There were Jewish Freedom fighters in WWII. WHAT IF Magneto escaped the camps and joined them, or was liberated by them? His powers would develop earlier and he would be seen as a young hero, rather than appearing later as an embittered antihero or villain. He might not meet Xavier in the same way, but he wouldn’t oppose him for the same reasons either. If his abilities needed time to develop further before he fully became Magneto he could use guns and knives as a freedom fighter. He could even meet Captain America and get a chance to “Sock Hitler in the JAW!” (Or straight up murder him, or Baron Zemo, someone like that). Magneto being a public figure fighting for good during the War, putting a face to both the plight of the Jewish people and the role of Mutants in modern society, it would go a long way towards actually helping Xavier’s goals, by taking an active protective and defensive role, and possibly prevent Magneto from becoming the thing he hated and feared most, a radicalized Supremacist. He could wear the white and black and gray Krakoan era suit and be a good guy, or maybe he’d go bad during the Civil Rights era of the 60’s and 70’s going “too far” in his efforts (but the reckoning of the American Government) to defend othered groups, not just mutants, leading to a class / race based Civil War or Avengers vs X-MEN where the US Government is like “Cap, go put this guy away,” and Captain America is like “I do what’s right Mr. President (Nixon) and this isn’t right” and so an alternate version of the Thunderbolts is formed, and the fighting results in Xavier being paralyzed, Magneto forming Asteroid M or Genosha, and Mutants facing the Registration Act, but in the 70’s. X-Factor is formed as a Government Liaison team, like a mutant oversight task force. The team consists of several members including Forge, Sabertooth and Mystique, who play both sides by inventing tech and taking out hits on the leaders of anti-mutant hate groups and monitoring the progress of the SENTINEL program. From his base of operations, Magneto recruits mutants into his Brotherhood, including Wolverine, who leads a 70’s version of X-FORCE. In this Timeline, Magneto is more of a good guy, and Logan is less of a good guy, so they balance out. The X-Men still operate out of West Chester NY led by Cyclops, Angel and Jean Grey. When she becomes the Phoenix, she gives birth to Nate Grey and Rachel Summers, who inherit the gift of the Phoenix from her, sharing it between them. At some point Apocalypse rises as the big bad, and Jean joins him, turning Rachel into a Hound, and infecting Nate with the Techno Organic Virus. Cyclops becomes a Horseman and Wolverine blinds him, but is unable to kill Jean. Angel, now Archangel and the Horseman of Death, impales Wolverine with 1,000s of his little wing blades. Jean floats down to Logan and weeps fiery tears, holding him. There are BAMFs everywhere just BAMFin around bein’ silly little gremlins. Nightcrawler comes outta nowhere and stabs Jean (and Logan) through the heart w the Muramasa blade. Magneto goes toe to toe with Apocalypse and wins, the Big A takes the L, accepts defeat. Magneto, Emma Frost, Banshee, Nightcrawler, various other surviving mutants re-establish a base on Muir Island, founding eXCALIBUR and training the young mutants of an alternate Gen X team. 100 issue run, or several seasons of a show. That’s my pitch.

Driving me crazy. Got the edge dual sense on PC. Got the back pedals mapped. Mute does not work. Is there a way to do it from duasenseX or from keyboard. I always got noise in my background so muting is critical so my friends stop raging at me lol

I am currently torn between whether to get xbox or ps5 or rog ally x ( next month I think it comes out) . My needs are a bit different . I got like 150 games I collected on epic games over the past few years . I will be getting a new pc in the coming months but that's strictly for work . But I really wanna play some of the games I have so far . But the thing is a ps5 costs 50,000rs online , whiles rogallyx I saw somewhere that it might cost 800$ ? So that's like 67,000rs . But I feel like I might end up having to spend more on games on ps5 , whiles in rog ally I already have what I want to play . Also the main reason I am going with rog ally is because I see after some research it's a pain to many games working on steam deck ? Also I don't even have games on steam (I only played free stuff on steam like apex legends , cs2 etc) . Also portability is also a factor. Would love to play anywhere I want !
So rog ally it is ? Or should I reconsider ?

Hello there.. after so long become passive viewer on reddit, this is my first ever post. ( I apologize for my clumsiness in advance) Need some helps from experts in this forum. 🙏
I have 6 years old PC from 2018 that mainly used for daytrading (70%) and gaming (30%). I use 3 monitors and I am not a hardcore gamer. I would say it works pretty well until recently I played "Like a dragon : Isshin" where I experienced quite some lags using medium graphics quality. Also, 1 monitor using dvi port is almost dead now and recent monitors in the market don't use this dvi port anymore. That's a problem for me, since my gtx 1050 only has 1 dp, 1 hdmi, and 1 dvi ports. I think it's time to upgrade, but I am kinda on budget. No need overkill spec, however if possible I want this upgrade last for about 3-4 years. Below is my current spec :
CPU : Ryzen 7 2700x, Mobo : Aorus B450 M, GPU : geforce gtx 1050, RAM : (4 x 8Gb) ADATA DDR4 2666Mhz, Hardisk : 1 x 256Gb SSD M.2, 1 x 1tb Hdd, PSU : 450 watt 80+ bronze.
After some research myself I think I wanna rtx 4060 gpu since it has 2 x dp, 2 hdmi ports ( I can upgrade my workstation to 4 monitors setup later) and seems it can handle newest games pretty well. There is nice deal out there for like 290 bucks. I am also considering ryzen 7 5700x, but i might do it 2-3 months after the GPU.
So I need advices about the upgrade, what parts need to be upraded? And whether my plan above is ok? Any advice is welcome :)

I have beat the game once with a int only build. I have wanted to play a spell blade build but I don’t know what weapon to use. I am not as much of a fan of melee combat but I wanted to try it out so if anyone could help me with the start of a build that would be great. Also I was gonna do a dex or strength but I have never really don’t a melee build so if you have a good idea for that to it would be helpful.

