These are romance scam sites where all the women work for the company. If you make a female account it will pend forever. Only men get approved. They claimed before to be an American-owned company then I exposed them now they claim to be Dutch. Their servers are all in China. They never filed paperwork with any foreign country. They are none of these the Chinese pretending to run many dating sites when in fact it’s all fake. They claim to be in nations their not. They have fake terms of service. This is my story of how a website named JPNDate Idols scammed me out of 4000 American dollars. First, I was on Japan Cupid, a dating site. On Japan Cupid, no one can chat unless one of you has a membership. I bought a 1-week membership. Within 5 minutes to 10 minutes, a woman nicknamed Yomi from Japan messaged me; this should have been a red flag for me. We talked for a while. She said she was interested in me. She asked me if I could move over to the dating site JPNDate because she paid for membership there and not Japan Cupid. She also promised to delete her account on Japan Cupid after we changed sites. She does delete her account off Japan Cupid. Unlike a normal scam artist, who may only have 1 or 2 photos, she has several photos on her profile. My trust in her grows a bit seeing that. She then privately messaged me several more photos of her. She asked me for some photos, which I sent. She then sends back happy and heartfelt emojis. She told me she doesn’t date Asian men anymore because they were violent to her in the past and her last boyfriend cheated on her. She talked about how she didn’t want to fight with me. She also said we could talk about any topic. She would compliment me often, as I did for her. Of course, on my profile page, I try to post my best pictures. Throughout my life, I have had many different hairstyles. She even mentioned this and got very happy and asked if I was a hairstylist. The spam of talking between us was from January 20th, 2024, to March 24th, 2024. On JPNDate, there is an upgrade system. You need Blue Diamond to chat with others. Crown to send videos. Blue Diamond is 20 dollars per month, and Crown is 80 dollars per month. I got the Blue Diamond membership at first. It showed her with it too. After a day or two, she asked me to upgrade like she did to the Crown membership so she could send me a video. I upgraded it, and she did actually send me a video. All pictures and the video match the same person and the same face. Some pictures were in different locations, and some were like three different pictures in the same place. We then later buy a 6-month Crown membership for each other because it is cheaper than 1 month at a time. I bought it for her, and she bought it for me. At this point, I start to believe. This person was giving me all their time. They reply very often, and their texting time was the same as Japan timezones every single day. They spoke not only English but also Japanese almost fluently. However, they did let me know that they're still learning English and sometimes use a translator. She let me know that this website has something called a mall. This should have been red flag number 2. You pay 1 American dollar for each gold point. Paypal is the only thing that works. When we started dating, she said it was normal for couples in Japan to send each other gifts. It was a symbol of forever love in Japan, she claimed. As an American, I didn’t know if this was true. I googled it and couldn’t get a clear answer. She said whatever I bought her, she would buy me as well. She asked if I liked necklaces or charms. I said anything was fine. She wanted me to pick up a necklace. At first, she picked up a $1,000 necklace from the site mall and asked me. I said no; that's way too much money for that. She said how about a 300-dollar Jade Romance charm. She told me to get her white one; she would get me the green one. I questioned if she was legit. She started crying. She somehow convinced me at the time that she was legit again. I did buy it. A few weeks later, I did receive the overpriced Green Jade Romance love charm to my address from her. I never told her which day exactly my tracking information said it would come to my house, but I asked her, and her tracking date was the same week as mine. By the way something almost the same as this necklace is 12 dollars on Amazon. It also broke when I got it in the mail. Probably cost them 2 cent to make. For the next few days, we had a wonderful, happy conversation. It is late January, and I know Valentine's Day is coming. I offered to get her flowers. I got her flowers and chocolate at a very high price of multiple hundred dollars. She then gets so happy. She told me many times how she wanted to go to America and find me. We talked about many topics for several more days. She told me she worked in an office in Tokyo. Yomi told me her real name was Miyuki Miyamoto. Which is very funny because I told her before I was a Nintendo fan, and this is the same last name as Mario and Zelda Creator. She also said she had her apartment to herself, which is true; she does own an apartment. She talked about how life is stressful right now in Japan. She claimed to have grown up in the Japanese town of Nagano, Japan. She also said she had gone to a university in Tokyo with a major in computer science. She wanted to visit America in July for 15 days when she had her time off. July is a normal time for people to get off in Japan for vacation, so I thought nothing of it. I told her that I was from a smaller town in California, but I lived not far from San Francisco. I told her how my town is quiet and how I could see mountains outside my house. She said she wanted a peaceful life and that