Just got accepted into Ottawa (yippee!), but I put my deposit in at Alberta (a frankly ridiculous 1k) back in early April and really only seriously considered UBC as an alternative (alas, got my R the other day). I've completely mentally committed myself to UofA, and kind of expected my Ontario apps to fizzle out, seeing as I've still got two unanswered (with one being Osgoode), but now that it's real, I'm torn. There's a TDLR if you want to skip ahead :)
Some personal context: I'm from BC, and currently intend on practicing in Vancouver, but don't want to box myself in this early in case I decide to go to Ontario instead. I'm not sure what area I want to practice in, but I'm leaning toward family or MAYBE government/politics (hence, interest in parliament), though I really don't want to put my eggs in any baskets until I've done my first year and gotten some more relevant experience. The distance is a bit daunting for both (did undergrad at UBC, within 1.5hrs of home), but my mom works with an airline so plane tickets aren't much of an obstacle--distance is distance. I only slightly lean toward Alberta because it's closer to home and I would miss my little sister a lot. Edmonton housing is also pretty cheap, but seeing as I'm coming from UBC... both places are much more comfortably priced. I don't mind the tuition difference. Really, my only qualms with UofA to begin with were the snow and small-city feel (compared to Vancouver), so seeing as Ottawa, to my understanding, is more or less the same, I'm not being tipped in either direction. I think my gut is saying Alberta, but that might just be because I've been spending the last month mentally imagining living there. I'm hoping to make a trip out to Ottawa in the next few weeks to see if I even like the campus/area.
To my understanding, UofA and UOttawa are pretty much tied in terms of academics. I'm really only considering UOttawa seeing as Ottawa houses parliament, in case I want to go into poltics/government. I feel pretty confident that I'll get a job in Van if I go to UofA, as I know a handful of people who have taken that route. I also imagine transitioning from a Van firm to an Ontario one wouldn't be super difficult if I have enough experience/capability. I guess I'm just wondering if UOttawa has any practical advantage over UofA. From what I've seen, UofA has a more holistic curriculum, while Ottawa focusses in on current sociopolitical concerns, like environmental, Indigenous, etc law.
Additionally, if by some bizarre stroke of luck Osgoode likes my PS and accepts me, would it be wisest to pick them over UofA and UOttawa? I'm also waiting on Queen's, but it doesn't have the same pull Ottawa has for me (i.e., parliament), but if you think it would be better than UofA, I'd love to hear about it. Also, I'm waiting for USask, so if you have a compelling reason for why they're better than everyone else and I should hope for the A, fire away, haha.
Sorry for being long-winded! Just want to give as much context as possible. It's so annoying that making this choice now pretty much shapes your careelife. But I would really appreciate some advice if you've got it, thank you :)
TL;DR - From BC, trying to pick between UofA and UOttawa, with slight lean to UofA. Hoping to practice in Vancouver as of right now. No hard preference for specialization, but an inclination toward family law. Does UOttawa have any practical/specific advantage over UofA? Additionally, if I somehow get into Oz, should I choose that overall? Feel free to sing any praises for USask or Queen's as well.

