TL;DR basically I updated to a new bios and disabled fTPM and had to downgrade to older bios for stability reasons and now fTPM is gone as an option but still says it’s using tpm. And I can’t figure out if my mb has a tpm chip or if I’m going crazy. Please read full write up. It explains it in much better detail.
So yesterday I saw that there was an update for the bios of my MB. So I went through the step and flash it to 2.08. But before I did this a message appear and said ya know if you use bitlocker disable it or get recovery keys. Below that was a message about disabling fTPM. Ya know the whole might cause an error issue if you don’t. So I didn’t disable it or disable secure boot and I don’t use bit locker. Proceeded with the update. Update was successful restarted and boot to windows. After a few hours I noticed my processor fans were kicking up and down depending on what I was doing and it was odd. Before it didn’t do that.
So I went into the bios, I forgot after bios updates it goes back to default setting. So I went through every setting including my ram settings and turned on EXPO etc. booted back into windows, keep in mind PBO is disabled. Same result processor wattage and fans kicking up like PBO is enabled. (Ryzen 9 7900) non X.
So I was like well whatever maybe it’s just an update thing and something is working better. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I jumped into HELLDIVERS2 played 6 missions. All crashing before completing the mission or a variety of 10 to 30 minutes after join mission. Like almost extracting and game crashes to desktop. It didn’t do this before hand. So I was like well maybe there is something wrong with my drivers. So I spent hours uninstalling drivers with DDU and chipset drivers etc etc. strangely enough no matter what I did Adrenaline software just wouldn’t work right and then it disappeared from my taskbar. After thinking it was fixed I tried disabled some settings thinking it was a gpu issue. Worked great. Until it crash again in a mission after 20 minutes. Then read about how helldivers2 is buggy anyways and random crashes are happening with all AMD systems anyways. So I was like ok Helldivers isn’t a good game to test this with. So I downloaded prime95. Ran a torture test. No system crash. I was like ok. We might be goood. It’s not system it’s game. So I went into WoW and started playing. After 10 minutes of flying around in intensive areas boom a crash to desktop happened. Now said wtf is going on. Ran torture test on gpu and cpu and no crashes. But multiple games crashing randomly. WoW has never crash once since the last 2 years I’ve played. Not once. So i now I knew I have an issue somewhere. So it was late and I said well I have a system image backup.
So I started the system recovery with the system image only for all hard drives overnight. Woke up started playing helldivers2. Everything seemed fine. But then it started crashing this time it took 2 missions completed before it did. So I was like idk maybe this is just a software bug in HD2. So I went back into wow crashed again. I was like wtf man. I recovered the computer back to last known stability state. So now I’m like hmm. What changes did I do that would cause this. And then I suddenly remember as if I never did it to begin with the bios update from 2.02 to 2.08. So I went in search of how to downgrade my bios.
My system is a new build maybe been up a month if that. ASROCK B650 PG LIGHTING, Ryzen 9 7900 non X, Radeon 7800xt, 32GB g.skill x5 flair. From what I read I can instant flash back the bios the same way I upgraded it. So I double checked to make sure this was a possibility. And started the process. Got into bios and clicked instant flash. The same box came up this time and said hey bitlocker lada lada lada. And below that disable fTPM to make sure the update is successful. Now this time I clicked out of went into cpu config. And disabled fTPM. No other boxes or suggestion popped up just disabled restarted and renters bios. Started the downgrade. It finished said successful. After reboot I went into bios and changed my RAM setting and everything back to what it was. I did however notice PBO was set on AUTO by default. And in 2.08 it was set to disabled. Yet with 2.08 it wasn’t because it cause my wattage and fans to kick up.
So I took note of that and restarted after setting everything back to what I remember I had it at. Booted into windows. And started testing games helldivers2 played 2 missions successfully no crashes just like it was when I installed it. Played wow for about an hour. Trying very hard to do crazy stuff in the game to stress it to crash. No crash. Ran prime95 again no crash. Keep in mind I also reimagined hard drive so it was put back to last known stable state. So I was like FINALLY. I have a stable system again. YAY. As far as I can tell the only major change was downgrading my bios back to prior version and then putting system back to when that bios was also in place. Now for the problem. lol all that just to give context so you understand what I’ve been through figuring this out. I remember disabling fTPM. I was like ok I’ll go reenable that again. Load up the bios and it’s no where to be seen. Secure boot and all that is enabled and it says TPM 1.3/2.0 is enabled under an auto setting and it detects a version 2.0 firmware TPM that it’s using. But the option for fTPM is gone I don’t see it anywhere. Under device selection it only has 1.2 1.3 2.0 and auto. Auto is selected. But no fTPM. I search for help on where to find it. And this is exactly where it says it should be under CPU config. Buts it’s not it’s gone. Windows 11 boots fine. Using tpm.msc it says TPM is ready for use and it has AMD and version numbers etc in windows. But I see no where in bios it’s using fTPM like it did before I started all this garbage. And idk how to find it or enabled it. Or even if I should enable it or just leave it alone since it’s booting.
If the system said to disable fTPM before the update which when I downgrade I did that time. The first upgrade to 2.08 I didn’t I just updated and left everything alone.
As far as stability wise it seems everything is back to normal except fTPM as far as I can tell is gone in bios settings. How do I reenable fTPM after I did the bios downgrade it said to disable. It’s obviously using some sort of TPM. I know my motherboard has a TPM SPI header. But does that mean it also came up the module chip built in? Or is it just the header with open pins to plug in a 3rd party chip? It’s a new MB manufacture in the past year. I can’t find any info on if the MB actually has a TPM chip or if it’s just the ability to plug one in. I mean the bios and windows both say I’m using TPM 2.0 with AMD being the manufacturer, it doesn’t say ASROCK as the TPM manufacturer. Can someone please help me understand wtf is going on and tell me if my mb has the chip, how to reenable fTPM and why it showed up before I disabled it and now it’s not but yet still show firmware present in windows and the bios but not fTPM but TPM 2.0. I’m confused and it’s driving me crazy why I can’t find it either. Thank you.