life in Tokyo is too fast. And she always had great things to say about every picture I sent. We also talk about going on dates. I asked most of the questions, but she did ask me questions as well. I started to ask her a lot of questions about Japan. Like if she visited Himeji Castle, she said no. However, I did say yes to visiting Mount Fuji. I should have asked for a photo of this, but I didn’t. She was very happy; she told me very many topics about Japan. We even briefly talked about anime. She told me she liked Digimon, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, and Detective Conan. This information is important later. We also talked about how both of us were big Disney fans growing up. One day she told me, how work was busy today. I told her it was okay and we didn’t need to talk today. She did, however, still text me a little bit that day. This was the only day during our whole time talking when she was super busy. There is nothing wrong with this; all humans get busy. I decided to spend my evening drawing a picture of me and Yomi on a date to surprise her. When I sent it to her, she did not react. This was a red flag for me. I tried to convince myself that she just didn’t like drawings that much. I know I sound really dumb right here, but whoever I was talking to is very smart and knows a lot of things. We started talking a few days later about the idea of meeting and going on dates together. I know that the yen is weak against the American dollar right now. I told them I would pay for anything they wanted when they were in America because I was in love. This was a big, big, big mistake. They then asked if I could give them 1500 dollars to buy a plane ticket. Never give money to people you never meet in real life, folks. Don’t be dumb like me. Turns out the ticket was actually 2100, so they asked for another 500 dollars the next day, claiming their friend let them borrow the money, and they paid the difference. They did show me a picture of a plane ticket. With the name Yomi and the correct airports in Tokyo and San Francisco. This gave me more trust in them; I got a lot of photos, videos, and even a picture of a plane ticket. At some point, I talked to them about social media. They claim to only have Skype and Line. I found it very hard to believe a woman in her 20s wasn’t on Instagram or Tik Tok. I went on Instagram and typed Yomi, and I found a Yomi who looked just like her. This made me think: why did she lie? What confused me is that all the pictures on her Instagram were different from the ones she sent me, other than one image that was the same. Meaning that the images were not clearly stolen from there. I looked up JPNDate online; there isn’t much info on this website (Right Now), other than one reddit forum from 1 year ago. Someone said something about being scammed by an IDOL on this site. They also said the website wasn’t in Japan but in China. I was wondering why I never saw new females joining the website; it was the same 23 pages worth of them. I wanted to test the website to see if it was legit. I made another account, a fake male account with AI artwork. It was approved in one second. I then made a fake female account; it said pending approval. It has now been 2 weeks since I made that account, and it still says pending approval. This means all the women on this website have to be fake actors. There is also a setting on JPNDate to see who has been online last or which accounts are the oldest. When I asked weeks before, Yomi claimed she had been on this website only for a short time. Her oldest picture was dated October 20, 2023. Yet she has the sixth-oldest account on JPNDate, according to the website. The reddit forum I talked about before was over a year old. When I was on this website for a month, at least 10 other women tried to text me. There was this one profile of a woman from Taiwan, age 20. She texted me three times in one month. When I joined, her age was listed as 20, and at some point, she changed her age to 25 on her profile. I ignored all these women. This proves again that all these women are fake. I do think they are women based on how they type, but they are not truthful like they act like they are. As I write this, I just realized this is Yomi's sister; it matches the other Yomi account's sister tag. I knew this website wasn’t telling the truth. I found the JPNDate IP address and tracked it to a server in Hong Kong, China, hosted by Alibaba cloud servers. Reddit was right; the website is Chinese. I took pictures of the website code just in case. I asked Yomi if she knew Alibaba. Then she asked if I’m going to China—a very strange follow-up question. At this point, I was confused. Who is Yomi? I couldn’t find anything about Miyuki Miyamoto, only Yomi. On Yomi Instagram, she speaks Chinese, not Japanese. I started to think there are no Japanese women on this website like they claim to be. She does speak Japanese, though. I started using more than 10 different software programs to track who Yomi was. I found like 1000 pictures of an idol, WeChat model, singer, dancer, person on endless Chinese dating sites, and a valiant professional gamer part of the AI’U agency for over 8 years. I found two other Instagram accounts with Yomi's face. Another account in Chinese with an idol name other than Yomi also had a Facebook page. The Chinese account has a post about her going to Australia in early 2024, where she is typing in English words. I also found an account where she speaks only Korean on Instagram. I also found a tik-tok where someone dances and looks 100% the same as Yomi, to whom I’m talking. The part that is crazy is that none of the images are 100% the same, but the person is the same in all of