So, here i am.
My story with Tinnitus.
When i was in my late 20s, i went to a new years party and all exited because free alcohol, people and fun.
Though it went somewhat downhill as i drank too much and kind of everything. So i was really drunk when we went outside and watched others to the fireworks.
Big booms here and there and sometime after i went to bed.
Next day, i think i was sleeping really long. Did i skipped a day? Maybe. I don't remember but what i remember was that i woke up with sound in my ear.
It was scary. It wouldn't stop. Since it was far away from any doctor, i waited until i could drive home.
This is when i realized that i wouldn't go away. And it is the start when i went from doctor to doctor and i was told, there isn't anything that could be done. Again that was over 35 years ago.
I got some pills that were of herbal nature. Didn't work. Sleeping was a challenge. One ear made a sound like water rushing through a pipe, the other was more faint but both with high frequency. I did the next best thing. I drank wine. It helped to find sleep but i realized i couldn't drink myself to sleep every night but at the same time it was part of my pattern.
The first two years where the roughest i had until i made peace with it. Having an illness no one can see, is hard. Not everyone believes you but i managed to live on. I learned that others had it much worst.
At one point i seen my file at the doctors office with the word suicidal danger or something similar.
I realized that others may taken their lives because of that condition. How blessed i was if there is any form of blessing. I read a lot at that time and found out that there are a lot of famous people that got struck by the same illness.
It made me realize that it isn't the end but that you can live your life somehow and function in the world. When i was at places that were really silent at night, i was frightened because all of the sudden it was something i couldn't process anymore. Silence but my beeping that never turned off.
So i had a radio play at night. Or something else that makes some noise.
30 or so years later, i am still here but the hope that there would be a cure has fated.
There isn't, maybe never will be.
So i had to always try to go on somehow. There were some instances that i should mention. One was, when i showered to hot. No pun.
For some reason, after that, i was hearing my pulse very intensely. I went to the hospital but they couldn't find anything. It went eventually away but since then i don't shower too hot anymore.
The other was, when i went to a doctor that specializes on ears and was told i need an operation of my ear channel. I didn't do it because i didn't want to lose my hearing and i didn't understand why that was needed.
Time passed quick. The worst for me personally is, that i got more of a loner. The joy of life went always because of always hearing this shitty sound.
I married wrong, looking at a divorce at the moment and feel my life is kind of over. Ok, very dramatic but i feel my life is not as i was hoping for.
Through all that time i kept smoking and i know, not healthy but it helped me to cope. I am not an alcoholic but like to drink a glass.
It made me value time and concentrate on things that are to me important. I still love music and i pop in the head-buds. Though more moderately.
Today, i have always some sound when i go to sleep. But there are time i can also sleep without a sound.
I think looking back insomnia was one issue because finding sleep was not easy. I just hope it won't get worst.
One thing i have to cope sometimes is stress which makes it louder and the fact that i can't do some things like concerts. Though i was told by a person to consider singers ears when going out. I haven't bought it yet but will give it a try.
Well, thats my story. Maybe you see yourself in it or just like to hear how it was for someone else. I hope your journey will be better.
I like to read your story.

My friend was sent home from the hospital under hospice care. The hospital inserted an Aspira Drainage Catheter for her malignant ascites. The drain itself leaks around the incision. A hospice nurse was doing the actual drain bag yesterday after removing her sopping dressings, and we could watch beads of fluid roll down her tummy.
Is this just something we need to live with? It bothers my friend because it keeps her gown wet and she thinks it is gross, and she is sleeping on a terry cloth towel over chucks, which she finds uncomfortable. Any advice?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant. Baby normally doesn't have a well established wake-sleep pattern,but today it's something else. Baby hasn't moved since the morning. I tried everything -food, ice cream, poking, playing loud music. She wiggled twice maybe but that's it. What should I do? Wait for a couple of hours and go to the hospital?
I'm ftm so I don't know how to react.

Speculation: Not sure about this one other than the family in Ozark were right on the line of legality when it came to what they were doing, essentially they were money laundering and in the end it cost them their family. Description: This is the epic reveal in fight club and DFV has replaced a lot of the words. In the original scene, if you haven't watched fight club, the main protagonist has put the pieces together to realise that he himself is actually the same person as the other protagonist in the film and it was him alone that accidentally setup a sort of movement against the financial elite. In this clip DFV plays off the two characters between DFV and Roaring Kitty.
Speculation: Roaring Kitty was the twitter handle and Youtube profile for Keith Gill where he would speculate on the stock because he just loved doing it. DFV was the reddit handle where he is associated to that other sub i can't mention here but you know where i mean. I think that DFV is saying that what started as a fun speculation of the stock became something bigger than himself with his other channel in DFV on reddit. Now the wheels have moved and in the film it ends with the financial institutions being blown up, perhaps something similar metaphorically is already in place right now. It's actually a great analogy from DFV about his situation.

Speculation: I certainly don't understand even a little of what is going on with the stock, but you can still have a feel for what is happening with the stock and it feels good right now even with the dip. Could be something to do with inverse hedging but don't know enough about that to speculate.

Speculation: The scene where Neo fights Morpheus is really the first time we start to see Neo believe in his ability to be the chosen one but also understand the power being able to beat the matrix. With the Alice in Wonderland it's about seeing how far the rabbit hole goes, things will get more crazy for sure and we are going to find out just how deep this goes.

