Latest one is a SAMSUNG A52 5G cell. Two years In, I dropped it in an intersection and three rocks hit it. Making THREE separate circular cracks. Plus spider ones going all over.
It works, but I'm worried about moisture, and it getting worse. ❓ QUESTION ❓ Can I replace the screen WITHOUT digitizer since it works fine?

I am reposting this with the correct format of the code.
To understand what the script does, it might help to understand the purpose for it's creation. I am a blind attorney with many clients. Each client has information pertaining to them like DOB, address etc. They also have information pertaining to parties relating to their case, such as the court their case is in, opposing party’s names information, their children’s information, doctors information etc.. this is all information I frequently need to insert into documents or whatever.
Instead of having to constantly open files to pull information I need, I wrote an AHK script which, until recently, and no I did not edit it, worked fine. it pulled information I select and sent/pasted it into whatever document I had open.
But now a portion of it is not working fully. Mainly, the Send command is not working within the “Relational info” section of the below code. Why not? Why isn’t the send command working?
Here is how the script works.
b. List of client names pulled from excel file located at x:\\dropbox\\law\\cases\\clients.xls
c. Each client has their own folder
x:\\dropbox\\law\\cases\\\[client name\]\\
d. Each client folder contains an excel file called info.xls
e. This excel file contains info related to each client
example, court info, opposing parties, family, etc
2. The excel file x:\\dropbox\\law\\cases\\clients.xls also has other information about the clients such as DOB, SSN, address etc.
3. If user hits f12, script asks for user to select client, pulled from collum A of x:\\dropbox\\law\\cases\\clients.xls.
4. Hitting control+{numpadNumber} inserts specific information about the selected client. i.e. control+numpad2 inserts client’s address because addresses are saved in collum B. control+numpad4 inserts client’s email because emails are saved in collum D.
All that works fine.
Here is where the script begins to break down but only with the send command.
5. Each client has their own folder at x:\\dropbox\\law\\\[client name\]\\
6. An excel file titled info.xls is located in each client folder. X:\\dropbox\\law\\cases\\\[client name\]\\info.xls
8. If user hits alt+\[numpadNumber\] the script pulls from the indicated sheet within info.xls.
9. Example, hitting alt+1 pulls up the opposing party sheet contained in the info.xls file for that client. alt+2 pulls from court information sheet contained in the info.xls file etc..
10. Like the client excel file, these sheets are ordered with the party’s name in collum A, along with specific information for that party filling out the remaining collum in that row.
11. For example, if client named Sue Smith is suing Walmart and best buy, the user would hit f12 and select sue smith as the client. then hitting alt+1 the user can select one of those two opposing parties i.e. either Walmart or best buy.
12. Finally, the script has the user select what information user wants sent/pasted into the document the user has open. Is it the address, phone number, etc.
Here is where the script no longer works.
Despite selecting the type of information the user wants sent to the document, nothing is ever sent. Nothing happens.
Can someone figure out why the Send command is not working in the Relational Information Section? Or how I might change it to work again? Nothing has changed on my system that I know of. In both desktop running windows10 and laptop running widnows11 the send command in the “Relational info” section stopped working a few weeks ago. Both computers have AHK 1.x and 2.x installed. This code was sadly created using v1 and I don’t know enough about v2 to convert it assuming that even matters.
I am sory if the format is still not in correct style. Being blind these online editors are sometimes difficult. If it isn't, all i can say is I tried my best. Thanks in advance.

I am under the understanding from the seller (third hand via two realtors) that the cell phone company has a couple thousand square feet fenced off at the base of the tower, and must be allowed access. They also get power to the cell tower by means of my metered electrical connection, and in exchange the seller was getting free internet.
The seller claims to not have anything in writing.
This internet company claims they can only provide a copy of the lease agreement to whoever is the registered property owner on the title. (Which is not me yet for the next few weeks)
My real estate lawyer said "Good day. I don’t do any additional digging on these matters."
How the heck do I find out more before closing on this place???