them. This shocked me; I follow all the accounts. I saw the stories daily to see who this person was. Her Yomi account is just her normal pictures and atm company or something. Her Korean account is about traveling to Singapore, Spain, and South Korea. She also posts a lot about Disney toys here. When I talked to the scammer about Disney, I had no idea about this. At this point, I knew that many men had been scammed out of money for fake love, not just me. These women are real women. However, there are actors pretending to be in love. They will crush your heart and call you names after a few weeks if you don’t buy their stuff. It has to be from JPNdate Mall only, nowhere else. JPNdate Mall prices are crazy high. I am not sure if the point of the website is just for money or if it is actually for women to study English or what. Chinese women, pretending to be Japanese (most of them), that have connections to Korean music and gaming on professional teams. Man, what a hell of a story this is. This sounds like a Hollywood movie, but it's real, or at least partly. At this point, everything I say seems to be true based on what I know. Yomi told me early on that she had one older sister and one younger brother. It seems like she is actually a twin, and she is the younger sister. Yomi claims to be 25, but I think she is closer to 27 or 28 based on finding a listing of her work in 2015 at Twitch Gaming. You have to be 18 or older to work at Twitch gaming, unless your parents sign things. When I showed the pictures I found to Yomi on JPNdate, she played the victim card on me. Saying she thinks I’m a liar and she wants to break up. Then she gave me her Skype account to try to prove it was legit, and all the other images and accounts were stolen and fake. Her Skype name is Rose, with a One Piece picture. She sent me many voice clips, crying, trying to convince me that she was real. I put them in software, and the voice was 30% human, 70% AI. Clearly, a woman is changing her Chinese or Korean voice to sound Japanese. A PC gamer would know how to do this; they do it all the time to troll. Yomi told me she didn’t play video games anymore, but I found a picture that wasn’t that old of a woman who looked the same as her; she had a Nintendo Switch with a white OLED in it. Btw it’s a known fact that Yomi uses software to cheat in the Pc FPS games. I can’t let Yomi, her sister, and her idol friends scam men for their time and money. Yomi Chiense's name is Vera Yuanxin (维拉). Her twin sister goes by veravera_zhangg. Yomi “deleted her profile” when I exposed her. But Yomi is still there with no pictures. Two they clearly have other accounts with people who look like she just changed hairstyle, talking and trying to scam other men. Remember when I said the anime part was important? On Yomi's Korean account, she has a friend with whom she talks about Digimon. She gave him a Disney toy. She told me she wanted to cosplay a fox; his profile is a fox. There is just so much proof that these are the same people. Later someone hit me up on Reddit from the Phillippines and told me how the same person Yomi scammed them. How for months Yomi promise them so many things. Then when they said it came to going on the plane to visit him they said they were sick or dying or something. Yomi also made a fake Instagram pretending to be Joe Biden and sent me a friend invite. I messaged and it was so funny how bad it was on their part. I said “Yomi are you trolling me?” then they deleted their account. This was on April 6th, 2024. Yomi tries so hard but use a lot of cheap things that are clearly fake like ai artwork, bots for like at ai_u agency, and fake profiles where she comments herself and attacks anyone who calls her out fairly. After exposing Jpndate they Ip ban my address lol. Then on social media joke about attacking me. If you call out their BS they threaten your family and yourself. Just stay away from all these sites if you're going to date online use well-known legit sites. For context, I’ve been having hallucinations after waking up more and more often, and there’s been nothing scary so far since it’s usually obvious when i know something is not real - eg: the first time there was a human sized spider floating and spinning infeont of me super fast, which I knew wasn’t real of course. Other times have been rotating patterns on the ceiling after waking up that last for a few seconds before phasing out.
However today’s hallucinations (2 times) were quite cool. The environment I was in was in a pitch black cruise ship hotel room alone. And here is my log:
Had some insane hallucinations / sleep paralysis today.
For the first one when I woke up from my nested dream I couldn’t move and was so confused what was going on cause it felt like I could see the environment I was in (cruise hotel room in complete darkness alone) with my eyes closed. Then all of a sudden there was a sudden calmness n coldness and I felt like I was melting into my bed. From that point onwards for a while, it was actually insane cause I could hallucinate anything I wanted. I looked at my bed and there was a pigeon on it, and I’m like what the fuck. N I was like nah this ain’t real so I decided to try to move n touch it to see if it was real. And yo I grabbed that thing 💀💀 like I could feel my fingers indenting into its feathers.
So it was quite hard to decipher if this was real but I knew it wasn’t cause a pigeon in the room?? Then an intrusive thought was like if I’m hallucinating this then lemme try hallucinating something else. I chose a chicken and when I looked back, there was an entire chicken there 💀 I also did hallucinate a bunch of other things before I could finally properly move and then everything was gone.