Ich möchte mir demnächst mein (richtiges) erstes Auto zulegen, nachdem ich einige Jahre mit dem Golf 3 meiner Mutter rumgetuckert bin. Ich suche nach einem Auto, an dem man relativ gut selbst Hand anlegen kann um mich mit Automechanik etwas vertrauter zu machen (ohne direkt eine ganze Werkstatt zu benötigen), und mit dem man auch gerne mal etwas erleben kann. Schließlich fahre ich im kommenden Erasmus-Semester nach Skandinavien, und die Fahrt dorthin als Roadtrip durch die Länder wäre super, und in den kommenden Semesterferien plane ich auch diverse Reisen durch Europa. Auch bin ich Fan von kultigen Autos, und da zieht es mich zu so etwas wie einem W123, W124 oder Lada Niva. Mit letzterem bin ich schonmal gefahren, aber allzu oft plane ich dann doch nicht durch Stock und Stein zu fahren.
Wo ich das gerade aufschreibe, fällt mir auf, dass ich mir genau die Rostprobleme schlechthin wohl rausgesucht habe; vielleicht sagt ihr ja auch, dass es nicht so schlimm ist, wenn man beim Kauf drauf achtet, oder ihr habt noch andere Ideen!
Könntet ihr mich da vielleicht ein bisschen beraten, bejahen, oder andere Vorschläge liefern? Darüber wäre ich super dankbar! Liebe Grüße aus Potsdam!

Hey guys, I am at the nameless puppet, I can't find a way to beat him. So I will share my build and maybe you could give tips on how to tweak it.
MY ISSUE: I can't take down the phase 2 of the nameless puppet
I CAN easily take out the phase 1 with 8 or 10 of Pulse cells left for phase 2
35 percent of the second phase Health bar.
I am at level 87 with 20 Health, Vigor and Capacity 24Motivity 35Technique 6Advance
As for the weapon, I am using: Trident of the covenant +5 with a technical handle(Kinda like my ace weapon)
Other weapons include: 1)Electric coil stick + Acidic crystal handle +10 2)Acidic crystal + it's handle +10 (used it to take down Simon using advanced build) 3)Two Dragon Sword +4 (never managed to take anyone significant down with it)-skill issue 4)Holy Sword of the Ark +3(got me through some parts of the game but kinda suck at using it properly)
As for the legion arm I am using Aegisfully upgraded
As for the Amulets: 1)Patience amulet/ Assassin's amulet 2)Carrier's amulet/ Leaping amulet 3)Puppet destroyer's amulet 4)Iron wall amulet/ Blue guardianship amulet

UPDATE: I DEFEATED THE PUPPET JUST NOW!!!!