We just got 2 reports, each from people who have worked here for under a month, that they're getting texts impersonating our CEO. The only systems that contain personal cells are Active Directory and thus replicated to Azure, the Entra 2FA SMS system (most use authenticators though) and our HR systems that I know little about. We're looking into that but another angle has me wondering. You know how MS just bought LinkedIn and now all senders in Outlook and some Teams chats pull a query from LinkedIn without us asking? What are the odds someone's somehow scraping that? They'd know the name and where they work and maybe get the phone data from another database? And are there any other angles I'm not thinking of here?

I tell her that of course I can help, and ask for the order number. She doesn't have it. I suggest she check her email, since we send a confirmation with the number.
At this point, her cell phone is thrust into my face, apparently she can't be bothered to do anything herself, and shows me an email... from another company. I calmly state, "I'm sorry but this is not an order that comes from us. You'll have to contact ______ in order to get an update."
Now that's not exactly normal, but I've given her the start of a solution to her problem, so I figure I'm finished. I wish.
Her: "so when will it be here?" Me: "I don't know" Her: "well who here would know?" Me: "nobody. This isn't our order, we can't help you with it." Her: "but who can?" Me: "the company you ordered it from will be able to tell you more."
Ok, so the learning curve is steep with this one. Still, I was unambiguous. This isn't my problem, she has to get it now.

In 2008, Lindsay Buziak, just 24, had been one of only twenty realtors in Victoria under the age of 25. Lindsay was a smart and attractive young woman, with lots of friends and a bright future ahead of her. She lived in a condo with her boyfriend, Jason Zailo.
The couple had met two years earlier during a real estate exam study group. Lindsay had a boyfriend at the time so when the study group ended, Jason and Lindsay each went their separate ways. However, not long after, Lindsay became single and she started seeing Jason.
Lindsay's parents had divorced when she was a child, but she maintained a close relationship with her Dad, Jeff Buziak, a real estate agent in Calgary. After becoming licensed in 2006, Lindsay began selling upscale townhomes for the Maverick group. Jason's mother, Shirley Zailo, was a realtor as well. In fact, Shirley was so successful that she was known as one of Victoria's top agents.
Lindsay started working for Remax Camosun, alongside Jason and Shirley. During her short time there, Lindsay helped bring in 3.2 million dollars worth of sales. As their careers picked up, Lindsay and Jason moved into a one bedroom condo near Victoria's inner harbour. However, Lindsay began to grow disillusioned with their relationship and was thinking about leaving Jason.

The independent investigation resulted in 200 interviews and access to 1,500 pages of police filed court documents. Through these documents, it was discovered that the phone used to contact Lindsay was a burner, purchased at a Vancouver convenience store in late 2007. Whoever purchased the phone used a fake name - Paulo Rodriguez.
When police went to the store in search of surveillance footage, they discovered that it had already been deleted or recorded over. The phone was only ever used to contact Lindsay. It was clear that her murder had been carefully planned in advance. After Lindsay was murdered, the burner phone was deactivated.
Also discovered was the fact that Lindsay had 700 friends on her Facebook in 2008. Strangely, between January 3rd and February 3rd, nobody posted anything to Lindsay's Facebook wall. This was unusual. Police discovered that posts had been deleted. They tried contacting Facebook in an effort to obtain those posts but it's unclear if they were granted access. Theory One: TZDI (The Zailos Did It)