I then went to the toilet to shit myself literally (I had stomach upset) n headed back to bed. I fell asleep relatively fast and had normal dreams and “woke up” to my normal bedroom late at night at home, which felt insanely real. I had my monitor in front of me in bed and I opened chrome, which accidentally played some Disney plus ad, and I heard my mom from the other room yelling at me for playing things out loud late, and I could hear her walking towards my room so I tried to put my monitor to sleep, and just waited for her to walk in, where I would pretend to be asleep, as one does. She opened the door, and it was at this point where I actually opened my eyes in real life unable to physically move and my mom was actually there 💀 and I didn’t even know whether I was hallucinating her because she looked VERY real.
Then she started to walk towards me and I’m like what the fuck. This entire time im not even scared because i was geneuinely trying to figure out whether she was actually real or whether I was hallucinating her. She then stopped infeont of the bed, and then she turned into a man with a fanny pack leaning against something looking at me. I was still confused as hell and tried to move a bit to get a better look at him (keep in mind this was in almost complete darkness) and I was just making eye contact with him for a few seconds before he phased out and the hallucinations stopped.
Overall I’d say this was a cool experience, nothing scary as the things I was hallucinating wasn’t too bad. But it was quite interesting that I was able to feel the pigeon, any thoughts on that?

This community has been nothing but amazing! We ended up adding a TP Link OC200 network controller and switched to fiber internet since my last update. Now managing the network is super easy, firmware updates are cake to apply, and we only have one SSID instead of a 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I don't even think upgrading to fiber was necessary but I am happy to not be stuck using Spectrum if nothing else.
We went from 2 people not even being able to watch Netflix at the same time, to last night having 2 people watching sports on the living room TVs, 3 people watching streaming services, and 2 people playing XBOX online with their kids, ALL AT THE SAME TIME! And that's not counting all the other people doing whatever else online.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I was hoping to help make this house a place where people could focus on the bigger problems in their lives and not worry about smaller issues like whether or not the internet was working. You have all played a part in that dream. <3

I don’t really want to lose my length, but I’m open to the idea of layering, wolf cut,etc, and ANY color. If I was a client and I walked in and just said “go nuts, just make it look good. Whatever you want just save my length.” What would you do to my hair to give it new life? The first pic is from 2 ish years ago when I got a balayage and it took 8 hours. (Poor stylist felt my hair and thought it’d take 4-5 hours) That’s the amount of hair I’ve got. I have a few layers framing my face and a few “long layers” in the back. It’s fairly close to all one length in the back though. So around 6 ish months ago I tried to dye over the blonde and get my hair back to an even brown (box dye) and it has faded back to a somewhat blonde at my ends, but it is not that bright light blonde like the first photo. It’s more of a caramely color now at the very ends. I’d say about 4 inches or so of that previous dye job left. (I’ve been gradually having the blonde cut off for a more even playing field) My hair takes curl super easy and I’ve done perms in the past with no problem. I’m open to this idea as well but it isn’t my first choice for a “change” My hair is naturally stick straight and ashy brown and I have blue eyes and a neutral skin tone (for color reference if you need it) |

First 15 turns of my Thorgrim campaign, apart from one turn where I miscalculated, I fought on every turn I could, I was super aggressive and yet didn't get 50% of my grudges. For the next age of Reckoning I now need 9300 grudges and there's just no way that's happening with what I'm surrounded by, fought 3 tough battles and accumulated 4%...
If there's a hack I'm missing please let me know but I genuinely can't stand this system, its ruined one of my favourite factions

Hello guys, I really feel so bad typing this and I have been crying for the past 4 days straight. My husband and I adopted a super adorable little kitten (11 weeks old), and we knew he was gonna be full of energy and want to explore everything. The problem is, I feel so stressed and overwhelmed by him. He is our first pet ever. He is the most adorable little creature ever but him running around, getting his claws on the curtains and sofas drives me kinda crazy. He is like overstimulating my brain and I just can’t help feeling anxious. He has zoomies and keeps running from his tree to the couches and makes several rounds like this. I really try to care for him, scooping his litter probably 3-4 a day, playing with him hide and seek, stroking him, lay him like a baby in my arms but then I get the anxiety again where I feel trapped. I think we are doing injustice to him since he isn’t the problem he is just being a kitten. However, thinking that he will be around for 20 years with us makes me so damned anxious. I have always been scared of long time commitments and just gave him to my cousin who had cats before because I felt doomed. But know I miss him and I don’t know what to do. Should I keep him or not I am so indecisive. Please help me :(

I’ve searched everywhere for a fix to this, so I’m assuming there’s none but figured I’d shoot my shot.