So I have a couple things I am working on at the moment, and tasks are becoming a bit overwhelming. A couple key things, I do sales for a software company and sometimes I will forget to do follow ups with prospects, or just respond to emails etc. I was looking to hire a virtual assistant just to help me manage my email and such, but I was thinking there has to be a platform that can help me with this.
I just signed up for superhuman again, used it when I had my own company but it doesnt quite have everything I need. What I am really looking for is something that can look at my inbox, and maybe even my salesforce opportunities, and help me stay on top of things I need to do. For example, if I send an email and they don't respond, I should get an automated task telling me to follow up. If I haven't sent an email to a prospect in x amount of days, I should get a reminder telling me to reach out. Etc etc.
There used to be a platform I used which had a lot of this built in but I can't remember the name for the life of me.
Willing to pay hundreds of dollars a month for a platform like this because it's still cheaper than hiring a VA. Would be a plus if it had the capability to look at my slack and my salesforce.

Con ustedes; el Manual de Corta Palos: Gratuidad 2024 (todos los llamados oct/2023 y marzo/2024)
Desempolvo este bello manual, tanto para quienes recién comienzan sus estudios como mechones, aquellos que estudian cursos superiores, a quienes les entró el bichito y quieran sentarse de nuevo en un pupitre, tanto para comenzar estudios de cero o proseguirlos.
Se tocan los tópicos sobre cómo postular por el mecanismo de Formulario Único de Acreditación Económica (FUAS) : Veremos como rellenar o modificar la RSH (registro social de hogares) para que sea coherente con lo que presentaremos en el FUAS.
Detallaremos los pasos del proceso de elección de beneficiarios (preselección, selección, asignación de los beneficios y la apelación ( con todas sus causales y cómo reunir la información y documentación para respaldar la ''pataleta'') .
El año 2018 solo tenía mi experiencia (de una postulación y dos apelaciones) pero ahora, aprendí màs , estuve de ayudante en RREE y de madrina de alumnos nuevos, tengo màs experiencia , tanto por el aprendizaje formal y el ensayo/error con varios alumnos.! Y, comparto con ustedes algunos tips, porque creo que la educación , el conocimiento, e investigación es una de las vías para que Chilito mejore y vaya por una vía mejor. (no me tilden de progre por fa)

CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL BENEFICIO
Como todos sabemos, la archiconocida Gratuidad , se le otorga al 60% de población más vulnerable del país. Este beneficio consiste en cubrir el costo de arancel y matrícula, del período la duración de carrera ideal, en universidades , IP y CFT adscritos a ésta.
En resumen: solo se paga los semestres que se "salen" de la duración nominal y los costos de titulación (no la ceremonia, el costo de defender tesis y depositar el título).
Las instituciones deben tener al menos cuatro años de acreditación. En su constitución, deben ser sin fines de lucro , y sus controladores (naturales y/o jurídicas), tampoco deber tener ánimo de lucro. Si en su constitución existiera tal fin, debe ''corregirse'' y emitir carta al MINEDUC en donde se comunique ese compromiso.
Hasta acá todo bien, o no?
QUIENES PUEDEN SER BENEFICIARIOS?
No quiero hacer un copy/paste, apuntaré de forma más sencilla posible y al grano y no engorrosa.
Como lo apunté más arriba el 60% de la población más pobre del país. Ahora viene la pregunta.... y yo???? Califico dentro de este % ??
- De Los Quintiles*:* Los quintiles son ''grupos'' para medir la situación económica. El quintil es : Las lucas de toda la familia en un año, de todos los miembros que generen lucas (todo se escribe en montos mensuales, para efectos de cálculo, el fuas se rellena de forma anual, pero es harina de otro costal, por ahora) sumamos todo y lo dividimos por el N° de integrantes de la familia. Ese monto (repito, mensual) que obtenemos, tenemos que buscarlo y ver en cual decil o quintil se ubica. Vale? Desde el 2018, la gratuidad cubre estudios para personas de hasta el SEXTO quintil .... Ahhhh!, ya!! Raya para la suma: El monto del quintil, de nuestro cálculo debe ser igual o menor a $193.104 .
Grábenselo como un mantra: $193.104, por cada miembro del hogar.
-De la matrícula en las instituciones adscritas : bueno, eso lo mencioné más arriba. Hay casos excepcionales , que voy a puntualizar acá: se trata de aquellas personas que ya tienen títulos, grados o estudios anteriores. Antes de ponerse pálidos, lean bien:
Uno: Un ''técnico'' puede perfectamente postular a una ingeniería, prosecución o ingeniería normal (por citar una profesión, se puede hacer lo mismo con ´tecnico en x cosa y continuar estudiando la profesión x, dejaré ingeniería como ejemplo). Excepto licenciaturas terminales y postgrados. Dos: uno puede estudiar en un DUOC o otro IP o una u una carrera ''en ejecución'' (sin grado académico, estas carreras se imparten en ués que eran de la ex UTE, actual USACH) y solo egresar y postular a una prosecución, o a una carrera que sea condocente a un grado académico y acogerse a la Gratuidad. Yaaaaaa.... y ¿Qué hago con la primera, si no me titulé? Es muy usual que uno saque , en caso de los IP, los estudios pero no el proceso de titulación (memoria y práctica) y hay binomios de carreras que se complementan muy bien, y también es buena idea para quienes comenzaron/mos en IP, y claro, ni yo ni muchos de uds tuvimos chauchas para U, o por falta de información, elegimos x carrera y sería buena opción tomar una continuidad ( u otra carrera y convalidar), además enriquece nuestro bagaje de conocimientos, ect. Es una buena opción, pero es para detenerse y evaluarla caso a caso, entre otras razones, por la presteza por ingresar al mercado, el futuro estudiante tiene hijos, ect ect. Repito: sirve mucho para articular la carrera (ejemplo, de ejecuciòn (Repito:: solo egresado!!) a civil).
Tres , el postulante tiene título o grado académico. Puede acogerse a Gratuidad siempre y cuando postule a un programa de pedagogía.
CÓMO POSTULO?
Esta es la pregunta de un millón de euros. Desglosemos.
Antes que todo, en el portal Beneficios estudiantiles , se desglosan hartas opciones/formularios, (al año 2018 eran tres, en 2019 , seis y ahora , para el 2020 (en adelante) todo se reordenó):
~ Formulario Único de Acreditación Socioeconómica.( en ésta opción nos centraremos, a ésta se postula si queremos aplicar a Gratuidad) Beneficios a los cuales puedo postular aplicando acá:
Gratuidad Beca Nuevo Milenio Beca Bicentenario Beca Juan Gómez Millas Beca Juan Gómez Millas Extranjeros Beca Excelencia Técnica Beca Excelencia Académica Beca Puntaje Prueba de Transición Admisión Universitaria Beca para Hijos de Profesionales de la Educación Beca de Articulación Beca para Estudiantes en Situación de Discapacidad Beca Continuidad de Estudios para Instituciones en Cierre Beca de Alimentación para la Educación Superior (JUNAEB) Fondo Solidario de Crédito Universitario Crédito con Garantía Estatal
No entraré a las otras, pero son
~ Beca de Vocación de Profesor, y
~ Becas de reparación
RSH: Registro Social de Hogares: Antes que cualquier cosa, evaluemos este punto importante. Porque a diferencia de los que muchos creen el FUAS no es igual ni refleja lo mismo que RSH. ¿Vale? Es más, puedes postular por vía FUAS, sin necesariamente tener RSH, pero tener RSH simplifica las cosas al momento de evaluar otorgamiento de beneficios.
Mientras el FUAS se rellena en base a las rentas promedio, de tooooodo el 2022 y en otro apartado, de enero a octubre del 2023 , de cada integrante del hogar, e intenta calcular el quintil de un núcleo familiar para el otorgamiento de beneficios para la educación superior , el RSH busca proporcionar un valor indicador que refleje la vulnerabilidad social (no sólo económica, porque se evalúan hartas cosas para obtener el resultado) de una familia nutriéndose de diversas fuentes, privadas y públicas. En palabras del portal del Ministerio de desarrollo social: "El Registro Social de Hogares es un sistema de información cuyo fin es apoyar los procesos de selección de beneficiarios de un conjunto amplio de subsidios y programas sociales."