Q1 2024 AND RECENT HIGHLIGHTS

On May 7, 2024, the Company announced a $5,000 non-brokered flow through private placement (the “Offering”), the proceeds of which will be used to fund the 2024 exploration program at the PGP. The Offering will consist of 6,024,096 common shares of the Company, which qualify as "flow-through shares" within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the “FT Shares”), at a price of $0.83 per FT Share. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur in one or more tranches in or around late-May to mid-June 2024, and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Rock was introduced into the grinding circuit of the mill on March 31, 2024, and first gold-bearing ore was introduced to the mills on April 5, 2024. On April 20, 2024, first gold was poured as a part of the commissioning process. Commissioning of the processing plant at PGP is ongoing, with commercial production anticipated in Q3 2024. Two gold pours have been completed using gold recovered from the gravity circuit. Another pour from gold recovered from the carbon-in-leach (“CIL”) circuit is anticipated imminently.
On February 20, 2024, the Company closed its previously announced financing package for a total of US$50 million from Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. and its affiliates (“SRSR”) and Nebari Credit Fund II, LP (“Nebari Credit Fund II”), as described in the Company’s news release dated January 22, 2024. $13,700 of the above proceeds were used to buy back two existing 5% NSR royalties on various PGP property claims on March 15, 2024.
On February 20, 2024, concurrently with the above-noted financing package, the Company closed its previously announced bought deal private placement financing, under which the Company issued a total of 65,343,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $0.44 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of $28,751.
At the end of Q1 2024, overall construction excluding mine development was 98% complete compared with 86% complete at the end of 2023. A few remaining commissioning activities in the mill are underway. The tailing storage facility was completed and signed off by the engineer of record at the end of March 2024.
The new water treatment plant began operations in February 2024. The high-density sludge plant has been successfully commissioned and water is being treated and discharged into the environment. The moving bed bio-reactor (“MBBR”) is complete and media have been loaded into the tanks.
As of April 30, 2024, underground development totaled approximately 2,710 metres at Big Missouri and 150 metres at Premier.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT
Project financing
On February 20, 2024, the Company closed a bought deal private placement for gross proceeds of $28,751 and a financing package of US$50 million for the completion and ramp-up of PGP. The financing package consisted of a royalty restructuring and a cost overrun facility.
Construction progress key performance indicators
At the end of Q1 2024, overall construction was 98% complete, compared with 86% complete at the end of Q4 2023. With first gold having been poured on April 20, 2024 via gold recovered through the gravity circuit, the project construction is 100% complete on schedule and on the most recently provided budget of approximately C$339 million. Commissioning and ramp-up activities in the processing plant and in the mine continue towards achieving commercial production in Q3 of 2024.
Safety
The Project had no lost time injuries in Q1 2024. There was an increase in recordable injuries at the end of the quarter which in part, can be attributable to seasonal changes and the transition from construction to operations. As the Project continues its transition from construction into operations, focus has been placed on the ongoing development of standard operating procedures, in field job hazard analysis and worker training. There was a small increase in property damage reported in the quarter due in part to weather conditions and the onboarding of a significant number of new workers to the site. The re-enforcement of reporting to the operating team remains a key focus to ensure that all learnings are identified and applied to prevent re-occurrence and reflect in the future training plans. In Q2 2024, significant work will be placed to support the operational teams to begin to operate the newly constructed plant through the final stages of C4 and C5 commissioning.
Processing plant and site infrastructure
Mechanical and electrical work in the mill was substantially completed in Q1 2024 with minor associated systems and punch list items to complete. Focus has shifted to commissioning the process plant and ramp up as well as completing minor deficiencies.
Stage one of the tailings storage facility (“TSF”) raise was completed and accepted by the Engineer of Record for use. Earthworks activities in 2024 will focus on raising the spillway dam by three metres, producing material for the 2025 raise and advanced work on the Cascade Creek Diversion in preparation for the 2025 works and final completion of the diversion.
The new water treatment plant was substantially mechanically and electrically completed in Q4 2023 with some minor areas remaining. The high-density sludge circuit was commissioned in Q1 2024 and is advancing towards full ramp up. The MBBR circuit was substantially complete in Q1 2024 and will begin full commissioning as the process plant continues to deposit tailings into the TSF and feed nitrogen species into the MBBR circuit.
The site power reticulation was completed in Q1 2024. Sustaining capital works in 2024 will focus on reticulation to the Premier portal as well as the Big Missouri portal.
Mine development
Procon Mining & Tunnelling (“Procon”) a mine contractor with extensive experience in BC and the Golden Triangle continued to advance mine development at two portal areas: S1 about 9 kilometres north of the mill which accesses the Big Missouri and Silver Coin deposits, and the mill adjacent Premier Northern Light (“PNL”) portal which accesses the Premier and Northern Light orebodies. As of the end of Q1 2024, Procon had about 57 people on site, 40 of whom were miners and 10 were maintenance personnel.