I have an echo dot 5 with clock, and we’ve been using the ‘Play Brown Noise’ skill for almost a year now with no issues until the last two weeks where it’ll suddenly pause/stop 5 seconds after starting or 5 minutes or sometimes a few hours in. We can’t get it to play anymore without the pause button showing up on the Alexa and it stopping. We have tried unplugging and plugging back in and checking for updates and neither fixed the issue.
Super frustrating cause we have been using it as a sound machine for our child. Anyone have a fix for this? Thank you!

Hi! I am a little new to owning dogs, I've grown up with dogs in my life but this is the first time I've ever been solely responsible for a dog. I have a sweet 6 month old Bernese Mountain Dog that I need some training advice for! She learns really quickly and she's relatively easy to train, but she is in her "teenage years" so she's a little all over the place. With that said! I have a couple areas I need some help with :)
1) Counter Surfing. She's very determined to get on the counter and my training efforts have done nothing to curb that. I really really want to remedy this problem because it's a safety concern at this point. She's a little bigger than a medium sized dog right now and she can reach across the whole counter if she pleases. My current method has been relying on "leave it" then telling her to "sit". This doesn't really seem to do the trick in my oppinion because if she's in an ornery mood she'll just ignore these commands and then we have to get her down ourselves. She's also stealing food off plates! When she does this I'm not sure how to react other than tell her no and get her away from it.
2) Leash training. My girl chews on her leash like no other. She tries to also play tug of war with me and obviously I can't just let go of the leash unless we are at home. She also doesn't stay at the same speed as me and pulls me along at times. Definitely important to break that habit cause she'll soon be too big for me to fight against that. Unfortunately the leash training has been a bit neglected because the weather where I live has been abysmal.
I've been trying to rely on YouTube videos for help but a lot the trainers are using dogs that are already trained, which doesn't help me. Any and all advice is super appreciated!

Hey y'all,
Working my way through all the games and just got to Triforce Heroes. At first I didn't think I'd be able to play it, since it's multiplayer, but then I read they have a single player version. Finally! One of the multiplayer games I can play by myself!
Now I could be wrong, but it seems like they did nothing to adapt the multiplayer style of play to the single player experience. There are multiple moments in the game where it's just about bonkers hard to make it through on single player. The boss in the Hoxin's Mine is actually impossible, I don't see how I'm gonna be able to beat them. I can totally see how 3 individuals can clear the cart out together, but alone it's just not possible, they throw sooooo many bombs. And I don't even bother with the timed bonus levels. They're just cruel, honestly.
It's too bad. I was so excited to finally be able to play one of these multiplayer games, and the doppel feature is super unique and makes for some great puzzles, but the game is so aggressively hostile to the single player experience that I'm finding it hard to have fun with it. Which sucks, 'cause I really do think these are some of the coolest puzzlzes.

- Zachary’s death: the “bees” said he was “the end”. Was the only reason he died was to create a dramatic, climactic ending for the story? Why was there a need for an “ending”, for the sea to rise and swallow up everything? Was it to resolve Time and Fate’s (Mirabel and Keeper’s) story?
- The story sculptor: at the end the bees let Zachary meet the story sculptor, who turned out to be Mirabel. But the sculptor was also the person who made the box/story/concept to hide Fate’s heart, and Fate was also Mirabel? Is Mirabel playing/representative of multiple characters?
- Who was the silhouette in the book crypt?
- Why bees and honey? Yes their speech pattern was absolutely hilarious, and there’s a theme between a Keeper and Bees, but what do they represent, what purpose do they serve? Are they the story tellers? Why are they also the Kitchen? Why is the sea made out of honey specifically?
- Owl King (and owls in general): I understand the title is passed along many generations of owls, none of whom are named. But Dorian met an Owl King before coming to the inn, what did that moment mean? And the sword (that allegedly “will kill the king”) targeted Zachary instead. The owls in the original Time and Fate story were antagonists, ripping Fate apart. And in the present they did come attack Zachary and Mirabel when they descended. But otherwise they were… kinda chill? Some stories had them be pretty peaceful, like when the middle daughter killed a King and just lived with an owl, or when Simon said “the owls guide and propel the story forward, why are you afraid?” Are they inherently good or evil, or are they simply a neutral plot device to move the plot along in different stories?