Cuando una va con la familia a realizar e inscribirse bajo el RSH , yo se los firmo y aseguro , que es así porque ya está comprobado con los casos de varios muchachos) ahí el gobierno tiene facultades para cerciorarse con todos los medios posibles de que lo que hemos ingresado u apuntado en la ex ficha social coincida con el sistema (AFP, ISAPRE, FONASA, SENADIS, rentas de cargos públicos, montepiadas/os, jubilaciones (sobretodo las ex INP) ect ect) .
En fácil , lo lógico es encontrar incoherencias y mentiras, si comparamos y cruzamos información entre RSH y fuentes de buena tinta. Mientras que, si ya pasamos el cedazo de la RSH, esa información se calca al FUAS, porque el gobierno tomará los datos de la RSH (si hubiere) como verificada y fidedigna. Y eso , simplifica mucho las cosas. Para ello hay que realizar cosas con antelación, yo aconsejo, unos seis meses antes del primer período de postulaciones, o sea, , tener resuelto todo a nivel ''papel'' los marzo de cada año.
~Algunas situaciones comunes y algunas consideraciones.~
1) Mis progenitores ganan mucho!! Si agarres tus maletas (teóricamente) y te vayas donde la abuela que gana la pensión básica solidaria , mientras que tus viejos perciben buena renta . Vas donde tu abuela y le pides que te incluya en su ficha RSH y renuncias a la de ''tu familia''. Esta renuncia acarrea algo más que eliminarte de un documento: si estás en el plan de isapre de alguno de tus padres, deberás pedir la desafiliación primero, e irte a Fonasa , idealmente varios meses antes de que se abra el proceso de postulación del FUAS, como dije arriba, ojalá tener resuelto eso antes del año escolar o universitario, unos seis meses antes de que se abran las postulaciones FUAS, . porque al momento de recorregir la ficha de tu abuela, las asistentes sociales son agujas, y, el solo hecho de tener Isapre, te castiga mucho en el puntaje. Y empezarán las dudas: ¿por qué se va con la abuela justo ahora, ad portas a la PSU? es probable que te pongan más de un pero para evaluarla situación y ayudarte. Así que , has eso con mucha antelación, a mi sobrina le pasó, que tuvo que apelar dos veces). Y anda desde esa fecha, pensando una historia muy convincente sobre el cambio de hogar.
2) Lo mismo pasa que si vives solo y ganas tus porotos : deberás incluir a tu hermano chico , a tu sobrino, o calcular bien e irte a la RSH de tus viejos, todo esto a nivel teórico, y siempre y cuando al calcular tu quintil , esta opción te ''ayude''. La idea es que la RSH en donde "pertenezcas" siempre sea igual o menor al 40% más vulnerable de Chile.
3) Depurando rentas: acà hay que ser cuidadosos: hay una línea fina que separa a la mentirita piadosa a ser un embustero de tomo y lomo: Es probable que la renta no imponible no calces en el sexto quintil. Y que tengamos que hacer unos "ajustes", que llamaremos depuración.
Diremos , por ejemplo que los bonos no imponibles, podemos restarlos , o sea , no incluirlos, en la renta. TAMPOCO TOQUEN LOS VALORES DE RENTAS INPONIBLES. Las rentas o pensiones de entidades públicas. empleados públicos o cajas de previsión (ex INP) aconsejo no "depurarlas", porque es muy fácil dar con el valor líquido que se percibe. También podríamos omitir las actividades independientes (pololitos, siempre y cuando no existan imposiciones sobre ellos o no sean ingresos por honorarios (esta última porque se encuentra la mentira contrastado info con el SII) . También , podemos callar si percibimos fondos por un arriendo, pero éste no debe estar bajo un contrato de arriendo con subsidio de arriendo. También si existiere un pensión o ayuda familiar , se puede omitir excepto fondos percibidos por resolución judicial (como las pensiones de alimentos) y cuyos fondos no pasen por el sistema bancario, mucho menos por el Banco del Estado.
4) Ojo: también tengan cuidado: si hay adultos cesantes, respaldar muy bien , con finiquito, carpeta tributaria, imposiciones e idealmente también , con el seguro de cesantía. Si las asistentes sociales ven muchos adultos y muy poca renta.... creerán que hay datos incoherentes, o bien se oculta información. Es probable que pregunten qué sucede.
Con todo los documentos listos , realizamos o solicitamos la ficha RSH, o bien , renunciamos a la ficha en la cual pertenecemos y solicitamos el ingreso a otra.
Con todos nuestros papeles, liquidaciones , declaraciones de gastos, fotocopias de carnet , ect ect... presentamos el dossier con la solicitud . Es probable que se reflejen los cambios o realización de las RSH en unos dos meses. (por eso die que hay que realizar las cosas con haaarta antelación).
No diré que programas usar para depurar documentos, porque el post se convertirá en otra cosa Si tienen documentos en pdf y quieren convertirlo a .doc o .docx, cuidado con las destabulaciones de los archivos.
Lo único que diré es que es absurdo , plantear que una casa, cuyo promedio familiar es de diez mil pesos màs que el sexto quintil, puede costear una carrera de cuatro millones. Es ilógico. Por eso apoyo y hago recomendaciones de "mentiritas piadosas" ☺️. Que no salga del foro, vale?
~-RELLENANDO EL FUAS.~
Ahora es el paso , para rellenar el FUAS, que literalmente, calcaremos la información de la RSH:

1. Rellenar datos personales.
2. Anotar cada uno de los integrantes del hogar
3. Apuntar los ingresos promediados . Los ingresos se desglosan en nueve ítems: -Sueldos: La renta líquida percibida (si es necesario: la renta líquida menos haberes no imponibles) -Retiros -Pensiones: pensiones de vejez, solidarias, de invalidez, de discapacidad , montepiadas. -Honorarios -Pensiones de alimentos u otros aportes familiares. (no incluiremos los montos que no pertenezcan a resoluciones judicial y los montos se entregan en mano) -Dividendos de acciones -intereses de capitales mobiliarios -Ganancias de capitales mobiliarios -Otras actividades (leer màs arriba) (aquí entran los pololitos, o toda actividad pagada ''a lo amigo'' sin boleta ni imposiciones.

Sumo ''hacia abajo'', mes por mes.
Para cada ítem: se obtiene el promedio mensual y se divide por el nûmero de integrantes.

• Para el 2019: los totales mensuales (son doce) se promedia por doce, la sumatoria de los ingresos anuales (del 2018) de cada ítem.
• Para el 2020: los totales, que serían diez, se promedia por diez ,. .La sumatoria de los ingresos percibidos desde enero a octubre del 2020 (porque el MINEDUC abre los octubre las postulaciones y aún no termina el año, esa es la razón).

