Hey, this is my(M22) first time posting I just felt like sharing my story. So back in 2015, I went to take some lessons at this place and that's where I first saw here and the moment I saw her I felt that I can't take my eyes off of her. Until January 2019 when she said she'll never talk to me again and blocked me cuz I sent friend request to almost everyone she followed on Instagram including her family just cuz I hoped to get to see her pic from anyone of them who might upload one(stupid move ik but I was innocent) and one of her cousin who used to think of me as a stupid asshole who's a creep and she told her to never talk to me again and I got blocked. We talked for 5+ months all day and then she had to block me and then I met her again one day with a mutual friend on my birthday in 2022, she was confused about her career and we talked a bit but after that she completely vanished and now she's in a city 1000km away from here, I know where she works from her LinkedIn but she has stopped talking to everyone she knew from this city where we're from.
I feel like if I go talk to her there just one day randomly showing in front of her then she might be angry and if I explain my situation to one of her new friend to help me then again it'd be the same thing like how it happened here that most of her friend used to talk to her about me so she might've gotten frustrated about that and also that thing with her family. There's this guy I found on a dating app. He is a law student and we instantly clicked. The conversation we had made sense not the typical dumb things in dating apps. So eto na nga, i met this guy on an online game, it was only a friendly chat nung una and ako naman excited kasi baka magka new friend ako, especially sa online pa. hey, y'all! This past few days, I have had this heavy feeling, or rather, a pain in my heart, and it has taken a toll on me. I came here to maybe share some stuff; maybe y'all can help or something.
My girlfriend just broke up with me. To give a bit more context, my ex-girlfriend and I met online around 8 years ago. She likes me, and I like her too. We talked, then we stopped talking to each other, then repeat, basically we're on and off for like a year or two, until we've decided to be just friends. We built separate pages for all the product categories and after through keyword research we added content to those pages so that the pages itself can rank for commercial keywords.

But as discussed earlier, we wanted to keep our brand positioning fashion centric, so even while writing about common problems we applied a positive and solution centric approach. We strategically placed internal links to our product pages in the content and tested popups with offers as well. Apart from this, we started guest posting as well at this stage. For finding websites for guest posting we used SEMrush’s backlink gap analysis tool and created a segregated list of blogs that we can reach out to based on their content quality and DA. By this time the store started generating decent revenue from ads and SEO so the client was completely onboard with reaching out to blogs for guest posting. My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 8 months now. He's 34, I'm 30. Last night we had a difficult conversation that left me feeling confused. For context, the last 2 months have seen more arguments than usual. I figure this is normal as we're finally stepping into more "serious" territory and seeing each other more clearly. We've had a great relationship otherwise. We spend days on end together switching from his place and mine. We both have dogs and they're also a big part of our relationship.
Our recent arguments have stemmed from instances where we've been socializing with his friends, and on two occasions I've mentioned to him that I wasn't feeling very included in conversations. I always make an effort to include myself in conversations and engage. I feel his friends like me, one of them even shares memes with me from time to time. However, on those two specific occasions I felt more insecure because they were with women. I expressed that if i'm his date to something, it's important to me that he includes me, especially if it's with other women. During these arguments he gets defensive and explains how he doesn't understand where I'm coming from, that he did include me. Now, I don't know if i'm being insecure, as it's true that this only triggers me when it's with other women. But I feel there should be an extra level of respect and reassurance as the dynamic between men / women is different.
His defensiveness and lack of validating my emotions has left me feeling hurt. This is generally his response for any sort of feedback I give him when something has bothered me. I feel it's also important to note that I also give him a lot of positive feedback when he does things right, and in general I'm always complimenting him, telling him I'm proud of him, etc.
Sadly, he's recently expressed he's feeling checked out due to all of the arguing. This frustrates me even more because all I ever wanted was validation. It felt he made the arguments worse by becoming defensive about everything. In yesterday's conversation, he sent screenshots of my FB profile where I still had pictures of my ex husband of 7 years. He said it hurt him and I deleted it immediately. I don't use facebook and deleting 7 years of photos felt tedious. But I deleted them because I do realize it was way past that time. It doesn't help that my ex lives in my neighborhood and we've run into him a few times, which he's also expressed bothers him.
To wrap it all up, he expressed these feelings yesterday at the park. I heard him out and listed the things I can do work on certain areas of myself. I realize I can be quite reactive when I feel triggered in the moment, rather than calmly assessing the situation and analyzing if it's worth saying something or not. When these instances arise, we've usually been drinking and that makes it all the worse.
He's saying he's not sure right now about everything, that it's the same thing over and over again and he's tired. I asked him what does that mean, to which he responded "I don't know". Of course, that was very painful to hear, however it's not the first time in the last few days. I told him he's basically breaking up with me, to which he responds "that's not what I said". I feel so confused. I'm not speaking to him until he reaches out, but I'd love to know your thoughts on the matter and potentially someone can help me understand what any of this means.