So here is a my nameless puppet build
I will list down the changes that helped me beat him.
5.Legion -Aegis fully upgraded
6.Defense parts -LADA F350 Frame -Behold Superior insulation converter -LADA disruption cartridge(changed) -LADA fiber-reinforced liner
Upper belt: JUST the Pulse cells Lower belt: Legion magazine, Sharp pipe, shot put Extra bag: Thermite, Throwing cell, Acid, Grenade
My advice. Don't be afraid. It is not your death. He pauses in between. Survive and exploit the opening.
It had 10 Pulse cells. I rarely used more than 2 for the 1st phase thanks to Aegis shield and Trident. I could easily clear the first stage within a min.
Dodging helped a lot during second phase
A huge heath bar is mandatory if you are as bad as me at parry, as it will give you a chance to heal up and exploit it's pauses.
It pauses after a fatal attack, most times we miss this window as we....are dead.
Could I beat him again like this? Hell no Some of my actions were subconscious and reflexive The only take aways are, don't be sacred, don't get greedy and DODGEEEE!!(tfs reference :p)

My advice. Don't be afraid. It is not your death. He pauses in between. Survive and exploit the opening.
It had 10 Pulse cells. I rarely used more than 2 for the 1st phase thanks to Aegis shield and Trident. I could easily clear the first stage within a min.
Dodging helped a lot during second phase
A huge heath bar is mandatory if you are as bad as me at parry, as it will give you a chance to heal up and exploit it's pauses.
It pauses after a fatal attack, most times we miss this window as we....are dead.
Could I beat him again like this? Hell no Some of my actions were subconscious and reflexive The only take aways are, don't be sacred, don't get greedy and DODGEEEE!!(tfs reference :p)

Ich suche nach einem Auto welches perfekt ist um daran selbst rumzubasteln und was nicht extrem teuer ist. Es ist nicht allzu wichtig das es Tüv bekommt. Genauer gesagt suche ich ein Auto das noch nicht zu 80% aus Elektronik besteht und bei dem es relativ leicht Teile selber austauschen. Bis her kamen für mich folgende Modelle in den Sinn: VW Käfer Typ 1, Lada Niva 4x4 und Ape 50.
P.S: Erfahrung im schrauben an Autos habe ich keine Praktische jedoch habe ich mir ein mittelmäßiges Wissen über Mechanik und Motoren.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop in and provide a final update. I finally found a doctor who would take me in on short notice. I told her about my UC visit and gave her all of my blood sugar levels i had taken from saturday to monday. I got my finger pricked and had my A1C tested (10.7) 😖 100% diabetic.
She diagnosed me with diabetes, specifically T1.5 (i’m pretty sure that’s the numbers, she said type 1 and a half)
I got put on Metformin, and in three months i have a ton of testing. here’s the list: CBC with auto differential Comprehensive Metabolic Panel A1C test Lipid Panel Microalbumin/Creatinine urine ratio
After speaking to many of you i also asked my doctor for C-peptide testing and LADA screening.
As of now i have no clue if my insurance will cover LADA screening or C-peptides. I called them but nobody would give me an answer.

ich brauche zwecks neuem Job in ein paar Monaten ein neues Auto. Aktuell fahre ich Fahrrad oder bei miesem Wetter auch mal mit meinem Lada zur Arbeit. Zukünftig fahre ich jedoch so circa 5.000km pro Jahr und so sehr ich den Lada mag, dafür wünsche ich mir mehr Komfort.
Zu meinen Wünschen: Ich hätte gerne einen Kombi, Allrad und möchte das Auto neben dem Arbeitsweg als Zugmaschine nutzen (habe Pferde). Sonst wäre mir noch Automatik wichtig.
Ich habe mich jetzt mal ein bisschen durch gegoogelt und bin auf den Subaru Outback gestoßen, finde den ansprechend habe aber mit dem Hersteller keinerlei Erfahrung.
Haut doch einfach mal raus was ihr mir zu Subaru und dem Outback so erzählen könnt. Ich bin natürlich auch offen was andere Hersteller und Modelle angeht.

The minus 200 from the wolf guy is really cool in combination w the 400 from the skill and 700 from gravity dragon. You can't attack with level 7 effect monsters when you use the skill, but even so I had been running 1 Dragias 1 phoenix 1 Torna at first. Just to try to mitigate going against people who are setting 3 guys and stalling. But I think just 2 Torna is better. You only need 7 tribute monsters for the skill but I use 8, I don't think it matters but I like how it feels with 8. The biggest problem for me is the dragonic resonance skill because if they increase their level and atk the dance princess trap doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure if red eyes ever gets more cards in rush but I would welcome it, and I hope I can still get some spicy win streaks in stage 2. |

(u/smartazz104 in the comments states that this also works in JELOS too) Russ' PortMaster guide on RGC is a bit out of date on PortMaster setup IMHO, so here are my quick notes on how to configure it and add more fun games onto your RGB30. Install the new PortMaster GUI app (screenshot above). If you've previously used the old DOS based GUI for PortMaster, you'll love this app a ton more as it shows a bunch of game info before you install the game ports.