At Big Missouri, Procon advanced development into several ore headings in the A zone, as well as reactivating the S1 ramp heading that goes to Silver Coin deposit. In Q1 Procon developed 936 metres at Big Missouri (258 metres in ore and 678 metres in waste, and by April 29, 2024, development advanced to 905 metres in waste and 507 metres in ore total in 2024. Including the development completed in late 2022 and late 2023, the total development to date is approximately 2,710 metres in both ore and waste. Productivities at Big Missouri have continued to improve, with availability of key equipment such as Maclean bolters being made a priority.
During Q1 2024, the geological team continued to encounter high grade material occurrences in both face sampling and probe hole drilling in multiple areas of the A zone. As previously reported, these occurrences are in or very near existing wireframes or logical extensions of wireframes. At the end of March 31, 2024, a total of approximately 30,000 tonnes of ore was mined from Big Missouri and stockpiled at Diego pit.
At PNL, Procon dealt with issues related to near surface structure and weak ground. These issues seem to have abated at the end of April, and Procon has started to make better progress as they move into the better ground conditions expected at Premier given what was seen historically. In Q1 2024 approximately 85 metres were advanced at PNL, and at the end of April this increased to approximately 150 metres as ground conditions improved.
Mining development is being advanced down into the Premier deposit for initial mining in the Prew Zone, with ore development now anticipated to begin in early Q3 2024, and initial longhole stope production following later in Q3 2024. The ramp has been strategically laid out to allow for underground drilling on the Sebakwe Zone in 2024 and will eventually connect a footwall ramp over to the 602 area at the southern end of the Premier deposit. Although progress has been slow, the quality of the resultant work with ground control and shotcrete arches has been excellent, allowing for a secure and stable ramp for the life-of-mine production to come from this area approximately 350 metres from the Premier Mill.
Recruitment
At the end of Q1 2024, total site recruitment has reached approximately 90% of the planned operational team. A key achievement was the successful recruitment for some challenging roles pertaining particularly to some of the maintenance roles, health and safety (specifically, mine rescue), and technical roles for the mine and processing area. Policies and procedures development have been ongoing throughout Q1 2024 and key documents will be rolled out in Q2 2024.
Permitting and Environmental Compliance
A Joint Permit Amendment Application (“JPAA”) was required to be re-aligned with the project completion dates and was submitted in October 2023. The JPAA underwent first round comments through February 2024 and second round comments were received in late April 2024, with our responses anticipated to be submitted in May 2024.
The air permit was received on March 25, 2024. The updated environmental permit PE-8044, including the sewage treatment facility discharge permit is anticipated to be received in late May 2024.
2024 EXPLORATION PROGRAM
Planning for the 2024 exploration program is in full swing with an anticipated start date in late June. There are several areas on the properties that will be targeted by new drilling. Near the Premier mill, several drill holes have been planned around the Prew and Sebakwe zones of the Premier deposit. The new holes will complement the existing drill pattern at Prew and test induced polarization geophysical anomalies from last year’s survey.
Additional drill holes have been planned for the Big Missouri deposit where underground development is rapidly providing access to different parts of the deposit. The new holes will be designed for resource conversion and mine plan addition at this deposit. Specific new drill targets have been identified at the Day Zone on the western edge of the deposit, where geophysical anomalies seem to outline previously untested mineralization along strike of known ore zones.
Additional exploration drill holes are targeting a large geophysical anomaly to the west of the Dilworth deposit that extends surface showings to the north onto Ascot’s PGP property. This target has a large strike extent and may require drilling over more than one exploration season.
The Company anticipates a drill program of between 15,000 and 20,000 metres distributed over the areas described above. The program will require utilization of two drill rigs into late September or early October 2024.
FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31, 2024
The Company reported a net loss of $6,208 for Q1 2024 compared to $7,589 for Q1 2023. The lower net loss for the current period is primarily attributable to a $2,170 decrease in the loss on extinguishment of debt and a $1,196 decrease in financing costs, partially offset by increases in other expense categories.
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
As at March 31, 2024, the Company had cash & cash equivalents of $47,028 and working capital deficiency of $33,030. The working capital deficiency is caused by an estimated $23,024 as the current portion of the deferred revenue only to be settled with future production from the Project and the $25,180 value of the Convertible facility, which is classified as current due to the lender’s right to exercise the conversion option at any time at a variable exercise price. Excluding these non-cash current liabilities, working capital was $15,174. In Q1 2024, the Company issued 67,807,135 common shares, 10,164,528 warrants, and granted 110,000 stock options and 28,667 Deferred Share Units. Also, 100,766 stock options expired or were forfeited, 24,427 Restricted Share Units were forfeited, and 99,039 stock options, 137,533 Deferred Share Units and 158,726 Restricted Share Units were exercised in Q1 2024.
MANAGEMENT’S OUTLOOK FOR 2024
In 2024, the Company will transition from the construction of the mine and related infrastructure to the operation of the entire site and becoming a gold producer. Despite the challenges associated with this transition, there are many opportunities for the Company to grow and create value.
The key activities and priorities for 2024 include:

Making health and safety a priority in the commencement of operations
Completing the commissioning of the process plant
Completing the access ramp and starting the mine production at the Premier deposit
Continuing to expand the mine production and development at the Big Missouri deposit
Shipping and selling of gold doré
Advancing the exploration and infill drilling program on the numerous opportunities to increase resources
Compliance with the environmental requirements of the site and making sure water treatment and the tailings management facility operate as designed
Successfully transition from a mine developer to a mine operator

I'm trying to make the spiritual successor to Xwing for 90s DOS everyone craved, but Lucas Arts never delivered. I was also inspired by Wing Commander Privateer who's title led me to imagining building a giant fleet by buying more and more ships and making friends.
It has a bunch of bugs but these will be fixed in a week or two. It's still pretty fun and a base by which a HUGE HUGE potential WOW killer will be made on. fairly long patch notes of a subset of what I plan on doing in the future are at the bottom.

I'm exhausted... I spent close to a year on this patch... And the last 3 months was nothing but sleep, code, sleep, code, body necessities, balanced against being stress sick, normal sick, and trying not to break down due to being isolated non stop working... About 2000 hours in this patch alone, on top of 10,000 hours in the past 6 years before that, and I use an anthology of game resources that took me 20,000 hours to make. There's some bugs due to Unity compiling standalone improper from editor, but they'll be fixed, as well as the story line not in... I certainly wouldn’t do it for such paltry amounts of money. (i.e., anything less than $1,000 per victim.)
I certainly wouldn’t choose high school & college students as my “target audience” to scam, considering that most people without college degrees have abysmally low annual incomes. Why choose low-income victims when it would be much more profitable to target high-income, high-net-worth individuals earning at least six figures a year? I have knowledge in business consulting, and I promise you that a business owner would be a MUCH more lucrative mark than a low-income college student.
I wouldn’t choose such a time & energy-draining method of scamming people. Also, communicating back and forth with potential clients is an absurdly long time sink since only less than 10% of all potential clients who reach out to me actually become paying clients of mine. This means that 90% of my time communicating with potential clients ultimately proves to be a colossal waste of my irretrievable time & energy.

2024.05.13 21:40 DarkNerdRage Pathfinder: Isn't quite meta, but makes many weapons really fun to play (I tried a lot of them)

TLDR: Pathfinder is viable with a TON of weapons, even some of those that aren't normally viable. It makes it interesting, and more importantly, fun to play. Three hard points, and a diverse set of viable weapons, make the bot (if you can get it) F2P friendly.
Pathfinder has been out a number of weeks now. While it is very strong, it doesn't replace the top of the meta. It is very comfortably in the A tier somewhere. The very big issue with pathfinder, is that it requires a certain amount of conservative play to gain hunter stacks. This game rewards aggressive play and punishes conservative play. It's the same issues that snipers have. While you absolutely can have a hell run in them, at the end of the day, it may not be contributing to wins.
However......
If you like tinkering around with a lot of weapons (like me) or have suboptimal weapons to play on it, Path finder is very good at making weapons that require careful play look good. Case in point:
OP, P2W, Broken Punisher T. Not UE punisher T, the tier 1, comes free with your bot Punisher T
It is incredibly difficult to get a living legend with Punisher T family. They usually don't do enough damage fast enough to secure the kills.