- What were the voices in Zachary’s head right before Simon came and snapped him out of it? Who or what’s the force that’s stopping Zachary on his “quest”? Again, is it the owls? Is it the “stars”, the ones that conspired against Time and Fate? What did Simon mean by “we are the stars?” Why were the stars happy at the end?
- What happens at the very end? Kat opens a door into a new Harbor, where Zachary, Dorian, Simon, and Eleanor are heading to? The sea floods the old harbor? Will Mirabel and Keeper join them, to create new doors to invite more people to join them? Everyone being alive aside, the new HarboSea seems so lifeless and barren, where all the books and architecture has been destroyed/consumed, so is it a really a good thing that it lives on?

Since S3 Reloaded my series x crashed back to dashboard most of the time, sometimes I get sent back to zombie menu with a ‘server error #4589999’ something like that. And when I’m at that climax moment in tier 3 where you got 100 of super sprinters and ten manglers fighting you or you do a escort in t3 with a 4 to 6 person squad shortly after the game freezes and stays like that , I have to power cycle to get control of my console back.

We have gone on dates of different kinds but we have never gotten beyond a kiss. He’s my first and afaik, I’m his first too.
The issue at hand, is that I don’t love him, and I never have. I really appreciate him as a friend and a companion, but not in a romantic or sexual way. To add to this, while I am still questioning, I’m considering whether or not I might be asexual or even aromantic. I don’t like romantic kissing, but I’m not sure if it’s just with him, or if it’s in general.
I feel awful for “playing along” for so long, for hoping that feelings would just blossom forth and in the process, leading him on. He’s always the one suggesting activities and often paying for them, and I don’t want to use him. Thus, I’ve decided to break up with him. The plan is to do it tomorrow so we can have the weekend to grieve the relationship. The absolute time limit is in a few weeks.
I don’t know how. I’ve thought of what I want to say, like a lot, but some aspects are still uncertain and I don’t want to risk messing this up. He’s a super nice guy and he deserves the world, but I can’t be the one to give it to him.
The main problem, where the hell do I do the breakup? He lives a bit outside the city, so his place isn’t an option. I’m worried I won’t be able to end the conversation at my place. But I also want it to be private because I fear he might get pretty sad.

Basically I’ve gone mostly beyond the point where execution is an issue - the only things I have yet to learn are incorporating WR1,2 /B2 loops into my combos to squeeze out 70+ damage (right now I can consistently do the 60+ damage versions out of any launcher). Also I still struggle to do acid rain perfectly but we’ll get there.
My main issue: the gameplan.
Characters like Reina have seemingly insane pressure and the burden is on the other player to read and react (hopefully before they get chipped to death). Outside of b3,3 into misstep which gives me a mix up opportunity, I’m not sure how to apply the same pressure. It seems like I’m always just reacting with my tools rather than fishing for openings / creating opportunities.
I’d be super grateful if someone could walk me through my tools and when to use them, as well as the mindset I should have while playing Lee. I used to play Lars and I was very used to just pushing out strings, going into stance and pressure the enemy but that doesn’t seems as easy with Lee - maybe I am playing him incorrectly.
Also, is it just me that sucks with the b4 as a keep out tool? When I played Lars it seemed like his equivalent orbital was much more easy to use as a keep out?

I might go into a bit of a rant , but I really need an outsiders opinion on my situation.
For a bit of a background I 21F have been going no contact for almost 2 years with my mother 40F.
Here’s some backstory,
My mother had me quite young, 19 and would later bring up to me how she had a VERY rough childhood and how poorly her parents treated her and her issues with SA at a young age. She never left home and lived rent free UNTILL this day my grandmother had a stroke and my mother took care of her for 1-2 years as her primary caregiver but afterwards my grandfather was the primary caregiver and my mother no longer helped. She claimed to not leave the house because “they needed her” when infact she didn’t provide anything that they “needed” she didn’t pay rent she didn’t help take care she was more of a roommate so to say.
I looked up to my mother very much as a child admired her achievements she was getting promoted at work and travelling to different places for work. When I was 13 she had lied to our family about going on “work trips” when in reality she was hooking up with a very wealthy co-worker . She ended up getting pregnant and lying to my dad and me and my sister saying that she had to go on work trips while she was visiting this rich man and going to baby appointments. She told my dad she cheated on him 1 month before she gave birth and me and my sister 1 week before. Now I should mention I saw my family as a near perfect family everything was very good.My dad forgave her and accepted this new baby like his own child.