Como ya habíamos realizado la RSH, este paso es replicar la información (si no está explicitada, está en los papeles presentados) a este formulario. Solo tener cuidado al promediar. Tan fácil como coser y cantar.
LOS PASOS PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO: NIVEL SOCIOECONÓMICO, PRESELCCIÓN Y ASIGNACIÓN
Nivel Socioeconómico: Ya enviamos el FUAS . Se cierra el período de inscripciones. El primer cedazo que realiza el Mineduc, es la Preselección (en RREE se le dice coloquialmente "las 'pilas'') . En esta etapa se evalúa los ingresos declarados por los postulantes. Esta etapa es solo INFORMATIVA. Se le conoce como ''las pilas'' porque se usa una imagen de una pila , que según lo ''llena'' que esté uno puede acceder a más beneficios. Si está full, candidato a gratuidad sin cuestionamientos. Si está un 3/4 de llena, aplica todos los beneficios menos la gratuidad. Si está casi vacía, solo CAE. Si no aparece la pila, quiere decir que hay información (bastante) inconsistente, y que habría que ir a la U, para realizar una evaluación socioeconómica. Las divisiones de RREE de las instituciones de educación superior (IES) tienen personal especializado, su rol es hacer ''contraparte'' y realizan la gestión para ser todo presentado al MINEDUC. Ellos anotan todo, juntan un dossier de tus documentos (ellos te dicen cuales requieren) y mandan todo al MINEDUC para ser evaluado. En el fondo , te mandan ''a repechaje'' , por ende, el resultado de los beneficios se procesará junto con tooooodos quienes postularán en el segundo llamado (junto con los olvidadizos que no postularon a la primera)
PreSelección: La Preselección es una etapa informativa en la que Mineduc comunica a los estudiantes si cumplen con los requisitos establecidos para optar a Gratuidad, Becas y/o Fondo Solidario. Puntualizo enfáticamente , por favor lean, que para que un estudiante obtenga finalmente un beneficio, éste debe encontrarse matriculado en una Institución de Educación Superior que cumpla con las condiciones establecidas para la asignación.
Esto puede no ocurrir, sobretodo si son estudiantes vespertinos (saludos a coodinadoción de ici vespertino de mi U, ya son tres años de lo mismo !!!), (saludos al vicerrector académico, y a los directores de Dirección de Docencia y de Dirección de estudios, me han salvado la vida tres veces!!!) Puede que ya se hayan matriculado e incluso le entregaron comprobantes de matrícula, peeeeero que no hayan sido ingresados a la nómina que la IES le entrega a MINEDUC. Como no aparecen, van a tener problemas, pero tranquilos, veremos esto en un rato màs.
Asignación : Como su nombre lo dice, es la fase de otorgamiento de los beneficios. Aquí se descorchan champañas jajajaja no, aquí comienza la alegría para muchos, pero también una frustración para otros tantos (me incluyo): No resultó!!!! No me asignaron!!! Qué hago?
Apelación: Una vez entregados los resultados de asignación y hubo resultados negativos, hay dos opciones: Apelables y no apelables (no existen ''no apelables'' pero hay situaciones que se corrigen en segunda vuelta.)
- No apelable : Te preseleccionaron y no te matriculaste, o bien te matriculaste pero la IES no te apuntó en la nómina, por ende Mineduc no tiene como saber que ya estás en una IES este año. Tranquilo. Pese a que no estar matriculado, per se no hay ítem de apelación. solo debes esperar los resultados de la siguiente ronda (el año pasado fue en abril). Solo pide una mano con una asistente social para que te precise si estás en la nueva nómina que van a enviar al Mineduc. Ahí queda corregido y se actualiza la lista de matriculados y tendrás el otorgamiento sin problemas. Otra situación no apelable, son los renovantes. Su resultado en la mitad de año. No pasan a segunda vuelta, ni apelan. Solo esperar. Me pasó las dos cosas, la primera el 2018, y la segunda el 2019, 2020 y ahora.
- Apelables: existen doce causales para acogerse al pataleo. Ojo que la cláusula de apelación debe ser coherente respecto a la razón de no asignación de los beneficios. Apuntaré de forma resumida las causales y que debemos hacepresentasubir a la plataforma:
1) Diferencias en la composición del grupo familiar: Declaración jurada simple, cartola del RSH, certificado de nacimiento/defunción según sea el caso. 2) Diferencias en los ingresos: cartola de 12 meses de imposiciones, resolución para las pensiones de alimentos, y documento que certifique los ingresos (honorarios o liquidaciones, según corresponda, (No hablaré de photoshopear, porque ahí si que es feo, aunque cada uno save lo que hace jeje) 3) Cesantía de un integrante de la familia : Finiquito, seguro de cesantía y cartola de 12 imposiciones (dependientes) Término del giro, carpeta SII , 12 cotizaciones, declaración mensual y pago simultáneo de impuestos, Resumen de boletas de honorarios y F22 (independientes). Todo eso. Hazlo simple, imprime y tica, pon todo en una carpeta en el pc, por integrante. Así llevarás un orden, y no andarás con el butt a dos manos a última hora . 4) Gasto permanente de salud: Certificado médico y declaración de gastos médicos. 5) Gasto en educación a un integrante sin beneficios: Contrato de prestación de Servicios educacionales y documento que acredite los gastos. 6) Integrante con discapacidad: Documento emitido por Registro nacional de discapacidad , Compin o SENADIS. Lo más fácil es sacar una copia en registro civil virtual, con clave única. 7) Ausencia/diferencia de NEM : Certificados de la Enseñanza media y la Licencia de EM. 8) No contar con título técnico, profesional o licenciatura: declaración jurada simple, en donde declaro que NO los tengo . Se imprime el formulario tipo que la misma plataforma te da. 9) Hijo de profesional o asistente de educación: Certificado de nacimiento, Copia del contrato (del progenitor que trabaja en Educación) 10) Permanencia definitiva: Certificado de permanencia definitiva, (de PDI y depto de Extranjería) con fecha posterior al FUAS. 11) Becas de reparación: Fotocopia de ci por ambos lados, Licencia de EM, formulario legalizado de aceptación al beneficio. 12) Beca de traspaso de reparación: Se revisa qué documentos faltan.
En cada apelación , tienen su espacio para subir c/u de los documentos. Por persona y por causal. Se realiza la apelación y se espera los resultados de la ''segunda vuelta. y los renovantes , en la tercera (junio de este año).
Para tener en cuenta

• La gratuidad cubre UN SOLO cambio de carrera, uno solo, pero los años de duración -ideal y restando los cursados en la carrera anterior. Ejemplo, en mi caso me cambié de tradicional a tradicional, civil x , en la primera cursé 4 años y me cambié a la segunda que también dura 6, entonces 6 -4 = 2. Me quedan dos años de cobertura con gratuidad (sin echarme nada).