What about them?
Here are the weapons I have tried them with Pathfinder, and a rating I give for how effective it is on Pathfinder.
Punisher T - B tier. The best platform to run punisher class weapons on. Even better than Typhon (my gold standard), Dagon, or Fenrir. Dirt cheap to acquire, and the cheapest tier to upgrade. Punishers do way too much damage for what they are, and overperform.
Taran - C Tier. Could be a skill issue on my part, but I could not get these weapons to work. They did ok, and wasn't terrible, but I thought Punisher T outperformed them.
Storm - F Tier Not even pathfinder can save these weapons. Hard Pass.
Igniters (the regular ones) - C tier. I normally like flames but struggled to get it going on Pathfinder. Perhaps there is secret sauce out there I haven't figured out.
Hussar - B Tier (possibly higher). Played as a joke suggestion from Discord. I did so well with them, that I am going to build a fourth and put it on Typhon for additional testing. I think these are sleeper weapons at the moment. When I checked the Wiki, they have been buffed 5 times. The 600m range pairs nicely with its abilities, and the do surprising amount of damage.
Skadi - B Tier, maybe B-. One of the better bots for ice noodles, but not good enough that people should go out of their way to upgrade a set. Fun to play though.
Weber A- Tier. I hate sniping. But I need to give credit where credit is due. Intelligent use of the Track skill can push these weapons bonuses into the 200% + range with certain builds. Combined with shield breaker and ability to ignore defense systems, make this possibly the best One Shot One Kill bot in the game right now.
Ultimate Pulsar A- Tier. I want to like pulsars and their UE versions, but really don't. However, I can squeeze good performance out of UE Pulsar, enough so that this is one of the few bots that I enjoyed running them on.
Hazards - A tier. 600m range matches perfectly with its ability. Shield breaking mechanics and a lock down allows you to nail all nine shots. It kills swiftly and allows hunter stacks to accumulate quickly. Best platform to run Hazards on.
Mace A tier. Mace does a lot of damage, and only one or two stacks does enough bonuses to push mace into a disgusting level of damage output. Highly recommended.
Razdor A- Tier. The ability to curve your shots allows for an easier time to secure hunter stacks. Once you get a few stacks, the damage output switches from DPM to DPS weapons, and it becomes eyebrow raising. The lock down, and shield breaking ability makes securing kills from a safe place makes for a good strategy.
Jaw - D tier. The fire rate and reload on this weapon is a BIG liability for pathfinder, not worth playing.
Yeoje C - tier. It does a lot of damage until you overheat. Then it sputters along. I struggled getting hunter stacks with this and made it very hard to take advantage of the damage bonuses.
Fainter B+ tier. Fainter normally sucks, it has a HORIBBLE magazine. That being said, Pathfinder does what it does, and makes a trash weapon look good. I actually rank these S tier for fun. Smart use of the abilities allows for Fainters to do massive damage.
Shatter A- tier. You need to play carefully to manage these weapons with Pathfinder's abilities. However, once charged, it's nasty. (Side note, these weapons are still good on a number of bots)
Chione A+ tier - These weapons are weird. Their super inaccurate past 350m, but very good at brawling ranges, which is odd for a 600m rocket weapon. If you play to the 350M Range, the damage out pit is outstanding.
UE Orkan S tier - IMO, one of the best builds to run on it. The incredibly fast reload, and burst damage, allows Pathfinder to survive in early game close encounters more so that it would with other weapons. This allows for quick hunter stacks, and the ability to output all of the damage in beautiful UE explosions.
Weapons on the list to try (And if anyone has feedback, let me know): Cryos(I made hem work on leech), Wasps (I loathe to bring out weapons with a 12 second reload), Venom ( the bonuses shouldn't apply to the dot), Havocs, Labrys, Scourge, Shocktrains, Vortex, and sigh.....Molot T.

We are Midnight Sands— a small FC founded by a group of cross-game friends who have come to call The Source our home. We started as the wow guild Ember Sands but have since expanded into a true gaming community. No matter what game we play, we have a great time playing with great friends and are looking for more to join us here in FFXIV.
Although we might have met in wow, in FFXIV we have people of all skill levels ranging from seasoned vets to fresh sprouts and have been spending this time before Dawntrail experiencing everything the game has to offer. We have recently pushed through pandaemonium savage prog and with that taste of end-game, we are absolutely stoked to hit the ground running on launch. Our statics are still taking shape and we hope to have several going strong once we all finish the new MSQ.
But beyond end-game content, we all just love playing this game together. We’ve gone back and run old raids and extreme trials, both synced and unsynced. We run maps, do our rolos, go clubbing and everything in between. We also have a beautiful house in Lavender Beds with a fantastic herd of loporrit attendees.
We’re not a giant FC and have no desire to be. We recruit for people, not for numbers so those we have all make a big impact. We are comfortably active and have people on most times through a variety of time zones. It’s not uncommon to find people chilling in voice coms just looking to chat and hang out. We even have a strong Work From Home community for all those daytime warriors.