My mom lied to her baby daddy (the rich guy) and said that my dad had left her, my sister and I and that my mom lives all by herself in her own home and has no job. This being the opposite of what’s being true. The man agreed to pay her to be a stay at home mom and pay all her “bills” my dad paid all the bills and they she lived rent and bill free. She would go to see the rich man for a 2-3 weeks at a time in a different city than come back to the house me and my sister and dad lived in with our grandparents for 1-2 weeks than repeat the cycle.
She ended up cheating on my dad again a year later with the rich man after promising they had nothing going on to me and my dad. I would beg her not to sleep in the same bed as the man when she would take the kids over to his house. As a 13 year old child.
She truly lived a double life. I never knew when she would come back and I was left to do all her motherly stay at home mom duties and raise me and my sister because my dad worked so many long days and nights.
Our relationship never got better and she expected me to help her out with the new children. She ended up cutting ties with the rich dude and would bring the kids to his house on weekends but return home always.
I had alot of personal trauma involving SA at the age of 14 and a lot of mental health challenges.
She tried to kick me out at 15 and when brining this up to a councillor they almost got me taken from the home. I was in and out of mental wards and picked up a drinking addiction from a young age because of the SA and how the treatment from my mom was.
She decided to take my debit card while I was in a mental hospital and spend 120$ on food for herself. When I came home she let the children break 300$ worth of my makeup and make the most disgusting comments.
She made me miss days of my school so I could watch my youngest sibling while she took my other sibling to school. I fed, washed and the youngest child even needed me to hold his hand while I put him to bed. She expected me to be another parent I even attended every single doctors appointment for the children she had with the rich guy when their own father never attended it was me who did.
There was a time where the baby daddy had cut off her money and she refused to get a job so I ended up paying for dinners gas coffee runs, outings and my younger siblings whole 5th birthday party.
This whole time she would taunt me when I was sad she would get almost excited to see me super sad one time I had overdosed and she kicked my limp body to see if I was dead. Terrible things.
No matter how helpful how supportive I was through her custody battle how much money I spent as a young girl to I was about 17 doing all these things btw, she never showed love to me she threatened to kick me out if I didn’t get a job but I did make very decent money doing online things for money I won’t disclose but it was nothing sexual.
I did whatever she wanted because I was so desperately looking to be loved and wanted.
I finally had enough of her toxic abuse and always blaming me for everything using me as the escape goat and threating that I would be on the streets so I moved out at 19 with nothing but a mattress and a fan no help from my parents at all.
3 months into moving out my grandmother had sadly passed away. My mother invited a women who no one in our family has ever meet before to my grandmas open casket. She was already bringing a friend for support but felt the need to bring a women she’d only known for 2 weeks. I told her how uncomfortable I would be sitting next to a women I never met since this was a private family matter and no outside people that didn’t know my grandma would be coming. She picked bringing this women over my feelings I was heartbroken and sad about my grandma and no one supported me. My dad later on told me if I had a problem with my mom brining the friend I wasn’t allowed to go. After this I cut all ties with my mom and whole family.
A year after I cut all ties and no communication my mother randomly showed up at my doorstep with my two younger siblings both under 8. Saying they wanted to play at the park with me . I hung out with them at the park because I didn’t want this to be a bad memory for them and it’s not the childrens fault. This went awful my sister saying “how many birthdays have you missed now” obviously a line fed to her by my mother. Since she’s to young to come to that conclusion.
I recently after almost 2 years got back in contact with my dad and he’s really wanting me to have communication with my biological sister but I really don’t want a relationship with anyone but my dad and my two younger siblings.
So the question is what should I do my mom is a very toxic person but apart of me just wants a mom and wants to feel loved and wanted by a mom but I don’t think she can do that I’m just so confused and need help. And I’m not interested in a relationship with my sister but my dad really wants one and I have a really goood relationship with him now and don’t wanna make him sad.

