 xaraandrei How can you tell if he's nice or he likes you?

I (28F) met a guy (45M) at work. He's my superior but he treats everyone respectfully and doesn't push his weight around. It's safe to say that he's the first guy who lingers on my mind. I've never been in a relationship before and I'd hate to think that I misinterpreted his act of kindness and caring as signs that he maybe kinda likes me too.
For context, we weren't that close until last July when he announced to our team member that he has nose cancer. Maybe because my dad passed away from cancer recently that I felt empathetic to him. He had to stay off work for almost 3 months to undergo chemo and radiation treatment plus to recuperate. That was when we started chatting online almost on a daily basis. We talked almost about everything, sharing funny reels as I wanted to get his mind off his treatment. Despite our age gap, we share many interests like anime, art and photography to name a few. We've been to several events and movies together but usually with other colleagues present. We still chat but on a weekly basis now that he's back to work and we meet on weekdays at work.
I didn't read too much into it until last Friday when I broke down in front of him for the first time due to some family issues. Naturally, he listened patiently and patted my head and hugged my shoulders to comfort me. He patted my head before on several occasions when I faced some troubles at work but I always thought he just treated me like a younger sister. Then the following Sunday, he asked me out for a drink after our colleague's wedding at night. This was the first time we went out alone together. We talked until 3am in the morning. He's a pretty chatty guy and did most of the talking but I was content with just listening. He confided in me about his worries for his family and his cancer (he's a cancer survivor now). He talked about how painful the treatment was and even contemplated s*****e. It really breaks my heart how he secretly feels anxious but still pretended to be funny to others.
I was even more certain of our chemistry when we met yesterday to attend an anime exhibition and comic art festival. We stopped in front of a booth that caught our eyes at the festival. There was a handmade clay figurine that he picked up and showed me. I complimented that it's cute. He bought it the next second, took my hand and placed the figurine on my palm. I was flustered for a second and said thanks. My heart was pounding and I swear I may have blushed so hard! It feels like a date to me at that moment. We even shared water from his bottle. It feels kinda personal to me as I don't make a habit of sharing drinks with anyone and assumed most people don't like it either. We went to get my fav dessert (coincidentally his fav dessert too) and the day ended with us getting his favourite korean barbecue for dinner and went back to our separate homes at 12am. He patted my head again when I got off his car!
Here's a few reasons on why I think he likes me a little:-
  1. He sometimes jokingly tells other team members we went on a date when in fact we went to a work meeting.
  2. He bought me several gifts, mainly figurines of an anime character that I like and model kits- both on my birthday and normal days.
  3. There was a woman who was interested in him and kept pestering him, wanting him to send her his recent selfie. He jokingly said he will send her a picture of him with me to lead the woman into thinking I'm his girlfriend.
  4. There was once when I cried in front of my other colleague (let's call her 'J') at a mall during our lunch break. When we were walking back to our office, he happened to be there because he was going to meet up with 'J' for work. He was texting on his phone and was pretty far away. I didn't greet him because my eyes and nose were red and I didn't want him to see it so I blended within the crowd and walked passed him thinking he didn't see me. I didn't expect him to notice me at all as he asked me after work if I was feeling sad. At first I thought 'J' told him that I cried but she texted me later explaining she did not say anything to him, instead he asked her all of a sudden if I was sad.
Sorry for the extremely long post but I really needed to know if he likes me or just treats me like a younger sister. His friend told him once that his past relationships went bad because he tends to care for girls that seem pitiful and doesn't share same family background as him. He has a healthy relationship with his family while all of his ex-girlfriends came from unhealthy family or single mothers so they were more demanding and controlling. I didn't want to misunderstand his feelings as fondness when he just feels pity for me.