-Si me falta un semestre para cubrir, postular el año anterior al que caduque la gratuidad, al fuas, para así acogerse al CAE , FSCU (fondo solidario) u otro beneficio. Avisar a RREE o al coordinador de las matrículas, o Finanzas. Nadie pero nadie te puede eliminar de la IES ni condicionarte la matrícula si la gratuidad te cubre parte de este año y estás gestionando otro mecanismo para cubrir el diferencial.
El arancel que se debe pagar es MENOR , es arancel AJUSTADO. - Ojo con los cambios de carrera internos: convalidaciones, tomar más ramos (de una forma sana) y los ramos equivalentes para tener menos semestres sin ser cubiertos por la gratuidad.

• Ojo con cambiarse carrera internamente. cerciórense que ya están fuera de la primera carrera. Puede salir alguna cosa rara al MINEDUC y también puedes salir beneficiario, que te cubrirá la primera carrera o, la màs ''barata '' (de las dos) . Si llegaras a aparecer en el sistema como estudiante de carreras paralelas, será un chollazo hacer traspaso de fondos de una facultad a otra . o de un depto a otro. Siempre hay errores de traspasos de fondos.
• Lo mismo aplica si me cambio a otra IES (transferencia externa le dicen en algunas IES).
• Otra cosa 1 : dejar arreglado el avance curricular, especialmente si las carreras son alojadas en la misma facultad y hay ramos con misma sigla o equivalente. Esto corre especialmente si estudian el plan común. Ojo con las equivalencias de asignatura, por ejemplo, en la UTFSM: los ramos de carrera como las economías y operaciones dictadas por el depto de Industrias son "convalidables" para quien se vaya a Comercial. Pero, al revés no, es decir si te vas de comercial a industrias esos ramos no son considerados como convalidables y tendrías que cursarlos "de nuevo". Este es un ejemplo. Ten presente como se evalúa eso en tu casa de estudios. Mi consejo es tener el manual de tu IES. Reglamentos, protocolos. Familiarízate con esas normas, porque nadie lo hace por uno.
• Otra cosa 2: importante, que a mi me amargó el principio de dos años :si renuevas gratuidad, o sea vas desde segundo año en adelante, la IES no puede pedirte ningún documento (cheque, vale vista o dinero) para respaldar fondos, ni menos negarte la matrícula ni inscribir asignaturas. Eso es ilegal. También me sucedió. Me persiguieron pidiéndome cheques y nunca me matriculaban (nómina) , el tema grave era que si no estaba matriculada, tampoco aparecía apuntada en la lista que se envía al mineduc, caería en apelación y la situación se repetiría "at libutum". Deben ir (cada instituciòn es distinta): Al departamento/ facultad y a RREE, después finanzas, y por último, a la Vicerrectoría o Decanato, o bien la Dirección General de Docencia.

. Otra cosa 3: Corre para quienes excedan la duración nominal y requieren cubrir lo que falta para titularse: postular con fuas: Cuando lo hago? El año anterior a que venza la gratuidad. Por ejemplo : Si culmina el segundo semestre de este año , deben postular al llamado de ahora. SI cubre este año completo, postular en octubre 2023 (o segundo llamado en este 2024).
Si van a postular a CAE, consideren que los van a evaluar como alumnos antiguos, les van a exigir avance académico, generalmente, de los dos últimos semestres. Si encuentran más piola el FSCU, postular y dar, el año anterior a que caduque la gratuidad, a la PSU. Se otorga FSCU con PSU rendida ese año o el anterior. La otra forma; si estudian carreras técnica, acogerse a la beca nvo milenio. Otra forma para carreras de pregrado: si tienen discapacidad; acogerse a Bicentenario Discapacidad.
Sobre los aranceles ajustados
Este es un detalle no menor, y afecta tanto a las IES (los que más han ''alegado'' son las ues del CRUCH) como a los alumnos:
La gratuidad financia a las IES por un monto que es inferior al arancel real. Para no dar la lata, se calcula con un factor, que incluye entre otras cosas, los años de acreditación. Esa diferencia que se genera restando el arancel real con el ajustado, la IES no puede cargarla al alumno. Hay un pdf del Mineduc que detalla esos montos.
Por otra parte, los alumnos que no fueron beneficiaron de gratuidad y se ubican en el 7mo quintil, se les cobra un arancel ajustado. Estos valores también aplica a alumnos que perdieron gratuidad, sea por la razón que sea. O sea supongamos, mi carrera el arancel real es 4.750.000 , y la gratuidad me pagará solo un semestre (2,375 MM), yo, deberé buscar como financiar el otro semestre, pero este no será de otros 2,375 MM, porque también aplicará un arancel ajustado. Para acogerse, hay que enviar carta a RREE y a finanzas, apenas sepas los resultados de los beneficios de este año.

I know this is commonly posted, but I've tried every optimization I can find and while some seem to cause marginal improvement I cannot seem to fix this.
I have intermittent (but frequent, usually multiple times per hour and lasting a few minutes on average) spikes of 100% disk usage (as reported by Windows task manager) that completely lock up my VM. Usually when this happens actual disk usage is very low, often < 1MiB/s or even < 0.5MiB/s. It seems to correlate with multiple Windows processes using the disk but I've seen it happen with as few as three simultaneous processes or as many as eight. At other times the drive can achieve speeds of >200MiB/s without problems.
The physical device is a CT2000BX500SSD1 SSD drive. Nothing fancy, but it is a decent SSD and performs as expected on tests with the host. The drive is dedicated to my Windows VM and should not otherwise be used by the host.
I am using the virtio drivers and I have a pinned iothread. I've tried a few alternate configurations described on https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PCI_passthrough_via_OVMF#Virtio_disk as well, along with an assortment of recommendations I've seen on reddit threads, forum posts, etc. What I have now is what works "best", but still not particularly well.
Please if anyone has had any similar issues or sees anything wrong with my configuration let me know.