It combines three painted plastic pieces together to create an island that rises up from your table. Atop this island, the intimidating volcano temple of Vul-Kar sits ready to spit fireballs and ruin your day. You play as an idiot tourist who must take three snapshots from around the island and escape before it explodes. Truly, influencer culture has gone too far. On your turn, you move around the island board by playing movement cards. As you move, and pass treasure spaces, you pick up treasure tokens that award victory points at the end of the game. Once you finish moving, you then carry out the card’s ability. This can be flicking marbles at other players, rotating the mountain and palm trees around the island, or cause a Cataclysm. This latter ability is one of the most fun moments of board gaming. You get to drop marbles into Vul-Kar and watch them roll down the island knocking any player standing in their path. It’s an explosion of noise, anticipation, and excitement that only lasts a second. But it’s exhilarating nonetheless. Now, the fun of Fireball Island comes from its chaotic nature. Yes, the Cataclysms are a great example of this. But the game is full of risky moments that get you excited. Where I struggled with the game is that it's too random that it felt like nothing matter. Despite giving you strategic opportunities about how you wanted to move, or what treasures to collect. These choices didn't matter as much as how many fireballs you took to the face. Whether you pioneered a route around the island. Or if you drew the right cards. A game where players work together to push humanity into the future. It's a worker placement game and, more to the point, a technology tree game. You spend most turns researching new technologies or gathering payment for new technologies. These provide immediate bonuses, and additional worker action spaces for future turns. This part of the game is fantastic. There's a thrill of uncovering new technologies. Especially when the further you progress up the tree, the more powerful they become. It creates an engine-building feeling but on a much larger scale. Now, the other part of the game, is to the side of the technology tree. A small space board that resembles a haphazardly put together granny flat only built to earn a little extra rent. However, don’t let appearances fool you, it’s here you can take control of planets and colonise them. Compared to the technology tree, as well as area-control games in general, this space action felt flat. At best it’s basic, at worst it was distracting. Leaving my gaming group wanting something more, or something better, from an otherwise excellent game. With so much going on, it's hard to keep it all straight in your head. Harder still when you can't communicate with your co-pilot. It was a lot of fun, and a bit stressful in some of the more difficult scenarios. That's right, Sky Team is a scenario driven game! With a surprising amount of variation. Even after playing 12 scenarios we were still discovering new mechanics. Sky Team lost a couple points with me and my wife with the between round conversation. There wasn't a lot to strategise or communicate. Something we both enjoy from our cooperative board games. Otherwise, it's a 10-20 minute blast and gets two thumbs up from me. It's the Ethnos remake we've all been waiting for. With a new theme, art, and components. I couldn't wait for this to be my next favourite game. A quick recap for those who haven't played Ethnos. You're drawing cards from a market to form and play sets of cards. A set can either be cards of all the same type, or all the same colour. When you play a set you get points, an ability, and get to establish control in one of the regions on the board. Ethnos is an excellent game, and highly recommended. Archeos Society, on the other hand, is proof of the monkey paw's existence. Yes, I got my wish of a refreshed version of one of my favourites. Except it came with rule changes that I'm not so hot about. Unfortunately, with Archeos Society they gutted the area control portion of the Ethnos. Now instead of battling for regional control, you're moving up different tracks. Removing the tension, interaction between players, and dynamic gameplay from the original. As a consolation, each of the tracks offers more complex ways to score points. Making it perfect for those who hate confrontation, and not so great for me. Wyrmspan has been out for months now. I've reviewed it. Yet somehow, it still feels like a hallucination. Like I'm dreaming there's a game out there exactly like Wingspan, except with dragons. But I'm not dreaming. ...And there have been quite a few changes from the original bird-based board game. It roughly follows the same format of collecting winged-creatures to fill three habitats. Only this time, you're dealing with caves. With each cave requiring excavation before a dragon can make it their home. When you're not excavating or collecting dragons, you'll spend your turn spelunking. Moving a meeple through your caves, activating one dragon’s abilities at a time. Gaining resources and visiting the Dragon Guild so you can afford more caves and dragons. The change from birds to dragons sent me into shock. Part of the appeal of Wingspan is seeing all the feathered little freaks that inhabit our planet. Wyrmspan is missing that appeal and while the art is beautiful it doesn't measure up. Gameplay-wise the three rows of Wyrmspan are connected tighter than the original. You can no longer get away with ignoring a row or two without hamstringing your strategy. Additionally, it felt there was a higher variance in dragon-strength. When combined with the tiny market (only 3 cards!) it felt like some players got an unfair advantage due to what dragons were available. Finally, while there's more player interaction than Wingspan. There isn't as much as Wingspan plus the Oceania Expansion. As a result, once you fall behind, you're behind for good. That said, the combo building of Wyrmspan is fantastic. The resource management puzzle is also a treat, as you are always on the lookout for your next payday. So despite its flaws, which will put some people off, I enjoyed Wyrmspan a lot. Hello all,
After playing for a while i managed to have some good tactics for defeating xenon out of sector (10 plasma nemesis can melt a K in 30 seconds, works only OOS). But i can't hide that i also play this game to live some epic battles and i'm at a loss when i try to fight in sector or high attention mode. It feels like i'm playing the game in super hard mode.
I've read many of you play the big battles only in sector and i would LOVE to join that club.
I've reached the point where loosing ships won't be an issue anymore and i think it's high time to loose some to understand the high attention strategies.
So i'm all ears :)