Police intercepted two vehicles being used to conduct a drug transaction. Then, they raided a house and a garage where they found cocaine, cash, handguns, a rifle, and a locked safe.
After opening the safe, police discovered 42 kilograms of pure cocaine. The undercover investigation, dubbed Operation High Noon, had begun two months earlier when officers started looking into the trafficking of cocaine between British Columbia and Alberta. As a result, they discovered a highly covert operation in which drugs were being transported to Canada directly from Mexico, bypassing the US.
After returning home from Calgary, Lindsay had attempted to contact a relative of someone involved in the Calgary Drug Bust (presumably Delalcazar.) Police discovered that Lindsay had visited this person's Facebook page, and then tried contacting that person by phone. When police arrived at the murder scene, they had taken Jason and his friend into custody. Both men were questioned and later released. Jason took a polygraph. No charges were ever filed and Jason was cleared as a suspect.
In 2010, Dateline interviewed Jason for an episode on Lindsay's murder. He denied any involvement. Then, in 2019, Jeff Buziak appeared on the Dr. Phil show to discuss the ongoing investigation. Jeff, an outspoken advocate for Lindsay, has long been critical of the Saanich police departments abilities. In 2021, new investigators were assigned to Lindsay's case. They worked alongside the FBI. Despite advancements in DNA technology, the murder of Lindsay Buziak remains unsolved.
Court Documents Made Public
Some key facts related to Lindsay's case became public in January of 2023, thanks to exhaustive efforts by The Capital Daily. The independent investigation resulted in 200 interviews and access to 1,500 pages of police filed court documents. Through these documents, it was discovered that the phone used to contact Lindsay was a burner, purchased at a Vancouver convenience store in late 2007. Whoever purchased the phone used a fake name - Paulo Rodriguez.
When police went to the store in search of surveillance footage, they discovered that it had already been deleted or recorded over. The phone was only ever used to contact Lindsay. It was clear that her murder had been carefully planned in advance. After Lindsay was murdered, the burner phone was deactivated.
Also discovered was the fact that Lindsay had 700 friends on her Facebook in 2008. Strangely, between January 3rd and February 3rd, nobody posted anything to Lindsay's Facebook wall. This was unusual. Police discovered that posts had been deleted. They tried contacting Facebook in an effort to obtain those posts but it's unclear if they were granted access. Lindsay's friends didn't know why the messages were deleted, and Lindsay's text messages didnt provide any answers either.
Theory One: TZDI (The Zailos Did It)
There are two prevailing theories in the murder of Lindsay Buziak. Shortly after the murder, many people were suspicious of her boyfriend, Jason Zailo. After all, Lindsay had considered ending things with him shortly before she was killed. In fact, police questioned Jason for hours. Three investigators, who had no relation to the case, were brought in by Dateline to act as a panel. All of them decided that whoever killed Lindsay worked in real estate. Also, the fact that Lindsay was stabbed to death in an up close and personal attack leads some people to speculate that her killer knew her well.
Over the years, discourse has turned towards Jason's mother, Shirley. People have speculated that the brokerage firm Lindsay worked at with the Zailos, Remax Camosun, was a place fraught with shady dealings. There was speculation that Shirley and Jason were involved in drug trafficking, mortgage fraud, money laundering, and/or embezzlement. The theory is that after Lindsay threatened to break up with Jason, Shirley decided that she knew too much and put out a hit.
Theory Two: The Calgary Drug Bust (Operation High Noon)
Although police have said that Lindsay wasn't directly involved with organized crime or drug trafficking, she definitely knew people who were. In December of 2007, Lindsay visited Calgary for four days. She wanted to see her father as well as a few old friends. During this trip, Lindsay met up with an old pal, Erickson Delalcazar.
Weeks later, on January 26, 2008, Delalcazar was arrested in relation to the biggest drug bust Alberta had ever seen, which led to the confiscation of eight million dollars worth of cocaine. Police intercepted two vehicles being used to conduct a drug transaction. Then, they raided a house and a garage where they found cocaine, cash, handguns, a rifle, and a locked safe.
After opening the safe, police discovered 42 kilograms of pure cocaine. The undercover investigation, dubbed Operation High Noon, had begun two months earlier when officers started looking into the trafficking of cocaine between British Columbia and Alberta. As a result, they discovered a highly covert operation in which drugs were being transported to Canada directly from Mexico, bypassing the US.
After returning home from Calgary, Lindsay had attempted to contact a relative of someone involved in the Calgary Drug Bust (presumably Delalcazar.) Police discovered that Lindsay had visited this person's Facebook page, and then tried contacting that person by phone. On February 1st, 2008, the day before Lindsay was murdered, Erickson Delalcazar was denied bail. Police have stated publicly that Lindsay was not involved with drugs and was not the informant who triggered the bust.