Trigger warning- hospital stories I am looking for validation through strangers once again as I think it will help me advocate for myself in real life. I’m talking to my therapist about this soon too no therapy advice please. So as of about a month ago I 21f was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma (yes cancer, so sad, so young, let’s not focus on that part for the sake of this post.) This diagnosis comes with a bunch of medical testing and a few procedures to pretty much assess how bad this shit is. I was uneasy knowing this as I have severe trust issues with anyone I am specifically told to trust (parents, teachers, doctors) as a result from trauma.
I had a surgery about two weeks ago to get a lymph node removed on my neck. Looking back I’m pretty upset about how I was treated but I’m being made to feel unreasonable because this is how everyone is treated. I made it clear to my care team that I was nervous and uncomfortable and blatantly asked for reassurance and to have the procedure explained in detail. I made it so clear that I had to understand what was going to be happening to me. A big part was that I did not want to be naked on the table but I didn’t say that specifically because I don’t expect them to accommodate that but I thought I would be able to tell if I would be exposed at any part of the procedure based on what they had to do. I just needed to know to mentally prepare.
As I’m falling asleep I realize they’re pulling down the top part of my gown and my boobs are out in the open. I just remember essentially being like “what the fuck is that for” and then reminding myself that I have cancer and have bigger problems. I wake up laying down and I’m aware of what is going on but I’m very out of it. I open my eyes to look down and see that she once again pulled my gown down to remove the sticky heart monitor things that had been placed there before. There was a curtain next to me so the guy next to me couldn’t see but anyone coming from the front or the right would have been able to see me. The next day I’m examining myself in the mirror and I see tiny cuts around my incision and I ask then I’m told it is from some type of metal clamps used to hold open the part they were operating on. I cried about it off and on for the rest of the day of mostly frustration that I tried so hard to prevent the trigger of not knowing what is happening to me and it was all pointless. Now yesterday I found out they want to knock me out again and do a bunch more stuff all at once one of those being taking some of eggs to freeze them since there’s a 5 percent chance I’ll be infertile after this crap. But the oncologist TOLD me this is what is happening as if I literally have no say in if I’m going to get my fucking ovary cut open. Pretty much saying “might as well since we’re in there”. Like that is my organ dude it’s a big deal whether you try to gaslight me that it is or not it’s a big deal so at least let me think about it.
I’m freaking out because cancer is hard enough for a person with a normal amount of trauma but for me I just don’t know how I am going to survive if this is how I am going to be treated. He manages to say some things that often feel like muscle memory speech, like specific short sentences or certain words, but most of his speech is blurred even if he's able to keep recognizable talking patterns. He can recognize some numbers and even write them, but he cannot read and struggles a lot to imitate sounds or words.
My father is not a quick learner. He's the kind of person who would mindlessly bash his head against a block instead of trying to figure out a way around a problem. He gets some writing exercises from his therapist (she says he's doing them because he seems keen to write), but then he obsessively tries to read these words and short sentences he writes for hours with zero success.
Just to give you an example: while he was still at the hospital, the nurses gave him a sheet with different drawings of potential needs he could have (they use these for patients who struggle to talk), like the TV remote, some slippers, or even reading glasses. One day, after I tried for some time, he managed to connect those drawings to real objects, but then, instead of using the sheet, he started pointing obsessively to the same items he identified the first time he got positive feedback from me, probably trying to send me away or just get some more positive feedback.
He seems to be obsessed with memorizing stuff, with some sort of relation of 'effort -> reward' that comes after learning patterns, which, after discussing it with his rehabilitator, we agreed isn't helping at all, but is sort of conditioning him in an almost Pavlovian way.
His life has turned into a very depressive cycle: he gets up and starts writing, then tries to read that for hours. Then, mostly my mum (I live abroad but I come every time I can to spend a few weeks with him) takes him out for a walk or to help her run some errands. Then, after lunch, he tries some exercises - if we convince him to leave the writing/reading for a while, he'll go for numbers - once more and we try to help him too, but then he wants to go to bed before 6pm.
He's very depressed. He doesn't really think of anything else. He doesn't want to do anything else. He's a massive football fan, for example, but since he was diagnosed, he hasn't watched a single match, not even with me, since I've been here, and it's pretty much the only father-son activity we ever enjoyed, which is heartbreaking. My mum cries very often, and they end up arguing, so the environment is basically a feedback loop of toxicity. He also somewhat forces my mother to go to bed as early as he does, so in a way she doesn't even have any space for herself at all, which is starting to cause visible damage in her mental health too.

My friend has been in the hospital for a month now after major complications during what was originally supposed to be a fairly straightforward surgery.
She had to have a tracheostomy to help wean her from the vent. At some point the tube irritated and cut her thyroid. They stopped the bleeding but now she's feeling hot all the time even though she doesn't have a fever. Her temp was 98.5 last time they took it.
I'm in the room with her now wearing long pants thick socks, and a jacket and I'm cold. She is in a gown, barefoot, legs uncovered, has a cold wet rag on her head, 2 fans blowing on her and she's still hot.
Does this seem like it's related to her thyroid?

I tried posting this on kendrick almost a week ago and it got no response, I messaged the mods to ask about Karma restrictions or account age requirements and they never replied. I made a new account and it was the same issue, but I found out last night I wasn’t fully banned, so I figured I’d throw it up and see if anyone finds it valuable. It’s written for people who have no prior knowledge of the rap game/music business. I don’t have to go as hard on obscuring names this time. One of the influencers I mentioned in my last post is known for doxxing and threatening violence against people who mention the many contradictions in their stories. (Sorry for any typos/mistakes I want to go to bed.)
Origins
I believe the current Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef is either completely or partially fabricated by certain industry leaders or the parties involved in an effort to distract from something bigger going down behind the scenes. If you were an influential label owner facing major accusations, and you needed to deflect media attention from yourself, recreating one of the most defining moments in rap history during the social media era would be a way to do it. It also wouldn’t hurt that two of the biggest rappers in the world were already sending shots at each other in their music for years prior. The public consensus is they are simply two famous rappers who hate each other and fighting over the spot for the top like in the 90’s. Only people who were directly involved could paint a more cohesive picture of the whole story. Even when all the cards drop, there is a good chance the average person won’t be able to find direct sources on their own and will continue to support their favorite artists and dismiss any evidence of their crimes like the drizzy subreddit or Ak fans.

As I said the beef between Kendrick and Drake has been brewing in the background for years, with both rappers sending shots and sneak dissing each other over the course of at least 8 years. The most agreed upon origin story is the first diss was the 2016 Big Sean and Kendrick collaboration, “Control,” and Drake responded with, “The Language”. Things stayed relatively lighthearted for a while and both were intentionally vague for many years. Before I go deep into the Kendrick and Drake stuff, it’s really important to examine some of Drake’s prior beefs because they add a ton of context to my theory. In my opinion Kendrick and Co. started scheming all of this some time around Mid 2020-Mid 2022, well after the whole Pusha T beef had transitioned into the Kanye beef.

What exactly started the beef is debatable, but at the time many attributed it to rumors of Drake pursuing Ye’s ex Amber Rose. Unfortunately the timeline isn’t 100 percent clear, and if I included every detail this would be at least 200+ pages so I’ll stick with the important stuff. The ultimate outcome of the Pusha T battle in 2018 was the revelation of Drake’s son Adidon that he had previously been hiding from the world along with getting Ye directly involved in the beef.

Here are some more examples of Drake antagonizing Ye and of him trying to use women as pawns to get material for his diss tracks. The Drake line, “Yeah, I probably go link to Yeezy, I need me some Jesus, but as soon as I start confessin' my sins, he wouldn't believe us," could be a reference to sleeping with Kim Kardashian, trying to double down on his threats to harm him or his family, or it could be a double entendre. Another example is using the name Kiki in another song, which was apparently one of Kim’s nicknames. Some other possible examples include the theories he may have tried the same thing with Kendrick’s wife Whitney around 2020-2021 in an attempt to use as ammo against Kendrick, which I’ll go into later. I don’t listen to much of either artist's music, but there are probably many of other examples in Drake’s catalogue that I’m leaving out. There is also his song Omerta released in 2019, which I'll go into below.

(Probably referring to Kim Kardashian since she had a few pictures with her wearing diamond ankle bracelets and was trying to make it into a trend.

(There were various rumors floating around for a while that Drake was blackmailing Ye with something and he was fighting to keep it from the public. I thought about it and this line might be referencing a sex tape with Kim or her little sister who me was very touch before she turned 18. In 2022 there was a whole storyline on Kim’s show where Ye flies to LA to prevent her second sex tape from being released.)

(Sounds a lot more like it could be crypto to launder or send large amounts of ill gotten gains. It started becoming mainstream around them)

These lines stood out because they could be referring to Ye telling the public about Drake's alleged threats a couple months before the songs release. This happened not long after the release of Sicko mode which was towards the end of 2018 as well. Ye was discussing the incident on Twitter and reached out to Drake and Travis to talk to him in private. In the next set of tweets Kanye publicly accused Drake of threatening him and his family in a major way. Surprisingly Ye seemed genuinely scared and amongst his, “crazy rants,” some of the stuff he said makes a ton of sense in hindsight. This also the beginning of his second serious public struggles with Bipolar disorder after being committed in 2016 shortly after an on stage rant where he calls out Jay Z for selling out and says he's afraid he might kill him.. As someone who shares the same diagnosis, I have a pretty good understanding of mania and psychosis and firmly believe that it's important not to write people off right away due to their mental illness. Some of my most thoughtful, creative, and productive periods were inspired by mania. Industry bigwigs have also been using mental illness to discredit influential black celebrities and visionaries going back decades, but it really picked up in the 80’s.