So I 26F have always known my parents weren’t really big into sharing our accomplishments on Facebook. My mom used to anxiously ask if we knew that they were proud of us because she’d see my friends’ parents always post about their kids in high school, but my mom felt weird “bragging about us.”
Well, as I’ve become an adult, I’ve realized my dad actually posts about my brother and sister fairly often and me not at all. Both got married in the last 4 years, so I know they’ve had bigger accomplishments and big life events mean big congratulations and that’s post worthy, but it’s kind of getting painful. Im the only one that lives in the same town as my parents, and he posts pictures from traveling down to see my little brother and sister in law all the time. I actually think he’s probably spent more time with them in the last year than I have and it’s just embarrassing. I recently got accepted into a nursing program in university. I was really excited and telling people because I was proud of myself for refocusing on my goal. The most embarrassing thing to me that they actually won’t notice because they won’t be tagging my name in anything anyways. I feel like I can’t talk to them about it because how does that conversation even look? I remember when we were kids, my dad once gave me shit for always keeping score, and noticing when someone else got more than me. And ever since he pointed that out I never forgot it and have hated that about myself. I hate that I notice and I hate that it hurts my feelings. I’ve tried to not notice, but every time he takes my brother or sister and their spouses skiing, or out to dinner, or shopping as a special occasion because he’s in town again, I just don’t feel good. And I don’t know how to say it without him hearing me as a spoiled little baby who noticed that someone else got an extra piece of candy and had to bitch about it.

I made an online friend sometime last year and in the beginning we texted very frequently and called almost every day talking for hours. But two months in, our conversation dwindled and he began replying to my texts every two weeks. And even leaving me on read, so I stopped texting him. He told me his name when we first became friends but I found out later that none of his online friends knew his name and called him by his nickname when I joined one of his chat rooms. I asked why that was the case and he said he didn’t want to talk about it but I should tell anyone his name so I obliged. We barely texted in five months when he suddenly texted me a happy birthday and I thanked him by mentioning his name, he asked if I had told anyone his name and I said no. Then followed it by asking if he was a spy or fbi agent with a laughing emoji obviously joking. I woke up the next day to him blasting my phone and asking accusing me of leaking his name to one of his online friends who apparently knew his name without him telling her. Just to be perfectly clear, he is my online friend I don’t know him in real life, don’t know his friends, and don’t follow any mutual friends of his either. And yet he was accusing strongly because I was his only online friend who knew his name. So I questioned him about whether or not I knew that girl? And he said no. I got really mad and asked why he was accusing me if I didn’t even know the girl? And he said to forget it if I didn’t do it. But I demanded he told me why it was important nobody knew his name? I needed to know why he is keeping his name a secret especially if he is being this paranoid about it. But he started gaslighting me saying our conversation is making him stressed and that we should stop and the my questions are making him go crazy. So I blocked him. Only for him to text me on a different platform where the same argument ensued and he still refused to let me know the reason. Then asked me to unblock him now that the misunderstanding is over?? So I said no, and he said okay then I should have a good life. I said thanks and blocked him there too. My best friend is saying I was a little harsh but I don’t think being friends with someone online that I have never met and don’t even know how he looks, only know his name and age and his followers are 90 women. Who only stresses me out and blue ticks me and only views my status is worth the hassle. AITAH?

4 years ago, i was in an abusive relationship and endured multiple different kinds of abuse, including sleep deprivation. fucking awful.
i knew them to be a tad stalkerish. they tried really hard to find my facebook and my families facebook. i always kept it a secret specifically because they were so desperate to find it. it felt weird.
i have done a lot of healing from this person and i’m still working on it. i don’t have access to therapy right now and it’s been really hard.
recently, i guess? they made a new facebook. i got one of those friend suggestion notifications. i’m worried they got one for me too.
i’m so fucking scared. i’ve thrown up, i’ve messaged all my friends hysterically as if there’s anything they can actually do (there’s nothing)

Am I the asshole for saying that I hope my brother and mother rot in jail and telling them that I don’t consider them family anymore because of the way they treated me? This all happened a little over a month ago. For a little background information, I have a younger brother who is 6 foot 9 inches and is 18 years old. I am a 20 year old female and am only 5 foot 5 inches. I will be 21 this December. When he and I were younger before he had gone to 5 different behavioral facilities, he would constantly abuse me, blackmail me, spread false rumors about me, and threaten me if I didn’t do as he said. Anyways, a little over a month ago I was playing Fortnite Battle Royale solos on my Limited Edition Fortnite Xbox 1S that I had received as a gift from my fiancé’s younger brother, Timothy(not his real name) while my fiancé, Gabriel(not his real name) was watching me play and my brother had called me on messenger. He had introduced me to his new girlfriend Leah(that is not her real name). He also had said that he wanted to see me as I haven’t seen him for over a year. I decided to tell my mother (41F) that I’ll call Samantha(again not her real name). She flat out defended him saying that they were keeping me from seeing my family. She also called me a lazy and petty girl who can’t even wash her hair properly(which I can by the way) and told me that I needed to get a job even though my disabilities won’t allow me to hold down a job for very long. I have ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. I’m also autistic and bipolar. My mother is also a liar and a thief. She stole $400 worth of stuff from me which I had bought with graduation money that some family friends of my grandparents had given me and lied to me about it. I had bought a Nintendo Switch and Pokémon: Legends Arceus. She also forced my younger sister (13F) that I will call Emily(not her real name) to block me on Facebook. So I told them that I hope that they get arrested and that they would rot in jail. So am I the asshole for telling them that?
