Sorry if this question has been answered before already. I'm trying to learn the concepts in depth. So experienced reddit users of astrology, please clarify.
How do we decide the nature of a matter signified by a house? By the planets placed in it or by the placement of the dispositor? For example, the 7th lord Saturn is in the 12th house of Gemini and yogakaraka Mars is exalted in the 7th house of Makara. How do we judge the matters signified by the 7th house (desires, marriage, associations with people, nature of spouse etc.) here? The native is Cancer ascendant obviously. Mars being exalted is stronger than Saturn (side note: Saturn here is in Adhimitra rasi). So does that mean the wife will be beautiful for the native (BPHS says mars in 7th gives a wife with excellent breasts) or since the dispositor saturn is weak, the native will struggle to form relationship with partner, since 7th lord saturn in 12th can give some detachment, spirituality and introverted nature?
Subsequently, if someone could tell the nature of the spouse for the native would be having and her personality. (Supposing there is no denial of marriage. I'm pretty sure there is no denial of marriage here because exalted Jupiter is aspecting Makara for the native having a very strong dhrma karmadhipathi yoga).

I.e., Lord of 3rd House Sun is coinjoined with the lord of the 6th house Ketu (Co-lord of Scorpio) in 3rd house.