Dave Chappelle has gone into this a lot in the past and claims he experienced something similar before he quit show business and dipped to Africa. Their stories have a lot of interesting parallels if you’re familiar or curious. I remember he actually visited Ye at his house in Wyoming after he was reported to have had a, "mental breakdown," during his presidential run in 2020 thus marking his third breakown in six years.. The reason I put it in quotes is because it happened right after he publicly accused Kim of cheating and delivered his legendary speech on abortion. Dave went as far as going on live tv and telling the public he wasn’t crazy, he was just really struggling because he was the only one at the time fighting against the narrative, which can often be a suicide mission or a ticket to obscurity. These are three examples of someone speaking up and being deemed crazy, two years later came the nazi stuff and I'm sure we'll have plenty in store for 2024.

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the very common pattern of artists dying or having their careers destroyed either after they try to leave their label or threaten to reveal industry secrets. A few more interesting industry connections I made in my research include the connections between:

T.U.G. records and J Cole's independent label Dreamville are both managed by Interscope Records, whose parent company is Universal Music Group.

Universal Music Group also hac Drake's label OvO label as well as Ye and Kendrick's old labels on their roster before they left to form their own independent labels in 2022 (around the same time the disses between Kendrick and Drake started escalating). Finally Bad Boy Records, which is owned by Diddy, and Motown Records who own Diddy's other R&B label Love Records, are also both owned by Universal. This means every label I mention is currently or was previously owned by Universal Music Group.

Ye tried for years to get out of his contract with Defjam, which happens to be ran by Jay Z who is known to be a close associate of Diddy. Jay would always used his money and power to fight against it. Ye even spoke out publicly on a few occasions, including when he said Jay Z was trying to kill him during one of his concerts. My theory is after years of getting nowhere and having his reputation skewered, in 2022 Ye finally said, "Fuck it," and dropped all the anti- Semetic stuff intentionally in a successful attempt to force his label to into using their morality clause, which requires labels to drop an artist if they're accused of any major controversy that could hurt the label’s profits. For the fourth time in four years the media reported he was having a breakdown. Even though they tried to punish him by cutting off all of his sources of income and freezing his accounts he still managed to bounce back pretty quickly. It was often reported how much he was losing, but it rarely discussed how he still was filthy rich in spite of the retrictions. His label wanted to discourage other artists from trying the same thing. My theory is he might have bought Kim or Kylie's alleged sex tape and used it for his own leverage. For Kendrick, his transition to his independent label ApLang went a lot smoother, but he had to split ownership of his new label with the previous manager owner Dave Free. Sadly it's still difficult for new or more niche artists to establish themselves without the some help.

He may be a lot of things but Ye isn’t dumb just because he has a mood disorder and the guys at the top know this, which is why I think he has really played up his diagnosis when it benefitted him. He’s still one of the most talented musicians in the game and I really think he sees his bipolar like a superpower as he says. It’s like his own invisibility cloak. He can go off his meds for a little, make an album after staying up for 72 hours, go on a “psychotic” twitter rant dropping facts throughout, then start up again once he makes enough news headlines. I think it’s worth noting the first divorce rumors in 2020 coincided with Ye’s abortion speech during his presidential run and the cheating accusations. that led to him dropping out and moving to Wyoming, and a couple months ago in February 2024 he was committed again.

The point I’m making is bipolar is complex, but pretty manageable especially if you have a ton of money to find meds that work for you and a good doctor and can keep substance abuse and stress at a manageable level. I think Ye is smart enough to know this, but it’s just safer for him to really play up the mental issues in the media. He’s proven he can literally say whatever he wants after getting cancelled and the average person is just going to write it off as psycho babble. While bias in health care is a sad fact of society, if you can use it to your advantage I say go for it. It might’ve just kept the microscope off of him long enough to plan his attack.

These first four tweets by Ye were all in reference to perceived threats made by Drake after their beef escalated circa 2018. He began speaking on the industry and talking more about his psych hospital commitment two years prior and how he thought they were going to kill him. It's pretty obvious how the whole thing was planned by the sketchy doctor who called it in and his physical trainer who has a ton of connections to weird shit involving his celebrity clients.

I found interesting that Ye might not have been the first major league rapper whose life Drake threatened. During a similar period of mental illness the up and coming rapper XXXtentacion accused Drake of stealing his flow and dissed him a few times. Not long after he made a post online saying if he dies, it was Drake who did it. There are tons of conspiracies online, but none of the evidence is strong enough to draw a definitive connection. Also while it maybe be coincidental, Kendrick’s latest album Mr Morale also painted the picture that Kendrick was dealing with some serious personal issues. Some lines throughout the album may have been used to bait Drake into escalating, but it wasn’t until The Weekend, Future, and Metro Booming dropped, “We Don’t Trust You,” then Drake and J. Cole dropped, “First Person Shooter,” which was followed a couple days later with, “Like That,” where Kendrick started the chain of events that has led us to today.

Summary: Ye runs for president and gets suppressed for saying what very well could be the truth and was immediately deemed insane by the media. Kim did a couple interviews and everything he said was immediatly false. There is almost guarenteed to be some sketchy shit going down revolving her and her family. Ye was absolutely terrified of her keeping the kids away from him and it seems like there are still efforts being made to this day to paint a certain image of him for ulterior motives.

"the utmost respect for all brothers" and said "we need to link and respect each other... no more dissing each other on labels we don't own"

"Ye is constantly trying to tell people that his family does not have his or his kids best interests at heart. He goes on to list others, linking them together with the thinking emoji. These people include rap artist Drake and Larsa Pippen, wife of Scottie Pippe. Kim K is goddaughter to Pippen's daughter, showing how close the families actually are. All of these families that associate with Ye through Kardashian connections, as well as Drake, have been accused of the same thing Kris has. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these people have mixed race children that are groomed from a young age to fuck around with celebrities so the parents can remain famous. Drake on numerous occasions has been accused of grooming girls and then getting handsy on their 18th birthday.”

Amongst the twitter rant, Ye warned about the predatory nature of record deals and discussed trying to get out of his own deal, and said again how his life may be in danger if it wasn’t already and was doing anything he could to protect his kids. The most fascinating part to me though is the public call to arms he made to Drake, J Cole, and Kendrick on twitter. After inviting them to all link up, he said, “It’s time to get free, we will not argue amongst each other while some guy we don’t know in Europe is getting paid and putting that money in a hedge fund.” I believe if Ye was able to pull off this meeting, there is an ever so slight chance that all four artists might be working together to take down a greater enemy. Weirdly there have been times throughout the last couple years where these supposed enemies were photographed together being friendly or praise each other in interviews, then out of no where the disses would start flying again.

To wrap things up I want to share my a few of my theories about the Drake/Kanye beef

A. Everything is exactly as it seems and the beef is over. Ye let his mental illness ruin his life and career so Drake simply picked another target after Ye stopped putting out disses. All of these connections are just a coincidence and all of this was choreographed to boost Drake and Kendrick’s music sales and possibly distract people from the Diddy trial and possibly the complicated geopolitical issues currently facing the U.S.

C. There is also the possibility that all four rappers are in cahoots and Drake’s dirt isn’t as extreme as people are theorizing, at least in comparison to the rest of the business. This could explain why everything has played out like a movie and how they were able to predict each other’s moves so well. This could either mean they’re all just trying to boost their sales or they’re all trying to take down the “slave masters,” as Ye calls them, and change the dynamic of the music industry in favor of the artist.