The October Gold Project is a district scale property consisting of 1,281 claims covering an area of 265km2 located in northeastern Ontario, 105 km southwest of Timmins and within the Swayze Greenstone Belt. The property is accessible via an all-season highway and network of forestry roads. This property is situated approximately 35km northwest of IAMGold's Côté Lake project and approximately 50 km southeast of Newmont's Borden Lake mine. The October Gold Project is in the traditional territory of the Flying Post and the Chapleau Cree First Nations. The October Gold property is thought to occur on a western extension of the Cadillac-Larder Lake break, straddling an approximate 15 km portion of the Ridout Deformation zone. Aside from a favorable structural association for gold mineralization and close proximity to an operating gold mine and a second in development, evidence for economic gold potential associated with the property includes widespread anomalous gold values from surface sampling (up to 11.50 g/t, obtained by NSR) and previous diamond drilling and two strong gold soil gas hydrocarbon anomalies (1.5 km x 3.0 km and 2.0 by 2.0 km). In October 2021, a multifaceted exploration program was undertaken to define drill targets including: i) initial geological mapping; ii) prospecting; iii) rock sampling and channel sampling program; iv) property wide LiDAR survey; v) surficial (Quaternary) geological mapping; vi) orientation biogeochemical and geochemical survey; and vii) a detailed property wide helicopter magnetic survey. From August to October 2022, reconnaissance geological mapping and prospecting were carried out by NSR. Anomalous gold values up to 0.65 g/t were found in three new areas and the historic Woman River Showing was located and sampled, yielding assays up to 11.50 g/t Au. Also, grab samples from the southwestern part of the property assayed up to 0.55 g/t Au, 1650ppm Cu and 4100ppm Zn, in separate samples. These results suggest the property is prospective for both gold and base metal deposits. Consequently, ground magnetometer surveys were completed in two areas: the South Benton grid for 176.45 line km and the Mallard West grid, for 132.55 line km. In addition, 4 diamond drill holes were drilled, for a total of 853m to better understand the geology around the Ridout Deformation Zone. Although intervals of sericite and silica alteration and pyrite mineralization were encountered, no significant gold assays were returned. Option to Evolution Mining On November 6, 2023, Northern Superior announced that it had granted Evolution Mining Limited an option to acquire a 75% undivided interest in the Company's October Gold Project (the "Option") by incurring an aggregate of $7 million in expenditures and making cash payments totaling $1.1 million. Alexis Ware is a mother of two children. In 2022 she was 29 years old and is said to have had a pretty "significant" online presence and a lucrative career as a hairstylist. She had a hair studio in her home in Greenville South Carolina and had clientele from several states. It is said some traveled pretty far to keep hair appointments with Alexis. She loved her children and had a pretty good relationship with her youngest child's father, TJ Patterson. In January of 2022 TJ and Alexis were no longer together but co-parenting.
On January 30th 2022 Alexis and TJ were meeting at the 7-11 gas station on HWY 29 in Anderson County South Carolina, where they'd reportedly met often before to exchange the children. It appears that during TJ picking up the kids, they'd gotten into a conversation where Alexis was going to follow TJ and the kids in his vehicle to his mother's house from the 7-11. Alexis was driving her red Honda following them.
At around 7:30 p.m. they approach a red light and come to a stop. TJ reported that Alexis suddenly "went around him at the light and took off" No one has seen Alexis Ware or spoken to her since the evening of January 30th 2022.
According to Alexis's mother Mrs. Alberta Gray, Alexis had been getting "unwanted" phone calls from someone but she never mentioned who it was. She also had told her mother and family that she'd been being followed by a truck for weeks. Alexis Ware's 30th birthday was approaching and prior to her disappearance she'd cried and told her mother she was afraid something would happen and she would not make it to her birthday.
According to one article, and interviewing Mrs Gray, that while on the phone with Alexis on the same day she vanished she had told her mom there was "someone outside her apartment in a black truck", and then Alexis called police. When she saw the Sheriff's car leave she ran down her stairs with the kids and got in her Honda. It was not very long after that she went and met TJ to give him the kids. TJ Patterson was cleared a year into the investigation from any wrong doing.
At 8:15 p.m. on January 30th Alexis Ware's cell pinged 30 miles from the 7-11 in Anderson County. Her car was then picked up on Highway camera sometime in that evening in Augusta Georgia and then driving back into South Carolina. It was no word for a while after that and on February 2nd 2022 her car was found.
It was found covered in mud on a very rural road and was back near a deer hunting property in McCormick County 70 miles from where TJ and the kids last saw her and her cellphone and purse were in the car. Her hair bonnet that she often wore was found beside the car. The authorities did recover prints from the car but it is yet uncertain if the prints belong to Alexis. She was not on scene with her vehicle.
Loved ones believe she was abducted and is more than just a missing person. A lot of time has passed and two children are without their mother. She would have never willingly left her children according to family and friends. She had plans to move to Atlanta and open a boutique and was already saving and investing in her and her children's future. She was smart and responsible.