Ethernet has landline 1900s phones two pairs wires reserved in the spec sheet its 8 or so wires when crimping the ends uses like two with one for ground and one seemingly empty and then has two for phone and some unused, with old 10/100 baseT coax with terminating ends exactly like optical or coax 90s cable TV with optical fiber 99% of the way just your block has coax to the rest which uses the 'same'DOCSIS data over cable standards as fibre optic.. just slightly worse latency and bandwidth is calculated by latency things like wifi lan has like 11 channels or 15 channels of frequency which optical calls wavelengths of light. A 2015 or around there linus tech tips video of him going to a swedish lan party called dreamhack had a bunch of multiple redundant 8Terabit or was it bytes of fibre optic internet they explained with light having 7 colors but having 8terabytes of bandwidth with different wavelengths of light called frequencys or a better term for optics is known as LASER ARRAYS of light at fixed frequencys that often plugs into the PC via ethernet cables or whatever for a gamer lan party or home/residential or small businesses at realistically within budget of anything with enough users to require that bandwidth or 'web hosting or web servers' you dont need to be an undersea cable or international link with 200terabits plus for an internet exchange to your main CBD or the fastest like the netherlands IX...
So the problem im trying to solve is, here in australia we got our undersea cables done wrong they kept breaking and we didnt have a navy or defense force securing our countrys communications to prevent war crimes and keep us connected to the global banking systems or whatever.. and then when our biggest telcos cable or fibre all had dialup speeds for around 2 weeks in the early years 2000s to force us to pay other countrys to connect to their links and be ' end of the line' maybe paywalled or proxied off the internet randsomewared to connect to and borrow bandwidth from other countries satellites and other countries undersea link cables which truly were indestructible to any cruise liner ships anchors whatever being flexible giant steel braided cables big as a CAR when australia finally paid to lay small sections of that stuff to link up to others and not pay randsome to internet butt bandits or have private businesses and multi nationals run their own links and ignore the public our lack of a defense force actually let somalian pirates literally somehow pick up and walk off with our expensive undersea car sized cables filled with a few arms thick of hair thin fibre optics which is cheapest clear resin enamels plastics about $3 not sure if USD per kilometer and resembles modern glass/glazing. How does anybody steal that stuff without people noticing like you cant just load it onto a truck and drive away? or a boat? if only satellites and some sort of defense organization existed to prevent us from being impersonated or whatever.. So now in australia ANYTHING with words like gigabit costs a fortune for a mainboard or switch or ethernet hub.. but the ancient 1900s 10/100 telephone land line wires of ethernet 10/100 clock in at a whopping 13 or so mhz sometimes 27.. and 60 or more mhz for like gigabits and whatever it increases shockingly fast with each mhz clock cycle as its units of work over time in nano seconds or zeptoseconds you see billionths of a second nano second RAM and PC with windows realtime kernel actually uses like ryzen hardware negative latency faster than reality freely syncing with any device in the universe and fixed mhz frequency bus can drive like 50 to 100 or thousands of GPU's and HDDs and monitors or whatever from the one modern multicore PC or whatever.. 90s AMD business server still holds world records for most connected devices though it had stackable CPUs opteron and would have used infinity cache type stuff probably software 3dnow and evolving game worlds tech of 80s and 90s AMD gaming evolved advertising.
So in australia anything gigabits costs hundreds of dollars for a switch router some thousands for lots of ports.. but its the shittiest weakest bandwidth ever with mhz and performance miles short of a raspberry pie or whatever. I had to pay a fortune for a mainboard with 10gigabit LAN port and everytime i got a high speed LAN port its been broken or missing so some pricks can sell ebay routers or switches for thousands here.. not knowing why its so expensive is youre paying fortunes for any real bandwidth because australia has to pay literal somalian pirates for their internet connections or privately owned businesses like telstra for access to their private links and glares at countries like new zealand and hawaii for being super technologically superior.. a cheap USB ethernet adaptor costs under 10 bucks on ebay or whatever and is maybe gigabit and your switches and routers 90% of the time you want the cheapest UNMANAGED switch possible. Yet the mainboard i recently purchased ASUS pro art creator x670E i recall had an issue with some asshats trying to steal pathetic measly 40gigabit USB4 chips from all the boards at the computer store to sell on EBay as other junk, when anything in the universe with an M.2 ULTRA slot does 40gigabits since PCI express 3.0/4.0 as PCI express 3.0 SSD drives famously use a specific I/O controller chip which gives them 38gigabits of the ultra M.2 slots 40gigabits of bandwidth. But for a couple years when AMD had pci express 4.0 and better than M.2 ultra intel was playing catch up on PCI express 3.0 and still had regular m.2 in all their boards until AMD was ready for pci express 5.0 my friend on intel bought the same NVME drives and complained they had corruption errors or issues i later learned his board wasnt fast enough and he was maybe trying to use the samsung magician RAM disk and enable NVME features and functions intel maybe did not yet support.
So.. why is USB 4 so many years late and why is it so dang expensive when terabits of ethernet or anything optical is like the cheapest stuff ever and comes with every internet connection since the 90s at the lowest cheapest mhz and 1900s land line wire telephones ever, remember digital isnt a physical thing and everythings literally analog with a sensor or multimeter whatever mathematically translating it to a graph or algebra equation mapping it into different values digitally +10 -10 whatever using microphones or camera sensor whatever. the gigabits tax and uhh LAN port taxes for dumb gay australians being literally see it via satellite outerspace levels dumb and gay astrogaylian should not apply to the cheapest of raspberry pie free 3d print or laser CNC yourself something computery like risc V for the cheapest of USB flash drives or memory cards etc.
I get intel pretends to have invented court ordered USB to probe their hardware after it was proven to have used other peoples code and chips by the chip makers and them selling computers with keyboard and mouse hardwired in so you bought a whole new computer when a key broke on the keyboard couldnt replace them.. and every other device had USB but theirs didnt free open standard and it kinda being the only way to connect any device in the universe and freely sync with it (mics/phones whatever).
why is 1900s phone tech ethernet so dang expensive to go from 20mhz ranges to 80 or whatever mhz ranges or use something very similar to 90s optical audio SPDIF output or anything remotely like a laser in australia? and who would be dumb and gay enough to be so financially retarded as to think that USB 4 was expensive or special as to steal it? am i... missing something?
also before you complain, but ethernets not the same as USB you cant power over ethernet or use your houses electrical wires as ethernet. You also cant use ethernet for monitors or displays, and its not like you can extend HDMI range limit of a about 10 to 15 meters by swapping its ethernet wires with optical ones for it to maintain its HDMI 0 latency spec or type C USB 0 latency spec. USB lets you connect heaps of devices you cant do that with an internet or ethernet for things like keyboard and mice or monitors or whatever. I understand what you mean power over ethernet or PPOE standards suck theres no way those are a thing. using devices over the internet and not the intranet who does that? thats so dumb. remote administration, theres no such thing youre mistaking malware or rootkits im sure. you cant connect a heap of devices up or entire computers to a ethernet port thats the dumbest gayest thing i've ever heard in my entire life! My gaydar is going off and it looks like the wifi symbol.
when trying to use anything ethernet with lame awful bandwidth thats limited, on my AMD board where the website images show AMD ethernet lists as marvel yukon controller i cannot use as its maybe broken there no light on the back, in devices managers advanced tab you can see the send receive or transmit buffer sizes and countless other ethernet settings are MISSING or a blank space. and are limited to 128 on send and 256 on receive up to 4096 or whatever max. But low latency 128 or 256 is maybe best but not all are an option and most networking features on the intel LAN adapters are missing countless advanced ethernet properties and settings because they're fake and lousy and the worst latency ever and they literally seem to swap your windows kernel out with something not realtime so you cannot ever hope to record or playback audio or video or anything close to a video game in hopes of slowly selling it back to you. Linux distros did this too its the dumbest thing ever that to hear or record or playback or play games you must patch in a realtime kernel for free to game like its the 80s and 90s or DOS or whatever. most 90s PCs were CAS 1 or lower nanoseconds. DDR 3 1600mhz depending the maker might be CAS1-4 latency. How can we verify our kernels are correct? and our ethernet and I/O bandwidth is correct? the youtube video about linus tech tips dream hack lan party of gamers in sweden was edited and reuploaded by illiterate asshat buttpirates maybe from somalia or the ones randsoming us some of their internet connections as a proxy piggy back on the international links as we dont have a defense force or army or whatever and dont know what war crimes are or why they are or what the heck a bank is and sure as shit dont know the cost of anything cheap USB or LAN. The dreamhack linus video falsely shows as 6TERABIT. they wanna steal 2TERABITS of EVERY optical or ethernet devices which isnt the government doing it if they wanna see whats in your computer they can document their reasons of why which is what a warrant is they dont need one if they believe a crime is occuring and literally take the computer by law to inspect it then give it back when nothings wrong they leave you a claim ticket and have you document it at the nearest policing station or whatever fill out forms sign 'they are taking my PC and i can get it back when it wasnt used for crimes." when australia doesnt technically have an internet and doesnt technically have RAID arrays which is required to use USB or SSD or NVME or storage tech with no moving parts and multicore a 2TB SSD is twice as fast and often has 2x 1TB wafer chips in there figure it out the IO controller chip supports many and you can buy the cheapest USB sticks with like 16terabytes of storage space i just see a $extend folder or uhh file format header thingy in the partition in my mainboard bios on that particular drive and using any cheap SSD or USB devices makes linux cry about the partition managers cant write or read extending past the storage limit. it doesnt take a genius to figure out what dumb gay fags the whole internet is.

Looking to one day in the future buy a macbook, probably one with an mX pro/max just to have the exclusive apps and have that sweet sweet ARM power efficiency. If I did some light gaming on it instead of on my pc(e.g if I'm lazy on my bed) will it fair well? I know native games will run fine but I know most non-native games will work fine with whisky and crossover.
Again, I am NOT buying a macbook just for gaming. It is a stupid idea. Gaming will just as a side thing here and there. It will primarily be used for video editing and general "professionalism" because it'll draw way less power than a pc(which will be used for gaming, streaming, heavy duty stuff, and stuff that's just not gonna be fun to do on a mac) and I don't need the fastest possible renders. Whisky/Crossover currently runs fine for BTD6 on the M1 I'm typing this on. I'm moreso asking how way heavier games like cyberpunk, the witcher 3, etc run on higher end mac(book)s.