D. They may be trying to help their friends in the industry who are being abused or in shitty contracts. I know a lot of famous rappers have done a lot of collaborations with Jhene Aiko and Anderson Paak, who were both signed to T.U.G. records which I mentioned above in the connections to Universal Music Group. Considering they are both frequent collaborators with all of the artists involved on both sides, it’s not unlikely they may have played some part in influencing the takedown.

T.U.G was started by Chris Stokes with his partner Ketrina Askew. Back in the early to mid 90’s were gaining popularity attracting lots of young up and coming talent. They often collaborated with Diddy and his associates. In the 2000’s Raz B from the boy band B2K claimed he was molested by Stokes and his friend Marques Houston, then quickly retracted his claims. Years later he came forward again and said we was bribed into silence and that the rest of the victims were bribed with hush money and had another singer corroborate his story and they came forward together to level the accusations. After some of his former B2K members made fun of him for his claims and accused it of being a shakedown, Raz B revealed Stokes and Houston had preyed a lot of the children associated with the label including at least one of the former bandmates and paid them off.

I thought it was worth noting that the second whistleblower named Quindon Tarver died young in a car crash after mentioning his abuse again a few years prior. He seems to have left the industry not long after the incidents occurred and has few credits to his name. To this day Raz B is still trying to get his justice, while Stokes and his partner Askew, who was also involved in the abuse are still running the label to this day. Askew also has a ton of lawsuits, accusing her of using shady tactics to try to foreclose on houses. (Don’t quote me if a lawyer wants to take a look just google her full name), and has been tied to a ton of LLCs, similar to Drake. This is a good example of a shitty record deal, but I'm sure they have countless other friends in the industry who have even worse. While they were never convicted even Chris Stokes' wife confirmed it to be true.

E. The theory I personally think fits the narrative best and is the most realistic conspiracy is that Kendrick and possibly J. Cole went to the meeting, but not Drake due to his close relationship with Lucian Grange, the president of Drake’s label. Silence often speaks louder than words and this could explain why Kendrick was so ruthless and put so much effort into finding dirt on Drake. Ye, Cole, and Kendrick co-writing would be like the rap allstar team and if J. Cole wasn’t involved, it would also answer the question of whether or not he baited Drake into the battle by asking him to feature. I don’t think Drake is really their primary target though, which would explain letting him off easy. Compared to his bosses and their bosses he’s a small fish. If you take the big guys down you stand a better chance of landing a bigger blow on their operation.

Another really interesting connection is Kendrick and Ye were both signed under Universal Music Group and they both got out of their deals around couple months apart in 2022. As we speak U.M.G’s CEO Lucian Grange, who is often acccused of giving Drake special treatment, is facing charges related to sex trafficking by no other than P Diddy. This could very well explain the timing of it all. The craziest timeline would be Diddy masterminding all of this and using his connections to get it done and all the allegations are bullshit. The guy does seem pretty confident all things considered and constantly posts himself in his Batman costume which could mean he’s a vigilante.

It seems like there's a slight religious angle as well. (Ye and Diddy are both very vocal advocates of Christianity and Drake and Lucian Grange are both Jewish.) Obviously this is a reach, but they’ve been saying rap music was specifically promoted by mostly white label owners in the 80’s to help in the ongoing effort to expedite the systematic oppression of those living in black neighborhoods and the destruction of their family systems. Apparently it was an intentional decision to heavily promote rappers that promoted the very things that were destroying their neighborhoods. (So people know I'm and atheist and have zero agenda, I just thought it was interesting, please stay away from anything antisemitic. War is wrong on both sides.)

*** If my favorite theory is true, there is a possibility the Kendrick and Ye are going after Drake due to their mutual disdain for him and because he’s got a ton of power to dominate the charts and hog the radio airtime like Meek Mill and OG Maco claimed years ago. Even him dropping a record the same day as you could really fuck your album sales up. I’m also sure some of the many rumors throughout the years have had a least some truth and he will most likely snitch to avoid cell block one. I think that Drake could have been instructed to instigate this whole mess in order to draw attention away from the UMG charges brought about by Diddy. Or on the other hand it could be that Kendrick, Ye, and possibly Cole, may have had intel that Drake was going to be involved in the Diddy trial and are just gonna let the receipts show themselves. It might not have been the original plan, but they’ve already accomplished their mission of humiliating him, assuring he couldn’t use his influence to slide through the cracks, and taking over the throne.

Please take everything I say with a grain of salt I have no connection to this world or lifestyle. Regardless I believe all of the knowledge above does a pretty solid job at painting a picture of what may have let up to this and what may have been the source.

Drake and Diddy Connections+Coincidences

Drake- In the P Diddy wig video from 2016 he talks about going to party with Drake, Cash, and The Weeknd in Toronto. Drake is also one of Birdman’s protégées who is known for being a predator and is rumored to have used label artists to lure young women.

Travis Scott- Interview where he comes out and says Diddy tried to lure him. Still has a long history of associating with him, video of him running from Diddy, his connection to Ruby Rose while underage.

Tim Westwood- Diddy had connections with sex offender Tim Westwood who also inspired the Drake song, “Westwood”. They also both were victims of drive by shootings along with The Weekend and they were all facing some type of allegations.

T.I.- Also has been associate with Diddy through the years, in 2021 his kid died and 11 women can forward at the same time to accuse him and his wife of drugging and assaulting them. Clearly someone wanted to fuck his life up. Possibly due to him getting arrested so many times for wild shit and people wondering how he continued to get away with it shining a light on how powerful industry lawyers are. He also had recently talked about having a gynecologist check to see if his daughter is still a Virgin, which sounds like it could have been an industrty secret. Could have been because he worried about someone trying to take advantage of her to get to him? Regardless that shit is fucking insane.

50 Cent- Has been saying pretty much the same thing as Travis Scott and has trolled Diddy for most of his career. It came out that his wife was a sex worker who was possibly recruited Diddy to help ruin his career. It sort of worked, which raises the question if 50 Cent is the only victim.

Ray J- Him and his sister worked with T.U.G. records when they were very young. Chris Stokes in the nineties who had connections with Diddy. He has been involved in a lot of sex scandals and allegedly may have played a part in Whitney Houston's death. (Which is also allegedly connected to Michael Jackson's death and both were deemed suspicious and happened during their final tours when their masters (song rights), became more valuable than their lives. Sony Records and Tommy Motolla, who also abused Mariah Carey when she was trying to start her career. These are just a few of the alleged examples of labels taking out musicians when they were worth more dead, another is the signing of high risk artists and requiring them to get life insurance so they can profit beyond releasing all their posthumous records. Also the ever so common story of the rising star artist that die at 21 after their first album or two.

He also partied with Diddy in Vegas with along Floyd Mayweather and a bunch of other famous industry people and athletes.

Tory Lanez- Tons of blackmail, also was signed by Interscope under UMG. got sent to prison for ten years after trying to leave his label. Also history of SA and and other allegations of violence towards women.

French Montana- On Diddy's label, close with Rick and Khaled, tons of drug and sexual assault allegations, also dated a Kardashian. Generally grimy.

DJ Khaled- Diddy said he could get anything in Miami, either referring to drugs or women, could explain his connections and lack of any notable talent. (New update, he was one of the first to promote Chris Alvarez’s instagram not long after he turned 18).