- Fight for time with your kids. Your kids thrive best by having a robust relationship with both parents and their families, it adds tremendous value to their lives.
- 50/50 schedule can be intimidating, but know that you're up for the task. Bless your kids with your focus and time. Remind them that they are important, loved by you, and you want to spend as much time with them as you can.
Kids feel loved when you spend your time and energy on them. If you need to, use the courts to create a temporary parenting agreement that provides the schedule that you prefer. Most states have a 50-50 custody standard. - Hire two professionals immediately. 1st the best lawyer you can find. Interview your lawyer personally. if they're not willing to fight for you, get a new lawyer that will. 2nd an even better therapist. You'll need to deal with the layers of grief and loss associated with your divorce. Also, you want to begin the process of rebuilding yourself. Looking into somatic therapy techniques like IFS and EMDR. They can be real miracle workers. Psychologytoday.com has a directory of therapist and search filters with different therapy modalities like IFS and EMDR.
- Remember, Divorce is about money and the kids. This person is no longer your lover. It's real street fight. Use a password manager to change passwords to all accounts.
- Be proactive. If you think you can prove infidelity - document it . Even if you have to hire a private investigator. There are applications that can download all of your text history if you had a shared cellphone account. To that end, change ownership of your cell phone account ASAP.
- Financial disclosures can be painful. Just power through them they are primarily meant to intimidate and depress the higher earner. Block time during the week that is exclusively focus on it. The sooner you complete them, the sooner that phase of hazing will be done.
- Reconnect with your family and friends. You'll need them to just for social support. Join a sports league. Connection with other friends is more important now than ever.
- Be OK using dating apps just to connect and socialize with new woman. You have to begin to teach your brain that you're single again and it's OK to meet new people. To that end To that end don't rush take your time, don't rush take your time. Enjoy your freedom. Try not to rush into a another committed relationship.
- Invest in yourself. If you have hobbies turn those up. If you don't have any hobbies, find some. Pickleball can be a great way to meet new people and exercise. Join some clubs or meet ups.
- Never talk bad about your ex to your kids. Remember, they are 50% her. If you do that, they'll internalize that you're talking about some portion of them as well. It's one of the fastest way to create a divide between you and your kids.For example, if you call your ex a gold digger. The internalize that to think that they have those tendencies too.
- If you can, avoid the court system, do so. It will be cheaper in the long run. Try mediation first! if you don't like the outcome, you don't have to sign the agreement. Tell her you'll pay for 100% of the mediation fee.

Of great significance is the fact that the majority of the gold-bearing systems also have parallel systems. We were pleasantly surprised to discover so many high-grade quartz veins on the surface with 86% of them carrying gold. Mid 30s couple living in Alberta with a 1.5 yr old and a dog. I remember budgeting $6000/m for us a few years ago, pre-pandemic. I redid our budget this year based on actuals, and I was shocked we were spending so much.
Looking for pointers where we can save some to put towards saving. Our immediate goal is to be mortgage free, so any additional savings would be put towards being debt free. We have just under $200k in mortgage left at 5%.
I am sure I will get questions on the high housing costs, but we live in a 4300 sq ft place (include basement) that we bought 3 years ago. I am open to any ideas on saving on utilities or insurance or other.