2024.05.13 20:59 Bad-North What is the perfume/cologne that I smell on almost everyone?

Shot in the dark here but Im looking for the name of whatever scent I noticed all around the city.
Everytime I used SkyTrain I could smell it, but could never pinpoint where/who it was coming from. I also noticed it passing people on the sidewalk, and in crowded stores.
I'm bad at describing scents but it was deep and sweet, but also musky. It wasnt sanitizer or a 'fresh/clean' smell at all. If you've smelled Stetson original cologne its very similar.
Ive smelled it sparsely in the past but it seemed like every third person in Vancouver wore it.
During my visit I even asked an employee at a busy bath and body works store if she could help me find a similar one, and she knew exactly what I was talking about but didnt know the name of it. I settled on something close to what I wanted but it's nothing compared to whatever mystery scent I'm truely looking for.

New to Reddit... please forgive any faux-pas.
Married male here, both of us in late 50s. We moved to a new state maybe 3 years ago, and we really do not have any local friends. I've seen other posts here on Reddit and links to articles that talk about ways to "get out and meet other couples"; Book clubs, Pub Trivia nights, Social Groups, etc.
I guess that's part of the (our) challenge which is: we don't go out and do much. The things that we would be doing to *meet* people would be things we would not want to do once we were friends with one or more couples. We are home-bodies... like to watch movies or play games from home, or the others' home.
It's tough to find fellow "sticks in the mud" when we don't get out. I struck out in finding any online communities or websites geared towards couples finding other couples. Oh, and most of you may already know this, but... NO... "Adult Friend Finder" is not what it sounds like.... heheheh. Not shaming any of you that are happily "open" or "swinging"... more power to ya...!
Honestly, I don't expect to actually find a helpful answer since most of the "problem" is the fact that we're not around other couples out doing things. I am fully prepared to hear back that we are "Sh*t outta luck" unless we go out and engage with the general public.
It would be so much easier to have a website that we can put our interests in... our do's and don'ts... likes and dislikes... and meet platonic couples like that... anyhow... I guess I'll sit back and watch my first post either collect dust... or tell me the inevitable "you gotta get out there" mantra. :D

(TSXV: IPT) (OTC Pink: ISVLF) (FSE: IKL) ("IMPACT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it is amending and increasing its previously announced non-brokered private placement from $6,200,000 to gross proceeds of up to C$8,200,000 (the "Offering") due to increased investor interest.
The revised financing has been increased to $5,000,000 from the sale of 18,518,518 units (the "Standard PP Units") at a price of C$0.27 per Standard PP Unit, up from the original proposed $3,000,000 and 11,111,111 Standard PP Units. Hello! Is anyone hiring at all? I always see people saying they are hiring but when I apply, I get no response. I've worked in kitchens, worked at that god forsaken walmart, and I am a freelance artist! I even graduated from Vanarts with honours. (Vancouver institute of media arts)

I have a waist level finder that works fine. I am curious about adding a prism finder. Do people how have both prefer one over the other? I find a few of my photos with waist level finder are slightly tilted up but nothing too big. I’m generally in good focus.
If I am considering a prism finder, is it worth spending a bunch more to get model 2? It def looks lighter but seems bigger. Also the angles seem diff.

Hey all,
30f, dink with a partner in a similar situation. 250kish invested in indexes nw after saving aggressively for the past few years and living very lean. I saved more than 50% of my gross yearly. I'm starting a new job in vancouver, making 90k. My apartment will be 30% of my net. I'll odvi do the 5% RRSP match my work has, but I keep looking at retirement trackers calculators and I'm wondering if I need to save aggressively anymore. With the massive cost of living jump ( I was paying like 7% of my gross towards housing before the move), I'm worried about how much I will realistically be able to save. nothing north of 30%, but hopefully enough to max out my RRSP.
I've spiritually given up on housing and kids as both seem unattainable, but if I don't touch that nest egg, all the calculators indicate I can retire on it, given I keep working. Have any of you done something like that? I think it's barista fire or something like that, but I wanted to ask actual people what their experience was like. Thanks!