Rick Ross- Diddy said some weird shit about him and licked his lips and kissed him at a show. Ross is also signed to Bad Boy under Diddy. He ended up getting involved in the current feud and spamming social media nonstop dissing and threatening Drake.

A lot of the back and forth was both of them threatening to release dirt on each other. One strange coincidence I found was Drake recently trolled Ross about the 20 million dollar renovation to his home on Star island, where Diddy is currently residing. It’s rumored back in the day that P Diddy was caught in a room full of rich guys on ecstasy possibly at the beginning stages of a gay orgy. Drake also mentioned in the same tweets about Rick Ross that Birdman owned a house on the island and asked Rick Ross why he didn’t help him out.

Considering Ross is so sketchy and Drake claims the house isn’t that big, that’s a ridiculous amount of money. He may be covering up evidence, or creating tunnels in his house to escape if shit pops off and Drake might know what’s good. Interestingly enough Ross is very close with French Montana and also signed to Bad. He said his beef was related to something involving French, and Drake’s tweet popped up the same day the info came out concerning the Chris Alvarez stuff.

Meek Mill- “OG Maco called himself defending his friend Quentin Miller by substantiating the ghostwriting claims and agreeing with Meek. He hit up Twitter saying, "Some of us been knew. Meek just put it in the air. Sucks to have to compete with 6 n****s and get compared to”

Meek mill also had a short beef with Drake, some disses included lines referring to TI’s homie pissing on Drake at the movie theater, which is also interesting considering the current case against him. He also dropped a line saying Diddy almost got a domestic charge when he smacked Drake, which could either be saying that Drake is like a woman, or saying he was Drake’s boyfriend/sugar daddy.

AITA for breaking a promise and attending my stepdaughter's graduation?

I’ll start by explaining some backstory. I (54M) lost my first wife when my son (25M) and daughter (22F) were ages 9 and 12, Both my kids took it as hard as you would expect and to this day have a poor relationship with both my current wife "Doreen (49F)" and my stepdaughter "Amy (18F)". I started dating Doreen about 4 months after my first wife passed, as such my kids believe I cheated on their mom. Amy was 5 when we got together and as such I see her as my own daughter.
On to the actual story, 4 years ago, two days before Kay's high school graduation, Amy got very ill while visiting her grandparents and ended up needing emergency surgery. My wife and I rushed to be with Amy and admittedly I did not communicate well with Kay. At the time Kay didn't pick up my calls, so I left her a voicemail and several text messages explaining what happened and telling Kay I was sorry but I would make it up to her. A few hours go by and I get a call from Kay, she is in hysterics telling me what a terrible father I am and stated that if I did not attend her graduation I would be dead to her. I chose to support Amy.
True to her words, Kay did not contact me on the day of her graduation. And when came home Kay's things had been moved out of the house with a note explaining that we were no longer family and to never contact her again.
Luckily Kay and I were able to reconcile, however, I promised her I would give her absolutely anything in the world to make her forgive me. She said that she would forgive me as long as I refused to attend Amy's graduation as this was the only way to make it fair. I agreed at the time thinking she was just joking or angry and would soon forget.
This leads me to now. Invitations for Amy's graduation went out, and despite all the hostility Amy wanted to make sure Kay got one. Kay called Amy later that day and said she would be unable to attend as she and I would be spending the day together per our agreement. Amy broke down into tears asking me why I was missing her graduation, I assured her I was not and that I would speak to Kay. Later I explained to Kay that I simply could not miss Amy's graduation. Kay launched into a tirade about how I was a liar and an asshole and how could I do this to her again. I told her that we would talk when she calmed down and she said we would never talk again.
My son, and several of our extended family have all taken Kay's side saying I didn't see how hurt she was at graduation. My wife believes I am the asshole for even promising that in the first place as I should have known it would only upset one or both girls. And Amy is just sad and confused wondering why Kay hates her. I know keeping my promise and not attending Amy's graduation is probably the only way to salvage my relationship with Kay, but no matter how I look at it I would feel like I'm punishing Amy for having a medical issue, so am I the asshole?

Amy's Bio father was never in her life. I am NOT Amy's Biological father, that wasn't ever even in question as we are not the same race.
Amy had appendicitis, she was staying over 4 hours away at her grandparent's house. at the time that we left the only info Doreen's mother would give us was she passed out and wouldn't wake up.
My daughter was moved out of our house for about a month and a half after which we made up and she returned to live with us for another 2 years before going away to school.
I did not believe Kay when she said she wanted me to miss Amy's graduation as it seemed like a ridiculous request. despite what you all may believe our relationship was fine after this event we were in near-daily contact and she would frequently visit us.

Amy ended up having to get an emergency appendectomy, but at the time was visiting her Grandparents about a 4 hour drive from where we lived. Her grandmother didn't give us too much relevant information before we left, just that she had passed out and wouldn't wake up. On the way there we didn't know her condition or anything because her grandmother is a non-native English speaker and didn't understand a lot of the medical terms. once we got there and signed off on the surgery she ended up needing an additional 2 days in the hospital and wanted both of us by her side. During this time I repeatedly called and texted both my mother and son who were planning to attend the ceremony. I had every intention of calling/ video calling so that I could still support her, but she told everyone she didn't want me to be a part of it.

I didn't immediately move in Doreen and Amy once we started dating, we dated for over 2 years before we moved in together. My wife's death was not a sudden thing she battled cancer on and off for years before she passed. My children already knew/ were comfortable with Doreen as she was my late wife's best friend so I thought they would enjoy having her around more. I offered both children grief counseling, my son took me up on it, and I took Kay to a few sessions but she would kick/ scream/ cry every time I took her finally the counselor decided that forcing her before she was ready would only worsen her grief. I offered her therapy many times over the years, but she never took me up on it.

first of all, I knew Doreen for years before I even met my late wife, in fact, Doreen introduced us. I thought my kids would like having Doreen around as before my wife passed they loved her like an aunt. I did not move her in or make her a permanent part of our daily lives until over 2 years into our relationship. four months after my wife passed we agreed to explore our romantic feelings I explained what was going on in age-appropriate terms so they wouldn't be blindsided if they caught their dad kissing their "aunt".

I wasn't sure if I wanted to post an update after the reaction I got last time, I can stomach death threats against myself but directing such hatred toward my children was truly disturbing. But the graduation has come and gone and I thought I should share how it all went down. I'm sure most of you will be displeased.
Amy was mad at me for a few days, but we have a strong bond and she quickly got over it. The saint that she is said she would understand if I wanted to miss it to make it up to Kay. I told her I wouldn't do that to her and reassured her that she has done nothing wrong.
As for the elephant in the room, Kay, she and my son live in the same city and work in the same field so they're as close as ever. My son and his partner were giving her a lot of emotional support at this time. In the end, she decided not to attend Amy's graduation but sent flowers and a card with my son. There were a lot of nasty messages directed toward her, which I feel is completely unacceptable. She isn't mean or vindictive. She is a smart, very kind, very empathetic woman. She made a bizarre ultimatum as a confused and hurt teenager I certainly don't think that makes her a bad person.
I know all of you seem to think I hate my children, but the amount of pain I feel at the deterioration of my relationship with my daughter is unexplainable, I've been on and off anti-depressants since the death of my wife and at my therapist's suggestion will be going back on them. it's taking all of my willpower not to reach out to her again, but I've already disrespected her wishes enough. She can choose to reach out to me when and if she ever wants to again and I'll be waiting.
I know it's not the most impactful update and I'm sure most of you wanted to see me left miserable and alone, but I don't live my life for anyone else's entertainment. I can accept that I'm the asshole, maybe I'm an asshole in general, but I'm not some evil monster that you all want me to be. I'm a man that made the mistake of sharing his problems with the internet a mistake I won't be making again. Even in this follow up post the way you speak about Kay, the disgust you feel for her oozes out. You claim so many people spoke badly of her in your previous post but those comments were minimal compared to the people that spoke badly of YOU, YOUR WIFE AND SAINT AMY but you don’t mention that, you still want Kay to be the “bad” daughter. Saying her request was “sad and bizarre” no it wasn’t.

I ‘29 F’ have been dating my boyfriend ‘36 M’ for 4 years now. Before my boyfriend now I was in an extremely abusive relationship for 4 years. The abuse started after a week. It was verbal, to a slap, to punching, to kicking me while I was on the ground, breaking my fingers for fun to putting me in the hospital multiple times and sexual abuse. Once I was out of it I was able to recognize the patterns I was so blind to for 4 years. Love bombing, the apologies the “over protectiveness” that involved going through my phone and checking the odometer on my car. I met my current boyfriend shortly after cutting all ties with my ex. Restraining orders the whole nine yards. To put it simply he was the most gentle soul I’ve ever met. He’s taken care of me, been with me through several mental health breakdowns and the constant therapy and meds to help me recover from my past. I’ve been diagnosed with severe PTSD and still deal with panic attacks to this day. 9 months in we found out we were expecting a baby. A miracle considering my past injuries severely inhibited my fertility. Our son is 2 years old now with the most bubbly personality and loves his mommy and daddy. My boyfriend let me quit my job to be a stay at home mom because our son has some medical problems of his own that have required a lot of appointments and time.
To the current matter. Yesterday I was giving our son a bath. He’s recently developed a hate for water and was screaming every time the water touched him. It wasn’t too hot it was barely lukewarm as in the past I thought that might be the problem. I decided to just go fast get his hair washed and get him out so I could calm him down. In all fairness he was screaming bloody murder as 2 year olds sometimes do when something isn’t necessarily the biggest matter. My boyfriend kept popping in and out trying to bring him toys that he would then just chuck at me full of water. I was soaked and when he came in he was pushing in front of me blocking me from being able to catch him if he decided to throw himself down as 2 year olds sometimes do. The in and out was also making him madder. I screamed “Get out!” and slammed the bathroom door as soon as he was out, trying to get control of the situation in yes, probably the wrong way. Out of nowhere my boyfriend slammed the door open balled his fists screamed “do that again I’ll beat the fuck out of you” and half lunged. I flinched and every bad moment I’ve ever experienced in the past came back. So much so that I braced to take it. He never hit me, he stormed out and I blurted out “we’re breaking up” I got my son out of the bath, got him dried off and dressed trying my best not to cry and scare him although he probably already was. I was shaking as I hugged him looked at my boyfriend and just said “Get out”. He listened. He walked up the street and called an Uber and checked himself into an inpatient psych/rehab facility. He’s had substance use issues in the past we both have but we’ve both been clean these past 4 years and I know he hasn’t relapsed on substances but mental disorders yes. Depression, his own PTSD from being stabbed at 16.
Here’s my dilemma. He gets out of inpatient tommorow night. After my psycho ex I firmly set for myself boundaries that I would never allow to be crossed again. 1 strike and done. Everything I’ve learned about domestic violence tells me to run. I’m just stunned because not once in 4 years has this man ever made me feel anything but safe. My little boy loves his daddy and I do too. Do I tell myself “He won’t do it again” like I did all those years with my ex or do I believe it this time.
I cried all night last night trying to get my panic attacks under control after I put my son to bed. Emotionally I’ve been thrown back 2 years of progress and my son deserves a present mom. But doesn’t he also deserve his daddy? Will I ever be able to unsee those 15 seconds that have sent all our worlds into chaos?
We went to the park all day today and got happy meals if you need to hear something positive after all that.

Just had it done this morning! wanted to share my experience as i read like every experience post here beforehand lol
I was scheduled for 10:30 got to hospital around 8 and was prepped and ready by 9. Prep consisted of urine test, routine questions, gown, iv, and heated blankets. Talked to the OR nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon (who is a family friend which was so nice). We were able to go in early so I was under around 10:15 and woke up in recovery around 12:30. (They also found endo which is vindicating as ive had pain for years!) Didn’t have any nausea or sore throat or uti pain when peeing. Overall just felt sleepy and tender. Had some ginger ale and graham crackers. Got up to walk and pee around 2 and was discharged afterwards. Felt extremely fatigued and sore when i got home. Most painful thing was getting in and out of bed but even then is was only like a 5/10. Had a small migraine later but i chalk that up to caffeine withdrawal and the anesthesia wearing off. Currently cycling 600mg ibuprofen and 1000mg Tylenol, also prescribed gabapentin. 10pm now and im feeling overall ok, surprisingly no shoulder pain i read a lot of people got. definitely recommend having cough drops to avoid straining coughing thats the most painful thing so far. And a cold cap if you are prone to headaches.

I held the package close, its precious contents pressed against my spine. The steady beeps that communicated life drove my exhausted legs forward. I snapped back to the present and finished setting up camp. Unpacking our supplies and connecting a set of solar panels to her cryo-chamber. I watched her take deep breaths through the ventilator as I threw a tarp overhead and began digging into the rockface.

She brushed a strand of hair out of her face and looked up at me
“I’m tired of my love, can we go home?”
I nodded without speaking and embraced her, feeling her slow and weakened heartbeat against my chest, its rhythm in sync with my own.
“Sure, We’ll go home”
That was the last time I saw her awake, she fell asleep on the car ride home…and never woke up. I was able to bring her to the hospital where they revived her, but she was comatose, most likely asleep till the cancer kills her.
“I’m sorry my love”
I looked over at her chamber before bringing my hand up to my face and staring at the mangled flesh of my palms.
“A drop of blood for a question, a thousand heartbeats for an answer”
I heard the voice in my head as if it was a thought I had formulated all on my own, but the voice was different, it didn’t belong to me nor anyone I had ever heard before.
“A single tear for a favor, an entire ocean for its completion”
I crawled to the spot where my blood had dripped into the ground, the sand was stained red but almost completely dry. I leaned over it and thought about my honeymoon, I thought about vacations and work, time together and apart, moments where she was everything. I thought about the idea of my life without her, and then it came like a flood. Tears flowed freely from my eyes and drenched the ground, the first falling square on the red stain in the sand. The liquid pooled on top and a small ribbon of crimson fluid flowed upward into the tear drop. The ribbon danced and waved in a thin line through the microscopic ocean.
“What is your question?”
The voice came from above me now, and as I slowly looked upward, a loomed overhead, blocking the sun from view, and causing my heart to skip a beat.
“What…is your question”
Before me now stood a massive beast, speaking in the voice I had heard in my mind and digging his gargantuan claws into the sand. The tip of each toe ended in a blade that was crystalline and almost translucent. Each blade too had a glowing orange stripe that when shifted, turned the sand underneath him to panes of glass. His arms were broad and powerful, covered in green scales and his maw hung open with a light blue mist emanating from his teeth. He was the dragon, the one from Io who space gods told legends about.
“I…I want to know something about my wife”
He knelt down on his two front arms and brought his eyes to my level, a kindness flowing between his seemingly infinite pupils.
“Your wife. She is a story I myself cannot seem to get over. What do you wish to know?”
I looked up at him and let out a deep breath before gesturing to her
“Can- can she be saved”
His gaze snapped to her case and he slowly moved over to where she slept
“You brought her with you, of course you did, you could never leave her behind.
I crawled over and knelt next to him, tears still flowing from my eyes.
“Please tell me, can she make it?”
He turned around and knelt next to me, putting a massive hand gently on my shoulder and speaking softly.
“My boy, She’s already made it, just not in the direction…you were hoping”
He tapped the monitor screen and it stopped showing vitals, instead displaying a digital sign in dark red letters. I read them aloud to myself.
“Subject deceased, time since last recorded activity. 37 hours 22 minutes 48-49 seconds”
He nodded and spoke calmly
“You wanted to badly for her to live, you saw her living, even when she wasn’t”
I slammed my hand on the crate and opened the lid, picking her up in my arms and putting my ear to her chest.
“Come on, come on. You’re ok, you’re ok”
I clutched her in my arms as silence arrived to my ears. I rocked her and cried into her soft silken hair. Her pale skin had lost its glimmer and I pressed my forehead against her own. I spoke through tears and a tightened throat
‘No, she cant die, I found you! I finally found you! Come on sweetheart you’re ok right? Just wake up. He's here baby we made it, please just wake up, please”
The dragon loomed over head and let out a deep breath, speaking gently, so as not to disturb the silence
“She is gone, and even I cannot save her”
I felt my skin begin flaming as I turned my head back up toward him
“Then what can you do? What can you do if you can’t bring her back to me? Why are you a legend if you cant make her breath again?!?”
He whispered softly into her ears and I felt the wind of the world around me change
“Because I can send you to her”
The planet fell silent and she disappeared along with the dragon. The camp was gone, my hand had been healed, my suit was gone and instead I wore a thin white shirt and loose cotton shorts. I was comfortable, and as I stood to my feet I felt as if my thirst had been quenched, my hunger satiated, I was…ok.
“Hello?”
I called to the emptiness, and before long a soft sullen voice spoke back.
“Hello darling”
She took my face in her hands and turned me around, holding my cheek as my whole body shook
“Hi beautiful”
I brought my hand up to her own and felt her soft warm skin against mine, I pressed my head into her hand and leapt forward, bringing her close and up into the air as I spun her around. She laughed as I gently set her down and wrapped my arms around her.
“I’m sorry you can’t stay”
I looked at her and spoke quickly
“What do you mean I can’t stay? The dragon sent me to you, he sent me to see you, so we can be together again”
She shook her head and kissed my softly, as she pulled away she put her hand on my chest
“It’s not your time hero, I’ll see you eventually, but this is goodbye for now”
I woke up on the sand, the dragon standing over me, holding her body as she began to slowly turn to dust. His tears fell on her degrading body as he handed her to me, and lowered his head.
“I'm sorry, it’s never permanent, did she tell you goodbye?”
I took a deep breath and held her in my arms before walking a few paces forward, and laying her down on the sand. I spoke calmly as tears streamed down my face.
“Yea…she did”
He nodded
“That is more than most get, was she smiling?’
I wiped my eyes and laughed
“Yea…she was”
He fluffed his wings and let the world around us grow heavy with winds
“Then your mission is complete”
I continued to cry as I looked back at him and spoke in a wavering tone
“Did you know I was a general?”
He strolled over and sat next to me, watching her particles flow away with the storm
“You were the most powerful general of all time, incapacitating but never killing, for a man with your rank one must usually commit vast atrocities but you…you never took one life”
I nodded and watched the wind whip and carry sand alongside her body
“I didn’t want to take life, I was reprimanded over and over but I always knew there was a better way, she wanted me to try, to make it so at every opportunity we could fight without ending lives…she hated senseless death…and I think I see why now”
He spoke calmly, wiping his eyes as the last of her bones turned to crystalline dust in the wind
“Her death was not senseless, in fact you'll find that when something as beautiful as her dies, it becomes impossible to make sense of it. That does not mean it happened without sense, and it does not mean her death must be for nothing. When men first meet me, they offer a drop of blood, and that is all I require for the question, but to gain my favor, they must give up a piece of themselves”
I sighed and looked up at him
“What do you need from me then?”
He gestured to where her body had sat moments ago
“You just let the biggest piece of yourself go without a fight. You have paid for more than enough trips to see her”
I nodded and spoke without waiver
“I'm not supposed to keep visiting her though, am I? She won’t be happy till we see eachother again permanently, and if I show up prematurely…she would probably be pissed. So ,I guess now I just live?”
He laid down in the sand and let out a deep groan
“I don’t think I’ve lived in quite some time, I’ve been stranded here for so long, evading capture to exist within my freedom, too afraid to face the cosmos again”
I patted his side and gripped what was essentially his ankle
“You shouldn’t be afraid, fear doesn’t do anything for men like us. Maybe we should sit a while, and see if your fear doesn’t go away”
He let out a deep breath and closed his eyes, laying down as I watched the sun rise over the horizon. My heartbeat continued, but as I watched the last of her ashes swirl through the air, I found a modicum of peace, and I thought about her.

I decided to post this as before giving birth, i realized that there aren’t really any resources for new parents planning to give birth at NHH as far as what to expect.
I recently gave birth at NHH. For context, I chose to have an epidural and ended up having an emergency c-section after a full day of labour. We also live in town, and our families are both in town so if we forgot something, it wasn’t a big deal. This is important to know as my experience doesn’t represent what everyone’s will be.

1. the nurses are absolutely incredible. They will answer any question you have-even how to swaddle or change a diaper, and they’ll help with breastfeeding.
2. the room is a private room and is large. It’s where labour, delivery and recovery happen (c-sections are performed in a different room)
3. I was happy with the meals. Bring lots of snacks if you can. Also, your support person does not get meals.
4. You stay overnight for a vaginal delivery and 2 for c-section (unless there’s complications). There are blankets and pillows but if you’re worried, bring your own for you and your support person. Neither of us had issues with them but we were exhausted and could’ve slept on a concrete floor.
5. The pressure in the shower was nowhere near enough to wash my hair. I only showered to remove the dressing from my incision, otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered while I was there. I did wash my face and brush my teeth though so being a nice face cloth. Also, they have towels so I wouldn’t bother bringing any.
6. I stayed in the hospital gown until the day I left. Out of all the clothes/pajamas I packed, I only needed the clothes I wore to leave. Make sure the underwear you choose is oversized and goes over your belly…so granny panties.
7. They have pads for you while you’re there.
8. For our baby, she didn’t wear any of the clothes we packed, other than her going home outfit. She stayed swaddled in the hospital blanket the entire time.
9. Bring diapers and wipes. More than you think you’ll need.
10. Make sure you bring charging cords that are long.
11. The nurses will help you breastfeed (if you want). If you are having issues, they have formula there to supplement.

I followed the “What to Pack” list on the NHH website. I didn’t end up using 80% of what I packed but it’s better to be prepared. I really think snacks are a priority though-i wish we brought more.
Overall, NHH was great. I had a pretty traumatic laboudelivery and I’m not sure if i would’ve been able to handle it if the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, and the obstetrician weren’t as caring as they were.

I’m M 32 and about 4 years ago I started having bad reflux/gut issues, I had an endoscopy and it was revealed I had a hiatal hernia (I think I got this from a particularly heavy deadlift)
At around the same time I started having palpitations, which eventually built up to a full blown panic attack and me in an ambulance taken to hospital, I had my heart checked over and drs said my heart was structurally okay, I stayed in over night and was in constant bigeminy for hours, I was given the beta blocker Bisoprolol and it sorted me out and the palps went away (yay)
I went home and carried on being careful with my diet and eventually even came off the beta blockers and had no issues for months and months, I then went off track a bit with my diet and my gut flared up and then boom I was in constant state of bigeminy again, off to A and E I went, bloods etc taken again, monitor fitted and again was told I’m okay and to get back on the beta blockers..
Every time I speak with a dr and I mention the gut issues seem to coincide with the palps, they dismiss me.
Anyway I got better again and again came off the beta blockers for months and months, then I started to feel really gassy one day and then I had my worse PVC episode yet, I went into constant bigeminy for days and had horrendous gas and belching, I started taking my beta blockers but it wasn’t helping so I went back into A and E, again explained the gas issues but they didn’t seem to care or think it was related, they upped my Bisoprolol from 2.5mg to 5mg and it eventually calmed down my palps, but unfortunately it made me really light headed and dizzy and my resting heart rate went down to 43 bpm! I’ve since gone back down to 2.5mg and it’s helped my dizziness…
What’s weird is the constant burping and gas I experience every time I get palps, for me it’s like the chicken and the egg, what came first?
Is the burping/gas causing my palps or are the palps causing my gas? Is it anxiety related? The Drs just wanna put me on meds and not think of the root cause and it’s driving me nuts.
Some weeks I can exercise without any problems, and some weeks exercise will cause me to have PVCs as well..
I’m finding it really hard to pin point what it could be and the Drs don’t really care and just say I’m fine and to take the meds but if my heart is fine, what the hell is causing it?
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a pattern with gut issues?

Mica Miller mental health documents not legally notarized
Members of Attorney Tom Winslow’s team sent us a statement that legal medical filings surrounding the Mica Miller mental health issues were not legally notarized.
Mica Miller died of what has been ruled a suicide at Lumber River State Park on April 27th. The FBI is now investigating the case.
Suicide Claims, Mica Miller Mental Health Records, And Notary Issues
Despite the fact Pastor JP Miller admitted from the pulpit to being suicidal in October 2023, just two months later JP was able to receive a health care power of attorney from Mica signed Dec. 5. Tom Winslow, of Winslow Law, was the attorney that orchestrated this legal filing.
Texts received by MyrtleBeachSC News show that Power of Attorney documents were supposedly signed by Mica Miller on December 4th at the Solid Rock church. However, those documents were not notarized by Winslow Law employees (Briyana and Tiffany) until the next day at Winslow’s law office.
According to the S.C. Secretary of State, a notary must be present at the actual signing of such documents to prevent fraud.
Two months later, according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Mica was “involuntarily hospitalized” on Feb. 8, 2024. But what makes the case even more odd is that JP’s power of attorney documents were not filed until March 20, 2024, despite having been signed and notarized three months prior.
Is Tom Winslow An Expert At Artificial Intelligence - Deep Fake Voice Audio?
Today, we report on Tom Winslow A.I. claims as he touts the importance of A.I. in his law practice. At the bottom of this article, readers can view terrifying texts sent out by J.P. Miller to Mica in November 2022.
We recently published that Pastor JP Miller, and his attorney, Tom Winslow were persons of interest in the Mica Miller “Suicide” FBI probe. Some readers questioned how we could report this with such confidence at that time.
We need to point out that Tom Winslow and JP Miller are not charged with any crimes, and even if they should be, they are considered innocent until proven guilty.
JP Millers Documented Sexual Encounters
According to DailyMail: “Miller’s first wife, Alison, filed for divorce in 2015 after discovering he was having an affair with Mica, who was 14 years his junior.” Alison also claimed that “Miller had an addiction to prostitutes and had ‘sexual encounters’ with underage girls.” She continued, “He had also confessed to me and other staff members of the church that he had sexual encounters with young females from the church, who were under the age of 16.”
The lawyer representing JP Miller in his first divorce case was S.C. State Representative Val Guest.
Mica's Statements About Suicide
Mica’s sister, Sierra Francis, said, “Mica stated to me on many occasions, ‘If I end up with a bullet in my head’, it was JP,” referring to her husband, John Paul Miller. In a written affidavit, Seirra writes, “I know my sister to have expressed the abuse and violence against her by her husband to others, including family members and members of the church congregation. My sister also expressed to me that she was fearful that she would not make it to the divorce and that her life would be taken from her.”

In the video above, Tom Winslow touts that his law practice is an advocate for the use of Artificial Intelligence. Winslow makes it a part of his practice.
Winslow is a member of Solid Rock Church. His wife is part of the praise team.
Also, as we reported yesterday, Attorney Tom Winslow owns 200 acres of land that backs up to the state park area where Mica’s body was found.
All of this is circumstantial, at best, but it is also very curious.
*The Call Made By Mica At Lumber River State Park?
Mica wrote to her attorney: “Since the day we became husband and wife, I have been abused in every way I can think of. Emotionally, sexually, spiritually, financially and physically. He has harassed me physically and electronically with letters, phone calls, emails and texts, hacking my emails, hacking my personal Facebook and impersonating me. Using my stolen phone to send texts and emails out to church members pretending to be me, texting friends and family saying that I am sleeping with teenagers from our church, and showing up in person at places around town … to having installed three different tracking devices on my vehicle.”
MyrtleBeachSC News learned that JP was in possession of a mobile phone he had stolen from Mica. Anyone who has left an outgoing, “I am not available now” message on their phone, knows that a recorded version of her voice was likely on that mobile phone.
According to the Robeson County Sherriff, at 2:54 p.m., a 911 call was made from Lumber River State Park parking lot.
Miller is calm throughout the call, asking a dispatcher if her phone can be tracked. The operator asks for Miller’s phone number and location, and then why she was calling.
“I’m about to kill myself, and I just want my family to know where to find me,” she replies.

In a social media post yesterday, Miller states, “Solid Rock is alive and well and we are moving forward with our new building project. We are excited to see all members at our meeting May 19th at 5 p.m.
The FBI is just starting this investigation and no one knows where it will lead. The Tom Winslow A.I. practices may only prove to be circumstantial. The Mica Miller mental health records are sure to play a roll in this saga. Time will tell where this leads.

Miller, pastor at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, told his sister-in-law that he would be arriving at her house at 1 a.m. on November 17, 2022, where Mica was visiting.
After Sierra warned that he wouldn’t be allowed in their home, he challenged her, saying ‘you can call the cops’.
A few moments later, he replied: “I’m armed. I’m ready. Mica can fix all of this“, to which Sierra replied: “THIS doesn’t help anything. Threats and intimidation only make things worse.”
‘I don’t care (idc) Driving. I can’t text. Thanks.’ said the disgraced pastor.
In response, Miller replied, “Hahaha” when told cops wouldn’t be called if he stayed home.

We are to the point, I felt the need to provide a domestic violence resource and say this: I feel it is inappropriate for Kylea to repeatedly produce monetized content where "Joe" appears to make posts under her account and name. Furthermore, it is not okay to influence 138k+ followers to emasculate their partner, treat them like a servant, imply you control access to preferred foods, and shared finances in your absence. Concern is growing. This type of monetized content is triggering for victims of intimate partner violence and needs to end. ☮️
